There Is A Serious Problem With The U.S. Justice System When The Government Starts Treating Victims Like Criminals And Criminals Like Victims

The justice system is supposed to be fair and equitable. However, the Brock Turner rape case has revealed it is anything but that, confirming what the Judiciary Report has been stating for years about the U.S. justice system. Judge Aaron Persky, an alumni of Stanford University, gave one of its current students, Brock Turner, 6-months in jail, as opposed to the required 6-years in prison for a vicious 3-count rape that left a victim with terrible emotional, mental and physical damage. 

The case has sparked outrage in America, as millions of citizens demand Persky be removed. Persky is the most hated judge in America and considering all the corruption currently in the justice system, that is no small feat. The case needs to be revisited/reopened, as in cases where it is discovered a judge, prosecutor, FBI or police acted illegally or improperly against a party in the case. 

A segment of the victim's statement on the Turner rape, once again unmasks the corruption in the justice system and how criminals are using loopholes and other disgraceful tactics to get out of the consequences of their crimes. The victim stated, "I thought there’s no way this is going to trial; there were witnesses, there was dirt in my body, he ran but was caught. He’s going to settle, formally apologize, and we will both move on. Instead, I was told he hired a powerful attorney, expert witnesses, private investigators who were going to try and find details about my personal life to use against me, find loopholes in my story to invalidate me and my sister, in order to show that this sexual assault was in fact a misunderstanding."

Lawyers are engaging in criminal behavior with judges in a number of cases, such as issuing cash or stock bribes to derail cases on behalf of their lawbreaking clients. Where cases appear open and shut, due to the seriousness of the crimes and evidence present, they are not airtight in the current corrupt atmosphere in the U.S. justice system. Even the Supreme Court is taking bribes "The Associated Press Accuses U.S. Supreme Court Judges Of Taking Stocks As Bribes And They're Right." It's not a good look. The America and world are watching the corruption in the U.S. justice system with contempt and disgust. 

Even websites like TMZ brag about celebrities and the rich questionably squirming out of the consequences of criminal behavior and corruptly getting valid cases against them tossed. It's not something to brag about. It is disgraceful what they are doing, as it is painting a terrible picture in the eyes of the nation and the world of how corrupt and buyable the U.S. justice system has become. It's a black eye.

The U.S. justice system needs to be cleaned up lest it takes the whole country down over the misconduct of rich criminals, who aren't even 2% of the population and could not survive without the rest of America. After all, without the middle class and lower income people, who would work for and buy the products of America's wealthiest 2 percent. 

The wealthiest 2 percent ripping off, defrauding and abusing the middle class and the poor in America is not in the nation's best interest, as it is morally wrong, cruel and destroying the backbone of the country. America never used to be like this. However, over the past 15-years, as the phrase goes, "The inmates have been running the asylum." Highly questionably people have been installed in the government and justice system to America's detriment. It used to be the cream rises to the top. However, with all the corruption, bribery and nepotism, the crap has risen to the top and no society in world history has sustained itself under those conditions and did not catastrophically fall (for further reference, see the fall of Rome).

I read world news articles, medical and science journals and legal documents 6-days a week. I can state without fear of contradiction, the U.S. justice system has become the most corrupt in the world. The stories of corruption coming out of justice system and government in America are the most severe and astonishing in the world. It's gone too far.

The government needs to clean up the corruption. You are destroying America. There's a crude reference online that the wealthy in America engaging in egregious abuses against the middle class and the poor need to think about as they recklessly destroy the nation's future, "Don't s**t where you eat."

I was not only told that I was assaulted, I was told that because I couldn’t remember, I technically could not prove it was unwanted. And that distorted me, damaged me, almost broke me. It is the saddest type of confusion to be told I was assaulted and nearly raped, blatantly out in the open, but we don’t know if it counts as assault yet. I had to fight for an entire year to make it clear that there was something wrong with this situation.

