Should Jared Fogle's Wife Get To Keep The $7,000,000 He Gave Her Or Should It Go To His Underage Victims He Sexually Abused And Violated

Jared Fogle

This week, during the sentencing of former Subway fast food chain spokesman, Jared Fogle, who was convicted of having sex with minors and possession of child porn, it was revealed he gave his wife $7,000,000. As Fogle apologized to his victims and family, Judge Tanya Walton Pratt, interrupted regarding his wife and stated, "You gave your wife $7 million, so she’ll be OK."

The question is, should Fogle's wife be allowed to keep the $7,000,000. While she was not blamed for or convicted of anything in the case, it is fitting the bulk of his multi-million dollar estate, go to the many underage girls and boys he molested, sexually violating them in cruel acts that should never have occurred. Under the circumstances, it is the right thing to do.

Here's hoping with the court's permission, lawyers will address the matter and sue on behalf of the underage victims to at least bring them financial compensation after the terrible ordeal they were put through. Some of the underage girls and boys were victims of forced prostitution, while others were abused without their parents knowledge or consent.

Bankrupt Rapper 50 Cent Struggling To Sell Mansion For 8-Years Drastically Drops The Price Of House

50 Cent lying under oath in what is a crime

Bankrupt rapper 50 Cent, real name Curtis Jackson, has been struggling to sell his $18,500,000 Farmington, Connecticut mansion for 8-years. He has repeatedly dropped the price, to where it currently sits at $8,500,000. However, still no one wants to buy it, as it simply is not a good value for the money.

50 Cent's mansion in Connecticut

The property is also very overdone and nouveau riche, thanks to the changes he made to the mansion (a disco and casino, among other things). If a potential buyer cannot get past gaudy items the home owner has installed, they will not envision themself buying the property. It's always a good idea to use good taste when renovating and decorating a home.

In spite of the fact 50 Cent is currently in bankruptcy court, trying to illegally dodge two lawsuit judgments obtained against him, he has been showing off his soon-to-be-completed mansion in Africa. However, said asset should be subject to bankruptcy court proceedings, as he owes many creditors.

Drake's Team Call Jay Z A Liar For Blaming Apple Music And A $20,000,000 Lawsuit For Not Being Able To Stream Concert Performance On Failed Tidal

Drake at Apple Music streaming launch

Toronto rapper, Drake, real name Aubry Graham, has slammed rival Jay Z as a liar for falsely accusing Apple Music of blocking his failed company Tidal from streaming a concert performance. Jay Z, peeved at the failure of his music streaming company Tidal and the launch of rival Apple Music streaming, which has finished it off, went online referring to the company as "Big Brother."

Jay Z's Tidal tried to cause problems in public view, stating on their website regarding Drake, who is the face of Apple Music streaming, "Apple is interfering with artistry and will not allow this artist to stream. Sorry for Big Brother's inconvenience. We will be back after the performance." Jay Z was trying to turn the public against Drake and Apple Music, but it failed, much like his company Tidal.

Drake's manager came forward and stated he is the one that blocked the streaming as a business decision and Jay Z is lying about Apple and the $20,000,000 lawsuit. Drake's manager, "Apple doesn't have the power to stop us from being part of a live stream. The decision to not have Drake participate in the Tidal stream has nothing to do with Apple or Drake's deal. Point blank, 100%. I made a business decision."

He is correct. Jay Z is a sniveling thief, fraud and liar, who is constantly being sued for theft and financial fraud (Jay Z Slammed For Copyright Infringement In Stealing And Desecrating The Music Of Egyptian Music Legend For His Song ‘Big Pimpin’ and Jay Z And Court Judge Slammed In Trademark Infringement Case For Inappropriate Conduct That Has Become Common In Corrupted Hollywood Lawsuits).

Jay-Z

Jay Z sought to circumvent Drake's $19,000,000 deal with Apple Music streaming and was shutdown by his management. Hollywood lacks loyalty and a sense of fair play. It would have spit in Apple's face had Drake's team allowed Tidal to stream his performance on their rival service, after the company was gracious enough to pay him $19,000,000 to promote their music streaming company. That would have been bad form and poor business judgment.

