In the June 11, 2016 article "Police Confirm A Stalker Killed 'Voice' Star Christina Grimmie Confirming Previous Site Claims" the Judiciary Report also stated "There's nothing wrong with seeing someone on social networking and wanting to date them. That's normal. However, when it turns crazy like Loibl, an unhinged person who in true stalker fashion clearly began thinking crazy, evil, violent things about an innocent person (Grimmie), imagining offenses that never occurred and hidden meanings in her music and statements online, it can turn deadly. It is not common that it turns into stalking and murder, but it has happened. Loibl probably wanting to date Grimmie, may have realized she liked or was dating someone and it likely simmered and festered into illogical thinking and ultimately murder."

Approximately a week later on June 16, 2016, a report was released yesterday stating Grimmie's stalker, Kevin James Loibl, was indeed in love with her, thought they were getting married though they didn't know each other, became enraged when he discovered she had a boyfriend, then stalked and murdered her. In Loibl's crazy mind Grimmie, whom he did not know and had no relationship with, had somehow betrayed him with her boyfriend.

Loibl worked with computers at the electronics chain, Best Buy, as apart of one of their Geek Squad teams. Loibl's coworkers on the Geek Squad recently told police he was obsessed with Grimmie, kept stating he was going to marry her and in a manner that indicated he really believed they were getting married and a wedding date was already set, despite the fact they did not know each other. His co-workers did not think Grimmie would like him and expressed said view. Loibl decided to get contact Lasik eye surgery (to replace glasses), hair implants and went vegan to get trim and muscular with the goal of marrying Grimmie.

Then, Loibl discovered Grimmie has a boyfriend. Pictures were posted to Instagram showing Grimmie being affectionately hugged by her boyfriend, who is her producer, Stephen Rezza. Grimmie and Rezza made a cute couple (they kind of look alike) and by all accounts she was happy with her boyfriend. It was her right to date whomever she felt like that was interested in her as well.
Relationships can't be one-sided, but with stalkers they always are, because one person has invented the whole thing in their mind. In trying to date and marry someone who did not know him, then getting mad at her for having someone to the point it led to murder, reveals serious mental issues.

Loibl claimed to be a fan, so he should have been happy for her. However, stalkers are not fans, they are crazy, evil minded people trying to own, control and possess others in strange ways. Stalkers are illogical and irrational. They are so detached from reality and decency, they pose a serious threat to innocent people.

Many people have spotted others online, interacted with them and began dating them (in some cases it led to marriage). Many fans have crushes on their favorite celebrity and some even end up dating them (once again, in some cases it led to marriage). That's normal. However, to like someone you see online or on TV, then get enraged because they have someone and decide to kill them, is a whole other matter. Loibl had no right to attack Grimmie. He robbed a bright and talented young woman of her life. She, like everyone else, deserved to find someone and be happy with that person of her choosing.

The obsessed fan who murdered “Voice” singer Christina Grimmie tried to transform himself into a pretty boy in a delusional bid to win over the songbird, co-workers said. Kevin Loibl got hair transplants, underwent Lasik eye surgery and even turned vegan to shed pounds and become too-hot-resist to Grimmie, the killer’s colleagues with Best Buy’s Geek Squad told TMZ.

Loibl vowed to co-workers — who would tease him about his infatuation with the singer– that he’d someday marry Grimme, who rose to fame first on YouTube, and then in the sixth season of NBC’s singing talent show, “The Voice.” And he told them he went to one of her concerts in March, and hinted that he met her there. He also claimed that he played online games with Grimmie, which a source told TMZ was untrue.

The killer apparently became enraged when he was shown pictures of Grimmie with another man, possibly her boyfriend TMZ reported. His obsession turned unspeakably violent last Friday when Loibl shot and killed the talented 22-year-old singer after a concert in Orlando.’ He fatally shot himself after wounding Grimmie, who died the next day.

6/16/2016 1:00 AM PDT - Christina Grimmie's killer was on a mission to make himself so appealing she couldn't resist him, and when it didn't work he changed his plan to kill her ... this according to his former co-workers. Various people who worked with Kevin Loibl tell TMZ his infatuation with Christina was boundless. He went on a mission to change his appearance for her and, toward the end, got hair transplants and Lasik eye surgery. He also went vegan to lose weight.

