There are assault cases that police and prosecutors decline for lack of evidence. Certain criteria must be met in order to be believed or they are declined due to insufficient evidence. R&B singer, Chris Brown, was accused by Liziane Guitierrez of punching her in the eye at a private party in his Las Vegas hotel suite, filled with groupies. Guitierrez stated she was chosen as one of the women who was allowed entry into Brown’s hotel suite. She stated she snapped a photo of him, which caused him to become angrily, snatch her phone and punch her in the eye. Brown denies the allegations.

Brown and his bodyguard usually confiscated all mobile phones from groupies before they enter his hotel or home, as two years ago two women he had just met and brought home from a club took photos and videos of him as he slept after sex, then uploaded items from it to the internet.

If Guitierrez was truly in his room, hotel security cameras would show her entering the suite. Guitierrez’s mobile phone would also have a record of the deleted photo of Brown on its online account, where copies of photos and videos are additionally stored. It is not always easy to investigate such cases, but modern technology can prove a very useful and accurate tool.

23-year-old athlete, Michael L. Johnson, was indicted and convicted of infecting a sexual partner with HIV, the virus that causes AIDS. Johnson, who has been incarcerated in St. Louis, Missouri since his arrest in 2013, was formally accused of exposing several men to HIV, deliberately withholding the fact he has the virus. The prosecution subpoenaed the university wrestler's medical records and spoke with staff at two clinics, which revealed Johnson was aware of his HIV positive status. However, he refused to refrain from sexual activity with men he lied to stating he is HIV negative.

Prosecutor Phil Groenweghe referred to Johnson's conduct as deliberate and malicious, "What we have here is a perfect storm of malice" and "He didn’t just fail to disclose his status. When he was specifically asked if he was clean... he lied." Under domestic and international law in many nations, people who knowingly infect others with HIV are subject to indictment and imprisonment. They are also subject to financially devastating lawsuits from those they infected, which could lead to bankruptcy. While my sympathy goes out to anyone who is sick, please act responsibly and allow others the health you are currently being denied. Have hope that science will produce a breakthrough.

Ex-Missouri student found guilty of exposing partner to HIV

(AP) — Jurors in Missouri have found a 23-year-old man guilty of infecting another man with HIV and endangering four others with the disease while attending college in suburban St. Louis. Former Lindenwood University student Michael L. Johnson was convicted Thursday on one count of recklessly infecting another with HIV and four counts of recklessly risking infection of another with HIV, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported (http://bit.ly/1RMlPhe ). He was found not guilty on a sixth charge of exposing another man to the virus that causes AIDS.

Johnson, a college wrestler, was expelled from the university in St. Charles and has been jailed since his arrest in 2013. During closing arguments, Assistant Prosecutor Phil Groenweghe told the jury that Johnson knew he was HIV positive but lied to his sexual partners. Just one day after the prosecutor's office in Los Angeles declined to charge comedian/actor Bill Cosby with drugging and raping over two dozen women, due to the statute of limitations having expired, which was not a reflection on the veracity of their claims, a new woman comes forward with a recent claim that is prosecutable under the law. 24-year-old Las Vegas lap dancer, Chloe Goins, has come forward with the claim that when she was 18-years of age, she visited the Playboy mansion in Los Angeles and was drugged and raped by Cosby. This incident is within the statute of limitations in the state of California. 

 

Goins stated she and a friend, who knows Playboy mansion owner, Hugh Heffner, were talking at a party held on the premises, when Cosby, who frequents the mansion, though claiming to be a family man, approached them. Cosby is a longtime friend of Heffner and has been accused of sexually assaulting 11 Playboy bunnies at the Playboy club he also frequented (very often), though once again, hypocritically claiming to be a family man. 

Goins stated Cosby brought her a drink as well as one for her friend, in the presence of Heffner, but hers was spiked. Goins stated not long after she began to feel unwell and Heffner stated she could rest in one of the mansion's spare bedrooms. She states Cosby sprang up and offered to walk her upstairs. She states she thought nothing of it. If you did not know of the rumors surrounding Cosby drugging and raping women and his numerous infidelities which really were not common knowledge, you would think nothing of him trying to help you up the stairs.

