Appeals Court Rejects Tom Brady Deflategate Case

Tom Brady

An Appeals Court in America has rejected the appeal of New England Patriots football star,  Tom Brady, who was handed a 4-game suspension over a scheme to deflate footballs to make them easier to catch and throw. It created an undue advantage in play on the grid iron. Brady sued and fawning judge, Richard M. Berman, inappropriately tossed out the suspension. An appeals court reinstated it. Brady appealed the decision regarding the reinstatement of the 4-game suspension, but the appeals court has rejected it this week. The final legal rung Brady can appeal this matter to is the U.S. Supreme Court

Brady signed legally binding contracts with the New England Patriots and by default the NFL. This meant he agreed to abide by league rules and procedures. This was an internal matter at the NFL. It did not belong in the court system. However, Brady brought it there. No one deprived Brady of his rights. The NFL has treated Brady and others in the league quite well. I can't imagine the NFL is happy at being sued by someone they went to great lengths to please.

The new NFL season begins on September 11th, 2016 and Brady's backup quarterback, Jimmy Garoppolo, is set to take his place during the 4-game suspension.

US appeals court refuses to reconsider QB Tom Brady's 'Deflategate' case

38 Mins Ago - A federal appeals court has rejected Tom Brady's attempt to get a new hearing on his "Deflategate" suspension. Brady was asking for the full 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals to hear the case. In April, a three-judge panel said that NFL commissioner Roger Goodell was within his powers when he suspended the star quarterback four games for his role in a scheme to doctor the footballs used in a Jan. 18, 2015, playoff game...

Appeals Court Overturns Tom Brady's NFL Football Suspension Being Lifted By Fawning Judge

Tom Brady

The NFL scored a victory against one of its top football players, New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady, who has been convincingly accused of engaging inappropriate behavior that is tantamount to cheating on the grid iron. Brady was accused of having teammates and Patriots' staff deflate footballs, making them easier for him to handle, which gave him an undue advantage in play.

Tom Brady in court last year smiling after questionable judicial ruling

Brady was handed a four game suspension for this misconduct. Brady filed a lawsuit and a biased judge, Richard M. Berman ,questionably and mysteriously tossed the suspension. The NFL filed a case with the appeals court to have the improper judicial ruling overturned. Yesterday the appeals court sided with the NFL and reinstated Brady's suspension.

Tom Brady

This reallly was not a matter that should have been brought before the courts. Sports leagues around the world have internal systems athletes agree to abide by and process decisions through. For Brady to have taken it to a partial judge, who is a fan of the sports star was inappropriate and brought the judiciary into disrepute due to the corrupt, fawning decision that was issued.

Federal court has reinstated the NFL's four-game suspension of Tom Brady

11:54 a.m. EDT April 25, 2016 -Round 2 – unlike the first – goes to the NFL – and Tom Brady’s four-game suspension has been reinstated. A panel of three judges in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit has ruled in favor of the league in the ongoing Deflategate case against the Patriots quarterback and the NFL Players Association.

The court announced the decision on its website Monday to reverse the decision by a U.S. District Judge, and reinstate Brady’s four-game suspension. This comes as a drastic momentum swing in the case, after the players union secured a significant victory last September, when District Judge Richard M. Berman vacated Brady’s four-game suspension for his alleged role in intentionally deflating footballs prior to the 2015 AFC Championship Game against the Indianapolis Colts...

Tom Brady's Suspension Being Lifted By Judge Sends The Wrong Message About Cheating In Sports

Tom Brady

This past Friday, a judge in Boston, Massachusetts, lifted the 4-game suspension of New England Patriots quarterback, Tom Brady, ruling against the NFL (National Football League). The NFL is appealing the decision in court. People in Boston applauded the ruling. However, social networking was inundated with negative comments labeling Brady a cheat, who arranged to have footballs deflated, to give him an unfair advantage during play. This strategy led to Brady winning the Super Bowl championship.

While the Judiciary Report has nothing personal against Brady and does not wish to hurt his feelings, it was clearly established he had the balls deflated. The NFL's 4-game suspension should have stood. For the judge to throw out the suspension sends the wrong message to kids that cheating is okay, when it is very poor sportsmanship. Brady's conduct was also unfair to the other teams in the league and it is tarnishing his legacy.

