Things Get Uglier Between Floyd Mayweather & Shantel Jackson As She Releases His Embarrassing Text Messages In Court

Things have gotten even uglier between the world’s richest boxer, Floyd Mayweather and his former fiancée, Shantel Jackson, who in my humble estimation, were not meant to be (I am of the belief his other ex-fiancee, Josie Harris, was the one for him). Mayweather and Jackson, are locked in a terrible legal case. This week, Jackson released embarrassing text messages they privately sent each other, as evidence in the lengthy lawsuit she filed against him.

Jackson’s lawsuit, brought by famed lawyer, Gloria Allred, alleges replevin (he took back the $5,000,000 engagement ring) and battery (domestic violence). The main reason Jackson filed the case is she sold the most valuable things Mayweather gave her (two sports cars valued at $250,000 and a $50,000 Birkin bag) and is running out of money in expensive Los Angeles. Jackson has been unable to live the same luxury lifestyle she had with Mayweather, when she was spending his millions. She wants that lifestyle back and is unable to get it on her own. Hence the lawsuit. Jackson wants the $5,000,000 engagement ring Mayweather gave her and took back when they broke up or a check for the equivalent of the jewel.

Jackson also wants every dime she can get out of Mayweather alleging abuse. The Judiciary Report was informed Mayweather pushed Jackson. However, she padded the story with embellishments regarding the extent of the abuse, seeking a multi-million dollar payday from the lawsuit.

The case also cites violations of HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act), regarding Mayweather releasing a portion of Jackson's medical records without her consent (that she left in his home they used to share). Mayweather was tricked by gold digger Jackson, into thinking she miscarried their twin babies, stating he stressed her out, when in actuality she had deliberately aborted the healthy unborn children without telling him. Jackson deemed the unplanned pregnancy something that would ruin her figure, which would damage her plans of becoming a big star in Hollywood.

Mayweather posted the information about the abortion to social networking website Instagram, after Jackson tried to get public sympathy and turn people against him over their break-up. This was indeed a breach of HIPAA. As wrong as Jackson was to have an abortion without telling Mayweather and cruelly making him think the babies died because he stressed her out, under U.S. law you can’t publish any portion of a person’s medical records without their consent.

Ironically, Jackson never became a big Hollywood star. After the former couple broke up for a few months, over the deceitful abortion Jackson laid a terrible guilt trip on him over, Mayweather tried to get her back by offering to get her three A-list movie roles in Hollywood and a luxury condo in Los Angeles, where she could fly back and forth between there and his mansion in Las Vegas, Nevada. Mayweather was trying to buy the affections of a woman who did not and does not love him, only wanting to use him for his money and fame.

However, all the money in the world will not change the fact that Shantel cannot act. I know talent. This site has spotted and written about up and coming talent in entertainment and sports, who went on to do well in their respective fields. Jackson does not have natural acting ability and at age 30, she is not exhibiting the kind of dedication and willingness to learn the craft, in order to work her way up to meaty roles in A-list films. Jackson believes her looks are to get her film roles, when beautiful women are a dime a dozen in the entertainment industry. Audiences can spot a lack of talent a mile a way. Being cute, pretty or beautiful will only take you so far. If you are not engaging on screen and a solid actor/actress, people will not want to buy movie tickets or DVDs of your films.

Jackson quickly hitched her wagon to famous rap star and actor, Nelly, after being dumped by Mayweather. Jackson currently appears in select episodes of Nelly’s reality show “Nellyville.” However, Nelly and his kids are the star of the show, with audiences embracing them the most. Jackson has a public image of a money loving gold digger and it has spilled over into how people perceive her on the show. Social networking comments from the public reveal this fact.

Jackson also models occasionally, but she has become thicker and more muscular since breaking up with Mayweather, which is not what top designers usually request for females modeling their clothes. If she wants a real career in acting, she is going to have to work very hard to learn acting, which is clearly not coming naturally to her and stop with the botox, as she only has one basic expression.

Mayweather's ill-fated relationship with Jackson is another reminder of what happens when a woman is chosen for her looks, but lacks character and decency. Looks fade. Inner beauty lasts forever and will not betray you or greedily go after your money. Jackson had no money when she met Mayweather. She used him to live lavishly and demanded from day one he make her famous. When he failed to deliver, she started to show her true colors. He needs to take time to work on himself. Focus on taking anger management classes and making peace with those in his life, such as Josie Harris and his children.