Goins reported she woke up to find Cosby licking her toes and masturbating. She states he bit one of her toes and that's what woke her up. Goins further states there was saliva all over her body indicating he had done much more than that. In an interview with the Daily Mail UK, Goins stated:

"We stayed at the W Hotel in Hollywood which is one of my favorites and were both looking forward to the party. We got all dressed up, we were going to the Playboy mansion after all. I was a wearing a cute little red dress and my friend was wearing a strapless tan dress. I remember we got to the house and it was like a bigger party so there was a lot going on, lots of girls wearing not very much. 

They checked our ID at the door so I knew drinking was off limits. We were running late but we were quickly introduced to Hef when we got there. It was the first time I had met him, I was excited and all focus was on him. Me and my friend were two cute blondes, he liked us. We were talking to Hef for a while and that's when Bill Cosby walked up. I kind of recognized him from TV, I know he was on a TV show where he played a family guy, but he was a little bit before my time. Hef introduced him as his good friend, they seemed really close. He seemed like a really nice guy, really funny. We were talking, laughing and having fun.

He kind of just left and we were talking and he came back with drinks. He gave me a vodka mixer I think. I wasn't really supposed to drink because of my age but I was like, 'okay, cool'. I thought I'd got a drink on the side. I remember the drink being kind of strong but it didn't taste funny or anything like that. I think I finished most of it, I didn't set my glass down I was holding it the whole time. 

Everything kind of went a little foggy, I started feeling sick to my stomach, and just dizzy. I started telling my friend and I was like where's the bathroom, but I could tell my friend just wanted to hang out, we were still talking to Hef. Then Bill offered to show me the room, he said he knew the way. He seemed nice and I don't remember feeling nervous or that it was weird. He had his arm around me to show me the way and I did notice he had been paying me a little more attention than my friend, but never thought anything of it. 

I was butt naked lying on my back on a bed and didn't have any idea where I was. I was in a bedroom and presumed it was in the mansion because I could hear music, I don't think it was Hef's room, it was just a nice room. I came to and remember seeing this big man crouched over me. It was Bill Cosby and he was at my feet, kind of licking and kissing them and I think he bit my toe as that's what woke me up. I kind of thank God for that because that's what woke me up and I came to. I was shocked, I said, 'hey, what's going on', he didn't really say anything, didn't explain anything or give a reason. 

He jumped up, pulled his pants back up quickly and left. He had seen that I was alert and bolted out of there, I was left in the room by myself. She said: 'I remember waking up and feeling moist all over, like he had been licking all over me. He wasn't on my breasts when I woke, but I could feel, you know, the saliva on them and that he'd been licking on me. 

I felt embarrassed, it was a gross, icky feeling, I felt very violated and humiliated. I was scared, I was just 18 and he was an old man, I was not very sexually experienced and I didn't really know what had happened, it was violating. I can't be 100% sure what he did to me, I was completely out of it. I found my dress but I couldn't find my panties anywhere, I don't know if he had them or not. I just got out of there as fast as I could and found my girlfriend downstairs. She looked at me and said I didn't seem right so she was like, 'let's go'. I think she could tell something was wrong. 

I told her I was scared and didn't know what to do, I told her I didn't think I had been raped, but what happened to me wasn't right, at the very least he was groping and molesting me. She consoled me and said she felt bad about it, but neither of us thought about telling anyone. We were young, we wanted to be Playboy models. I was scared about saying anything about what happened, especially as it was at the Playboy mansion because it's known for naughty stuff. I didn't want to get in trouble and maybe ruin my modeling career and nor did my friend as she was getting the invites to the parties. Bill Cosby was on TV and had a family man image, I thought to hurt that, he would come after me, try to ruin me."

Getting Negative Influences Out Of Your Life

R&B singer Chris Brown was recently released from jail and some of his friends and industry business associates are once again showing they are not a good influence. After the BET Awards, they offered him drinks at a party and Brown, who had been in rehab for anger management and substance abuse issues, had been clean for months, so his system was hit very hard by the reintroduction of alcohol, having less of a tolerance for it.

