Johnny Manziel Turns Himself In On Arrest Warrant For Domestic Violence Against Ex-Girlfriend

Johnny Manziel

This is a follow up to the July 12. 2014 Judiciary Report article "Partying Your Career Away." Former star Cleveland Browns quarterback, Johnny Manziel, has fallen to another low, after being dropped from the team in March (Johnny Manziel Loses Contract With Cleveland Browns After Constant Drinking And Partying).

Johnny Manziel when he played for the Browns, refusing to discipline himself and getting cut from the team two years after his debut

Manziel turned himself in on assault charges, in relation to a January 2016 domestic violence incident. Party loving Manziel, is accused of striking his then girlfriend, Colleen Crowley, in a drunken rage. Crowley stated Manziel forced her into his car against her will, hit her in the head and slammed her head against the passenger side window in trying to stop her from leaving. Crowley is now deaf in one ear. Manziel posted bail regarding the misdemeanor assault charges and is free pending trial.

Manziel is also in other legal trouble. Manziel and members of his entourage trashed a rented California mansion while partying. They are now facing a significant bill and legal action. Manziel’s father is a millionaire and it has partially absolved the former football player of many responsibilities in life. This lack of responsibility has led to indiscipline conduct, costing Manziel his football career. Manziel is going to regret these days, due to the poor choices he keeps making in his personal and professional life. He is losing prime opportunities many athletes would love.

Boxer Adrien Broner Pleads Not Guilty To Assault And Robbery

Adrien Broner at his arraignment this week

26-year-old boxer, Adrien Broner, plead not guilty to assault and armed robbery at his arraignment this week, in connection with an incident of bowling alley betting that went wrong. After losing $8,000 betting, multi-millionaire, Broner went to his vehicle, retrieved a gun and punched another gambler in the face twice, splitting open his chin. The victim received 60 stitches. Broner has been arrested several times over the past 10-years for assault.

According to TMZ, the prosecution has no video of the assault, only sketchy audio. On the tape men are heard telling Broner to "chill A.B." A good lawyer will get that suppressed, if nothing incriminating indicating the crime is heard on the tape. It is Broner's word against the victim's potential testimony. Sadly, Broner has a penchant for engaging in this very type of assault outside the ring, which leads me to believe he did this.

Broner v. Theophane fight last week

Broner needs to make peace with the victim, pay compensation and stop engaging in these unlawful acts of assault (and robbery). He has so much going for himself, but is taking it for granted and risking his freedom and career. He has a pretty fiancée and lovely children. He needs to marry his fiancée and spend time with her, his children and parents. He also needs to dedicate himself more to his career (he failed to make weight last week and was stripped of his boxing title).

As these assaults keep happening, as attested by his criminal record, Broner could encounter a judge that decides enough is enough and sends him to jail. It could get even worse than that, as I've read cases regarding people getting into basic fights on the street and with one punch, hitting someone who falls over at a dangerous angle on the sidewalk, sustaining a severe head injury that results in death. People have been tried for murder in such cases, even though they did not mean to kill the person they punched.

Adrien Broner's mug shot from his most recent arrest

For Broner to make it this far, coming from poverty in achieving fame and fortune, only to end up behind bars would be sad. Then he would miss the simple pleasures of life, such as waking up and seeing his kids in the morning, spending time with his fiancée, visiting his parents and going wherever he feels like. Broner needs to stop jeopardizing everything he has worked for and most of all, stop hurting members of the public in street disputes.

Boxer Adrien Broner Turns Himself Into Police On Assault And Robbery Charges Posting $100,000 Bail Adding To His Long Rap Sheet

A troubled looking Adrien Broner posting on Instagram about turning himself in to police

Troubled 26-year-old boxer, Adrien Broner, has surrendered to police in his native Cincinnati, Ohio, on armed robbery and assault charges. Broner posted $100,000 bail and was released pending trial. In January 2016, Broner was gambling outside a Cincinnati bowling alley and lost $8,000. In an attempt to win his money back, Broner asked the unnamed man, who won the bets to continue gambling with him.

When the man refused, Broner went to his car, retrieved a gun, brandished the weapon, then punched him in the chin twice. The man’s chin split open as he was knocked unconscious. Broner then took the $8,000 back from the man and an additional $2,000 from his pocket, then fled the scene. The man was taken to the hospital and given 60 stitches.

