And the news on terrorist group ISIS continues to grow more concerning. A new report reveals ISIS commander, Gulmurod Khalimov, was trained by the Obama Administration in 2014. Current presidential candidate, Hillary Clinton, was head of the State Department, when Khalimov received U.S. government training.

The disturbing ties between ISIS and the Obama Administration continue to grow. World leaders, international intelligence as well as U.S. military officials, have repeatedly stated U.S. President Barack Obama tried to install ISIS in Syria, has given them hundreds of millions of dollars in American taxpayer money, weapons and training and shielded them from capture in the Middle East.

New ISIS Military Commander Was Trained by State Department as Recently as 2014

September 6, 2016 - Gulmurod Khalimov, the new ISIS military commander whom the U.S. just days ago announced a $3 million bounty for, was trained by the State Department in an anti-terror program as recently as 2014 while serving in the security service of Tajikistan. He replaces former ISIS commander Tarkhan Batirashvili, aka Umar al-Shishani, who was also trained by the United States as part of the Georgian army and who ISIS claimed was killed fighting in Iraq this past July. The State Department confirmed Khalimov's U.S.-provided training to CNN in May 2015:

U.S. presidential candidate, Donald Trump, is fast showing himself to be a racist, fascist Nazi. From the beginning of his campaign for the presidency, Trump xenophobically referred to Mexican illegal immigrants as rapists and murderers, which is a lie. He stated black youth "have no spirit." Another lie. Trump has also vowed to ban Muslims from America, which is wrong and unethical. He has also mocked the disabled, which is a cruel thing to do.

Trump is behaving like Hitler, scorning and disparaging minorities and those who are disabled, seeking to sift away every group that does not fit his white ideal. Trump has come under fire over a number of incidents. Recently during a rally, Trump demanded the audience raise their right hand and pledge allegiance to him, not the American flag. When one pledge's allegiance to the flag, one bends one's right arm (similar to the shape of a boomerang). Trump asked the thousands of people at the rally to raise and extend their right arm and pledge allegiance to him, in what looked like a Nazi salute. It was not a pretty sight. It was a very disheartening and disconcerting throwback to terrible days in our world, where Hitler cost 50,000,000 people their lives. Recently, Trump also retweeted a quote promoting fascist Mussolini.

Trump is playing on the American people's fears to gain a foothold in the election. He is encouraging hatred, separatism and violence via his words. For example, a Muslim woman entered a Trump rally to see what it was about, regarding how he fits into the political process. She did not disturb the peace. She simply attended the rally, as many others had done. She was bullied, heckled and  kicked out for being Muslim. This was very illegal, inappropriate and discriminatory. Last week, a black woman with a protest sign was shoved at a Trump rally by a white male. He was discharged from the Marine Corps for this illegal behavior. 

This week, as police peacefully escorted a black protestor out of a Trump rally, a white supporter of the presidential candidate punched the African-American man who was in cuffs and not resisting arrest. The man in question has now been arrested for punching the protestor in a matter than had nothing to do with him. It was another illustration of the unprovoked hatred and violence Trump is provoking and promoting. Two days ago, a Trump campaign worker roughed up a female reporter, grabbing and throwing her to the ground, for attempting to ask a question they deemed controversial. That is crazy. People are entitled to free speech. This illegal thug behavior is unacceptable and uncouth.

Trump's campaign is encouraging violence against minorities and women. Trump angrily rants at rallies, working up attendees by virulently pointing out all the problems in America and laying blame on Mexicans, blacks, Muslims, the disabled, China and the Middle East. This is exactly how Hitler got started. Trump's hit list is ever growing and will only serve to promote American isolationism in the world, by offending many people and nations. To run a campaign on hate is a dangerous thing. No good can come of it. 

America elected its first black president in 2008 when Barack Obama won the presidential election. However, during his tenure in office, at times it has veered into militancy that has left whites feeling isolated, left out and under threat. That's not good. This is one of the reasons the Judiciary Report has maintained for years that anyone elected to office anywhere in the world, should seek to unite the races and do the best they can for everyone, not one particular race, group or cause. There must be fairness, equality and an even playing field. It promotes civility and racial harmony. People should not feel left out or neglected in their own country. Every life matters.

