President Barack Obama Slammed In Government Report For Spending $3,600,000 Of Taxpayer Money On One Weekend Of Golfing With Tiger Woods

The U.S. Government Accountability Office has released a report slamming President Barack Obama for spending $3,600,000 of American taxpayer money on one weekend of golfing in Illinois and Florida in February 2016. Obama spent the weekend golfing with Tiger Woods, whose putter he can't even carry (I'm not going to indulge Obama's delusional fantasy that he is Tiger Woods on the golf course and Michael Jordan on the basketball court).

I ask, what is wrong with the golf courses near the White House in Washington, D.C., Virginia and Maryland. Many people use them and have no complaints. Yet Obama is constantly flying to Florida and Hawaii to golf and on the taxpayers' dime. It doesn't look good. They have no conscience. They went into office virtually broke, then along with their cronies, raided the U.S. treasury.

Obama has been living like a king on taxpayer money and so has his wife, First Lady, Michelle Obama. They have spent more taxpayer money on themselves than any other first couple in U.S. history. They should be embarrassed and ashamed of that. Being head of state is about public service, not the public serving you with their time and tax dollars.

Senator John Barrasso, the ranking member of the Senate Environment and Public Works Subcommittee on Transportation, excoriated Obama for his wasteful conduct, regarding the pricey Illinois and Florida golf trip. Barrasso stated, "At a time when government agencies and programs were preparing to implement tough cost saving measures in order to meet the budgetary constraints of sequestration, President Obama chose to use taxpayer money for a weekend trip to play golf."

This $3,600,000 golf trip adds to the $70,000,000 the Obamas have disgracefully spent on vacations while in office (that massive figure does not even include their expensive  vacations this year, as they've not been included in the tally at this time). Do you know how many poor people could have been fed with that money. Do you know how many teenagers could have been sent to university with that money.

Obama's behavior is this regard is terrible. It shows a great lack of character and decency to waste taxpayer money on such a grand scale. It's a sign of poor breeding. There's no excuse for this and to make it worse, it occurred during difficult financial times in America.

Taxpayer Tab For Obama Trip That Included Golf With Tiger Woods: $3.6 Million

11:13 PM 10/24/2016 - Taxpayers shelled out millions of dollars in 2013 when the golf-addicted President Obama took Air Force One to Florida on vacation and played a round of golf with Tiger Woods, according to a new government study. From Feb. 15-18 in 2013, the president went on a four day trip that included an official speech in Chicago and some leisure time in Palm Beach, Florida.

According to a forthcoming report by the Government Accountability Office that was obtained early by The Daily Caller, the government spent a total of $3.6 million to fly, protect and support the president during this trip to Illinois and Florida. The GAO report was requested by Sen. John Barrasso, a Republican senator from Wyoming. The letter was sent during the political debates of 2013 over the automatic spending cuts to government services, known as sequestration.

In November of 2013, Barrasso — who was the ranking member of the Senate Environment and Public Works Subcommittee on Transportation and Infrastructure — asked the comptroller general of the United States to have the GAO “assess the costs to taxpayers for President Obama’s trip to Florida in February.”

“At a time when government agencies and programs were preparing to implement tough cost-saving measures in order to meet the budgetary constraints of sequestration,” Barrasso wrote, “President Obama chose to use taxpayer money for a weekend trip to play golf. I have heard from a number of concerned constituents in my state who believe the money used for this trip could have been spent in a manner that would have reduced the federal deficit or have helped reduce the impact of sequestration on the public.”...

First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation, a company based in Virginia, is engaging in discriminatory and financially abusive acts against minorities, the disabled and people living in America of foreign origin, who try to obtain a mortgage with their company to buy a home. It is an ongoing, illegal practice damaging innocent people. Companies that behave in this manner should be put out of business. 

Recently, the city of Miami sued Wells Fargo bank for discriminating against minorities and people living in America of foreign extraction, who tried to apply for home loans. A suspect Miami judge threw out the City Of Miami's valid case. However, a three judge appeals court in Washington, D.C. reinstated the case. You know judicial corruption has gotten terrible in America when a judge can corruptly throw out a case brought by the government.

In the appeals case City Of Miami vs. Wells Fargo & Co., (No. 14-14544 and D.C. Docket No. 1:13-cv-24508-WPD) the City of Miami prevailed as a panel of three district judges in Washington affirmed their complaint and remanded it back to the district court via a ruling that stated:

"The City’s charges were further amplified by the statements of several confidential witnesses who claimed that the Bank deliberately targeted black and Latino borrowers for predatory loans. For example, one former loan officer attested that Wells Fargo management steered low- and middle-income borrowers away from less expensive Community Reinvestment Act loans and toward more expensive Fair Housing Act and Freddie Mac loans. Id. at 36. Another claimed that the Bank targeted minority churches and their congregations for subprime loans. Id. at 37. A third claimed that Hispanic borrowers’ applications for refinancing were disproportionately denied: ‘a Rodriguez in the last name was treated differently than a Smith,’ he stated."