Adrien Broner's mug shot from his most recent arrest

A warrant was issued for Broner’s arrest on March 24, 2016. Broner made an arrangement to turn himself in today. Broner is fresh off his controversial stoppage victory on April 1, 2016, against boxer, Ashley Theophane, which scored the biggest boxing ratings in Spike television’s history. 1,013,00 viewers tune in to watch the fight in America. The fight also aired on Spike in Britain.

This was not Broner’s first brush with the law. Broner was arrested last year for drunk driving and sentenced to 6-months probation and community service. In 2007, when Broner was a minor aged 17, he was arrested on three felonies for robbery and assault. When he turned 18-years-old, Broner was arrested for assault and battery. At age 18, Broner was also arrested for carrying a concealed weapon. At age 19 Broner was arrested for witness intimidation and aggravated menacing. In 2012, Broner was arrested for assault and battery. In 2013 Broner was arrested again for assault and battery.

Adrien Broner’s Arrest Record : A Courthouse Regular

March 24, 2013 7:23 pm - Adrien Broner is unquestionably a top talent in the ring, where he has dominated all opponents with ease to this point. Despite that he is just as well known for his interesting antics outside of the ring, especially in recent weeks. Just last week he was arrested and charged with an Assault and Battery in Miami-Dade County, Florida. In this it is well documented that he got into an altercation with a few men to where he allegedly “bit” a man on the arm during the fight...

His documented troubles began shortly before his 18th birthday in 2007 where he was arrested and charged on 4/3/07 with an Aggravated Robbery, and 2 counts of Felonious Assault and Battery (despite being a minor, due to the severity of the crime he was charged as an adult). All 3 of those charges were Felonies. He was able to be free’d after making a bail of $100,000 cash, but during this period he violated his bond when he was once again charged with Assault and Battery (a misdemeanor version) on 8/17/07. This charge was dropped nearly 3 weeks after.

Broner was acquitted of the 3 major charges as well that October, but this was only the beginning. In September of 2008 he was charged with Carrying a Concealed Weapon (another Felony), but once again was acquitted jury a jury trial 12 months later. During this time while awaiting trial he was unable to stay away from trouble again, being charged with an Intimidation of a Witness and an Aggravated Menacing in December of 2008. But this was dismissed 3 months later due to a lack of feasible evidence. That also counted as a violation of his bond.

He was able to stay out of the courtroom after this for nearly 3 years while he rose thru the ranks as an A-list prospect. But he was arrested once more just a few months ago on 12/21/12, for yet another Assault and Battery. This charge is still pending, and his next court date will be held in the upcoming future on an unspecified date. During this time once again he failed to live by the guidelines involved with his bond, with his recent Miami arrest...

Nicki Minaj' Life Turned Upside Down As Her Father, Brother And Boyfriend All Arrested And Bailed In Separate Cases Headed For Trial

...If Plea Deals Aren't Reached

Nicki Minaj and Meek Mill

The life of rapper Nicki Minaj has been turned upside down. Her brother, Jelani Maraj, was arrested for raping and having sexual intercourse with a 12-year-old girl, in a case that she posted his bail, pending trial (Nicki Minaj's Brother Arrested For Raping 12-Year-Old And She Is Slammed For Baling Him Out). Her father, Robert Manaj, was arrested by police for drunk driving in another case, where she also posted his bail and hired an expensive attorney to represent him.

Nicki's boyfriend turned fiancé turned boyfriend again, rapper Meek Mill, was arrested for violating his probation, in repeatedly leaving the state of Pennsylvania without informing the court, after a weapons conviction. Minaj made an appearance in court and implored the judge not to send Meek Mill back to jail. She vowed in court to manage his schedule to prevent any further probation violations. The couple gave the public the impression Minaj was expecting his child and they are engaged, but new reports seem to indicate otherwise.

December 7, 2015: MediaTakeOut.com told you LAST WEEK that Nicki Minaj BAILED HER BROTHER out of jail. Well apparently THAT'S HOW NICKI OPERATES. We actually feel BAD for her . . . having all these ISSUES in her family - that she has to deal with. MediaTakeOut.com learned that last year, Nicki Minaj did the EXACT SAME THING for her father, Robert Maraj. According to COURT DOCUMENTS and people in the know - last year Nicki's father was arrested for driving EXTREMELY DRUNK on the highway. When the police pulled him over, he had an open container in the car - and he was DRUNK OUT OF HIS MIND.

