Sean Crumpler

48-year-old Colorado man, Sean Crumpler, has been arrested and indicted for kidnapping and raping 12 men and underage boys he met via the social networking app Grindr. Crumpler kidnapped, raped and infected the men and under age boys with HIV, while keeping them against their will as his sex slaves in Aurora, Colorado.

Crumpler had sex with the men and boys without using a condom, despite knowing his HIV positive status. It is being reported Crumpler also, "Tattooed his name on the young men as a sign of ownership." Outrageously, Crumpler has been released on $100,000 bail, when he so clearly demonstrates a serious threat to the public.

Obama Will Not Pay Ransoms For Americans Kidnapped By ISIS

Barack Obama

U.S. President Barack Obama has stated he will not authorize his administration pay ransoms to terrorist groups, such as ISIS, for the freedom of kidnapped Americans. Obama renewed his position in response to the recent rash of beheadings of kidnapped Americans by the terrorist group ISIS. The beheadings have appalled the world.

White House spokesman Josh Earnest stated on behalf of President Obama, "The president continues to believe, as previous presidents have concluded, that it’s not the best interests of American citizens to pay ransom to any organization, let alone a terrorist organization, that’s holding an American hostage."

American photo journalist James Foley being executed by Isis member John

National Security Council spokesman Alistair Baskey stated, "The United States government, as a matter of longstanding policy, does not grant concessions to hostage takers, for a very important reason — granting such concessions would put all American citizens overseas at greater risk for kidnapping. Furthermore, paying ransoms would only sustain the very same terrorist organizations that we are working to destroy.”

The logic behind the government refusing to pay ransom is it would become a free for all, with criminals all over the world believing all they would have to do to make money is kidnap an American and the government would pay up. It would mean a sharp increase in kidnappings, which is not the outcome the government or any decent human being would want.

At the same time, families of kidnapped Americans that wanted to pay the ransoms, were threatened with prosecution by the U.S. government. This seems unfair and it is understandable that families would seek to pay ransom to get their loved ones back.

Obama Orders Review of Hostage Policy

By RICK GLADSTONENOV. 18, 2014 - The Obama administration confirmed on Tuesday that it was reviewing its policy on securing the release of United States citizens taken hostage abroad, but that the ban on paying ransom had not changed. Word of the review, disclosed by an under secretary of defense in a letter to a Republican lawmaker, came as the administration was grappling with a series of beheadings of American captives by the Islamic State militant group, which posted a video Sunday announcing the third such killing. Some family members of hostages have criticized what they see as an unacceptable refusal by the administration to grant concessions to hostage-takers, including ransom payments.

Unlike European governments, which have paid many millions of dollars in ransom to win the release of citizens held by the Islamic State or other militant groups, the United States has said it will never pay money to rescue its citizens. It has also privately pressed other governments not to pay.

“The United States government, as a matter of longstanding policy, does not grant concessions to hostage takers, for a very important reason — granting such concessions would put all American citizens overseas at greater risk for kidnapping,” Alistair Baskey, a spokesman for the National Security Council, wrote in an emailed statement. “Furthermore, paying ransoms would only sustain the very same terrorist organizations that we are working to destroy.”...

Exclusive: Obama Orders Hostage Policy Review

11.17.14 - The Obama administration is finally looking to fix its disjointed efforts to handle U.S. hostages. But that comes too late for the family of an American aid worker killed by ISIS. President Obama has ordered a top-to-bottom review of how the U.S. government tries to win the release of Americans held hostage by terrorist groups overseas, The Daily Beast has learned. The review, which will include a specific emphasis on how the U.S. treats hostages’ family members, follows criticism that current hostage-negotiation operations are plagued by bureaucratic infighting and a lack of leadership, particularly by the White House.

The review was prompted “as a result of the increased frequency of hostage-taking of Americans overseas,” Christine Wormuth, the undersecretary of Defense for policy and one of the Pentagon’s most senior officials, informed Rep. Duncan Hunter (R-CA) in a letter last week (PDF). Hunter sits on the House Armed Services Committee and has been pressing the administration to do more to free Americans held by ISIS and other terrorist groups. Wormuth said the president had ordered the review “recently,” but she didn’t specify when. The parents of Americans murdered by ISIS have criticized the White House for threatening them with potential criminal prosecution if they were to pay a ransom...

