Chris Brown Should Continue To See A Therapist For The Sake Of His Daughter

Chris Brown

Singer, Chris Brown, has announced his forthcoming album will be entitled "Royalty" which is the name of his 1-year-old daughter. Brown, who was previously jailed for probation violations stemming from the Rihanna case, resulting in a court order by a judge James Brandlin, compelling the star to submit to examination by a psychiatrist, rendered the official diagnosis that he is suffering from Bipolar disorder, among other psychiatric issues.

Royalty Brown

Brown should continue to see a therapist for the advancement of his mental health. Brown should also continue to actively undergo anger management. Being a parent is rewarding for many, but it requires patience and at times it is not easy, especially coupled with the problems he has in his life pertaining to his career. Both Brown and the mother of his child, Nia Guzman, should work towards complete sobriety in the area of drugs and alcohol, for the sake of their baby. People always make poor choices when they are high. Sobriety is best.

Chris Brown Almost Went To Jail Again In Latest Fight (Video)

Another Violent Dust Up!

In the March 23, 2015 article "Chris Brown's Probation In The Rihanna Domestic Violence Case Ends But His Legal Woes Are Not Over" the Judiciary Report stated, "Brown is also in danger of being caught up in another criminal case, due to affiliates and the fact violence keeps following him in well documented incidents."

Chris Brown looking worse for wear again

In the April 30, 2015 article "Chris Brown's Bipolar Medicine Is A Dangerous Mix With His Other Habits" the Judiciary Report expressed concern over Brown doing drugs and drinking alcohol whilst taking medication for bipolar disorder. Fast-forward one week and Brown got into another fight this past weekend. Brown punched a man in Las Vegas, Nevada on a basketball court. The unnamed man went to police. The police issued Brown a misdemeanor battery citation. However, Brown got the man to recant his $tory and now the case is closed.

As stated in the column previously, Brown's medications are not going to work correctly with marijuana and alcohol present in his system. The alcohol is creating agitation. It's not safe taking drugs and alcohol with pharmaceutical meds. It will have adverse reactions and some properties in the illegal narcotics and alcohol will cancel out or agitate properties of medical compounds.

The Mother Of Floyd Mayweather's Children Tells All And His Son Calls Him A Coward For Beating Her

Floyd Mayweather

In what was a sad article, Josie Harris, the mother of three of boxer Floyd Mayweather's children, was interviewed by USA Today about the athlete. Harris did the interview in support of her forthcoming tell all book about the boxer. During the interview, Harris recounts the worst beating she alleges she received from Mayweather, which led to him being arrested and sentenced to 90-days in jail.

Harris stated Mayweather entered her home (he pays for) without permission and read affectionate text messages on her phone, between herself and NBA basketball star, CJ Watson. Mayweather, who was in a relationship with Shantel Jackson at the time, became jealous anyway and according to Harris, punched and kicked her repeatedly.

Josie Harris

Mayweather's oldest son, Koraun, who was 10-years-old at the time, snuck out through the back of the house and ran to the security post in their gated community. Koraun asked the security guards to call the police, summoning help for his mother. Kouran and his two younger siblings witnessed the beating in something they will never forget.

USA Today wrote, "Koraun says recalling the attack on his mother still makes him angry, yet the most difficult part to cope with has been Mayweather's refusal to admit to his actions. 'He is a coward,' Koraun said, and he hugged his mom." His children are clearly traumatized by the incident. They will need counseling to process and work through the things that have happened. Therapy as a family, Mayweather included in the sessions, would be beneficial.

Shantel Jackson

Mayweather denies hitting Harris, but a court was not convinced and sent him to jail. It was another in a string of legal cases reported to police, accusing him of beating several women in separate incidents. More recently, Mayweather was sued by Jackson, who is from Miami. She did not go to police to report the alleged domestic violence that she stated occurred on three occasions. The Judiciary Report was the first to break the stories concerning Mayweather and gold digger Jackson (Floyd Mayweather's Ex-FiancĂ©e Shantel Jackson Sues The Boxer For Beating Her Confirming What This Site Previously Stated She Would State and Shantel Jackson Confirms She Is Going To Do A Tell-All About Boxer Floyd Mayweather Confirming This Site's Previous Claims).

The Judiciary Report broke the stories after being informed of a domestic violence problem between the two, but Jackson has embellished some of the claims in her lawsuit. However, violence of a more serious nature did occur regarding Harris. The problem for Mayweather is Harris fell in love with him and in the site's humble opinion, loves him the most of the women in his life. This made her unwilling to put up with him having sex with different women, which she correctly deemed cheating.

Floyd Mayweather and Koraun Mayweather. Floyd needs to apologize to Harris and his children over the domestic violence incidents.

