Lawsuit States Lady GaGa Stole Charity Money Raised For Japanese Tsunami Victims

Outrageous singer and Kabbalah member, Lady Gaga, is being accused of taking a page out of mentor Madonna's book, by stealing charity money meant to help the poor and distressed (Madonna is under criminal investigation by the IRS and FBI for this misconduct in conjunction with her mentally ill cult Kabbalah). Lady Gaga has been slapped with a $5,000,000 RICO (racketeering) lawsuit for stealing money raised for victims of the earthquake and tsunami that hit Japan, killing thousands.

Lady GaGa has been selling "We pray for Japan" bracelets, publicly stating the proceeds will go to charity, but she has inflated the shipping costs on each item to $3.99, to mail out an item that normally costs $1.00 per parcel to post. She is accused of pocketing the extra money from inflating the shipping costs, as well as hiding how much money the $5.00 bracelets have made and not delivering the proceeds to the people of Japan. How disgusting.

By her own admission, Lady Gaga is a spendthrift, whose extravagant taste and wild spending, made her bankrupt a year ago, despite selling records and going on tour. She simply spent too much money and it caused her finances to collapse.

It was announced this summer, Lady GaGa is in the market for a luxury $10,000,000 home in Bel Air - the most expensive neighborhood in Los Angeles, California. I wonder where she will get the money from, considering she has wasted what she made and her new album has failed to generate any real profits, having been sold for 99 cent per unit, to ensure a #1 on the Billboard charts, then bottoming out after week one.

Beyonce Knowles is on a losing streak. The first two unoriginal songs from her forthcoming album have bombed on the charts. Public feedback has been lukewarm (and that's being generous). The singles "Girls" and "1+1" failed to make any kind of significant dent on the music charts and have been greatly criticized by music fans and bloggers alike.

This is the first time Beyonce has experienced a flop from one of her albums or projects with former group Destinys Child. As the Judiciary Report warned regarding her months before her ill-fated singles were released You're Only As Good As Your Last Hit.

The music industry has become a joke. Barely passable singers, pretending to be skilled songwriters, by stealing others preexisting copyrighted works, passing them off as their own to the public, then collecting millions in undue royalties, in deeds that can only be described as racketeering.

There are so many gifted songwriters in America and all over the world. However, they are not getting the chance they deserve to be heard, in favor of a creativity stifling monopoly that exists in the music industry, where outsiders are not welcome, unless they are willing to sign away their rights and be terribly exploited, in favor of untalented people that have dug their heels into a sector of business they have no talent for. To be clear - stealing is not a talent. it is a crime.

The careers of so many modern mainstream artists, such as Beyonce and Britney Spears, are completely rigged. Payola to gain airplay and sales scams to falsify success via gold and platinum plaques. Awards are heaped on them for fraudulently claiming to do and be things they simply are not - multi-talented.

This is done by labels and management companies in support of an illusion, to create well-rounded artists. However, to do so with the current clay that is lacking the skills in question, they must commit fraud, criminal copyright infringement and grand theft, in stealing others valuable music that is protected by law.

The farce has gone too far, discrediting the music industry to a worldwide audience. Let me leave you with this fact to illustrate my point, regarding the disgraceful disparities, due to the blatant thievery and brazen fraud.

Beyonce, who is frequently sued for stealing other people's copyrighted songs, in criminal violation of U.S. and international law, as she deceitfully placed her name on stolen property and collected millions in other people's money in doing so, has won 19 Grammys in 10 years.

Aretha Franklin

Aretha Franklin can sing her butt off, play the piano and has written some of the music she performed - and she was won 16 Grammys in 55 years. How do you explain that. Beyonce couldn't walk a mile in Aretha's shoes, doesn't have a fraction of the talent and stole all the songs she claimed to write, as illustrated by lawsuits and public complaints, yet has more Grammys in 1/5th the time. Once again, the entertainment industry has become a massive farce that lost all credibility.

Have the iTunes music charts lessened the significance of the Billboard music charts? It appears so. In a sign of how much the music game has changed, people are more frequently invoking the iTunes digital downloads charts, as a measure of success, rather than the Billboard music charts, which are more corruptible and open to payola, as air play still figures into tabulations.

As a result, songs by internet stars such as Rebecca Black, have placed higher on the iTunes Charts, which is based on digital sales, than artists such as Beyonce and Rihanna. This is not a negative development, as it is leveling the playing field, much in the same manner YouTube has done for those that can't get on MTV or BET.

It should be noted, iTunes does not include sales of physical CDs, only albums in digital format. However, for indie artists, iTunes is better than nothing and has become a useful tool in living their dreams of being an entertainer.

One has to remember, Billboard has been so corrupted from its inception, for a very long time, black artists were largely kept off all mainstream charts, even though they outsold some of their white counterparts, in blacklisting that began to loosen its grip twenty years ago. For many years, country music was also disregarded by the Billboard album charts, as a small, select group of labels heads, who set the agenda in music, deemed it too backwater and unsophisticated - in spite of the fact country artists were outselling pop and rock stars.

However, Hollywood is not happy with the current developments, regarding the impact of the iTunes charts and YouTube, as aspects of it are out of their control (surprise, surprise). You see, Hollywood, the music industry included, runs like the mafia (because they are the mafia). The industry is chock full of antitrust, monopolies, extensive price fixing, payola, Billboard chart rigging and racketeering, all illegal under U.S. law.

