Should Jared Fogle's Wife Get To Keep The $7,000,000 He Gave Her Or Should It Go To His Underage Victims He Sexually Abused And Violated

This week, during the sentencing of former Subway fast food chain spokesman, Jared Fogle, who was convicted of having sex with minors and possession of child porn, it was revealed he gave his wife $7,000,000. As Fogle apologized to his victims and family, Judge Tanya Walton Pratt, interrupted regarding his wife and stated, "You gave your wife $7 million, so she’ll be OK."

The question is, should Fogle's wife be allowed to keep the $7,000,000. While she was not blamed for or convicted of anything in the case, it is fitting the bulk of his multi-million dollar estate, go to the many underage girls and boys he molested, sexually violating them in cruel acts that should never have occurred. Under the circumstances, it is the right thing to do.

Here's hoping with the court's permission, lawyers will address the matter and sue on behalf of the underage victims to at least bring them financial compensation after the terrible ordeal they were put through. Some of the underage girls and boys were victims of forced prostitution, while others were abused without their parents knowledge or consent.

Any smart husband knows how to get out of the doghouse, when he's done something his wife isn't thrilled with, that firmly placed him in trouble. President Obama is no different. After getting platonically playful with leggy Danish Prime Minister Helle Thorning-Schmidt, "arm-y" Michelle Obama with her perfectly toned arms, was looking at her husband and Schmidt like she was summoning the strength of Mike Tyson to deal with both of them.

However, Mr. Obama groveling bent over and kissed Mrs. Obama's hand (yea, he saw that frying pan in his future and wanted to avert it). After the chivalrous sucking up gesture, Mrs. Obama beamed from ear to ear. Problem solved. She has Obama whipped. Man stares down  terrorists and tyrants, but can't stare down his wife (kidding).

Derek Medina, 31, an actor who had a small role on the crime based television show "Burn Notice" which is based in Miami, brutally killed his wife, Jennifer Alonzo and posted her death photo on the internet. People were aghast to see the photo, showing the grisly crime scene, taken inside the couple’s South Miami townhome. The photo shows his wife’s blood soaked corpse.

His father Derek Medina Sr. stated, "He just said that his wife picked up a knife on him and they had a big fight and he shot her." Medina Jr. also stated his wife would punch him and he got tired of it. Alonzo leaves behind a 10-year-old daughter from a previous relationship. Her daughter lived with the couple, who wed in 2012.

Medina stated, "I’m going to prison or death sentence for killing my wife love you guys miss you guys take care Facebook people you will see me in the news. My wife was punching me and I am not going to stand anymore with the abuse so I did what I did I hope you understand me."

When his money hungry, sex fiend protégé Rihanna became more famous than Beyonce, even during their marriage, Jay-Z was seen spending far more time with her than his wife, even checking into hotels with the newcomer. He previously dropped rapper Foxy Brown for Beyonce at the height of her fame, which has declined. So this is just his way.
