15-year-old Florida minor, Tovonna Holton, tragically committed suicide, via a bullet to the head, after her ex-boyfriend despicably leaked a nude video of her in the shower to the internet via his SnapChat and Twitter accounts. That alone was traumatic enough for the teen, as it was a very evil thing to do to her. However, shortly after, a wave of cyber bulling ensued by heartless classmates. Tovonna took her life this past Sunday as a result of the nude video leak and cyber bulling. Tovonna's mother, Levon Holton-Teamer, found her daughter in the bathroom with the lights off. She state she saw "a pool of blood" and tried to stop the bleeding coming from the wound in her child's head.

Tovonna's ex-boyfriend and her classmates who were cyber bullying her should face criminal charges. Her ex-boyfriend uploaded what is considered "child porn" to the internet, which is a federal crime. Her classmates viewed the child porn which is also a federal crime. Her classmates also engaged in cyber bullying which is a state crime. The records regarding this matter needs to be subpoenaed from Snap Chat and Twitter and the offenders prosecuted for what was done to this child.

Some people are really heartless. Terrible examples are being set for impressionable audiences. They are taking cues from privacy invading, trashbag rappers like 50 Cent, who unconscionably uploaded a private sex tape of a rival's ex-girlfriend to the internet, without her permission. The victim, who is mother to a small child, became suicidal when she realized what the Bugs Bunny look-alike rapper had done.

Stars like trashbag Rihanna, who state things like "if you don't send your boyfriend naked pictures, I feel sorry for him" also need to bear some responsibility for their words, as it sets a bad example for impressionable girls. Why does the world need to know you are sending nudes to someone. Then a little underage girl emulates that example, unintentionally putting herself at risk. One of my friends got the shock of her life when she discovered her underage daughter had sent topless pics to a boyfriend that requested them. Underage girls wanting to be liked/popular via doing what they read and hear celebrities stating, but not realizing they are being taken advantage of, make choices that are sometimes not the best.

This month, Feldman came forward stating he and Haim were sexually molested by Hollywood executives at age 11. Feldman states he and Haim were passed around Hollywood among gay pedophiles. It led to the two teens become drug addicts and alcoholics at an early age. The problem grew so bad, Haim died over a a drug overdose in 2010.

This person uses intimidation and threats as a way to keep people quiet. And all these men were all friends. The Daily Mail in London, England reported, "Alison Arngrim from 'Little House on the Prairie' said in an interview, 'Everybody knew that the two Coreys were just being passed around.'" Feldman correctly stated many in Hollywood know about the rampant pedophilia and molestation, but refuse to do anything to stop it from transpiring.

I loved watching Corey Haim and Corey Feldman movies as a kid in the 1980s. It saddens me to know they were being sexually abused. No one should go through that. Haim would struggle with drugs up until his death in 2010 at the age of 38, a death that Feldman blames on the men who abused the actor. 

Feldman's comments come just days after another former child star, Elijah Wood, also gave an interview talking about the pedophilia problem in Hollywood. 'He had more direct abuse than I did. Feldman said that it was generally actors between the ages of 10 and 16 who were targeted by these men, who would meet their young victims at awards shows, private parties and even charity functions. Once these adults had decided on a victim they began the process of grooming not only the child actor Feldman explained but also their parent or guardian. 

Feldman said that when he was 15 he was being abused by a man who was actually employed by his own father at the management company he ran, and that neither one of his parents had any idea. He also chalked up their ignorance to the fact that both were 'very abusive and very selfish.' 

One thing Feldman does not, or rather cannot, discuss however is the names of the individuals who molested him and raped Haim. Feldman said that even though he would like to identify the men responsible he has to keep it quiet for legal reasons and since the statute of limitations has passed on the crimes...

Feldman previously wrote about Haim spending time with Martin Weiss (above), a well known manager of child actors, while they were filming The Lost Boys. Weiss was arrested in 2011 after one of his clients told police he had been sexually abused by the man starting when he was just 11-years-old.

