Bill Cosby continues to fight allegations that he drugs and rapes women. Over 50 women, famous and non famous, have come forward alleging Cosby has drugged and or sexually assaulted them. In a 2015 deposition, Cosby admitted obtaining the powerful prescription drug Quaaludes to give to women to have sex with them. Cosby was also a regular at the debauched Playboy mansion, which has resulted in him facing another criminal investigation in Los Angeles, California (for a drugging and sexual assault).

Cosby was no role model, as much as the average person, who didn't know better, was led to believe. It was all marketing. Role models don't patronize Playboy establishments. Playboy degrades women and is full of debauched sex in orgies and other STD inducing activities. Many women who have left Playboy complain of the emotional, mental and health problems they are now saddled with.

Many got wrapped up with a television persona, despite the fact they did not know the real Cosby, who is sadly a dangerous sexual predator using and abusing women in ways that have destroyed their lives. Sorry to say it, but Cosby is a fake. He is not nice, humble or decent. He chooses to sexually exploit women in terrible ways. He has lied to and deceived many women, luring them into deceitful sexual situations. Just because some of the women accepted the Quaaludes was not consent to rape them. Cosby gave no thought to his family when he did these things or the hurt and disgrace it would bring them. He owes each woman and his family a massive apology.

Just one day after the prosecutor's office in Los Angeles declined to charge comedian/actor Bill Cosby with drugging and raping over two dozen women, due to the statute of limitations having expired, which was not a reflection on the veracity of their claims, a new woman comes forward with a recent claim that is prosecutable under the law. 24-year-old Las Vegas lap dancer, Chloe Goins, has come forward with the claim that when she was 18-years of age, she visited the Playboy mansion in Los Angeles and was drugged and raped by Cosby. This incident is within the statute of limitations in the state of California. 

 

Goins stated she and a friend, who knows Playboy mansion owner, Hugh Heffner, were talking at a party held on the premises, when Cosby, who frequents the mansion, though claiming to be a family man, approached them. Cosby is a longtime friend of Heffner and has been accused of sexually assaulting 11 Playboy bunnies at the Playboy club he also frequented (very often), though once again, hypocritically claiming to be a family man. 

Goins stated Cosby brought her a drink as well as one for her friend, in the presence of Heffner, but hers was spiked. Goins stated not long after she began to feel unwell and Heffner stated she could rest in one of the mansion's spare bedrooms. She states Cosby sprang up and offered to walk her upstairs. She states she thought nothing of it. If you did not know of the rumors surrounding Cosby drugging and raping women and his numerous infidelities which really were not common knowledge, you would think nothing of him trying to help you up the stairs.

Goins reported she woke up to find Cosby licking her toes and masturbating. She states he bit one of her toes and that's what woke her up. Goins further states there was saliva all over her body indicating he had done much more than that. In an interview with the Daily Mail UK, Goins stated:

"We stayed at the W Hotel in Hollywood which is one of my favorites and were both looking forward to the party. We got all dressed up, we were going to the Playboy mansion after all. I was a wearing a cute little red dress and my friend was wearing a strapless tan dress. I remember we got to the house and it was like a bigger party so there was a lot going on, lots of girls wearing not very much. 

They checked our ID at the door so I knew drinking was off limits. We were running late but we were quickly introduced to Hef when we got there. It was the first time I had met him, I was excited and all focus was on him. Me and my friend were two cute blondes, he liked us. We were talking to Hef for a while and that's when Bill Cosby walked up. I kind of recognized him from TV, I know he was on a TV show where he played a family guy, but he was a little bit before my time. Hef introduced him as his good friend, they seemed really close. He seemed like a really nice guy, really funny. We were talking, laughing and having fun.

He kind of just left and we were talking and he came back with drinks. He gave me a vodka mixer I think. I wasn't really supposed to drink because of my age but I was like, 'okay, cool'. I thought I'd got a drink on the side. I remember the drink being kind of strong but it didn't taste funny or anything like that. I think I finished most of it, I didn't set my glass down I was holding it the whole time. 

Everything kind of went a little foggy, I started feeling sick to my stomach, and just dizzy. I started telling my friend and I was like where's the bathroom, but I could tell my friend just wanted to hang out, we were still talking to Hef. Then Bill offered to show me the room, he said he knew the way. He seemed nice and I don't remember feeling nervous or that it was weird. He had his arm around me to show me the way and I did notice he had been paying me a little more attention than my friend, but never thought anything of it. 

