In The Louisiana And Dallas Cop Killings Authorities Stated There Were Three Shooters Then Strangely Retracted Their Stories

Most of you remember reading that there were three active shooters who shot and killed police in Dallas, Texas. Then, almost two weeks later, most of you remember reading there were three active shooters who killed police officers in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. However, in each shooting, police backtracked and stated there was just one killer in each incident.

Authorities later attributed the Dallas, Texas murder of 5 police officers to former U.S. soldier, Micah Xavier Johnson, who was killed on the scene. Authorities later attributed the killing of 3 Baton Rouge, Louisiana police to former U.S. soldier, Garth Long. Now comes word Long was in Dallas around the time of the shooting by Johnson.

In each shooting, witnesses repeatedly stated there were 3 shooters. So, what's going on? Why the cover up. And the U.S. government likes to call Americans conspiracy theorists. But look what authorities keep doing. What do you expect the public to think under the circumstances. Television and newspapers went out to the public claiming multiple shooters in each incident. How does the government explain that.

This is the horrifying moment a Baton Rouge police officer called for back-up moments after three of his comrades were gunned down by a masked gunman.

His voice cracking with emotion, he tells the radio dispatcher: "Shots fired, officer down, shots fired. "City officer down. Shots fired, shots fired. We (unintelligible) where he's shooting from. The dispatcher responds and the male officer adds: "We do not know where he's shooting from."

Former U.S. marine and Nation of Islam member, 29-year-old Gareth Long, opened fire on several police officers in Baton Rouge, Louisiana on Sunday, killing three. The shooting also left three police officers injured. Based on items posted to social networking, Long was enraged by the police brutality based killing of Louisiana father of five, Alton Sterling, in a murder that went viral, incensing many people in America and around the world. 

It led to foreign nations issuing unprecedented travel alerts against the United States to warn their traveling citizens of the dangers that exist in America and to send a point to the complacent government in Washington (the Bahamas, United Arab Emirates, New Zealand, Australia and Britain).

Long posted videos online angrily complaining about Sterling’s death, after the Louisiana man was shot in the chest 5 times at point blank range, in what was unquestionably police brutality, employing the use of extreme, excessive force. Long took out his anger on police, via the violent murders that occurred against the three officers, which was wrong. Long should not have murdered police. It was an ambush with the intent to kill. 

All cops are not bad. It is unwise to adopt the view that all police are bad. As the Judiciary Report has maintained for years, there are decent cops out there. However, the main problem is the American justice system often fails and it is leading to vigilantism in the United States. 

To state America does not have a problem with police brutality would be a lie. Studies have shown, a disproportionate number of black people have been subjected to police brutality, many times resulting in the preventable deaths/killing of civilians. Police in America have the highest murder rate in the western world, regarding killing civilians. For the one millionth time, Congress needs to address this issue via legislative means Congress Needs To Enact Legislative Guidelines Regarding Police Brutality.

Man Who Filmed The Brutal Alton Sterling Murder By Louisiana Police Secretly Arrested And Shackled

Atlanta man, Chris LeDay, was unjustly arrested by police, in an act of revenge, after he posted shocking video online, revealing police officer, Blane Salamoni, mercilessly shooting and killing Alton Sterling in Louisiana. LeDay works at Dobbins Air Reserve Base. LeDay stated police detained him simply stating he fit the description of someone, but initially would not say regarding what crime. 

 

LeDay was handcuffed and shackled like a murderer and told it was in reference to “unpaid traffic tickets.” It is highly unusual to shackle someone for parking tickets. The government is being nasty to LeDay over doing his civic duty in exposing a terrible crime - murder. To single out LeDay for such treatment is discriminatory and abusive. When police engage in such behavior, it only makes the problem worse. LeDay spent the night in jail and was hit with $1,231 in fines.  

LeDay did not film the shooting, but did upload it to the internet. LeDay and the person who filmed the video did nothing wrong. The law permits people to film such incidents in public settings. The government needs to concentrate on the police officer that killed Sterling - Blane Salamoni. His partner, Howie Leake II, should also be prosecuted for contributing to the murder of a citizen in acts of police brutality.

Man Who Posted Alton Sterling Shooting Video Has Been Arrested By Police
 

July 10, 2016 - 24 Hours after the footage of Alton Sterling being shot and killed by Baton Rouge police went viral, the man who initially posted the clip online has had his own brush with law enforcement. Chris LeDay, an Atlanta native who did not film the shooting video but was the first person to post it online, helped the story gain national attention when he shared it on his Instagram, Twitter and Facebook accounts. As the story began to circulate into being front page news, LeDay was arrested while on the way to his job at Dobbins Air Reserve Base. 

