South Carolina’s Racism Problem

The U.S. state of South Carolina has a problem with racism. The Charleston church massacre, where 9 innocent black churchgoers were shot to death by white supremacist, Dylann Roof, is more proof of this fact (9 Black People Shot To Death In A Historic Charleston Church In Hate Crime Perpetrated By A White Supremacist).

One of my brothers went to university in South Carolina in the 1990s and spoke of problems with racism that exists there, which he had not seen in other regions of America. My brother rarely spoke about such things. Therefore, for him to have stated that says a lot. In the Madonna case, one of her hackers, Randy Vaughn, who emailed me a death threat under a fake name from a fake email address, referred to me as a “deranged n*gger” in the hateful, hostile missive, for stating the queen of copyright infringement stole my copyrights (as she has done to hundreds of other copyright holders).

What is going on in South Carolina that there exists such a seething hatred for black people, with individuals in the state making death threats against blacks, with some even acting on them, as seen in the aforementioned church massacre. The Confederate flag, a symbol of racism, is blowing in the wind all over South Carolina, with government officials of all people, resisting requests to take them down. This issue has gone on for many years, with many people demanding the Confederate flag’s removal, but to this day it is still there spitting in black people’s faces.

In her 28 years working with foster kids, Connie Going said, she had never known one who wanted to put himself out there like that. To risk being rejected.Again. "I know God hasn't given up on me," Davion softly told the congregation. "So I'm not giving up either."

What We Can Learn From Zachery Tims Life And Tragic Death

In the wake of the death of popular Florida pastor, Zachery Tims, 42, who was found dead in a W Hotel room in New York, last week, reportedly with drugs on his person, the church needs to examine what led to this tragic end, the public fall from grace that precipitated it and how we can respectfully learn from it.

In his mid-teens, Tims, was a youth offender, sentenced to a juvenile detention center for attempted murder. He also tried and became addicted to drugs in his youth. Tims stated he later became a believer, placing his faith in Jesus. This led him to start a church in Florida, which grew to a congregation of 8,000 members and an accompanying youth center for troubled teens.

In 2009, trouble struck, as stripper, Judy Nguyen, began making internet posts about meeting Tims in a gentleman's club in France, where they began a year long affair. His wife, Riva Tims, who is also the mother of his four children, divorced him, left Tims' ministry and founded a new church in Florida.

We're all human. We all make mistakes. However, the key is to learn from those mistakes and bad choices and stop making them. Tims kept falling into trouble, due to making the wrong choices, which have consequences. To honor God that made us, we should choose right, rather than wrong.

Tims lost his footing, due to temptation and wealth, in a story that should remind Christians to guard their heart and emotions from temptation. Learn to walk away from it, as too much is at stake. Think ahead to the consequences, before you make negative choices that will destroy your life and name. I do not write this to be judgmental, but in the hope you will be careful and spare yourself the pain of going the wrong way.

Money is not bad, but the Bible states, "The love of money is the root of all evil." It didn't say money was the root of all evil, but the love of it, which has caused some to do cruel things to others. When one uses money as a positive tool, through things such as giving to or creating charities, building community centers or helping out a friend in need, this is good and admirable.

As much as I think Tims seemed like a nice person, my eyes welled up with tears when I read of his death and I do not wish to write ill of him, he promoted what is known in some circles as the "Prosperity Gospel" which is morally dangerous. It can warp your perspective on life, because money can't be one's focus in everything. Preaching the message of come to God and get rich, is wrong. The Judiciary Report does not agree with it.

If you are struggling under financial problems, there is nothing wrong with praying to the Lord, asking Him to open doors for you to meet your economic needs and obligations. I've seen God answer such prayers for different people. The Lord has blessed and helped many people in such circumstances. It is also permissible for one to pray for the funds to undertake a goal or dream that is of good intent.

But pastors should not fall into the trap of preaching about getting rich through the Gospel, as that was not the message Jesus promoted. There is nothing wrong with living a humble life. Not everyone will be of great financial means and there is nothing wrong with that. The moral code of the Bible is to place one's faith in Jesus, turn from one's unethical ways (sins) and do good for those around you. Christianity is not seen in the money one has, but in the good one does.

Regarding life, God has shown through the Bible, you can have a spouse, children, friends, family, house(s), car and job. What more could one want. When you experience trouble from bad choices, it will bring home the fact, a walk on the wild side is not worth jeopardizing that.

There are people suffering in this world with illness, trauma from tragedy, painful memories from being raped or abused, the loss of loved ones. The church's goal must be to help the suffering and needy and to give hope to those who want to give up on life, encouraging them not to do so. There are more important things in life than money.

I wish people would not proclaim such things and in the name of God. The Bible does speak of a day where the world as we know it will end by fire, popularly believed to be an asteroid, thus creating it anew. However, the Bible does not indicate the actual date of the event, but gives an indication of the general time period in history, based on world events that are to happen prior to this cosmic event. This is not it.