I was butt naked lying on my back on a bed and didn't have any idea where I was. I was in a bedroom and presumed it was in the mansion because I could hear music, I don't think it was Hef's room, it was just a nice room. I came to and remember seeing this big man crouched over me. It was Bill Cosby and he was at my feet, kind of licking and kissing them and I think he bit my toe as that's what woke me up. I kind of thank God for that because that's what woke me up and I came to. I was shocked, I said, 'hey, what's going on', he didn't really say anything, didn't explain anything or give a reason. 

He jumped up, pulled his pants back up quickly and left. He had seen that I was alert and bolted out of there, I was left in the room by myself. She said: 'I remember waking up and feeling moist all over, like he had been licking all over me. He wasn't on my breasts when I woke, but I could feel, you know, the saliva on them and that he'd been licking on me. 

I felt embarrassed, it was a gross, icky feeling, I felt very violated and humiliated. I was scared, I was just 18 and he was an old man, I was not very sexually experienced and I didn't really know what had happened, it was violating. I can't be 100% sure what he did to me, I was completely out of it. I found my dress but I couldn't find my panties anywhere, I don't know if he had them or not. I just got out of there as fast as I could and found my girlfriend downstairs. She looked at me and said I didn't seem right so she was like, 'let's go'. I think she could tell something was wrong. 

I told her I was scared and didn't know what to do, I told her I didn't think I had been raped, but what happened to me wasn't right, at the very least he was groping and molesting me. She consoled me and said she felt bad about it, but neither of us thought about telling anyone. We were young, we wanted to be Playboy models. I was scared about saying anything about what happened, especially as it was at the Playboy mansion because it's known for naughty stuff. I didn't want to get in trouble and maybe ruin my modeling career and nor did my friend as she was getting the invites to the parties. Bill Cosby was on TV and had a family man image, I thought to hurt that, he would come after me, try to ruin me."

I was trying to avoid the next story, as it is plain pathetic, but since certain people are trying to paint the fact that Lindsay Lohan is posing nude in Playboy and fully so might I add, as something positive when it is not, I decided to write about it.

It is true, notorious Hollywood druggie and alcoholic, Lindsay Lohan, has started the process of posing nude for Playboy magazine and is trying to label it an artistic endeavor, when it is smut and her way of trying to get money to buy more cocaine, meth, heroine and booze.

Call it what it is and stop pretending. You've hit rock bottom and based on other negative things I know you are doing behind the scenes in Hollywood that the public is soon to find out about, you're going to fall even further. Stop trying to make your fall from grace seem like something admirable, as it is one of the worst living Hollywood tragedies. People needn't follow her example.

When people think of brides wearing white, they associate it with purity and virtue. However, all the public seems to be posting about reality TV star, Kim Kardashian, is how her husband, basketball player, Kris Humphries, could have married her, knowing about the well-publicized sex tape she is featured on, reportedly performing oral sex on rapper Ray J, who also relieves himself by urinating on her.

I have not seen the tape and have no intention of doing so, but it really was wrong for Ray J, to unleash this on the world, especially for profit. They are now porn stars as a result. It was also wrong of Kardashian to pose in Playboy, profiting from said infamy. I’m sure many are snickering about her wearing white to her wedding, which is a sad indictment of life in Hollywood, as lasciviousness and promiscuity are the norm there.

My point? Women, especially young, impressionable ones, need not follow in Kardashian’s footsteps, getting used by men, who will exploit, then insult you once they get what they want. Value yourself more than to let people take you for granted. Don’t make a spectacle of yourself to become famous, because that wears off very fast and you will be left with emotional and mental hang ups and a ton of bad memories from being mistreated and misused.

Playboy, Crystal Harris, 25, has apologized to her former fiancé, Playboy founder, Hugh Heffner, 85, for stating on the Howard Stern radio show, that he is bad in bed, only lasting "two seconds." Ironically, when Heffner was 25, he never publicly dated an 85-year-old woman.

Notice Harris apologized, but she didn't retract her claim and say it was untrue, which still deflates Heffner's projected image as a stud. And really, that's all he was worried about. But truthfully, you can't be a stud at age 85 or you'll need a surgeon to put a new stud in your hip, to piece it back together, after playing around with a frisky 25-year-old. It's better to marry someone closer to your age, increasing the likelihood of compatibility.