The court of public opinion is more important in these types of cases. People will not remember what the judge ruled. However, they will remember the cheating and question if the Patriots legitimately won their Super Bowls with Brady. That's not a pretty question mark to have on one's career and legacy.

Too often star struck judges bring the U.S. legal system into disrepute, rendering corrupt decisions that cause the public to lose faith in the judiciary (social networking is awash in such cutting comments). An article on the well known Boston.com website entitled "Deflategate judge bashed NFL, but didn't actually address what Tom Brady knew" takes U.S. District Judge Richard M. Berman to task for failing to ascertain what Tom Brady knew about the deflated footballs that gave him an unfair advantage on the grid iron.

However, there is audio evidence of Brady bragging about deflated balls being easier to maneuver and teammate Gronk spiking them very hard to let out some of the air (deflating them). Brady also destroyed his mobile phone to hide evidence during the NFL's investigation, after refusing to turn it over. None of that speaks to innocence.

President Obama's Jokes At The White House About The New England Patriots Met With Criticism And Insults As Tom Brady Pulls A No Show (Videos)

The New England Patriots were invited to the White House in Washington, DC, to meet U.S. President Barack Obama, as the current reigning champs of the NFL's Super Bowl. Every football player on the team went to the White House, but star quarterback, Tom Brady, was a no show, which caught the attention of many.

During the team's White House visit, Obama made a joke about Brady's deflate-gate scandal, where the quarterback was accused of deflating footballs to give him an undue advantage on the field. Obama stated, "I usually tell jokes at these events, but I was worried 11 or 12 of them would fall flat." Uncomfortable groans from the team ensued, as they tried to take the joke in stride, but were clearly not amused (as noted in press).

Rob Gronkowski (right)

CBS Sports reported Patriots' coach Bill Belichick, "Looked Obama right in the eye and gave his joke A BIG FAT THUMBS DOWN." Patriot Rob Gronkowski decided to get in his own dig at the president for the deflategate joke by stating, "No, there's no drinking. Maybe the president was getting wasted...bit...from his deflate joke."

Obama 'Deflategate' joke falls flat

April 23, 2015, 02:48 pm - President Obama gave the New England Patriots a hard time about the “Deflategate” scandal on Thursday.  "I usually tell jokes at these events, but I was worried 11 of 12 of them would fall flat,” Obama joked during a ceremony honoring the Patriots' Super Bowl title on the South Lawn. The crowd let out an audible groan at the president's jab...

Gronk: Maybe Obama was 'wasted' when making Deflategate joke

April 23, 2015 8:59 pm ET - Even Julian Edelman is sometimes surprised by Rob Gronkowski's mouth. (USATSI) Even Julian Edelman is sometimes surprised by Rob Gronkowski's mouth. During the Patriots visit to the White House on Thursday, there was only one really awkward moment and that moment came when President Obama decided to make a Deflategate joke.

The joke was actually kind of funny, but as you can imagine, the Patriots didn't find it too amusing. After the joke was made, Bill Belichick looked Obama right in the eye and gave his joke A BIG FAT THUMBS DOWN. Let's not talk about Belichick's reaction though, let's talk about Rob Gronkowski's.

After the Patriots were done meeting with the president, Gronk met separately with the media and that's when he was asked if he had any drinks while he was at the White House. "No, there's no drinking. Maybe the President was getting wasted," Gronkowski said. After he made the comment, Gronk froze for about five seconds as he seemed to realize what he just did, which was make a joke about the president getting wasted...

Former NFL Star Aaron Hernandez Being Sentenced To Life In Prison Is A Sad Reminder To Stay On The Straight And Narrow Path In Life (Video)

Former NFL football star, Aaron Hernandez, has been sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole, for the execution style murder of his friend and aspiring athlete, Odin Lloyd. On the seventh day of deliberations, a Boston jury correctly convicted the former New England Patriots millionaire in the shooting death of 27-year-old Lloyd, finding him guilty of first degree murder, which carries an automatic life sentence. Lloyd's body was found in an industrial field a mile from Hernandez's mansion, riddled with bullets.

According to reports, 25-year-old Hernandez disliked something Lloyd said and was killed as a result. Hernandez, a gang member, also faces murder charges in a second case, regarding the deaths of Daniel de Abreu and Safiro Furtado. Hernandez stands accused of shooting into de Abreu and Furtado's BMW motor car outside a Boston night club, killing the two men and wounding a third passenger, over a spilled drink.

