Boxer Adrien Broner Causes A Stir On Social Networking In Stating He Is Voting For Donald Trump In U.S. Presidential Election Due To Promise Of Lowering Taxes (Video)

Warning: video contains profanity

Former four time boxing champion, Adrien Broner, is being heavily criticized on social networking for stating he is going to vote for hatemonger, Donald Trump, in the 2016 U.S. presidential election. Broner explained his reasoning for voting for Trump stating he will lower taxes. However, Broner has been duped. Trump has made a massive u-turn on previous statements regarding lowering taxes in America.

Apparently, Marcos Maidana hit Adrien Broner harder than we thought, as he has announced he is voting for Donald Trump, who has made comments that upset minorities

A new report on Reuters this month stated, "U.S. Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump said on Sunday he was open to raising taxes on the rich, backing off his prior proposal to reduce taxes on all Americans and breaking with one of his party's core policies dating back to the 1990s. 'I am willing to pay more, and you know what, the wealthy are willing to pay more,' Trump told ABC's 'This Week.'"

The Judiciary Report has maintained from the time of the 2008 financial crisis, which I predicted first in published site articles, the only way out of the problem, is to raise taxes on the rich. America needs a moderate tax increase on the rich and austerity to get out of the ongoing financial crisis (Newly Released Financial Data Reveals America Has Hit An Unprecedented Economic Low Under President Obama). Former U.S. President, George W. Bush, created the problem with his poor, corrupt political policies and current president, Barack Obama, added to it via massive spending that has not worked out, morphing into fruitless debt.

He also supports Trump because he’s going to lower taxes and “that’s what I’m with, for real, because taxes been kicking my @$$”. Broner is currently awaiting trial for assault and robbery charges. If convicted, he would not be able to vote in the upcoming election.

The Benefits Of Austerity

Barack Obama

This is a continuation of the January 19, 2015 article "New Financial Crisis Hits America Confirming Previous Site Claims." In 2008 America was hit by a severe financial crisis that created widespread unemployment, foreclosures and business closures (How George Bush Destroyed The U.S. Economy). Trillions of dollars have been lost due to the crisis, which began under former U.S. president, George W. Bush and his extremely poor and negligent fiscal polices the Judiciary Report saw coming and warned against (Ben Bernake Didn't See The Financial Crisis Coming). Bush's successor, U.S. president, Barack Obama, won the 2008 election and assumed office in the first quarter of 2009.

Obama undertook a fiscally risky and dangerous course of action regarding the badly battered U.S. economy. Obama took the Hollywood approach of spend your way out of debt, which does not work. Obama has spent more money that any other president in U.S. history to disastrous results. America's debt levels are now enormously high and completely unsustainable. The 2008 financial crisis has now rebooted itself in what many financial analysts are now saying is worst that its predecessor. Years ago, the Judiciary Report predicted this would happen.

From the inception of Obama's presidency, the Judiciary Report advocated austerity, a small tax increase on the rich and increased production in the manufacturing sector of America's companies. This was not done and now the rotten fruit of the government's poor choices are cropping up and it is not pretty.

Austerity is not a bad word. It simply means making budget cuts in reining in unruly spending. Many nations have done this when financial troubles hit and it works. The Obama Administration could have cut billions of dollars from government budgets, hundreds of millions of dollars in padded government expense accounts, bad multi-billion dollar deals rewarding his campaign donors and wasteful government spying that has cost the American taxpayer hundreds of billions of dollars. The wars in the Middle East from Bush to Obama's tenure, which are making America and the west less safe, has cost the U.S. taxpayer approximately $2 trillion dollars. In total, a good $4 trillion dollars have been wasted and America is again mired in a financial crisis causing suffering in the nation. Imagine the good $4 trillion could have done in building up America. The nation would have been stronger and more prosperous than ever.

Austerity is not an unfamiliar concept in America. Former U.S. president, Bill Clinton, made proper budget cuts during his tenure in the 1990s and America greatly prospered for it. Clinton left America with healthy financial surpluses. However, Bush squandered it all, nearly $1 trillion dollars on wars and other wild spending he misrepresented to the American public and the world.

However, in Washington, a number of government officials employed the attitude of everyman for himself. Government officials refused to take financial cuts to their lavish expense accounts being underwritten by the American taxpayer. The Obama Administration, much like its predecessor Bush, took care of campaign donors with big  financial deals paid for by the American taxpayers. These deals produced nothing of financial significance for the American taxpayer, only serving to aid in the depletion of the U.S. treasury. Obama expanded the Bush Administration's illegal national surveillance programs spying on the American people, wasting a few hundred billion dollars of the taxpayers money.

