It was recently revealed that U.S. President Barack Obama, gave Iran $1.7 billion dollars of taxpayer money, in violation of the American government policy. The Iranian government, who has nuclear ambitions, has repeatedly threatened to blow America off the map. Iran has made no secret of its contempt and hatred for America and wish to see the nation out of existence via nuclear strikes. Yet, Barack Obama took taxpayer money, and may I add, money he did not earn, and gave it to the Iranian government. 

The U.S. Congress pressed Obama's Attorney General, Loretta Lynch, on the matter and she suspiciously and incriminatingly pled the Fifth Amendment. The Fifth Amendment in America is apart of the U.S. Constitution one can invoke to prevent stating something that could lead to one's imprisonment.

I'm not even Attorney General and I want to discuss the matter as it is serious and alarming. Obama just outrageously gave $1.7 billion dollars, not even million, billion dollars, to a world government who has openly expressed it wants to use nuclear weapons to destroy America. Well, thanks to Obama, now they have the money to do so. This has got to be one of the stupidest, most sinister and corrupt things I have ever seen in my life. Obama needs to be held accountable for his behavior.

Obama admin blocking congressional probe into cash payments to Iran

October 28, 2016 11:22 am - Attorney General Loretta Lynch is declining to comply with an investigation by leading members of Congress about the Obama administration’s secret efforts to send Iran $1.7 billion in cash earlier this year, prompting accusations that Lynch has “pleaded the Fifth” Amendment to avoid incriminating herself over these payments, according to lawmakers and communications exclusively obtained by the Washington Free Beacon. 

Sen. Marco Rubio (R., Fla.) and Rep. Mike Pompeo (R., Kan.) initially presented Lynch in October with a series of questions about how the cash payment to Iran was approved and delivered. In an Oct. 24 response, Assistant Attorney General Peter Kadzik responded on Lynch’s behalf, refusing to answer the questions and informing the lawmakers that they are barred from publicly disclosing any details about the cash payment, which was bound up in a ransom deal aimed at freeing several American hostages from Iran.

A Wikileaks email leak has revealed, U.S. President, Barack Obama, sent emails ordering his political advisors to discriminate against Christians and white people regarding job posts in his administration. Obama's email ordered that Muslims be hired, not Christians.

Well, would you look at that. Some black people who say they believe in God watched this man deviate from the tenets of the Bible, committing abomination after abomination against innocent people, arguing on his behalf against people they do actually know...over a man, Obama, they don't even know.

 

For years the Judiciary Report has repeatedly maintained that U.S. President Barack Obama is not a Christian, only stated he is a Christian to get elected and has been arrogantly and abusively acting in a discriminatorily and harmful manner against Christians. Obama has abused the post of president to harm Christians, in conduct that is malicious, mean-spirited and evil. Obama has an unhinged obsession with harming the rights and interests of Christians. 

Obama has behaved in an obsessive and abusive manner, going to extremes not even former President Richard Nixon touched. This led to the Judiciary Report breaking the story regarding the Obama administration targeting and abusing Christians via the IRS (not to mention the FBI, DOJ and NSA). 

My claims were later proven true when the story went mainstream 2-years later (News Report: The IRS Targeted Christians) then confirmed by congressional hearings, where IRS officials were excoriated for following Obama's corrupt, illegal orders. Then, many high profile Christians in America came forward stating the Obama Administration has been targeting them. It was a despicable thing for Obama to do and a gross abuse of his temporary authority as president.

It's a cowardly general that lets his soldiers take the fall for him. Obama is too much of a coward to accept responsibility for his illegal conduct in issuing such disgraceful, unlawful directives, that saw many Christians subjected to abusive financial and social discrimination and outright harassment by his administration. 

When I broke the story, I was credibly informed that the corrupt, illegal orders at the IRS came directly from Obama. The IRS did up and do this on their own. Yet, Obama's not even man enough to own up to it. Well, that's because he would go out like Nixon, needing a pardon from his vice president, for arrogantly breaking the law while head of state.

I do not understand people who behave in a discriminatory manner. I've always maintained the best, most capable person should get the job. As long as the individual passes the background check and is an upstanding person of good character, they should get the job. The best person for the job may be black, white, Hispanic, Arab, Asian, Indian  - you just don't know until you properly evaluate their resume (CV). To exclude people based on religion and or race is despicable.