He would also listen to her music at work and vow she would someday be his wife. Loibl's Best Buy co-workers say he went to one of Christina's shows in March and hinted that he actually met her. The co-workers also say the Geek Squad killer claimed to have played online games with the singer. A source close to the singer, however, tells us Christina never had contact with Loibl.

And there's this. The co-workers say they teased Loibl that he would never score because Christina had a boyfriend ... her producer. That relationship was never public, but pictures of Christina and the guy together on social media made it pretty clear ... they were together. We're told that enraged Loibl. That rage was vented last Friday after Christina's show, when he shot her in the head and then killed himself.

Yesterday, a grand jury in Cleveland, Ohio failed to return an indictment in the murder of 12-year-old, Tamir Rice. The young boy's killing occurred at the hands of police officer, Timothy Loehmann. This sparked outrage on social networking, as the public condemned the poor decision. The murder occurred when Loehmann and a fellow officer, Frank Garmback, were responding to an emergency dispatch call, regarding a person walking around with a gun the caller stated "might be fake." Ohio has an open carry law, meaning people are allowed to openly carry weapons in the state.

Rather than maintaining a safe distance, as police are trained to do, Loehmann and his fellow officer drove right up to the 12-year-old with the toy gun in his hand and within 2 seconds shot Rice in the chest. Shortly after, when Rice's 14-year-old sister, Tajai Rice, rushed to his aid as he lay bleeding, she was pushed to the ground, dragged away from the dying boy, placed in handcuffs and thrown in the back of a squad car, in what is completely inexcusable and reprehensible conduct, she stated lacked "respect" and was void of "decency." Tajai stated, "I did not do anything wrong."

Loehmann and his fellow officer also refused to provide any first aid to the dying child. He was allowed to bleed to death with no oxygen via CPR. What kind of animals and savages treat anyone, let alone, children that way. It is mental derangement. And the mere fact a previous police department forced out and fired Loehmann for being a mentally unstable, emotionally volatile person, says he should not have been working anywhere as a police officer. He has proven them correct.

You'd have to be crazy to think you did the world a service by murdering a 12-year-old boy, leaving him to bleed to death and manhandling his underage sister. It showed an absolute lack of humanity and no compassion whatsoever. You've disgraced the government and no cover-up via a poorly presented case to a grand jury is going to change the nation or world's opinion on this matter. How the local government presented such a poor case the grand jury failed to see the blatant violations of police protocol and civil rights violations is quite telling. They clearly wanted Loehmann to walk free for doing the unthinkable, otherwise they would have presented a better case.

Tell me, where at the police academy do they train police officers to drive straight up to a person, especially a minor, creating an unsafe distance, then within 2 seconds fire a bullet to the chest of a child you were clearly told probably had a fake gun. And don't state you did not know he was a child, bringing up his size 36 pants. One look at his pictures online and you can instantly tell he was an underage minor. If anyone treated a (future) child of Loehmann or Garmback as they did Tamir, they would be enraged and demand justice.

The message you have sent the nation and the world is black lives do not matter, even when it is that of a 12-year-old child. In similar situations, white people of various ages were safely brought in, even after waving guns at police and physically attacking. The minute Loehmann and his partner saw little black Tamir, they drove straight up to him, in violation of police protocol and shot him in the chest in the blink of an eye, as the phrase goes. Then refused to give him any aid, with the intent of him dying. Case closed. Once again it is clear, to some police in America, black lives don't matter, when all lives matter. The double standard is there. It is blaring. It is cruel. It is wicked. It is inhumane. It is un-American. And it is you - every time you kill an unarmed minority, with no thought to the preservation of life, in situations where murder can be avoided.

A beautiful, talented lawyer in London, Elizabeth Nnyanzi, was killed by a local mechanic, Peter Kibisu, 23. Nnyanzi was found strangled to death in her Harrow (London) home. Police arrested her friend, Kibisu, a BMW mechanic and charged him with her death. The lovely lawyer attended the prestigious Cheltenham Ladies' College. Originally, Nnyanzi studied medicine, but switched to law.

She worked for three successful law firms during her career and was did charity work for several organizations, including a hospital. Nnyanzi was also a singer, with a voice suited to opera and was issued an invitation to perform at the Royal Albert Hall in London. Nnyanzi shared a million dollar home with her family, headed up by her dad, who is also an attorney.

