Rapper turned reality star, Lil Fizz, started the year on the heels of a big financial setback, after filing for bankruptcy in 2013, losing his condo and business. His relationship with girlfriend, Amanda Secor, was in trouble, as she cheated on him with a man in Miami. Secor was not supportive of Fizz, choosing at times to insult his ambitions.

During the course of the year (2014), Fizz signed up for a reality show, "Love And Hip Hop Hollywood" dropped a new song and via the program made paid public appearances all over America, earning enough money to get a new place for himself and his 4-year-old son, Kameron. Fizz definitely saw progress and improvement in 2014.

Entertainers and athletes sometimes suffer from bad planning. Rapper and Cash Money owner, Birdman, is no different. For years he flaunted his wealth with wasteful financial displays, but according to the latest report, his money problems have worsened. Birdman, real name, Bryan Williams, owes $12,447.28 in maintenance fees on his condo in Miami. He has not paid his homeowners association fees in months with reports of bounced checks. 

Considering tens of millions of dollars have flown through Birdman's hands, this was preventable. The Judiciary Report constantly advocates proper financial planning and careful spending. Birdman spent money putting mink in his cars as upholstery and on his feet, via shoes, in ostentatious purchases that quickly depreciated. He purchased a mansion in Miami and over renovated it for the area. He spent six figures on one chandelier alone and imported a fortune in marble. 

Birdman has wasted several million dollars on buying luxury cars and customizing them, for vehicles that have lost 70 percent of their worth. He has also wasted a lot of money on entourages, women and partying, to the tune of millions of dollars. That's money that could have been working for him in a sensible side business outside the industry.

Cole proceeded to beat and scratch up the face of the woman, resulting in the singer's arrest. It is a mystery why Cole would think a rapper like Birdman, who espouses promiscuity, would be faithful to her. It's not a good look when strippers with no morals are posting items about your affairs, as one day your children will read it and wonder why you did that to their mother.

Chris Brown Signs Real Estate Deals To Sell His Homes And Move Away From Rihanna

Yesterday the website TMZ reported Chris Brown has signed a deal to sell his Hollywood Hills mansion and his West Hollywood condominium, both located in Los Angeles, California. This spells more bad news for his ex-girlfriend Rihanna, who moved into Brown’s Hollywood Hills neighborhood, hoping for a reconciliation (Rihanna Buys House In Chris Brown's Neighborhood To Be Close To Him Confirming This Site's Previous Claim). However, immediately upon his release from jail, in connection with a probation violation stemming from an alteration between Rihanna and Brown in 2009, the singer moved to the San Fernando Valley, namely Encino.

The Daily Mail initially reported Rihanna bought a house in the Hollywood Hills, which is in Brown’s neighborhood, but the Mirror is reporting she is renting the property. B2K Rapper Lil Fizz Goes Broke

A recent report indicates B2K rapper, Lil Fizz, real name, Dreux Pierre Frédéric, 28, filed for bankruptcy and surrendered his $215,000 condo back to the bank in the proceedings. The former teen group B2K burst onto the scene in 2001 with the hit “Uh Huh!” It was quickly followed by the hit “Gots Ta Be.” The group embarked on “Scream” tours throughout America with fellow artists Bow Wow and IMX, which drew large crowds.

The group disbanded after a few short years and with the exception of group member Omarion, no significant money has been coming in to support the members. Better financial planning would have benefited the group. When the first checks start coming in artists must think ahead and make wise investments, such as a moderately priced home and CDs (certificate of deposit) to save for a rainy day.

Lil Fizz bought a condo and three costly cars. The latter led to financial problems. Paying off the condo should have been first priority and the car payments for several vehicles could have accomplished that. Fizz was also sued over a marijuana shop in California, where the state assessed fines. His earning ability was also limited after B2K closed shop, as his solo career did not take off.

His problems were compounded, as there was also turmoil behind the scenes in the group. Allegations of molestation by the group’s producer Chris Stokes, caused quite a stir. March 27, 2014: B2K's Lil Fizz filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy ... claiming he only had $4,150 in assets and $352,294 in liabilities. He listed his income at the time as $3,250 a month and his expenses at $4,4937. He had $300 in his Wells Fargo checking account, $500 in clothes and a $200 electric scooter. However, he had a 200k mortgage on a Northridge, CA apartment, 2k debt on his Sears charge account, owed 2k on a credit card, 45k on a land rover, 49k on another car and 32k on another car ... along with various other debts.

According to his docs, he listed himself as a self-employed entertainer. He brought in the $3,250 from his job ... but he was paying $2,425 on his home, $480 in transportation not from his 3 cars, $1,200 to other people he supported and $200 in food which left him with a negative balance of $1,687 a month. Lil Fizz lost his home as part of his bankruptcy. Then last year he was he was finally discharged from his bankruptcy and his debt was wiped clean.

Chris Brown Is Moving House But Will Rihanna Who Left Her Home Move Near Him As Well

R&B singer Chris Brown has placed his 4-story Hollywood Hills home on the market. Brown's had difficulties with the local council, regarding graffiti of monster faces he spray painted on his property wall, deemed scary by some of his neighbors, who complained to the city. Brown removed the graffiti shortly after, rather than face accruing fines and possible legal action.

Brown's latest legal troubles landed him in rehab, after he was targeted by Isaac Adams Parker in Washington, who followed and began harassing the singer outside his tour bus. Brown's bodyguard is said to have punched Parker, resulting in a police complaint being filed and the subsequent arrests of the singer and his minder.

Brown spent two weeks in a rehab facility in Malibu with reports stating he is looking at homes for sale in the area. I went to Malibu several years ago and the homes out there are very nice, with tranquil, calming views of the ocean. One year prior to Brown listing his Hollywood Hills home for sale, he put his West Hollywood penthouse condo on the market as well.