America is now at an unfamiliar place for the nation, having slipped from its prominent spot in the world, as other nations such as China and Britain, who both have significant wealth, advance on the international stage. The U.S. government needs to embrace austerity and justice or America is going to sink. This financial corruption and waste is toxic. The next administration needs to realize the crisis facing the nation and take steps to remedy it or the federal government is going to collapse and cause terrible ripple effects that negatively impact each U.S. state.

Report Indicates Obama Is Disguising Bad Economic Numbers

Barack Obama

A recent report indicated U.S. President Barack Obama is engaging in deceptive conduct to hide the bad economic numbers in America. Obama has stated he fixed the U.S. economy, but according to experts he has not and serious financial problems still linger damaging any potential recovery.

The fact of the matter is austerity is the only thing that is proven to work in correcting any nation's financial problems. The "you have to spend money to make money" philosophy espoused by Hollywood and Obama does not work. It only creates more debt. And for 7-years Obama has been spending money to great degrees, sending the national debt to record heights.

Obama’s contracting economy

Thursday, June 25, 2015 - You’d think it would be big news when the economy is shrinking, demand for durable, big-ticket manufactured goods is plunging and wages are virtually flat. But here in the corridors of power of the nation’s capital it’s being shrugged off as yesterday’s old complaints. The liberal network news shows are ignoring it altogether. And President Obama, well, he’s focusing on climate change and other issues that don’t even make the top 10 list of the voters’ chief concerns.

This week, Mr. Obama’s Commerce Department issued its second estimate of how the economy performed in the first three months of this year, announcing again that it had not just stopped growing, but was declining. After tinkering with its numbers with what they said was fresh economic data, the government changed its original assessment of the nation’s gross domestic product (GDP) — the broadest measure of our economy.

The economy did a little better than its first calculation of minus 0.7 percent. Instead, it had only shrunk by minus 0.2 percent. Why? People were spending less. Exports were down. Businesses were reluctant to invest in expansion. Retail sales were lackluster. The U.S. economy wasn’t just anemic, it was contracting. Did you see any comprehensive reports about this on Scott Pelley’s CBS News broadcast? Or NBC? Or ABC? I didn’t think so...

Poll: 71% Of People Who Voted To Reelect Obama 'Regret' It

First Lady Michelle Obama and President Barack Obama

A Economist/YouGov.com poll revealed 71% of those surveyed, who voted to reelect President Barack Obama in 2012 "regret" doing so. That is an overwhelming margin. Much of this can be attributed to the significant troubles attached to the launch of the ObamaCare program and its accompanying website.

Another factor is the U.S. economy has not recovered from the enormous damage emanating from the financial crisis of 2008. Revelations about the NSA spying scandal, as confirmed by Edward Snowden, didn't help either, as the president had signed off on the PRISM program.

Poll: 71% of Obama voters, 55% Democrats 'regret' voting for his re-election

FEBRUARY 18, 2014 AT 2:45 PM - Over seven in 10 Obama voters, and 55 percent of Democrats, regret voting for President Obama's reelection in 2012, according to a new Economist/YouGov.com poll. Conducted to test the media hype about a comeback by 2012 Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney, the new poll found voters still uninspired by Romney, but also deeply dissatisfied with Obama who has so far failed to capitalize on his victory over 15 months ago. The poll asked those who voted for Obama's reelection a simple question: “Do you regret voting for Barack Obama?” Sign Up for the Paul Bedard newsletter! — Overall, 71 percent said yes, 26 percent no...

The U.S. Government Shutdown Needs To End

Government Shutdown Hits Week Two

Head of the Republican Party, Senator John Boehner and leader of the Democrat Party, President Barack Obama. Both sides need to sort this or they will have greater financial problems on their hands.

The government shutdown in America, over funding for ObamaCare, needs to end. Both political parties are pointing fingers of blame regarding the shutdown and I am not going to get into that, because it won't solve anything. I am trying to look at it from an unbiased perspective.

The thing I find most concerning is government workers not being paid their wages due to the shutdown. They have monthly financial obligations to meet that will be impacted by the government's decision. America has already seen over 7,000,000 foreclosure filings by banks since the crisis began in 2008.

Multiply that by by the number of people in each of the 7,000,000 households and you realize tens of millions of Americans have been harmed by the financial crisis. A prolonged shutdown will add to those foreclosure figures and create additional undesirable economic effects (people spending less money on gas, food, clothes ect...).