It is sad and tragic when anyone is killed, but one can't help but imagine how far this young lady could have gone in life, after accomplishing so much in such a short space of time. No matter your grievances with someone, whether it be jealousy or a perceived offense, killing them should never be an option.

Tuesday 18 August 2015 11:50 BST - The family of a City lawyer who was killed in her London home paid tribute today to a “young star” whose death was “a huge loss to society”. Elizabeth Nnyanzi, 31, a former pupil at Cheltenham Ladies’ College who worked at leading City firm Herbert Smith Freehills, was found “unresponsive” by detectives called to the £600,000 house in Harrow.

Neighbours said they were mystified and horrified by the killing which was discovered at 6pm on Friday. Miss Nnyanzi, who studied medicine at Imperial College before switching to follow in her father’s footsteps as a lawyer, was described by friends as a “beautiful and talented” young woman. She worked for a number of charities and was also said to be a keen singer who had been asked to perform in an opera at the Royal Albert Hall...

A 23-year-old BMW mechanic was last night charged with Miss Nnyanzi’s murder. Peter Kibisu, of Northumberland Road, Harrow, was appearing in custody at Hendon magistrates’ court this morning.

The photos are graphic but strangely enough can serve a purpose. The photos show Brown being beaten and killed by her abusive boyfriend Nick Gordon, in acts of domestic violence. She is beaten (punched so hard her front tooth was knocked out), dragged up a flight of stairs by her hair and placed face down in a bathtub, after being drugged by Gordon.

Last December select cops in Ferguson, Missouri mocked a memorial to slain, unarmed local teenager Mike Brown, after he was gunned down officer Darren Wilson. Locals had placed cards, flowers and teddy bears at the site of the shooting as a memorial, which led to a callous cop calling it "a pile of trash." Once again, Ferguson police were showing Brown disrespect.

40-yeaer-old tattoo artist Mr. Trigger, also known as Trigz, real name Michael Christopher Pebley, was shot and killed on October 9, 2014 in Los Angeles California. Trigz was the tattoo artist of singer Chris Brown, rappers Tyga and Wiz Khalifa. 

The father of five, who was engaged to be married, died during a fight that began at the Black Derby Smoke Shop, which poured out into the streets of Los Angles. A man made an offensive comment to Trigz, who confronted him about it outside the store and was killed in front of the adjacent Tattoo & Body Piercing shop. It appears the man went to the shop with the intent of starting a fight with Trigz.

4 Jurors Rush To Distance Themselves From Juror B37 And The Backlash Of The George Zimmerman Not Guilty Verdict (Video)

Anonymous Juror B37 from the George Zimmerman murder trial, did an interview with CNN’s Anderson Cooper two nights ago that enraged many people. Her biased views, disrespectful references to Zimmerman’s murder victim, 17-year-old Trayvon Martin, referring to the killer as "Georgie" and her overall exploitative conduct in stating she is writing a book on the case, after voting to let a killer go free, proved too much for millions of people.

Many took to the internet to slam Juror B37's conduct. Even fellow jurors, who also upset the nation via voting to free child killer Zimmerman, have come out denouncing juror B37’s interview. Four of the other six jurors released a joint press release:

For the record, you are one of the worst juries ever assembled. You sold out the rights of a defenseless child, murdered by a madman who was evil enough to tell the victim’s parents it was God's plan for him to kill their child. I don’t know about the god Zimmerman serves, but the God I serve says in the good book, "Thou shall not kill." It was not self-defense. It was stalking and killing. Don't try to put this on God.

4 jurors distance themselves from Juror B37

Jul. 16 11:47 PM EDT ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) — Four of the jurors at the George Zimmerman trial distanced themselves late Tuesday from statements that another juror made in a televised interview. The four jurors issued a brief statement on court stationary saying that the opinions expressed by Juror B37 to CNN's Anderson Cooper on Monday night are not representative of their views.

"The opinions of Juror B37, expressed on the Anderson Cooper show were her own, and not in any way representative of the jurors listed below," said the statement, signed by Jurors B51, B76, E6 and E40. Juror B37 said the actions of Zimmerman and 17-year-old Trayvon Martin both led to the teenager's fatal shooting last year, but that Zimmerman didn't actually break the law.