Donald Trump's Campaign Manager Reportedly Roughed Up a Female Reporter 

Mar 9, 2016 - A female reporter tried to ask Donald Trump a question Tuesday night as he was leaving a Florida press conference, only to be "forcibly yanked" by Trump's campaign manager, Corey Lewandowski, according to Politico. The reporter, Michelle Fields, who works for Breitbart News, was nearly brought down to the ground, Politico said, adding that a witness said she was "clearly roughed up." The run-in happened as Secret Service were clearing a path for Trump. Fields's boyfriend, an editor with the website Daily Caller, had this to say about the incident... 

This is not the first time Trump's campaign has gotten physical with protesters or the press. Most recently, a photographer for Time magazine was thrown to the ground and choked by someone on Trump's Secret Service detail...

The Council on American-Islamic Relations has issued a call to the campaign of the GOP contender to apologize over Hamid’s treatment at the event Friday night. And Hamid said by Saturday afternoon she hadn’t received any response. “I would like to hear what Trump has to say about it,” she told The Associated Press by phone. “I’d like to hear because if they say that it was because we were disrupting things, then I would like him to show evidence of where the disruption came, because the disruption didn’t come from me. Obama Administration Loses $500 Million Dollars In Taxpayer Money As Rebels They Trained Give U.S. Weapons And Equipment To Al Qaeda In Syria

The Obama Administration paid $500 million dollars in U.S. taxpayer money to train and arm rebels in Syria, only for them to hand over the sophisticated weaponry to an Al Qaeda terrorist affiliate. The Obama administration backing off their current failing combat plan due to this event was announced Friday, October 9, 2015. This is one of the reasons why days prior on Tuesday October 6, 2015, the Judiciary Report stated let the Russians address ISIS in Syria.

I wrote that because it could help with the migrant crisis, neutralize ISIS and for the simple reason the U.S. government is hated in the region thanks to the Bush years (i.e. war in Iraq/weapons of mass destruction), has no loyal allegiances there and does not have a firm grip on combat in the Middle East.

A week ago many read news reports regarding the U.S. government bombing a charitable Doctors Without Borders hospital in Afghanistan, killing 12 medical personnel and 10 patients (with an additional 33 missing). Patients were seen “burning in their beds” from the surprise bombing. Doctors Without Borders stated they “repeatedly” gave the U.S. government their coordinates to prevent being bombed, yet this horror still happened. The U.S. government is now offering to pay victims of the bombing.

Then there's the incident days ago where U.S. military ended up killed in a Russian bombing meant for and hitting terrorist targets. This happened despite the fact the Russian government gave the U.S. government clear advance warning to leave that particular zone that would be bombed in air strikes. The U.S. government is having serious tactical problems in the region and it is creating more problems than it is solving.

The goal of the West and moderates in the Middle East is to neutralize ISIS. What does it matter who accomplishes this. The Russian government was invited by Syrian head of state, Bashar al-Assad, as their ally and given key intel on the region. Russia is aiding them with armed forces bearing sophisticated weaponry. While I do not agree with Assad's politics, he is still the president of Syria and their nation's sovereignty, just like any other country's, should be respected.

The West could monitor events via satellite, news reports and messages from select diplomats. The Obama administration could have allowed the Russian military to  handle ISIS in Syria and it would have saved the U.S. taxpayers a significant amount of money and future problems (see: terrorists now have sophisticated U.S. equipment and weaponry with which to target the West - they also know American military training methods/trade secrets).

Why was it really necessary for the Obama administration to waste $500 million dollars of U.S. taxpayer money on this ill-fated venture in Syria. Do you know how much good that money could have done in America. You could have built 10,000 affordable homes for lower income families at $50,000 a piece, with special loans at favorable, fixed interest rates (and even giving subsidies to lower income buyers to help with purchasing the homes).