Nicki Minaj has been OPEN about having a ROCKY relationship with her dad, especially because of his drinking. Initially, we're told Nicki REFUSED to pay her father's bail, and allowed him to be REPRESENTED BY LEGAL AID. But then, things changed. An insider explained to MediaTakeOut.com, "In February, he was being represented by legal aid. Nicki caught wind that his arrest might go public and she promptly hired him an attorney."...

'He's not perfect but he's changed!' Nicki Minaj promises to keep boyfriend Meek Mill on the straight and narrow in a last ditch bid to keep him out of jail

Published: 17:20, 10 December 2015 | Updated: 01:17, 11 December 2015 - They fell in love while her served time the first time, but this musical pair is doing all they can to not repeat the situation. Nicki Minaj testified on behalf of boyfriend Meek Mill in a Philadelphia court on Thursday, in an attempt to stop him returning to jail for violating his parole again. The 33-year-old rapper spent 30 minutes on the stand trying to convince a judge that her boyfriend was a changed man despite violating his parole last month...

This time she wrote: 'This stone is flawless. (My voice) lol' as she once again teased fans with no indication of whether there may be wedding bells in the near future. The star told Billboard magazine, 'He said he would like to give me three rings before we get married'...

'Meek gave me that,' she explained about her sparkler. 'He and I are not engaged.' 'I don't know what's going to happen with he and I. I just know right now we are really, really enjoying each other's company.' Though it is not out of the question either: 'He said he would like to give me three rings before we get married.'...

Police Arrest Gang Member Who Executed 9-Year-Old Tyshawn Lee With Bullets To The Head And Back

Corey Morgan

Police in Chicago, Illinois have arrested 27-year-old gang member, Corey Morgan, who is suspected of committing the retaliatory and brutal killing of innocent 9-year-old boy, Tyshawn Lee. Morgan and fellow gang member, 21-year-old Dwight Boone-Doty, are being held on weapons possession offenses. The judge deliberately set an unusually and understandably high bail for weapons possession by felons, placing it at $1,00,000 each, as Morgan is informally considered the prime suspect in the 9-year-old boy's killing.

Tyshawn Lee

Tyshawn was executed due to his father, Pierre Stokes, having allegedly killed Morgan's brother and wounded his mother in a car shooting. The autopsy report reveals Tyshawn was shot in the temple (side of the head). Who shoots a 9-year-old and in the head. It is psychopathic. It is an extreme disregard for human life. This sickening crime must be punished to the full extent of the law. Tyshawn deserves justice. Here's hoping all the evidence comes together in an air tight manner and a strong jury is chosen to administer justice for a child who didn't deserve what befell him. Rest in peace little one.

Sony Music's L.A. Reid Blasted Online For Not Paying $2,000,000 Bail Money For Rapper Bobby Shmurda

Bobby Shmurda

Sony Music executive and LaFace Records co-founder, Antonio "L.A." Reid, is being slammed on social networking and in the blogosphere everyday for not paying $2,000,000 in bail money to have 20-year-old rap artist, Bobbi Shmurda, released from Riker's Island prison in New York, where he and fellow gang members have been locked up for the past 10-months.

Bobbi Shmurda, real name, Ackquille Pollard, is up on a host of charges that include murder, attempted murder, drug trafficking and possession of illegal weapons. Shmurda had the hit of 2014 with the track "Hot Nig*a" which was independently written, recorded and released. Sony Music got into a bidding war with other record labels and won. Shmurda was signed to a multi-million dollar deal. His upfront "advance" as it is know in the industry was said to be $1,000,000.

However, the DEA (Drug Enforcement Agency) and New York Police Department moved in on Shmurda and his GS9 crew, who are affiliated with the Los Angeles street gang the Crips. The feds are accusing Shmurda and company of being very violent and dangerous criminals. As such, Sony Music declined posting $2,000,000 bail. They did so for fear of bringing down the police on them over an artist who has not made the company the equivalent of his bail money.

L.A. Reid

Reid was quoted as stating, "I'm crazy about that kid and I think about him often, but we seriously don't make the money we used to make. That's a fact of life. Bobby Shmurda is not the same as Snoop Dogg and Murder Was The Case, who's coming off The Chronic and his first album. It's a different era, ya know? And we're a publicly held corporation. We just aren't in the same position we were in back in those days. So, it's a different day."

