Lindsay Lohan's physically abusive relationship with millionaire Egor Tarabasov has left her with brain damage and emotional issues. Lohan picked fist fights with Tarabasov and suffered blows to the head in the process. She was also choked to the point of almost blacking out during a fight, which is not good for the brain. Lohan was high during the fights and did not feel the extent of the pain until the drugs began wearing off each time, which only led to more drug use, as has been her habit for many years (even prior to Tarabasov). Excessive drug use in the manner Lohan practices also leads to brain damage. 

Lohan's mother encouraged the toxic relationship because Tarabasov is a millionaire and they want his money, but they are not good for each other. Lohan's career has dried up and she and her mother are heavily in debt. They saw him as the answer to their problems, but the two broke up after a series of fights and Lohan stealing his personal belongings. Lohan has repeatedly provoked him with violence, but that is no reason for him to hit her back. When a man is in a relationship with a woman who hits him, it is best to leave before losing one's temper and trouble striking.

This is a follow up to yesterday morning's article "Oklahoma Police Killing Unarmed Black Man Terrence Crutcher For Having Car Trouble And Looking Like 'A Bad Dude' Is Racial Profiling." Police officer Betty Shelby has been arrested and charged with first degree manslaughter. She has been booked and released on bond. Shelby's lawyer has been speaking to the press on her behalf.

More facts have emerged in the case. Shelby claimed Crutcher was reaching into his car for a weapon. However, no weapon was found and there is blood lining the CLOSED window of the vehicle where Crutcher was shot and killed. Police have now admitted the window of Crutcher's vehicle was closed, indicating he was not reaching for a gun and once again, none was found. 

News surfaced of Crutcher's criminal record, which some used in an attempt to excuse his murder. However, the law does not permit people to kill others based on past criminal convictions. I should not even have to state that. Since some dragged out Crutcher's criminal past, the same is being done to Shelby. It has been revealed she has drug problems and engaged in domestic violence and acts of harassment.

According to the job application she submitted to the sheriff’s office in 2007, her ex-husband’s new wife filed a protective order against her in 2002 to put an end to harassing phone calls the new wife claims Shelby made. The order was eventually denied and Shelby maintained her innocence. Nearly a decade earlier, Shelby noted on the same application, a breakup with her then-boyfriend led to the two damaging each other’s cars. Temporary restraining orders were filed and eventually tossed out...

Sep, 22, 2016 - Tulsa Officer Betty Shelby's work history and past are now under scrutiny after the officer shot and killed Terence Cruther, a Black man who was unarmed with his hands in the air. Tension is rising and protests continue following the shootings of Terence Crutcher and Keith Lamont Scott. While not much has come to light about the officer who shot Scott, Officer Brentley Vinson, Betty Shelby's work history and past are under scrutiny after she killed Crutcher, who was unarmed with his hands in the air. Here's what we know about Officer Betty Shelby: 

Shelby's attorney, Scott Wood, said that the officer had completed drug recognition training and believed Crutcher to be under the influence. Police say they did recover a vial of PCP from Crutcher's vehicle. However, Shelby admitted on her application for the sheriff's office in 2007 that she had engaged in drug use, reporting that she's used marijuana twice at the age of 18 in social gatherings.

Despite her past with excessive force, there was never any disciplinary action taken against Shelby. 

Shelby has been accused of excessive force twice, both complaints were determined to be unfounded. In 2002, her ex-husbands wife filed a protective order against Shelby after she allegedly made threatening phone calls to the woman. The protective order was denied with Shelby stating, "The Judge saw that I was not guilty of the accusations made against me." 

In 1993, Shelby and her boyfriend had restraining orders filed against them after they damaged each other's vehicles during a break up. And no disciplinary action was taken in 2010 when Shelby and other officers pulled their weapons on a man who was trying to hide while a felony search warrant was being served...

24-year-old Zachary Tricoche, is being held on $1,000,000 bond in New Jersey, in connection with the beating death of his girlfriend’s 2-year-old stepson Jamil “JB” Baskerviller Jr. Tricoche, a man convicted of “drug trafficking” and “hindering apprehension” was beating his girlfriend for bringing home the wrong groceries, which prompted the brave toddler to try to protect his mom from further abuse. Tricoche cruelly punched the little boy in his chest with such force, he hit the wall and the back of his head when he stumbled backward.