You claim to be his friends and know his situation, yet offered him drinks (it's not that they are trying to sabotage him, but industry people think sharing is caring in that way, so if they are having a drink or spliff, they offer it to others as well). I would never offer an alcoholic drink to a friend who is on probation and  struggling with substance abuse issues, as it can act as a gateway to stronger substances. Brown's bodyguard and friends had to help him to his car as a result of having been offered alcohol fresh out of rehab and jail, which TMZ pounced on in an article labeling him drunk for the world to see.

Brown's friends in the Bloods street gang have offered him protection from certain Hollywood criminals, who have been threatening, stalking and harassing him. He should not espouse support for them online/publicly, as he did, which TMZ pounced on, as he is on probation. The respective prosecutors offices in Washington and Los Angeles are watching him, his social networking sites and that of his on and off girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, as well as the main blogs, such as TMZ (among others). Prosecutors and lawyers routinely use blog sites for information and evidence in cases.

If Brown is to navigate himself out of legal trouble, he is going to have to lay low in his private time and stay away from certain people and influences. Many stars have fled Los Angeles for that reason, because it is so easy to get into trouble living in the heart of Hollywood. Trouble will find you there. Even the little time I spent out in Los Angeles, trouble and temptation found me out there, but I resisted. So I can see and understand how people get into trouble and state it is best to avoid certain situations.

He is going to have to shed a few friends and keep more of his personal life to himself, lest they cause him problems and or it be used against him in court. Brown's lawyer Mark Geragos has warned him of situations to avoid for the sake of his freedom and he must listen to him, as there is only so much a lawyer can do in court after a while, when the government has stacks of printouts from websites and blogs. Clean up your social networking pages, be careful what you put on them and avoid certain people, places and situations.

TMZ is reporting Chris Brown by way of his attorney, has rejected a plea deal in the Washington assault case against him, regarding local man, Parker Adams, who targeted the singer. It resulted in a confrontation between Adams and Brown and his bodyguard. Adams photobomed Brown, was excessively rude to him and engaged in inappropriate contact, as it was without permission, in trying to come on to the heterosexual crooner.

TMZ states there was a failure to agree on the statement of facts Brown would have to cop a plea to in order to avoid jail in the Washington case. Brown has consistently stated he is not guilty of the charges that have been brought against him. As desperate as Brown is to avoid going back to jail, if he cops a plea in this case and the statement in essence reads he did attack Adams, rather than protecting himself and property (tour bus), it could trigger a probation violation in the Rihanna domestic violence case and send him back to jail in Los Angeles.

This is a follow up to the April 11, 2014 article "Sexual Assault Allegations Against Football Player Colin Kaepernick Sound Suspect." Yesterday prosecutors in Miami announced they are declining to press charges against San Francisco 49ers football player Colin Kaepernick, after one of his sexual partners of several months got high and drunk in his Viceroy Hotel residence, in the presence of two of his fellow NFL players, then blacked out. 

The unnamed woman, became angry when she woke up up in a hospital with no recollection of how she arrived there. Her last memory of the night was voluntarily getting naked and going into Kaepernick's bed with him. Initially police stated the incident was a sexual assault case, then categorized it as a suspicious incident. Prosecutors have turned down the case citing lack of evidence.

At the end of the day, drinking and alcohol and taking drugs is very dangerous. Not only does it compromise one's safety when done in public settings or places other than one's home, the combination of drugs and alcohol is very toxic and overwhelms the system. It can lead to an unexpected overdose and death.

Hawkins, who had gotten close to Brown's ex-girlfriend, Rihanna, is now bonding with the new love of his life, Karrueche Tran. People online are commenting on Brown's noticeable weight gain from his time in jail. The combined effects of medicine for his bipolarity and PTSD, carb loaded jail food and a more sedentary lifestyle over the past few months, created water retention and a slight weight gain. However, Brown is a dancer and can drop the weight easily.

However, Brown's problems are not over. The assault case against him in Washington was set to resume in four months. However, upon reading about Brown's early release from a Los Angeles jail, the Washington prosecutor is demanding he be brought back to the District of Columbia, to be tried and jailed. If found guilty of assaulting Parker Adams, a man who followed Brown from a club and began harassing him outside his tour bus, via photobombing and trying to board the vehicle, he faces up to 6-months in jail and a $1,000 fine.

