It is being reported in the mainstream press that President Obama's Department of Justice (DOJ), run by disgraced Attorney General, Eric Holder, deliberately released gun trafficker, Manuel Fabian Celis-Acosta, to lead them to two drug cartel members. However, the two drug cartel members in question were actually FBI informants, making the whole operation a sham and a scam.
During the course of the scam by the DOJ and FBI, two innocent U.S. Border Patrol police officers were killed with weapons the DOJ trafficked. Hundreds of innocent Mexican civilians have also been killed with the weapons Holder illegally trafficked into Mexico.
The FBI is notorious for framing people or rigging cases by setting up targets, in order to meet arrest quotas they set, which allows them to extract billions in taxpayer money from Congress. These funds are often wasted by the FBI on extravagant spending, luxury travel accommodations and exorbitant living expenses for executives and high level agents. Once again, the FBI/DOJ has blood on its hands.

March 21, 2012, 5:39 p.m. - Federal agents released alleged gun trafficker Manuel Fabian Celis-Acosta to help them find two Mexican drug lords. But the two were secret FBI informants, emails show. When the ATF made alleged gun trafficker Manuel Fabian Celis-Acosta its primary target in the ill-fated Fast and Furious investigation, it hoped he would lead the agency to two associates who were Mexican drug cartel members. The ATF even questioned and released him knowing that he was wanted by the Drug Enforcement Administration.
But those two drug lords were secretly serving as informants for the FBI along the Southwest border, newly obtained internal emails show. Had Celis-Acosta simply been held when he was arrested by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives in May 2010, the investigation that led to the loss of hundreds of illegal guns and may have contributed to the death of a Border Patrol agent could have been closed early...

The Los Angeles coroner's office has ruled today, the late, legendary singer, Whitney Houston, died at age 48 last month of cocaine use, heart disease and drowning. She was found dead in her bathtub at the Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles on the eve of the Grammy Awards.
Marijuana, Xanax and Flexiril were also found in her system at the time of death. This confirms Houston did not kick her drug habit of smoking crack cocaine with marijuana rolled up in a joint. Houston referred to it as "rock cocaine" with "marijuana."
A week ago, on March 12, 2012, in the article Oprah Winfrey's Interview With Whitney Houston's Family Confirmed A Few Items About The Days Leading Up To Her Death, the Judiciary Report was correct in stating Houston was, "A prime candidate for cardiac arrest" if she underwent plastic surgery. Years of drug abuse damaged her heart and body in general.
This is such a waste of life and a tremendous talent. The irony is many more celebrities in Hollywood will die early deaths, decades earlier than they should have, due to regrettable choices they are making. So many of them have already died early over the past few years, due to the destructive decisions they have made.
How many more people in Hollywood will have to die before tinseltown gets the message to stop this destructive, ungodly behavior. What good is fame and money to people that have died decades early. It's not worth it.

The number of people in Congress calling for the resignation of President Obama's gunrunning Attorney General, Eric Holder, keeps growing. The total now stands at 120 congress people that want him out. However, Holder has stubbornly refused to leave, even though his lawless deeds in office, during the "Fast and Furious" scandal, cost hundreds of innocent civilians and two Border Patrol officers' their very lives, when he illegally sent guns across the border to the Mexican drug cartels, just to see what would happen. His judgment is poor and his deeds are reckless.

Since some love to play the race card as an excuse for failure, African American congressman Allen West, has slammed President Barack Obama's Attorney General, Eric Holder as "inept" and "incompetent." West is demanding Holder resign. He stated the corruption that occurred in the "Fast And Furious" scandal, involving Holder trafficking illegal guns to drug cartels in Mexico, resulting in the deaths of hundreds of innocent people, among them U.S. Border Patrol officers, is a matter President Obama must denounce and fire Holder for or the public will accept his inaction as consent.

Indeed, if Obama continues to look the other way to this matter, more and more people will believe he condones what transpired, regarding the deaths of innocent people, murdered in the name of a careless Department Of Justice/FBI/ATF government operation. World Peace? Not if the Obama Administration has anything to do with it. As revealed previously, the Obama Administration had a hand in the Muslim world uprising, via calls the President made to initiate covert CIA action in said regions. Libya in Africa became the Obama Administration's next target and said nation has been turned upside down in the war being waged against them for their own oil. Now comes news straight from Washington that U.S. Congressman, Connie Mack, requested President Obama "put an end to" the Venezuelan government, led by duly elected head of state, Hugo Chavez.
The government is out of line to be going around the world causing these terrible conflicts that have resulted in mass casualties. There is nothing peaceful or good about it. They are bucking for World War 3. Something horrible is going to come of all this fighting, which the world is labeling "imperialism."
With all the problems America is facing at home, President Obama is corruptly obsessed with what is going on abroad and criminally meddling in foreign governments. This is not what he was elected to do.
Americans are suffering and no sound, sustainable solutions have been provided to problems such as rising unemployment, foreclosures, bank failures, poverty, disease and social injustice. The trillions being spent on war, which is counterproductive spending, could be put to better use in America, building up the country.
Instead, the main emphasis is on waging war in the world, in conduct that is anti-Christ in nature. When all is said and done, the world will not be a better place after said wars. It will leave scores dead, global infrastructures destroyed and bridges burned.