Brown's on-and-off again girlfriend Rihanna, who is still in love with him, also placed her home on the market. She purchased the property at the suggestion of rapper and mentor Jay-Z, buying it from one of his associates. Turns out the new house was poorly constructed, has a leaking roof and is full of mold. Rihanna recently bought another property in Los Angeles and tried to get Chris Brown to move in with her, but he refused.

Now that Brown is on the move, will Rihanna, who is already complaining about her new property in Los Angeles, having moved out, move close to the new property Brown selects. Rihanna is still hoping for a reunion with Brown, whom she dubbed the love of her life. However, he's moved on with model Karrueche Tran, who's stated regarding Brown, she's not going anywhere.

R&B singer Chris Brown is having trouble unloading his 3 bedroom, 3 and a 1/2 bathroom 3,000 square foot condo in the popular area of West Hollywood, California. Brown first listed the property in 2012 at $1,900,000. Then he cut the price to $1,800,000. When there were no takers, he took it off the market for a few months, then re-listed it again at $1,695,000.

Brown bought the property when the real estate market in America was in better shape. However with the devaluation of real estate due to the financial crisis, he and many other are saddled with properties worth far less than they paid for it. This is not a seller's market. Homeowners having difficulties unloading vacant properties after having paid top dollar for them years ago, should look into renting to recoup some of their losses.

Though model Karrueche Tran has a new man, public relations rep, J. Ryan LaCour, reports indicate she is still living in the spacious million dollar condo of on and off again boyfriend, singer, Chris Brown. This year, the singer helped Tran launch her career as a model and budding fashion designer.

The 25-year-old beauty has been pictured posing in the modern property in trendy West Hollywood, which is up for sale. Brown's main girlfriend, Rihanna, has been known to get upset when Brown does anything for Tran, as she is jealous for her, due to Brown's feelings for the model.

However, when they dated, Tran helped Brown through some of the worst times of his life after the Rihanna domestic violence case and he has been trying to help her in turn. Rihanna was advised to keep her distance from Brown during that time and he ended up falling in love with Tran.

It seems singer Chris Brown has a big mouth (and so do his friends). One of my credible sources informed me he and Rihanna are still together and fighting each other (literally). They are going to slip up one day and cause another scandal like they did in 2009. But I digress...

The reason Brown has not stopped seeing his other girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, whom the singer publicly claimed he dumped, is because he prefers her in bed to Rihanna. There you have it ladies and gentleman. This so-called man, who is behaving like a boy, is stringing along two women, because he has "history" with one and prefers having sex with the other. For all Rihanna's talk and bragging about sex in interviews, Tran is his preference.

Ironically, weeks ago, Brown made the announcement that he has broken up with Tran so as not to hurt her via his "friendship" with Rihanna, but that's exactly what's happened, as she is being mocked by Rihanna's friends for still driving the Porsche he bought, accepting gas money from him, sneaking in his house at night then leaving in the morning wearing the same clothes and now living in his second property, a West Hollywood condo.

In fact, Tran tweeted photos of herself at his condo that Rihanna saw, as she is obsessed with Tran's every move, particularly where it concerns Brown, who has managed to convince her that nothing is going on between him and Karrueche and he is just helping her get on her feet (more like on her back). Brown was also spotted taking Tran out to dinner this past Friday at Wokcano in West Hollywood. 

Chris Brown's condo is currently on the market for sale. There were many complaints from neighbors regarding his behavior in the building.

I was informed that Brown's public split with Tran was due to Rihanna's ego and disdain for being perceived as his "jumpoff" and Karrueche his girlfriend. Now the roles have reversed and Rihanna is still ticked off, as Brown's conduct is publicly humiliating her to an even greater degree. It's amazing that they are fighting over Brown like this...considering there are other women in the picture...

Rihanna's drug and alcohol habits have rubbed off on him as well, but Brown is not using to the degree she is, nor is Tran.

Have football player and domestic violence suspect Chad "Ochocinco" Johnson and his wife of a month and a half, reality star Evelyn Lozada, ruined their careers, with the recent physical altercation that occurred in their South Florida home.

To recap, an enraged Lozada began questioning Johnson about an incriminating receipt she found for condoms. Johnson erupted in rage and head butted Lozada, leaving a 3 inch gash on her forehead. She fled to a neighbor’s house and called the police.

The couple’s VH-1 reality show "Ev and Ocho" has been cancelled and will not air according to the network and Johnson lost his lucrative contract with NFL team the Miami Dolphins, after being dropped by the New England Patriots. Johnson has also lost an endorsement deal with Zico coconut water. Lozada has cancelled public appearances in support of her book.

Blogs and tabloids seek interviews on the destruction of their marriage, but other areas of commerce do not want to touch the couple with a ten foot poll. Their financial prospects have been greatly diminished as a result of Johnson attacking Lozada.

Last month, one time Rockafella Records CEO, Damon Dash, lost two condominiums in New York to foreclosure, one valued at $5,500,000 on 25 N. Moore Street and the other $1,500,000.

Dash took out excessive second mortgages he was no longer able to pay, causing the properties to revert to the lenders. He attempted to sell the two New York condos, before the banks seized the properties, but due to the fact Dash had obtained inflated equity loans on the units, no one would purchase them at the over-valued selling price.

Dash also owned a mansion in Beverly Hills, which he attempted to sell at $3,800,000, which was for more than it was worth, destroying any reasonable sale.

Over the past two years, Dash lost licenses to produce Keds Sneakers, Armadale Vodka and Tissot watches. Previously, he sold his financial stake in Rockafella, whose market value, former partner, Jay-Z, greatly exaggerated. Jay-Z is headed in the same direction, with multiple failed businesses and dirty dealings, constituting felonies.