Jay Z and Tidal have been sued by Cash Money Records for streaming a live performance of their artist Lil Wayne, violating the company's copyrights and exclusive artist rights. This is a pattern of misbehavior with Jay Z, who is currently in court having been sued a number of times for financial fraud and intellectual property theft.

Lazy Jay Z is always looking to steal or leech off other people's hard work and finances. Jay Z fancies himself a businessman, when he couldn't even pronounce the word "entrepreneur" in a television interview and has people writing his speeches, released statements and telling him what to say in interviews, as he simply does not have the intelligence to back up his arrogant boasts.

In actuality Jay Z is a violent, murderous, thieving criminal, blamed for killing his own brother, was also found guilty of stabbing a music executive, has beat up innocent people and sent thugs to physically attack others in the industry he insanely deems rivals. It says a lot about Hollywood that a criminal like Jay Z has been able to steal and beat his way into fame and fortune, living off money and laurels he stole from others.

50 Cent Says He Is A Fake In Bankruptcy Court With A Net Worth Of $4,400,000 Not $150,000,000 But Is He Hiding Money And Assets

50 Cent

Deceitful rapper 50 Cent, real name Curtis Jackson, made an appearance in bankruptcy court yesterday stating his whole lifestyle is a fraud regarding the image of wealth he portrays. Forbes magazine estimated 50 Cent's net worth is $150,000,000. However, the rapper told the Manhattan Supreme Court he is only worth $4,400,000. If you say so, Curtis.

50 Cent is lying to the court through his supersized capped teeth, as he was sued and handed hefty judgments in two cases totaling $22,200,000. Being the greedy, lawless person he is, 50 Cent would rather commit bankruptcy fraud than pay what is owed. The lawsuits were not frivolous and are the direct result of his criminal behavior, arrogance and greed. These are not individuals exploiting 50 Cent. These are individuals 50 Cent criminally exploited and they sued him and won.

The first case is Sleek Audio vs. Curtis Jackson, in which the company was awarded $17,200,000 after 50 Cent committed criminal copyright infringement, patent infringement and corporate theft in stealing the technology and design of earphones that were pitched to him by the Plaintiff. Sleek Audio wanted 50 Cent as a front man. He got greedy and decided to break the law and steal their product, giving it a new name. 50 Cent renamed the stolen earphones from Sleek Audio to SMS Audio.

The second case, Lastonia Leviston v. Curtis Jackson, is a disgusting one, as 50 Cent cruelly obtained a private sex tape featuring the Plaintiff, who is the mother of rapper Rick Ross' child and uploaded it to the internet. 50 Cent did so out of spite and arrogance. It was a wicked thing to do. Leviston was so distressed, distraught, embarrassed and humiliated, she became "suicidal."

50 Cent's mansion in Connecticut should be sold to pay off his debts

Leviston did not sign up to be a porn star in this matter, but 50 Cent illegally turned her into one and deserved to lose that case for being so terrible to her. I have no sympathy for him in this. What if she had killed herself, as other young women have done in the same and similar situation (private sexting and nudes illegally made public).

50 Cent has assets and is not entitled to bankruptcy protection. 50 Cent's Farmington, Connecticut mansion he bought from boxer Mike Tyson is worth between $15,000,000 to $20,000,000. He has owned it for nearly a decade and has been making mortgage payments on it. 50 Cent received a significant amount of stock in Vitamin Water in exchange for endorsing the product upon its debut years ago. It netted him millions of dollars. He has endorsement deals with Effen Vodka and Frigo.

50 Cent's mansion in Connecticut

50 Cent owns a home in New York that he had burned to the ground to chase out Shaniqua Tompkins, the mother of his then underage child, who was also in residence. 50 Cent was angry Tompkins, whom he was no longer dating, had a boyfriend living in the house with her. 50 Cent collected the insurance money after the blaze. He also purchased a condo in Los Angeles for Daphne Joy, the mother of his second child, to live with his son. He subsequently trashed the furniture he bought and beat her, resulting in his arrest.

Since his debut in 2003, 50 Cent has sold over 20,000,000 albums worldwide, 10,000,000 singles and embarked on many tours and live shows, bringing in millions of dollars in profit. He has made $500,000 from his acting career (despite the fact he can't act).