History is on my side in this claim. Think I'm kidding - remember what happened when a 20 something Anna Nicole Smith, married an 80 something J. Howard Marshall in Texas? He died, that's what. Playboy founder, Hugh Heffner, 85, was slammed by his ex-fiancée, Crystal Harris, 25, for being bad in bed. Harris went on the disgraceful Howard Stern show and said and I quote, Heffner only lasted "two seconds" in bed when they had sex. According to Radar Online, the Howard Stern interview with Harris went like this:

On Tuesday, Harris sat down with Stern, who asked her, "Did you have an orgasm when Hef f----d you?"

"No!" Harris said, before making a face of disgust.

Honestly, physiologically speaking, I'm stunned the increased blood flow to his heart didn't kill him. There is nothing wrong with people of an advanced age having sex, but with people they are married to in the same age bracket. If they had married, Harris could have killed this man through sex, taken all his money in the will and legally so, by simply getting too frisky with him.

Braxton compared her potentially doing Playboy to Vanessa Williams appearing in Penthouse, but it is not the same thing. The photos of Williams' came out against her will and destroyed her life at the time, even costing her the Miss America title. Playboy, Penthouse and the like, objectify and degrade women. No woman needs that.

Former New York Jets crowd warmer, Jenn Sterger, is upset over the Brett Favre scandal she is embroiled in, as it blew up in her face, after she went public with allegations the football player sent her penis pics. Sterger appeared on ABC News to tell her side of the story.

Sterger was visibly angry with Favre during the interview, stating his randy conduct cost her the job she had with the New York Jets. She also implied in another interview that she has been blacklisted in the industry. Sterger fumed, as tears welled up in her eyes, stating people believe she, "Asked for it...deserved it."

Posing topless or nude in Playboy will open one up to certain types of public scrutiny, disrespect and abuse. It also gives men the impression one is sexually promiscuous and will sleep with anyone. That's the message it sends.

Sterger insists she was "not paid a dime" for her story. However, months ago Gawker's Deadspin website insisted she was paid $10,000" for the photos of Favre's alleged penis and her tell-all, where she joked about the incident.

The Judiciary Report has only one thing to say to Bieber regarding his plan, "Go to your room, young man!" (LOL).

Seriously, does his mom know what he is attempting. A place like the Playboy Mansion in Bel Air would only corrupt him. It represents the worst and most decadent side of Hollywood, where women are degraded and disrespected as sex objects, then tossed away when they reach a certain age.

Not a good place for a kid. Not a good place for anyone. And to think, the Playboy Mansion is a stop on some Los Angeles bus tours of famous properties involving celebrities. Forget that, take me to Reagan's house (Bel Air).

The NFL has fined Minnesota Vikings football player, Brett Favre, $50,000 for not cooperating in a case, containing allegations he left voice messages, asking nude model, Jenn Sterger, for a date, violating league policy on personal relationships. Favre is married with two kids. The league stated it is not making any judgment calls on people's personal relationships. However, Sterger wanted Favre suspended and is angry he was only fined.

Sterger accused him of sending her voice mails and texting photos of his penis, known as sexting, the latter he denies. The NFL was unable to ascertain the source of the penis photos Sterger claimed was from Favre and refused to penalize him for it. In the Judiciary Report's opinion, the messages were not lewd, but unethical, as he is married. As the authenticity of the penis photos were not verified, Sterger's point regarding them became moot. Sterger also claimed in the latter part of the case that Favre asked her for a video of herself masturbating.

Two years after the alleged incident transpired, rather than formally complain to the NFL, Sterger distastefully released the penis photos and voice messages, bragging about it on the DeadSpin website, after being paid $12,000 to do so, by parent company, Gawker. She seemed quite braggadocios about Favre pursuing her, displaying no offense via her words. She also bragged about having other famous athletes penis photos. Not the conduct of a victim.

However, as the story began circulating and picking up speed online, with negative press and public attention, Steger hired a lawyer and started stating she is a victim, which seemed contrived at that point. She handled this case very poorly and as a result, it turn public sentiment against her. Sterger still may file suit against Favre over the alleged incident.

Former Badboy rapper, Black Rob, is said to be in very poor health, after years of wild partying. Former singer, Aubrey O'Day of Danity Kane, fell into hardcore drug use, posed for Playboy and has not regained her footing since.

