Tyga Loses Bentley And Lamborghini Automobiles For Non-Payment

Tyga

26-year-old rapper Tyga spread himself too thin financially and his assets are being repossessed left, right and center. Not only was Tyga evicted from a mansion he was renting in the Hollywood Hills, according to the website TMZ, two of the rapper's cars have been reposed. Tyga’s Lamborghini and Bentley were repossessed over missed payments on cars worth a combined total of $500,000. The Mercedes SUV he owns is up for repossession as well, but the car dealer has been unable to retrieve it from the home of Tyga’s girlfriend, reality star, Kylie Jenner, who lives in a gated community.

Tyga and Kylie Jenner

Tyga leased and financed luxury items to keep up appearances, but he did not have a steady income stream to cover the price of the items. To create and maintain an inaccurate image, Tyga got himself into massive debt and is losing all his assets as a result. It is better to by a simple condo/flat and one car, than to lease a massive mansion and buy three cars you can’t afford to pay for long term. All his money just went down the toilet, whereas he could have paid off and owned free and clear the condo/flat and one car with that same money he used to lavishly lease a mansion and finance 3 vehicles, none of which are his now.

He’s not the only one doing this. A number of entertainers are leasing and financing homes and vehicles they can’t afford, to portray an inaccurate image about their finances, for social networking (Instagram) and television. There are many people in this world, such as myself, who are not impressed by displays of wealth. You’re getting into debt to keep up appearances, when many people don’t care about such things.

Chris Brown's New Neighbor Makes Death Threat Stating He Will Shoot Him

Chris Brown: you want to shoot me?!

Chris Brown sold his million dollar mansion in the star studded Hollywood Hills weeks after on and off again girlfriend, Rihanna, moved into his neighborhood, seeking to be closer to him. The minute Brown was released from jail on a probation violation, he hightailed it out of there and moved to the family friendly San Fernando Valley.

Brown began renting a mansion in Agoura, California, near the Agoura Hills in scenic Malibu. The views in Malibu are very serene and tranquil. Weeks after Brown's arrival in Agoura, his new neighbor has made a death threat against him. Brown's new neighbor stated if he steps onto his property he is going to shoot him dead. Tough neighborhood! You sure you didn't move to Compton (LOL).

His neighbor's words were very unwise. He has shown a predisposition to hate and in the event something does happen it will be labeled as intent and used against you in court. Let Brown be. He didn't move to Agoura for trouble. He is trying to get away from it.

Chris Brown's Neighbor Problem -- Come on My Property, I'll Shoot You

7/29/2014 12:50 AM PDT - Brown may have new, more troubling neighbor issues ... we've found out he's moved deep into the San Fernando Valley, and one of his new neighbors is threatening lethal force if Chris steps onto his property. Real estate sources tell TMZ ... Chris is renting an 8,000 square foot, 6 bedroom house in Agoura ... it's near the Malibu border but technically part of the Valley...

Now the problem. We spoke with one of his neighbors, who said flatly, "It can be the devil. I can care less. I don't care if they're having orgies. It can even be Saddam Hussein for all I care, as long as he doesn't trespass onto my property. If he does, I shoot him."...

Stevie J Hiding Assets While Owing The IRS $400,000 And $1,300,000 In Child Support

Love And Hip Hop Atlanta

On the reality show “Love And Hip Hop Atlanta” music producer Stevie J, real name Steven Jordan, pretends to be a wealthy music producer, while his girlfriend, Joseline Hernandez fronts that she is rich as well. In reality, the duo are not rich, as Stevie J spent a lot of his royalties on living in luxury over the past two decades and Hernandez has not made significant sums of money from being a prostitute and stripper, turned aspiring rapper. However, they have made some money, which they are hiding from the IRS and the five mothers of Stevie J’s children (hiding the money in the form of cash and jewelry).

Stevie J and Joseline Hernandez

The state of New York is after Stevie J for the $1,300,000 he owes he back child support payments to one of the mothers of his children. They are seeking to seize assets. The problem with that is Stevie J and Hernandez have been renting and leasing luxury items, so there is not ownership. As stated above, there is hidden cash and jewelry, which under the circumstances is somewhat difficult to confiscate. If he is forced to disclose his assets in court, he could still take a chance and lie, not revealing the fact he has a lot of cash and jewelry not in banks.