Recalling the incident on his Facebook page, LeDay believes his arrest was retaliation for sharing the clip. Speaking with the blog Photography Is Not A Crime, he says that he was detained by military and civilian police officers and told that he fit the description of someone who is wanted for battery. After being handcuffed and shackled, he was taken to the police station where he was reportedly told that he was arrested for unpaid traffic tickets...

The two police officers that killed 37-year-old African-American, Alton Sterling in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, on July 5, 2016, have been identified as Blane Salamoni and Howiw Leake II. Sterling was shot 5-times at point blank range, while selling CDs in front of a food store, with the permission of the owner.   

 

The murder of Sterling provoked anger among the public. The outrage was compounded when a second black man was shot and killed by police in Minneapolis, Minnesota (Philando Castile). Black, white and Hispanic people on social networking are decrying and denouncing police brutality in the wake of the two murders.

Police brutality and excessive force strikes again in America. 37-year-old father of five, Alton Sterling, was tased, tackled and shot several times in the chest at point blank range, by an officer in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, while his police partner held the victim down. Sterling died on the scene. He was selling CDs outside of a food store, with the permission of the owner, when police arrived.

It is being stated police receive a complaint Sterling threatened someone outside the store and brandished a gun. One of the two officers tackled Sterling to the ground, then pinned his arm down, as did his fellow cop. While having Sterling completely subdued, one officer yelled "he's got a gun" (said to be in his pocket, which is lawful in America) and within seconds the other cop took out his own weapon and fired into Sterling's chest at close range, executing him.

The police officers also quickly seized the store owner's security camera footage showing the murder. However, unbeknownst to the officers at the time, two people sitting in a car used their mobile phones to film the shooting. They anonymously uploaded the video from their phone to the internet, sparking massive outcry from the public. The police officers claim their body cameras fell off during the scuffle, which is not seen on the video that ultimately surfaced.

To blunt public sympathy, police began pushing Sterling's criminal record online. It is being stated Sterling had been previously arrested for aggravated battery, domestic violence, unauthorized entry, vandalism,  drug possession (marijuana), weapons possession, disturbing the peace and is a registered sex offender, regarding a "carnal knowledge of a juvenile" criminal conviction. As serious as those crimes are, it does not negate the fact he still had human rights and to summarily execute him on a public street, after aggressively approaching him, cost him his life and in a very violent way that looks bad. The store's owner stated he did not see Sterling reach for a gun and was tased then shot by police.

The video is awful and chilling. There’s no way to objectively state that Sterling's shooting death was justifiable homicide. That was an execution via excessive force illustrating a total disregard for human life. It is alarming that these types of cases are becoming more and more egregious. For every cop that goes out there and does his job properly, the intense public scrutiny and disgust the bad apples bring to the force does an extraordinary world of damage to the name of police in America and in the area of race relations regarding the black community and authorities.

The police brutality occurring in numerous places in American makes it a federal issue, as it is occurring in a number of U.S. states which encompasses the country. Congress is the only entity that can truly bring reform on this tragic issue, via meaningful legislation or the problem will continue to occur. There are nations where police don't even use guns and still get the job done, effectively policing, with nowhere near the fatality rate present in America. However, I am of the belief Congress is too afraid to enact the legislation needed to curb the problem

Over 700 People Have Come Forward Claiming To Be Related To Or The Mother Of The Children Of The Late Singer Prince

In what is thoughtless behavior, over 700 people have come forward claiming to be related to the late singer Prince or the mothers of his children. Prince died at his Paisley Park home and recording studio in Minneapolis, Minnesota on April 21, 2016 and no will was found. Ever since then, opportunistic people have been coming out of the woodwork making fraudulent claims, in bids at gaining a share of his estimated $100,000,000 fortune.

Prince did not father children by many women nor is he related to half the planet (his former wife Mayte Garcia gave birth to a babies that died within a week and then miscarried a second child). An overwhelming majority of the people coming forward with these claims have never even met Prince. These claims are costly and outrageous. Lawyers for Prince's estate and the administrator need to put their foot down, via making it plainly clear, if anyone files a fraudulent claim, they will be arrested and prosecuted. If they fail to get serious regarding these fraudulent claims, the estate will lose millions of dollars in trying to sort out baseless paternity and DNA claims.

Side Bar: Previously, Prince thought he was of Italian ancestry, due to questions surrounding his maternal grandfather's ethnicity. Towards the end of his life, Prince discovered he was not of Italian ancestry. His parents roots lay in New Orleans, Louisiana, which has many people of black and French descent. Prince's father was black. His mother was black as well, but of mixed ancestry, leading many to believe she was Creole. Therefore, it appears Prince was of African and French ancestry.