As stated on the Judiciary Report for the past two days, Hollywood actress, Amber Heard, is not wealthy and has been after husband Johnny Depp's money and fame all along. Heard has made domestic violence allegations against Depp, which he denies. Depp's lawyer referred to it as an unethical tool being employed by Heard to obtain a quick, substantial divorce settlement. Heard is seeking at least $20,000,000 from Depp after 1-year of marriage, which is morally wrong. As there is no prenup in place, Heard can really rip off Depp in a divorce settlement.

Court documents revealed today Heard is massively in debt and cannot afford the lavish lifestyle she has been living without Depp. Heard makes $10,000 per month, which is not much for an actress in Hollywood. Heard earns $30,000 per movie, whereas actresses such as Halle Berry, Meryl Streep and Jennifer Aniston make millions of dollars per film. Heard is not a leading actress. However, Heard's lavish spending means she has $44,000 in expenses every month, the majority of which Depp has been underwriting.

One of Heard's expenses is thousands of dollars per month for her two dogs lesbian lover Taysa Van Ree gave her in 2011. You could run an entire kennel for that money. Today, Heard referred to the Los Angeles Police Department as liars, for stating when they responded to her call for assistance during an argument with Depp, they saw no bruises/injuries from the attack she is alleging. However, under police rules, they would have been required to arrest Depp and take a report. Police in America do not leave an injured domestic violence victim in the dwelling with the alleged abuser. The police report states Heard had no injuries and their home showed no signs of a struggle. TMZ revealed, doctors are also refuting Heard's claims Depp struck her with a mobile phone, hit her in the head and dragged her around by her hair, stating she does not have bruising consistent with such an attack.

Amber Heard’s Monthly Expenses Revealed in Court Docs Amid Johnny Depp Divorce Dispute

May 31, 2016 - Amber Heard’s legal team say she is a “financially independent woman” and new court docs filed in her ongoing divorce proceedings prove it...In documents filed on May 27 and recently made public, the 30-year-old actress says her estimated income for May is $5,000 – with her average monthly income at $10,000 – and claims her expenses to be $43,700 per month. 

Some of those monthly costs include $10,000 for rent, $3,000 for health care, $2,000 for groceries and household supplies, another $2,000 for eating out, $2,000 for clothes and $10,000 for “entertainment, gifts, and vacation.” She’s also factored in $10,000 for miscellaneous expenses, including grooming and pet supplies for her dogs and her publicist, agent and attorney fees. 

Heard’s biggest source of income in 2016 so far has been profits from the Magic Mike sequel, banking $10,505.49. Last year, she made a reported $259,876.65 – of note, $2,472. 41 of which came from The Rum Diary residuals – and spent $208,415.56. 

Interestingly, Heard’s largest paychecks have come from fashion companies such as Bulgari and jewelry designer de Gisogono, who paid her $50K and $150K respectively in past years. She does not appear to have ad campaigns with either brand, but did walk the red carpet at a Bulgari event in Paris and the infamous de Gisogono Cannes party during those years. Amber Heard Cops Interviewed by LAPD Brass We Saw No Injuries

 6/1/2016 1:00 AM PDT - The 2 officers who interviewed Amber Heard the night she was allegedly attacked by Johnny Depp have spoken with LAPD brass, and our sources say they are adamant ... Amber had no visible injuries. The officers spoke with superiors Tuesday afternoon and said they had no idea Johnny Depp was involved at all -- the 911 call came in under the name Heard, and they did not associate her with Depp. 

The 2 cops say the information they had when they knocked at her door was only that there was a domestic dispute. Amber opened the door just a crack but would not let them in. They questioned her through the door and she said it was a simple verbal argument with her husband. She never mentioned Depp by name. The officers told her they needed to make sure she wasn't declining help under duress, so they insisted on coming in and speaking with her. Amber obliged, and the officers say they looked at her closely enough to determine there were no marks, swelling or bruising on her face or other exposed parts of her body. 