Aspiring model and reality star, Shantel Jackson, is beautiful. However, since she was dumped by boxer Floyd Mayweather for aborting his unborn twins without telling him, her looks have suffered somewhat. She's still beautiful, but now more muscular and with a unflattering new hair color. Jackson has dyed her hair a bright red tone that does not suit her. If she wants to become an actress with the little ability she has, Jackson has to make sure her appearance is the best it can be. The new hair color is not her best look.

In the mean time, Jackson's lawyer, Gloria Allred, continues to litigate her case against Mayweather, seeking unspecified damages for alleged assault and unauthorized disclosure of the reality star's medical records. Mayweather is set for a big payday, via his fight against rival, Manny Pacquiao, set to earn them $250,000,000 on a 60/40 split.

Famed Los Angeles attorney, Gloria Allred, has launched a civil suit against comedian and actor Bill Cosby, on behalf of women who stated the star drugged and raped them. During an emotional and credible press conference, several of Cosby's accusers came forward and shared their believable stories. As the statute of limitations has expired on a potential criminal case, their only recourse is to sue in court, but there are issues with that as well that could hinder the suit.  

In cases such as these, it is socially acceptable to seek redress in civil court. These women were violated and abused by a Hollywood icon, in situations where they felt they had no voice. For years Cosby was referred to as "America's favorite dad" due to his successful, iconic sitcom "The Cosby Show." For anyone to have spoken out against Cosby would have meant a full on press assault and vindictive retaliation from the star.

The smear and harassment campaigns also target people's families. Some women could take such undeserved abuse, but many understandably cannot. You have to be very strong to stand up to a public figure, who has been engaging in wrongdoing. It is not easy, as the playing field is not level, even though you are the victim. However, in life, the truth doesn't remain hidden. It does come out one way or another.

Annoying gossip talk show host, Wendy Williams, stated she was berated and nearly lost her job years ago as a lesser known radio personality, for bringing up the rumors of Cosby sexually assaulting women. Cosby personally called the station manager about Williams' radio segment that brought up his sexual misconduct and was read the riot act for it. Other famous women who were sexually assaulted by Cosby state they feared he would destroy their careers if they spoke out.

It is my hope the aforementioned women will prevail in court, though the case faces significant obstacles. One of my sources responsible for some of my many exclusives that have proven true, verified to me that Cosby has indeed been drugging and sexually assaulting women. He did this. 

I am deeply disappointed in him. The public made him rich and famous and not for him to turn around and do this. It was his responsibility to conduct himself in a proper and decent manner. He does not get a free pass to drug and rape women. I hope they take him for every penny he has in court.

The richest boxer in the world, Floyd Mayweather, has come out swinging in the lawsuit filed against him by ex-fiancée, Shantel Jackson. The aspiring actress filed a lawsuit against Mayweather, alleging battery and invasion of privacy, among other things. Mayweather has responded to the lawsuit, via his attorney, by stating, "Both parties are public figures. Abortion is a public issue...a public figure involved with another public figure in a public relationship can expect publicity, not privacy, about why it ends." 

Here's the problem with their legal theory being used as a defense for invasion of privacy. It can be said Mayweather violated HIPAA laws in publishing actual medical imaging from her files. Mayweather could have talked or written about what transpired, as it involves him as well, by stating Jackson aborted their unborn twins, but lied to him that she had a miscarriage, due to him stressing her out. However, posting excerpts from her medicinal records is not lawful. She did not grant permission. 

In an interesting tidbit, Mayweather stated in his response to Jackson's lawsuit, "She asked me to help her become famous." Men and women should be careful of relationships were the other party is trying to get you to make them famous or raise their profile. That's someone using you and not actually in love with you. It's better to make it on your own. There's much more respect when you do, rather than sleeping your way to the top.

Sadly, the woman who actually loved Mayweather, Josie Harris, was a victim of domestic violence at his hands in an incident witnessed by their children. As stated previously, the Judiciary Report broke the story first that Jackson was going to state Mayweather hit her and do a tell all. Jackson has since stated Mayweather hit her and announced she is doing a tell all. However, Jackson has embellished what truly happened in her lawsuit and her attorney Gloria Allred needs to be careful.

Josie Harris, the mother of three of boxer Floyd Mayweather's four children, has slammed the aspiring model as a gold digger, for suing him. Mayweather's net worth is estimated at $400,000,000. Jackson retained attorney Gloria Allred to sue Mayweather, in a lawsuit filed two weeks ago, for domestic violence, among other things.