50 Cent's mansion in Connecticut

50 Cent has also purchased a number of luxury vehicles. He claims they are all leased, but that is not true. You cannot lease luxury vehicles and alter them as he has done to some of the cars he has driven. It would be a violation of the lease. 50 Cent has also made hefty bets on sporting events and won money. His net worth is not $4,400,000. Therefore, he is hiding money and assets. He can afford to pay the judgments and have money and assets left over for himself. He just finds it extremely difficult to part with $22,000,000 to pay court judgments over his poor choices. Therefore, his bankruptcy case is not legitimate. This is not what bankruptcy is for.

Bankruptcy is for people in genuine financial distress, who need legal relief, not for millionaires hiding assets in attempting to get out of multi-million dollar court judgments caused by their stupidity and arrogance in violating other people's rights. Bankruptcy fraud is also a felony investigated by the federal government and is punishable by 5-years in prison and $250,000 in fines.

Is 50 Cent Abusing The Bankruptcy Court After Filing Then Going To The Strip Club Throwing Money At Strippers

50 Cent

Rapper, 50 Cent, real name Curtis Jackson, has been the butt of many jokes on social networking this week, for previously making fun of many rappers he referred to as broke, only to file bankruptcy for himself and his boxing company SMS. The rapper is not happy with the jokes and sent out a warning that he is keeping track of people who are making fun of his financial predicament. However, he did this to other entertainers when they were having money issues. What goes around comes around.

50 Cent has filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy, which is to reorganize his debts, provide 6-months of protection from creditors and to have portions of his debt wiped out via court order. When one petitions the bankruptcy court, one must be honest and forthcoming about the state of one's finances. So it came as no surprise when social networking questioned the fact 50 Cent filed bankruptcy, then days later went to the strip club throwing money at ho..., uh, I mean strippers. It's not a matter of how much money he spent at the strip club, but the fact he filed bankruptcy then did this, disrespects the court. It's the principle of it. If he's not careful, the bankruptcy trustee is going to heavily scrutinize his filing and could deny him protection.

Lastonia Leviston

The main items 50 Cent is trying to dodge are the two lawsuits he lost in court, after juries sided with the Plaintiffs in each legal action. In the case Sleek Audio v. Jackson (50 Cent), he was slapped with a $17,200,000 judgment for stealing the company's headphones after they were pitched to him and renamed it SMS Audio. In the case Leviston v. Jackson (50 Cent), the rapper was ordered to pay, Lastonia Leviston, who is the mother of Rick Ross' child, $5,000,000 for posting to his site a private sex tape she made with her boyfriend. Based on reports, 50 Cent also maliciously added inappropriate comments to the video.

The whole thing was aimed at hurting Ross. However, Leviston has a child, who will have to deal with the fact an illegally released sex tape of his mom is on the internet. Not to mention the trauma she went through when she realized 50 Cent uploaded the video to the internet without her consent. 50 Cent deserved to be slapped with the $5,000,000 judgment, if not for Leviston, for her child.

Side Bar: When singer, Toni Braxton, filed for bankruptcy (twice), it was after she legitimately earned her money, but overspent on the first go around. The second time she had taken on a big debt load, seeking to pay for it with a very lucrative residency in Las Vegas, but fell ill. Each time the bankruptcy court seized some of Braxton's belongings and sold them to pay her creditors. 50 Cent should not be treated differently, as he caused other people financial and emotional injury via unlawful behavior, leading to lawsuits and verdicts against him.

Manny Pacquiao Sued Twice Over Shoulder Injury In Fight Against Floyd Mayweather

Manny Pacquiao

Two fans have initiated a $5,000,000 class action lawsuit in Las Vegas, Nevada against boxing star, Manny Pacquiao, over a shoulder injury he sustained in preparation for his fight against Floyd Mayweather, who was awarded the win in a unanimous decision. The two men claim Pacquiao hid the injury and they and others were somehow defrauded. Within hours, a few more fans filed a second lawsuit alleging the same. These lawsuits can be deemed frivolous.

Pacquiao team did disclose the injury to the boxing commission the day of the fight. They requested an anti-inflammatory, but were denied, fearing it would give him an undue advantage during the bout against Mayweather. The injury occurred three weeks prior to the fight. As most people in the sports industry know, injuries happen.