Reid, tired of the bad publicity centering on him online regarding the incident further stated, "It made me feel like people don't know anything about my business. It's really not their business. That's the truth about it. We're not elected officials here, and we're not at liberty to disclose how we do business." Shmurda expressed his disappointment stating, "When I got locked up, I thought they were going to come for me, but they never came."

Shmurda's lawyer Matthew Middleton slammed Reid and Epic/Sony stating, "These companies for years have capitalized and made millions and millions of dollars from kids in the inner city portraying their plight to the rest of the world. To take advantage of that and exploit it from a business standpoint and then turn your back is disingenuous, to say the least."

A tearful Bobby Shmurda being perp walked in December 2014 after committing a series of serious crimes with his crew that feds have evidence of via wiretaps, telephone records, computer files, emails, witness statements and data from active surveillance that was conducted for the past few years

The fact of the matter is Hollywood is a den of thieves and criminals. There are industry members who have committed and commissioned vicious assaults, murders, thefts, acts of burglary, hacking, phone hacking and issued death threats. Hollywood doesn't care. They are only in it for the money, in a evil business that is reaping what it sowed, via its ongoing rapid decline and massive financial losses.

L.A. Reid Defends Epic Not Paying Bobby Shmurda's Bail

By Daniel Kreps October 16, 2015 - L.A. Reid has defended Epic Records after the label came under fire for their reluctance to pay Bobby Shmurda's $2 million bail. Epic Records has come under fire in recent months for their refusal to pay the $2 million bail for Bobby Shmurda, the "Hot Nig*a" rapper behind bars since December 2014 awaiting gun and drug charges. However, Epic CEO L.A. Reid defended the label for not bailing out their signee, telling the Rap Radar podcast (via Vibe) recently, "It made me feel like people don’t know anything about my business. It's really not their business. That's the truth about it. We're not elected officials here, and we’re not at liberty to disclose how we do business."

Reid admitted that "I'm crazy about that kid [Shmurda] and I think about him often," but the state of the music industry doesn't make it financially possible or practical for Epic to bail out the Shmoney Dance creator. "We seriously don't make the money we used to make. That's a fact of life," Reid said. "Bobby Shmurda is not the same as Snoop Dogg and Murder Was The Case, who's coming off The Chronic and his first album. It's a different era, ya know? And, we're a publicly held corporation. We just aren't in the same position we were in back in those days. So, it's a different day."

When Shmurda was first arrested in December 2014, the rapper revealed in a New York Times profile, "When I got locked up, I thought they were going to come for me, but they never came." The rapper's lawyer Matthew Middleton also blamed the label for not bailing out their artist, saying, "These companies for years have capitalized and made millions and millions of dollars from kids in the inner city portraying their plight to the rest of the world. To take advantage of that and exploit it from a business standpoint and then turn your back is disingenuous, to say the least."

Thief And Gunman Apprehended By Police With Fake Modeling Shoot After Becoming A Model And Rapper With Instagram Page

When Instagram Goes Wrong

Ben Fiberesima on the set of one of his music videos that received 186,000 views on You Tube

A gangster who fled London for Australia and embarked on a career as a model and musician, was arrested by authorities, after police lured him to a fake modeling shoot. 30-year-old Ben Fiberesima fled North London's South Kilburn, after being arrested and bailed on weapons, theft and fraud charges in England.

Ben Fiberesima's Instagram account

Fiberesima fled to Australia and became a rapper under the moniker Roky Million, branding himself "the sexiest rapper alive" and modeled for famous designers such as Tom Ford. Fiberesima also authored a self-help book which stated he was worth seven figures. He set up an Instagram account, unwisely refusing to lay low as a fugitive.

The Metropolitan Police, much like their police force counterparts worldwide, loves social networking for catching criminals. They've nabbed a number of lawbreaking individuals, who either surfaced online or even more incriminatingly flashed stolen loot and property on social networking for all to see.

Ben Fiberesima modelling

Someone sent the Metropolitan Police a tip after spotting Fiberesima on Instagram with a bevy of beauties (Fiberesima will no doubt brand the tipster a hater). This prompted the police to set up a fake modeling shoot in the fashionable North London district of Kentish Town, after contacting a top modeling agency he worked for, requesting his services. When Fiberesima showed up to the Kentish Town studio to model, police arrested him. He has been sentenced to 3-years and 9-months in jail.