Let that sink in. There are mortgage companies in America, such as First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation and banks like Wells Fargo, who are discriminating against consumers in America based on them having ethnic sounding names such as "Rodriguez" or "Latisha" or "Mohammed" (black, Hispanic, Arab), hitting them with bigger loan fees and bad financial instruments, in bids at financially exploiting and abusing minorities and immigrants. That's terrible.

You know, the last lending institution who was caught doing that, Washington Mutual, is no more. The Judiciary Report ran a series of articles on Washington Mutual's criminal practices against minorities and within a couple years the company spectacularly collapsed, the remains bought for pennies on the dollar by Chase Bank (Washington Mutual Collapses Seized By Government and Washington Mutual Is No More). First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation needs to heed the warning, as that is what they are firmly headed for regarding their unlawful behavior. Said discriminatory, financially abusive practices costing minorities and immigrants money, homes and loans needs to stop.

Man Arrested For Stalking 10-Year-Old Boy Via GPS After Trying And Failing To Adopt Him And Another Boy He Molested

41-year-old William Thomas Duncan Jr., owner of Infinity Distribution Services Inc, is under arrest after giving a 10-year-old boy three gifts that contained GPS tracking devices, he used to stalk the minor. The three gifts were a computer tablet, a stuffed animal and board game. Duncan previously tried to adopt the boy, but was rejected by the state.

Court documents also reveal a previous cases, regarding Duncan trying to adopt another 10-year-old boy, but was rejected after disturbing behavior. Department of Social Services allowed Duncan to have weekend visits with two boys on separate occasions that resulted in highly questionable behavior. In the first incident, Duncan rubbed lotion on the 10-year-old's genitals, claiming the child had a rash. He was rejected from adopting the boy after the incident.

In what is baffling, the Department of Social Services, allowed Duncan to have another weekend visit with a second boy (the one who was subsequently stalked). The boy stayed at Duncan's home for the weekend, which should not have happened after the incident with the first child. However, Duncan's adoption was again declined after he slept in the same bed as the second 10-year-old and pressed his body up against the boy. Duncan is clearly a pedophile, who poses a very serious danger to children.

After the second adoption was denied, Duncan showed up at the boy's school with a lunch bag, claiming the child had forgotten his lunch. Inside the lunch bag was a mobile phone and note stating, "At this point, it is you and me against DDS." Using the GPS tracker in the gifts given to the boy, Duncan also stalked the child on a school field trip to a local zoo in North Carolina. Authorities revealed, the boy was terrified believing Duncan was coming to get him at the zoo in an incident the pedophile labeled a "coincidence." The GPS tracker also enabled Duncan to find out where the boy lives. 

As seen in Hollywood cases regarding depraved celebrities, people are hiring private investigators not as a means of lawfully gaining information to protect themselves or to uncover bad behavior by partners or spouses, but to engage in criminal stalking, harassment, invasion of privacy and terrorization of innocent people they become obsessed with.

Private investigators are being hired by pedophiles and other perverts to help them stalk innocent people who want nothing to do with them. Stalking is a crime. It denoted serious mental illness. The average person knows stalking is wrong. Anyone who goes as far as to hire a private investigator to help them stalk someone is mentally far gone and should not be free.

A Virginia Beach man has been charged with stalking a 10-year-old boy he had unsuccessfully tried to adopt

William Thomas Duncan Jr., 41, showed up earlier this month at the boy’s school and later while the child was on a field trip at the North Carolina Zoo in Asheboro, according to court documents. The problem: Duncan wasn’t supposed to know where the North Carolina boy lived or went to school. And he’d previously given the boy three items with GPS trackers hidden inside, documents said.

A federal magistrate on Tuesday ordered Duncan – the CEO of Infinity Distribution Services Inc. in Virginia Beach – held without bond on one count of interstate stalking. If convicted, Duncan faces up to five years in prison. In an affidavit filed in U.S. District Court, Homeland Security Investigations Agent Kristin Joseph said Duncan tried to adopt two 10 year-old boys in the past two years from different counties in North Carolina.