Floyd Mayweather v. Manny Pacquiao venue poster

My question is what was Pacquiao supposed to do? Cancel the fight after people paid millions to see him box Mayweather. Many millions would have been lost in fees and additional costs to reset the fight date. Such a delay could have meant Mayweather changing his mind about the bout, due to his impending retirement. Furthermore, Mayweather stated he fought injured as well.

As someone who sustained a torn rotator cuff in the right arm/shoulder that was diagnosed at the University of Miami last year, I can tell you it is painful and makes you cautious about using the arm. One doctor stated I should lift light weights to recuperate/rehabilitate the arm/shoulder (I've seen some improvement but the problem is still there) while my main doctor stated the arm needs surgery and this contraption for 8-weeks (oh that is not cute LOL):

Former NFL Star Aaron Hernandez Being Sentenced To Life In Prison Is A Sad Reminder To Stay On The Straight And Narrow Path In Life (Video)

Former NFL football star, Aaron Hernandez, has been sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole, for the execution style murder of his friend and aspiring athlete, Odin Lloyd. On the seventh day of deliberations, a Boston jury correctly convicted the former New England Patriots millionaire in the shooting death of 27-year-old Lloyd, finding him guilty of first degree murder, which carries an automatic life sentence. Lloyd's body was found in an industrial field a mile from Hernandez's mansion, riddled with bullets.

According to reports, 25-year-old Hernandez disliked something Lloyd said and was killed as a result. Hernandez, a gang member, also faces murder charges in a second case, regarding the deaths of Daniel de Abreu and Safiro Furtado. Hernandez stands accused of shooting into de Abreu and Furtado's BMW motor car outside a Boston night club, killing the two men and wounding a third passenger, over a spilled drink.

Aaron Hernandez

Hernandez also shot a friend in the face over a bar tab, causing him to lose his eye. In another incident, Hernandez shot a man in a limo after they visited a Miami strip club. Hernandez also engaged in fights at bars and frequently patronized strip clubs. At age 17, Hernandez punched and ruptured the eardrum of a restaurant employee, who escorted him off the premises for non-payment of a bar tab. It is clear Hernandez is a danger to the public.

Hernandez's story is lamentable. He came from poverty and signed a $44,000,000 deal with award winning NFL team the New England Patriots. He had it all - good looks, athletic ability, a pretty fiancée, a beautiful baby daughter, wealth, a mansion and sports cars. Hernandez legitimately made it off his God given athletic ability. However, a series of poor choices in refusing to let the criminal lifestyle go and consorting with criminals, wreaked havoc on his life and that of his murder victims.

Police arrested Hernandez at his mansion

Now Hernandez is facing the rest of his life behind bars, mounting civil lawsuits and frozen assets in the millions over his criminal behavior that greatly harmed others. It is a very difficult thing to face and one he will regret for the rest of his life, but the jury came to the right conclusion. No one has the right to deprive another of their life, outside the confines of the law (i.e. death penalty levied in a court of law). Odin Lloyd, Daniel de Abreu and Safiro Furtado did not get to live out their lives, struck down in their youth by Hernandez.

The Judiciary Report has published a number of articles imploring famous and non-famous people to stay on the right side of the law, as the wrong side of it is not pretty. Hernandez is a prime example of this. Sometimes people fail to appreciate what they have and jeopardize it with poor choices. Sometimes it is due to peer pressure and bad advice. Other times it is due to having the wrong values in life. Hernandez once spoke of being young and reckless. At the end of the day being reckless is never a good idea. It has its consequences.

Aaron Hernandez murdered Odin Lloyd

The Judiciary Report has also issued a number of articles beseeching people to beware of the company they keep. In the entertainment industry, I have witnessed many people lose everything over having the wrong friends and or business associates in their lives. Some people will mean you well in life. However, some people simply do not care, will take all they can get and lead you astray.

You have to be strong and do the right thing.  None of us are perfect, but we should all strive to utilize good judgment in our choices. Trying to be like a troublemaking entertainer or some gangster figure will destroy your life. It concerns me when I witness some stars glorifying criminals and illegal activity via their social networking pages and in interviews, as it is not mentally or emotionally healthy, sets a bad example and can lead to trouble for their impressionable audiences.