You could have given business grants of $5,000 to $20,000 to Americans who have solid business plans and want to start a small business. Alternatively, you could have built 200-300 new schools in America to ease overcrowding at existing learning institutions. You could have started a great drive to help feed, clothe and house the homeless and try to get them back on their feet in the workplace. You could have rebuilt areas of Detroit suffering from widespread urban decay. There’s so much you could have done with the $500 million dollars in America that would have improved the country and the lives of many.

Instead, you’ve unwittingly armed Al Qaeda, a terrorist group that hates the West and is trying to destroy us. You cannot have these unnecessary Middle East excursions, especially ones that routinely go wrong, then cut money in America on things the American people need. That is gross mismanagement and very poor prioritizing.

I don’t even understand why, after the Bush years and all the civilian casualties it created in the Middle East, the U.S. government thought for a split second there is no bitter feelings among Arabs in the region, who saw their friends and families (who weren’t terrorists) killed in bombings. Why did the U.S. government think they could trust the rebels after the war in Iraq, military maneuvers/combat in Afghanistan and Pakistan during Bush's time in office, that yielded a combined civilian casualty rate that is very high, from U.S. military bombings that sometimes hit schools and villages, killing many children.

The U.S. government needs to face facts on this matter and not army anymore rebels. The Arabs in the Middle East and some in the West have America off and are angry over the 1,000,000 plus casualties from U.S. combat (Bush) in the region and will not show the United States any loyalty due to it. If someone killed off over 1,000,000 Americans in bombings would you show them any loyalty? Of course not. So why are you expecting that from them and endangering western lives in arming rebels (previously, the CIA armed and trained a rebel and his cohorts - you now know them as Osama Bin Laden and Al Qaeda).

For a peaceful existence, the U.S. government needs to focus on making America better and leave the Middle East excursions alone, lest something worse happens. The government needs to choose its battles more carefully. It’s not everything the government should get involved in.

U.S.-trained fighters in Syria gave equipment to al-Qaeda affiliate

American-trained Syrian fighters gave at least a quarter of their U.S.-provided equipment to al-Qaeda’s affiliate in Syria early this week, the U.S. Central Command said late Friday. In a statement correcting earlier assertions that reports of the turnover were a “lie” and a militant propaganda ploy, the command said it was subsequently notified that the Syrian unit had “surrendered” some of its equipment — including six pickup trucks and a portion of its ammunition — to Jabhat al-Nusra, al-Qaeda’s arm in Syria.

The acknowledgment is the latest discouraging report regarding the $500 million train-and-equip program, which Gen. Lloyd J. Austin III, head of Central Command, said last week had only “four or five” trained Syrian fighters active in Syria. Since then, the military has said approximately 70 fighters have been added...

Now the world is faced with the brutal ISIS terrorist group, hell bent on killing Westerners, as in their eyes it avenges their fellow Muslims who were killed in military action by Bush. Two wrongs don't make a right. The needless bloodshed on both sides needs to stop. A truce needs to be reached. All life is precious, American, Middle Eastern and people all over the world.

Brave journalist, James Foley, was executed in Syria by a member of the terrorist organization ISIS (also known as ISL). For years 40-year-old Foley had covered many stories in the Middle East, traveling to dangerous places in attempting to shed light on what has been transpiring in the region.

Over the past few weeks, the journalist's parents, Diane and John Foley, were sent death threats, which indicated the terrorist group who abducted James two years ago, intended to kill him shortly. Tragically they did in gruesome fashion, then released a video of the execution to the internet.

Foley's story is reminiscent of brave, innocent 38-year-old journalist, Daniel Pearl, who was murdered by terrorists in the Pakistan in 2002. Foley was an innocent conveying the news through his eyes. The Judiciary Report sends its condolences to Foley's family and friends.

The Third And Final Presidential Debate Between Barack Obama And Mitt Romney Highlights Contrasting Political Styles

The third and final debate of the U.S. Presidential election, between governor Mitt Romney and president Barack Obama, illustrated their political styles and agendas. Obama took his tone town a notch, as he was too sedate in the first debate, which was not good and overly aggressive and in-your-face in the second, which did not come across in the right manner (some called it rude). 

Obama's expression in this pic is all sorts of wrong. He is giving Romney some serious attitude (LOL).