Tricoche then yelled at the defenseless toddler to “get up and fight like a man.” The brave toddler got up and Tricoche viciously punched the child again and kept doing so until he died from his injuries. Tricoche’s forceful punches crushed little Jamil’s liver and he internally bled to death.

This story makes me so upset. Tricoche should be sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole, as it is appropriate in this case due to the seriousness of the crime and will act as a strong deterrent to other child abusers. Tricoche poses a great danger to society to have done such a thing to an innocent child and should remain behind bars. Prison will not be easy for him, as it is no cakewalk for people who are incarcerated for committing crimes against children.

Toddler 'beaten to death' while defending his mum from her 'abusive boyfriend during grocery row' 16:57, 4 Sep 2016 Updated 16:59, 4 Sep 2016 - Zachary Tricoche, 24, told two-year-old Jamil to 'put up his hands' to fight like a full-grown man before beating him to death, a court heard. A toddler was beaten to death while defending his mother from her abusive boyfriend during a fight about groceries, it is claimed. Jamil 'JB' Baskerville Jr was present when his mum's partner, Zachary Tricoche, 24, started arguing with her about her food purchases, a court heard. 

The two-year-old became upset and 'stepped in to intervene' after Tricoche allegedly shoved the woman at a home in New Jersey, US. This enraged Tricoche, who punched the 29lb youngster so hard in the chest that he fell onto a wall and struck his head, prosecutors said. When JB got back up, the boyfriend then allegedly told the tot to 'put up his hands' to fight like a grown man before punching him a second time. Female soccer player, Hope Solo, has been given a 6-month ban from the U.S. national soccer team, after branding the Swedish side "cowards." The U.S. team lost to Sweden at the 2016 Olympics, leading Solo to publicly remark during an interview, "I think we played a bunch of cowards" and "the best team didn’t win" which was universally branded poor sportsmanship. 

The interview caught the attention of the press and U.S. Soccer president, Sunil Gulati, who stated of Solo's comments during the 2016 Rio Olympics, "The comments by Hope Solo after the match against Sweden during the 2016 Olympics were unacceptable and do not meet the standard of conduct we require from our National Team players."  

This is not the firs time Solo has gotten herself into trouble. Solo was arrested for domestic violence because she...wait for it...beat her boyfriend turned husband (LOL, but seriously, you shouldn't do that to him and vice versa).

R&B singer Tamar Braxton has been experiencing difficulties this year. Her album flopped, concert appearances sold poorly and she was kicked off the talk show “The Real.” After the cancellation of her reality show “Tamar And Vince” she returned full time to the one she started her career with, “Braxton Family Values.“ However, the ratings for the latter have declined as well. 

This week it was reported Tamar and Vince got into a violent fight in an Atlanta, Georgia hotel. Police were summoned, after Vince bit Tamar’s finger so badly, some feared she would lose the digit. In the July 16, 2011, the Judiciary Report did state there were rumors Vince has been getting violent with Tamar (Rumor: Tamar Braxton Is A Victim Of Domestic Violence). 

Tamar married Vince for his money and connections. Tamar’s music career did not take off for many years, always in the shadow of award winning sister, Toni Braxton. Ironically, Toni introduced Tamar to Vince, a music producer and imprint label owner. Vince gave Tamar a life of luxury and got her a new record deal with known producers. Vince used his influence in the music industry to make Tamar’s album a success. The couple got mixed up with the Hollywood illuminati and it put a massive strain on their marriage. The constant presence of the cult and their deranged demands brought the couple to breaking point. 

The most recent rumors state Tamar is cheating on Vince with a Hollywood entertainment manager. If this lands in divorce court, the alleged affair would be used against her. There is also precedent for this behavior, as Tamar was beaten in an elevator in Atlanta for cheating with married music executive, Michael Mauldin, the father of producer, Jermaine Dupri (whose last name is Mauldin). 