Members of Badboy's hip hop group, DaBand, had more brushes with the law and disbanded, pardon the pun. The R&B group 112, broke up and complained Combs ripped them off, double charging them for items deducted from their already low royalties, which went in his pocket. Elephant Man got into a financial dispute with Combs, which nearly ended in violence.

The list goes on. There's clearly a problem at Badboy. The sex, drugs and rock n' roll is destroying them. It's time for Combs to change his ways, as his record label is a den of iniquity, which is wrong in the Lord's sight. Sooner or later, the vices gripping Badboy are going to consume him and his artists, with a terrible end result.

Former Playboy model, Jenn Sterger, is threatening to go public with all the evidence in the Brett Favre case, where she alleged the football player sexually harassed her two years ago with unwanted phone and text messages.

A few short months ago, she bragged to the Gawker website Deadspin about the incident, in a manner that indicated she found Favre's phone and text messages humorous and something to be proud of.

Some people do that sort of thing, via exchanging raunchy texts and photos, in cases that having nothing to do with sexual harassment. However, something changed weeks after the story broke, with Sterger suddenly screaming victim and releasing voice mails and nude penis shots, she states were sent by Favre.

Today, Sterger issued a public threat to the NFL, ordering them to clear her name or she shall release the entire cache of evidence against Favre and seek legal remedies. Had she made her complaint to the NFL closer to the time the incident allegedly transpired two years ago and not participated in the aforementioned, distasteful article with Deadspin, bragging about the incident for publicity, the Judiciary Report would be more sympathetic, as no one deserves to be sexually harassed.

However, the entire episode now seems very calculated, timed and opportunistic, leading one to wonder if she gave Favre reason to think it was okay to keep pursuing her, even though he is married, which is ethically wrong. How can she demand the NFL clear her name, when she put herself out there in a negative light, initially showing off about and not denouncing the alleged sexual harassment.

The voice messages Sterger has released thus far from Favre, were not disrespectful or lewd, but they are unethical as he is married. The penis photos that were sent to her by text message, could be construed as sexual harassment and transmitting obscenity, but he has denied sending the pictures in question. Even if it is proven he did send them, her initial braggadocio to Deadspin would lead a jury to believe she was a willing participant.

Side Bar: Forget Jenn Sterger. I'm the one that should be angry. I'm the one left traumatized. Christian blogger reading the Deaspin's follow up article at 2:00AM trying to write about the story on this site, clicks the video link and for minutes it seems normal, recapping the story, only to be accosted by random penis pics at the end of the presentation. It was like being flashed. As far as I'm concerned, Sterger and Deadspin can go kick rocks!

After a few months of threatening to disclose all she knows, former Playboy model, Jenn Sterger, has finally met with the NFL, regarding allegations of sexual harassment against married football player, Brett Favre.

The meeting took place on Thursday, November 11, 2010, one day after the Judiciary Report goaded her about the constant postponements of said talks. Sterger is said to have presented evidence to the NFL, through her lawyer, containing voices messages and texts with accompanying penis photos, as proof of harassment.

Favre admitted leaving the voice messages, which were not unlawful in context, but unethical as he is married. However, he denies sending the penis photos, via what is known as "sexting." It is now up to the NFL to ascertain the authenticity of the evidence presented against Favre.

It is also up to Sterger to explain why she was laughing with the website she released the messages and pornographic penis photos to, Deadspin, owned by Gawker, as those are not the actions of an unwilling participant. She didn't exactly seem mortified, which gives the impression this is an opportunistic publicity and cash grab.

Next time think twice before you release nude photos to the public, especially of a public figure, regularly read about by many kids, who are now being accosted by graphic penis photos when they search for his name or news on him online.

If you were that troubled by the incident, you should have gone directly to the NFL or the police with the texted photos, not bragged to a blog about them, whilst planting them in the public domain for all to see.

Former Playboy model and blogger, Jenn Sterger, who accused NFL football player, Brett Favre, 41, of sexual harassment and sending her text messages of his penis, is now unemployed. Her show "The Daily Line" has been cancelled, due to "poor ratings."

Sterger has gone into hiding since the self-induced scandal blew up, which has upset her...two years after the alleged fact. Certainly, no one deserves to be sexually harassed, but Steger handled this matter very poorly and it affected her credibility. Sterger laughed to the website she released the penis photos to, bragging about their existence and who she says sent them.