U.S. President Barack Obama's war in Libya is curiously titled Operation Odyssey Dawn, whose initials are "Operation O.D." How ironic, as they are fighting a losing and deadly battle. If Obama successfully ousts Gadhafi and gains unfettered access to his nation's oil, which is the primary objective, the rebels that are helping them in combat, who expect to take over the government, are Al Qaeda members.
I don't know about you, but I'm not for Al Qaeda running any world government, as they are a terrorist organization. Strangely enough, Gadhafi was the least harmful choice of the two, but the White House is glossing over this fact.
Obama is fighting against Gadhafi, who has been fighting against Al Qaeda's attempt to take over Libya. In essence, President Obama is helping Al Qaeda. There's no way around it, as that's what the President's military intervention in Libya amounts to in black and white. The U.S. Government and its allies are headed for trouble with this war.
The Judiciary Report's concern is for the civilians in Libya. What's going to happen to them when bombs start reigning down on their homes, schools and businesses. After watching former President, George W. Bush, lie to everyone on the planet about the war in Iraq, which began much in the same manner the Libya attack did, only to cost over one million people their lives, I do not trust what Washington says anymore. They've lied too many times. Enough with the bloodshed.

U.S. President Barck Obama has touted an ironic and untruthful point, proclaiming his administration intends to take a back seat in the war in Libya, concocted by his cabinet, allowing NATO to take control. But as many newspapers have pointed out and what is common knowledge to most familiar with international politics, NATO is comprised of U.S. government employees.
Which brings me to my point, the President is not being truthful with America or the world and it is sad under the circumstances. It is only a matter of time before the war in Libya advances, particularly on the ground and soldiers and civilians will die...and for what? This is all senseless.

South African rugby star, Vincent Mdunge, 34, has been arrested for the murder of three men in Durban. The former Blue Bulls player, hacked three men to death, decapitating one, for gang raping his young daughter and infecting her with HIV.
It is a tragic case of violence begetting violence. It is understandable that Mdunge would be infuriated and devastated, due to the great injustice that happened to his daughter. However, it is regrettable he took the law into his own hands and committed three murders.

U.S. Congressman Kucinich, made some very strong and sensible points during an RT interview, regarding President Barack Obama's ill-advised, unlawful military expedition into Libya. For every week the United States is in Libya during this illegal war, it shall cost the American taxpayer $500,000,000. (half a billion dollars). Every Tomahawk missile dropped in Libya, costs the American taxpayer $1,000,000.

That's an additional $235 million dollars of your tax money gone in vain, on missiles that have not stopped the Gadhafi family. It would have been cheaper and more effective to buy Raid. Kucinich, like many others, are bringing up the fact, President Obama, has committed an impeachable offense, by starting this war in Libya, without Congressional authority. He most likely did so, because he doubted he would receive clearance.

Washington is being accused of waging war for oil again, failing to learn from past mistakes (Iraq). A number of nations have condemn the Obama ordered military strike on Libya, attributing it to greed for oil, which will be stolen.
A congressman from President Obama's political party, Democrat, Ed Markey, has also stated, "We're in Libya because of oil." This is undoubtedly a repeat of Iraq and it shall not end well. America cannot afford another war, not in lives or money. Not to mention the damage it does to the target nation.
It is being stated one of Gadhafi’s sons, Khamis, has been killed in the Obama orchestrated bombings. Khamis Gadhafi, reportedly sustained severe burns to his body. When a large mass of skin is severely burned, the body’s immune system is open to infection, which can lead to death. In the Bush ordered war on Iraq, Saddam Hussein's sons were also killed in bombings.
The government invades a foreign country, kills people and puts it on display, like the head of animal mounted on a wall after the hunt. President Obama calling for this madness is so disappointing and disgraceful. Look what it has already turned into, in a matter of days.