Mimi Faust, who also stars on "Love And Hip Hop Atlanta" is one of the mothers of Stevie J's children. However, she is not the subject of the New York child support case.

Furthermore, any assets Stevie J transfers to Joseline Hernandez for so called safe keeping, could be difficult to trace back to him without her cooperation. What’s ironic is Stevie J continues to knock women up, having done so again last year and is unwilling to financially care for his children. All you women thinking you’re going to get a big payday getting pregnant for him, you’re going to have a lot of trouble getting the money. Not to mention, your baby is going to be making the rat face he does (LOL).

Sean Kingston’s Bentley Repossessed In Latest Financial Woe

Sean Kingston

24-year-old Jamaican-American rapper Sean Kingston is famous for the hit songs “Beautiful Girls” and “Eenie Meenie” with pop star Justin Bieber. Kingston, who was born in Miami, Florida, but spent a few of his formative years in Jamaica, the island of his mother’s birth, toured extensively with a number of pop and rap artists, earning several hundred thousand dollars in concert fees.

In 2011, Kingston’s career was derailed after a terrible jet ski accident on Miami Beach’s Palm Island left him hospitalized with broken bones, water in the lungs and a heart attack. This month, he is facing financial trouble, as his Bentley was repossessed in Los Angels, due to allegedly owing back payments. Kingston insists he made the payments.

In 2012, Kingston left the $25,000 per month mansion he rented on Miami Beach, Florida. He was sued by his landlord for $21,397 for damaging the property (sprinklers, lawn lights and railings ect) and for $2,400 in back rent. Kingston shared the home with his mother. Kingston also spent money on girlfriends, which is a bad idea. If you’re not married to the person or are supporting your children, why are you giving women money. So many male stars make this mistake, spending large sums of money on women who are only having sex with them due to their money and fame. The minute the money and or fame is gone, so are the women.

Kingston has made the mistake many entertainers and athletes do, which the Judiciary Report has warned about in articles for years, they believe the money will always be coming in and fail to save for a rainy day and spend within their means. Just because you make $500,000 one year, doesn’t mean you will make that amount or greater next year.

Sean Kingston and Justin Bieber

More often than not, entertainers and athletes usually make less money as time goes by. Not everyone is going to be making big money like Justin Bieber or Floyd Mayweather. Injury, illness, tragedy or legal troubles can strike anyone at anytime. Be financially wise and prudent with your money from day one.
For the $25,000 per month Kingston rented the mansion on Miami Beach for, he could have bought a condo somewhere else on Miami Beach and owned it outright. However, many entertainers and athletes get their first few checks and spend too much of the money without proper financial planning.

There’s nothing wrong with starting small. Get a small starter home or condo with payments you can comfortably afford. Do not rent, as that’s money you’ll never see again. Go to the bank and get a loan and make the payments on time every month. Then, if and when the money truly starts rolling in to the point you can afford a bigger property, sell or rent out the smaller home and buy a bigger one that you CAN AFFORD.

Start a small, smart business that’s your own and carefully watch your investment. You need something to fall back on. Don’t waste your money living the high life for a couple years, spending money on women and their whims, then have nothing to show for it.

Atlanta Police Discover Marijuana In Justin Bieber's SUV

Justin Bieber

Justin Bieber's SUV was seized by police in Atlanta, Georgia, after his bodyguard was detained for snatching $10,000 in camera equipment belonging to a paparazzo trailing the singer. The paparazzo reported the incident to police, who retrieved the equipment and impounded the motor vehicle. A quick search revealed marijuana and weed pipes in the SUV.

Residents of the Atlanta suburb the singer has been renting a property in have been complaining about Bieber's presence in the neighborhood. Bieber has rented the home of producer Dallas Austin and police have been doing patrols of the house. Bieber is said to be working on rap music in Atlanta and has changed his name to Bizzle. However, a Christian rapper has recorded and performed under the name Bizzle for years.

Chief Keef Arrest Warrant Cancelled New Court Date Set

Chief Keef in the rented mansion he is being evicted from (right)

Last week an arrest warrant was issued for 17-year-old rapper Chief Keef, for failure to make child support payments. Keef, real name Keith Cozart, owes the underage mother of his daughter $20,000 in back payments. However, after his attorney contacted the court, the warrant was rescinded and a new court date set.