With Favre denying he sent the penis photos, only owning up to leaving Sterger voice mails, requesting to meet her, how is that sexual harassment. The photos, yes, the voice mails, no. Otherwise that would mean, any man that asks a woman out on a date is sexually harassing her. Does that sound right to you?

Unless it is proven Favre sent the nude penis photos to Sterger, what we have here is a married man behaving badly, by pursuing a date with a woman other than his wife. All Sterger had to do is tell him to stop or she'll tell his wife. Most men go really punk when they hear that.

She states Favre left her sexually charged voice messages and sent her pictures of his penis, with text messages seeking sex, also known as sexting. She saved the evidence for two years, leaking some of it to a blog, but forwarding the bulk of the package to an attorney she retained.

Sterger's lawyer, who has been speaking to the press, sounds like he is wheeling and dealing on her behalf, meaning she wants money and publicity. I have it on very good authority, Sterger hopes to parlay this distasteful episode into a reality show and film career. Sterger's attorney stated to the press "all options are on the table" in the matter, which is lawyer speak for a monetary settlement from Favre to shut up and destroy the telephonic evidence against him. Favre faces a possible suspension over the case.

The Judiciary Report feels sympathy for Favre’s wife and children, who are being put through an awful ordeal that was completely avoidable. Sterger did not have to egotistically release the uncensored penis pics in question, as anyone, including children, innocently searching online for the name "Brett Favre" will be accosted by photos of said crown jewels. Favre also did not have to adulterously pursue Sterger.

TMZ got lofty and philosophical early this morning, regarding a photo it dropped major money on, purportedly of then Senator, John F. Kennedy, allegedly on a yacht with naked women, while his wife, Jackie Kennedy was pregnant and suffering a miscarriage.

TMZ, got all solemn and reflective, ran the photo, cited expert analysis verifying its authenticity (LOL) and pontificated what world history would have been like, had the photo been released during Kennedy's days as a senator, hypothesizing it would have thwarted his successful presidential bid.

Then, a few hours later, TMZ was embarrassed when it was confirmed, the photo in question was from Playboy magazine in the 1960's and did not contain former President John F. Kennedy. Who was it then? Bill Clinton (just kidding).

The photo was pronounced fake, just like TMZ's credibility. Exactly how much did TMZ pay for that Brooklyn Bridge on photo paper.

TMZ has been the brunt of government and public criticism this year, for obtaining and releasing invasive items, such as the list of 10 prescription drugs found in the night stand of deceased actress, Brittany Murphy, the domestic violence police photo of faux singer, Rihanna, numerous private details about Michael Jackson's death and several other disclosures that violated the law and ongoing investigations.

The JFK Photo That Could Have Changed History

Posted Dec 28th 2009 2:07AM by TMZ Staff - TMZ has obtained a never-before published photograph which appears to show John F. Kennedy on a boat filled with naked women -- it's a photo that could have altered world events.

We believe the photo was taken in the mid-1950s. It shows two naked women jumping off the boat and two more naked women sunning on the top deck. Just below the top deck -- a man appearing to be John F. Kennedy is lying on a deck, sunning himself.

TMZ had multiple experts examine the photo -- all say there is no evidence the picture was Photoshopped. The original print -- which is creased -- was scanned and examined for evidence of inconsistent lighting, photo composition and other forms of manipulation. The experts all concluded the photo appears authentic.

Professor Jeff Sedlik, a forensic photo expert, says the print appears to be authentic. Sedlik says the photo is printed on paper consistent with what was used in the 1950s. The emulsion on the surface of the print has numerous cracks -- the result of aging and handling.

There are numerous articles and books on President John F. Kennedy which mention a 2-week, Mediterranean boating trip that JFK -- then a Senator -- took in August, 1956, with his brother Ted Kennedy and Senator George Smathers. The trio reportedly entertained a number of women on the yacht. Jackie Kennedy was pregnant at the time and was rushed to the hospital while JFK was on the boat. Doctors performed an emergency C-section, but the infant was stillborn.

Forensic analyst Sedlik superimposed an image of Kennedy taken at the Democratic National Convention in August 1956, just days before Kennedy went on the Mediterranean cruise. Sedlik says the features from the two pics almost precisely sync up. TMZ has also had two Kennedy biographers examine the photo -- they also believe JFK is in the picture...

Had the photo surfaced when John F. Kennedy ran for President in 1960, it could have torpedoed his run, and changed world history...
