Supreme Court Refuses To Hear Google's Appeal In Oracle Copyright Infringement Lawsuit Accusing The Tech Giant Of Ripping Them Off

Google

The tide continues to turn against Google. Recently, the city of Mountain View, California, snubbed the tech giant, awarding them a small parcel of land for purchase, while giving the lion’s share of the property for sale to smaller rival, Linked In. In Britain and Europe, Google has come under fire in houses of legislature for illegally spying on people by using Google Maps cars to illegally sweep up and collect residents' computer data such as private files, passwords and detailed profile information, as the vehicles drive through neighborhoods all over the world, under the auspices of capturing video of streets.

Google Maps labels the White House "nig*a house" and the U.S. Supreme Court "dumb f**ks"

This week the U.S. Supreme Court declined to hear Google’s appeal in a case filed by tech rival, Oracle, who alleges copyright infringement of their software Java for Google's Android computer program that is used in millions of mobile phones. Google willfully infringed Oracle's copyrights to make Android software, refusing to obtain a license for the commercial, bulk use of Java. One cannot cite the Fair Use segment of the Copyright Act under such circumstances, as it does not apply.

Side Bar: I wonder if calling the Supreme Court the "dumb f**ks" didn't help Google's plight in this case (LOL).

Floyd Mayweather And Manny Pacquiao Meet At A Miami Heat Game As Deadline Draws Near For Megafight

Manny Pacquaio and Floyd Mayweather finally meet after years of trash talking each other in interviews and on social networking. Floyd is looking at Manny like he found the mythical Lochness monster (LOL). Manny looks all tranquil.

Two legendary boxers finally met each other. Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather met courtside at a Miami Heat basketball game this week. The two sat on opposite sides of the court, but ended up speaking to each other and exchanging telephone numbers. Sports commentators and fans on social networking were happy at the news, as it gave hope the two will finally step into the ring in a boxing bout.

For years the two sides have openly argued about terms of a potential fight, but nothing materialized. Two weeks ago Pacquiao stated he gave Mayweather a January 31, 2015 deadline to sign a contract to fight him or he would go elsewhere. A week later Pacquiao met up with British boxer Amir Khan in London, which attracted a lot of attention.

Pacquiao and Mayweather exchange numbers

The informal meeting between Pacquiao and Khan made headlines, as publications announced the two pugilists are in talks for a boxing match. It certainly got Mayweather's attention. Mayweather should fight Pacquiao. It's only fair to the fans who have made them rich. Pacquiao should also fight Amir Khan. It would make for good boxing. Khan should also fight Kell Brook.

Young Money Rapper Flow Charged With Attempted Murder And Armed Robbery

Flow drinking Lil Wayne's favorite, illegal Sizzurp

Lil Wayne label mate and collaborator, Flow, has been charged with attempted murder and armed robbery in Louisiana. Dude is about to Flow right into prison, pardon the pun. The Young Money rapper, real name, Widner DeGruy, aged 21, has been arrested for shooting at a man and using a gun in the commission of a robbery, to steal cash and mobile phones.

History keeps repeating itself in rap music, because people fail to learn from the past. People need to learn to leave that violent lifestyle alone. What could have been a promising rap career is now up in smoke and not the kind rappers are used to, by the way.