R&B singer Chris Brown was handed a legal blow this week. Due to his bodyguard, Chris Hollosy, being found guilty of assault in an incident where he punched a man, Parker Adams, to prevent him from boarding his tour bus and was found guilty, the star's trial is being delayed. The delay is due Hollosy appealing his conviction (both men are being tried separately for the same incident).

The case would proceed at a faster pace if Hollosy would testify in Brown's case, but as prosecutors refuse to grant him immunity, the bodyguard has declined. The prosecutors are making their point clear, they want Brown locked up as long as possible between before, between and after trial.

One of Brown's lawyers stated the trial process could end up taking 6-months, while prosecutors are estimating 1-year. In short, they want Brown locked up for a while. The Huffington Post stated, "A lawyer for Brown said in court Wednesday that could take at least six months. Prosecutors have said it could take a year. No new trial date for Brown was set." 

Brown is due back in Los Angeles for a probation violation hearing in the Rihanna domestic violence case, via a long 4-5 day plane ride on Con Air, the airplane service operated by the government, used to transport inmates to various courts around the country to stand trial. Brown will once again be shackled/chained for the duration of the trip.

Brown's family and girlfriend Karrueche Tran have been supporting him during the trial, walking into the courthouse looking very somber, realizing he could be locked away for 1-4 years. Brown is also not doing well in jail. A settlement would have been the better outcome, but Adams and his lawyer want millions of dollars.

There have been many cases of members of the public getting into confrontations with the bodyguards of stars. In the cases where there are allegations of illegal physical contact, the bodyguard is usually arrested and ordered in for questioning. However, in the case of Chris Brown, a local man in Washington, DC, Parker Adams, stated the singer did not hit him, but he sustained a broken nose, after photobombing the star. Brown’s bodyguard Chris Hollosy has admitted he punched Adams, who was trying to illegally board the singer’s bus in what is trespassing. 

With the absence of any videotape evidence to illustrate what transpired, the case is based on word of mouth. Irrespective of this fact, Brown was shackled and extradited like Hannibal Lecter, via a four-day flight on Con Air and is being placed on trial, when stars in similar situations were not even arrested. The law must be evenly applied and judging by the facts of this case regarding evidence and statements that have been released, something is amiss.

The Los Angeles Sheriff's Department is recommending the local district attorney charge pop star Justin Bieber with felony vandalism, after he egged his neighbor's mansion in Calabasas, California. Bieber's neighbor called the police and reported an estimated $20,000 in damage to his property due to the egging.

Some of you are probably thinking was "the Sixteenth Chapel" (as Bieber would say), pardon me, the Sistine Chapel on his neighbors walls/ceiling, for the damages to hit $20,000. However, Bieber's neighbor is stating the paint and plaster job was a costly one and the eggs the pop star threw at the surface stained the finish. If Bieber's neighbor and the police can prove a paint and plaster repair job will run more than $500, it's an easy felony. Bieber also stands accused of trespassing on his neighbor's property.

If an immigrant is convicted of a felony in America, there exists a high probability of deportation and the inability to return to the United States, due to being barred from the country. As the incident was caught on tape, pleading not guilty is a stretch. However, Bieber's legal team will most likely dispute the cost of the damage done to his neighbor's property, attempting to have the charges reduced to misdemeanors (damage under $500). As a general legal rule, immigrants are not deported for misdemeanors.

In related news, Bieber's housemate, rapper Lil Za, has been charged with three felonies, in conjunction with a police raid on the star's home after the egging incident. Two counts are for drug possession (marijuana and ecstasy) and the third is for breaking a phone, once Za was in police custody at the local jail. He is facing 9-years in jail.

Previously, a neighbor accused Bieber of spitting in his face and threatening him, for telling the star not to speed in The Oaks gated community they reside, where children also play. Bieber also had a confrontation with former football star Keyshawn Johnson, who sternly spoke to him over repeatedly speeding in the gated community.

That's not Bieber's only speeding issue. Bieber's Miami criminal trial for DUI, drag racing and driving on a invalid license begins in March. Bieber, via his local legal counsel, has pled not guilty to the three misdemeanor charges. Bieber is also facing criminal charges in his native Canada for repeatedly hitting a limo driver in the head, after he pushed Bieber's hand away when the singer tried to reach over from the back seat to turn up the radio against the chauffeur's wishes. 