Both adoptions were denied. The first rejection came after Duncan applied lotion to the boy’s genitals for a possible rash, the affidavit said. Officials in another county initially agreed in July to let a second boy visit Duncan on the weekends, but they removed him from Duncan’s care in September after learning of the first denial. Joseph said Duncan slept in the same bed as the boy and pressed his body against him.

Joseph said Duncan was ordered to return the boy’s property. Three of the items turned over to the Randolph County Department of Social Services, however, were not familiar to the child. Among them were a computer tablet, a Sorry board game and a stuffed animal. Investigators found GPS devices hidden inside the tablet case and the stuffed animal and mixed in with the board game’s pieces, according to the affidavit.

Joseph said Duncan showed up at the boy’s school Nov. 4 with a lunch bag, claiming the child had forgotten his lunch. Inside, investigators found a cellphone and a letter instructing the boy not to tell anyone about it and to text him with an “identification code.” “At this point, it is you and me against DSS,” the letter said, according to Joseph...

Joseph added that the boy “curled up in a ball” earlier this month when a police officer went to his house to talk about the incident at the zoo. The boy thought it was Duncan coming to get him, Joseph said.

Cocaine user, Linwood Lambert, was arrested and handcuffed by police in South Boston, Virginia. Officers initially took him to the hospital for a "mental evaluation" but changed their minds and decided to arrest him for erratic behavior, despite the fact he was in cuffs. They engaged in acts that killed him in the hospital parking lot via excessive tasing. Three police officers broke the law in tasing a shackled man (Lambert) and a whopping 20 TIMES (50,000 volts per tase), which unquestionably constitutes excessive force.

As a result of said police brutality via excessive tasing, combined with the effects of the cocaine, Lambert died. The human heart was not meant to withstand such abuse. The cocaine had given his heart a walloping and the tasing did additional damage, sending Lambert into full on cardiac arrest. He died of a heart attack. Ironically, the three officers were inexplicably given a promotion.

Lambert's family has filed a lawsuit against the police for $25,000,000 and issued this statement through their attorney, "Linwood Lambert, Jr.’s death was tragic and never should have happened. The police officers first encountered an unarmed and non-threatening man. They placed him in handcuffs and transported him to the hospital for medical attention. At the hospital, they repeatedly administered millions of volts of electrical shocks with a taser on an unarmed and restrained man. Despite the obvious deterioration of his medical condition from the tasing, the officers allowed Mr. Lambert to languish in the hospital parking lot, feet from the emergency department entrance. We believe the police officers violated Mr. Lambert’s constitutionally protected rights by depriving him of the medical attention he desperately needed."

What a sad and tragic tale. The three officers should be brought up on criminal charges, as their conduct led to Lambert's death. Had they not tased him 20 times he would be alive today. Tasers are not for sadistic purposes and must be used responsibly. The voltage is painful and disrupts the heart. To have tased him to that degree equals murder. What the officers did is the equivalent of electrocution.

New video shows Virginia officers used stun guns on man before

Thursday 12 November 2015 22.39 GMT - Three police officers repeatedly used stuns guns on a black man they brought to a Virginia hospital for a mental health evaluation, and the man later died in their custody, according to recently released videos in the 2013 case. The videos, first obtained by MSNBC, show the South Boston officers shocking Linwood R Lambert Jr multiple times after he kicked out police cruiser’s back window and ran to the doors of an emergency room while he was handcuffed.

Instead of taking him inside the ER, which was just steps away, officers took Lambert to jail, saying he was arrested for disorderly conduct and property damage. Upon his arrival at the jail, the 46-year-old was unresponsive. An ambulance brought him back to the same ER and he was pronounced dead at the hospital, about an hour after he was initially taken into custody. Lambert’s family filed a $25m lawsuit in April, accusing the officers of unlawfully arresting him and using “excessive, unreasonable and deadly force”.

R&B singer Chris Brown has been transferred to a less austere jail in his home state of Virginia, after a 4-day plane ride on Con Air, after being extradited from Los Angeles to Washington, DC. Brown is in jail awaiting trial on a fraudulent assault case, where the complainant, Parker Adams admitted the singer didn’t even hit him. Brown’s bodyguard Chris Hollosy hit stalker and harasser Adams for trespassing. 

There are other cases on record where the bodyguards of stars such as Justin Bieber and Lindsay Lohan have hit and or pushed members of the public for getting too close to their stars and no one was even arrested. There have been instances where Justin Bieber and separately Lindsay Lohan have hit paparazzi and other members of the public in New York and Los Angeles during confrontations and didn’t spend a minute in jail for it. 