But only one looks likely to have a shot at proving she is actually a blood relative of the singer whose sudden April 21 death shocked the music world, the man who is leading the official hunt for relatives tells Daily Mail Online in an exclusive interview. 

‘Our phone has been ringing off the hook, I would say we have received between 600 and 700 calls,’ Harvey Morse said. ‘They run the gamut, literally from “We lived in the same area so we must be related", to “We have pictures of Prince at our family reunion".' Prince’s estate (pictured above is his Paisley Park mansion) is estimated to be worth $300million, but it could increase to $1billion. ‘But I like official documents,’ he added. ‘Birth, marriage, death, divorce certificates, census records, that sort of thing - papers that were drawn up without any thought of this eventuality.’... 

On Friday, Judge Kevin Eade, who is overseeing the estate, issued an order in Carver County, Minnesota, allowing for DNA samples to be taken from Prince’s blood to help verify claims, giving those who believe they are related four months in which to file. He ordered that blood be transferred from the Midwest Medical Examiner Office in Ramsey, Minnesota, where the autopsy was conducted, to a DNA diagnostic center in Fairfield, Ohio... 

Heir Hunters International, another company that specializes in finding long-lost relatives has claimed that it has found Prince’s son, but Morse said he doubts that is true. ‘If that was the case I would have expected them to have been in court on Monday establishing their case, but they weren’t there. We were,’ he said. 

Morse said Prince’s estate could take years to sort out. ‘Bob Marley also died without a will,’ he pointed out. ‘He died 35 years ago and settlement of his estate is still ongoing. ‘The lesson to take from all this is “Make a will,”‘ he said. ‘But lots of people don’t, either because they think they’re immortal, they don’t want to think about death or they put it off, saying they will do it tomorrow, but the truck comes down the road today.’...

Floyd Mayweather's ex-fiancée, Shantel Jackson, who has fallen out of good graces with the public, for lying to the boxer, telling him he stressed her out and caused a miscarriage of their unborn twins, when she'd aborted his babies because she didn't want to get fat during pregnancy, was given a reality check on Instagram. Jackson boasted in a post that "my security is better than yours" in stating she was protected by a bodyguard in Louisiana during a club appearance. An Instagram user deflated her ego by stating, "LMAO Why does she have a security. She is nobody." Ouch!

While it was not nice calling Jackson "nobody" the Instagram user had a point. Why does she need security. Mayweather is the famous one with accomplishments. Jackson has not done anything of note. She hasn't done anything in her own right. She stands around smiling for Instagram pics all day.

Having sex with a famous person who fooled into thinking you loved them so you can have access to their money and spend as much of it as you could get your greedy hands on, is not an accomplishment. That's prostituting yourself. You didn't love Mayweather and via your greedy, treacherous conduct, you chased away the woman who actually did love him for who he is and not what he has (the mother of three of his kids, Josie Harris).

If Jackson had truly loved Mayweather and he gave her these things, at least you could say this person loved and cared about him. It wouldn't be something negative. It would have been two people who love each other in a relationship, with one lavishing gifts on the woman who loves him. But that's not what happened in their case. She didn't love him and brought him all this trauma with the abortion she lied about. After all he'd given her in life, she could have had his babies.

For months I saw photos of Mayweather online and thought he doesn't look himself. His eyes looked sad and his facial expression indicated depression. I didn't think he was worried about the prospect of fighting Maidana. Turns out, the drama with Jackson was playing out in the background. That whole drama messed him up. If he's not careful, it will impact his boxing.

Jackson is now dating rapper Nelly (who by accounts is not being faithful to her). Plus, Nelly can't afford her expensive tastes, though she grew up poor. It always trips me out when women who grew up with nothing develop expensive tastes and demand men they sex in exchange for the high life, pay to keep them like royalty. If you want to live the high life, don't lie to a man just to get his money - get a job and pay your own way.

Former NFL football player Darren Sharper, has experienced a massive fall from grace, as he is in criminal court on charges of drugging and raping people. Sharper is accused of drugging 10 women and 1 man, using Ambien (sleeping pills) and Morphine (pain killer). People in four U.S. states (California, Nevada, Louisiana and Arizona) went to authorities telling the same story - during a date with Sharper they blacked out after he gave them a drink and woke up assaulted. During on incident, a woman reported she blacked out and woke up to find Sharper sexually assaulting a woman next to her, who was unconscious. 