Family Of Kidnapped Woman Rescues Her Killing Her Attacker

In an amazing true story, the family of Bethany Arcenaux, rescued her after she was kidnapped by the father of her 2-year-old child Scott Thomas. Arcenaux was kidnapped by Thomas outside their son’s daycare center in Louisiana. She was forced into a car and taken to an abandoned home, where she was tortured by Thomas.

Bethany Arcenaux after being rescued by her family

Arcenaux family had contacted police and began searching the area for her. When they heard her screams they stormed the home where she was being held hostage, only to find Thomas stabbing her. Arcenaux cousin opened fire killing Thomas and the family members took her to safety, rushing her to the hospital. She is in stable condition. What a brave family. You know what they say, blood is thicker than water. Girl, your family is gangsta...but in a good way.

Kidnapper And Rapist Ariel Castro Found Dead In His Prison Cell (Video)

Yesterday, convicted kidnapper and rapist, Ariel Castro, who abducted and repeatedly raped three young women, two of which were minors, over an 11-year time frame, was found dead in his prison cell of an apparent suicide. Castro had been sentenced to life in prison plus 1,000 years. The Judiciary Report does not advocate suicide. Castro should have been a man for once and lived up to his punishment for destroying three precious lives that now have to be rebuilt and bringing another into this world under the traumatic circumstances of rape.

The Case Of The Three Young Women Abducted In Ohio Another Reminder Of The Time Victims Of Crime Lose (Ariel Castro Convicted)

Gina DeJesus, 23, Amanda Berry, 27 and Michelle Night, 32 were cruelly kidnapped by 53-year-old Ariel Castro in Cleveland, Ohio. He kept the women as sex slaves, brutally raping and beating them repeatedly over a 11 year time frame. The women were freed this year due to the intervention of two neighbors. Police were summoned and Castro arrested, indicted and convicted on a host of charges. He has been sentenced to life in prison, plus 1,000 years.

They were robbed of their innocence and years by a man who behaved illegally and unconscionably. Survivors of such confinement, often feel cheated as they miss developmental milestones and important events in their lives, due to being locked away against their will.

Similarly, when you look at great men like Nelson Mandela, who were wrongfully locked away for years against their will, they all basically tell the same story - they felt as though life was passing them by and they had become spectators instead of participants.

The things some people go through in this world can be so disheartening. When you see humanity at its worst, it causes great pause. The resilience of the human spirit is not to be underestimated. Men and women have survived horrors and reemerged with a steely determination to continue with their lives and they are some of the strongest among us in this world.

O.J. Case To Be Reopened Due To Implied Lawyer Misconduct And Theft Of $520,000

O.J. Simpson (photo courtesy of the New York Times)

O.J. Simpson’s recent criminal case, which saw him convicted of robbery and kidnapping, in trying to retrieve expensive sports memorabilia belonging to him from an alleged conman, is getting a second look from the Nevada legal system. Simpson has been sentenced to 9-33 years in prison. However, he is now alleging he paid lawyer, Yale Galanter $525,000 to defend him, of which the attorney only used $5,000 for a local lawyer in his defense, which destroyed the case.

Simpson should have utilized a lawsuit and the police to retrieve his stolen memorabilia. Resorting to armed robbery and what is in essence kidnapping, via unlawfully detaining a person against their wishes, is illegal. Two wrongs don’t make a right. Some are happy Simpson, who says he was set up, is locked away, as many believe he murdered his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson and her boyfriend Ron Goldman. Some, both black and white, are bringing race into the matter, but that is not appropriate under the circumstances.

The Judiciary Report is not convinced Simpson killed his wife or her Goldman, but believes he knows who did and played a role in bringing said murderer into their lives, via unethical deeds that grew greatly out of control. As such he is culpable and liable. I saw the crime scene photos of the murder online and they are horrible (I don’t recommended you search for them). No one deserves to die like that.

Celluloid Film Review - The Debt

Title: The Debt

Year Of Release: 2011

Review Date: March 31, 2012

Rating: PG-13

Running time: 113 minutes

Box Office Gross: $45,636,368

Site Rating: 3 out of 10 stars

"The Debt" is the 2011 remake of the 2007 Israeli film of the same name, which translates into "Ha-Hov" in Hebrew. The film is about a group of three Israeli Mossad agents, a woman and two men, chosen to capture a obstetrician named Dieter Vogel, who is dubbed "The Surgeon of Birkenau."