Side Bar: Speaking of Mauldin, a few weeks ago he was staring me down. I was ignoring Mauldin, as he was a Sony employee that had exploited one of my copyrights without permission. It’s annoying how these people keep finding me when I don’t want to see any of them. I don’t know what they think they are accomplishing. I am not afraid of them, nor do I like them. So exactly what do they think they’re doing. 

Mauldin is not a good guy. He and his son Jermaine not only ripped off the artists they signed to So So Def, their now defunct label, they also stole copyrights from a slew of writers and producers who sued them. Many writers and producers also complained to the parent label about the thefts they condone (Sony). The Mauldins also started other businesses and didn’t pay their employees, who slammed them for it on television and retained lawyers.

The couple got involved in an intense physical domestic dispute at the Ritz Carlton in Buckhead Atlanta last night, resulting in Tamar calling the police on Vince. BOSSIP has exclusively learned the details of the incident. 

According to our sources, Tamar and Vince got into an extremely heated argument that turned physical. During the altercation, Vince actually bit Tamar on her hand so badly that he drew blood, and she ended up calling the police. Witnesses say that Tamar’s finger was in extremely bad shape as she left the premises, and she very likely needed stitches to close up her wound. However, Tamar refused EMS services when they were offered. Vince was apparently NOT arrested, as he fled the scene before police even arrived. 

Even more shocking…we hear this isn’t the first time that these two have gotten physical. Sources say the couple routinely fist-fights and get into intense, physically violent altercations — something which everyone who works closely with the couple knows. They typically smooth things over and put on a good public face after each blowout…but apparently things got out of hand this time around, and police involvement was necessary...

Heard even changed her name to Amber Van Ree, claiming they were married, thought it was unlawful at the time. However, Heard was arrested for engaging in domestic violence against Van Ree.

Heard was jailed by police for punching Van Ree in the arm. Heard also dragged Van Ree by her arm in same incident that occurred at the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. Heard made an appearance in court over the assault against Van Ree. This supports claims by Depp's friends and bodyguards, who allege Heard was the violence one, who repeatedly attacked Depp in a physical manner, forcing them to pry her off him. Prior to Heard, Depp was not the subject of domestic violence accusations. He previous partners, including the mother of his children, have come forward stating he never hit them, labeling Heard a liar.

6/6/2016 1:57 PM PDT - Two concierges in the building where Amber Heard and Johnny Depp lived claim they saw no bruising on her face, even noticing her flawless complexion ... days after Heard claims Johnny Depp hurled an iPhone at her. We're told on Monday, May 23 -- 2 days after the alleged attack -- the daytime concierge saw Amber in the lobby, appearing to wear no makeup, and says there was no evidence of any facial bruising. 

A woman who lives in the building tells TMZ, after Amber's allegations surfaced, the concierge told her not only did Amber appear bruise-free, the concierge added, "I was about to compliment her on her complexion." The resident also says a second concierge told her the same thing. He saw Amber on Wednesday, May 25 -- appearing to wear no makeup and again appearing bruise-free. We're told Depp's team may call the 2 concierges to testify later this month, during the trial for a restraining order.

Heard has made domestic violence allegations against Depp, which he denies. Depp's lawyer referred to it as an unethical tool being employed by Heard to obtain a quick, substantial divorce settlement. Heard is seeking at least $20,000,000 from Depp after 1-year of marriage, which is morally wrong. As there is no prenup in place, Heard can really rip off Depp in a divorce settlement.

Court documents revealed today Heard is massively in debt and cannot afford the lavish lifestyle she has been living without Depp. Heard makes $10,000 per month, which is not much for an actress in Hollywood. Heard earns $30,000 per movie, whereas actresses such as Halle Berry, Meryl Streep and Jennifer Aniston make millions of dollars per film. Heard is not a leading actress. However, Heard's lavish spending means she has $44,000 in expenses every month, the majority of which Depp has been underwriting.

However, under police rules, they would have been required to arrest Depp and take a report. Police in America do not leave an injured domestic violence victim in the dwelling with the alleged abuser. The police report states Heard had no injuries and their home showed no signs of a struggle. TMZ revealed, doctors are also refuting Heard's claims Depp struck her with a mobile phone, hit her in the head and dragged her around by her hair, stating she does not have bruising consistent with such an attack.

