Tyga's SUV He Took Back From The Mother Of His Child Chyna And Gave To Reality Star Kylie Jenner Is Being Repossessed

Kylie Jenner

Promiscuous rapper, Tyga, who insulted the mother of his child, former stripper, Chyna, dumping her for a then underage reality star, Kylie Jenner, is in more financial trouble. It is being reported the $120,000 Mercedes SUV he first gave to Chyna, then took back, repainted and re-gifted to his now 18-year-old girlfriend, Kylie is being repossessed.

Tyga has defaulted on the vehicle payments that are now 4-months behind. He is in default on the vehicle loan. The car dealership has been attempting to repossess the car, but have been unable to, as Jenner's house is in a guard gated Los Angeles community. They are now embarrassed at sites writing about them potentially losing the vehicle he took back from Chyna to give to Jenner.

Chyna, Tyga and their son Cairo

Tyga embarrassed Chyna publicly over an illegal, illicit relationship that began when Kylie was 15-years-old and he 23-years of age. Tyga publicly insulted the mother of his child with comments meant to unfavorably compare her to Kylie, whose claim to fame is being the sister of a woman who made the family famous from a sex tape (Kim Kardashian). The Kardashians/Jenners have no business looking down their noses at Chyna.

This incident is also a lesson about relationships. Tyga has gone into massive debt buying Kylie gifts, such as expensive jewelry and taking her on trips. Tyga is on the verge of bankruptcy.  If someone truly cares about you, they would not let you spend yourself into a financial hole buying them things. Relationships of that nature are not real. When the conversation is constantly about the house, car, clothes, jewelry, trips you will take and on your tab, you are with someone who does not love you and is only there for what they can get.

Tyga and Kylie Jenner

Kylie is only dating Tyga because he is a famous rapper with a bad boy image. Tyga is also giving Kylie expensive gifts in trying to impress the teen, her family and social networking where she shows off the pricey items. However, if it were for Tyga's friend, singer Chris Brown, doing an album with him, giving him features on other songs and taking him on tour, the rapper would have been broke. Tyga was not making much money with Young Money, a label that has steadily ripped off all its artists, such as Drake and Nicki Minaj, who've had to sign endorsement deals and tour extensively to make money.

Tyga is making very poor financial decisions, like many rappers, singers and some athletes (he's been evicted from a rented mansion). They get their first checks and rather than buying a comfortable condo (even a one bedroom) for $200,000 to $300,000, they'd rather lease a house for $10,000 to $50,000 per month that is a massive mansion worth millions of dollars, which they do not and will not own.

Tyga and the red Mercedes SUV prior to giving it Jenner

The same money they are paying in leasing a mansion for the year, they'd own the condo free and clear in months flat (could even renovate it during that time and later sell it at a decent profit and buy something a bit bigger until they get the property they want). However, in the vein of keeping up appearances, showing off for social networking, they make the wrong financial choices.

At the end of the day, smart people with their heads on straight (as the phrase goes) will not be impressed by displays of alleged wealth online, having learned what's important in life (faith, family, friends and charity). It's good to be smart about one's finances, but don't let keeping up appearances get you in money problems (The Kardashians Making Rappers Kanye West And Tyga Broke).

U.S. Foreclosures Spike Again Indicating Trouble In The Financial Sector

U.S. President Barack Obama

As much as the Obama administration is touting its allegedly robust and growing economy, the numbers are stating something quite different. Manufacturing is down and the economy did not grow at the rate Wall Street predicted.  Millions of Americans are still unemployed, with many dropped from the official national unemployment count to give the appearance of better economic numbers.

Today it has been reported by mainstream news agency Reuters that U.S. bank foreclosures and repossessions have spiked to a 19-month high. During the month of May, 126,868 homes were reported as being in foreclosure, with the number rising. Most of these homes represents households with multiple individuals of all ages, which means millions of people are being negatively impacted by it. This indicates another emerging crisis the government needs to address. If things were as great with the economy as the administration states, foreclosures would not be spiking.

U.S. foreclosure activity up in May as bank repossessions rise.

Markets | Thu Jun 18, 2015 12:06am EDT - Bank repossessions rose again last month, driving overall U.S. foreclosure activity to a 19-month high on an annual basis, industry firm RealtyTrac said on Thursday. A total of 126,868 homes across the country were at some point in the foreclosure process in May, up 1 percent from April and up 16 percent from the same time last year, RealtyTrac said. Foreclosure activity includes foreclosure notices, scheduled auctions and bank repossessions.