ObamaCare is law. Obama's second term is scheduled to last for another three years. It is unlikely ObamaCare will be repealed during that time. Therefore, as it is law, people need to work with it, especially the government as a whole. The Judiciary Report website has been giving suggestions on ObamaCare since 2009 (Can ObamaCare Work).

I'm not going to pretend I was totally in favor of it, because as I have maintained all along, America needs a health care program, but ObamaCare has significant issues. However, the issues can be worked on, but it requires compromise and cooperation from the government. Furthermore, what is the alternative at this point? I'm not being sarcastic, just practical.

I am of the belief the pharmaceutical industry and medical equipment manufacturers need to do their part to make the new law workable. They are the key to making ObamaCare work. Collectively as an industry, they generate trillions of dollars. They've had many good and fruitful years. It's time to give something back. It will not bankrupt them. Their massive profits will be a little bit smaller, but the health of a nation is at stake and they need to rise to the occasion.

They need to be appropriately taxed to help ObamaCare work, especially for the poor, who can't afford it (of course, after reading this, the pharma industry and medical equipment manufacturers will take up a pool and take out a hit on me, but it's okay, I've survived worse LOL).

On average, ObamaCare insurance costs for university students, between $170-$190 per month, needs to come down by at least $30 per month ($50 less per month would be ideal). University students are going to have trouble coming up with that money every month and end up being hit with massive fines and driver license revocation. Uni students, especially those on scholarship, can barely afford room and board and food.

I've heard and read of ObamaCare price quotes regarding non-students (adults), some average, others very high figures per month, but until I see legitimate screencaps and documents concerning it, I really can't properly comment on it.

President Obama Slams Kim Kardashian And Kanye West

Uncle Sam...doesn't want Kim and Kanye

President Obama's temper is growing short with his Hollywood Illuminati buddies. First he slammed rapper Jay-Z, over controversially going to Cuba, trying to pin the blame for the scandal it created on him, then making it doubly worse by releasing a disrespectful song called "Open Letter" mentioning the head of state's name in the same sentence with the word "impeached."

Now he's slammed Illuminati members Kanye West and Kim Kardashian as superficial and bad role models for America's youth. President Obama stated, "The American Dream involved some pretty basic stuff: a good job where you felt some security, a good education. ... People felt if they worked hard, they could get there. ... I don't think people went around saying to themselves, 'I need to have a 10,000-square-foot house' ...I think there has also been a shift in culture. We weren't exposed to the things we didn't have in the same way that kids these days are. There was not that window into the lifestyles of the rich and famous. Kids weren't monitoring every day what Kim Kardashian was wearing or where Kanye West was going on vacation and thinking that somehow that was the mark of success."

Neither are examples of success. Kanye West has been sued by so many people, famous, relatively known and unknown, for copyright infringement, over willfully stealing their preexisting copyrighted music he passed off as his own and collected big checks for. His career is based on theft. Copyright infringement is a domestic and international crime.

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian give kids nothing meaningful to aspire to in society

Kim Kardashian has no talent and became famous off the back of a sex tape. Kids and adults for that matter, should not aspire to be like them. Be the next lawyer, doctor, judge, tech giant, inventor. If you are going into entertainment, learn your craft, develop your talent and don't steal from others, as it always catches up to people and when they least expect it.

The government has not done enough to bring about a sense of equity and fairness in society. The mortgage crisis cost millions their homes mostly due to predatory lending and none of the executives responsible for the crisis have done a day in jail, though they broke the law. many of them retired rich. The bad guys won.

Companies based in fraud ripping off the public and smaller companies, made a fortune in doing so and were allowed to keep the proceeds without spending a day in prison. Meanwhile, due to the aforementioned fraud eroding the job market, kids are graduating from top notch schools and can't find employment.

What example is that to set for impressionable people. The message this has sent is hard work is no longer being rewarded and just because you work hard, don't expect to make it or succeed. The order has been reversed and it caused the financial crisis of 2008 that is still wreaking havoc today. Only cream should rise to the top...not the crap.

The City Of Detroit Files For Bankruptcy (Video)

The economic downturn in America has claimed another victim – the City of Detroit. It has just been announced, the City of Detroit has filed, "The largest municipal bankruptcy case in U.S. history." The once prosperous city, famous for its cars, booming auto industry and Motown, has seen hard times since the financial crisis in 2008, leading to job losses and widespread urban decay. Detroit needs an intervention from Washington to save it.