Aaron Hernandez shot his friend in the face causing him to lose his eye

Forsake that questionable lifestyle for good and try to do better. If you are in a life of crime, get out of it now. Do not put it off. You could engage in something now that will lead to your arrest in no time. Respect yourself and others rights. Strive to live a good and decent life.

Lil Wayne Puts Miami Mansion On The Market As He Is No Longer Able To Afford It Due To Music Company Young Money Going Bankrupt (Tax Records)

Lil Wayne

Former felon Lil Wayne's music is not making enough money to pay his bills. As the Judiciary Report stated in a past article, the drug addicted rap star is being sued left, right and center for non-payment of bills (Young Money Becoming Broke Money As Creditors Sue Lil Wayne And Company). One of his creditors, who sued him for $1,000,000 over a customized private jet, stated Lil Wayne lives by the LaGorce Country Club on Miami Beach's LaGorce island, but won't pay his bills.

Wayne has put his mansion in Miami on the market for $18,000,000, a price that is a bit steep for that property, especially in the current market. Wayne purchased the La Gorce Circle, 8 bedroom, 15,000 square foot house in 2011 for $11,800,000 and is seeking to make a big profit. The home's assessed value is approximately $10,000,000.

The property taxes on the mansion is not cheap. According to Miami tax assessors' records Wayne is delinquent and owes the city $196,824.09 in property taxes for 2014 (dude, I think they want their money). Maintaining a home at that price tag requires significant funds on a monthly and yearly basis.

Last month the home was the subject of a hoax, as a call was placed to 911 claiming people were shot and killed at the property. This prompted a dozen SWAT police officer to storm the property, only to find out the whole thing was a hoax (known as swatting). Wayne was not home at the time of the incident.

Wayne's record record label Young Money is also in financial straits. Young Money and Wayne have been sued for copyright infringement in stealing music from legendary singers as well as indie recording acts, songwriters and producers. They have also been sued for non-payment of bills. Young Money artists' albums are being shelved as well, due to lack of finances to properly release and market the projects, as well as paying for music videos (and industry illegalities, such as payola, chart rigging and buying one's own releases).

Furthermore, how can one effectively run a record label partying and getting high all the time. You can't do it in that manner. Some mainstream artists are starting subsidiary record labels and stealing from many to get material for their own artists in what is illegal conduct. It is a complete and utter sham and scam.

Chris Brown’s Probation In The Rihanna Domestic Violence Case Ends But His Legal Woes Are Not Over

Chris Brown

Los Angeles judge James Brandlein closed out singer Chris Brown’s felony domestic violence case from 2009 this past Friday, in a hearing that brought a sigh of relief to the star. Brown was sentenced to 5-years probation after pleading guilty to assaulting ex-girlfriend, Rihanna. However, Brown experienced issues during the course of the case that landed him in jail for 4-months in 2014 on a probation violation.

Chris Brown upon hearing case closed

Brown’s legal woes continue as he has a few civil cases in the court system and pre-filing stages that have not been resolved. Brown is also in danger of being caught up in another criminal case, due to affiliates and the fact violence keeps following him in well documented incidents.

Chris Brown Isn't Broke But Is Having Money Woes

Chris Brown and girlfriend Karrueche Tran

R&B singer Chris Brown is experiencing money woes. While he certainly isn't broke, financial setbacks and legal fees are plaguing his finances, draining his funds. Brown has paid out six figures in legal fees to criminal defense attorney, Mark Geragos. Brown has also paid Geraos to defend several lawsuits that have been filed against him by members of the public claiming he, his bodyguards or crew assaulted them.

Brown is currently on the "Beneath The Sheets" tour with fellow crooner, Trey Songz, but tickets are not selling well. Fans are complaining online that tickets are in the $250-$2,500 price range, which many can't afford in this economy.

Singer Chris Brown Settles Assault Lawsuits Against Him Confirming Previous Site Claims

Chris Brown looking happier than he has been in a while, as he got his life back

R&B singer Chris Brown has settled two assault cases against him. The first case brought by Frank Ocean's cousin, whom witnesses stated started the fight with Brown, was settled for the small sum of $20,000, when he originally demanded $3,000,000. That's less than the $25,000 gold iPhone Brown recently purchased.

The second case, filed by Parker Adams in connection with the case where he got too touchy feely with the star and was blocked from entering his tour bus in Washington, DC, was settled for $100,000. Adams originally demanded $3,000,000 from Brown and his bodyguard Chris Hollosy.