Then, there's this story that he has yet to explain, regarding three men who were seen dating him, ending up killed when he announced he is running for the presidency of the United States (Reports Indicate Obama Is A Gay Muslim Who Hates Christians With News Surfacing That Three Former Lovers Have Been Killed). 

Obama's whole presidency has largely been focused on passing laws for gay people. His only other main priorities at the White House have been giving a fortune to his cronies and America's enemies. Iran, a nation threatening to blow America up, was given a fortune in American taxpayer money by Obama this year (Obama Is Giving Iran 1.7 Billion Dollars In Taxpayer Money In Violation Of Longtime U.S. Policy).

12:06 PM 10/24/2016 - The newest batch of John Podesta’s hacked emails released by Wikileaks shows Obama’s transition team kept lists of Muslim and Asian candidates for jobs in the administration. According to an email chain from 2008, John Podesta received lists of exclusively Muslims and Asians to be considered for jobs in the Obama administration.

U.S. President Barack Obama, has made the first 400 million dollar payment of 1.7 billion dollars, to be paid to Iran, whose government has repeatedly vowed to wipe America off the face of the earth. Obama sent the 400 million in cash via a secret airplane drop, delivering the huge sum of U.S. taxpayer money to the Iranian government.

Obama claims the payment was made in cash, as America has no banking relationship with Iran. However, the U.S. Treasury Department has confirmed that on two previous occasions, in unrelated matters, the American government has wired Iran money. Therefore, the Obama Administration is not being truthful. All this taxpayer money went to Iran, with no accountability and will be hard to trace.

09/18/16 07:29 AM EDT Updated 09/18/16 08:23 AM EDT - The United States made at least two separate payments to the Iranian government via wire transfer within the last 14 months, a Treasury Department spokesman confirmed Saturday, contradicting explanations from President Barack Obama that such payments were impossible. 

Responding to questions at an Aug. 4 press conference about a $400 million payment delivered in cash to the Iranian government, Obama said, “[T]he reason that we had to give them cash is precisely because we are so strict in maintaining sanctions and we do not have a banking relationship with Iran that we couldn't send them a check and we could not wire the money.” 

But a Treasury Department spokesman acknowledged on Saturday that on at least two occasions, the U.S. did make payments to the Iranian government via wire transfer. 

That $400 million cash payment that Obama said could not have been delivered any other way was part of a larger $1.7 billion settlement with Iran, the remainder of which was also delivered in cash. The $400 million, paid in January to settle a decades-old dispute over military equipment order by the late shah of Iran, was sent through intermediary central banks in Europe, who then delivered pallets of euros, Swiss francs and other currencies to Tehran.

The Iranian government has made sensational allegations that "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" reality star, Kim Kardashian, who is American and of Armenian descent, is actually a spy. They are of the belief Kardashian is a spy for the U.S. government, encouraging Iranian women to be promiscuous and post revealing photos on the social networking website Instagram. Kardashian is being accused of working with Instagram CEO to accomplish this goal. As a result, nearly 200 Iranians that use Instagram have been targeted for arrest and other serious consequences. 

The Inquisitr reports, "Earlier this week, Mostafa Alizadeh, a spokesman for the state-run Centre to Combat Organised Cybercrime, alleged in a statement that Kim is collaborating with Instagram CEO Kevin Systrom for the purpose of encouraging Iranian women to violate Islamic dress codes and undermining Iran’s morality laws. In Iran, a 1979 law requires women to cover their hair, but according to authorities, women who show off Kim Kardashian hairstyles on Instagram are violating the country’s modesty laws — and authorities believe Kim Kardashian herself is to blame. 

Kardashian certainly does not set a good example for any woman or girl, due to prostituting herself for fame and money and while exhibiting no talent. However, I am not of the belief it is a U.S. government plot. Kardashian comes from a family of tramps that Americans complain about as well, stating they are corrupting impressionable young women. Furthermore, aren't spies supposed to be smart. Spying is branded intelligence work. How can you do intelligence work without, well, intelligence. The Iranian government needs to let their citizens go and free them from further prosecution on this matter. It's not a U.S. government plot. It's a skank plot (LOL).