Our LAPD sources say precisely what several doctors told us ... if Johnny threw an iPhone at her pitcher style, and then followed up with hair-pulling and hitting, there would have been swelling at the very least, and most probably some immediate bruising or redness. The officers saw nothing. The cops insist if they had seen any sign of injury they would have taken a report and tracked down the husband.

Depp married the known lesbian actress and was said to be enraged when she began cheating on him with women, such as cocaine addicted model, Cara Delevingne, who is being sexually passed around Hollywood and sports circles by the Kabbalah Center, in exchange for industry favors. Heard stated in court papers that Depp became paranoid that she was cheating on him. However, she gave him good reason to think that. 

Heard has accused Depp of engaging in acts of violence against her. Heard went to court last week, during their divorce, with visible injuries, stating Depp threw his mobile phone at her, which hit her across the face. Heard also alleged that on May 21, 2016, Depp was swinging a champagne bottle around the room “like a baseball bat.” It is reminiscent of lesbian Madonna’s false claims that ex-husband Sean Penn had beat her with “a baseball bat.” 

Depp’s lawyer has revealed Heard made up the domestic violence allegations in a bid at gaining a quick, massive divorce settlement from Depp, in a case where there is no prenup. It was a bad idea to get married without a prenup. The Judiciary Report has covered this topic for years. Depp's lawyer Laura Wasser stated, “Amber is attempting to secure a premature financial resolution by alleging abuse. Amber is a successful model and actress who earns her own income and is capable of supporting herself. Amber’s anger certainly cannot drive this dissolution proceedings."

One look at her film credits reveals, Heard has done a few notable roles, but she is by no means rich or a top actress. Depp is the big star in the relationship and said to be worth $400,000,000. It was not since Heard conveniently married Depp, whom it looked like she never really loved, that she was given roles in big budget films, all due to his connections.   

Depp denies ever hitting Heard. Depp’s ex-wife, Lori Anne Allison, has come to his defense stating the allegations are completely untrue, as he is not an abusive person. Depp’s ex-partner, Vanessa Paradis, who is the mother of his children, has come out slamming Heard’s claims as well, stating he is not a domestic violence abuser. Many are stating Heard's allegations are out of character for Depp. 

Depp's friend, comedian Doug Stanhope stated of the actor, "He opened up in the most vulnerable of ways. That Amber was now going to leave him, threatening to lie about him publicly in any and every duplicitous way if he didn't agree to her terms. He got used, manipulated, set up and made to look like an as***le. Abusing women is b******t. Johnny doesn't abuse anyone. And he told that day ahead of time that she'd pull some kind of s*** like this."

The Los Angeles Police Department revealed there was no evidence of assault when they responded to a call from Heard. However, shortly after, Heard uploaded to the internet a photo of a broken family picture and wine bottle on the ground, claiming it was from Depp attacking her during the incident. Once again, police stated they saw no such thing when they responded to her 911 call.

I sympathize with people who are victimized by domestic violence. If these allegations are true, Depp is completely in the wrong. However, if they have been made up, as many in the industry are stating, Heard should face charges. I have to be frank, based on what I am hearing and seeing, I don't believe Heard.

The first question is why did Depp marry a practicing lesbian. She was not a reformed lesbian, who wanted to go straight. Some lesbians change their minds and marry men, which is fine. Heard kept having sex with women before and during her marriage to Depp. Why do that to your spouse. The second question is why did he marry a fame and money hungry actress, who is now trying to take half of his $400,000,000 fortune after 1-year of marriage.

Men need to use better judgment. Just because a woman is young and pretty, does not mean common sense should fly out the window. It could not be worth this terrible drama. Last week was quite telling. Day one Heard was photographed leaving court bawling that Depp hit her in the face with his phone. Day two she was photographed leaving her lawyer's office loudly "laughing" and "cackling" after her attorney's attempt at extracting half of Depp's fortune. That didn't look right. Heard comes across as highly questionable for it.

