Kentucky Clerk Kim Davis Freed As Judge Is Condemned By The Public Over Her Unlawful Jailing

Christian court clerk, Kim Davis, who refused to issue gay marriage licenses in Kentucky and was subsequently jailed by a hostile, abusive judge, has been released after a week in jail on contempt of court charges. The public was outraged at U.S. District Judge David Bunning jailing Davis. 

Under the 2013 Religious Freedom Restoration law, Davis is and was allowed to opt out of issuing gay marriage licenses. It would then be up to another court employee to do so.

However, Judge Bunning, summarily turned America into an autocratic police state by throwing Davis in jail, which was cruel, unconscionable and illegal, in conduct that has become all too common in the Obama administration, in not following established law. This is ironic, as Obama is an attorney who knows the law. He has no excuse.

This behavior is also indicative of the ongoing misconduct in the Obama administration, if you do not do what he/they want or criticize the president's agenda, they will financially, emotionally and mentally abuse you into submission or destroy your life. It is completely un-American. This shall occupy a terrible place in world history regarding Obama's name and legacy of suppressing free speech and stripping people of their religious freedoms, freedom and in some cases property and finances. As it stands, the Obama administration has the worst human rights record in American history, actively abusing Christians. The things being is unconscionable, insidious and sick.

Judge Bunning violated the judicial cannons via this misconduct and with President Obama's approval. It is not a good image to portray of the court system to the nation or watching world, as he made it look merciless, cruel, vicious, abusive and unjust. Where are the "checks and balances?" Why was he allowed to violate the law in this manner. It seems to be a common theme among certain judges in disrespecting the law of the land.

Judge Bunning must go. He needs to be removed from the bench. His behavior is intolerable and ironically intolerant and bigoted, which he claims he is against in his push for gay marriage. His conduct reveals a hatred and contempt for Christians and one that he cannot separate from his work, which means he is not suitable to be a judge. It's judges like Bunning that give the judiciary a bad name and shakes the public's faith in the legal system.

What if gays were jailed for being gay? Would that be okay? No it would not. However, Judge Bunning has set the nasty, vile precedent that a Christian can be jailed for being a Christian, which is illegal and he should be prosecuted under federal law for this criminal conduct. Judge Bunning criminally stripped a citizen of her religious freedoms and freedom in criminal violation of the law. Davis should sue, as her civil rights and human rights were violated.

Davis, a clerk in Rowan County, Ky., was incarcerated Thursday for refusing to comply with several court orders to issue marriage licenses to gay couples following the Supreme Court’s landmark ruling in June on the basis of her “religious conviction.”

Bunning, Gannam said, was satisfied that the marriage licenses Davis had refused to issue were subsequently granted by her deputies. Mike Huckabee, who met with her before her release.

“God showed up in the form of an elected official: Kim Davis,” Huckabee said. “Today I was proud to stand with Kim Davis as she was released from jail. Kim Davis should have never been locked up for being a Christian and for following her conscience and the law.“...

Last week, Cruz called Davis’ jailing an “outrage.” ...“For the first time, we’re seeing a Christian thrown in jail for standing up for her faith,” Cruz told Fox News’ Megyn Kelly. “I’ll tell you, I stand with Kim Davis unequivocally. I stand with her or anyone else the government is trying to persecute for standing up for their faith.”

Obama States He Will Not Force Religious Institutions To Perform Gay Weddings In Face Of Supreme Court DOMA Decision

Yesterday, the U.S. Supreme Court struck down the Defense Of Marriage Act (DOMA), which stipulates marriage is between a man and a woman (as God intended it). It was an act that goes contrary to the will of the people, as Americans are overwhelmingly not in favor of gay marriage. It's amazing that a handful of people on a court can make an unpopular legal decision that openly defies the will of 75% of a nation. That's not democracy.

In a nation with a large Christian majority and millions of Muslims, the Supreme Court's decision defied both religions in conduct that has caused offense among millions. The two biggest religions in the world, Christianity and Islam, forbid homosexuality and gay marriage. To ask people to defy their religious beliefs and faith is inappropriate and unconstitutional. Said conduct violates religious freedom. It's a lot to ask, demanding someone to betray God and their religious beliefs over your alternative lifestyle. I'm not trying to hurt gay people, but it is too much to ask.