Previously, Mayweather went to jail after losing a domestic violence case concerning Harris, but she did not sue him over an incident that occurred in the presence of two of their children, one of whom ran to security at guard gated community to summon help for his mother. However, the other mother of one of Mayweather's children, Melissa Brim, did sue him for domestic violence and according to Harris, the lawsuit went nowhere.

Harris, who was with Mayweather the longest stated on Twitter, "Can I sue for emotional distress too? I'm just sayin….b**** just stop. you will be back working at Rio Hotel as a maid again as soon as u stop s*****g Floyd’s d*** for shoes and hand bags. The same hotel he punched you in the face at when you got off work. or was that your daddy he punched in the face? oh wait it was both. Whereas Jackson is over Mayweather, as she never loved him, only his money that she is after again, but this time in court, with an experienced attorney, who extracted an estimated $2,000,000 from golfer Tiger Woods, for Rachel Uchitel, to keep the contents of their adulterous relationship private. Never mind, Woods did nothing illegal to Uchitel, who didn't deserve a dime for cheating with a married man.

A month later, on September 10, 2014, Shantel Jackson, the ex-fiancee of $400 million dollar boxer, Floyd Mayweather, did an interview with Dish Nation and confirmed items the Judiciary Report had published to the site several weeks ago, as two of many exclusives. The interview went as follows:

Shantel Jackson: you guys just have all the juice don't you. I've been approached by a few publishing companies, a few production companies. I've been talking to a few people so... signed on to do the show because it's been so much stuff in the media and blogs put out about me. I want people to really see who I am, what I'm about, what my personality is and who I am. on the show you get to see that.

During the interview, Dish Nation made reference to the Judiciary Report's exclusive that Shantel has been looking to do a tell all, a story this site broke first, as stated above. IF you read her answer properly, she does not deny the fact she is working on a tell all regarding Mayweather. Much like the Judiciary Report was the first to state Shantel would publicly allege Floyd hit her and one month later she sued him via Gloria Allred for assault and battery.

As I know the music and film industries well, I know who's who and what's going on. As such I was able to write that Shantel is barking up the wrong gold digging tree with rapper Nelly, as he does not have a lot of money, as she wrongly thinks. A few months after, Shantel, who finally realized what I was saying, has sued Floyd trying to regain the lavish lifestyle she once had with him, but partnering up with Nelly in trying to become famous like other chicks have done through reality series like "Love And Hip Hop."

The Judiciary Report is not in favor of Shantel suing Floyd for money. The site was simply ringing the alarm that there is trouble ahead and now that trouble has arrived. The Judiciary Report also does not agree with domestic violence, as stated in several past articles.

At the end of the day, Shantel and Floyd need to work out their differences and move on, as neither of them were right for each other - another item the Judiciary Report had written well over a year ago and now the truth has come out and they see it for themselves. It's funny how sometimes people can see things others in the midst of the situation can't.

Lust for sex, adoration and loyalty (Floyd) and lust for money and fame (Shantel) can mess with people's heads and they end up hurting each other. That's not love. At the end of the day, I hope they both find true love with whomever God intended them to be with.

Allred is going after Mayweather in every way she can. She has announced she is seeking the revocation of Mayweather's boxing license with the Nevada Boxing Commission. Allred is also demanding the cancellation of Mayweather's fight this coming weekend, the rematch against fellow pugilist Marcos Maidana.

The internet is buzzing that actress model gold digger, Shantel Jackson, filed a lawsuit against the top earning athlete in the world, boxer Floyd Mayweather, a week before his big fight, to create a distraction with the intention of causing him to lose. 

Sports heads know that boxers don't fare as well as they normally do with distractions present. Great boxers have lost big fights due to massive arguments and serious issues with their love interest, girlfriend or wife. It destroys their concentration and focus, making them susceptible to subpar punching and knockouts, performing well below their normal levels of sports excellence (In Sports Focus Can Make The Difference Between Winning And Losing).

People on social networking keep stating Jackson timed her lawsuit and big press conference, telling all regarding her tumultuous relationship with Mayweather, alleging he beat, choked and pulled a gun on her, to coincide with Mayweather's rematch against Marcos Maidana. According to Shantel, the alleged beatings began happening in 2012, but as you can see, she never went to the police or filed suit back then. 