Chris Brown and his girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, pictured by his Lamborghini, have resolved their recent internet spat as well

Several months ago on March 21, 2014, the Judiciary Report was the first to report Brown's attorney, Mark Geragos, was looking into settling the main assault case against his client brought by Parker Adams (Chris Brown’s Lawyer Looking Into Settling Washington Assault Case). After months of negotiations, the demand amount has been significantly reduced, making way for the settlement.

Now Brown just has to be careful of where he goes and with whom (Getting Negative Influences Out Of Your Life). Some people are looking to set him up for an undeserved payday, while others are industry rivals out for revenge. There's nothing wrong with being a homebody and laying low. Brown's life has turned around over the past few months and he needs to continue on that path.

'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' Stars Kris Jenner And Bruce Jenner Are Divorcing After Years Of Humiliation

Bruce Jenner And Kris Jenner

'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' stars Kris Jenner And Bruce Jenner are officially in divorce court. Kris Jenner filed for divorce from her husband of 23-years, citing irreconcilable differences. The couple is seeking joint custody of their 17-year-old daughter, Kylie Jenner. Their other offspring, Kendall Jenner is of age.

Money hungry Kris repeatedly humiliated her husband Bruce on their reality show. Adulterous Kris aired their dirty laundry for ratings and repeatedly disrespected her husband on the air, in conduct that was uncomfortable to watch. She so exploited their offspring and her own from a previous marriage to O.J. Simpson's defense attorney, Robert Kardashian, they became the most overexposed family in America and ratings plunged.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West

Kris repeatedly stole intellectual property belonging to people all over America for a line of products for her children, resulting in lawsuit after lawsuit, regarding the preexisting products that were already trademarked and registered with the Library of Congress. Even many of the storylines on the family's reality shows were stolen.

Sadly, Kris repeatedly embarrassed and made a fool of her husband on television. It led to problems in their marriage. Rumors in Hollywood persist that Kris has so emasculated Bruce, he began undergoing treatments to feminize himself, such as Adam's apple reduction and hormones to promote breast growth. Bruce also underwent cosmetic surgery procedures designed to make him look more feminine. This is in addition to growing out his hair, then cutting and coloring it in a feminine style. He also grew out his nails and polished them.

Young Money Becoming Broke Money As Creditors Sue Lil Wayne And Company

Young Money

For years Cash Money Records, established in 1991 and its spin off, Young Money Entertainment, founded in 2005, have lived lavishly in the hip hop world, buying expensive mansions, cars, jewelry and clothes. The trappings of wealth became apart of their image. The rap stars fronting the outfit, Birdman (Bryan Williams) and Lil Wayne (Dwayne Carter) spent money like it is water, in a flashy show of wealth that strengthened their appeal in the rap world among select audiences.

Lil Wayne

However, all is not well with the companies' finances. Years of excessive spending and unlawful financial dealings have caught up with the company. Both labels have lost lawsuits for breach of contract. There are also many copyright infringement lawsuits against Cash Money and Young Money, filed by famous songwriters, producers and publishers, as well as up and coming talent who contend in court they were ripped off.

Birdman

The rap collective is facing fresh lawsuits filed by creditors for millions of dollars in debt they have defaulted on, with more claims on the way. An aviation company has sue Young Money for $1,000,000 in unpaid bills, over a customized Gulfstream private jet that runs $55,000 per month. Lil Wayne lost a lawsuit against Quincy Jones III and was ordered to pay him $2,200,000 for blocking the release of the documentary "The Carter 3" leading to a loss in profits. Wayne is also facing a lawsuit for $250,000 over the domain name Young Money, after failing to pay the remaining balance on the agreed to fee of $600,000.

Nicki Minaj

Exacerbating their financial trouble is the fact Birdman, 45 and Lil Wayne, 31 have purchased lavish mansions in Miami for millions of dollars and made expensive upgrades to the properties in trying to live like the fictional 1980s Miami movie character Tony Montana from their favorite film "Scarface" (thankfully for me the Golden Girls, also set in Miami, was my favorite show when I was a kid in the 1980s and it costs nothing to live like them LOL).