Aaron Hernandez

Hernandez also shot a friend in the face over a bar tab, causing him to lose his eye. In another incident, Hernandez shot a man in a limo after they visited a Miami strip club. Hernandez also engaged in fights at bars and frequently patronized strip clubs. At age 17, Hernandez punched and ruptured the eardrum of a restaurant employee, who escorted him off the premises for non-payment of a bar tab. It is clear Hernandez is a danger to the public.

Hernandez's story is lamentable. He came from poverty and signed a $44,000,000 deal with award winning NFL team the New England Patriots. He had it all - good looks, athletic ability, a pretty fiancée, a beautiful baby daughter, wealth, a mansion and sports cars. Hernandez legitimately made it off his God given athletic ability. However, a series of poor choices in refusing to let the criminal lifestyle go and consorting with criminals, wreaked havoc on his life and that of his murder victims.

Police arrested Hernandez at his mansion

Now Hernandez is facing the rest of his life behind bars, mounting civil lawsuits and frozen assets in the millions over his criminal behavior that greatly harmed others. It is a very difficult thing to face and one he will regret for the rest of his life, but the jury came to the right conclusion. No one has the right to deprive another of their life, outside the confines of the law (i.e. death penalty levied in a court of law). Odin Lloyd, Daniel de Abreu and Safiro Furtado did not get to live out their lives, struck down in their youth by Hernandez.

The Judiciary Report has published a number of articles imploring famous and non-famous people to stay on the right side of the law, as the wrong side of it is not pretty. Hernandez is a prime example of this. Sometimes people fail to appreciate what they have and jeopardize it with poor choices. Sometimes it is due to peer pressure and bad advice. Other times it is due to having the wrong values in life. Hernandez once spoke of being young and reckless. At the end of the day being reckless is never a good idea. It has its consequences.

Aaron Hernandez murdered Odin Lloyd

The Judiciary Report has also issued a number of articles beseeching people to beware of the company they keep. In the entertainment industry, I have witnessed many people lose everything over having the wrong friends and or business associates in their lives. Some people will mean you well in life. However, some people simply do not care, will take all they can get and lead you astray.

You have to be strong and do the right thing.  None of us are perfect, but we should all strive to utilize good judgment in our choices. Trying to be like a troublemaking entertainer or some gangster figure will destroy your life. It concerns me when I witness some stars glorifying criminals and illegal activity via their social networking pages and in interviews, as it is not mentally or emotionally healthy, sets a bad example and can lead to trouble for their impressionable audiences.

Aaron Hernandez shot his friend in the face causing him to lose his eye

Forsake that questionable lifestyle for good and try to do better. If you are in a life of crime, get out of it now. Do not put it off. You could engage in something now that will lead to your arrest in no time. Respect yourself and others rights. Strive to live a good and decent life.

Judge Unreasonably Asks Murder Victim’s Mother Not To Cry On The Stand During The Aaron Hernandez Trial

Aaron Hernandez sat in prison while the New England Patriots won the Super Bowl without him this month in Arizona

Former New England’s Patriot football player, Aaron Hernandez, is currently on trial in Boston, for the murder of friend and aspiring footballer, Odin Lloyd. This week, Lloyd’s mother took the stand. Before she did so, the Judge Ursula Ward instructed her not to cry on the stand in front of jurors, which made the news all over the America.

Judge Ursula Ward (left)

While the judge does not want any aspect of the case to be prejudicial, it is a very unreasonable request to ask the mother of a murder victim not to cry on the stand, especially after being shown photos of her murdered son in court. It was insensitive. Her son is gone and under tragic circumstances. She has every right to cry whenever she feels like it.

Judge tells victim's mom not to cry in Hernandez testimony

February 3, 2015 -  Ursula Ward, mother of Odin Lloyd, wipes her eyes after looking at a photograph from the medical examiner's office of her dead son during the murder trial of former NFL football player Aaron Hernandez at Bristol County Superior Court in Fall River, Mass. The judge overseeing the murder trial of ex-NFL star Aaron Hernandez warned the victim's mother to not cry on the stand in front of jurors Wednesday, a reference to the two previous days she left the courtroom in tears when seeing photos of her son's body.

