Man In Florida Who Extorted And Blackmailed Hundreds Of Underage Girls Into Making Child Porn Online Sentenced To 105-Years In Prison

31-year-old Florida man, Lucas Chansler, has been sentenced to 105-years in prison for an extortion scheme that victimized 350 underage girls, ages 12-16. Chansler pretended to be a teenage boy on social networking websites and befriended a number of underage girls. Chansler would then request a topless photo from his victims. When Chansler received the illegal child porn, he began using the images to extort the underage girls for fully nude photos and graphic videos.
Chansler obtained 80,000 pornographic images and videos through this sick scheme. However, police caught up with Chansler when a mother in Arizona filed a report with authorities stating her 15-yar-old daughter had been victimized by a sexual predator on the internet. Authorities traced the IP address of the alleged 15-year-old and discovered it was actually a grown man, Chansler.
A similar case happened years ago, regarding a grown man who is a pedophile, posing as then 15-year-old singer, Justin Bieber, whilst extorting nude photos and videos from underage girls. Preteens and teens need to be careful regarding the people they talk to online. Some people are legitimately who they say they are, but some are not. However, you don't know who is who. In the age of pedophiles and stalkers, you need to be careful. Do not divulge your personal information, nude, semi-nude photos or videos to strangers online or in public and do not agree to or attempt to meet up with them.
Some teens develop emotional attachments to people online and it can turn out quite wrong. You may think you're in love but you're not. Trust me. You'll get over it. You don't know who is truly on the other end of that computer. Therefore, be careful. Terrible things have happened to innocent kids and teens who met up with strangers they interacted with online.
At the end of the day, don't take the internet too seriously. People can be kind, but they can also be fickle, cruel bullies. Don't take it to heart. Ignore it and focus on positive things. The internet is there for you to learn good things and have healthy, productive social interactions with your peers. Do not let the internet define you or make you sad. Enjoy the best of it and learn to stay away from the worst of it. In closing, if anything strange or bad happens, tell your parents.

July 8, 2015 - St. Johns County resident Lucas Chansler arrested in one of the largest 'sextortion' cases in US history. He is currently serving 105 years in federal prison. Lucas Chansler, 31, was sentenced to 105 years in federal prison on 9 counts of production of child pornography. He is from St. Johns County.
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Operating in secrecy from an apartment above his parent's garage at their house in Julington Creek, Lucas Michael Chansler, 31, became one of the most prolific sextortionists in U.S. history. Using a mixture of deception and intimidation, he extorted sexually explicit and pornographic images of some 350 child victims in 3 countries.
"His victims were all young girls," says FBI Special Agent Larry Meyer. "His youngest was 12 oldest was 16." Lucas Chansler, 31, of St. Johns County, was arrested on January 8, 2010 when federal authorities raided his home. He is now serving 105 years in federal prison on nine charges of child pornography for his involvement in obtaining over 80,000 images and videos of child pornography from over 350 underage girls, the FBI Jacksonville office released Tuesday.
The FBI says they first received a tip back in December of 2009 from a mother of a 15-year-old girl in Phoenix, Ariz. who had met a 15-year-old boy on MySpace - or so she thought. This alleged boy solicited a topless photo from this woman's daughter and, after receiving it, asked for more. The young girl from Phoenix refused, but when she did, the 'boy' threatened to post the photos on the internet and send them to her friends and family...

sending thugs in his entourage to her home and threatening her life

sent her threatening texts because she posted photos on Instagram of
luxury purses he purchased for her. A woman named Shaye G, from
Arizona, whom Drake found on Instagram and flew her out to meet him,
says Drake threatened if he sees her anywhere she’s “gettin run
outta there.” Shaye G also reported this incident to local police.
One thing’s for sure, Drake’s nice guy image is taking a serious
hit.