My question is, Fiberesima clearly has the ability to model and rap, why didn't he just do that in the first place instead of turning to a life of crime. People, work on your goals and dreams and stick to that. It will take hard work and dedication but you can make it. Be sensible with your choices and leave the life of crime alone.

Fugitive model Ben Fiberesima jailed after London police sting

Tuesday 19 May 2015 - Police have snared a gangster from London, almost a decade after he established a second life as a model and musician while he was a fugitive in Australia. Ben Fiberesima, 30, from South Kilburn, skipped bail while on trial for fraud and weapons charges in London seven years ago.

Police arrested him in 2008 after they discovered a stun gun, a canister of CS gas and stolen property at his flat after he reported an attempted burglary. After he was bailed, he absconded and adopted a false identity, the Kilburn Times reported. While on the run, Fiberesima modelled for high fashion labels including Tom Ford, and recorded rap using the stage name Roky Million.

In a self-help book Fiberesima penned last year, he boasted he was “worth seven figures by the age of 26”, and used his social media accounts to flaunt his success. But last year Fiberesima’s lavish lifestyle came to an abrupt end when an anonymous tipster alerted the police that he had returned to London. Metropolitan Police detectives posed as a fake photograph company to contact a prestigious modelling agency which had Fiberesima on its books...

Rapper Bobby Shmurda Can’t Make $2,000,000 Bail And Sits In Riker's Island Jail

Bobby Shmurda being perp walked in New York

Previous online reports indicated, rapper Bobby Shmurda, 20, the performer behind last year’s top hit “Hot Ni*ga” had made bail in the government’s criminal case against him and his gang turned music crew, GS9 (G Stone Crips), for conspiracy to commit murder, attempted murder, narcotics possession and illegal guns. Shmurda is facing up to 25-years in prison.

Reports stated his new label Sony, had posted the $2,000,000 bail. However, his lawyer, Howard Greenberg, has gone on record refuting these claims, stating Shmurda, real name, Ackquille Pollard, currently sits behind bars at New York’s infamous Riker’s Island jail.

When asked about Shmurda being free, Greenberg told the Revolt website “I haven’t heard that. I need to confirm that. A lot of guys in the media got that wrong. The bail was set on that day [of the arraignment hearing]. The bail was set. But then it’s just a matter of putting the package together. That’s the update as of the minute.”

Greenberg also refutes social networking rumors Shmurda was killed in jail. Greenberg stated, “There are rumors going around, another rumor a few weeks ago was that he was killed there. It’s just rumor.” The singer's label has been silent regarding his legal troubles.

Did Bobby Shmurda Post Bail? Attorney Clears The Air

“I haven’t heard that,” attorney Howard Greenberg told REVOLT earlier today (January 6), when asked whether his client, Bobby Shmurda, is a free man.  Born Ackquille Pollard, the 20-year-old rap sensation is locked in Rikers Island after being arrested last month outside of Quad Recording Studios near Times Square, where 14 others were also rounded up.

The arrest was the result of a long-term investigation against East Flatbush, Brooklyn crew GS9, also known as “G Stone Crips” or “G Stone 90’s,” by NYPD’s Brooklyn South Violence Reduction and the Office of the Special Narcotics Prosecutor’s Narcotics Gang Unit, with assistance from the Kings County District Attorney’s Office. During the course of the investigation, police seized 21 guns, including 10 during the raid at Quad.

Bobby faces up to 25 years if found guilty on charges, including conspiracy to commit second-degree murder, conspiracy to commit second-degree assault, two counts of criminal possession of a weapon, among others. Manhattan Supreme Court Justice James Burke set his bail at $2 million...

“A lot of guys in the media got that wrong,” he said. “The bail was set on that day [of the arraignment hearing]. The bail was set. But then it’s just a matter of putting the package together,” he added. It’s unclear when that package, Greenberg notes, will be completed, but for now he stated, “That’s the update as of the minute.”

Amanda Bynes aging rapidly from stress

Beautiful 28-year-old actress, Amanda Bynes, was arrested again, as police detained her Sunday on suspicion of DUI (Driving Under The Influence) with marijuana as the suspected intoxicant. Bynes was arrested in Sherman Oaks, Califronia after failing field sobriety tests adminstered by police.