Some high profile lesbians in Hollywood have gotten into relationships with men and provoked them to rage, playing games using women in attempts at making the male jealous. That is not a healthy relationship, testing someone all the time. Some women get off on that type of manipulation and provocation, but it is mentally unsound.

When Depp began dating Heard, he changed into a different person. Depp used to be well-groomed and presentable. When Heard entered the picture Depp became disheveled and his expressions indicated confusion and depression. Depp's friends have come forward stating Heard has treated him badly from the beginning, was cruel regarding his mother's recent death, leaving him at the time of her passing, while demanding huge sums of money. This is a follow up to the July 9, 2013 Judiciary Report article "The Dangers Of Trapping A Man With Pregnancy In Trying To Make Him Stay." Since the time I wrote and published the article, some interesting developments have transpired regarding high profile famous men and women, who later trapped them via pregnancy, in what has become bitter social and legal battles. And if a certain male celebrity that tracked me down twice in Miami, who also reads this column on a regular basis, had simply listened to the advice contained on the website, he would not be in the legal problems he faces today (*looks in Chris Brown's direction*).

Famous men are often targeted by women for their fame and money. Some women decided to trap rich and famous men via pregnancy, hoping it will force them to marry them and make them wealthy too, but it is a bad idea that usually ends in heartbreak and resentment. Millionaire basketball player, Kyrie Irving and fellow multi-millionaire, singer Chris Brown, are two men who are experiencing this and it has brought them and the mothers of their children a world of pain, trouble and embarrassment. The mother of Irving's child is Andrea Wilson. The mother of Chris Brown's child is Nia Guzman.

Sex between two people should be consensual. Just so, bringing a child into this world should also be consensual between both people. Trapping a man via pregnancy, scheming and summarily deciding on your own that you are going to get pregnant without telling him, is wrong. A baby is supposed to be conceive in love, not through casual sex with someone you don't love who is scheming to trap you for money and to show off to the world they are the mother of your child. God doesn't like ugly. As the Bible states, "Be sure your sins will find you out" "what is done in the dark will come to light" and "you reap what you sow."

Some women see it as winning when they break up a couple via trapping a man via pregnancy, but why would you want someone who loves someone else. You should be happy for people in love and let them have a chance to be happy in their relationship. Getting pregnant for a man to force the love of his life out of the picture, is not getting an edge on her, but making him resent you.

As the rap group Outkast stated in the song "Ms. Jackson" a child is "not a paycheck." Both Kyrie and Chris are in protracted legal battles with the mothers of their children whom they've ditched to date others and it has become bitter and ugly. Both women want to live the high life off the celebrities they have trapped via pregnancy, which is inappropriate. It's called child support. Not mother support.

I remember multi-millionaire comedian Steve Harvey made a joke regarding a child support request he was hit, demanding several thousand dollars per month to which he humorously stated, "Why? Is my baby on crack?!" However, there is truth to his statements regarding how much money some women demand in child support.

Guzman greedily demanded $20,000 per month in child support from Brown, who was giving her $2,000 for their baby that he keeps for two weeks in every month. Wilson has been embarrassingly complaining in court that she should be able to spend the child support money on herself too and she wants more cash from Irving every month. Wilson also publicly complained that Irving is spending more time with his new girlfriend, singer Kehlani, than his baby daughter (Irving and Kehlani have since broken up for unrelated reasons and other women are pursuing him again such as Instagram model India Love). Wilson began slamming Irving's new girlfriend Kehlani on Instagram out of jealousy, seeing how close the two had become.

Some women target rich and famous men to trap them with pregnancy, in wanting to force them to marry them, give them significant sums of money and to have bragging rights that their offspring's dad is a celebrity. Then it turns ugly and embarrassing when the famous man they tried to trap starts publicly seeing other women.

Neither Irving or Brown love the mother of their children and have ditched them (which has and continues to happen to women in other situations who trap famous men via pregnancy). It was not love. It was meaningless, casual sex for the men. They hadn't even publicly owned up to having sex with the women, until they forced their collective hand, by going to the press about the secret babies. Why anyone would want to claim or brag about an embarrassing situation like that, I don't know. It is better for a woman to find a man who loves and wants to commit to her and being a father, than to subject herself and her offspring to that.

