Chief Keef's Rapper Capo And A 1-Year-Old Baby Killed In Chicago (Video)

A member of rapper Chief Keef's GBE/Glo Gang rapping collective, Capo, real name Marvin Carr, was shot and killed in Chicago, Illinois on Saturday July 11, 2015. Capo was murdered in an act of gang violence. His last moments were caught on mobile phone video, as he lay dying on the ground.

The suspects also killed a 13-month-old baby in attempting to flee. Toddler, Dillan Harris, sat in his stroller with his mother standing by, while waiting for the bus and was run over by the killers. Harris' horrified mother stated after the hit and run, "When I looked up they were just there. I tried my best to save my baby. I knew he was gone. I never imagined this would happen. My son gone so soon."

The baby was found face down in the fetal position after being struck and killed by the speeding car as the killers made their getaway. 21-year-old gang member Antoine Watkins has been arrested and charged with murder, attempting to evade arrest, driving without a license and driving without insurance.

A look at Capo's Instagram and Twitter pages reveals a life spent on drugs, guns and women. It is regrettable he chose a life of drugs, promiscuity, violence and being involved in gang activity, as it robbed him of a future, in claiming his life at an early age. Chief Keef, real name Keith Cozart, has been under police investigation for the past few years, as the suspect in a gang murder he bragged about on social networking. Keef later deleted the item from Instagram and Twitter.

Singer Chris Brown is breathing a sigh of relief that his hit and run probation violation case has been dropped. The singer took to Twitter to state "Thank God!" Let's face it, a pretty boy like Brown, unless put in isolation, would be in trouble in jail. His dance card would be very full and against his wishes.

Some good news for embattled singer Chris Brown. The hit and run case that triggered a probation violation against him has been dismissed in court. According to the Los Angeles Times, "He said that no additional money was paid to the car owner beyond the insurance payment for damage to the vehicle. 'The case never should have been filed in the first place. It's unfortunate he was being prosecuted for who he is rather than what he's done' Geragos told TMZ. Kovalenko reportedly didn't want any money because the damage done was minor and asked for the case to be dismissed."

I thought this hit and run case was dodgy from the jump. Too many inconsistencies and it should not have resulted in a probation violation. Much like the club fight case against Brown, where the woman could not make up her mind which leg was damaged after she said the singer pushed her, when club security stated they were the ones that put her out of the club for trying to get on stage with him and being drunk she fell. The whole thing seems like a big pile on. If Brown does something wrong, then fine, but if not, don't stitch him or anyone else up.

However, Brown is not totally out of the woods. According to USA Today, "City prosecutor Patrick Hiscocks objected to the dismissal, saying Brown was still on probation at the time of the crash for assaulting then-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009."

The mere fact the prosecutor objected could mean they are still mulling over charges against Brown stating he violated his probation in Virginia, accusing the singer of faking community service hours. There were other items mentioned as well in previous hearings, but no definitive word on what the outcome of the probation review will be.

August 15, 2013, 4:15 p.m. - Chris Brown's hit-and-run case stemming from a May fender bender has been dismissed. Superior Court Judge Christine Ewell said Thursday that a "civil compromise" had been reached, L.A. Now reported.

The Grammy-winning R&B singer originally faced misdemeanor charges of hit-and-run, driving without a valid license and driving without valid insurance, but the latter two charges were dropped when the 24-year-old produced a driver license from his native Virginia and proof that he had insurance.

Beleaguered singer, Chris Brown spent 45-minutes in jail yesterday, as his probation was revoked, he was granted bail, then released on his own recognizance. The singer, who went into jail looking very angry and upset, landed there on a sketchy hit and run probation violation stemming from the 2009 domestic violence case, regarding on-and-off girlfriend, singer Rihanna.

Brown's official sentencing on the matter is due this month, where a judge will determine during a hearing if other probation violations he has been accused of will be added and if the singer will face real jail time of up to four-years. Though the jail system in California is lenient, due to overcrowding, on a felony charge it can still mean months in jail if his lawyer is unsuccessful.

A friend of mine informed me that Brown has been very angry and depressed. He is at breaking point. For months the Judiciary Report has repeatedly stated he is too high profile under the circumstances and needs to take a break from music, most recently in this article on August 1, 2013: Is Chris Brown Too High Profile While On Probation. However, Brown is so down, today he announced he'll probably take a permanent break from music, as in quitting after his forthcoming CD.