In the third debate, Obama tried to strike a balance and was more even in that sense, but his record regarding foreign policy matters, particularly the Middle East, much like the economy, worked against him. Romney assertive and able to highlight Obama's failures in Syria and Libya, while stating what he would have done different.

Egypt's richest man, accomplished business mogul, Naguib Onsi Sawiris, has expressed his concerns regarding how Coptic Christians, such as himself, will be treated under the newly elected Islamist government, the Muslim Brotherhood, headed up by President Mohammed Mursi. Former President, Hosni Mubarak, was toppled under tumultuous circumstances and recently suffered a coma inducing stroke. Egypt is 90% Muslim and 10% Coptic Christian.

Sawiris' wealth is estimated at $2.5 billion dollars and he chairs the multi-national companies Wind Telecom and Orascom Telecom Holding. Sawiris was quoted as stating, "There are fears of imposing an Islamic state ... where Christians don't have same rights. Morsi is required to prove the opposite. ... We don't want speeches or promises, but in the coming period, it is about taking action. ... He was not our choice but we are accepting it is a democratic choice."   

It is the website's hope that the people of Egypt will turn a new page and live in unity, after the turmoil that transpired over the past year. Egyptians, like all other global citizens, must dwell and work in peace and safety in their sovereign land. People's rights must be respected, as this is a universal concept that at times, has been sorely lacking in our world.

As Christians we must exercise our right to worship God without hindrance or fear of retaliation. We must retain our faith through the trials and tests of life. No one should deprive us of these freedoms, as to do so would constitute serious human rights abuses.

Jaleshwar Pradhan threw stones at the home of Pastor Patiba Mohan Kota while he was away, verbally abused his wife and pushed his daughters, shouting, “You Christians must not live here – it is not your land; the last time your houses were only damaged, this time all of you will be buried here,” the GCIC reported. Be your own man... I'll be flying through the clouds with green like I'm Peter Pan." If he is not careful, the army is going to turn him into Soulja Girl. It's time to leave the drugs alone.

The Judiciary Report is certainly not Team FBI and you know why, so I'm going to ignore what he wrote about them. It's quite telling the public is not defending the FBI, but has spoken up in defense of the troops. The soldiers are dying over something they did not start, but were conscripted into. I do not agree with any of the wars in the Middle East, but the majority of the soldiers do not seem to want to be over there either.

Is that a diamond encrusted car on your chain. Negro, no! Remove and sell the diamonds, then invest the money in a good CD (that's a certificate of deposit at the bank, not an album). At least then you'll get some interest.

Blame the policymakers, such as former President Bush and Vice President Cheney for starting and perpetuating the wars for years and President Obama for dragging his feet in ending it and bringing the soldiers back home to their families. The wars need to end, but destroying the soldiers' morale is not the way to do it, because the hard reality is, thousands of them have died and over a million civilians as well.

Obama Tells America To Up Its Game

This article is a continuation of the Judiciary Report's theme of "oh no he didn't" concerning President Barack Obama. Yesterday, President Obama told Americans to, "Up your game." How ironic, because over a year ago, on March 17, 2010, the Judiciary Report wrote that, "What Mr. Obama needs to do is raise his game."

President Obama has absolved himself of all responsibility in the financial crisis that he has greatly worsened, opting to meddle in the Middle East as his top priority, rather than focusing on more pressing matters at home - the U.S. economy and the mass suffering transpiring in America as a result of its deteriorated state.

It's not the everyday American that's the problem, as Obama is suggesting, because citizens have worked and paid their taxes. It's the Obama Administration and Congress that have become the problem, greenlighting unruly spending that has eaten away at the taxpayers' money in the U.S. Treasury and simply will not pan out in the end, as painful evidence regarding the economy has been showing month after month. Therefore, regarding your derivative advice telling everyone to "up your game"...you first.

Washington needs to bring the troops back from the Middle East and Africa, returning them to their homes in America. Thee wars are ill-fated and costly, both in human lives and money.

Economic numbers released this week, regarding the United States economy, have caused President Barack Obama’s approval ratings to plunge like a toilet. In short, said approval ratings are in the toilet, which is not good news for the president.