BET Network Pushing For A Chris Brown Reality Show Seeking A Tell All About His Time In Jail

R&B singer Chris Brown is the recipient of a massive amount of legal bills over issues all stemming from the 2009 Rihanna case, regarding a domestic dispute with his ex-girlfriend. Due to the fact Brown is on probation it has made him a target for some seeking a quick buck. He’s been confronted by people trying to provoke fights, looking for a big payday and it is hitting Brown in the pockets.

The BET network (Black Entertainment Television) is pushing for a reality show with Brown, which would chronicle his post-jail troubles and financially compensate him in the process, which would help offset his ever mounting legal fees. It would also feature his girlfriend, model Karrueche Tran, who has stuck with him through his troubles. Thus far Brown has not taken BET up on their offer, but they seek to gain programming which could compete with “Love And Hip Hop Atlanta” and deem a show with the singer as a means to do so.

Chris Brown's Girlfriend Karrueche Tran Leaves Club After Rihanna Shows Up Again

Chris Brown

On the internet there's a saying that a jealous woman does better investigation than the FBI. Rihanna just maybe proof of that. Rihanna repeatedly shows up at the same places as model Karrueche Tran, the girlfriend of singer, Chris Brown, who is the love of Rihanna's life. Rihanna has not hidden her sheer contempt for Tran, who hasn't done a thing to her. However, she hates Tran for being the object of Brown's affection.

Karrueche Tran

Tran and her friends went to Greystone Manor in Los Angeles this past Sunday and like clockwork shortly after, Rihanna showed up. This has happened several times in different places, concerning Rihanna trailing Tran. Security sent Tran word Rihanna was at the door and Tran and her friends laughed and left. Clubs fear Rihanna will try to start an argument with Tran, as the singer was blamed by rapper Meek Mill for starting a bottle fight that occurred between Chris Brown and Drake, who she was dating at the time. The incident occurred at New York's W.i.P. club, which was shuttered over the brawl.

Rihanna

Tran is not known for being a brawler, but Rihanna is, as she bragged about fighting and smashing a glass bottle on her brother's face. Tran is right to avoid confrontation with jealous Rihanna, as it would only lead to legal trouble, as it did for Chris Brown and Drake, who were sued when over a dozen club goers were injured in the aforementioned fight.

Chris Brown's Lawyer Says Man Suing Over Basketball Court Fight Admitted The Singer Never Touched Him (Does Brown Need Insurance)

Chris Brown and Karrueche Tran

TMZ is reporting an attorney at the offices of lawyer Mark Geragos, who represents Chris Brown in various legal matters, stated Malcolm Ausbon, who is suing the singer for assault, over a basketball court fight that occurred outside 24-Hour Fitness, stated their client never touched him during the fracas. However, Ausbon has filed a lawsuit suing Brown for $250,000, stating he and three members of his entourage beat him up on the basketball court, resulting in grievous bodily injury, for which he had to seek medical treatment.

Brown's lawyers are stating they are being "extorted" by Ausbon, who is threatening to file assault charges with the police if Brown does not pay him. When a person is assaulted, the first thing they should do is report it to the police, not file a lawsuit. Generally, legal actions in civil court are brought after criminal proceedings (or when criminal cases fail). Furthermore, if someone assaulted me, my mindset is there's no amount of money that would make me not press charges. When people reverse the order and not file a police report first, people tend to cast aspersions on the assault claims being made, as it looks like a cash grab.

Brown has been sued in two other cases for assault, where the evidence pointed to the fact he had no physical contact with those making the claim or did not initiate the fight. Brown could have benefited from lawsuit insurance, because since the time of the Rihanna domestic violence incident, people are filing lawsuits against him left, right and center, absent of evidence of assault by the singer. Brown is racking up massive legal fees trying to defend all these cases that could bankrupt him, because it seems every few months, a new lawsuit is filed against him. The floodgates have opened.

Rihanna Sued Again For Stealing Copyrights For Music Video S&M

An image from Rihanna's copyright infringing video "S&M"

New York based photographer, Philipp Paulus, has sued singer Rihanna for stealing images from his copyrighted photographs to make the music video for her "S&M" track. This is the second time Rihanna has been sued over stealing copyrighted images from a photographer for use in her music videos. She is also in litigation, at the pre-filing stage, regarding other claims of copyright infringement, over items she has released to the public that she has stolen from others.