For a time, the industry loudly complained and wanted to own a great chunk of iTunes and collect more royalties, after Apple rescued them from the destructive clutches of Sean Fanning (Napster). As they see it, they should be the only ones to make money, even if the copyrights, patents and trademarks involved that comprise iTunes, do not belong to them. That's basically Hollywood's attitude towards everything - unbridled greed and theft.

The CBS News program "60 Minutes" aired an exposé episode, on individuals exploiting President Barack Obama's lifting of the stem cell research ban in America. Disease sufferers are being exploited and swindled out of their life savings and homes, by so-called researchers and scientists, demanding exorbitant sums of money, to cure them of disease, by using stem cells. Many physically unwell people have lost a fortune, as their health continues to deteriorate, while they are being lied to about stem cells.

These stem cells scams ripping off consumers, is being overlooked by the FBI and DOJ, as it does not reflect well on President Obama's agenda, of running scientific experiments on baby embryos, which is an abomination. One has to wonder about their commitment to the preservation of life and justice, in light of their criminally negligent and ungodly behavior in office.

According to the New York Post, rapper and frequent copyright infringer, Jay-Z is going broke, due to a series of bad business deals that have hit his wallet in a terrible way. Believing his own hype with absolutely no business sense to back it up, Jay-Z took out a massive loan to start a hotel. Wonder where he got that ill-fated idea from, as the whole thing collapsed, leaving him with no hotel and massive interest payments on a $52,000,000 loan.

He spent $4.5 million for a 1% stake in the New Jersey Nets basketball team, which has fallen in value by 10%. Never mind, he struts around claiming he owns the team, when he does not and is merely a shareholder with a very minor stake.

He sold his record company and fashion line that was run by a partner he betrayed, Damian Dash, making far less off the deal than he reported to the press. His record sales are fake, being greatly inflated by schemes he was outed for by Soundscan, who tallies record sales. He tours often, as it is the only means of income he has to support his fake player lifestyle that has been greatly exaggerated.

He and his wife, Beyonce, routinely steal copyrights and engage in racketeering to support their scam of a career and lavish lifestyles. The crooked couple tried to get involved in a casino deal, but when the State of New York demanded all parties disclose their financial records, Jay-Z and Beyonce backed out.

The fact of the matter is Jay-Z's career and label Rocafella were founded on drug money and bribery. He is not a legitimate entrepreneur, but a lazy, greedy criminal. Jay-Z has used his drug dealer mentality in the corporate world and it has backfired.

He is still the same uncouth, unintelligent thug and criminal he always was, hiding under a new title. His actions have damaged many in the corporate world and it is just that he faces financial scrutiny and ruin for his unseemly, criminal conduct.

Rather than selling poison on the streets as a drug dealer, he reveled in his switch to selling poisonous music to people's children, most of which he stole from legitimate writers and producers, then corrupted with profanity, pornography and occult themes.

His wife Beyonce is not much better, as she stole her way to the top, engaging in mass copyright infringement and RICO violations, to create her career and ill-gotten gains. Both of you are a disgrace.

Singer, Beyonce, recently did an interview on her marriage to disgraceful rapper, Jay-Z, who she reportedly signed a poorly put together prenup. She reportedly has to pay him $10,000,000 if they divorce, in addition to $1,000,000 for every year they were married.

What struck me the most about the article is her terrible use of the English language, which goes contrary to her claims that she is a songwriter. No one with such poor diction could have authored songs. She uses words in the wrong context, clearly not grasping their meaning.

It sounds like she was quoting something told to her and recited it incorrectly. For example, she stated, "Anyone who thinks so, because of what? I do not deny that there is a marriage contract. I would encourage any woman getting married to put on such a treaty, it will gain more influence on self-esteem. For details, I don't express myself. I am not here on trial."

Notorious copyright thief Beyonce Knowles and her equally thieving mother, Tina Knowles, have been sued in federal court for engaging in racketeering against a Hong Kong company that did business with them, in producing their failed House Of Dereon clothing line.

The company stated in New York federal, it was defrauded out of $500,000 by the crooked Knowles family and want their money back.

February 7, 2010 at 1:39 pm - Beyonce and her mother, Tina Knowles, have been hit with a breach of contract lawsuit from the bosses of a Hong Kong clothing manufacturer.

The two Knowleses launched clothing collection House of Dereon in 2005, and are accused of costing apparel maker Vier International $500,000 in an alleged conspiracy to undercut the Asian company.

In legal papers filed in the U.S. District Court in Manhattan, New York on Monday Vier International owners claim executives at clothing company Donna Loren LLC and shipping firm HJM International worked together as “conspirators who induced the shipment of goods to the United States with the intent to convert them or pay less than the agreed upon contract price”.

Beyonce and her partners at House of Dereon and her Beyond Productions company reportedly aided the scheme by making purchase orders and requesting manufacturer specifications.

Vier International executives are suing for compensation and they have also filed the complaint under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, a statute usually reserved for the prosecution of organized crime gangs like the mafia.

Could Beyonce and her momma soon be doing time in the slammer?