The four other jurors said in their statement that Martin's death weighed on them. "Serving on this jury has been a highly emotional and physically draining experience for each of us," the statement said. "The death of a teenager weighed heavily on our hearts but in the end we did what the law required us to do."

They also made a request for privacy. The court has not released the names of the six-woman jury, which included five whites and one woman who appeared to reporters to be Hispanic...

Heartbreaking photos of 17-year-old murder victim Trayvon Martin have been released and they are terribly sad. The photos show the innocent teen's lifeless body laying on the grass, after unjustifiably being killed by neighborhood patrol watchman George Zimmerman. As the murder trial moves forward in Florida, some have publicly expressed their concerns justice will not be served.

At the end of the day, Zimmerman violated neighborhood, police and 911 rules in pursuing Martin, confronting and then killing the teen, after offensively demanding to know, "What are you doing around here?" How is one to take that, as it is a rude, ill-mannered, accusatory question to ask someone walking in their family's neighborhood. He had a right to be there. He was not trespassing.

Regardless of your views on race, a boy was gunned down before he even came of age, at the hands of a paranoid, suspicious, trigger happy man who disobeyed the orders of those in authority, to recklessly pursue his victim. Martin owed him no explanation, as he is not the police and the average cop would not have acted in the corrupt, careless manner Zimmerman did, gunning down an unarmed teen simply trying to find his way home.

No one, black, white, Hispanic, Asian or Indian deserves to be killed in the manner Martin was and it has set a terrible precedent in the State of Florida and America, which could lead to repeated acts of similar violence if Zimmerman is found not guilty. Last year it was Martin, tomorrow it could be your loved one - black or white - and no one wants that. Don't take society in this direction.

The government in India has indicted 5 men in the brutal rape, beating and death of a 23-year-old medical student, after the woman and her boyfriend were lured onto a public bus and attacked. The couple were on their way home after a movie, when the bus stopped to pick them up. The 5 men unleashed a furious and vicious attacked raping and beating the young woman, even violating her with an iron bar.

When the attack was over, they threw the couple off the bus, then attempted to run over her, which prompted her injured boyfriend to pull her out of the way. However, her injuries were too severe and two weeks later she died from organ failure. This incident has sparked protests in India with the government vowing to address the people's concerns. It can be difficult being a woman in this world. Human rights for women need to be improved globally.

Beautiful and brave Mexican, Maria Santos Gorrostieta, 36, was brutally killed by the drug cartels in her native country. Previously, the cartels killed her husband, José Sánchez Chávez, 50, making two violent murder attempts on the young, courageous mother of three, a former mayor of Tiquicheo, Mexico, who had assumed office at age 32.

The drive by shootings by heavily armed men resulted in grievous bodily injury, but Gorrostieta recovered. The former attacks revealed chilling wounds, with photos of her injuries released to the public. However, sadly the most recent attack claimed her life, as she was found dead with extensive head injuries, stab wounds and burn marks, indicating she had been tortured before being bludgeoned to death. Her second husband, Nereo Delgado Patinoran, is missing and feared dead.

This is unquestionably one of the worst news stories I've come across. A 42-year-old man in South Africa was arrested when it was discovered he was carrying in his pocket, the genitals of his missing 18-year-old nephew. We are living in a very troubled world that something like this could happen.

Police discovered the 18-year-old's body and "Found that the hands, the head and legs were cut off from the body and we then recovered the private parts in his wallet." Can you imagine the horror of the police when they made the gruesome discovery.

Gay Porn Star Luka Rocco Magnotta Facing Life In Prison For Grotesquely Murdering, Dismembering And Eating Homosexual Boyfriend

Gay porn star, Luka Rocco Magnotta, was arrested in Berlin, Germany at an internet cafe, on international charges of murder, dismemberment and cannibalism, in connection with the horrible death of his homosexual lover, Jun Lin. Magnotta filmed the grisly murder, dismemberment and cannibalism, then uploaded it to the internet. People were shocked at the macabre display, with some thinking it was a prank or movie. Sadly it was real. 

A warrant was issued for his arrest, leading Magnotta to flee Canada for Germany. After vain Magnotta went into an internet cafe to check the coverage of himself online and in the press, with outlets stating he wanted to "look at pictures of himself" the attendant recognized him from the news and called police. He was detained by police in Germany, who are preparing to extradite him to Canada, where he faces life in prison.