 

There’s a double standard present in the Chris Brown case that should concern the public as if it happened to him it can happen to you, regarding getting arrested for something someone else in your company did to another in self-defense or attempting to protect one’s property from intrusion. The law cannot work this way, as once the precedent is set it becomes a risk to everyone. As the Judiciary Report has consistently maintained, if you’re going to lock someone up, jail them for something they actually did, as anything less comes across as corruption.

Chris Brown Hit With 1,000 More Community Service Hours In Lieu Of Jail

A probation violation hearing today against singer Chris Brown, didn't go as badly as it could have, resulting in jail time. However, as the prosecutor accused Brown of faking community service hours, whilst on probation stemming from the physical fight he got into with then girlfriend Rihanna, the matter was brought before the judge.

The prosecutor struck a deal with Brown adding 1,000 new community service hours to his probationary requirements, which would equal roughly six months of work doing things such as picking up trash, removing graffiti and mopping floors. The community service will be done in Los Angeles under the watchful eye of the prosecutor, rather than Brown's home state of Virginia. Brown's lawyer Mark Geragos argued his client did complete the required hours, but this deal was acceptable, as prosecutors began bringing up several alleged violations that could have resulted in jail time.

Police Chief Resigning In The Chris Brown Probation Violation Case Gives A Certain Impression

Richmond, Virginia Police Chief, Bryan Norwood, has resigned from his post, due to the Chris Brown probation violation case. Los Angeles prosecutors accuse Norwood and Brown's mother, Joyce, of conspiring to falsify probation records, to allow the singer to leave the country in violation of court rules, while claiming to perform community service in Virginia. 

 
This month, prosecutors filed a motion to revoke Brown's probation on the grounds his 180 hours of community service have been falsified and the singer also stands accused of engaging in violent behavior against singer Frank Ocean and other members of the public, as well as property damage and vandalism. Brown, via his lawyer, Mark Geragos, has denied all the allegations and even brought Rihanna, the woman at the center of his felony domestic violence case, to court in an effort to show the judge solidarity.

However, Brown's behavior continues to work against him, as he has been getting into confrontations all over America and it is only a matter of time before another one occurs. If Brown fails to tame his temper and restlessness, trouble will be brewing again and someone could get seriously hurt.

Contrary to President Barack Obama’s claims in his biography, he did indeed descend from an African slave. Ancestry.com did extensive research and discovered Obama’s white-American mother, the late Ann Dunham, descended from a slave.

The slave was brought from Africa to Virginia in the United States, during the 17th century. The name of the slave was John Punch. He was sentenced to indentured servitude for trying to run away. He married a white-American and had mixed raced children. Ann Dunham is one of his descendants.

A guilty verdict was reached in the second degree murder trial of 22-year-old University of Virginia lacrosse player, Yeardley Love, who was killed by her boyfriend, George Huguely V, 24. Love was beaten to death in an act of rage by Huguely, with the cause of death being blunt force trauma. He did not display much remorse in his expressions outside the courthouse.

The two university students had been dating, but broke up. Love began dating a male lacrosse player, which enraged Huguely, who began sending her threatening emails. Huguely wrote in one email "I should have killed you." And that he did - beating the defenseless young woman to death, consumed with jealousy. Huguely faces a potential 60-years in prison.

Serial Stabber Targeting Blacks In Michigan & Virginia

Police are on the look out for a white, male serial stabber, who has been targeting black people in the U.S. states of Michigan and Virginia. 14 of the 16 people the unknown assailant has viciously stabbed, are black. Five of his victims have died.

One victim was a black teen, who is currently in critical condition, after receiving multiple stab wounds. A federal manhunt is underway to apprehend him. The Judiciary Report implores the serial stabber to turn himself in.

The U.S. gubernatorial races in New Jersey and Virginia, the latter already decided, with Republican Bob McDonnell emerging as the winner, and the former state holding a GOP lead, has made it clear, Obama’s presidential initiatives are hurting the Democratic Party, as stated two months ago. Obama also needs to think about the 2012 elections.

Yes, one wants to act with integrity and take the road one feels is the best course of action, but the public has been speaking and the White House has not been listening. Neither has Congress, which currently holds a Democratic majority. The current senatorial races is a rebuke from the American people.

Did Washington learn nothing from George W. Bush’s bad decisions as a politician. If you fail to listen to the people, you are going to have problems. This holds true in any world democracy.

White Homecoming Queen Catches Flak At Black University

"Race Debate: White Beauty Queen at Black School Pens Plea to Obama"

Nikole Churchill, won "Homecoming Queen" at the predominantly black university, Hampton University in Virginia, which is located in the Southern part of the United States. Her win divided the campus, as she is white.

She wrote to U.S. President, Barack Obama, regarding the situation, asking he visit the school to speak about diversity. She has since apologized for writing to President Obama.