Universal and Paulus failed to reach a settlement over the alleged thefts, resulting in a lawsuit being filed. Rihanna has no respect for copyright law, domestically or internationally, as legislated by the U.S. Congress and United Nations. In her greed for money and fame, she has violated scores of copyrights, stealing the property, assets and wealth of others, for undue enrichment, constituting felonies.

Don't think Rihanna is ignorant of the thefts of copyrights going into her fraudulent career. In one instance, Rihanna stole a preexisting copyrighted music video treatment and slapped her name on it as director, when she couldn't direct traffic.

Congress is doing a poor job regarding protecting and enforcing copyrights, leading many litigants, such as Paulus to sue in British and European territories (Paulus brought his case in Stuttgart, Germany). This is due to the fact that cases brought domestically in federal courts are routinely bought out by Hollywood record labels and studios.

Many copyright cases filed by Americans and foreigners in federal court, were riddled with corruption that resulted in judges summarily dismissing the cases before a jury ever hears them, which undermines the legal system. This is why Hollywood companies and stars have no qualms about stealing copyrights and it has become a way of life in tinseltown.

Universal admitted the theft but seeks to make a big profit from criminal copyright infringement and copyright infringement, offering him far less than his protected intellectual property is actually worth. Companies in Hollywood and their stars are stealing copyrights worth millions and in some cases billions and trying to settle them for low five figure sums. However, all proceeds from copyright infringement and the actual value of the work are supposed to be forfeited under the law.

It is the equivalent of stealing a $1,000,000 Bugatti car and trying to make a settlement of $20,000 to $250,000 to clear a criminal profit from engaging in what is a federal and international crime. When you take people's copyrights without permission, the law identifies you as a criminal and felon.

Rihanna sued by artist who claims her bondage-themed video for S&M was based on his fashion photographs

11:50 EST, 14 February 2014 | UPDATED: 13:49 EST, 14 February 2014 - Rihanna's video to her number one single 'S&M', which has been watched by nearly 49 million people on YouTube, could be banned after a German photographer claims she copied his work. New-York based Philipp Paulus, 22, from Germany, claims some scenes in the pop star's bondage-themed video were based on his fashion photography series "Paperworld".

Paulus' work included a woman in a red dress held against a wall in plastic wrapping with black tape X-marks. Rihanna's video, produced by her record label Universal Music, features the U.S popstar in a similar setup with plastic wrapping and crosses. 'It is shocking that a company like Universal music, which generates its turnover with intellectual property, copies the intellectual property completely unauthorised and without respect,' said Paulus, who is fighting his case in a court in Stuttgart, Germany.

Paulus' lawyer, copyright specialist Philip Jakober, said Universal Music Group had admitted the similarities some time ago but had not made a reasonable offer to settle the matter, prompting the legal case.

Chief Keef In A World Of Legal Trouble With Lawsuits And A Judge Ordering His Arrest

Chief Keef

17-year-old juvenile delinquent rapper, Chief Keef, real name Keith Cozart, is in more legal trouble than he can shake a stick at. An Illinois judge has issued a warrant for his arrest, ordering him jailed for missing a child support court hearing, regarding the $20,000 in back payments Keef owes the underage mother of his young daughter.

Weeks prior, another judge hit Keef with a $250,000 judgment for skipping a show in London, England which damaged the promoter's name and cost the company Team Major $75,000 in advance fees. This week it was announced another planned Chief Keef show arranged by a different promoter has been cancelled by promoter ScoreMore, who fears the rapper is going to jail. Keef has also been sued by his landlord Georghe Simoniak-Sas for $10,000 in back rent on the 6-bedroom Illinois mansion he has been renting for $4,700 per month.

Keef signed a record deal thought to be worth $6,000,000. He received a hefty advance. His songs and videos cost very little to produce. He is frequently seen flashing large wads of cash. He should not be facing financial problems. His spending may lend a clue as to what has transpired with his finances, as Keef has purchased a series of luxury vehicles worth $1,000,000 (an Audi Spyder, Lamborghini, Ferrari, Bentley and BMW). He also has a drug and alcohol problem and with lack of sobriety present, one will end up delinquent on financial obligations and missing important court dates.
