Jay Z's Former Business Partner Dame Dash Calls Him A Snitch (Video)

Dame Dash, the former business partner of rapper, Jay Z, has slammed him as a snitch. The Complex website is reporting Dash did a radio interview insulting Jay Z, who ripped him off when they founded Rocafella. Jay Z put up the drug money to start the label and Dash was the brains of the operation, as the rapper is mentally deficient.

The Complex website stated, "Dame said he can't work with him again because some of the people that Jay associates with in business. 'That he’s in business with certain people. And it’s tricky for me to say, but just based on where I’m from, I can’t have nothing to do with that…I love Jay, but let’s say I find out any of that s**t [is true], I can’t f**k with him at all."

Singer Teairra Mari is trying to make a comeback after a failed debut 10-years ago with rapper Jay Z's now defunct Rockafella Records. In this week's episode of "Love And Hip Hop Hollywood" Teairra began working with a music industry man who goes by the name Sincere.

Teairra's performance at a small venue did not go over well. Her vocals were not what they should be and according to Sincere she sounded as though she was out of breath. When Sincere angrily confronted Teairra after her set, she became angry and tried to literally swing on him, throwing a punch, like she's Mayweather in the ring.

Insults started flying from both people. Teairra slammed his hairline and he called her a "bum" and laments "I should have listened to Ray J" who is her ex-boyfriend. Teairra has a problem with violence. She's always trying to punch someone or throw something at them. She needs anger management.

Teairra Mari, the former Rockafella Records artists, whose career did not take off at the label, has dated famous men, including Ray J and Jay Z, in relationships that also fizzled fast (some were not publicly acknowledged). The new reality show “Love And Hip Hop Hollywood” is giving audiences a glimpse into her personality, not seen during her music career and she is violent. Teairra is seen fighting different people for the least little thing.

Ray J, who is a rat that sells out the women he dates (Kim Kardashian and Whitney Houston, among others) stated Teairra is violent and he dislikes that. When a dude like Ray J, who has no integrity is saying you have issues, you have issues. Teairra is a pretty girl, but it takes more than that to make a relationship work.

Kardashian is pretty and voluptuous, with a fuller, more pert bottom than Knowles. In the rap world, a big, round backside counts for much (much like the crude song "Baby Got Back" states). Kardashian, who isn't at home with a screaming baby, as Knowles is, has caught the eye of Jay-Z.

Kardashian is also more famous than Beyonce, another aspect Jay-Z likes. Case in point. When his money hungry, sex fiend protégé Rihanna became more famous than Beyonce, even during their marriage, Jay-Z was seen spending far more time with her than his wife, even checking into hotels with the newcomer. He previously dropped rapper Foxy Brown for Beyonce at the height of her fame, which has declined. So this is just his way.

Last month, one time Rockafella Records CEO, Damon Dash, lost two condominiums in New York to foreclosure, one valued at $5,500,000 on 25 N. Moore Street and the other $1,500,000.

Dash took out excessive second mortgages he was no longer able to pay, causing the properties to revert to the lenders. He attempted to sell the two New York condos, before the banks seized the properties, but due to the fact Dash had obtained inflated equity loans on the units, no one would purchase them at the over-valued selling price.

Dash also owned a mansion in Beverly Hills, which he attempted to sell at $3,800,000, which was for more than it was worth, destroying any reasonable sale.

Over the past two years, Dash lost licenses to produce Keds Sneakers, Armadale Vodka and Tissot watches. Previously, he sold his financial stake in Rockafella, whose market value, former partner, Jay-Z, greatly exaggerated. Jay-Z is headed in the same direction, with multiple failed businesses and dirty dealings, constituting felonies.

Dash's lifestyle and that of his wife, far exceeded his income, as it was so lavish and jet set, he accrued bills more suited to the financial frame of Michael Jordan. Too often, people in the music and film industries, place too much emphasis on outward appearances and as a result, spend well beyond their means, believing money will always be coming in, when that's often not the case.

According to the New York Post, rapper and frequent copyright infringer, Jay-Z is going broke, due to a series of bad business deals that have hit his wallet in a terrible way. Believing his own hype with absolutely no business sense to back it up, Jay-Z took out a massive loan to start a hotel. Wonder where he got that ill-fated idea from, as the whole thing collapsed, leaving him with no hotel and massive interest payments on a $52,000,000 loan.

