Since filing for divorce last week, Angelina Jolie has barred husband, Brad Pitt, from seeing their six children. Jolie is renting a Malibu mansion and has sequestered herself and the children in the house to get away from the press. Jolie has also stopped taking Pitt's calls. Pitt's PR team is now doing damage control in an attempt to salvage his reputation, after Jolie leaked news that he is a drug addict, alcoholic and abusive father.

Jolie also reported Pitt to the FBI and the Department of Children and Families in Los Angeles, over an air rage incident, where he stands accused of hitting their oldest child, Maddox, in a drunken, high state. Jolie's lawyer stated she filed for divorce "for the health of the family" namely the children, citing abusive, cheating Pitt as the problem. Jolie is doing whatever it takes to win the custody battle against Pitt. She has applied for full custody of the children. However, Pitt wants joint custody and is refusing to give up any parental rights in this regard.

A report in the Evening Standard revealed lesbian Jennifer Cramblett sued the Midwest Sperm Bank in Illinois for “wrongful birth” after purchasing sperm and giving birth to a mixed race baby. Cramblett and her girlfriend wanted a white child, of their own race, but was given the sperm of a black man, resulting in a mixed race baby. The clinic issued "a partial refund" and an apology.

However, Cramblett lost the case in court, with the judge dismissing it on the grounds that a “wrongful birth” case can only proceed if the child has birth defects. The little girl, who is now 3-years-old, is going to feel awful when she gets older and reads about how her mother sued because she did not want a black baby. Is she that hateful regarding black people that she can’t bear to have a black child that is her own flesh and blood. Here's hoping the government in the form of the Department of Children and Families (DCF) will do welfare checks on the child, who is resented for being black.

We can all applaud, sort of, the news that a white woman in Illinois has had her lawsuit against a sperm bank that accidentally gave her a black donor’s sperm thrown out. Jennifer Cramblett and her same-sex partner were dismayed when she gave birth to a mixed-race daughter, Payton, now three, and she sued the Midwest Sperm Bank for wrongful birth and breach of warranty.

The judge said that a “wrongful birth” claim can only be upheld in the case of a congenital defect. Nevertheless, Ms Cramblett — who as a lesbian who didn’t want a black child can be seen as insufficiently intersectional — was given an apology and a “partial refund” by the clinic. Is it racist to say that, if she did specify on the forms that she wanted a white baby, she was maybe entitled to her refund? I’m more exercised by the idea that she got to specify in the first place.

A homosexual couple in Hartford, Connecticut, of George Harasz and Douglas Wirth, who adopted 9 children, have been imprisoned pending trial, detained for molesting the boys that were in their care. The Hartford Currant is reporting, their plea deals admitting guilt on lesser charges regarding damage to children, which would have seen them avoid prison, have been scrapped.

New allegations in the case have surfaced, which has resulted in them being detained indefinitely. The newspaper stated, "A new allegation of sexual assault against Harasz by one of the victims, contained in a pre-sentence investigation of Harasz, helped scrap the plea agreement. The case was further clouded Friday by disclosure in court of new allegations of abuse by three other of the nine children."

RadarOnline.com has exclusively obtained a police document that provides proof and details of the investigation and DCF's attempt to make an in-home visit to the Woods' residence just days ago.

The document - police dispatch notes - details that the investigation centers on possible domestic violence between Tiger and his wife taking place in front of their young children. Using police code, it also spells out that a unknown weapon may have been involved. A source close to the situation told RadarOnline.com that the weapon is a golf club.

It's blockbuster proof that Tiger's legal woes are not behind him - even though there is no ongoing police investigation into any aspect of the case.