Feldman also wrote in the book about Haim having sex with adult men on the set of Lucas and The Lost Boys, sharing a story he claims Haim told him one of the first times they met. 'At some point during the filming [of Lucas], he explained an adult male convinced him that it was perfectly normal for older men and younger boys in the business to have sexual relations, that it was what all "guys do," wrote Feldman. 'So they walked off to a secluded area between two trailers, during a lunch break for the cast and crew, and Haim, innocent and ambitious as he was, allowed himself to be sodomized.'

Olly Whiting was most certainly a nightmare, but not merely as a temperamental boss, as Nikki has discovered to her continuing cost. ‘Shadows make me nervous now, and I am even worried in my own home and want the lights on at night,’ she says, strain passing over her face. Between April and December last year, 1,160 people came forward to complain about revenge porn, including the parents of three children who were just 11 years old. A third of complainants were under 19, but the average age was 25. Three-quarters of victims were female. The spyware may be installed by an ex-partner, but equally it could be installed by a stranger hacking into your computer...

This week, during the sentencing of former Subway fast food chain spokesman, Jared Fogle, who was convicted of having sex with minors and possession of child porn, it was revealed he gave his wife $7,000,000. As Fogle apologized to his victims and family, Judge Tanya Walton Pratt, interrupted regarding his wife and stated, "You gave your wife $7 million, so she’ll be OK."

The question is, should Fogle's wife be allowed to keep the $7,000,000. While she was not blamed for or convicted of anything in the case, it is fitting the bulk of his multi-million dollar estate, go to the many underage girls and boys he molested, sexually violating them in cruel acts that should never have occurred. Under the circumstances, it is the right thing to do.

Here's hoping with the court's permission, lawyers will address the matter and sue on behalf of the underage victims to at least bring them financial compensation after the terrible ordeal they were put through. The fighters had sex with the women before it was later revealed they had HIV, medical sources told ARA News. The source, whose name has not been reported, said they were 'ordered by the group's leadership' to quarantine the infected in the city centre. He also said the Moroccan women escaped to Turkey because they feared ISIS would execute them.

Female ISIS captives endure ‘brutal and abnormal’ sex

February 18, 2015 | 2:08am - Perverted ISIS militants are trying to score Viagra to fuel their lust for “brutal and abnormal” sex, according to a shocking report from activists in the terror group’s main Syrian stronghold. The supposedly ultra-conservative Muslim fundamentalists have been forcing women in the city of Raqqa to marry them and engage in savage sex acts that result in hospital treatment, the report says.

The jihadists also buy kinky lingerie — described in the report as “strange underwear” — for their reluctant brides, according to the “Raqqa Is Being Slaughtered Silently” activist group. “A large section of ISIS members suffer from sexual anomalies and brutal instinctive desire for sex,” the group wrote on its website.
Several families have reportedly fled the city — and one girl committed suicide — to avoid the lusty ISIS terrorists’ clutches.

ISIS overran Raqqa in 2013 and turned the northern Syrian city into its de facto capital, imposing harsh religious laws and publicly beheading and crucifying opponents in the ironically named Paradise Square.

In a related development, two British human rights groups on Wednesday said ISIS kidnapped at least 3,000 women and girls last year from the areas it controls in Iraq. Some victims were forced to marry ISIS terrorists, while others were sold into sexual slavery, according to a report by Minority Rights Group International and the Ceasefire Centre for Civilian Rights.

The report said firsthand accounts from victims who spoke secretly by phone in August revealed that ISIS fighters were raping women on a daily basis, with some victims begging the activists to arrange airstrikes on their locations and end their suffering. One kidnapped girl who belongs to the minority Yazidi religious group also said she was among 350 girls transported to Syria and offered for sale “as if in a chicken market.”

It creates lasting damage, especially when the underage party is sexually exploited and abused.

Texas police officer, David Eric Casebolt, who was suspended for grabbing an unarmed 14-year-old black girl, flinging her to the ground, pulling her hair, placing his knee in her back and on her neck, then pushing her face into the grass, has resigned from his post. This comes in the wake of widespread domestic and international outrage over his abusive treatment of the minor.

Casebolt was responding to a call of overcrowding at a pool party in suburban McKinney, Texas. A white witness stated he targeted the black teens at the party and not the white kids, who were present. Casebolt also drew his gun at an underage black boy for trying to stop him from engaging in police brutality against the teenage girl.