Having written that, I do believe a massive earthquake is coming to Los Angeles in the near future that is going to cause catastrophic, unprecedented damage and many deaths. I do believe it will be stronger on the Richter scale than the recent earthquakes in Haiti, Japan and Spain. It was also an imprudent idea for the state to allow people to build on such potent faults, due to the seismic shifts that occur on them. One of the most potent, San Andreas, runs right under what is now downtown Los Angeles, among other places, which is ram packed with skyscrapers. Skyscrapers and very potent earthquakes do not mix.

There is another school of thought, based on the Mayan calendar, which allegedly states, the world will end in 2012 (you know, like that stupid Sony movie). However, I am of the belief, the world will not end in 2012. I do however, believe 2012 will be a turning point for the world that will produce many events, both stunningly good and shockingly bad. But time will go on beyond next year.

The purpose of Bible prophecy is to be a source of reassurance to believers, that God is who He says He is and knows, "The Beginning from the end." God is the Creator and knows the past and the future with absolute certainty, a gift He originated and shared in part with a few prophets, such as Joseph and Daniel in the Bible.

During their time, people believed the words of the prophets, because they were able to accurately predict the future, something only God would know and could share - as God is everywhere and knows everything, when time began and when it will renew. He created time.

In closing, God wants each person to change their unethical ways, place their faith in Christ and live a good and decent life. He wants you to live each day as if the last, not try to make it the last.

Calls Go Out For Obama Impeachment Over Gay Marriage Push And Health Care

A number of prominent politicians are calling for the impeachment of U.S. President Barack Obama, for pushing gay marriage, in violation of the Defense of Marriage Act. He has violated his oath of office in doing so. Many are now also referring to him as a "one term President" whose health care program should be "repealed."

The President is making a number of politically unsavvy and illogical moves. In some interviews, Obama says it does not matter if he is a one term president, but in the next breath, asked to be reelected, while constantly make decisions the populace has voted against.

It does not make any sense. Who are his advisers and what are they really telling him, because it is damaging his presidency, legacy and name. 2012 is right around the corner and so much damage has been done to the Obama brand, reelection will be a next to impossible sell.

My question is, if this man loses the presidency because of you, what are you going to say to him and his family in the face of impeachment and or defeat. That's not a pretty place to be in history.

He is the first black president in U.S. history, yet you have used him as a pawn, in things he knew better than to get involved with. Black people deserved more than that from President Obama and his selfish, morally bankrupt backers.

Obama stated he is a Christian and claims "Jesus" as Savior, but after he got into office, he began openly going against the Bible, also known as the "Word of God."

The church played a major role in electing Obama in 2008, as one cannot become President of the United States without the Christian vote, due to America having a Christian majority. However, ever since Obama has taken office, he has spit on the church with decision after decision, from proclaiming America is not a Christian nation, to his latest backslidden act, of pushing for gay marriage, in a bid to repay his Hollywood campaign donors.

With each new betrayal of the Bible, Obama is giving more credence to public claims he is not a Christian and used it as a mean to get elected President. The church needs to wake up and get wise to what is happening, before all Christians hold dear is destroyed. The Lord said in the Bible "You shall know them by their deeds" which means one can tell a Christian by what he or she does, not by what he or she says.

Members of the GOP (Republicans) have agreed to undertake the Defense of Marriage in America. This comes as news was made public of U.S. President, Barack Obama, pushing for gay marriage, in violation of his constitutional oath.

Politicians and analysts are calling it an impeachable offense, as Obama has willfully chosen not enforce federal law, which is his job as the President of the United States. According to a number of articles published in the past two days, many Christian churches, organizations and prominent figures, have denounced U.S. President Barack Obama's push to make gay marriage legal.

President Obama has abandoned the federal Defense of Marriage Act, instructing the Justice Department not to support it. The President's conduct is in open contradiction to the Bible, which states marriage is between a man and woman. Millions of Americans share this view, as American is overwhelmingly Christian (75%), no matter what Hollywood tries to tell you.

Christians worldwide have also retained this view on marriage, as being between and man and a woman, in accordance with the Bible. While no one should seek to harm, abuse, harass, injure or kill gays, it is not appropriate that an alternative lifestyle be forced upon others, who do not share the same view, as it goes contrary to their religious beliefs. Many other religions, such as Islam, are not in favor of gay marriage.

Arkansas Governor, Mike Huckabee, eloquently explained the issue as a matter of President Obama going against the will of the people, as in every American state the subject of gay marriage was proposed and placed on the ballot, it was overwhelmingly voted against by the populace.

President Obama, who stated he is a Christian, is openly going against the Bible, in trying to appease his big buck Hollywood financial donors. However, as history has shown, Hollywood will not get one elected to office, but they have cost many the election. If Obama wants to go down in flames with Hollywood that's his choice.

Christians, who are the most influential and sizable voting block, will not support Obama in the 2012 election on his current backslidden course. We are paying attention and we are not amused.