The last incident Shantel alleges, where she says Mayweather dragged her by the arm, pulling her back into his condo, demanding they talked things out regarding their relationship, occurred in February 2014. That was over 7-months ago. Why did Jackson wait one week before his big fight to file the lawsuit and go public.

It's not like she couldn't find a lawyer to go against Mayweather in this type of case, who coincidentally is worth $400,000,000. A lawyer in Allred's area of practice would jump at such a high profile case, as men in these situations often settle to avoid the negative publicity.

The spectacle was timed to mess with Mayweather's head right before the fight, for maximum press coverage and public interest as well as being conducted with the belief it will make the defendant, Mayweather, more inclined to settle for big money to get the problem out of the way.

People would have more respect for Shantel had she gone to the police and then a lawyer sooner, rather than timing it to coincide with his big fight. I know some women in relationships with a domestic violence component, have trouble leaving a man, as they love him and are heartbroken, holding out hope the man will change. I sympathize with them, but your safety comes first (use your head and not your heart and remove yourself from that dangerous situation). However, a woman who keeps going back to a man for lavish gifts and money, as Shantel did, all while saying he is abusing her, is up to something else.

The full press conference featuring boxer Floyd Mayweather's ex-fiancée, Shantel Jackson and her attorney, Gloria Allred, has hit the internet. The public has mixed feelings on it. The majority of the feedback comments I've read on several websites basically state domestic violence is wrong, but Jackson is a gold digger looking for money from Mayweather not due to her. Many are accusing Jackson of fake crying and crocodile tears.

The majority of the feedback statements also state the same thing the Judiciary Report did, why didn't Jackson go to the police when these events happened in 2012 and 2013, rather than waiting until now and filing a lawsuit for cash, rather than a police report seeking justice.

Allred did a convincing job under the circumstances, but her client is suspect on several counts. Some of what Jackson has stated is true, but some items are lies. Allred needs to be careful putting her name behind all Jackson has told her.

Some interesting points from the full press conference include the inescapable fact that while Jackson is claiming physical and emotional abuse from Mayweather where she states she feared for her life and safety, she kept going back to him when he gave her expensive gifts or sent his private jet for her. 

It paints the picture of a gold digger. If a man was pulling a gun on and hitting me, as Jackson states Mayweather did to her on different occasions, you could offer me a billion dollars and I still would not go near him again. Yet she repeatedly did for cash and gifts.

Shantel alleges a photo of her and rapper Nelly she posted to her Instagram account made Mayweather very angry. Nelly took Shantel on a date to an NBA basketball game (which Floyd used to do as well) and paparazzi took photos of it. Shantel uploaded one of the photos to Instagram, which led to Floyd angrily contacting her, demanding she take it down.

Allred states when Shantel “refused to take down the photo of her and Nelly” Floyd began to threaten her. Allred further stated Floyd, "Threatened Ms. Jackson if she did not take the image down of her with Nelly that he would post naked photos of her on social media. Mr. Mayweather had apparently taken some photos of Ms. Jackson asleep when she was undress. Ms. Jackson never consented to the taking of such photos of her.”

Fast-forward one month and the Judiciary Report has been proven right, as yesterday, Jackson went public with allegations Mayweather used to hit her and she has now filed a lawsuit against him for it, looking for some money. 

The lawsuit was filed yesterday on Jackson's behalf by attorney Gloria Allred, with allegations Mayweather would beat, choke, twist her arm and threaten to kill her at gunpoint. Jackson stated on one occasion Mayweather choked her and threatened to shoot off one of her toes.

However, the question is, why didn't Jackson go to the police (the two mothers of Mayweather's children went to the police on domestic violence claims and the first one, Melissa Brim, sued him years ago - but started having sex with him again and taking trips with the boxer). The Judiciary Report is not saying these things did not happen, because the former couple did have serious problems, regarding things they both did, but Jackson filing a lawsuit is nothing but a cash grab.

For months the Judiciary Report has stated gold digger Jackson began dating rapper Nelly after Mayweather dumped her for lying to him that he stressed her out, causing her to have a miscarriage, when in actuality, she had aborted their unborn twin babies. Jackson hooked up with Nelly thinking he is rich and famous. However, it's only one out of two. Nelly still has the fame, but spent a lot of his cash over the past decade to the point, his mansion in Missouri went into foreclosure.