Brown took to Twitter today and stated, "Don't worry mainstream America. After this X album, it'll probably be my last album." He also stated, "Being famous is amazing when it's for your music and talent. I'm tired of being famous for a mistake I made when I was 18. I'm cool & over it."

Rihanna needs to back off from Brown, stop with the behind the scenes stunts and leave him be, as he is more upset than ever over his troubles that all emanate from that one night he believes she is partly to blame for, having started a fight, where he snapped.

R&B singer Chris Brown is due in court again on August 16, 2013 for sentencing on a probation violation. His probation was revoked on July 15, 2013 over a dodgy hit and run case that could land him in jail for four-years. Thus far, the district attorney's office has exhibited an unwillingness to put him in jail, declining to do so this month.

During next month's hearing, the judge may order Brown to redo his community service hours, in lieu of going to jail. However, as Brown has serious enemies in Hollywood out to get him over comments he made about gays and for getting into a fight with homosexual singer, Frank Ocean, pressure is being applied to the district attorney that could change the outcome of the hearing next month.

The case stems from his 2009 domestic violence incident with on and off again girlfriend Rihanna, who has become so jealous and insecure over Brown leaving her for model Karrueche Tran, she can't even function on her world tour. Rihanna has been getting sky high and completely drunk, trying to black out the latest break up with Brown.

Word in the industry is Rihanna is so angry over his relationship with Tran, she wants Brown in jail. On the one hand, if he goes to jail, she won't be able to see him via following him to night clubs and begging for hotel hook-ups as she has done in the past. However, her jealousy is so out of control, she wouldn't mind if he were locked up to prevent him from having sex with Tran on a regular basis.

On Monday a California judge revoked the probation of R&B Chris Brown, in connection with the Rihanna domestic violence case, where he pled guilty to beating his on and off girlfriend, after she hit him on the way home after the Grammys in 2009.

Brown currently remains free, as a judge will determine next month if he should be placed in jail, for up to four years, over a hit and run fender bender that occurred last month. Brown is accused of providing incorrect insurance information and driving on a Virginia driver's license in California.

Last night, to blow off some steam, Brown went partying at the Playboy mansion - a place that was recently successfully sued over a woman being assaulted by a man. A place where other incidents have transpired. Was this really somewhere Chris should have been, given his probation is under the legal classification revoked.

Brown is too high profile and it has resulted in him ending up in situations that left him open to trouble. While Brown has an album coming out soon, he really needs a break from the industry, because he is barreling towards a prison stretch.

R&B singer Chris Brown has been hit with the revocation of his probation today stemming from the 2009 Rihanna domestic violence incident, over a weak hit and run case that most people would have been given the benefit of the doubt on. A hearing will be held on August 16, 2013, where a judge will determine whether or not to send Brown to jail for up to four years.

Of all the probation violations Brown has been accused of, most believed his fight with gay singer Frank Ocean would have been the likely one to result in a probation violation. However, it was based on hearsay, with no videotape evidence and Ocean changed his mind about pressing charges.

The aforementioned hit and run case was pure hearsay. Brown accidentally rear ended motorist, who stated he provided false insurance information which he disputes. However, the district attorney's office was able to show Brown did not have a valid California driver's licenses, retaining one from his home state of Virginia. However, as stated previously, Britney Spears was accused of the same offense regarding her licenses and the government chose not to file charges.

The Judiciary Report has stated Brown needed to keep a low profile and spend some time away from the industry to get things sorted out in his life. He has real enemies in Hollywood who would love nothing more than to see him locked up. Once again, as stated in the past, if you are going to get someone on something and take their freedom, it should be for something they actually did.

Brown's problems don't end there. Four sponsors have pulled out of the Energy Rush concert he has signed on to perform at in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, due to the Rihanna domestic violence incident. The case is still haunting Brown to this day, fueling his indifference to Rihanna, resulting in repeated break-ups.

July 15, 2013 7:54 PM EDT - Judge revoked Chris Brown's probation on Monday after reviewing the details of an alleged hit-and-run accident involving the singer and his behavior afterward. However, the singer was not ordered to jail. Brown, who came to court with a group of family members, appeared downcast as he sat with his arms across his chest and his head down on the counsel table while his lawyer and a prosecutor went to the judge's chambers to discuss the case.