Jodeci was one of the most popular R&B groups in the 1990s. The group was comprised of two sets of brothers - Devante Swing and Mr. Dalvin (Donald and Dalvin DeGrate) and siblings K-Ci and JoJo (Cedric and Joel Hailey). They were referred to as the badboys of R&B. Sean "P Diddy" Combs, who was an executive at Uptown Records in the 1990s, took four country boys from North Carolina and Virginia and turned them into party animals.

Uptown Records sent Jodeci to live in a very urban part of New York to roughen up their image, in a bid at turning them into rebellious young men. This left the members with drug, alcohol and sexual addictions. They also purchased guns, with two members getting into trouble with the law. The four innocent country boys from the Bible Belt, were now subject to their own vices.

The newly adopted badboy image they took on to sell records, stuck and began destroying them, as they began to act out, via destructive behavior, in trying to live up to a fabricated public persona. After a while, one can lose one's self in a role.

After dysfunction set in, group member and producer, Devante Swing struggled to complete any music, which led to the group breaking up after three top selling albums. His most recent video was a surveillance one at a Subway restaurant, featuring the musician stumbling around, visibly inebriated and high.

The Brothers Hailey, continued recording as K-Ci and JoJo, but it wasn't long before their addictions damaged their careers as well. The two are now taking part in a rehabilitative reality show entitled "K-Ci and JoJo...Come Clean."

The irony of it all is Jodeci had talent and did not need gimmicks. The raunch, rebellion and lust did not make their music better. Case in point, the top selling song to come out of that outfit was K-Ci and JoJo's "All My Life" which is a clean tune that is often played at weddings.

The group started out in Gospel music, with God having given them a gift for music, but P. Diddy changed them, exposing the band to a destructive, licentious way of life, they have struggled with to this day. Here's hoping they get back on the straight and narrow.

According to a survey published this week, 1 in 4 Americans believe, U.S. President, Barack Obama is a Muslim. This means, theoretically, 75 million people have the view, Obama is a Muslim. In short, the number is growing from the time Obama first took office as President of the United States.

Obama's words and deeds have caused people to disbelieve his claims of being a Christian. Proclaiming himself a Christian was very helpful to getting elected to the nation's highest office. America is a Christian nation, contrary to what Obama has publicly stated. Christianity is the faith of the majority of Americans (70%).

The White House today claimed Obama is a "devout Christian." However, as it stands, a "devout Christian" would not have cancelled the decades old, Christian-based, National Day Of Prayer at the White House. A "devout Christian" would have respectfully and peacefully declined worshipping at a mosque, as the Bible makes it clear, God does not share His sovereignty and faith in Jesus is the only way to Him (heaven). Contrary to the New Age phrase, all roads (religions) do not lead to God.

Why is Hollywood always so desperate for money, so much so, they are willing to break the law and damage innocent people in the process. A prime example of this is Joseph Medawar, who was featured on the program "American Greed" this week. The so-called Hollywood producer, paid a U.S. senator, Dana Rohrabacher, $23,000 for a 30-year-old screenplay, which granted him unfettered access to political circles in Washington, including crooked George W. Bush, who he took a photo with.

Medawar erected a website with a trailer, for a yet to be filmed show entitled "Department of Homeland Security" and used it to solicit money from investors. He then fleeced a California church congregation, requesting money from them as investments in his company, hinging on the yet to be released television series, backed by Washington and Hollywood, which is never a good combination. Hollywood and Washington together are crooks leading the crooks.

Medawar played on the church's patriotism, charity and Christianity (much like Bush deceitfully did during his presidency) and fleeced them out of $3,000,000. Church members took out second mortgages on their homes, while others gave out of their hard earned life savings, as they believed Medawar and his claims of a positive return on their investments, which would also allegedly be helping the country. Medawar even went so far as to release false financial reports to church investors, claiming the filmed show and company was now worth $200,000,000, when neither were worth the paper the statement was printed on.

It was all lies. Medawar never filmed one single episode and the trailer posted on his website to lure investors, contained stolen, copyrighted infringing footage, he pilfered from others and pieced together, then added graphics over, with the title "Department Of Homeland Security" to customize it (he must be related to Madonna).

Churchgoers lost their lifesavings and homes. Medawar was arrested, but due to his political connections, received 1 year in prison, which amounted to even less time served and has not repaid a single dime, racking up $5,000,000 in losses. He squandered investors' money on lavish trips, living in a $40,000 per month Beverly Hills mansion he leased and shopping on Rodeo Drive for expensive clothes and jewelry.

Once again, the government, via the FBI, DOJ and Congress, failed the American people, as anyone that engaged in such damaging crimes against the public, should have served at least 20-years in prison and be forced to make financial restitution.

The ironic part is, with the $5,000,000 he stole from investors, he could have filmed the show and it could have been successful. However, Medawar, did not have the talent, ability or know how to write, prudently film, hire actors at a reasonable fees and shop the show. It's always the ones without the creative talent doing the stealing.