Amber Heard’s Monthly Expenses Revealed in Court Docs Amid Johnny Depp Divorce Dispute

May 31, 2016 - Amber Heard’s legal team say she is a “financially independent woman” and new court docs filed in her ongoing divorce proceedings prove it...In documents filed on May 27 and recently made public, the 30-year-old actress says her estimated income for May is $5,000 – with her average monthly income at $10,000 – and claims her expenses to be $43,700 per month. 

Some of those monthly costs include $10,000 for rent, $3,000 for health care, $2,000 for groceries and household supplies, another $2,000 for eating out, $2,000 for clothes and $10,000 for “entertainment, gifts, and vacation.” She’s also factored in $10,000 for miscellaneous expenses, including grooming and pet supplies for her dogs and her publicist, agent and attorney fees. 

Heard’s biggest source of income in 2016 so far has been profits from the Magic Mike sequel, banking $10,505.49. Last year, she made a reported $259,876.65 – of note, $2,472. 41 of which came from The Rum Diary residuals – and spent $208,415.56. 

Interestingly, Heard’s largest paychecks have come from fashion companies such as Bulgari and jewelry designer de Gisogono, who paid her $50K and $150K respectively in past years. She does not appear to have ad campaigns with either brand, but did walk the red carpet at a Bulgari event in Paris and the infamous de Gisogono Cannes party during those years. She was also paid $120,000 by Tiffany in 2015...

Amber Heard Cops Interviewed by LAPD Brass We Saw No Injuries

 6/1/2016 1:00 AM PDT - The 2 officers who interviewed Amber Heard the night she was allegedly attacked by Johnny Depp have spoken with LAPD brass, and our sources say they are adamant ... Amber had no visible injuries. The officers spoke with superiors Tuesday afternoon and said they had no idea Johnny Depp was involved at all -- the 911 call came in under the name Heard, and they did not associate her with Depp. 

The 2 cops say the information they had when they knocked at her door was only that there was a domestic dispute. Amber opened the door just a crack but would not let them in. They questioned her through the door and she said it was a simple verbal argument with her husband. She never mentioned Depp by name. The officers told her they needed to make sure she wasn't declining help under duress, so they insisted on coming in and speaking with her. Amber obliged, and the officers say they looked at her closely enough to determine there were no marks, swelling or bruising on her face or other exposed parts of her body. 

Our LAPD sources say precisely what several doctors told us ... if Johnny threw an iPhone at her pitcher style, and then followed up with hair-pulling and hitting, there would have been swelling at the very least, and most probably some immediate bruising or redness. The officers saw nothing. The cops insist if they had seen any sign of injury they would have taken a report and tracked down the husband.

 Mentally troubled actress, Amber Heard, has come under fire for claims she made alleging her actor husband of a little over a year, Johnny Depp, beat her with his mobile phone. TMZ found photos of Heard laughing and smiling while partying with friends the very next day, with no signs of injury. One of Heard's friends also quickly deleted a photo from Instagram showing the actress smiling with no injuries. This contradicts the photo Heard took the day before and had her lawyer enter into the court record showing big bruises on her face.

Heard called police during an argument she was having with bereaved Depp, whose mother had just died. Depp's family and friends state Heard has been very unsympathetic about his mother's death and kept picking arguments with him. She chose to swoop in at his most vulnerable point, while he is grieving his mother, demanding millions of dollars in a divorce settlement.

The fact still remains, when police responded to Heard's call of a domestic dispute, they saw no injuries on her or signs of a struggle in their home. Heard never told police Depp hit her. However, now she is stating Depp had hit her numerous times in the past and on the day she called police, who have publicly stated they saw no signs of injury. 

Depp's bodyguards are also stating Heard had screamed "stop hitting me" prompting them to rush into the room within seconds, but when they got there, Heard was on a sofa and Depp in the kitchen, way too far away from her to have been hitting her. Depp's bodyguards are also stating they have pulled her off him in the past, after Heard violently lunged at and hit him.