Wikileaks Releases The Private Emails Of CIA Chief John Brennan

The website Wikileaks has released the private emails of American CIA Director, John Brennan, swiped from his AOL account. News reports indicate Wikileaks were sent the emails by an alleged 13-year-old high school student, who goes by the name "Cra*kas With Attitude" a take off of the name of 1980s rap group N.W.A. ("Nig*as With Attitudes"). The teen hacked Brennan's email box, as he is angry over, "American foreign policy." The emails contain Brennan's personal and identifying information. The leak has the U.S. intelligence agency angry, as it is an embarrassing incident for a secretive government outfit that prides itself on clandestine activities.

Brennan became CIA Director, after years as a top Barack Obama financial donor. In essence, this is how he got the job. His private emails contain a number of items on the Obama administration's position on torture, China, Afghanistan and Iran. This means Brennan, like Hillary Clinton, was using a personal email account to conduct business on behalf of the United States and to transmit classified materials, which is forbidden. Emails may only be sent from secure, encrypted email channels approved by the U.S.  government. The Obama administration is making it too easy for hackers to nab national secrets.

The Iranian government stated it is keeping the technologically advanced American spy drone it shot down over its nation. They are also filing a complaint with the United Nations (er, the United Nations is owned by the U.S. government). I'm going to give my frank opinion on the matter, being unbiased and truthful.

The United States government violated international law by flying into Iranian air space without permission and with the intent to spy (hence the spy drone). The Iranian government had the right to shoot down the drone over their nation. However, the drone is the intellectual property and physical property of the United States government and should be returned as such. Talk of "mass producing" and "reverse engineering" it is illegal, as it is not the property of the Iranian government. An international complaint can be filed for patent and copyright infringement, not to mention theft and fraud.

Side Bar: the Obama Administration was negligent in allowing a top secret piece of military equipment that cost the taxpayers a bundle, to end up damaged, then illegally confiscated. What if said technology falls into the wrong hands and becomes transport for a nuclear or biochemical weapon. Once again, why did the drone not have a self-destruct mechanism, especially in light of the fact it was going over foreign territory. This was poor governance.

President Obama Ridiculed For Asking Iran To Return U.S. Military Drone It Shot Down

U.S. President, Barack Obama, is being ridiculed on television, by folks like former Vice President, Dick Cheney, regarding his approach to solving the problem of a high tech military drone that was shot down by the Iranian government. The drone is said to contain U.S. secrets and advanced technology.

Cheney criticized Obama on television for not sending someone back into Iran to destroy the drone or employing satellite capabilities to do so, opting to nicely ask for its return. Asking nicely doesn't work. Maybe I've watched too much television, but shouldn't said drone have come with a self-destruct feature, for such situations.

Iranian Christian pastor, Youcef Nadarkhani, has been sentenced to death, for being a preacher of the gospel living in Iran. Nadarkhani has been charged with apostasy by the Muslim state, who have been placed under a significant amount of world scrutiny for this decision, drawing the condemnation of a number of nations. Nadarkhani has been given the option of recanting his Christian faith or being hanged.

He has refused to renounce his faith and the Iranian government has not called off the execution. A person should be able to freely practice their faith without harm or retribution. U.S. President, Barack Obama, is being criticized for his poor handling of the protests and uprisings in the Middle East. The turmoil that has erupted in Egypt, Libya and Bahrain, has sent the region into chaos.

Many in the Middle East believe, the U.S. State Department, CIA and FBI, are the instigators behind the uprisings and blame President Obama as the ringleader. The U.S. government in being accused of meddling in Muslim affairs.

Is it just me or does Iran have a lot of plane crashes. There was another plane crash in the region last week. It seems like they are constantly in the news regarding an aircraft either bursting into flames or coming to an incorrect, deadly landing. A number of planes have crashed either going into or coming from Iran.

Is there a problem with air safety or airport management, as this keeps happening at a higher than normal rate. Someone in a position of authority needs to look into it. Upgrades need to be made to protect lives. The site concedes, crashes do happen, but this is too many.

The Iranian government is going to become a major player on the global nuclear stage, which should be a concern to the United States and Israel. I shall do my best to look at this issue impartially and with an unvarnished view. He is also pursuing space endeavors, which can be used as a means to deploy catastrophic weaponry, which could level a nation.