Forcing a baby on a man is not going to make him love you or stick around. Men resent that. Men get especially resentful of the mother of their child if it costs them the woman they actually love, as seen with Chris Brown, who knocked up, Nia Guzman, leading to the love of his life, Karrueche Tran, publicly dumping him. Brown still has not gotten over losing Tran. He still asks about her, writes songs concerning her and tries to get her back.

Many of Brown's fans also slammed him for cheating on her, getting another woman pregnant and for a time hiding the pregnancy. Then Brown saw Guzman's true colors when she went to a gossip site and blabbed his business out of revenge to embarrass him (but it backfired). Guzman was angry Brown wouldn't commit to her, kept dating other women and would not give her $20,000 per month (look at that, Tran hadn't gone to the press and blabbed Brown's business, though she could have done so for big money).

What Guzman didn't plan on regarding her tell all to TMZ was Brown's fans not only slamming him, which damaged his career, but slamming her as well. Brown's fans immediately branded Guzman a groupie and gold digger. Brown became angry and began slamming her as well for airing his private business, destroying his relationship with Tran, who he wanted to be the mother of his children and cost him some of his fans. It made a massive mess.

Tran stated it plainly on social networking when she dumped Brown for cheating that she does not want to be involved with any "baby drama." And that's her right. Some women want to start a family with a man who does not have children, to keep their family unit as one household. And that's their right. Some women do not want to have to deal with a man who has a baby mama for other reasons, as it can get very acrimonious and bitter. It's not that they do not love children. It's because some women know what other women can be like when they realize the man they have a child with does not want them and is in love with someone else they plan to get serious with and potentially marry.

Another example is rapper Fetty Wap. He had casual sex with reality star, Masika, who trapped him with pregnancy as the new hot rapper making money. However, when she went public with it, Fetty Wap and his fans slammed her online, branding her a gold digger and groupie. The whole thing was embarrassing. At first Fetty Wap was denying it was even his baby. Fetty Wap is in love with another woman and resented Masika trapping him, which opened her up to a world of embarrassment and humiliation after she went public with it.

News, "I didn't see Fetty or a paternity test confirm this allegation. Masika is known for being an industry jump-off, and her lil announcement was very calculated."

Some men are also not ready to be fathers and will resent a woman for forcing fatherhood on them. There are also other problems that emanate from that as well. Women who trap men with pregnancies do not properly think about the child in the long run. When the man gets serious with and or marries another woman and they have a family, he is going to spend more time in his home with his new children, than with your child who lives with you. Growing up, your child will end up feeling left out at various points, even when the father is in their life via visits. Your child will not get the attention and love they deserve. Due to the internet, your child will also hear and read about the circumstances of their birth and feel very bad about it. Women need to think about it before they go trapping me with pregnancies.

Women also need to think about this: many famous men that were once rich have gone broke and or ended up disgraced. What if the man you trapped via pregnancy suddenly goes broke. How will you support your child. How will the child handle the disgrace surrounding his father's name if he ends up in some kind of trouble due to poor decisions (see: O.J. Simpson).

When you chose to date someone, it should be because you are in love with and care about them. Not because they are rich or famous, two circumstances that can easily disappear. No man could possibly feel good knowing a woman chose them because they are rich and famous, then deliberately trapped them via a pregnancy they did not agree to in any measure.

The $10,000,000 Miami mansion owned by Young Money rapper and drug addict, Lil Wayne, real name Dwayne Carter, was just raided by police. The authorities are in the process of seizing everything they can in the house, to satisfy a $2,000,000 court judgment against the rapper, resulting from a lawsuit brought by private jet company Signature Group in Miami. Lil Wayne leased a jet from the company he instructed them to customize to his specifications, but then failed to make any payments for over a year. This resulted in a lawsuit Wayne lost. Wayne has also failed to pay his layer $200,000 in legal fees for representing him in the case he lost.