Once again, the Judiciary Report highly recommends an extensive rehab program for Bieber, who is also dealing with emotional and mental issues, after being exploited as a child star. He is in need of therapy to help him through this difficult time in his life or things are going to get much worse.

Prosecutors announced yesterday afternoon that Florida State University football quarterback Jameis Winston will not be charged with the rape. The Terez Owens website alleges Winston's accuser is Eric Kinsman (http://www.terezowens.com/here-is-jameis-winstons-accuser).


Prosecutors cited lack of evidence in the case,as their reasons for not moving to indict and prosecute Winston. There are serious holes in the accuser's story. She stated she was drunk and raped by a man who is 5 feet 10 inches in height that she later named as Winston. However, blood alcohol tests administered after the alleged rape revealed, she was well below the legal limit, not drunk, had no roothies in her system (date rape drug) and Winston is 6 feet 4 inches in height.

Tests discovered Winston's DNA on the accuser, but also found that of another male. She refused to provide the other male's name to the authorities, which was very suspect. The State Attorney's Office was forced to investigate who the unnamed male was and found the DNA belongs to her boyfriend. This lack of cooperation delayed the case.

Someone close to me connected to the football team in Tallahassee privately stated weeks ago that Winston had consensual sex with the accuser, but after the sexual activity told her she would have to lay low as his girlfriend, Rice University student, Breion Allen, was coming to town. She became angry discovering she was the side chick and he wasn't dumping his girlfriend for her.

The investigative report into the case, released yesterday, revealed others were present in the apartment during the sexual encounter and testified the accuser willingly had sex with Winston, some of which they witnessed. They testified to this effect in sworn affidavits.

I am of the belief some women are raped. It is a terrible crime that has happened all over the world for ages. But I am also of the belief some women are not raped and lie for vindictive reasons. This story is sad all around, as lives have been damaged in so many ways.

However, TMZ reports, the police report was changed to state Brown hit the man, a claim the singer denies.

Singer Chris Brown has scored a legal plus, as authorities in Anaheim, California have declined to bring a case against him over an alleged attack at Heat Ultra Night Club. 24-year-old Deanna Gines attended a Chris Brown club performance at Ultra and claimed the singer had pushed her to the ground, causing injury to her leg. However, the next day, she wore a brace on the wrong leg, claiming she got confused the night of the incident, regarding which one was actually injured.

It did not help that club security stated Gines tried to jump on stage with Brown during his performance, then attempted to force her way into the V.I.P. with him after the show, which led to bouncers putting her out of the club. It is alleged a drunk Gines then fell down outside the club, not in the vicinity of Brown. Prosecutors rejected the case citing lack of evidence. Gines, also has a civil case against Brown in court, for $25,000, but the singer stated he is considering a countersuit to make a point.

Singer Chris Brown is breathing a sigh of relief that his hit and run probation violation case has been dropped. The singer took to Twitter to state "Thank God!" Let's face it, a pretty boy like Brown, unless put in isolation, would be in trouble in jail. His dance card would be very full and against his wishes.

Some good news for embattled singer Chris Brown. The hit and run case that triggered a probation violation against him has been dismissed in court. According to the Los Angeles Times, "He said that no additional money was paid to the car owner beyond the insurance payment for damage to the vehicle. 'The case never should have been filed in the first place. It's unfortunate he was being prosecuted for who he is rather than what he's done' Geragos told TMZ. Kovalenko reportedly didn't want any money because the damage done was minor and asked for the case to be dismissed."

I thought this hit and run case was dodgy from the jump. Too many inconsistencies and it should not have resulted in a probation violation. Much like the club fight case against Brown, where the woman could not make up her mind which leg was damaged after she said the singer pushed her, when club security stated they were the ones that put her out of the club for trying to get on stage with him and being drunk she fell. The whole thing seems like a big pile on. If Brown does something wrong, then fine, but if not, don't stitch him or anyone else up.

However, Brown is not totally out of the woods. According to USA Today, "City prosecutor Patrick Hiscocks objected to the dismissal, saying Brown was still on probation at the time of the crash for assaulting then-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009."

The mere fact the prosecutor objected could mean they are still mulling over charges against Brown stating he violated his probation in Virginia, accusing the singer of faking community service hours. There were other items mentioned as well in previous hearings, but no definitive word on what the outcome of the probation review will be.