Ideally, these issues should be resolved without war, but sadly, due to Ahmadinejad's refusal to cooperate and America and Israel's appropriate refusal to be annihilated, this conflict has catastrophe written all over it, for all sides involved. If something is not productively and peacefully done, trouble is coming. The world cannot be allowed to deteriorate in this manner.

Jahed was found guilty of killing one of Khani’s other wives, Laleh Saharkhizan, on what has been labeled a questionable, forced confession. Her case brings to memory the plight of another Iranian woman that has been unfairly sentenced to die, Sakineh Ashtiani. It is the Judiciary Report’s hope the Iranian government will abandon the death penalty.

U.S. Hiker Freed

U.S. hiker, Sarah Shourd, has been freed from Iran, on bail, after being jailed for accidentally wandering into the nation from Iraq, during an expedition. Shroud, who is thought to be physically unwell, expressed gratitude for being released and stated she will continue to work towards the freedom of her two friends, who remain incarcerated in Iran.

It is good that Iran has freed Ms. Shroud. The Judiciary Report wishes Ms. Shroud, her fellow hikers and the people of Iran the best. It is time the world takes a more peaceful stance towards the differences we hold as people.

Iranian Woman's Sentence Commuted To Hanging

Sakineh Mohammadi Ashtiani's sentence for allegedly committing adultery and murder, in a case filled with prosecutorial discrepancies, has been commuted from stoning to hanging. While the latter is a less painful way to die, it bears repeating, the case is weak and Defendant, Ashtiani, has not been given a fair trial.

Yesterday, Ashtianti, was tortured before being forced to confess to crimes she previously maintained she did not commit, on television in Iran. The Iranian government needs to consider its image in the world and not execute Ashtiani, on a case fraught with legal errors.

Iranian Woman Tortured Into Confessing On TV

Yesterday evening it was announced, Iranian prisoner, Sakineh Mohammadi Ashtiani, was tortured in prison and publicly forced to confess to crimes she previously stated she did not commit, murder and adultery. The confession appeared on television in Iran and her lawyer, Mohammad Mostafaei, stated she had been brutally beaten and forced to lie on television.

The Iranian government is angry at world attention Ashtianti's case has received, as many all over the globe, believe she is being set up and falsely accused of crimes she did not commit. Her children are distraught and fear she maybe executed in secret at any moment. Brazil has kindly offered her asylum, but the Iranian government has yet to accept their offer.

Many people around the world have been beseeching the Iranian government not to execute, Sakineh Mohammadi Ashtiani, on charges of committing adultery. There are many discrepancies in the prosecution's case against her. She has been wrongfully accused of murdering her husband as well.

Thus far, by government order, she has received 99 lashes in the presence of her children, which had to be very difficult for them. Her lawyer, Mohammad Mostafaei, fled to Turkey and was arrested on immigration charges, after the Iranian government detained three of his family members. The charges against them are unclear and appear to be based in Mostafaei choosing to represent Ashtiani, who continues to profess her innocence.

A suspect, believed to be the culprit behind the killing of her husband, was apprehended, but the charges against Ashtiani, were not dropped. Rather, they were expanded to include adultery, when her husband was already deceased, when the alleged infidelity occurred.

Brazil has graciously offered Ashtiani asylum, but the Iranian government is refusing to let her go. In light of the fact the case contains so many inconsistencies, it is better to err on the side of caution and let Ashtiani go, rather than stoning, a woman and mother, to death, who continues to maintain her innocence. Iran should do the right thing and free her, as the world is watching and many are upset by the case.

The Iranian government detained three American hikers, who had wondered across the border, from neighboring Iraq. Iranian President, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, has accused the trio of spying for the United States, with the latter having denied the claim. The hikers and their families also assert they are not spies.

The Iranian government should let the hikers go, as keeping them imprisoned is not promoting a good image in the world, to those that may wish to visit Iran. It will scare off tourism.

Unless a government catches a foreign agent attempting to damage or overthrow the government, stealing government equipment, machinery, apparatus or technology, hacking into government computers, stealing physical government files or national secrets kept in any other format, to charge one with spying is inappropriate.