Amanda Bynes before Kabbalah

It's been a rough and sad fall from grace for the once chirpy Nickelodeon star. Bynes made millions starring in family oriented shows and films. However, her downward spiral began when she joined the Hollywood cult Kabbalah and became mentally ill from its sick teachings, like so many of its other members, who were also committed to psychiatric wards (Britney Spears, Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton and Steve-O among others).

Bynes was released on $15,000 bail. She is currently on probation from earlier arrests for DUI, disorderly conduct and arson, in attempting to set her neighbor's driveway on fire. Bynes' descent into mental illness is a sad one. She has used drugs to quell the depression stemming from the sick teachings the Kabbalah sect have brought to her life.

George Zimmerman’s Girlfriend Told Police He Choked Her

George Zimmerman's mug shot

Just when you thought George Zimmerman’s latest arrest for acts of violence against members of the public couldn’t get any worse, the mainstream press is reporting that his girlfriend, Samantha Scheibe, told police he choked her one week prior to his arrest yesterday on felony assault charges.

Samantha Scheibe

Get this, Zimmerman literally tossed Scheibe out of her own home, via pushing and began destroying some of her furniture. The nerve! He clearly has serious entitlement issues to think he can throw someone out of their own home. After all, Zimmerman assaulted his father-in-law David Dean in the home he and his wife rented from him.

Scheibe waiting for Zimmerman outside his father-in-law's house several weeks ago, after he assaulted him and threatened his wife Shellie Zimmerman. Scheibe really should have seen the attack on her coming. Look what he did to Trayvon Martin. Look what he did to his wife and her dad.

Zimmerman’s father, Robert Zimmerman has done him a disservice in repeatedly getting him out of trouble. Man judges kids turn out just fine, viewing their parents’ jobs as incentive to strive for excellence and uphold their family name. But George Zimmerman is using his father’s former post as a free pass to do whatever he feels like and it has to stop.

Man Charged With Murdering Adrian Peterson's Son Free On Bail Angering The Public

People Post Their Outrage Over His Release

Adrian Peterson
Joseph Patterson, 27, the man arrested for murdering the 2-year-old son of NFL football star Adrian Peterson, has been set free on $750,000 bond. Too be fair, the judge set the bail fairly high in the case, but the child killer, who should not be free, as he is a danger to the public, was able to meet it. Many have taken to the internet to post their anger at Patterson's release.

Joseph Patterson
Peterson's son, Tyrese, was a beautiful little boy. He was laid to rest in a private funeral this month. Peterson has expressed his sorrow over not having known his son, who he just found out about weeks before he died. He stated he apologized to his dying boy at the hospital stating "Daddy is sorry" he was not there for him. What a tragedy it is to have to bury a child. Most do not anticipate something so sad happening, but it has to many.

Chris Brown Felony Assault Charges Reduced To Misdemeanor

The Charges Need To Be Dropped

R&B singer Chris Brown was in court in Washington, DC today to answer felony assault charges, in connection with a fight that occurred outside the W Hotel. Two men photobombed a picture Brown was taking with two female fans and then attempted to board his tour bus, which is unlawful trespassing.

Brown's attorney Danny Onorato stated, "Christopher Brown committed no crime. We understand that his security acted to protect Mr. Brown and his property, as he is authorized to do under District of Columbia law. We are confident that Mr. Brown will be exonerated of any wrongdoing."

Brown and his bodyguard Chris Hollosy acted in a manner to defend themselves from potential injury and to eject the intruder, Isaac Adams Parker, 20. During the fracas, Parker of Maryland, was punched in the face. Brown pled not guilty to the charge. It was stated his bodyguard punched the trespasser, who accused the singer of making a homophobic comment, which he denies. The initial police report had stated Brown's bodyguard threw the punch, but for some reason it was changed to say the singer did it.

Police outside the W Hotel in Washington, DC where the incident occurred

Brown has made homophobic comments in the past, but this story makes no sense. For Brown to just up and state "I'm not into that gay s***. I'm into boxing" is odd. Furthermore, it's not homophobic to state one is not into gay sex. After all, a gay person is allowed to state they are not into straight sex.

It appears as though Brown was propositioned by a man, who had illegally entered his tour bus. Under the law he had a right to defend himself and his property. What security conscious male entertainer would allow a complete stranger, another male, who could be armed and dangerous, to just hop on their tour bus and remain. That's a massive security risk.

If a man had trespassed on a female singer's tour bus and been punched in the face for it, the trespasser would have been immediately arrested, with no charges filed against the woman. There should not be a double standard in this regard.