He stands accused of killing Jewish people during World War II, something he is secretly proud of and strangely so. The trio's plan goes awry and they end up lying to the public about capturing and killing Vogel. It leads to fame, but guilty consciences. During the sad film, what was to be a capture, becomes a messy mission for revenge, that consumes and destroys the agents. It is an example of how a lie can mushroom and destroy.

"Austin Powers" Movie Actor Accused Of Murdering Sex Offender Cellmate In Prison

Joseph Hyungmin Son's mug shot

"Austin Powers" actor, Joseph Hyungmin Son, 40, is being accused of murdering his cellmate in a California prison, only weeks after arriving at the Central Valley facility, to serve life in prison without the possibility of parole, for brutal acts of torture and kidnap. He is under investigation once again for criminal offenses.

Joseph Hyungmin Son in "Austin Powers"

Hyungmin Son, who was convicted of detaining and torturing a woman, has been named as the prime suspect in the death of his 50-year-old cellmate, who was serving two years in prison for being a sex offender. Hyungmin Son's story is another reminder of the pitfalls of pursuing fame and disregarding peoples' rights. One must be wise and make appropriate, lawful choices, lest things take a turn for the worse.

Jaycee Dugard Interviewed About Being Kidnapped, Raped And Impregnated As A Young Girl (Video)

This article contains the full heartbreaking interview between ABC's Diane Sawyer and Jaycee Dugard, who was abducted and repeatedly raped beginning at age 11, then impregnated at age 13, by drug crazed sex offender and cultist, Phillip Garrido.

ABC's Diane Sawyer and Jaycee Dugard

She was held captive in his backyard for 18-years and turned into a sex slave and servant. Dugard, now age 31, goes into detail about her terrible ordeal, in the hope it will help other victims of sexual abuse. My heart breaks for her in what she went through.

Jaycee Dugard Pens Memoir About Being Abducted, Raped And Impregnated As A Young Girl

Diana Sawyer interviewing Jaycee Dugard

Courageous survivor, Jaycee Dugard, has penned an autobiography entitled "A Stolen Life" chronicling her kidnapping, rape and impregnation as a young girl, by convicted sex offender, Phillip Garrido and his wife, Nancy Garrido. In released excerpts of the book, Dugard described her abduction at the age of 11, stating she was kidnapped at a bus stop near her home and when she tried to run, Garrido used a stun gun to incapacitate her.

ABC's Diane Sawyer and Jaycee Dugard

Garrido criminally kept Dugard as a slave in his ramshackle backyard, repeatedly forcing himself on her and employing brainwashing techniques used by cults to control people, in attempts at making her docile. He also viciously threatened her with dogs, if she ever tried to leave the backyard. His is the profile of a satanic monster.

Dugard stated the day after Garrido abducted her, he showered with her, as she cried uncontrollably. This was also the year he began raping her, during crystal meth induced psychotic episodes. As a result of the rapes, Dugard fell pregnant at age 13. The terrified young girl gave birth in squalor, in the backyard, without the benefit of painkillers.

Jaycee Dugard's book "A Stolen Life"

Dugard's children were forced to call Garrido's equally insane wife Nancy, "mommy" so she "would not feel left out" of his insane, perverse scheme. Garrido began raping Dugard again, shortly after the birth of her first daughter, which led to another pregnancy.

31-year-old Jaycee Dugard in 2011

On June 2, 2011, Garrido was sentenced to 431 years in prison, as a means of ensuring he will not see freedom again nor have the opportunity to inflict the aforementioned horrors on anyone else. His wife Nancy Dugard was given 36-years to life in prison.

Phillip Garrido and his wife Nancy in court. Pedophiles are treated very poorly in prison.

The State of California awarded Dugard a $20,000,000 legal settlement, for its failures in detecting that parolee Garrido, had abducted her, but it will never compensate for the terrible things she endured. I pray she will find the happiness that eluded her when she was abducted for 18-years, due to the heinous acts perpetrated against her by a criminal that never should have been free.