Police deputies arrived at the property on La Gorce island, but were denied entry by Wayne's security guard. The police utilized the court order in their possession to raid the mansion and seize Wayne's assets which will be given to Signature Group to help satisfy the court judgment. The company will likely hold an auction to liquidate the seized assets, while select items will be sold to private companies who specializes in such purchases.

Lil Wayne could have filed bankruptcy, which would have granted him protection for at least 6-months and given him the ability to rearrange his debts and repay creditors under a plan. Some debts could have also been wiped out. However, he was too busy partying at a strip club in Los Angeles and Miami sheriffs raided his property.

Lil Wayne, a prodigious copyright thief, also owes the city of Miami over $200,000 in unpaid taxes, as previously reported on the site. The city is allowed to foreclosure on the home after 2-years of tax non-payment. The contemporary mansion still has a mortgage on it. Wayne has been making payments on the home for the past 4-years and in that time, there has been an uptick in home prices in Miami. However, Wayne did overpay for the mansion when it was purchased. Therefore, there may not be much equity in it.  

 

At the end of the day, Wayne was living a lifestyle he is not financially entitled to in any measure. Wayne is a prodigious copyright thief, who has been sued by veteran musicians, as well as newer songwriters and producers, for willfully stealing their copyrighted work, for undue financial gain. Wayne is also not paying his Young Money artists their correct royalties. They have sold millions of singles and albums and have not been paid even 20% of what they are owed under existing contracts. Their artists are struggling to buy homes and cars, opting to lease to keep up appearances.

Young Money's parent company, Cash Money, is even worse, ripping off artists, songwriters, producers and musicians, to the tune of millions, to allow its owner Brian Williams ("Birdman") to live in absolute luxury. Any way you slice it, this type of unethical behavior from Young Money and Cash Money constitutes copyright infringement (thefts of copyrights), fraud and grand theft larceny. Once again, Hollywood is an industry of thieves. If Congress properly regulated Hollywood, these disgraceful financial crimes would not be happening and damaging so many people.

Toronto rapper, Drake, real name Aubry Graham, has slammed rival Jay Z as a liar for falsely accusing Apple Music of blocking his failed company Tidal from streaming a concert performance. Jay Z, peeved at the failure of his music streaming company Tidal and the launch of rival Apple Music streaming, which has finished it off, went online referring to the company as "Big Brother."

Jay Z's Tidal tried to cause problems in public view, stating on their website regarding Drake, who is the face of Apple Music streaming, "Apple is interfering with artistry and will not allow this artist to stream. Sorry for Big Brother's inconvenience. We will be back after the performance." Jay Z was trying to turn the public against Drake and Apple Music, but it failed, much like his company Tidal.

Drake's manager came forward and stated he is the one that blocked the streaming as a business decision and Jay Z is lying about Apple and the $20,000,000 lawsuit. Drake's manager, "Apple doesn't have the power to stop us from being part of a live stream. The decision to not have Drake participate in the Tidal stream has nothing to do with Apple or Drake's deal. Point blank, 100%. I made a business decision."

He is correct. Jay Z sought to circumvent Drake's $19,000,000 deal with Apple Music streaming and was shutdown by his management. Hollywood lacks loyalty and a sense of fair play. It would have spit in Apple's face had Drake's team allowed Tidal to stream his performance on their rival service, after the company was gracious enough to pay him $19,000,000 to promote their music streaming company. That would have been bad form and poor business judgment.

Jay Z and Tidal have been sued by Cash Money Records for streaming a live performance of their artist Lil Wayne, violating the company's copyrights and exclusive artist rights. This is a pattern of misbehavior with Jay Z, who is currently in court having been sued a number of times for financial fraud and intellectual property theft.