The aforementioned is not normal behavior. Fans have stood next to tour buses. That's not considered strange, but entering without permission as these two men did is illegal. The two men approached Brown with an agenda. It appears as though they followed him. They were there to start trouble and certainly did in a regrettable way.

Why photobomb the two female fans' picture, ruining their moment, when they don't know you and you are not famous. Can you imagine them showing people they know the photo and repeatedly being asked "Who are those two guys in the photo?" and having to explain that whole mess. What would their boyfriends have said (had this story not gone public).

As stated previously in the column, I don't know Brown personally, but he tracked me down twice in Miami. I assumed it was due to my columns and the fact me and his label Sony Music are on terrible terms due to acts of copyright infringement by the label - much like Sony had done to my godmother's husband, the late Clement "Coxsone" Dodd, the founder of reggae music.

Brown wasn't aggressive, belligerent or angry. He was jumpy, somewhat nervous and just kept staring at me both times he tracked me down in the neighborhood I used to live, which concerned me. However, the Brown I saw is not reconciling with the one being painted as a person that just jumps up and attacks people he encounters. Twice he had the opportunity to attack or curse at me, but he didn't.

When Brown gets into violent confrontations with people, there's always a trigger and people know how to push his buttons to get the incendiary results they want. As I've repeatedly stated, Brown has vicious enemies in Hollywood, who want to see him locked up and will pay people to bring about those results.

As I've also repeatedly stated, Brown needs a break from the industry. Certain industry people are setting him up. Next thing you know, someone is going to lie and cry rape. They've done it to others like Tupac. Some women are genuinely raped and my heart goes out to them, but some cry wolf for various inexcusable reasons.

Chris Brown Spotted Leaving The Club With A Blonde Taking Her Home For Sex (Photo)

Chris Brown and woman he took home from the club this week for sex. Brown is playing with fire.

Splash News is reporting, R&B singer Chris Brown went to the AV night club last night in Hollywood and left with the blonde posted above. Brown has been known to leave night clubs with random women that he takes back to his house or hotels for sex, in what is a very dangerous sexual practice. Condoms don't always protect people and birth control sometimes fails. Once again, Brown is too profile and accessible and it keeps getting him into trouble.

Men and women who engage in promiscuous sexual behavior are endangering their health. Brown and certain other celebrities also need to be careful that they aren't set up by third parties, who will place women as bait to get them into trouble (rip them off, lie claiming rape, deliberately infect them with an STD - all vengeful things that have been done in the entertainment industry).

It fraudulently sent Tupac to jail in a rape set up, that became a downward spiral that landed him at Death Row Records and then dead. It also cost legendary singer Sam Cooke his life via a violent death, when he was set up by a woman he did not know was a prostitute, who schemed with her pimp to rob him. It's a sick business.

Chris Brown States He Is Quitting Music Over Rihanna Domestic Violence Case People Won't Forgive Him For

Chris Brown

Beleaguered singer, Chris Brown spent 45-minutes in jail yesterday, as his probation was revoked, he was granted bail, then released on his own recognizance. The singer, who went into jail looking very angry and upset, landed there on a sketchy hit and run probation violation stemming from the 2009 domestic violence case, regarding on-and-off girlfriend, singer Rihanna.

Brown's official sentencing on the matter is due this month, where a judge will determine during a hearing if other probation violations he has been accused of will be added and if the singer will face real jail time of up to four-years. Though the jail system in California is lenient, due to overcrowding, on a felony charge it can still mean months in jail if his lawyer is unsuccessful.

A friend of mine informed me that Brown has been very angry and depressed. He is at breaking point. For months the Judiciary Report has repeatedly stated he is too high profile under the circumstances and needs to take a break from music, most recently in this article on August 1, 2013: Is Chris Brown Too High Profile While On Probation. However, Brown is so down, today he announced he'll probably take a permanent break from music, as in quitting after his forthcoming CD.

Brown took to Twitter today and stated, "Don't worry mainstream America. After this X album, it'll probably be my last album." He also stated, "Being famous is amazing when it's for your music and talent. I'm tired of being famous for a mistake I made when I was 18. I'm cool & over it."