Former NFL Football Player Darren Sharper Facing 30-Years In Prison For Drugging And Raping People

Former NFL football player Darren Sharper, has
experienced a massive fall from grace, as he is in criminal court on
charges of drugging and raping people. Sharper is accused of
drugging 10 women and 1 man, using Ambien (sleeping pills) and
Morphine (pain killer). People in four U.S. states (California,
Nevada, Louisiana and Arizona) went to authorities telling the same
story - during a date with Sharper they blacked out after he gave
them a drink and woke up assaulted. During on incident, a woman
reported she blacked out and woke up to find Sharper sexually
assaulting a woman next to her, who was unconscious.
Many are stunned at the allegations, as on the
surface, Sharper is handsome, famous and rich. However, some men
with those same traits have been convicted of rape. Ted Bundy was
considered handsome, intelligent and outgoing, but he was
convincingly convicted of raping and killing many women. While
Sharper is innocent until proven guilty, the evidence against him,
such as items seized from his apartment after one of the alleged
rapes, revealing an alcohol shot glass with traces of the drug
Ambien in it.

is blaming ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber for her problems and
addictions and left rehab 4-weeks early. 2-weeks into the treatment
plan at Dawn At The Meadows in Arizona, Gomez checked out of rehab
to go to the Sundance Film Festival to promote her new film, placing
her career ahead of her life and health.
First step for addicts is to admit their addiction
and take responsibility. You made the choice to do drugs and drink
excessively, regardless of who brought that into your environment.
The second step should be completing a reputable rehab program and
faithfully following outpatient treatment and procedures.

Something has gone wrong with Bieber, as the Judiciary Report has been asserting for months. It’s undeniable at this point. He is not acting like himself. Speeding down streets endangering the public, smoking marijuana, getting drunk, chasing models for sex, cheating on his girlfriend Selena Gomez, who dumped him due to it, flashing his naked butt and posting it online, spitting in a female disc jockeys drink, hours late for concerts, slamming fans at his hotel in Arizona and now standing up his "Beliebers" in Miami, leaving them in tears. Bieber was not like this before.
Bad friends and the wild Hollywood lifestyle of sex, drugs and rock n’ roll is turning him into another person. The tardiness in artists usually occurs when the drug and or alcohol problems take over. Classic signs of it are present in Bieber’s behavior.

Bieber continued his day of disappointment, not taking the stage at his Sunday night concert until 10:15 p.m. The opening act started at 7 o'clock. All in attendance for the pre-concert event had signed waivers allowing them to be filmed for a concert-style movie. They were promised they would get to see the pop sensation, but Bieber bailed.
"I'm enraged!" Antonio Crespo sent to share@local10.com. "She spent the whole day being used under false pretenses. She should have at least been given complimentary tickets." Crespo also said the crowd was told that Bieber wasn't there because he was feeling ill. Local 10 has yet to hear from representatives for Justin Bieber.

U.S. President Barack Obama, was pictured fiercely arguing with Arizona Governor, Jan Brewer, on the tarmac, as she greeted him in her state. Obama angrily snapped at Brewer for her characterizations of him in her book "Scorpions For Breakfast." Getting into a heated argument with a woman in public is not a good look for a president.
Brewer's viewpoint on immigration is bad, but she did have some good points on health care. She is an inflammatory character, who at times sounds like a bigot, but President Obama needs to remember he is a man and what the public will see is him bullying a woman.

Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords Touching Recovery Featured On Television (Video)
Last night, ABC News, featured the extraordinary recovery of Congresswoman, Gabrielle Giffords, who was shot in the head by a schizophrenic, Satan worshiping gunman at a meet and greet in Tucson, Arizona. Initial reports claimed she was killed in the shooting, after a bullet pierced her brain. It really is sad how the deeds of another can completely destroy a person's life. However, Giffords says she is not angry with shooter, Jared Lee Loughner.
Giffords remarkable 10-month recovery really is a blessing. It's heartbreaking to watch, as Giffords initially struggles to get back on her feet...literally. The bullet left her unable to walk or talk. She was as an infant, having to learn to speak and walk again, but she did. Certain cognitive functions are still affected and she is not quite her old self yet. Giffords is still attempting a complete recovery and if successful at this endeavor, will return to Congress.
During the interview, she sometimes struggles to find words to express how she feels and walks with a limp, as apart of the residual damage from the bullet. It's amazing that her leg was not injured, but due to the traumatic brain injury and the sector of the brain it impacted, the brain is instructing her leg to move in said manner. The cell regeneration process in Giffords is still fascinating and her story very inspiring.