Lenders reclaimed a total of 44,892 homes in May, down 1 percent from April but up 58 percent from a year ago. May was the third straight month of annual increases in bank repossessions, which remained far below the peak in September 2013 when lenders reclaimed 102,134 properties. Foreclosure starts were down 1 percent in May, but rose 4 percent from the same period last year, RealtyTrac said. Lenders started the foreclosure process on 51,414 properties last month...

Chris Brown’s Manager Goes Broke And Loses His Mansion

Chris Brown: Wait, so you're telling me this dude is broke! This dude's got my checks, man!

Music manager, Bu Thiam, the brother of rapper, Akon, has lost his Atlanta mansion to foreclosure. Thiam, who recently began managing singer, Chris Brown, was unable to pay his property taxes and his house was auctioned off by the court. Some in the industry will reason, if a music manager loses his home to foreclosure, unable to pay basic property taxes, how can he secure lucrative financial deals for clients, when he cannot manage his own finances.

Chris Brown

Additionally, for months some of Chris Brown’s fans spoke out online against Bu managing the star. Their concerns will not be allayed when they find out Brown's checks go through Bu first, who takes his cut, then passes on the rest to the singer.

Bu Thiam

Bu’s brother Akon is also having financial problems. His $300,000 Ferrari was repossessed by the leasing company, for missing payments. Years ago, Akon made money off music for a time, but like many stars, began living the high life and did not save for a rainy day, believing money would always be coming in. It often does not work that way. Akon’s career hit a major decline, as many entertainers experience and he found himself in debt and overextended.

Floyd Mayweather Repossessed The Instagram Page Of Ex-Fiancée Shantel Jackson

This Dude Is Taking Everything Back (LOL)

Champion boxer Floyd Mayweather recently repossessed several million dollars in jewelry and a $200,000 Bentley luxury car from opportunistic ex-fiancee, Shantel Jackson. But wait, it doesn’t end there. Mayweather has now repossessed something else from his down and out ex-fiancée...wait for it...her Instagram page (LOL).

Floyd Mayweather and Shantel Jackson

Jackson, known for using men for money, relied on Mayweather for everything, to the point that he even owned her Instagram page. Each individual must work to establish something for themself. Media Take Out reported Mayweather's company designed the layout and held the password to the Instagram account. She also used his name to amass a fairly large following of 160,000 people. Because let's face it, if it weren't for having dated Mayweather, people would not have known or followed Jackson in such numbers.

Shantel, that bad plastic surgery wasn't a good move!

I’m just waiting for Floyd to repo her hair extensions too (I’m just kidding). I hope for her sake she didn't have breast implants too on Mayweather's dime (LOL). I was concerned Mayweather was being used for his money by Jackson, but turns out, Money May’s gonna be financially okay.

OOOOOOH . . .. SNAP!! Floyd Mayweather Just SHUT DOWN Miss Jackson's INSTAGRAM . She Signed PAPERWORK Giving Him OWNERSHIP . . . Way Back In The Day!!!

April 11, 2014: Floyd Money Mayweather shows once again . . . that you can't beat a man with ALL THE MONEY IN THE WORLD. Floyd was very GENEROUS - and allowed Shantel to continue using the account even though is BELONGED TO MONEY MAYEWTAHER and they were no longer together. But a few days ago, Shantel began PROMOTING some of her upcoming CLUB APPEARANCES and other Mayweather couldn't have that. It's one thing for her to use the Instagram for fun . . . but she's not entitled to use Mayweather property to run a business. Anyways he SHUT IT DOWN last night...and

Floyd Mayweather’s Ex-Fiancee Shantel Jackson So Desperate For Money She Sells The Birkin Bag He Gave Her After The Boxer Repossessed Her Bentley And Millions In Jewelry

Shantel Went From "The Money Team" To The No Money Team

Floyd Mayweather and Shantel Jackson

Floyd Mayweather’s former fiancée, Shantel Jackson, who is a materialistic, money obsessed woman that was reportedly a former call girl, is hard up for cash. Jackson dated Mayweather for his money and when he dumped her over cheating on him, while demanding he stop cheating on her, she lost everything because it all belonged to the boxer, who is the world’s highest paid athlete.

Jackson bought the purse on Mayweather's account, with her name listed as Shantel Jackson Mayweather, after she hastily changed her name in Miami, so thirsty to marry the wealthy boxer for his money

According to Media Take Out, so broke is Jackson now that she pawned the $60,000 Hermes luxury purse Mayweather bought her when they were together. Jackson was only given $30,000 for the luxury leather handbag by a Beverly Hills pawn broker. That money will run out very fast with her expensive tastes and the cost of living in Los Angeles.