I was also informed Brown is angrier than ever with Rihanna, terrified at the prospect of facing jail for a lengthy period of time (Chris Brown Bitter Over Rihanna And Harboring Secret Anger For Her). Rihanna needs to back off from Brown, stop with the behind the scenes stunts and leave him be, as he is more upset than ever over his troubles that all emanate from that one night he believes she is partly to blame for, having started a fight, where he snapped.

NFL Star Aaron Hernandez Denied Bail In Murder Case Being Investigated In A Second Killing (Video)

Former New England Patriots football star, Aaron Hernandez, has been denied bail in the murder of associate, Lloyd Odin. Today, during a televised hearing, Hernandez was denied bail and remanded into custody. His case is expected to go to trial in approximately one year.

Hernandez was also sued this month for shooting a man in the face, creating serious, permanent injuries. It is also being reported in the mainstream press, Hernandez is being investigated in connection with a second murder, but police refused to release any details on the case.

The $40,000,000 footballer was dropped from the Patriots upon being arrested yesterday. It is tragic that people have died and another man terribly injured. It is also regrettable that a man, said to be a former gang member, was granted the opportunity to live his dream playing football, was handsomely rewarded, but chose to continue along a troubled path.

Hernandez had become engaged to the mother of his baby with plans for a wedding. Today she cried in court as he was led away. It is only a matter of time before the realization of the fact their lives and that of their child, will never be the same. If Hernandez is convicted of the aforementioned crimes, he will likely spend the rest of his natural life in prison.

The Judiciary Report has maintained for years that when one becomes famous, one should leave certain negative friends and influences behind, if one hopes to stay on the straight and narrow (even if you're not famous, get the negativity out of your life). No one wants a spectacular fall from grace, but make no mistake, with poor decisions it will happen. Here's hoping Hernandez seeks redemption and God's forgiveness.

23-Year-Old HIV Positive Man To Stand Trial For Molesting 13 And 14-Year-Old Boys

Anthony Tafoya

These types of story reminds one that there is evil in the world. 23-year-old, Anthony Tafoya, has been ordered to stand trial for sexually molesting boys, who range in age from 13-14. Tafoya is infected with HIV and is now up on 40 felony charges related to the pedophilic sexual abuse against four boys he met on the internet and lured into terrible sexual situations, knowing his health status.

According to the Costa Mesa Times, Judge Barbara Zuniga stated of Tafoya, "He is a menace. He is a parasite on the community. He is not going anywhere" refusing to grant a reduction in the $3,200,000 bail she issues for the pedophile. One of his victims also stated of Tafoya, "He acted as if age was a number, he didn't really care." Pedophiles tend to blur the lines regarding age, knowing what they are doing is wrong. No child deserves to have their sexual innocence ripped from them and he is eligible for and deserves life in prison.

Posted: 06/11/2013 05:27:26 PM PDT - MARTINEZ -- Characterizing him as a menace who preys on children, a preliminary hearing judge on Tuesday ordered a Concord man to trial on charges that he had sex with boys as young as 13 whom he met on the Internet.

Anthony Tafoya, 23, was held to answer on more than 40 felonies involving alleged sex crimes against four Contra Costa County boys, ages 13 through 15, in 2011 and 2012. Some of the charges carry special allegations that Tafoya knew he was HIV-positive when he had unprotected sex with three of the boys. If convicted as charged, he faces life in prison.

"He is a menace. He is a parasite on the community. He is not going anywhere," Judge Barbara Zuniga said Tuesday in response to a defense motion to reduce Tafoya's bail from $3.2 million..

"He acted as if age was a number; he didn't really care," the boy said while testifying how he had sexual relations with Tafoya the first night they met, when he was in the eighth grade.

Oscar Pistorius Set For His First Race Since Start Of Murder Trial But Is He Ready

Reeva Steenkamp and Oscar Pistorius

Olympian and Paralympian, Oscar Pistorius,  has been cleared to leave South Africa, in the middle of his murder trial, regarding the tragic shooting death of girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp. Pistorius formally stated the shooting was an accident, while prosecutors maintain it was premeditated murder. The court stated, " I find no reason why the applicant should be forbidden from leaving the Republic of South Africa if he's invited to compete in athletic events in other countries."

Pistorius is set to compete in the World Athletic Championships this summer, but the question is, will he be ready, both physically and mentally. Pistorius lost key training time due to his crucial murder case and he is also in a fragile mental state. Running well takes physical and mental strength. A distracted and troubled mind can prove a hindrance. Additionally, how will audiences react, as the public is divided on the case.