Potential republican presidential candidate, Donald Trump, has hired a team of investigators, to dig up the truth surrounding President Barack Obama's birth. Controversy continues to swirl, as no original birth certificate has been released by President Obama and his grandmother in Kenya told the press she witnessed his birth in Africa.

President Obama could settle this issue by releasing his original birth certificate. However, it is puzzling why he is refusing to do so. It looks a certain way and is causing significant doubt among many people, as to his country of birth.

Mainstream Media Playing Down 9-Year-Old Brisenia Flores' Murder?

There have been charges on some websites, slamming the mainstream press for playing down the terrible murder of 9-year-old, Brisenia Flores, who was shot in the head at point blank range. Flores was killed for being an immigrant. Three members of the Minutemen broke into her family's home in Arizona, incorrectly deeming them drug dealers with absolutely no proof. They shot each member of the family, with the intent to kill and rob them of their possessions.
One has to admit, the story is terrible, confounding, appalling and quite jarring. However, people need to talk about it, as something has gone wrong in society that such a thing transpired. This terrible breed of hatred some, not all, are directing at immigrants, is unlawful and extreme. What did this child do that she deserved to be slaughtered in this manner? Nothing. But the question is, how many other people out there share the killers' dangerous views.

The local government of the U.S. State of Arizona, is front and center again with the proposition of a controversial law. First there was the immigration bill, now there's the proposed presidential birth certificate act.
The government of Arizona, emboldened by a new wave of Republican incumbents, seeks to pass a new law, which would require any candidate for President of the United States, present an original copy of their birth certificate.
This new law could scupper President Barack Obama's 2012 reelection bid, as the government of Hawaii recently stated, they do not have an original copy of his birth certificate in their archives.

Wounded U.S. Congresswoman, Gabrielle Giffords, is steadily making progress, after being gunned down in Tucson, by mentally disturbed assailant, Jared Lee Loughner. This week, her friend and fellow congresswoman, Debra Wasserman Schultz, spoke of Giffords opening her eyes for the first time after being shot in the head by anti-Semitic, Hitler supporting, Loughner.

Wasserman Schultz stated, she told Giffords to open her eyes and she tried to, but did not at first. Then, she started encouraging her more, telling her they would go out for pizza and lo and behold, Giffords opened her eyes. When I read that bit about the congresswoman (food), I remembered the television show "The Nanny" and jokingly thought to myself about Giffords, "Yep, she's Jewish" (smile).

I also remembered music producer, Scott Storch, who gave his production company the name "Tuff Jew" - but considering Giffords took a bullet to the head and kept ticking, I think she earned that title. May she recover and find her stride again.

Youngest Tucson Massacre Victim Laid To Rest

Beautiful, bright, 9-year-old, Christina Taylor-Green, was laid to rest today in Arizona, after dying from a gunshot wound to the chest. Green was one of the victims of schizophrenic gunman, Jared Lee Loughner, who opened fire on a crowd at a Safeway Supermarket in Tucson. Green and her neighbors had attended a "Congress On Your Corner" event, hosted by U.S. Representative, Gabrielle Giffords, who was also shot in the melee. Giffords is still in the hospital after sustaining a gunshot wound to the head.
Green was one of fifty lovely babies featured in the book "Faces of Hope" to commemorate children born on the day of America's worst terrorist attack, September 11th. As her family has pointed out, she was born on the day of a tragedy and passed in one as well. It is tragic and terrible her life was cut short by a madman's bullet. Tragedies are never easy to accept, especially when children are involved. For her family, the pain of her passing will diminish with time and they can take comfort in knowing she is with God.

Washington Honors Tucson Massacre Victims
The U.S. government spent the day honoring the victims of the Tucson massacre, where gunman Jared Lee Loughner, stalked and shot Congresswoman, Gabrielle Giffords, then opened fire on a crowd at Safeway Supermarket in Arizona. Six people died and fourteen were wounded. Congress passed a resolution to honor them.

President Barack Obama attended a memorial for the victims, held at the University of Arizona, whose medical unit has been treating the victims of the tragedy. Present was astronaut, Mark Kelly, the husband of Congresswoman Giffords, who has been by her side at the hospital.