Tracking Devices For Sex Offenders

Phillip Garrido molested Jaycee Lee Dugard

In light of the murder and molestation of a number of kids all over the world, sex offenders should be legally forced to wear tracking bracelets or anklets containing a GPS component, to protect the community. This should be done indefinitely, as a number of sex offenders not only molest children, they kill them for additional sexual gratification and to conceal their crimes.

It is not enough to put them on sex offender lists, as when crimes transpire, the police sometimes have a difficult time tracking them down and retracing their steps. GPS technology could act as a crime prevention method and a deterrent, as offenders would know police could easily make a case against them resulting in a life sentence.

FBI Agents That Assault Citizens

Carlos Ortiz believes his wife was cheating on him with his FBI boss (it wouldn't be the first one)

A number of FBI Agents, have been arrested for police brutality, in assaulting innocent citizens that caught their ire for ridiculous, illogical and irrational reasons. Last week, FBI Agent, Carlos Ortiz, was arrested for threatening to kill his coworker, who is the head of the Federal Bureau of Investigation's field office in Dallas, Texas.

Some FBI Agents seem to like behaving in an overly aggressive, threatening and violent manner. However, this is how they are trained, as the FBI instills a combativeness in them, that many agents simply do not know how to turn off. As a result, they unleash torrents of abuse and assault against their families, coworkers and the public, which is very illegal.

Carl L. Spicocchi cheated on his wife

In another notable case, married FBI Agent, Carl L. Spicocchi, was sentenced to sentenced to six years in prison, for kidnapping and brutally beating his mistress. He beat her, put his gun in her mouth, threatened to kill her, duct taped her mouth, dragged her by the hair and threw her in a closet. Spicocchi left her in the closet for several hours, beaten and abused, all because she wanted to leave the married agent.

Once again, there is a gun culture at the FBI that instills a combativeness in men that sometimes comes out the wrong way. The Bureau is so engrained in some of them that they cannot separate personal relationships from professional ones. Some agents respond to crisis in their lives the way they are aggressively taught to respond to enemy forces. The FBI trains them like they are robots and as such, they lack sympathy and sensitivity.

You cannot treat a significant other, family member or coworker in this manner, because you've had a falling out. The FBI needs to review its guidelines in how these men and women are trained. They are creating little robots that detach themselves the minute something goes wrong.

Delusional FBI Agent Plotted to Kill 'Cheating' Wife, Boss

He thought wife was Dallas FBI chief's lover

By Rob Quinn| Posted Aug 27, 2010 5:24 AM CDT - (Newser) – An FBI agent who believed his estranged wife was having an affair with the head of the FBI's Dallas field office stockpiled guns and plotted to kill them both, authorities say. Carlos Ortiz—who was fired, and then arrested this week—had 37 weapons in his home and had told a friend that he planned to shoot his wife and "cut her eyes out," a federal court was told yesterday.

Ortiz has been charged with threatening to kill a federal law enforcement officer, the Dallas Morning News reports. An FBI spokesman says there's no truth to Ortiz's accusation that his wife, an FBI analyst, was having an affair with his boss. Ortiz was an FBI agent for 21 years, despite repeated allegations of spousal abuse and several bouts of erratic behavior, including two armed standoffs with police...

Jaycee Dugard's Family Short On Money

Jaycee Lee Dugard

Rape and kidnap victim, Jaycee Lee Dugard and her family are short on money. A church in California has been paying their rent. Dugard is also hoping to write a book about her ordeal.

I think she should start doing paid print and television interview, where she can earn hundreds of thousands of dollars, gaining something positive out of her terrible ordeal, while helping other victims. The interviewers should be kind and respectful.

Natascha Kampusch

Natascha Kampusch has become a TV host after a similarly dreadful ordeal she went through after being kidnapped and raped by a pedophile, who beat her constantly.

You are victims of crime. Ethically turn aspects of your terrible traumas around to benefit you and your loved ones, as compensation for the nightmares your terrorizers put you through.

Jaycee Lee Dugard's First Interview

The beautiful Jaycee Lee Dugard, 29, did her first interview, since being freed from the clutches of the pedophile psychotic, Philip Garrido, who kidnapped her at age 11.

She is living in seclusion with her family and two children, as they have not acclimated to normal life yet, which is understandable after all the terrible things they've been through.

I wish them the best in life and pray they will find faith, peace, healing, love and contentment. God bless.