8:08 p.m. EDT August 15, 2013 - His attorney says he accidentally gave the woman the wrong insurance information. Mark Geragos also says insurance covered the $800 in damage to the Mercedes. City prosecutor Patrick Hiscocks objected to the dismissal, saying Brown was still on probation at the time of the crash for assaulting then-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009. He also says the other driver felt she was "castigated" on social media after the crash.

Chris Brown hit-and-run-case dismissed after 'civil compromise'

August 15, 2013, 4:15 p.m. - Chris Brown's hit-and-run case stemming from a May fender bender has been dismissed. Superior Court Judge Christine Ewell said Thursday that a "civil compromise" had been reached, L.A. Now reported.

The Grammy-winning R&B singer originally faced misdemeanor charges of hit-and-run, driving without a valid license and driving without valid insurance, but the latter two charges were dropped when the 24-year-old produced a driver license from his native Virginia and proof that he had insurance.

Prosecutors In The Oscar Pistorius Murder Trial Label The Star A Liar Over The Death Of His Girlfriend While His Defense Team Refutes Steroids Claim

Olympic and Paralympic sprinter and murder suspect, Oscar Pistorius, has withdrawn from all competition in the upcoming racing season, despite the fact he is seeking bail in his criminal trial, regarding the shooting death of his girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp. There may also be another reason. Police acknowledged the fact steroids were found in Pistorius' Pretoria, South Africa home, which is the crime scene.

Some will also interpret his announced withdrawal from all competition in the upcoming racing season, to the aforementioned steroids found in his property. However, Pistorius' legal defense team has refuted the police claim regarding the alleged steroids in his home, stating what was found by officers is a testosterone enzyme product that is classified as a herbal remedy. Pistorius' lawyers state the substance is legal. Medical tests are expected in this regard.

Prosecutors have laid out a very serious case against the gold medalist and are adamant it was not an accident. They spoke in no uncertain terms about their strong suspicion Pistorius’ actions constitute "premeditated murder." They are of the belief, Pistorius is lying about mistaking Steenkamp for a burglar.

Evidence presented indicates Steenkamp was in her night clothes and an overnight bag was present in the property. Initially, it was reported Steenkamp surprised Pistorius and he opened fire. Now Pistorius’ defense team is stating the two were asleep in bed, he woke up and went onto the balcony at 3:00 without his prosthetic legs. Steenkamp went to the bathroom and Pistorius heard the noise, believing it was a burglar. They are stating Pistorius did not realize Steenkamp had gotten out of bed and went into the bathroom, as they allege it was dark due to the lights being off.

Prosecutors do not believe Pistorius' account of events, stating neighbors heard arguing and shortly after a woman's screams. Another key claim is a neighbor stating the lights were on in Pistorius' property, including the balcony in question. The neighbor stated he was on his own balcony and saw the lights on at Pistorius' place.

Prosecutors believe Pistorius attacked Steenkamp in the bedroom after the two had an argument (allegedly over his suspicion of her cheating on him) and she fled into the bathroom, locking herself in the toilet. Pistorius then opened fire, shooting her three times through the locked door, as bullet wounds were found in Steenkamp's head, arm and hip. The state alleges Steenkamp locked the door for a reason, as she was in fear of her life, due to Pistorius' attack.

Some in the press alleged Pistorius called a friend rather than an ambulance, implying he wasted crucial time when emergency medical services could have been summoned, potentially saving Steenkamp's life. However, it is estimated he called emergency services 20 minutes after the shooting.

Many news sources have cited police leaks in the case, which authorities have denied. Thus far, neither prosecutors or the police have publicly confirmed claims in the mainstream press of Steenkamp's skull being crushed with a cricket bat. It was stated today that other than the gunshot wounds found in Steenkamp's body, there was no other injury to her body.

This case marks a tragic turn of events regarding two promising lives - both Steenkamp and Pistorius - who had so much going for them. It is truly sad, as their lives have been destroyed. There is much to be learned from this case. Those who are truly paying attention will grasp those lessons and not walk down the same path.