He spent $4.5 million for a 1% stake in the New Jersey Nets basketball team, which has fallen in value by 10%. Never mind, he struts around claiming he owns the team, when he does not and is merely a shareholder with a very minor stake.

He sold his record company and fashion line that was run by a partner he betrayed, Damian Dash, making far less off the deal than he reported to the press. His record sales are fake, being greatly inflated by schemes he was outed for by Soundscan, who tallies record sales. He tours often, as it is the only means of income he has to support his fake player lifestyle that has been greatly exaggerated.

He and his wife, Beyonce, routinely steal copyrights and engage in racketeering to support their scam of a career and lavish lifestyles. The crooked couple tried to get involved in a casino deal, but when the State of New York demanded all parties disclose their financial records, Jay-Z and Beyonce backed out.

The fact of the matter is Jay-Z's career and label Rocafella were founded on drug money and bribery. He is not a legitimate entrepreneur, but a lazy, greedy criminal. Jay-Z has used his drug dealer mentality in the corporate world and it has backfired.

He is still the same uncouth, unintelligent thug and criminal he always was, hiding under a new title. His actions have damaged many in the corporate world and it is just that he faces financial scrutiny and ruin for his unseemly, criminal conduct.

Rather than selling poison on the streets as a drug dealer, he reveled in his switch to selling poisonous music to people's children, most of which he stole from legitimate writers and producers, then corrupted with profanity, pornography and occult themes.

His wife Beyonce is not much better, as she stole her way to the top, engaging in mass copyright infringement and RICO violations, to create her career and ill-gotten gains. Both of you are a disgrace.

Hypocrite Jay-Z Sues Over Rockafella Name

Disgraceful rapper and Satanist, Jay-Z, lost a lawsuit he brought in England, when the brute took on a restaurant bearing the name "Rock-a-fella." He sued the eatery, as it bore the same name as his former company "Rockafella."

While I do not agree with companies using other business entities names in different territories, Jay-Z lawsuit is hypocritical. It's amazing that Jay-Z is suing over a name he stole from America's famed Rockefeller family, while engaging in pseudo-aspirations of being a wealthy businessman, when at the end of the day, he's nothing but an unrepentant, grubby, thieving criminal, stealing people's copyrighted music and pushing musical poison, since he quit pushing drugs for cash. This dude really believes his own hype when he has absolutely no talent.

This Jay-Z lawsuit is just as arrogant as bisexual singer, Katy Perry, suing a designer for using said name, when that's not even her birth name (unlike the fashion designer).

Jan. 14, 2010 - Jay-Z recently lost a court dispute with an England eatery over the name of his former empire.

The rap impresario sued celebrity chef Terry Miller over the use of the word "Rockafella," a New Castle restaurant launched when Miller used his winnings from cooking reality television show Hell's Kitchen to open it.

The lawsuit entered courts in 2006, when Jay claimed the name would confuse fans into believing the restaurant would be associated with his Roc-A-Fella business.

A court, however, ruled in favor of Miller and granted him the exclusive trademark and rights to use the name in the United Kingdom...

Rapper and former Rockafella Records CEO, Dame Dash, spoke out on Jay-Z having Sony singer Chris Brown blacklisted in the entertainment industry, over beating up his mistress Rihanna, after she attacked him for cheating on her. Jay-Z always felt threatened by Brown's looks and popularity, anyway.

As I've previously written on this website, entertainment industry blacklisting is a dirty practice some employ to hinder and hamper the careers of others they have disagreement's with. This practice often ventures into illegal territory that violates U.S. law. And might I add, it looks weak and pathetic, like one is threatened by another of far greater ability and prowess.

It also looks quite juvenile and mentally disturbed to call around entertainment industry companies and outlets asking for favors and issuing threats of what you shall do if they do not blacklist and or abuse another artist.

It's a violation of another person's civil rights and apart of the reason the entertainment industry continues to bleed money from lost sales.

In other Chris Brown news, the singer was seen getting vey close to rapper Kanye West's bisexual girlfriend, Amber. He's used to bisexual women, as his last girlfriend Rihanna is a flaming lesbian, sleeping with her female assistant and other entertainment industry women.