The Government Needs To Cut The Defense Budget And Divert Funds Into Helping The Poor, Students In Need Of Scholarships And Small Businesses

Barack Obama

The U.S. government sequester threatening programs that benefit the poor, could have been easily resolved, had the defense budget been adequately cut. Other world nations have been cutting their defense budgets during the ongoing financial crisis, but the cuts suggests in Washington are paltry at best.

The real war in the world right now is an economic one and Washington is losing. Other emerging economies such as China, India and Brazil, have made great strides, while Washington continues to focus on military spending. Economic clout has surpassed military might in the world.

Money wasted by Washington on bloated defense budgets and the FBI illegally spying on hoards of citizens while its officials fly, work and live in luxury, could go to helping the poor in America, creating new scholarships to help the next generation of American business people compete in the world and to aid struggling small and mid-sized businesses. Taxpayer money is going to the wrong endeavors and it is weakening the country.

President Obama Slams Spending Cuts Labeling Them 'Dumb'

U.S. President Barack Obama is angered that $85 billion in budget cuts have gone into effect, due to the much talked about sequester. The president referred to the budget cuts "dumb." However, as much as the president is not in favor of the budget cuts, the government is spending too much money.

Barack Obama

It's a bad sign that even with the economy still facing tough times, members of Congress are unable to compromises, having to force their plans through, as opposed to coming to a mutual agreement. Both political parties are guilty of this.

Black History Month And The Business Place

Barack Obama

As black history month in America draws to a close, the Judiciary Report would like to reflect on the state of life in America for black people. While progress has been made, there is still a long way to go. America has its first black President Barack Obama, which was a major milestone for the nation. More black politicians have gained places of prominence in the Republican party as well as the Democratic party.

In the business sector, things continue to lag behind, as some on Wall Street continue monopolies and "unfair business practices" designed to keep minorities out. Until the business sector follows the law of the land and desists engaging in discriminatory and fraudulent practices against minorities, equality will be but a dream, as an even economic playing field leads to equal opportunities for all - black, white, Hispanic, Asian and all.

Obama And Congress Fighting Over Budget Cuts

Head of the Republican party, John Boehner and President Barack Obama

U.S. President Barack Obama and his fellow Democrats in Congress have been sparing with the Republican party on the issue of spending cuts, set to take place on March 1, 2013 if an adequate deal is not reached. President Obama and his party are against the spending cuts.

While the Republican party are in favor of it, due to the state of the economy. The newest U.S. economic report reveals jobs losses once again. Americans are also spending less, as people simply do not have the cash to spare. Budget cuts demanded by the Republicans would be helpful. So would the tax increases sought by the Democrats. Things are very uneven in Congress with no workable compromise in sight. Congress can do better than this.

U.S. President Barack Obama's State Of The Union Address Is Back On His Message Of Hope

Vice President Joe Biden, President Barack Obama and House Speaker John Boehner

U.S. President Barack Obama's State of The Union address last night contained many claims and promises, but will he be able to make good on them in the current financial climate gripping America. Obama offered examples of what he deems his successes with the U.S. economy.

However, one cannot deny the fact, the financial climate in America is still very bad, as cost of living continues to surge and income and job availability decreases. This is a dangerous combo. At the heart of the matter is a badly damaged economy that spans two presidents. Both went about correcting the damage in different ways, but neither has solved the problem, leaving America in a quagmire.

New Financial Numbers Reveal The U.S. Economy Is Stagnating Again

President Barack Obama has not had a touchdown with the economy

Newly released economic data reveals the U.S. economy is stagnating again. Everything is up, but not in a good way, as unemployment, gas prices and national debt continues to climb. The efforts of the Obama Administration to tame the ongoing financial crisis via increased spending and more debt once again, has failed to produce fruitful results. Austerity is the way out of the crisis, but it is an option that is not and has not been on the table.

Mixed News On U.S. Economy Indicates Financial Trouble

President Barack Obama

The U.S. unemployment rate went up to 7.9 percent in January 2013. After Christmas, seasonal hiring ended, attributing to the fall off in employment. 12,000,000 Americans are currently unemployed. Gas prices have gone up again, another burden on motorists in tough financial times. What's odd is the stock market keeps rising, to heights greater than it enjoyed during America's most prosperous times under former President Bill Clinton. Something is off there.

Fiscal Cliff Deal Reached In The Nick Of Time But Will It Work

Barack Obama

The U.S. Congress is attempting to start the New Year off with a deal on the fiscal cliff, regarding tax rates and government spending. America is severely in debt and nothing short of a complete committal to reversing the negative financial fortunes of the nation, will see the country back to prosperity.