Chief Keef buying another car

Ironically, as Keef's money troubles continue to mount ($250,000 court judgment, $10,000 lawsuit for eviction ) he continues to spend money. A woman on Twitter posted a photo of the rapper at the luxury car dealership she works, purchasing another car to add to his million dollar collection.

Three of Chief Keef's cars

Keef is making risky financial decisions. Firstly, he should have obtained a loan to purchase a house, rather than renting one for $4,500 per month, which has now led to an eviction case. He is not building up equity and has the means to do so via purchasing his own property. Secondly, he's purchased too many cars that will depreciate rather rapidly. He is also responsible for the insurance payments on the vehicles.

There is no guarantee his career will continue. Keef needs to find a responsible financial advisor and put money away for a rainy day. Many artists come and go and end up with nothing from overspending and the misguided belief the checks will always be coming in.

Chris Brown Is Having Trouble Selling His West Hollywood Condo (Photos)

Chris Brown

R&B singer Chris Brown is having trouble unloading his 3 bedroom, 3 and a 1/2 bathroom 3,000 square foot condo in the popular area of West Hollywood, California. Brown first listed the property in 2012 at $1,900,000. Then he cut the price to $1,800,000. When there were no takers, he took it off the market for a few months, then re-listed it again at $1,695,000.

Chris Brown's condo in West Hollywood. The singer currently lives in a Hollywood Hills mansion.

Brown bought the property when the real estate market in America was in better shape. However with the devaluation of real estate due to the financial crisis, he and many other are saddled with properties worth far less than they paid for it. This is not a seller's market. Homeowners having difficulties unloading vacant properties after having paid top dollar for them years ago, should look into renting to recoup some of their losses.

Chris Brown Relists West Hollywood Condo For A Discounted $1.7M

The "Run It" singer ran into some un-neighborly love when he bought the bachelor pad in 2011, only to move out where he continues to drive his new neighbors crazy. And after a year of languishing on the market he still can’t unload the penthouse where all his property problems began.

For those of you who haven't followed Brown's road to homeownership, here's a quick realty rundown. His condo was first listed in May 2012 for nearly $1.9M, reduced by $100K two months later, taken off the market in Jan. 2013 and relisted for a new and improved price of $1.695 million in July.

Chief Keef In A World Of Legal Trouble With Lawsuits And A Judge Ordering His Arrest

Chief Keef

17-year-old juvenile delinquent rapper, Chief Keef, real name Keith Cozart, is in more legal trouble than he can shake a stick at. An Illinois judge has issued a warrant for his arrest, ordering him jailed for missing a child support court hearing, regarding the $20,000 in back payments Keef owes the underage mother of his young daughter.

Weeks prior, another judge hit Keef with a $250,000 judgment for skipping a show in London, England which damaged the promoter's name and cost the company Team Major $75,000 in advance fees. This week it was announced another planned Chief Keef show arranged by a different promoter has been cancelled by promoter ScoreMore, who fears the rapper is going to jail. Keef has also been sued by his landlord Georghe Simoniak-Sas for $10,000 in back rent on the 6-bedroom Illinois mansion he has been renting for $4,700 per month.

A few of Chief Keef's cars

Keef signed a record deal thought to be worth $6,000,000. He received a hefty advance. His songs and videos cost very little to produce. He is frequently seen flashing large wads of cash. He should not be facing financial problems. His spending may lend a clue as to what has transpired with his finances, as Keef has purchased a series of luxury vehicles worth $1,000,000 (an Audi Spyder, Lamborghini, Ferrari, Bentley and BMW). He also has a drug and alcohol problem and with lack of sobriety present, one will end up delinquent on financial obligations and missing important court dates.

 Kenya Moore

Report: The Cost Of Living In America Has Risen

Barack Obama

A recently released report indicates, the cost of living in America has risen, which is terrible in light of the fact unemployment has steadily done the same as well. To have these two components of the economy rising, reveals the government is failing in taming the current financial depression.

Normally, during a recession or depression, the cost of living begins to decrease, as retailers and service providers observe and adjust to the financial climate. This anomaly in America indicates that is not happening. This is most likely due to the bailout giving a number of companies in the corporate sector a false sense of security, leading them to believe they can charge people whatever they feel like.