"I understand this is very emotional for you," the judge told Ursula Ward, the mother of Odin Lloyd who was set to testify for the first time. With the jury out of the room, Superior Court Judge Susan Garsh instructed her to "retain control of your emotions." Ward did not cry and instead remained stoic as the jury returned and a prosecutor showed her an autopsy photo, then another photo of a smiling Lloyd wearing the same
clothes he had on when he was found dead: a plaid shirt and a Red Sox cap.

Hernandez, a former New England Patriots player, is accused in the 2013 killing of Lloyd, a 27-year-old semipro football player who was dating his fiancee's sister. Hernandez, 25, had a $40 million contract with the Patriots when he was arrested.

A Blizzard Wallops Massachusetts And Brings Heavy Snow Fall To New York (Videos)

America's east coast is experiencing some extreme weather as a massive blizzard blankets the state of Massachusetts, churning out heavy snow fall in New York as well. Areas of Massachusetts, received 25 inches of snow, covering places like Boston. It's amazing that the weather in Boston is also DEFLATED, with snow coming out the sky like air from a football (just teasing New England Patriots).

Some are criticizing government officials in New York for shutting down much of the city, in a bid to protect citizens, stating the snowfall is not as heavy as what was anticipated. However, better safe than sorry. Hurricane Sandy was not expected to do a great amount of damage in 2012, but the weather phenomenon did, leaving billions in damage and people dead.

The NFL Interviewing New England Patriots' Ball Boy As A 'Person Of Interest' In The Deflategate Investigation (Video)

Tom Brady

Reports indicate the NFL (National Football League) are eyeing a New England Patriot's ball boy as the culprit in the Deflategate scandal. The New England Patriots have been accused of deflating footballs for an unfair advantage on the grid iron, in the lead up to their appearance in the Super Bowl. Patriots' quarterback, Tom Brady, who benefited from the deflated balls, has denied any culpability in the incident.

However coach Belichick, made statements during a press conference that lay the blame on the star athlete, who is married to supermodel Gisele Bundchen. The incident has been lampooned on television and the internet, leading Brady to state the insults have hurt his feelings. Previously, the Patriots were caught cheating, via filming rivals plays and utilizing the footage against them for victory on the field.

Report: Patriots Locker Room Attendant an NFL ‘Person of Interest’ in Deflategate

01.26.15 | 3:43 PM - Days after Bill Belichick attempted to put an end to Deflategate with an impromptu, science-filled press conference, it appears the NFL has made a major step in its investigation. According to Fox Sports’ Jay Glazer, the league has “zeroed in” on a Patriots locker room attendant who may have taken footballs from the officials’ locker room to another area on their way to the field, terming them a “strong person of interest.” Glazer says the league has interviewed this person and “additionally has video,” but has yet to determine if any wrongdoing was done.

Tom Brady On Deflategate: It Wasn't Me (Video)

During a press conference yesterday, regarding allegations athlete Tom Brady and his team, the New England Patriots, deflate footballs for an undue advantage during play, the quarterback flatly denied the claims. Brady took the same approach as the song of reggae singer Shaggy "It wasn't me" in denying everything.

Tom Brady: It wasn't me!

However, Brady's grin is telling another story. Some people believe Brady's denials in this matter and others do not in any measure. Some athletes, such as Hines Ward, have accused Brady of cheating. The NFL continues its investigation into the Deflategate scandal. Wonder why they didn't call it Ballgate.

Brady stated in response to Deflategate, "Everyone is trying to figure out what happened. I was as surprised as anybody when I heard Monday morning what was happening. I have no knowledge of anything. I have no knowledge of any wrongdoing. I’m very comfortable saying that nobody did it, as far as I know. I was in the locker room preparing for a game – I don’t know what happened over the course of the process with the footballs."

Side Bar: Brady and his wife, supermodel Giselle Bundchen are so beautiful. They're like two pretty unicorns with perfect teeth and flowing hair (LOL).

Tom Brady And The Patriots Accused Of Deflating Footballs In The Lead Up To The Super Bowl

Are The Patriots Balls Deflated Like A Grandma's Chi Chis?

Tom Brady: I don't know what you're talking about!