There was also the strange incident Heard got Depp involved in during a trip to Australia. Heard is accused of falsifying and forging immigration documents, then smuggling her dogs into Australia, in an incident that provoked the displeasure of the Australian government. Heard smuggled her two Yorkshire terriers into Australia without declaring them on immigration papers, which is a criminal offense. 

As a general rule, one is not allowed to smuggle in undeclared pets, meats, fruits or vegetables into countries, including America. Animals must have the necessary paperwork regarding health records and sometimes face quarantine. Disease can easily spread to nations via undeclared items that go on to wipe out pets, livestock, fruits and vegetation. Heard was forced to make an apology to Australia on television for violating their laws, with an embarrassed and depressed looking Depp by her side. Heard was facing 10-years for the offense.

Heard is not a rich actress. Yesterday, I looked over her list of films. They are not big films and the types of parts she was given prior to Depp, doesn't pay huge sums of money. Heard was not broke, but she was not rolling in money either. Since dating and marrying Depp, she was given roles in big budget films that are slated to be filmed shortly ("Justice League Part One" "Justice League Part Two" and "Aquaman"). However, Heard hasn't done the work yet. Therefore, she has not collected full payment for the three big budget films and she is still not the star of said movies, which means lower pay. 

Before getting with Depp, Heard did not have a lavish lifestyle, as she could not afford it. Since getting with Depp, she has stopped using commercial airlines and been flying on his private jet, while living in opulent surroundings she simply could not afford on her own. There's nothing wrong with a spouse elevating the lifestyle of the person they have married. However, Heard is a massive gold digger, who thinks there is money to be had from Depp's $400,000,000 fortune.

Heard pretended to be straight to get Depp's money, while cheating on him with women. Now she is in a position to ditch the older actor after a year of marriage, take his money and openly return to her lesbian lifestyle with young women, rather than privately cheating on him with other lesbians. Prior to dating Depp, Heard was with lesbian sex partner Tasya van Ree for years. Heard was secretly married to van Rae and had even changed her last name. In documents she was known as Amber van Ree.   

I can't believe Depp allowed himself to be suckered like this. When you have that much money or the potential to earn large sums, you must get married with a prenup. Actually, I don't advise anyone getting married without a prenup. I have seen people in the industry, as well as some outside of it, completely rip off others in acrimonious divorces.

My attitude is if you didn't earn the money, you shouldn't be getting half of it. By all means, if your spouse needs spousal support to survive, help them out. Don't let them become destitute and fall on hard times if you can prevent it. However, they should not be able to wipe you out in court, taking huge chunks of what you've worked for in your career. There's something so wrong about that.

Depp married Heard with no prenup and in California, one of the riskiest places to do so, as spouses are entitled to half of everything you earned and bought during the marriage, in said state which labels marital assets "community property." After 1-year of marriage and terrorizing Depp, under state law Heard is entitled to walk away with millions of dollars and property. That is ridiculous and so wrong. However, it's the law. Depp has kids. If anyone is to get his money, it should be his offspring.

They were arrested for domestic violence, on charges of assault and disorderly conduct. The fight was so bad, a second person present in the home, "Couldn't pull them apart." Both women had cuts. Griner also had bite marks. Johnson had a busted lip. After police observed injuries on the two women, when responding to a 911 call from a third party, regarding an incident of violence taking place, they were arrested on the aforementioned charges.

Shortly after the domestic violence incident, the women got married, Johnson underwent IVF treatments and her eggs were artificially inseminated with the sperm of a donor. Johnson's twins were born prematurely, weighing 1 pound each and experiencing significant, ongoing health problems. The marriage only lasted 28-days. They filed for divorce, with Johnson asking the court for the house, Mercedes and $20,000 per month in spousal support, as Griner makes much more money. 

Now comes word Johnson is straight again and dating a man named Christopher Fry, who is from her home. During their short lived relationship, Griner tried to convert Johnson to lesbianism. However, it didn't truly work, as Griner ended up accusing Johnson in court papers of cheating with an ex-boyfriend, a fact she discovered via reading her text messages. Johnson was quoted as stating, "Not a lot of people understand it. They wanted me to be a lesbian who converted from being straight. It just doesn't work for me like that."