Many are stunned at the allegations, as on the surface, Sharper is handsome, famous and rich. However, some men with those same traits have been convicted of rape. Ted Bundy was considered handsome, intelligent and outgoing, but he was convincingly convicted of raping and killing many women. While Sharper is innocent until proven guilty, the evidence against him, such as items seized from his apartment after one of the alleged rapes, revealing an alcohol shot glass with traces of the drug Ambien in it.

In an amazing true story, the family of Bethany Arcenaux, rescued her after she was kidnapped by the father of her 2-year-old child Scott Thomas. Arcenaux was kidnapped by Thomas outside their son’s daycare center in Louisiana. She was forced into a car and taken to an abandoned home, where she was tortured by Thomas.

Arcenaux family had contacted police and began searching the area for her. When they heard her screams they stormed the home where she was being held hostage, only to find Thomas stabbing her. Arcenaux cousin opened fire killing Thomas and the family members took her to safety, rushing her to the hospital. She is in stable condition. What a brave family. You know what they say, blood is thicker than water. Girl, your family is gangsta...but in a good way.

Last night TV One aired a documentary styled special on the murder of Louisiana rapper, Magnolia Shorty (real name: Renetta Yemika Lowe-Bridgewater). Shorty who was shot and killed in New Orleans. Shorty was apart of the apart of the Cash Money collective. She'd released a number of explicit singles that became popular in the South.

She parted ways with Cash Money and was murdered shortly after in what has been a strange and grisly killing. After leaving the Magnolia projects, where she grew up with rappers Lil Wayne, Manny Fresh and Baby, she got married to a man named Carl Bridgewater and moved to the suburban Georgetown apartments in New Orleans, but trouble followed her there. Where the Magnolia projects suffered daily shootings, the Georgetown apartments is safe.

Shorty had taken an ex-con under her wings, who asked her to teach him all about the music industry. She complied in trying to help an aspiring artist. One afternoon in 2010, while driving home with him in her vehicle, two cars blocked Shorty's car in the front of the Georgetown apartment complex.

The occupants of the other vehicles rushed out the cars and opened fire. They unleashed a terrible hail of bullets on Shorty's vehicle, even standing on top of the car and firing through the sunroof to make sure the duo were dead. As stated above, Shorty was shot 26 times. She was pronounced dead on the scene at the young age of 28. Ironically, Shorty's husband Bridgewater was murdered one year later.

On June 14, 2013 police had a break in the case. They arrested 20 members of the 3MGs gang on charges of dealing drugs, arms and committing ten murders. It was discovered a member of the gang was heard bragging about murdering Magnolia Shorty. No charges have been brought and the case is still open.

 

On the internet the case is a point of speculation. The fact her husband was killed a year later cast some questions in what happened to Shorty was somehow related to him or if he was killed out of revenge. Some believe her murder was a gang hit,  as the police lead suggests.

Others online believe she was killed by someone within Cash Money, a label she had just left as what is known as an "Illuminati blood sacrifice" (Kabbalah). Cash Money and Young Money are apart of the Hollywood Illuminati and the public knows it with some online wondering out loud if they had something to do with it. However, these are only allegations.

There have been other murders in the entertainment industry where aspiring stars and established celebrities were caught talking about "Illuminati blood sacrifices" to get in good with a particular Hollywood set involved with the occult. Adding to the rumors is the fact a number of top stars have died in noticeable numbers under strange circumstances.

According to the Associated Press, the Winnfield Police Department stated the rapper was shot twice in the chest and succumb to his injures. Police are searching for a person of interest in his murder and have not established a motive in the tragic killing.

People are enjoying watching the exploits of the Christian rags to riches southerners, who made their money making duck calls. I find the jokes hilarious. The show is refreshing. I relate to Willie Robertson the most - running your businesses while trying to talk your family out of doing stuff that simply may not turn out right (see: party pooper).

Saw the two new episodes of Duck Dynasty last night and they were funny. One episode featured race car driver, Clint Bowyer. Willie Robertson, also known as "Boss Hog" (see: "Dukes of Hazard") challenged him to a limo race. As was to be expected, Willie lost.

I only have one question for Willie, what were you thinking racing a race car driver. It would have taken Jesus for you to beat him. I believe in taking the high road in such a race (flatten the pro's tires and bam, easy win - kidding). However, Willie did find out something. A NASCAR endorsement featuring your company's brand on a race car will cost you $500,000 per race. In short, rednecks are getting paid...