Reports reveal the NFL (National Football League) in America is investigating allegations New England (Patriots) quarterback, Tom Brady, has been using deflated footballs for an undue advantage over the Indianapolis Colts. Brady denied the allegations, laughing off the rumors alleging his team has cheated in this regard.

The New York Times reports 37-year-old Brady stated, "I think I’ve heard it all at this point...It’s ridiculous...That’s the last of my worries. I don’t even respond to stuff like this." However, some are not convinced and the NFL has confirmed they are looking into the allegations against Brady and the Patriots.

Tom Brady Laughs at N.F.L. Inquiry Into Deflated Footballs

JAN. 19, 2015 - Deflated balls would have been easier to grip in Sunday night's wet weather, but Tom Brady laughed off the allegations. New England quarterback Tom Brady let out a laugh Monday when asked about the N.F.L.’s investigation into whether the Patriots deflated footballs to try to gain an advantage in the A.F.C. championship game against the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday night.

The morning after the Patriots dominated the Colts, 45-7, Brady chortled a bit when asked what he knew about the accusations. Patriots Coach Bill Belichick said he was unaware of the accusations until Monday morning. “We’ll cooperate fully with whatever the league, whatever questions they ask us, whatever they want us to do,” Belichick said during a conference call with reporters...

Aaron Hernandez Fiancée And Cousin Charged In The Former NFL Player's Murder Case (Video)

Shayanna Jenkins, the fiancée of former New England Patriot, Aaron Hernandez has been indicted on perjury charges in his homicide case, while he currently sits behind bars on suspicion of murdering aspiring football player Odin Lloyd. Hernandez's cousin, Tanya Singleton, has also been indicted in the case, charged with conspiracy to commit accessory after the fact. Hernandez's friend was also hit with accessory to murder.

This stunning murder case has negatively touched so many lives and taken a new twist that has left people wondering exactly what went on in the life of Aaron Hernandez. For a man who had everything, to throw it all away is not something the public can relate to in any measure.

Many members of the public would love the opportunity to sign a multi-million dollar contract and play in the NFL. Hopefully others will learn from Hernandez's mistakes and not repeat them. Be thankful for what you have in life. Don't rock the boat and destroy your opportunities.

With NFL Star Aaron Hernandez In Prison On Murder Charges What Will Happen To His $44,000,000 Fortune

Aaron Hernandez

Former New England Patriot, Aaron Hernandez, had it all. Health, good looks, beautiful fiancée, adorable baby and a lucrative football career in the NFL, a place very few make it, as one has to be the cream of the crop in the sport. Hernandez signed a $44,000,000 contract with the Patriots that was summarily terminated when he was arrested for the murder of up and coming football player Odin Lloyd.

Advances were given on the contract totaling millions, but with the way these contracts are often drafted, one must see them through to completion to receive the full amount stipulated. Nonetheless, Hernandez made millions from the contract and product endorsements. With his NFL career at an end, as he sits behind bars with no bail, what will become of the millions he has earned thus far.

Aaron Hernandez, fiancée Shayanna Jenkins and their baby girl

His daughter and fiancée will be provided for, but a wrongful death lawsuit could essentially wipe him out. Hernandez has also been sued for shooting a man in the face, which could deplete even more of his wealth. And the moral of the story is be thankful for your opportunities in life and do not take them for granted.

Two Men Arrested For Aiding NFL Star Aaron Hernandez In Committing Murder (Video)

While former NFL football star, Aaron Hernandez sits in jail on murder charges, in the shooting death of aspiring athlete Odin Lloyd, two more men have been apprehended in connection with the murder. Carlos Ortiz was arrested in Bristol, Connecticut and Ernest Wallace nabbed in South Florida.

Both men are being accused of being accessories in the murder of Lloyd. In the mean time, Hernandez has lost millions in sponsors dropping him from representing their brands. Puma and Muscle Milk have cancelled their deals with the former New England Patriots star.

It is tragic that a human being has died and under violent circumstances. It is also lamentable that Hernandez, who had come so far, to become one of the top athletes in the nation with a $40,000,000 looks set to lose all he has worked for since he was a teen. Violence doesn't solve anything, only breeds trouble.

NFL Star Aaron Hernandez Denied Bail In Murder Case Being Investigated In A Second Killing (Video)

Former New England Patriots football star, Aaron Hernandez, has been denied bail in the murder of associate, Lloyd Odin. Today, during a televised hearing, Hernandez was denied bail and remanded into custody. His case is expected to go to trial in approximately one year.