However, many in the entertainment industry, the face of the gay movement, have harassed, threatened and bullied others in acts that are directly contradictory to the tolerance they demand. You cannot force your views on others threatening them with financial, emotionally and social ruination as Hollywood so frequently does, if they do not bow to your point of view.

It is your right to live your life as you please, as long as it does not infringe upon others' rights. It is your right to be gay, but not to force it on me or anyone else. I state this for a reason, as I have been constantly harassed by certain high profile people in Hollywood, who are trying to force their lifestyle and point of view on me, in seeking to get me to promote their alternative lifestyle on my websites - despite the fact they know I'm a Christian and it goes against my personal beliefs. The lengths they have gone to is astonishing (I will write about it in greater detail in the future and name names as well).

President Barack Obama, sensing a minefield in the DOMA decision, has come out stating he will not force religious institutions, such as churches and mosques to perform gay weddings. While Christian churches would have protested and boycotted such an unconstitutional move, with some, not all mosques it would have been another story. It would have been "on like Donkey Kong." Can you imagine what would have happened had the government tried to force mosques to perform gay weddings.

Obama stated, "On an issue as sensitive as this, knowing that Americans hold a wide range of views based on deeply held beliefs, maintaining our nation’s commitment to religious freedom is also vital. How religious institutions define and consecrate marriage has always been up to those institutions. Nothing about this decision — which applies only to civil marriages — changes that."

A homosexual couple in Hartford, Connecticut, of George Harasz and Douglas Wirth, who adopted 9 children, have been imprisoned pending trial, detained for molesting the boys that were in their care. The Hartford Currant is reporting, their plea deals admitting guilt on lesser charges regarding damage to children, which would have seen them avoid prison, have been scrapped.

New allegations in the case have surfaced, which has resulted in them being detained indefinitely. The newspaper stated, "A new allegation of sexual assault against Harasz by one of the victims, contained in a pre-sentence investigation of Harasz, helped scrap the plea agreement. The case was further clouded Friday by disclosure in court of new allegations of abuse by three other of the nine children."

Morgan Slams The Second Amendment And States The Bible Is Flawed Falling Afoul Of The Public Demanding His Deportation

Rupert Murdoch crony and former employee, Piers Morgan, who is also star of his own CNN talk show, has run afoul of the public, slamming the Bible as "flawed" and demanding the deletion of the Second Amendment of the Constitution, regarding Americans' right to bear arms (guns).

Morgan's statements created quite a backlash in America, with 100,000 people signing a White House petition demanding his deportation from America. However, his native Britain, humorously stated no thanks, indicating in no uncertain terms, they don't want him back.

In all seriousness, this isn't about Britain, where Piers is from or America where he currently resides. This is about Morgan and his total lack of respect for other people's religion and way of life. I am not a gun person, but I understand that the Second Amendment guarantees Americans the right to bear arms. As such, it is up to the majority to decide what the nation wants, not one man or woman.

Additionally, I am a Christian and took umbrage at Morgan's statements about the Bible being "flawed" whilst demanding gay marriage. Billions of Christians and Muslims do not have gay marriage as apart of their religion, as it defies it. Gay marriage is a personal choice and to attempt to force it upon the world, irrespective of people's religious beliefs is wrong. It is unfair to ask people to defy their religious beliefs in support of an alternative lifestyle the Bible and the Koran expressly forbid.

There are gay people I have prayed to God for asking Him to help them with problems and struggles they have faced, with the hope they will turn to Him in faith one day. I will not disrespect or be mean to a person for being gay. I am courteous to straight or gay people I meet. I have never attacked or abused anyone over their religion, sexual orientation, race or nationality. However, I need you to extend me and those of the faith the same courtesy, as Hollywood's agenda in trying to change Christianity and the Bible via ridicule and bullying, to fit its lifestyle, is too much to ask, trampling on God's word and has gone too far.