The first time I saw the trailer for the show "Duck Dynasty" I thought it was a sitcom. Turns out, it is a real family in Louisiana and the the program is a reality show. The Robertson family made millions off selling duck calls, a whistle-like apparatus used to lure ducks, enabling hunters to catch them. No duck is safe thanks to this family (LOL).

The Robertson's have parlayed some of their fortune into a reality series that is a hit with viewers. The program is currently pulling in over 4,000,000 viewers per week. The family are proud of their redneck roots and are quite the comedians, but make no mistake, they are nobody's fools, running a successful multi-million dollar business. Here are a few funny quotes from the show:

Willie: Jase has totally redefined the term ADD. He is ADDD. He can't shut up.

SI: I'm going to take him to a junkyard. The man's got everything... cars, mattresses, rvs, TOTATO salad, cold watermelon, sack of oranges.

Madonna has been booed once again with public hatred for her through the roof. New Orleans has a lot of black people and was considered a stronghold for Obama in the 2008 election. However, Madonna brought up Barack Obama at a New Orleans concert a this past weekend, telling the audience to vote for him and people booed and some walked out. 

Madonna's criminal conduct millions around the world have and continue to read about, which the Obama Administration turned a blind eye to for corrupt reasons, namely campaign donations and a bribe to the head of the FBI, hasn't help the president's cause. Millions know of the Obama Administration's deliberately poor handling of the matter, which is a law and order matter, not a mere civil case. 

To this day Madonna and her cult Kabbalah have not stopped their unlawful conduct regarding me, which is another black eye on his administration, who continues to come up in this website's statistics as visitors, yet they have the gall to complain about the articles on the Judiciary Report not being helpful to his election campaign. The site would not have published the TRUTHFUL articles in question, had the administration done its job regarding the aforementioned case. 

Madonna has been getting booed a lot this year, which is not normal for any entertainer. Something is clearly wrong. She just can't seem to do anything right regarding the public and it's because people hate her. Madonna was booed in Britain, France and Russia this summer. The French people, who are wise, even shouted the word "slut" at her in their native language. Madonna was even booed in America during a show in Colorado this month for being an insensitive, publicity seeking witch. She is also having to charge more and more money for concert tickets, as less and less people are buying from her, while other artists have been selling well.

Peter Fonda Slams Obama As A "F***ing Traitor"

Filmmaker, actor and environmentalist, Peter Fonda, has slammed U.S. President, Barack Obama, labeling him a "fu***** traitor." Fonda voiced his opinions at the Cannes Film Festival in France. He is angry over what he deems Obama selling out America in, "The aftermath of the Gulf oil spill."

Fonda is at Cannes pushing a documentary film about the subject entitled "The Big Fix." Daringly enough, Fonda wrote an email to Obama stating, "You are a f(expletive) traitor... You're a traitor, you allowed foreign boots on our soil telling our military -- in this case the coastguard -- what they can and could not do, and telling us, the citizens of the United States, what we could or could not do."

I'd be genuinely surprised if he doesn't get a call or visit from the Secret Service after using expletives, as they are very touchy and clearly very bored with a lot of time on their hands. Nonetheless, there are people that feel the way Fonda does about the subject and they have a right to free speech, something Obama opposes.

Peter Fonda calls Obama 'traitor' at Cannes

Wed May 18, 11:45 am ET - CANNES, France (AFP) – Peter Fonda launched a four-letter attack on US President Barack Obama at the Cannes film festival on Wednesday, calling him a traitor over the handling of the aftermath of the Gulf oil spill.

The star of the 1969 road movie "Easy Rider" was in Cannes for the premiere of "The Big Fix" by Rebecca and Josh Tickell, the only feature documentary in the official selection at the Cannes film festival this year.

"I sent an email to President Obama saying, 'You are a f(expletive) traitor,' using those words... 'You're a traitor, you allowed foreign boots on our soil telling our military -- in this case the coastguard -- what they can and could not do, and telling us, the citizens of the United States, what we could or could not do'."

BP Files A Monster Of A Lawsuit Against Halliburton

BP (British Petroleum) has filed a monster of a lawsuit against Halliburton, Transocean and Cameron International, over the massive oil spill that occurred off the coast of Louisiana last year. The environmental disaster turned out to be the worst spill in U.S. history.

BP seeks $40.9 billion in damages from the Defendants in the case. Yes, you read that right. Billion, not million. BP contends it is for money they paid out in claims and clean up, due to the regrettable spill.

British Petroleum has sustained a significant amount of damage during the disaster. BP’s shareholders and bottom-line, took a pounding over the spill, which British Petroleum stated was caused by the Defendants, as it was their machinery, methods and men that worked on the rig.