When a woman does not love you and mainly wants your money and to leech off your fame, she will look the other way to cheating and just about everything else. A woman who is truly in love with you will become angry at the cheating and demand it stop. She will not be content with being a concubine or sharing  you with other women. She will show she is upset and even walk away.

Many domestic violence cases go unreported, because the woman being abused does not want her abuser to get into trouble and face jail. However, abused women cannot remain in those situations. It is not safe. You may very well love him, but at the end of the day, for the sake of yourself and also if you have children, you cannot continue to allow your safety and or theirs to be jeopardized. At the end of the day, domestic violence is wrong. Men and women with violence issues, who are striking their partners need to go to anger management and forsake those dangerous ways

Is Justin Bieber's Anger Due To The Combined Effects Of Xanax And Alcohol

Blogs are alleging an underage Justin Bieber was drinking alcohol from a water bottle in an Atlanta night club two days ago

19-year-old singer Justin Bieber has gotten into confrontations with a number of people in several incidents that made the news. Some of these incidents resulted in public complaints regarding the outbursts police recorded as acts of violence against the pop star.

Bieber is on the anti-anxiety medication Xanax and he also drinks alcohol, something you are not advised to do while on pharmaceutical meds. Though Xanax is an anti-anxiety medication, it can create depression and agitation in some. Adding alcohol to the mix will only serve to interfere with the drug's effectiveness as well as create new negative side effects.

Celebrities in Hollywood have a well-documented habit of abusing Xanax, as it can create a temporary high when taken in excess or in tandem with other inebriants. However, it places them in danger of overdose. It should be stated, Xanax has helped some people, but only when used correctly.

Rihanna Visits Chris Brown In Rehab Just As The Site Previously Stated

Rihanna got a new weave and went to visit Chris Brown in rehab

This article is a follow up to the December 5, 2013 Judiciary Report article "Will Chris Brown Spend Christmas In Rehab" which is also on the time stamped blog, where the site stated, "Karrueche Tran visits Chris Brown on Thanksgiving with a home cooked meal. If it had been Rihanna, she'd have visited him with a home cooked blunt (weed). Karrueche wins this round." Guess what, three days later, on December 8, 2013, Rihanna, who reads (and whines) about this site as stated in past columns, visited Chris Brown in rehab (LOL).

Karrueche Tran visited Chris Brown in rehab on Thanksgiving

The Media Take Out website has released a photo of Rihanna visiting on-and-off again boyfriend Chris Brown in rehab. Media Take Out also states they have video footage of Rihanna sneaking into the rehab facility to visit Brown, who is on probation and in the treatment center for anger management, among other things not fully being disclosed to the public to protect his privacy under HIPAA laws.

What Karrueche's expression probably looked like when she heard about Media Take Out's Rihanna story today

The Judiciary Report has maintained for several months that one of the site's very credible sources familiar with what's going on with Brown and Rihanna has repeatedly revealed she keeps inquiring about him. Rihanna is still in love with Chris Brown and wants him back [Photo Released Of Chris Brown And Karrueche Tran Getting Close (Rihanna Needs To See This)].

Chris Brown and Rihanna last Christmas

Some of Rihanna's fans have scoffed at the suggestion, repeatedly sending me snide tweets on the subject, but it's true. The "Rihanna Navy Dinghy" needs to let it go. While I can't vouch for other sites, I stand behind mine and I've broken several stories on Chris Brown and Rihanna that later proved true. I don't write lies or garbage.

Chris Brown and Rihanna before they broke up again

When a woman ceases to care about a man, she doesn't ask about him, where he goes, what he does and with whom, as the site has consistently stated for several months regarding Rihanna repeatedly inquiring in the industry about Chris behind the scenes. Ladies, you know what it's like when you're not interested in that man anymore. Someone mentions him and you're like "who?" or "whatever" (joking). It's only when you still care about a man in a romantic way that you wonder and ask about him.

Rihanna

The fact of matter is Rihanna is still very much in love with Chris Brown. She is not over him at all. However, as stated on the site a few months ago, I was informed he has mixed feelings regarding her, due to the legal problems and ongoing probation stemming from the domestic violence incident between the two of them that occurred in 2009, which has destroyed his career and other aspects of his life.

Chris Brown and Karrueche Tran

Ironically, Rihanna needs rehab more than Chris Brown (who needs it as well), as she has a cocaine, ecstasy and weed problem, along with alcoholism issues. She is not a recreational drug user, which in itself is dangerous. Rihanna is what is known as a junkie who believes in consuming potent amounts of drugs and alcohol to get high and black out to forget her pain. This is very dangerous, as users in this category are more likely to overdose and die. And at the rate Rihanna is going, she is going to overdose and die at a young age if there is no successful intervention.