After a visit from the President and her colleagues in Congress, at the urging of one of her friends, Giffords, who suffered a gunshot wound to the head, opened her eyes for the first time since the tragedy.

The bullet penetrated and exited a portion of her brain that controls speech. People who sustain traumatic brain injuries or hemorrhages sometimes have accompanying vision impairments as well. Doctors have stated Giffords has a long road to recovery ahead of her. However, they are pleased that she is not suffering from a serious case of edema, which is brain swelling that can kill.

Alaska politician and former Vice Presidential candidate, Sarah Palin, is in trouble today, over a video she released denouncing media attacks on her, regarding the Tucson massacre. She accused some in the press of a "blood libel." Not familiar with the term, I had to look it up. It is listed as pejorative used against Jewish people, as they were accused of killing Christian babies for their blood to be used in sacrifices. Jewish people find the term very offensive.

It was not the best term for Palin to employ, as it is a sore spot for Jewish people. Additionally, U.S. Congresswoman, Gabrielle Giffords, who was the target of the shooting, is Jewish and battling for her life in the hospital. Some believe the shooter, Jared Lee Loughner, was anti-Semitic, which could be the case, as he would frequent a website that has posted mean things about Jewish people.

Westboro Baptist Will Not Picket Arizona Funerals

News had surfaced this week that Westboro Baptist church intended to picket the funerals of the Tucson massacre victims. The church is mostly comprised of one family, the Phelps, who have made a regrettable habit of picketing the funerals of a number of high profile individuals and soldiers, in acts that are not kind. They have announced today they will refrain from picketing the funerals of the Tucson victims.

Westboro needs to stop picketing at funerals, period. As stated on this site previously, it is not good to spew hateful statements at people, especially when they are trying to burry their loved ones. In the Bible, Jesus never showed up at people's funerals condemning their deceased loved ones and heckling attendants. This is not the Christian way.

The political rankling between former Alaska governor, Sarah Palin and current U.S. President, Barack Obama, is being blamed for the tragic shooting that occurred at a Safeway Supermarket in Tucson, Arizona this past weekend.

20 people were shot, six killed, among the fallen, a 9-year-old child, Christina Green. She was born on September 11, 2001 and died in another national tragedy that centered on the government. U.S. Congresswoman, Gabrielle Giffords, was the target of the senseless attack, at the hands of a schizophrenic, Jared Lee Loughner.
Palin, a gun enthusiast, has made a number of weapons statements involving rival Democrats, who are led by President Barack Obama, which have been misinterpreted by some members of the public. In every nation, there are always those who are unstable, therefore, one must be careful of one's words, lest the mentally ill sees a hidden message that simply is not there to rational people.

The Judiciary Report has repeatedly written about the dangers of individuals being stalked, as it is a serious crime that sometimes turns fatal. Evidence has surfaced indicating, U.S. Congresswoman, Gabrielle Giffords, was approached by assailant, Jared Loughner over a year ago, before he mortally wounded others and shot her in the head this past Saturday at a Safeway Supermarket in Tucson, Arizona.
Loughner and others also targeted Giffords at work, vandalizing her office, by damaging the door and breaking windows. Previously, Loughner contacted her by mail, received a polite response, but was peeved it did not meet his irrational standards.
This man and others like him, were constantly trying to make contact with Giffords in ways that are inappropriate and intrusive, also known as stalking. The poor thing was backed into a corner and didn't even know it, as she simply shrugged off the prior incidents. However, just because one is a public figure, does not mean one should be subjected to acts of vandalism and physical violence and tolerate it.

These misdeeds were all signs of aggravated stalking that no one did anything about, until it ended in horrible, preventable violence. Why do people not taking stalking seriously enough. Why does something bad have to happen to open people's eyes to the dangers of this perverse crime.
Some will state, how could they have known something like this could happen. It's simple. If someone is crazy enough to break that firmly established social barrier, by stalking and or harassing someone, that says they don't care and are mentally insane with the latent potential to kill.
Most self-respecting, law abiding people wouldn't dare stalk and terrorize others, as it is socially unacceptable, dysfunctional, creepy, embarrassing, disrespectful and illegal. For someone to cross that line and stalk and harass says it all.