The Bible says homosexuality is a sin that brings trouble and chastisement into one's life. However, it is your choice. God can forgive, but there must be repentance (a change in behavior). God gave me free will, just like He gave you free will. Do not try to take that away from me (and others).

Furthermore, Morgan is in no position to throw stones at anyone or offer his "flawed" view on people's religion. As I have maintained on the Judiciary Report website for years, in a scandal I broke first online, Morgan has a problem with ethics and morality, as he is neck deep in the phone hacking scandal, having violated domestic and international law, whilst working for Murdoch and others. He has knowingly committed a number of serious felonies in the name of profit and journalistic scoops that were obtained in the most invasive, foul order. You cannot even follow the law. Don't tell me how to follow my religion. I have British blood in me, I love Britain, God bless it, but I do not agree with Piers.

Recently, a few gay groups in America lashed out against the Christian owned fast food company Chick-Fil-A, encouraging people to boycott their 1,300 restaurants, in conduct that is unethically damaging the U.S. economy and President Barack Obama's chances of reelection. Persistently low economic numbers have caused massive doubts among the public, regarding the President's ability to fix the economy.

Any Christian who does not vote or writes in a name is casting a vote for Romney’s opponent, Barack Hussein Obama — a man who sat in Jeremiah Wright’s church for years, did not hold a public ceremony to mark the National Day of Prayer, and is a liberal who supports the killing of unborn babies and same-sex marriage. A stream of angry calls came in to the famous hip hop New York radio station Hot 97, slamming President Barack Obama's decision to support gay marriage. The calls were mostly from black people, denouncing Obama's announcement in pushing for gay marriage, stating they will not be voting for him in the 2012 election this November.

The Judiciary Report has consistently maintained Hollywood keeps getting Obama into trouble and they've done it again. The ironic part is when Obama is voted out of office (which polls continue to indicate), they will dump him like yesterday's news, in favor of trying to bribe and buy the next president and congress with donations, into doing their bidding.

President Obama has let Hollywood use him and it has hurt his name, legacy and interests in an enormous way. Gay Hollywood has irreparably damaged the first black president of the United States. Disgraceful.
At the end of the day, the gay marriage issue goes against the religion of billions of people all over the world (Christians and Muslims). Trying to force that on people, is to ask others to defy their religion, for what is an alternative lifestyle and a personal sexual choice you have made.

Vilifying and attempting to financially and personally harm and destroy those that disagree with gay marriage, especially people of faith in the public eye adhering to their religion, will and has only caused public hatred, making people push back even harder to protect their religion. Leave people's religion alone. To try to change other people's religion to suit your chosen lifestyle is out of line and patently wrong and offensive.

If you want to be gay that is your choice, but don't try to force it on others, lest you threaten, bully and destroy them, which high profile homosexuals in Hollywood have unlawfully done to innocent people that peacefully disagreed with them. It's not a good look. That's the definition of intolerance - people won't see things your way, so you do all you can to destroy them for it.

I've seen Hollywood gays in action in this regard, unlawfully acting against religious people that peacefully and constitutionally disagree with gay marriage and their sexual orientation. They go around calling banks demanding they put people's homes and businesses into foreclosure for peacefully and constitutionally disagreeing with the gay lifestyle for religious reasons.

They go around calling manufactures, suppliers and business clients, demanding they stop doing business with and discriminate against religious people for peacefully and constitutionally disagreeing with the gay lifestyle.

They pay private investigators to follow, harass, phone hack and wiretap people and their families that peacefully and constitutionally disagree with the gay lifestyle. They swamp religious people with vitriolic and sometimes threatening hate mail, emails and calls, for peacefully and constitutionally disagreeing with the gay lifestyle.

Hollywood gays literally try to savage and destroy people for this. They need to get a hold of themselves. Hollywood gays are some of the most hateful, vicious, vengeful people on the planet that do the gay community no favors with their terrible, abusive conduct and outright bullying of others, who peacefully and constitutionally disagree with them.

They selfishly don't think about who their conduct will harm, even if it hurts the children of religious people they unethically target. No collateral damage is too much. Even if the collateral damage is the first black president of the United States, in something the black community in America and around the world, is never going to forget or think well of Hollywood for.