Lazy Jay Z is always looking to steal or leech off other people's hard work and finances. Jay Z fancies himself a businessman, when he couldn't even pronounce the word "entrepreneur" in a television interview and has people writing his speeches, released statements and telling him what to say in interviews, as he simply does not have the intelligence to back up his arrogant boasts.

In actuality Jay Z is a violent, murderous, thieving criminal, blamed for killing his own brother, was also found guilty of stabbing a music executive, has beat up innocent people and sent thugs to physically attack others in the industry he insanely deems rivals. It says a lot about Hollywood that a criminal like Jay Z has been able to steal and beat his way into fame and fortune, living off money and laurels he stole from others.

Nick Gordon was spotted smiling again in Florida, living it up while the late Whitney Houston's daughter, Bobbi Kristina Brown, lay dying in a Georgia hospice, due to foul play. It is not right that he is smirking, soaking in a hot tub, lapping up the sunshine and going all over the place enjoying life, while she is dying because of what he did to her.

On January 31, 2015, the day Bobbi Kristina was discovered face down, unresponsive in her bath tub with unexplained bruises, in the same scenario as what occurred with her mother 3-years prior (Houston had unexplained bruising as well and Gordon was present when she died), Gordon had again beat her up. This time it was due to the fact he discovered Bobbi Kristina was leaving him over the domestic violence, manipulation, exploitation and cheating he subjected her to on a regular basis. When Houston died in 2012, Gordon's true colors came out (in more ways than one).

Gordon's behavior bears all the signs of an abuser, via controlling Bobbi Kristina's phone calls, who she spoke to, where she went and access to the sizable trust fund containing the millions her wealthy mother left to provide for the aspiring actress/singer. However, Gordon has taken all those dreams from Bobbi Kristina in an incident he refuses to tell the truth about, as it would instantly land him in prison.

Gordon's behavior was so brazen he would abuse Bobbi Kristina, then buy her expensive gifts with her own money as an apology. Gordon also used Bobbi Kristina's money to obtain luxury cars, expensive clothes and gifts for women he was cheating on her with. No one deserves to be treated like that.

Things Get Uglier Between Floyd Mayweather & Shantel Jackson As She Releases His Embarrassing Text Messages In Court

Things have gotten even uglier between the world’s richest boxer, Floyd Mayweather and his former fiancée, Shantel Jackson, who in my humble estimation, were not meant to be (I am of the belief his other ex-fiancee, Josie Harris, was the one for him). Mayweather and Jackson, are locked in a terrible legal case. This week, Jackson released embarrassing text messages they privately sent each other, as evidence in the lengthy lawsuit she filed against him.

Jackson’s lawsuit, brought by famed lawyer, Gloria Allred, alleges replevin (he took back the $5,000,000 engagement ring) and battery (domestic violence). The main reason Jackson filed the case is she sold the most valuable things Mayweather gave her (two sports cars valued at $250,000 and a $50,000 Birkin bag) and is running out of money in expensive Los Angeles. Jackson has been unable to live the same luxury lifestyle she had with Mayweather, when she was spending his millions. She wants that lifestyle back and is unable to get it on her own. Hence the lawsuit. Jackson wants the $5,000,000 engagement ring Mayweather gave her and took back when they broke up or a check for the equivalent of the jewel.

Jackson also wants every dime she can get out of Mayweather alleging abuse. The Judiciary Report was informed Mayweather pushed Jackson. However, she padded the story with embellishments regarding the extent of the abuse, seeking a multi-million dollar payday from the lawsuit.

The case also cites violations of HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act), regarding Mayweather releasing a portion of Jackson's medical records without her consent (that she left in his home they used to share). Mayweather was tricked by gold digger Jackson, into thinking she miscarried their twin babies, stating he stressed her out, when in actuality she had deliberately aborted the healthy unborn children without telling him. Jackson deemed the unplanned pregnancy something that would ruin her figure, which would damage her plans of becoming a big star in Hollywood.