Another report indicates, the Obama Administration bombed Gadhafi’s home, then ludicrously claimed they were not targeting him. This insulted the public’s intelligence, as it was an assassination attempt, much in the manner of what transpired against Saddam Hussein, when former President, George W. Bush, ordered the bombing of his palaces.
The Judiciary Report is not in favor of the Obama Administration’s actions in Libya. Thousands of civilians and rebels have already died in the face of this awful sneak attack in Libya. Make no mistake, these are war crimes.
In the September 7, 2009 article Britain, Obama And Hillary Clinton Knew, the Judiciary Report expressed extreme skepticism at then British Prime Minister, Gordon Brown, embracing the Gadhafi family in Britain as they did. It has nothing to do with them being Muslim. Once again, there are many Muslims that have acclimated into British society.
However, Gadhafi, is and always has been, an extremist, but I suspect his oil rich nation’s national resources, drove former Prime Minister Blair and Brown’s decisions. Roughly one year after the Judiciary Report's article, Gadhafi proved the website right, by calling for jihad against the West (Kadhafi Calls For Jihad). This conduct was very inappropriate, as is his family's lavish lifestyle, while Libyans go hungry.
In 2009, the Judiciary Report, also denounced the release of convicted Lockerbie bomber, Abdelbaset Al Megrahi, warning he would outlive the cancer prognosis his doctors rendered and he has by two years and counting (David Cameron Meets With Barack Obama).

Everyday Americans, fed up with the wars in the Middle East being waged by the government and the violation of their rights at home by the FBI, have taken to the streets in protest, decrying the war crimes and human rights abuses.
As some have accurately pointed out, as has the Judiciary Report in the past, this money could be better spent in America on jobs, schools, infrastructure and paying down the national debt.
Recent data released on the U.S. economy indicates it continues to worsen. Unemployment is still high, home sales are down, foreclosures are up, along with the national deficit and the Congressional Budget Office has said, President Obama's statements regarding the nation debt are wrong. The President's spending plans will send the deficit up, not down, as he claims.

U.S. President, Barack Obama, is being criticized for his poor handling of the protests and uprisings in the Middle East. The turmoil that has erupted in Egypt, Libya and Bahrain, has sent the region into chaos.
Many in the Middle East believe, the U.S. State Department, CIA and FBI, are the instigators behind the uprisings and blame President Obama as the ringleader. The U.S. government in being accused of meddling in Muslim affairs.
Recently, U.S. Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, issued statements about Iran that left some with the impression, she is encouraging another uprising in their nation. The destabilization of the region is an item of concern, as it is sad to witness people dying.

The Judiciary Report recently took the corrupt FBI to task last month over their unlawful behavior, which involves "drunk driving" (FBI Agents Making Sex Tapes, Paying Strippers And Leaking National Secrets).
Three months prior to that, on November 22. 2010, the Judiciary Report, slammed the dangerous drinking culture at the FBI (FBI Being Nosy In College Football). In that article, the site asked how the FBI could hypocritically investigate university ball players for taking money, when the head of the agency, Robert S. Mueller, took a $1,000,000 bribe in another matter. The college ball probe was dropped shortly after.
After all that lecturing on the ills of drinking and driving, this week, a 37-year-old FBI agent, Adrian Norbell Johnson, was arrested for drunk driving, in the death of 18-year-old Lawrence Garner Jr. FBI Agent Johnson was absolutely drunk, got behind the wheel anyway, drove the wrong way on the road and killed the African-American teen, who had just graduated school.

FBI Agents appear to have a thing for killing off black teens on the road. Several years ago, Miami FBI agent, David Farrall, got drunk at a sports bar, in the company of other agents, who allowed him to enter his vehicle, where he proceeded to drive the wrong way down the highway.
Farrall ended up smashing into two teenage Jamaican boys, Maurice Williams and Craig Chambers, who were driving home from church, killing them instantly. The crooked Miami FBI, then sprang into action, lied to the local police, blaming the teens for the accident. Not only had they died, they were being defamed as well.
Next in their corrupt little plan to save a dishonorable man from the consequences of his criminal actions, the Miami FBI had Farrall admitted to the hospital under a fake name and stonewalled the Sheriff's office that came to question him about the accident. The Miami FBI placed two agents at Farrall's room door to block the Sheriff's office from entering, to question him and inspect his records.

If it were not for the decent men and women of Florida that witnessed a drunk barreling down the highway at an illegal speed, then called 911, the two dead teens would not have been vindicated and Farrall would have been in the clear. 911 tapes revealed, several motorists accurately describing Farrall's vehicle speeding down the highway in the wrong direction. The accident happened shortly after.
The FBI corrupted the judicial system, as they frequently do and initially had Farrall "cleared of wrongdoing" in the crash. South Floridians protested and he was retried and sentenced to 90 days in jail, which was a slap on the wrist for killing two innocent people, in a tragedy that was completely avoidable.
Now, here we go again. Another agent has killed someone via drunk driving. Many other agents have been arrested for inflicting injuries on the public as well, via drunk driving. Therefore, it's not just two agents at an organization with a drinking problem. The disgraceful FBI has an agency-wide problem in this regard, but refuses to do anything about it, believing themselves above the law. Yet, amazingly, this lawbreaking agency is entrusted with the nation's law enforcement needs.