Police Chief Resigning In The Chris Brown Probation Violation Case Gives A Certain Impression

Richmond, Virginia Police Chief, Bryan Norwood, has resigned from his post, due to the Chris Brown probation violation case. Los Angeles prosecutors accuse Norwood and Brown's mother, Joyce, of conspiring to falsify probation records, to allow the singer to leave the country in violation of court rules, while claiming to perform community service in Virginia. 

 
This month, prosecutors filed a motion to revoke Brown's probation on the grounds his 180 hours of community service have been falsified and the singer also stands accused of engaging in violent behavior against singer Frank Ocean and other members of the public, as well as property damage and vandalism. Brown, via his lawyer, Mark Geragos, has denied all the allegations and even brought Rihanna, the woman at the center of his felony domestic violence case, to court in an effort to show the judge solidarity.

However, Brown's behavior continues to work against him, as he has been getting into confrontations all over America and it is only a matter of time before another one occurs. If Brown fails to tame his temper and restlessness, trouble will be brewing again and someone could get seriously hurt.

Prosecutors in Los Angeles, California have filed paperwork to have the 5-year probation of felonious singer Chris Brown revoked. Brown has been on probation for a couple years, in connection with the Rihanna domestic violence case, where the singer's girlfriend began hitting him and he did his best MMA moves on her.

The main contention is  Brown and his mother Joyce, in conjunction with the sheriff in his home town of Tappahannock, Virginia, have been falsifying probation reports, giving the singer credit for community service hours he has not served. Investigations were done by the district attorney's office and it was discovered others did the work and in certain instances, Brown had left the country for concerts when he was allegedly performing community service.  Leaving the country without permission from the court whilst on probation is another probation violation.

While on probation, Brown has been getting into one confrontation after another, formally acknowledged in the prosecutor's motion for revocation. To recap (*takes deep breath before listing them all*) Brown threw a chair threw a window at the Good Morning America studios in New York, snatched a $500 iPhone from a fan in Miami, got into a bottle and glass club fight with rapper Drake at W.i.P. in Manhattan leaving several people with life changing injuries, beat up gay rapper Frank Ocean at Westlake Recording studios in Los Angeles over a parking spot and because he wouldn't shake his hand.

There's a new twist in the Frank Ocean case. On January 29, 2013, in the article "Chris Brown Is In Trouble And Facing Jail On Probation Violation As Frank Ocean Changes His Mind Demanding He Be Prosecuted For Punching Him" the Judiciary Report stated of Brown's fight with Ocean, "It would also be a hate crime, due to the fact Ocean is gay and Brown has a history of using phrases such as "f****t" online and to members of the public, who went to the press with their complaints." Sure enough, the police report released today reveals that during the fight with Chris Brown, gay Ocean was called a "f****t." This makes the assault a hate crime, carrying steeper legal penalties. 

Jail will not be easy for Brown, who is considered a heartthrob. If they revoke your probation and put you in jail, for the first time in your life you will wish you looked like Jay-Z. The rapper resents Brown's looks and his hold over Rihanna.

Chris Brown's New Cast On His Hand After Frank Ocean Fight Being Spun Two Ways By Those For And Against Him

Singer Chris Brown left his Hollywood mansion today sporting a cast, after getting into a fight with entertainer, Frank Ocean. Brown contends Ocean, who is gay, started the fight first. While Ocean stated Brown started the melee via punching him. Prior to Brown wearing the cast, Ocean complained his hand was "cut" during the fight.

Those for Chris Brown are interpreting the cast as the singer being a victim who was injured in a fight. Those against him are stating the injury to his arm and subsequent cast, is due to Brown beating Ocean with his right fist. As for witnesses in the case, each is sticking up for their own entourage. It's a matter of hearsay at this point and whether police will be able to sift through the statements for inconsistencies to determine who is telling the truth. That remains to be seen.

Late last night, I asked on Twitter about surveillance cameras, as they are standard at recording studios, especially the mainstream ones used by major label artists. TMZ stated shortly after, the surveillance cameras at the studio picked up the tail end of the fight inside reception and not what transpired in the parking lot. That's a security risk, but I digress, it does not help the case.

It remains to be seen if the judge will violate Brown's probation on what is hearsay. Then again, the 2009 domestic violence case regarding Brown fighting girlfriend Rihanna after she began beating him, was based on hearsay as well and he ended up a felon from it.