Mainstream news outlets and newspapers are reporting, Americans have overwhelmingly lost confidence in President Obama's ability to fix the ailing economy, which is the populace's number one concern, not the wars in the Middle East that most want discontinued. President Obama’s policies over the past 2 and ½ years have failed to correct the nation’s financial woes, due to bad political advice and excessive spending.

A majority of Americans fear the nation is entering a second Great Depression, which marked the worst financial and social time in U.S. history. People suffered greatly during the Great Depression and the nation does not want that era back again.

A joke going around the press about terrorist, Osama Bin Laden, whose Pakistan home was raided by U.S. Navy Seals, apparently resulting in his death, states he turned himself in to get away from his three nagging wives and boisterous kids.

It is being stated in a widely circulated article, "'The joke in Pakistan is that bin Laden called in his location to CIA because he was being driven mad cooped up for five years with so many wives and children,' said Pakistani Interior Minister Rehman Malik."

I don't know why the man wanted so many wives. One is enough to nag anyone into an early grave. You see, Western men know better than that. It is only Middle Eastern men that make this potentially fatal mistake. And ladies, think about it, if you were married to someone like Osama, wouldn't you turn him in...and collect the reward money.

You'd be lying on the beach somewhere, checking your bank account on your laptop for a wire transfer that says "$25,000,000" while having a fruity drink with an umbrella in it, thinking of the impending raid about to take place back at the house, "I hope those Navy Seals don't ruin the carpet!" (wink).

President Obama distastefully made the announcement yesterday, the very day of a scheduled state visit by Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu.

Prominent Jewish Americans have now abandoned Obama for his decision against their motherland. Christians are taken aback as well. President Obama is meddling in the Middle East far too much, using the CIA to overthrow world governments, trampling on the sovereignty of foreign nations and promising potential successors he seeks to install, billions of U.S. dollars in foreign military and government aid, when millions of Americans are unemployed, suffering and facing drastic benefit cuts.

One of Osama Bin Laden's children, 20-year-old Hamza Bin Laden, escaped the Navy Seal raid on the family's home in Pakistan on May 1. 2011, which left his dad dead. It is being stated, he was not at home during the time of the raid. He is thought to be a threat to the United States of America (see: Osama - The Sequel).

Many cities in America have been negatively impacted by the turbulent economic times we live in. However, the city of Detroit, Michigan, has fallen into a state of disrepair, blighted by urban decay, more than any other major city in America. This is due to the ongoing financial crisis that hit the Motor City hard, as many of its citizens' worked in the automotive industry.

Years ago, GM (General Motors), employed 600,000 workers in Michigan. Fast forward to the present and the company has far less employees. Many beautiful buildings in Detroit, are now dilapidated and disintegrating, as there are no revenues and earnings to maintain them.

If President Obama ended the wars in the Middle East and Libya, he could use a portion of the funding from said military action, to build up Detroit, providing jobs and refurbished churches, homes, schools and businesses. Isn't it better to build up America, than bomb other nations.

Most Of America's Financial And Social Problems Would Be Solved

The wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, initiated by President George W. Bush and perpetuated by current head of state, Barack Obama, have cost the U.S. taxpayers close to $2 TRILLION DOLLARS. Imagine if that money had been spent at home.

President Barack Obama has also started a war in the African nation of Libya, which has already cost the American taxpayer billions. If President Barack Obama had stopped former President Bush's wars in the Middle East and not initiated a new one in Libya, America would be so much stronger than it is today.

The job crisis would be solved. Business and exports would be plenty. Foreclosures would have plummeted, as more people would be working again and able to pay their mortgage. University scholarships would be plentiful, leading to a greater level of education and pay for Americans. The greater the level of education, the stronger and more innovative the work force.

But what do we have instead? Soldiers continue to die abroad, leaving their families grief-stricken. Americans are unemployed in great numbers. Home foreclosures are escalating. Banks continue to close. The national deficit continues to climb. Services for the poor and disabled continue to be mercilessly and drastically cut by the government to pay for more bombs to drop on people. I was hoping for more from the Obama presidency than this.