President Obama and his Democrats, as well as their Republican rivals, are having a difficult time agreeing on a proper, dedicated plan that will restore balance to the U.S. economy. The Judiciary Report has consistently advocated a tax increase on the rich and budget cuts on the government. The Democrats are for the tax increase and the Republicans are for the budget cuts, both opposing the other on their proposals. It's a shame they can't do both as the Judiciary Report recommends.

Based on reports, a deal has been reached, but it is said the potential pact, which has to be voted on, does not include budget cuts, which are vital. As it stands, the government spends too much money on frivolities that need to go. Non-essential research grants for such items as watching bears (all you need to know is don't mess with them - research done), bloated expense accounts for government executives staying in the Four Seasons and flying around in private jets, to name a few, need to be axed from the budget (stay at the Holiday Inn like everyone else and go get your own ice). Seriously, the government is spending too much money, racking up massive debts, to the tune of $4 billion dollars per day. Some nations don't even make that much money in one year.

The current agreement is said to include a tax increase on the rich, which is good, as money is needed to pay the nation's bills (schools, teachers, county hospitals, policemen, firemen ect). Currently, Congress is set to vote on raising taxes on individuals making $450,000 and up per year, which is a healthy salary. If you make upwards of $450,000 per year, unless you have a cocaine problem or something, you can afford a measly 5% tax increase to help out to aid in getting the country out of the bind it is in. Really, who can't live on a couple hundred thousand dollars per year.

Congress

I must admit, my confidence level in Congress is not very high right now, as they've been going in circles for the past four years regarding the current financial crisis, which has wreaked havoc on America. Had they taken more prudent and expeditious measures years ago, things wouldn't have gotten to this very difficult juncture. They are the gatekeepers. The buck stops with Congress and they have no one to blame but themselves for letting things reach this point.

Banks Couldn't Wait Until The Election Was Over As U.S. Foreclosure Rates Are Surging Again

Barack Obama

A new report indicates foreclosures in America are soaring again. Foreclosures reached a 9-month high by the end of November 2012, after the U.S. presidential election. Banks completed nearly 60,000 foreclosures in November 2012, which will negatively impact the economy in a number of ways. The government has not done enough to help homeowners, who are being trampled in the court system.

Congress And Obama Still Fail To Resolve Fiscal Cliff Issue Despite The Fact It Is The Holidays

Barack Obama

Things couldn't be too careful in the halls of Congress this Christmas, as President Obama, his fellow Democrats and rival Republicans continue to battle each other over the much ballyhooed "fiscal cliff." Not the best way to spend the Christmas season. As of today, neither side has made any concessions, continuing the stalemate.

Obama And Congress Get Nowhere On Fiscal Cliff Issue

Barack Obama

Earlier in the week, reports indicated "fiscal cliff" talks between President Obama, his Democrats and the Republican party had resumed and was making progress. However, things went off track again, much to the frustration of the watching public.

The government has not made significant strides in resolving the issue, as neither side refuses to budge unless they get what they want, which means moving in circles. Neither side is willing to bend on issues they rank the most pressing, leaving them at a stalemate that is not good for the economy. It has impacted the stock market and consumer confidence in a negative manner.

Obama Seeking Financial Advice Anywhere He Can Get It But Is He Talking To The Right People

Barack Obama

U.S. President Barack Obama is in search of business advisers to help him address the significant problems occurring in the economy. Obama indicated he shunned this action during his first term as president, but it is now something he is "considering."

Obama complained he had difficulty "recruiting business leaders into the administration" due to the confirmation process. However, there are other issues to consider. If one gets executives who are still in Wall Street's pocket, that will not help middle class and lower income people struggling to get back on their feet during the financial crisis.

Report: Global Economy Recovering But The U.S. Is Struggling

Barack Obama

The Washington Post published an article this week titled, "The global economy isn't falling apart. The U.S. might be." The piece indicated the global economy, particularly the manufacturing sectors of the world, have stabilized, except in the United States.

The article further reported, China's "manufacturing sector expanded" and Europe has risen as well. However U.S. data indicates a decline. Something is very wrong. This should not be happening. The Obama Administration does not have a grip on the financial crisis, started by predecessor George Bush's unwise choices while he was in office.

However, as Obama goes along, the damage incurred during his term will be attributed to him. The mere fact other nation's are climbing out of the crisis and America is not is another of many indicators the government is going in the wrong direction.