The Judiciary Report, which Jackson and Allred read, warned months ago that Nelly does not have the funds Jackson thinks he does and she's headed for a surprise, as she has not struck it rich with him. Now Jackson is suing Mayweather, tired of seeing his new girlfriend, Doralie "Bad" Medina live a very high luxury lifestyle, the one she used to enjoy, as Shantel is broke. 

Jackson sold two sports cars, pawned a luxury purse and other items Mayweather bought her, trying to make it in Los Angeles as an actress. The problem is she can't act and is running out of money. Jackson has now sued Mayweather so she and Nelly can live the high life off the boxer's millions. Mayweather would rather shoot off all of yours and Nelly's toes before he makes you two rich.

At the end of the day, Mayweather doesn't owe Jackson anything. She lived the high life off him for several years and stayed, despite the fact things were not well between them. However, she did not love him. She just wanted his money and now that she has nothing left, she's going after him in court for cash she's not entitled to in any measure. 

Conceited and calculating Jackson has gotten by in life on her looks, essentially prostituting herself to rich men in exchange for living a luxury lifestyle. This was not a case of a woman falling in love with a man, who decided to take care of her. This is a woman who constantly uses men to live an easy life, in exchange for having sex with them. Nelly has proven he has talent and he needs to be careful of Jackson, as she will use and discard him as well, then take him to court for a quick cash grab.

20-year-old singer Justin Bieber was again arrested in his native Canada. This time for dangerous driving and assault. Previously, the singer was arrested in Toronto for assaulting a limo driver. This week Bieber was arrested in Ontario near his dad's home for crashing into, then fighting with a paparazzo. Bieber was driving an ATV with girlfriend Selena Gomez on the back, when it collided with a minivan of paparazzi. An altercation ensued and Bieber was arrested. 

Previously, Bieber attacked a paparazzo in Los Angeles that wouldn’t move from in front of his car. Gomez was also present during that incident. It resulted in a lawsuit being filed against the star in Miami and an embarrassing deposition hitting the internet. The singer is currently on probation stemming from a Los Angeles trespassing and vandalism case. 

Bieber was also arrested this year in Miami for drag racing and DUI and pled no contest. As apart of the terms of the plea deal, Bieber donated $50,000 to a charity. In pending litigation, famed attorney Gloria Allred, has been retained by a man and a woman, regarding Bieber allegedly assaulting them in two separate incidents. Allred just snitched on the Biebs to his probation officer in Los Angeles.

Justin needs to behave. He's pretty and jail will not be easy for a pretty boy, who looks like a cuddly girl with luxurious flippy hair. They'll turn Justin into Justina behind bars. Justin, your butt isn't ready for that.

23-year-old, Jenna Talackova, who underwent a sinful sex change to become a woman, has crashed out of the Miss Universe Pageant. Talackova controversially attempted to sue, via infamous attorney Gloria Allred, to remain in the pageant after, er, tucking the fact she is really a he. 

Contest rules state one must be a natural born female, which meant Talackova should have been disqualified, but was given a second chance due to press attention, but voted out of the top 12 finalists. Ironically, Talackova looks more feminine than Madonna and has a smaller Adam's apple than the alleged singer.

However, he hid this information from the pageant, whose rules stipulate, one must be born a woman. The committee behind the pageant is most likely concerned ratings and ad revenue would plummet in the event straight males stopped watching the show.

Going for a boat ride is usually fun for most people. However, a whale informed a couple on a boat to move out of his way and apparently they didn't get the message, so the mammal gave them a vivid illustration. The majestic creature leapt out of the water, into the air and landed on the boat. The vessel was destroyed, but the couple left unharmed. The two are being charged with harassing the whale (LOL).

According to Orange County, Florida court records, NBA basketball player, Shaquille O'Neal, has filed a "motion to dismiss" in the case brought against him by former mistress, Vanessa Lopez, who is being represented by well-known attorney, Gloria Allred.

Considering her lawyer's stature in legal and court circles, the Judiciary Report would be surprised if the case was tossed that easily. Her allegations of harassment, may pose a challenge for O'Neal's lawyers as well, as Lopez alleged Shaq's friend and sister threatened her, after she allegedly became pregnant by him, in a false alarm, during his marriage to Shaunie O'Neal, of the television show "Basketball Wives."