Hernandez was also sued this month for shooting a man in the face, creating serious, permanent injuries. It is also being reported in the mainstream press, Hernandez is being investigated in connection with a second murder, but police refused to release any details on the case.

Aaron Hernandez, his fiancee and their child

The $40,000,000 footballer was dropped from the Patriots upon being arrested yesterday. It is tragic that people have died and another man terribly injured. It is also regrettable that a man, said to be a former gang member, was granted the opportunity to live his dream playing football, was handsomely rewarded, but chose to continue along a troubled path.

Hernandez had become engaged to the mother of his baby with plans for a wedding. Today she cried in court as he was led away. It is only a matter of time before the realization of the fact their lives and that of their child, will never be the same. If Hernandez is convicted of the aforementioned crimes, he will likely spend the rest of his natural life in prison.

The Judiciary Report has maintained for years that when one becomes famous, one should leave certain negative friends and influences behind, if one hopes to stay on the straight and narrow (even if you're not famous, get the negativity out of your life). No one wants a spectacular fall from grace, but make no mistake, with poor decisions it will happen. Here's hoping Hernandez seeks redemption and God's forgiveness.

Basketball Wives Star Evelyn Lozada Suing Over Damaging Blog Rumor She Slept With Fiancé's Teammate

Evelyn Lozada

"Basketball Wives" reality star, Evelyn Lozada, is suing mad over online claims she cheated on fiancé, football player, Chad "Ochocinco" Johnson, with his former Cincinnati Bengals teammate, Terrell Owens. So much so, she has filed a libel and defamation lawsuit in court against the originator of the online rumor, the frequently read website, Media Take Out, which was spooled into other blogs. Lozada filed suit in Miami, stating Media Take Out's claims about her are false.

Johnson now plays for the New England Patriots and Lozada has accompanied him to Boston. Media Take Out should not be surprised that Lozada is angry. After all, she told off her own best friend on television, Jennifer Williams, over being unsupportive on a radio show, over her relationship with Johnson, so what did you think she would do over a blogger she doesn't know.

Evelyn Lozada and Chad "Ochocinco" Johnson

Lozada is not playing when it comes to milk dud (translation: milk dud is slang for a bald black man, named after the delicious chocolate candy of the same name). Ironically, I don't think their relationship will last, for different reasons, but that's their business.

This is why you have to make sure you can back up claims on your blogs and websites or it can lead to legal trouble. I do not publish anything online unless I know I can back it up. This has led to a solid, reliable and bountiful exclusives page. I know for a fact Media Take Out has printed stories it did not fact check. I've seen items on their website I knew to be untrue based on what I personally know, saw or was told.

Evelyn Lozada

One of their biggest blunders came courtesy of an obsessed fan of rapper Jay-Z (girl, you must have a thing for camels) who sent in a story to them, which she later admitted on the Dr. Phil television show, was packed with lies, but they printed it as truth.

Publicists also routinely send them items to print and Media Take Out does not verify where the information came from, publishing claims that have been derived from criminal wiretapping, hacking and phone hacking, which is a serious set of felonies. You have to know what you are publishing or the legal consequences can get quite high.

Dan Connolly Makes NFL History (Video)

When I first saw the footage posted above, I thought to myself, why are they showing it in slow motion, due to the speed of the runner (just teasing). It turns out, Offensive Lineman, Dan Connolly, had gone above and beyond the call of duty and ran with the ball 71 yards, almost making a touchdown.

Connolly set an NFL record for longest return by an offensive lineman, aiding the New England Patriots' victory over Green Bay. Well done! Do pay attention to Tom Brady's expression in the video. He had a brain freeze. Brady looked like he was in the Twilight Zone, stunned at his teammate's incredible play.

Side Bar: Tom Brady looks so young and pretty with his flowing, sun-kissed locks (like I was really going to pass up an opportunity to comment on that). I'd give him the MVP MVB "Most Valuable Blowout" for fabulous work with a pigskin blow dryer. You know the hair was Gisele's idea. It's so pretty and shiny. Seriously, he looks like a model now...which is all the more incentive for the other players to sack him...hard (kidding).