Judge Jessica Recksiedler has removed herself from the Trayvon Martin murder trial, concerning the 17-year-old murder victim, who was killed by George Zimmerman, 28, after an incident of racial profiling. Judge Recksiedler disclosed the conflict of interest, after it was revealed her husband worked with a CNN employee Zimmerman asked to represent him.

Recksiedler stated in her ruling, “The cumulative effect of the events and the totality of the circumstances provides a legally sufficient basis for this Court to grant the Motion to Disqualify.” The new judge on the case is Kenneth R. Lester Jr. Some judges hang on to cases they should not, due to conflict of interest, believing they can get away with bias. At least Recksiedler recused herself, as to do otherwise could have tainted the case.

Jahvaris Fulton, the older brother of 17-year-old murder victim, Trayvon Martin, did an interview recently, recalling happy memories of his brother. Martin shared his belief the teen did not get into a confrontation with his killer, George Zimmerman, who irrationally racially profiled and stalked unarmed Trayvon, then murdered him on February 26, 2012 in Sanford, Florida.

University student Fulton stated his honor student brother was, "Going to be someone." He also stated regarding the unprovoked shooting, "Everything I heard was from Zimmerman's perspective. It didn't sound like my brother at all. That my brother attacked him and did all this stuff. It doesn't sound like him at all. He wasn't confrontational or violent."

Zimmerman's actions nearly incited a race war, taking the wrong tone and turn, via more violence and racism, in the murder of 3 black people, the beating of an Hispanic teen and the assault of a Caucasian man, in professed retaliatory attacks. An automated road sign message in Michigan was also hacked and replaced with the terrible slur, "Trayvon is a ni*ger." Zimmerman owes the Martins and the nation and apology for what his illegal deeds touched off.

George Zimmerman made his first appearance in court today, charged with second degree murder, in the death of unarmed 17-year-old, Trayvon Martin. Zimmerman stood stone-faced, his eyes somewhat wild at times, as he surveyed the room. Standing in the courtroom shackled and wearing prison gear, with a blank expression, Zimmerman answered a few questions from the judge.

It is being reported Zimmerman intends to plead "not guilty" in the senseless and tragic murder of Martin, which could have been avoided, had the self-appointed neighborhood watch captain listened to 911 admonishments to leave the unarmed teen alone.

However, Zimmerman pursued and ended up murdering law abiding Martin, who was simply walking home to his family's home in the gated community, with food he bought to watch the NBA All Star game on television. Zimmerman played judge, jury and executioner in Martin's illegal death and now he shall face his peers to answer for these crimes.

George Zimmerman Has Finally Been Arrested And Charged With The Murder Of Trayvon Martin

During a press conference in Orlando, Florida today, State Attorney Angela Corey announced that self-appointed neighborhood watch captain, George Zimmerman, 28, has been charged in the death of Trayvon Martin, 17, in connection with the unarmed teen's murder on February 26. 2012. Initially Sanford, Florida officials stated there would be no charges or arrest, but due to immense public outcry, special prosecutor Corey was appointed and second degree murder charges have been filed.

The Judiciary Report hoped for first degree murder charges, as stated yesterday, but at least Zimmerman has been charged. It's a beginning. He is now in custody in the State of Florida, one day after his lawyers quit, reporting at their own press conference he is mentally unwell and fled the state. His pattern of irrational and unlawful behavior over the past several years shows it.

After having dealt with criminally insane stalkers in Miami, Florida, who are apart of a deranged religious cult, one is able to detect the signs associated with such sick and unlawful behavior. The Judiciary Report retains its view that Martin is a victim of crime that was minding his own business, but was stalked, attacked and murdered by a man with mental issues and a chip on his shoulder regarding black people he routinely racially profiled, as revealed by many 911 tapes.

One is not suspicious for being black (or any color) or wearing a hoodie. America is known as a free country. Martin was allowed to wear whatever he wanted and walk wherever he felt like in the communal areas of his neighbor. For a person to be labeled suspicious for lawfully enjoying his freedoms and killed for it is a great injustice that must be properly addressed in a court of law. The Judiciary Report sends its deepest condolences to the Martin family as this truly is a terrible tragedy.