Johnson is like David Furnish, the partner of singer, Elton John. Furnish was heterosexual, but reveals when John took him to his mansion and he saw the entertainer's lavish lifestyle, they began dating. Some people are gay for pay.

The announcement came as a shock to fans as the day before, Johnson revealed the couple were expecting twins following IVF treatment using her egg and a donor's sperm. Amid a very public divorce battle, Johnson gave birth to twin girls, Ava Simone and Solei Diem, on October 12. 

The babies were 15 weeks premature and each weighed only 1lb 70z when they were born. After a number of health complications, including undergoing heart surgery, they were able to leave hospital on February 1. Now, Daily Mail Online can reveal that after a tumultuous year, Johnson has found happiness with 30-year-old Christopher Fry, who lives in Seymour, Tennessee - a short distance from her family home in Knoxville. According to a police report, Griner told officers the couple had been arguing constantly and got in each other's faces after Griner said Johnson 'disrespected' her...

Hollywood actor, Johnny Depp, has been hit with a restraining order, during his messy divorce from actress, Amber Heard, 30. Depp married the known lesbian actress and was said to be enraged when she began cheating on him with women, such as cocaine addicted model, Cara Delevingne, who is being sexually passed around Hollywood and sports circles by the Kabbalah Center, in exchange for industry favors. Heard stated in court papers that Depp became paranoid that she was cheating on him. However, she gave him good reason to think that. 

Heard has accused Depp of engaging in acts of violence against her. Heard went to court last week, during their divorce, with visible injuries, stating Depp threw his mobile phone at her, which hit her across the face. Heard also alleged that on May 21, 2016, Depp was swinging a champagne bottle around the room “like a baseball bat.” It is reminiscent of lesbian Madonna’s false claims that ex-husband Sean Penn had beat her with “a baseball bat.” 

Depp’s lawyer has revealed Heard made up the domestic violence allegations in a bid at gaining a quick, massive divorce settlement from Depp, in a case where there is no prenup. It was a bad idea to get married without a prenup. The Judiciary Report has covered this topic for years. Depp's lawyer Laura Wasser stated, “Amber is attempting to secure a premature financial resolution by alleging abuse. Amber is a successful model and actress who earns her own income and is capable of supporting herself. Amber’s anger certainly cannot drive this dissolution proceedings."

One look at her film credits reveals, Heard has done a few notable roles, but she is by no means rich or a top actress. Depp is the big star in the relationship and said to be worth $400,000,000. It was not since Heard conveniently married Depp, whom it looked like she never really loved, that she was given roles in big budget films, all due to his connections.   

Depp denies ever hitting Heard. Depp’s ex-wife, Lori Anne Allison, has come to his defense stating the allegations are completely untrue, as he is not an abusive person. Depp’s ex-partner, Vanessa Paradis, who is the mother of his children, has come out slamming Heard’s claims as well, stating he is not a domestic violence abuser. Many are stating Heard's allegations are out of character for Depp. 

Depp's friend, comedian Doug Stanhope stated of the actor, "He opened up in the most vulnerable of ways. That Amber was now going to leave him, threatening to lie about him publicly in any and every duplicitous way if he didn't agree to her terms. He got used, manipulated, set up and made to look like an as***le. Abusing women is b******t. Johnny doesn't abuse anyone. And he told that day ahead of time that she'd pull some kind of s*** like this."

The Los Angeles Police Department revealed there was no evidence of assault when they responded to a call from Heard. However, shortly after, Heard uploaded to the internet a photo of a broken family picture and wine bottle on the ground, claiming it was from Depp attacking her during the incident. Once again, police stated they saw no such thing when they responded to her 911 call.

I sympathize with people who are victimized by domestic violence. If these allegations are true, Depp is completely in the wrong. However, if they have been made up, as many in the industry are stating, Heard should face charges. I have to be frank, based on what I am hearing and seeing, I don't believe Heard.

The first question is why did Depp marry a practicing lesbian. She was not a reformed lesbian, who wanted to go straight. Some lesbians change their minds and marry men, which is fine. Heard kept having sex with women before and during her marriage to Depp. Why do that to your spouse. The second question is why did he marry a fame and money hungry actress, who is now trying to take half of his $400,000,000 fortune after 1-year of marriage.