Hollywood actor, George Clooney and the high profile gays that attended the party at his home a week ago in Hollywood, with the expressed intent to get President Obama to publicly endorse gay marriage, in exchange for millions in campaign donations, didn't give a rat's behind about what it would do to him or his legacy in the black community or religious world. Well, you got your wish. He endorsed gay marriage and now he has lost untold millions of votes, as polls are now reflecting. I hope you're happy (sarcasm).

This week, Billy Graham also lent his support to the defense of marriage in North Carolina, due to attempts at bringing gay marriage to the state he resides.

The rival Republican party in America has shunned the issue in favor of the repairing the economy. Other heads of state, such as Julia Gillard of Australia and the palace in the Philippines, also disagree with Obama's stance on the issue.  

President Obama's actions this week have many online stating, he is a Christian only in name, while others still believe he is a Muslim, the religion he ascribed to for most of his life, after spending many years in Kenya and Malaysia. The president like anyone else is entitled to his opinion, but he must realize not everyone feels the same and the votes will reflect that come November. Hollywood donating millions to his campaign this week to sway his statements, cannot buy the vote of the populace in America, most of which is Christian. In short, he has handed the election to Mitt Romney.

Christians, much like every other group in America, are tired of the state of the economy. Being launched into another war this month hasn’t been uplifting news either.

His son, Nicky Hilton, was a real brute. Married to the late actress, Elizabeth Taylor, at a young age, he would beat and verbally abuse her on a regular basis. They divorced a year later and Taylor was left physically ill from the marriage.

Paris Hilton, who is a brazen racist that has used the word "ni*ger" on tape to refer to black people, put out a sex tape, constantly snorts cocaine, smokes weed and will sleep with anyone white, has become the most notorious member of her family, which was quite a feat considering her ancestors' misdeeds.

Paris' grandfather, Barron Hilton, is reportedly so embarrassed by her bad behavior, stating she "dragged the family name through the mud" he disinherited her and left 97% of his money to charity. You know the rest of the Hilton family wanted to beat Paris down over that. She's cost them a significant sum of money. However, she's probably too high to care. And you thought your family had issues.

Calls Go Out For Obama Impeachment Over Gay Marriage Push And Health Care

A number of prominent politicians are calling for the impeachment of U.S. President Barack Obama, for pushing gay marriage, in violation of the Defense of Marriage Act. He has violated his oath of office in doing so. Many are now also referring to him as a "one term President" whose health care program should be "repealed."

The President is making a number of politically unsavvy and illogical moves. In some interviews, Obama says it does not matter if he is a one term president, but in the next breath, asked to be reelected, while constantly make decisions the populace has voted against.

It does not make any sense. Who are his advisers and what are they really telling him, because it is damaging his presidency, legacy and name. 2012 is right around the corner and so much damage has been done to the Obama brand, reelection will be a next to impossible sell.

*Tongue in cheek* I just hope they pull out that microchip, before they release Obama back into the population after his presidency, because he is behaving like a Manchurian Candidate, via abandoning all he stood for and blatantly siding with things that are morally and politically wrong, in favor of financial backers that basically own him at this point.

My question is, if this man loses the presidency because of you, what are you going to say to him and his family in the face of impeachment and or defeat. That's not a pretty place to be in history.

He is the first black president in U.S. history, yet you have used him as a pawn, in things he knew better than to get involved with. Black people deserved more than that from President Obama and his selfish, morally bankrupt backers.

The next U.S. Presidential election is a year and a half away and a recent poll reveals, Commander-in-Chief, Barack Obama, has overwhelmingly lost the Christian vote. This is not good news for Obama.

The American majority is Christian, by an overwhelming margin. Therefore, this does not bode well for any reelection bid he may seek to mount. The President is getting some very bad advice in Washington from his peers and they are leading him down the wrong path.

President Obama pushing for gay marriage was the last straw for many Christians, as the Bible expressly forbids it. Some had already withdrawn their support when Obama reversed the stem cell ban (the destructive experimentation on baby embryos). While others decided not to vote for him again, after he repealed "Don't Ask Don't Tell" regarding gays "openly serving in the military." It shall affect "cohesion" in the military as studies suggests.