Chris Brown Sentenced To 90 Days In Rehab After Smashing Mom's Car Window With A Rock

Chris Brown and lawyer Mark Geragos in court on November 20, 2013

R&B singer Chris Brown made an appearance in court yesterday for a probation hearing in the Rihanna domestic violence case. After an arrest in Washington, DC for assault, in an incident where his bodyguard punched a man for trespassing on his tour bus, Brown faces a possible revocation of probation.

For two weeks Brown entered a rehab facility for "anger management." A report sent to Brown's probation officer from the Malibu rehab center states Brown flew into a rage during a family counseling session, after his mother Joyce Hawkins tried to convince him to remain in the program for the full 90-days. Brown became upset, walked out of the session, went outside and threw a rock through his mother's car window, shattering the glass. This was a violation of program rules. As such, the facility asked Brown to leave 13-days into his 90-day treatment.

Chris Brown arriving at L.A. Superior Court

During yesterday's court hearing, Brown was ordered to complete 90-days in a rehab facility and undergo random drug testing, as marijuana was found in his system. Previously blogs reported Brown had a prescription for medical marijuana, but that doesn't appear to be the case. He was also ordered to take any medication the facility deems fit for his medical treatment, but it poses a problem as he is not allowed to do community service while on said meds. The court awaits the outcome of the Washington assault case to determine if Brown's probation should be revoked, with a possible sentence of up to 4-years behind bars.

Brown needs to listen to the advice of his mother and follow the orders of the court in remaining in rehab for the full 90-days, then on an outpatient basis. He was technically raped at age 8 when he had his first sexual experience with a 15-year-old girl. He also grew up in a home filled with domestic violence due to his step-father, Donnelle Hawkins, beating his mother, Joyce Brown Hawkins.

Chris Brown entering court

As a teen, Brown helplessly witnessed as his mom was beaten so badly her nose bled. Then, during an argument one day with Brown's mother, his step-father accidentally shot himself in the eye and went blind. Brown's step-father contends he never hit her, but my question is why were you arguing with her, an unarmed woman, with a gun in your hand. What were you trying to do and prove. It has a certain appearance of violence.

At the end of the day, the aforementioned events during his upbringing is a lot of trauma for a boy to witness and it is contributing to his anger issues. Brown stated of his step-dad "I hate him to this day" indicating said trauma, anger and bitterness remains unresolved.

Chris Brown's step-dad Donnelle Hawkins

These were traumatic events that need to be addressed by a professional therapist to properly process what transpired, in an attempt to heal and move forward. These events have clearly scarred him, as they would anyone and he must overcome them to release the anger and pain they've brought to his life.

The Judiciary Report has been stating for months Brown needs to take a break from his career and lay low for a while, as he is being targeted by certain people in the industry (Jay-Z and Madonna's Kabbalah/"Illuminati"). If something is not done, there will be more confrontations via people they send to push his buttons, as they know his triggers. Months ago the site also suggested rehab before he checked himself in and the court ordered him back there (Chris Brown Finally Heeds Site Suggestions And Heads To Rehab After Assault Arrest In Washington). There are good rehab programs available, providing proven treatment options. It does make a difference.

Chris Brown Has Left Rehab Earlier Than Anticipated

Photo of Chris Brown taken on November 13, 2013 (Photo Credit TMZ)

R&B singer Chris Brown has left rehab after spending 16-days in a Malibu facility. Initially, it was reported Brown would be in rehab for up to 3-months, but he checked out sooner than many anticipated to do community service and work on and promote products he is releasing, such as his forthcoming CD and a backpack line. It was a risk leaving rehab so soon, even though Brown will continue on an outpatient basis.

Chris Brown

The first picture of Brown released post-rehab revealed a sad looking, somewhat gaunt man. To be frank, Brown looks very crestfallen. Certainly the thought of jail must be on his mind, as he has an open assault case in Washington, DC in addition to being on probation in a 2009 case regarding on-and-off girlfriend Rihanna.

Kanye West Charged With Assaulting Photographer Faces One Year In Jail

Kanye West before going bonkers

Rapper and reality star, Kanye "drop kick a photographer" West has been appropriately charged with assaulting a paparazzo on July 19, 2013. Many of you remember the film footage of West throwing a tantrum, demanding the pap stop speaking to him. When he didn't, West charged at the paparazzo and assaulted him, in conduct that is illegal. Kanye, what would little North say. Oh yea, that's right, she can't speak yet. Never mind.

Kanye West to Kim Kardashian: move, so I can give the photographer side eye

The photographer has hired Gloria "Is this mic on" Allred as his attorney. Kanye better get ready to write a check, because when Allred gets involved, she goes public with her clients via press conferences and the bad publicity starts rolling in. She will make you look like you clubbed a baby seal or stole a shipment of Girl Scout cookies.