I do not necessarily think it is a bad thing that she wrote to President Obama. It appears enough black people voted for her that she won "Homecoming Queen" - but clearly, some did not and are unhappy with her win, deeming as a white person, she does not accurately represent the predominantly black student body.

What if some started stating, America is predominantly white, which it is and as such, Obama as a black man, who won the election, does not accurately represent the nation (stop grinning Limbaugh).

It would not be fair to make such assumptions, based on President Obama's color and it is not fair to do so to Nikole Churchill either.

I don't know what some people are complaining about. Just wait until your student loans become due. Then you'll really have something to whine about.

Chris Brown Grinning During Hard Labor

As Sony Music singer Chris Brown continues to serve the 180 days of hard labor he was sentenced to, as ordered by a Los Angeles judge, in his domestic violence case, a few of his remaining fans came out to gawk at the grinning singer.

Brown is clearly glad he was not incarcerated, after getting into a physical fight with equally strange girlfriend, Rihanna, in response to her hitting him. The two refuse to talk about that night and why the fight grew so severe, he nearly choked her to death.

Sony R&B singer and woman puncher, Chris Brown, was photographed performing hard labor, during an ongoing community service stint, cleaning up trash along highways in Virginia.

To change up one his "Run It" lyrics, "If the garbage is on the floor, if it ain't, let me know..."

It is apart of his sentence for beating girlfriend, Rihanna, in response to her attacking him in a rented Lamborghini in February 2009, after a Grammy Awards event.

Obama Speaks About School Speech

U.S. President, Barack Obama, spoke about the school speech he intends to give in Virginia, which will be televised on C-SPAN and posted on the White House's website www.WhiteHouse.gov.

There has been much controversy surrounding it, with reports some parents are even threatening to keep their children home from school, out of concern they will be indoctrinated with the President's "socialist" beliefs.

An explosive article published this week stated, the U.S. Pentagon, which houses the Department of Defense, who ironically appear in this Column's site statistics as frequent visitors, has been profiling journalists, selecting candidates for neutralization, based on their negative coverage of combat in the Middle East.

The Constitution guarantees Freedom of Speech and Freedom of Press, yet the Defense Department, is behaving in a manner contrary to the law of the land.

What is the Defense Department going to do about the many thousand reporters around the world writing about the wars in the Middle East in a very unflattering manner? Are people supposed to be happy and cheerful at the fact civilians and soldiers are dying for wars many do not understand or support.

Files prove Pentagon is profiling reporters

Thursday, August 27, 2009 - WASHINGTON — Contrary to the insistence of Pentagon officials this week that they are not rating the work of reporters covering U.S. forces in Afghanistan, Stars and Stripes has obtained documents that prove that reporters’ coverage is being graded as “positive,” “neutral” or “negative.”

Moreover, the documents — recent confidential profiles of the work of individual reporters prepared by a Pentagon contractor — indicate that the ratings are intended to help Pentagon image-makers manipulate the types of stories that reporters produce while they are embedded with U.S. troops in Afghanistan.

This pie chart was extracted from a report by The Rendon Group, evaluating the focus of coverage by a reporter for a major U.S. newspaper. It indicates the firm’s conclusion that the reporter’s coverage was 83.33 percent neutral and 16.67 percent negative in relation to the military’s mission objectives.

One reporter on the staff of one of America’s pre-eminent newspapers is rated in a Pentagon report as “neutral to positive” in his coverage of the U.S. military. Any negative stories he writes “could possibly be neutralized” by feeding him mitigating quotes from military officials.

Another reporter, from a TV station, provides coverage from a “subjective angle,” according to his Pentagon profile. Steering him toward covering “the positive work of a successful operation” could “result in favorable coverage.”

The new revelations of the Pentagon’s attempts to shape war coverage come as senior Defense Department officials are acknowledging increasing concern over recent opinion polls showing declining popular American support for the Afghan war...

“These ground rules recognize the inherent right of the media to cover combat operations and are in no way intended to prevent release of embarrassing, negative or derogatory information,” reads the “News Media Ground Rules” issued by U.S. military officials for embedded reporters in Iraq.

Several professional journalists’ groups as well as media ethicists criticized the Pentagon’s attempts to rate and manipulate reporters. And at least one military official with knowledge of the profiling system has also begun to raise objections.

“It’s troubling that the military is contracting a private PR firm, paid with U.S. taxpayer dollars, to profile individual reporters,” said one servicemember who declined to be identified for fear of official retribution. “It shows utter contempt for the Constitution, which we in the service pledge our lives to defend.”