Reports have since surfaced tarnishing Lopez's character, as she has slept with a number of basketball players, used the credit card of one, Kenyon Martin, without permission, racking up nearly $8,000 in unauthorized charges and conspired with O'Neal's wife, according to Radar Online, to enable the latter to gain a greater divorce settlement and higher alimony payments.

The Judiciary Report is of the opinion, money truly is the root of all evil, as the Bible states, as all this chaos is based in greed. Shaquille needs to be careful of who he allows into his life, as his reputation for being a charitable person, clearly has made him a target.

It would be beneficial if this case was settled before it went to court, as the Plaintiff is using intimate information issued in private, as her trump card, threatening to go public with the details of O'Neal's life, to drag him down. That's extortion.

Ms. Lopez was knowingly having an affair with a married man, while having sex with other NBA basketball players. She issued threats against married O'Neal, when he was not thrilled about a pregnancy by her, which was a false alarm or a lie, then became surprised when his sister threatened her back and an alleged associate began calling her.

The contact on both ends needs to desist. Having written that, if the Judiciary Report was on that jury, Mrs. Lopez would not get a dime in this case, as she knew her conduct was not above board, in the same manner she alleges against the Defendants and she, like many other groupies, shows a penchant for taking money not their own (Kenyon Martin).

Michael Lohan, the dad of fallen, one time Hollywood child star and current Kabbalah cult member, Lindsay Lohan, has beseeched a judge on her behalf, imploring she not throw his daughter in jail for violating her probation again. Lohan has been arrested for DUI and drug possession.

The request was submitted by attorney, Lisa Bloom, daughter of well-know lawyer, Gloria Allred. It is only natural that he would seek to keep his daughter out of jail. Instead, he wants the judge to order Lindsay to rehab and require mandatory, frequent drug testing.

In other legal news, Lindsay Lohan's frivolous lawsuit against online brokerage house, E*trade, is in jeopardy, as the company has filed a "Motion to Dismiss." E*trade released an ad featuring a "milkaholic" baby named "Lindsay" engaged in a love triangle.

Then, "alcoholic" adult "Lindsay" who is broke in real life, saw similarities to herself and sued, seeking a big payday. However, Lindsay's claim E*trade tarnished her good name is laughable, because when you make racist statements about black people, get drunk and high often, party in public until you fall over on your face, repeatedly miss work, sleep with half of Hollywood, fight your girlfriend in public, steal expensive clothes and jewelry and run over a bystander's foot with a vehicle, your name is pretty much gone.

Furthermore, parody is covered under copyright law and not that many people known Lohan solely by her first name. There are many famous Lindsays in Hollywood. How can Lohan truly prove she has been injured in this case, when she has embarrassed herself more than E*Trade ever could.

Rachel Utichel, one of the mistresses of embattled golfer, Tiger Woods, was reportedly paid millions for her silence, via a confidentiality agreement, brokered by her attorney.

The Judiciary Report is not in favor of such conduct, as Ms. Utichel was a consenting adult, who conducted a sexual affair that greatly damaged an innocent woman and her children, threatening the love and stability of a family unit.

For that she should be paid squat, zilch, zero, nada, nothing - and have the decency to keep silent for free, as she is no victim. It was extortion. Any money should go to Woods' children.

When they get older, they will be the ones that stumble across photos on the internet of Utichel trailing their dad to Florida, after the distasteful story broke, while other snaps show her strategically bending over to show the paparazzi her butt, which coincidentally, she basically sold by taking the settlement money, when she has not been damaged in anyway.

Woods' wife Elin could not feel good about how these women released salacious items to the press, throwing the details of adulterous affairs with her husband in her face and with the way the internet works, that of her children in years to come, as that stuff stays out there.

If Utichel has any decency, she'd give any money she reaped from her adulterous conduct to charity and apologize to his wife and children, for the pain she has caused them, in tandem with Tiger. Why should he be the only one to apologize. It's time for the women involved in this scandal to start apologizing.

That's another thing. Allred has taken honorable cases representing people who have truly been harmed by others. I've read of a case she undertook, regarding minors that sustained damage.

Therefore, it's a mystery why she takes cases such as Uchitel and Joslyn James, as these are women who are consenting adults that engaged in adultery, with a man everyone knows is married. As the Judiciary Report sees it, Elin and her two kids are the only aggrieved parties.

If I were a lawyer and Utichel came to me regarding Woods, I would tell her, "You don't need a lawyer. You need a church. The only thing you are victim to is your own lust."