When they emerged, Superior Court Judge James Brandlin said he had read the file. "In this matter, probation is revoked," he said. Brown's lawyer, Mark Geragos, suggested that perhaps the matter will be resolved informally without a major probation hearing. He said the hit-and-run case would be back in court in Van Nuys on July 23. Deputy District Attorney Mary Murray did not ask for Brown to be jailed, and the judge allowed him to remain free on his own recognizance. Another hearing is set for Aug. 16.

Olga Gure-Kovalenko, the woman who had a minor fender bender via R&B singer Chris Brown rear-ending her Mercedes in traffic, stated she was scared of him, didn't know who he was and additionally stated he was covered in tattoos. Here's the problem with that, Brown was completely covered up, wearing a long sleeve shirt and pants. Most of his tattoos, as seen in pics, are on his chest and arms. How did she know he was covered in tattoos if she didn't know who he was and that he has them. Gure-Kovalenko stated she was, "Practically scared to death of Brown because he was driving a huge SUV at the time of the accident, and was covered in tattoos."

Listen, if Chris does something, then fine, he must answer to it in court. It should be the same rules for everyone in society. However, these past two incidents, regarding a woman claiming he shoved her in the club causing ligament tearing, then she places a brace on the leg other than the one she claims was injured is fraud. Gure-Kovalenko claiming Brown tried to snatch her phone and began berating her as a "bi**h" when the paparazzi video that has been released of the incident reveals otherwise, looks dubious.

Chris has done things in the past that were wrong and he apologized. However, now it is really starting to look like someone's out to get him. And don't think Hollywood cults such as Kabbalah and Scientology don't stage things. They've been caught red-handed doing such things, using private investigators, such as the now incarcerated Anthony Pellicano, who would stage car and bike accidents and engage in other prearranged harassment incidents against people certain folks in Hollywood paid him to go after.

Even the incident regarding a massive garbage truck that managed to hit actress and former Scientologist, Katie Holmes, in Manhattan as she slowly rode on the packed streets in her chauffer driven Mercedes, is being attributed to Scientology, who are very angry she left the Hollywood cult. There have been other incidents plaguing the woman since the aforementioned "accident." They've done worse to others, detailed in police reports in America and Europe.

Hollywood actress Amanda Bynes is going from bad to worse. First she was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, then charged with two hit and run accidents, where she has broken the law in each instance. 

The latest news on the trouble actress is not pretty. Bynes was seen smoking a substance from a drug pipe, while driving on a suspended licenses, two more criminal offenses. "Shameless" actor, Elliot Tittensor, was punched in the stomach by an assailant, outside Highbury Magistrates Court in London, England yesterday, as his girlfriend, "Skins" actress, Kaya Scodelario, screamed in horror. The incident happened after the two attended a court hearing on attempted murder charges.

Several weeks ago, Tittensor, in the presence of his girlfriend, Kaya Scodelario, deliberately attempted to run over 18-year-old, Oliver Flint, in Camden, North London, sending the teenager flying in the air, then onto the curb. Flint hit his head on the sidewalk, sustained a brain hemorrhage and was rendered blind in one eye.

The attack may have been out of revenge for Tittensor's hit and run blinding Flint. This most recent hearing is said to have resulted in the actor being fined for driving without insurance, with points tacked onto his license. The case for attempted murder is still pending.

Tittensor and Scodelario face potential lawsuits from Flint over the terrible incident, which could have killed him. Under the circumstances, the two deserve to be sued and jailed for injuring Flint, as there is no excuse for their conduct.

Radar Online has released a report stating, disgraced actress and Kabbalah member, Lindsay Lohan, hit a nanny in West Hollywood, who was pushing a stroller (pram) containing a toddler. The nanny was in shock and the little girl was bawling, after Lohan reportedly clipped them with her Maserati, during an illegal turn on a red light.

For the past week, the Judiciary Report has been stating, Lohan is back to her old reckless ways. Once again, she really was better off staying in jail and rehab the full six months the judge ordered. Nothing good will come of this early release.

LOS ANGELES — A former boyfriend of pop star Britney Spears was sentenced to 45 days in prison on Friday for fleeing the scene of an accident earlier this year.

As the server attempted to issue the court papers, Ghalib jumped into his Mercedes-Benz sports car and drove towards him. The server was forced to jump on to the car's hood and suffered a broken wrist.

Ghalib, who drove off after the incident, was initially charged with assault with a deadly weapon and battery. Those counts wer dismissed after he pleaded no contest at a court hearing last month.