Police in McKinney attacked a group of unarmed black teenagers at a pool party in Texas that by their estimation became overcrowded. Police drew their guns at the black teens in the suburban middle class neighborhood. Police officer, David Eric Casebolt, was seen engaging in excessive force in roughing up an unarmed 14-year-old black girl, flinging her to the ground, pressing down on her head and neck and putting his knee in her back.

Reports contained in the New York Times indicates the few white teens at the party were not harassed by police, with officers heading straight for the black teenagers in acts of abuse and discrimination. The video has gone viral causing outrage online. As a result of the uproar, authorities announced officer Casebolt has been suspended, placed on administrative leave, while an internal affairs probe for police brutality and excessive force is conducted. 

The New York Times also reported there are racial tensions in the neighborhood among some residents, "In a video posted to YouTube on Sunday, a black teenager named Tatiana said her family was hosting a cookout for friends when a woman insulted them, prompting a 14-year-old family friend to respond. Tatiana said a white woman had then told her: 'You need to go back to where you’re from' and to 'go back to your Section 8 home (welfare based housing).' Tatiana said that she had replied, 'Excuse me,' and that then another white woman hit her in the face and 'both women attacked' her."

Jarring Image of Police’s Use of Force at Texas Pool Party

June 8, 2015 - McKINNEY, Tex. — No lives were lost. The incident played out at a suburban pool party, not an urban neighborhood struggling with crime and drugs. But perhaps it was that suburban setting that helped make the images so powerful and disturbing. Now a video of a police officer pointing a gun at teenagers in bathing suits and shoving a young black girl’s face into the ground has become the latest flash point in relations between the police and minorities.

The cellphone video, taken at the community pool in Craig Ranch, a racially diverse subdivision north of Dallas, has set off another debate over race and police tactics, with activists calling for the officer to be fired and others arguing that the blame should fall at least in part on the teenagers.

The video appears to show the officer, David Eric Casebolt, briefly waving his handgun at young partygoers who approached him as he tried to subdue the teenage girl on Friday. The officer ultimately immobilized the girl by putting her facedown on the ground and placing a knee on her back.

Chief Greg Conley of the McKinney Police Department said that the video had prompted an internal affairs investigation and that Officer Casebolt, a patrol supervisor, had been placed on administrative leave. One adult man was arrested on charges of interfering with the duties of a police officer and evading arrest, Chief Conley said. The 14-year-old girl who had been immobilized by Officer Casebolt was “temporarily detained” but ultimately released to her parents, he said...

Brandon Brooks, 15, who shot the video, told a TV station that Officer Casebolt had not confronted him, one of the few white teenagers at the party. “I was one of the only white people in the area when that was happening,” he told the station. “You can see in part of the video where he tells us to sit down, and he kind of like skips over me and tells all my African-American friends to go sit down.”

Last year the TLC network reality show "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" was cancelled over claims one of the cast members, Anna "Chickadee" Cardwell, was molested when she was underage by her mother's boyfriend, Mark McDaniel, who is now back in her parent's life after his release from jail. "Mama June" real name, June Shannon, betrayed her daughter in this respect leading to public outrage and fears for her underage daughter's safety (Alana "Honey Boo Boo" Thompson).

Today, the TLC reality show "19 Kids And Counting" has been cancelled over news Josh Duggar, 27, molested five girls, among them some of his sisters, via "forcible fondling" when he was 12-years-old. The matter was reported to police by his parents when he was a minor. Duggar, who is now a Christian, stated he has asked God for forgiveness and mercy (God can forgive him, but he must refrain from engaging in molestation, as it is very wrong and extremely harmful to victims).

Molestation is a serious crime that greatly damages its victims. The girls Duggar molested, including his sisters, will need extensive therapy to help them cope with the trauma of what transpired. The entire Duggar family should also receive extensive therapy, as the molestation that occurred must have shattered their family. Josh Duggar's conduct as a minor indicates serious mental illness that must be properly addressed and treated by health care professionals.

TLC needs to do more to vet its reality shows to spare the public heartbreak. Real life revelations about the shows "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" and "19 Kids And Counting" has caused the public distress.
Molestation and other sex crimes should not be swept under the rug. They should be publicly discussed in an effort at prevention and healing for those affected. However, it should not be done via the public getting terrible surprises and shock, via reality shows with inaccurate representations of cast members, as has occurred with the aforementioned TLC shows.