This case has turned into a major fiasco the government of Sanford, Florida should be ashamed of in every way. Killer George Zimmerman, who murdered 17-year-old Trayvon Martin for lawfully walking the streets of his family's neighborhood has left the state of Florida and is now missing. His pro bono attorneys have quit, as they have lost contact with him, he has set up a self-defeating, incriminating website and talked to members of the press, such as race baiting Fox News commentator, Sean Hannity.

The talk show host has been talking about Martin in the worst terms for weeks, in spite of the fact he is a minor and the victim of crime, which has encouraged Zimmerman. How can it be right to talk about a deceased boy like this. If it were Hannity's child dead on the ground under the same circumstances, he would not be promoting such lawlessness (I don't wish it on Hannity, as violence is wrong). He would want justice. Hannity has debased Fox News even more. His comments about Martin are disgusting.

The Stand Your Ground law is being twisted and is a danger to everyone - black, white, Hispanic, Asian, Indian - in the 24 states it has been adopted. Violent people could go up to and kill others they dislike for whatever terrible reason and invoke the Zimmerman defense of imagined suspicion. This is the precedent the government of Sanford, Florida has set in the nation, via their actions or should I say inaction and it is a dangerous one.

It should not matter what color Martin is - a human being has died and under terrible circumstances that constitute first degree murder. A scared and frightened boy died a terrifying death no one should face. It cannot be tolerated. Justice must be served in this matter.

Ambiguous Site Begging For Money Creates More Questions Than Answers

In a desperate bid to address the enormous amount of public anger being directed at him, George Zimmerman, the man that murdered unarmed 17-year-old Trayvon Martin, in a race based killing, has launched a website that is not helping his cause (http://therealgeorgezimmerman.com).

The pages of the site are titled "The Real George Zimmerman" "My Race" "The Facts" and "Contact." Zimmerman is begging for money online to support his family and for his legal case. Under the circumstances it is inappropriate. Profiting from crime is wrong.

Under the "My Race" page it states, "'The world is my country, all mankind are my brethren, and to do good is my religion.' - Thomas Paine." That does not answer the question he posed, as some have inquired on his ethnic background, due to the circumstances surrounding the case.

Zimmerman's dad is white and his mother Hispanic. The main reason race has come up in this murder is squarely due to Zimmerman. He made so many calls to 911 reporting individuals he labeled suspicious black males, one even as young as age 7, indicating blatant racial profiling. Zimmerman is also heard using the slur "f*cking coons" on the 911 tape.

Zimmerman asserts "I assure you the facts will come to light." No set of facts will explain Zimmerman stalking and confronting Martin, in an incident that ended in murder. Zimmerman started and caused this tragic incident. Zimmerman is heard on the 911 tapes breathing heavily as he ran after Martin, who was a scared kid trying to get away from the "crazy" and "creepy" man following him around on a rainy night, which sadly would be his last on earth.

Under the "album" page, Zimmerman posts photos of graffiti laden walls bearing support for him, by people who have broken the law in defacing others' property. In one incident, pro-Zimmerman statements were spray painted on community center in an African-American neighborhood to cause distress.

Zimmerman complains on the site, "As a result of the incident and subsequent media coverage, I have been forced to leave my home, my school, my employer, my family and ultimately, my entire life." However, Martin lost his life. There's no comparing who suffered the greater injury. Furthermore, this situation is of Zimmerman's own making. He cannot complain.

I believe had Martin survived the shooting, he would have labeled Zimmerman a criminal and a liar, professing he did not do anything to him on that fateful night.

Zimmerman had no authority under the law to stalk, confront, harass and or murder anyone, as he did to Martin. This entire crime and the fall out thereof is squarely Zimmerman's fault and he continues to perpetuate lies to defend the indefensible that has already cost others their lives, as it was reported three African-Americans were killed by two gunmen in support of Zimmerman.

It is time for Zimmerman to confess to God and the Martin family, asking both for forgiveness. Stop the charade and cover up.

The public also needs to keep its cool and not become enraged to the point people commit acts of violence, as has been seen in incidents against blacks, whites and Hispanics over the past couple weeks. Stop turning on each other. Things must not escalate out of control, because once that fire is lit, it will rage unchecked for a time doing significant damage. This is not the answer.