Jackson has been shopping at budget clothing store Forever 21 (they have cute stuff though) when she is used to wearing expensive designer clothes bought and or loaned on Mayweather’s name. Mayweather also repossessed the luxury Bentley he purchased for her to drive. Since their acrimonious split, Jackson has been using regular accommodations, instead of living and traveling first class, which she previously did with Mayweather. Wow, what a come down. However, it is deserved for using someone for their money, while pretending to love them.

Jewelry Mayweather rightly repossessed from Shantel Jackson

Women cling to athletes who are on the rise, with the hope they’ll get rich one day and they’ll get their money or latch on to the ones who’ve made it already, essentially becoming leeches. However, let that money run down or disappear and so will they. At least Mayweather got his things back. Jackson has unfollowed Mayweather on Twitter, but he is still following her. Ironically he’s not following the mother of three of his children, Josie Harris. Hope they work things out, as they have a bond - their kids.

Sean Kingston’s Bentley Repossessed In Latest Financial Woe

Sean Kingston

24-year-old Jamaican-American rapper Sean Kingston is famous for the hit songs “Beautiful Girls” and “Eenie Meenie” with pop star Justin Bieber. Kingston, who was born in Miami, Florida, but spent a few of his formative years in Jamaica, the island of his mother’s birth, toured extensively with a number of pop and rap artists, earning several hundred thousand dollars in concert fees.

In 2011, Kingston’s career was derailed after a terrible jet ski accident on Miami Beach’s Palm Island left him hospitalized with broken bones, water in the lungs and a heart attack. This month, he is facing financial trouble, as his Bentley was repossessed in Los Angels, due to allegedly owing back payments. Kingston insists he made the payments.

In 2012, Kingston left the $25,000 per month mansion he rented on Miami Beach, Florida. He was sued by his landlord for $21,397 for damaging the property (sprinklers, lawn lights and railings ect) and for $2,400 in back rent. Kingston shared the home with his mother. Kingston also spent money on girlfriends, which is a bad idea. If you’re not married to the person or are supporting your children, why are you giving women money. So many male stars make this mistake, spending large sums of money on women who are only having sex with them due to their money and fame. The minute the money and or fame is gone, so are the women.

Kingston has made the mistake many entertainers and athletes do, which the Judiciary Report has warned about in articles for years, they believe the money will always be coming in and fail to save for a rainy day and spend within their means. Just because you make $500,000 one year, doesn’t mean you will make that amount or greater next year.

Sean Kingston and Justin Bieber

More often than not, entertainers and athletes usually make less money as time goes by. Not everyone is going to be making big money like Justin Bieber or Floyd Mayweather. Injury, illness, tragedy or legal troubles can strike anyone at anytime. Be financially wise and prudent with your money from day one.
For the $25,000 per month Kingston rented the mansion on Miami Beach for, he could have bought a condo somewhere else on Miami Beach and owned it outright. However, many entertainers and athletes get their first few checks and spend too much of the money without proper financial planning.

There’s nothing wrong with starting small. Get a small starter home or condo with payments you can comfortably afford. Do not rent, as that’s money you’ll never see again. Go to the bank and get a loan and make the payments on time every month. Then, if and when the money truly starts rolling in to the point you can afford a bigger property, sell or rent out the smaller home and buy a bigger one that you CAN AFFORD.

Start a small, smart business that’s your own and carefully watch your investment. You need something to fall back on. Don’t waste your money living the high life for a couple years, spending money on women and their whims, then have nothing to show for it.

Sheree Whitfield Lost Her Sports Car And Equity In Her Unfinished House As Her Ex-Husband Hides His Assets

Sheree Whitfield

Reality star, Sheree Whitfield, who was just dropped from the "Real Housewives Of Atlanta" has experienced a rough few months. Not only did she lose her $100,000 Aston Martin to the repo man, the IRS slapped her with a $40,000 lien, placed against her unfinished mini-mansion Chateau Sheree, in Atlanta, Georgia.

Her divorce lawyers also won a $100,000 judgment against her for unpaid legal fees. This was not a good development for Whitfield, which can result in bank account and wage garnishments. At the rate she is going, Whitfield may have to file bankruptcy, as debts are mounting with no real income to repay them.

Whitfield, like so many other women in the Housewives series are living outside their means to keep up appearances to the public. Whitfield's ex-husband, football player, Bob Whitfield, is hiding assets from her, stemming from his NFL pension, recording studio and homes he purchased during the marriage. With her income sources drying up and kids to care for, Whitfield finds herself in a serious financial predicament.