Several teenage girls from Erasmus High School in Brooklyn, believed to be apart of the Young Savages street gang, an offshoot of the Folk Nation street gang in Chicago, have been arrested over a brutal attack on a young rival in a New York McDonalds fast food restaurant. 16-year-old Aniah Ferguson called members of her gang to descend upon a Brooklyn McDonalds to attack 15-year-old Ariana Taylor. Ferguson accused Taylor of having written something she disliked on Facebook.

During the confrontation Taylor threw the first punch. Within seconds, Ferguson and the group of girls swarmed the smaller Taylor, beating her to a pulp. The girls punched, kicked and stomped Taylor and ripped out her hair extensions. Ferguson repeatedly kicked and stomped on Taylor’s head. They lived up to their gang’s name - savages.

A young Hispanic male was later seen intervening by picking a battered Taylor up off the floor and placing her on a chair, in trying to get her away from the violent girls who carried out the beating with a pack mentality. Even as he moved Taylor away, who was slipping into unconsciousness, Ferguson still kept trying to attack her smaller rival, who was limp and visibly injured.

Ferguson took Taylor’s purse, makeup bag and coat and threw them in them in a dumpster (garbage/skip) outside the restaurant. The girls fled the fast food restaurant. Taylor was hospitalized for her injuries, twice in one week as she collapsed days after release due to the concussion, broken nose and various bruises from direct body blows.

The assailants thought that was the end of it. However, someone had filmed the brutal fight and uploaded it online. As the video spread on You Tube and social networking, the girls foolishly tagged themselves, bragging over their fame for the illegal beating they issued Taylor. Politicians and community leaders in New York began to condemned the fight and the crowd in the local McDonalds for not doing anything to break up the fight. Some students cheered on the lawbreaking juveniles. Some later told the press they did not want to intervene for fear of being beaten as well.

Police issued a statement ordering the girls involved in the beating to come forward, as the victim refused to cooperate and name them as her attackers. One by one police identified, tracked down and arrested each girl from the fight. The ringleader in the fight, Ferguson, is a young woman with a rap sheet containing several arrests that include, stabbing her brother in the arm and being arrested on weapons charges. The 7-year-old punched her 65-year-old grandmother in the face twice and scratched up one side of her face.

Days later she bit a police officer, who tried to enforce a restraining order her grandmother filed after the attack. On another occasion, a neighbor reported seeing Ferguson’s grandmother run from the family’s home stating the 16-year-old was going to, “Burn the house down.” Ferguson was also previously arrested for assaulting a woman, then biting the police officer who arrested her.

Ferguson’s violent tendencies, rage issues, fixation on fire and complete lack of empathy reveal she is a psychopath with schizophrenic leanings. Ferguson is a danger to the community. Her repeated arrests also reveal an unwillingness to reform. Medication and correctional behavior is warranted.

In a tweet on the social networking website Twitter, Jaden wrote, "I think I'm in love with you, I don't know, I'm still figuring it out but in the meantime, Happy Birthday." Jaden's mother, actress Jada Smith, is bisexual. It is a known fact bisexual women often have gay or bisexual sons and lesbian or bisexual daughters. Will Smith is also bisexual.

Jaden has said a number of strange things online, such as he can breathe through his navel. His little sister, Willow, has posted suicidal items to social networking that alarmed many people who viewed the items. Both Jaden and Willow come across as mentally ill, from being raised in Hollywood cults. Both kids also come across as suicidal, which is a bad sign. They need help before it turns deadly.

Will and Jada did their children a great disservice raising them in the Hollywood lifestyle and giving them no rules, discipline or structure, which they bragged about. Hollywood is a difficult place for adults, let alone children, to navigate. The Smith kids have also been exposed to drug use and alcohol, which is dangerous. They have no curfew or rules regarding sex.

At the end of the day, kids should be allowed to be kids. They should not be raised as little adults. An 11-year-old shouldn't be talking about sexuality and being bisexual. The Judiciary Report has repeatedly spoken out against Hollywood's sexualization of kids.