Many heterosexual soldiers are uncomfortable showering and sleeping in the same quarters with "openly" gay servicemen and women, believing their private parts are constantly being stared at and lusted after.

When gays served in the military, but not "openly" there was no concern and worry in this regard, which is the last thing soldiers needed weighing on their minds, when they are fighting in life and death situations. Gay activists just don't get that and I predict there is going to be a deterioration in the U.S. military over this issue.

That's discrimination. Winfrey has made some strange proclamations about Jesus that did not sit well with Christians. Immediately after doing so, her ratings began to tank.

Rather than thanking the Lord for her success, Winfrey turned to the Hollywood way of hostility to all things Christian, including its adherents. For someone that preaches tolerance to her audiences (regarding gays), she sure missed the mark when it comes to 3/4ths of America's population - Christians. Winfrey constantly berates people for being intolerant to gays, which many believe she is, only to be abusive to Christians on and off air.

I don't respect that. I don't believe anyone should be abused, gay or straight - and one must respect others religious views and not try to punish them for it, which is the Hollywood way of doing things. That tinsel town act is wearing pretty thin and is going to see a serious global backlash.

U.S. President, Barack Obama, has been betraying the church, via going back on a number of promises he made voters, such as not attempting to make gay marriage legal and lifting the ban on stem cell research (running gruesome experiments on baby embryos). Obama stated he is a Christian and claims "Jesus" as Savior, but after he got into office, he began openly going against the Bible, also known as the "Word of God."

The church played a major role in electing Obama in 2008, as one cannot become President of the United States without the Christian vote, due to America having a Christian majority. However, ever since Obama has taken office, he has spit on the church with decision after decision, from proclaiming America is not a Christian nation, to his latest backslidden act, of pushing for gay marriage, in a bid to repay his Hollywood campaign donors.

With each new betrayal of the Bible, Obama is giving more credence to public claims he is not a Christian and used it as a mean to get elected President. The church needs to wake up and get wise to what is happening, before all Christians hold dear is destroyed. The Lord said in the Bible "You shall know them by their deeds" which means one can tell a Christian by what he or she does, not by what he or she says.

Members of the GOP (Republicans) have agreed to undertake the Defense of Marriage in America. This comes as news was made public of U.S. President, Barack Obama, pushing for gay marriage, in violation of his constitutional oath.

Politicians and analysts are calling it an impeachable offense, as Obama has willfully chosen not enforce federal law, which is his job as the President of the United States. His decision to not to defend the Defense of Marriage Act shall cost him voters in the 2012 election, in an overwhelmingly Christian America. Muslims in America are not on board with Obama's decision either, as it goes against their religion as well.

According to a number of articles published in the past two days, many Christian churches, organizations and prominent figures, have denounced U.S. President Barack Obama's push to make gay marriage legal.

President Obama has abandoned the federal Defense of Marriage Act, instructing the Justice Department not to support it. The President's conduct is in open contradiction to the Bible, which states marriage is between a man and woman. Millions of Americans share this view, as American is overwhelmingly Christian (75%), no matter what Hollywood tries to tell you.

Christians worldwide have also retained this view on marriage, as being between and man and a woman, in accordance with the Bible. While no one should seek to harm, abuse, harass, injure or kill gays, it is not appropriate that an alternative lifestyle be forced upon others, who do not share the same view, as it goes contrary to their religious beliefs. Many other religions, such as Islam, are not in favor of gay marriage.

Arkansas Governor, Mike Huckabee, eloquently explained the issue as a matter of President Obama going against the will of the people, as in every American state the subject of gay marriage was proposed and placed on the ballot, it was overwhelmingly voted against by the populace.

President Obama, who stated he is a Christian, is openly going against the Bible, in trying to appease his big buck Hollywood financial donors. However, as history has shown, Hollywood will not get one elected to office, but they have cost many the election. If Obama wants to go down in flames with Hollywood that's his choice.

Christians, who are the most influential and sizable voting block, will not support Obama in the 2012 election on his current backslidden course. We are paying attention and we are not amused.