Men need to use better judgment. Just because a woman is young and pretty, does not mean common sense should fly out the window. It could not be worth this terrible drama. Last week was quite telling. Day one Heard was photographed leaving court bawling that Depp hit her in the face with his phone. Day two she was photographed leaving her lawyer's office loudly "laughing" and "cackling" after her attorney's attempt at extracting half of Depp's fortune. That didn't look right. Heard comes across as highly questionable for it.

Some high profile lesbians in Hollywood have gotten into relationships with men and provoked them to rage, playing games using women in attempts at making the male jealous. That is not a healthy relationship, testing someone all the time. Some women get off on that type of manipulation and provocation, but it is mentally unsound.

When Depp began dating Heard, he changed into a different person. Depp used to be well-groomed and presentable. When Heard entered the picture Depp became disheveled and his expressions indicated confusion and depression. Depp's friends have come forward stating Heard has treated him badly from the beginning, was cruel regarding his mother's recent death, leaving him at the time of her passing, while demanding huge sums of money. Lee Daniels slammed actor Sean Penn in a Hollywood Reporter interview last year, labeling him a "wife beater." Daniels made these claims due to lies Penn's mentally deranged ex-wife Madonna told and circulated in the industry for years. Madonna claimed Penn beat her with a bat. However, Madonna is a pathological liar and a kleptomaniac. She is not to be believed. Daniels publicly rehashing the rumors Madonna spread, resulted in Penn filing a $10,000,000 defamation lawsuit against him last year.

Daniels made the statements in the interview in trying to excuse allegations of domestic violence against Terrence Howard, the star of his copyright infringing, failing show Madonna illegally sold him at cut rate prices in a dirty business deal "Empire." Slamming Penn was a means of kissing up to Madonna. However, the show "Empire" has been on a massive ratings slide over the past few months under a site boycott.

Daniels has now settled the lawsuit, donated money to Penn's Haiti charity and issued a groveling publicly apology stating, "I am sorry that I have hurt you Sean, and I apologize and retract my reckless statements about you." Daniels is known in the entertainment industry as a mean spirited, evil, vicious man that abuses his post as producer to damage the careers of those he deems enemies. Stars such as Mo'Nique have spoken out against him. Others in the industry have made complaints against him as well. Daniels is a nasty piece of work and a complete fake.

How thoughtless of me. You are someone I consider a friend, a brilliant actor and true Hollywood legend and humanitarian," Daniels wrote in a joint statement with Penn obtained by PEOPLE. Along with the apology, Daniels made a donation to Penn's J/P Haitian Relief Organization... 

Penn filed the complaint against Daniels last September after the Empire co-creator compared the actor to his show's star Terrence Howard, who admitted to hitting his first wife. "That poor boy," Daniels said in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter. "[Terrence] ain't done nothing different than Marlon Brando or Sean Penn, and all of a sudden he's some f------ demon. That's a sign of the time, of race, of where we are right now in America."

Former star Cleveland Browns quarterback, Johnny Manziel, has fallen to another low, after being dropped from the team in March (Johnny Manziel Loses Contract With Cleveland Browns After Constant Drinking And Partying).

Manziel turned himself in on assault charges, in relation to a January 2016 domestic violence incident. Party loving Manziel, is accused of striking his then girlfriend, Colleen Crowley, in a drunken rage. Crowley stated Manziel forced her into his car against her will, hit her in the head and slammed her head against the passenger side window in trying to stop her from leaving. Crowley is now deaf in one ear. Manziel posted bail regarding the misdemeanor assault charges and is free pending trial.

Manziel is also in other legal trouble. Manziel and members of his entourage trashed a rented California mansion while partying. They are now facing a significant bill and legal action. Manziel’s father is a millionaire and it has partially absolved the former football player of many responsibilities in life. This lack of responsibility has led to indiscipline conduct, costing Manziel his football career. Manziel is going to regret these days, due to the poor choices he keeps making in his personal and professional life. He is losing prime opportunities many athletes would love.