Mayweather posted the information about the abortion to social networking website Instagram, after Jackson tried to get public sympathy and turn people against him over their break-up. This was indeed a breach of HIPAA. As wrong as Jackson was to have an abortion without telling Mayweather and cruelly making him think the babies died because he stressed her out, under U.S. law you can’t publish any portion of a person’s medical records without their consent.

Ironically, Jackson never became a big Hollywood star. After the former couple broke up for a few months, over the deceitful abortion Jackson laid a terrible guilt trip on him over, Mayweather tried to get her back by offering to get her three A-list movie roles in Hollywood and a luxury condo in Los Angeles, where she could fly back and forth between there and his mansion in Las Vegas, Nevada. Mayweather was trying to buy the affections of a woman who did not and does not love him, only wanting to use him for his money and fame.

However, all the money in the world will not change the fact that Shantel cannot act. I know talent. This site has spotted and written about up and coming talent in entertainment and sports, who went on to do well in their respective fields. Jackson does not have natural acting ability and at age 30, she is not exhibiting the kind of dedication and willingness to learn the craft, in order to work her way up to meaty roles in A-list films. Jackson believes her looks are to get her film roles, when beautiful women are a dime a dozen in the entertainment industry. Audiences can spot a lack of talent a mile a way. Being cute, pretty or beautiful will only take you so far. If you are not engaging on screen and a solid actor/actress, people will not want to buy movie tickets or DVDs of your films.

Jackson quickly hitched her wagon to famous rap star and actor, Nelly, after being dumped by Mayweather. Jackson currently appears in select episodes of Nelly’s reality show “Nellyville.” However, Nelly and his kids are the star of the show, with audiences embracing them the most. Jackson has a public image of a money loving gold digger and it has spilled over into how people perceive her on the show. Social networking comments from the public reveal this fact.

Jackson also models occasionally, but she has become thicker and more muscular since breaking up with Mayweather, which is not what top designers usually request for females modeling their clothes. If she wants a real career in acting, she is going to have to work very hard to learn acting, which is clearly not coming naturally to her and stop with the botox, as she only has one basic expression.

Mayweather's ill-fated relationship with Jackson is another reminder of what happens when a woman is chosen for her looks, but lacks character and decency. Looks fade. Inner beauty lasts forever and will not betray you or greedily go after your money. Jackson had no money when she met Mayweather. She used him to live lavishly and demanded from day one he make her famous. When he failed to deliver, she started to show her true colors. He needs to take time to work on himself. Focus on taking anger management classes and making peace with those in his life, such as Josie Harris and his children.

The whole thing is prostitution, which is illegal in America and Britain.

34-year-old Daron Wint was arrested for the heinous quadruple homicide that occurred in the home of wealthy businessman, Savvas Savopoulos. Wint was a former employee of Savopoulos's American Ironworks company. Wint knew his former boss had access to large sums of cash in his $5,000,000 Washington mansion located in the same neighborhood as properties owned by vice president, Joe Biden and former president, Bill Clinton.

Wint brutally murdered Savvas Savopoulous, his wife, Amy Savopoulous, their 10-year-old son, Phillip and one of the family's housekeepers, Veralicia Figueroa. They were horrifically bludgeoned, stabbed, then set on fire in the cruel murders. Figueroa briefly survived, but quickly succumb to her injuries.

The house was then set ablaze in a failed attempt to conceal the crimes. However, medical examiners discovered the victims had suffered foul play via bludgeoning, stabbings and the gunshot wound to young Phillip. Pizza crumbs found at the scene of the crime tie Wint to the murders. There is no such thing as the perfect crime.

Police apprehended Wint, who had fled with weapons and $10,000, after having stolen $40,000 from the Savopoulos family. His brother and two other men were arrested as well. Wint had briefly hidden in his girlfriend's New York apartment, before returning to Maryland, where he was arrested.

Authorities believe Wint did not act alone, having accomplices that aided him in the home invasion and brutal murders. Wint, a former marine and ex-con, was previously arrested for assaulting a girlfriend and destroying her property. Wint also threatened another woman he was dating.
