Kim Kardashian Sues Blog Site Media Take Out Over Insurance Scam Claims After $11,000,000 Jewelry Theft

Kim Kardashian filed a claim for her stolen wedding ring, among other alleged pilfered pieces of jewelry

Reality star, Kim Kardashian, has sued gossip blog Media Take Out for libel, due to the website stating she engaged in an insurance scam, after allegedly being held at gunpoint and robbed of $11,000,000 her jewelry. Media Take Out is owned by Fred Mwangaguhunga. It is one of the most viewed sites on the internet.

Kardashian's lawyer stated Media Take Out wrote she, "Faked the robbery, lied about the violent assault, and then filed a fraudulent claim with her insurance company to bilk her carrier out of millions of dollars." The fact of the matter is many on social networking sites have written items indicating they are of the belief the Kardashian's staged the robbery. Media Take Out shares their view and published it online.

Kardashian's lawyer further stated, "Kardashian was assaulted and robbed by two masked men, who placed a gun to her head, duct-taped her hands, legs and mouth, and then left her lying helplessly on the bathroom floor of her rented apartment while the thieves absconded with millions of dollars in jewelry. As if that ordeal were not awful enough, Defendants made it worse by publishing on the Website, only hours after the assault, that Kardashian faked the robbery and then committed insurance fraud by filing a claim with her carrier."

Am I sorry for Kardashian? No, she's a thief herself (you reap what you sow) and Kim and the Kardashians have been sued repeatedly by many copyright and trademark owners all over America for stealing their intellectual property/products and slapping the family name on it like it is their own.

I will state this though, Media Take Out took a big risk writing that Kardashian staged the robbery and engaged in an insurance scam. The last part in particular about the insurance scam was risky, as it is a serious accusation and not easy to prove. Even if people online think Kardashian had the robbery staged (and many do based on comments on social networking) in order for you to write it on a website, you must have proof, lest you get sued.

You could attempt to legally compel Kardashian to submit to a lie detector test regarding the robbery. You could also depose her for 3-hours on the matter until all the details come out. While you're at it, find out how many industrial plants had workers working overtime to product her butt implants that now look like a diaper gone very wrong.

Kim Kardashian Sues Website Over Claims She Faked Paris Robbery

October 11, 2016 - Kim Kardashian isn't taking a gossip site's claim that she lied about her traumatic Paris robbery lightly. The reality star is suing mediatakeout.com and its owner Fred Mwangaguhunga for libel per se. "After having been the victim of a horrific and traumatic armed robbery in France, Kim Kardashian returned to the United States only to again be victimized, but this time by an online gossip tabloid that published a series of articles in early October 2016 referring to her a liar and thief," writes Kardashian attorney Andrew Brettler in a complaint filed Tuesday in New York federal court...

3 Of Floyd Mayweather's Luxury Cars Valued At $1,000,000 Burned In Transport Fire

Floyd Mayweather and Andre Berto

The richest boxer in the world, Floyd Mayweather, has lost three of his luxury vehicles, valued at approximately $1,000,000. The cars were being transported from Mayweather's main house in Las Vegas, Nevada to his second property in Miami, Florida, when a fire broke out in Phoenix, Arizona. Mayweather has insurance, so it will cover it.

Mayweather's house and some of his cars in Las Vegas, Nevada

Mayweather's cars among those incinerated in a transportation fire this week

Mayweather's fights and associated tie-ins have grossed $800,000,000. If Mayweather returned to the ring from retirement, he could be the first boxer to hit billionaire status, which would be quite an accomplishment, considering how difficult a sport boxing is and the amount of work it takes to make it to the top of the field.
.

Side Bar: my personal theory is that Andre Berto did it cause Floyd beat him in their fight LOL (I'm totally kidding).

Side Bar 2: my good friend, who has been a chef for many years, baked a beautiful cake that was served at a private party Mayweather hosted in Miami recently (Congrats, girl!). She is the best baker I know. She's made cakes with designer purses, footballs, flowers...she even did a cake one time with a 3D Disney World on top that was unreal.

The Armed Break-In To Chris Brown's Home That Left His Aunt Traumatized Is Not Good For His Mental Health

News cameras caught images of Brown returning home and finding out his home had been burglarized with his aunt present

Chris Brown's new Tarzana, California mansion was broken into this week by armed robbers, who pointed a gun at his aunt and locked her in a closet. The thieves ransacked Brown's home, going through his property and stealing valuables. They violated his privacy in a manner that is harmful for someone who is bipolar, struggling with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and other mental health issues.

Chris Brown returning home after burglary

This privacy violation that also victimized Brown's aunt, can create paranoia and mental breakdowns (he should see a therapist about it). Ironically, Brown's mother has publicly stated her son's so-called friends did this to him. His poor aunt must be very traumatized, as someone breaking and holding a gun on her was surreal and frightening. She could have had a heart attack.

Chris brown's new home

Brown is now tasked with cataloging all the items and cash that was stolen and filing an insurance claim. Insurance companies heavily scrutinize claims regarding burglaries where cash goes missing. That is one of the dangers of keeping too much cash on hand. It is difficult to prove exactly how much you had in your possession. Brown also has to produce photos and receipts for stolen possessions. Thankfully his 1-year-old daughter was not home at the time of the incident.

ObamaCare Is Killing People Off

President Barack Obama

For years the Judiciary Report has consistently maintained ObamaCare is not a good healthcare plan. The Judiciary Report has conceded America needs a healthcare plan, but the site has repeatedly stated Obamacare is a very poor fit for the nation's needs. I saw this up close this past Saturday, March 7, 2015. I had to revive someone having a heart attack, who had stopped breathing.

I called 911 to summon emergency services and immediately began CPR and chest compressions. I could hear gurgling noises, indicating the person had begun breathing again. I continued to perform CPR and chest compressions for about 7-8 minutes until the paramedics arrived. The paramedics began using the chest compression machine (but provided no oxygen as they wheeled the patient to the ambulance).

They asked if I wanted to accompany them to the hospital and I said yes and rode with them in the ambulance. I watched for 15 minutes as a medical team at Jackson North, consisting of about 10 people tried to revive the patient. They took turns doing chest compressions, administered oxygen and IVs, as well as using a defibrillator in attempts at electrically restarting the heart. It provoked a response the first few times, as the heart rate on the monitor went from 0 to 94 and the blood pressure increased to about 187/134. However, the last two times it did not work and after about 15 minutes, the doctor called the time of death.

The responding police officer spoke to me in the parking lot for a detailed account of what I saw. The next day a Miami Police investigator came to my place and asked me to tell him how events unfolded. Then, the police investigator told me Aventura Hospital did wrong in discharging the patient 1-week after open heart surgery. The medical examiner discovered excessive amounts of fluid built up in the patient, leading to death (ascites).

The police investigator stated had they kept the patient longer than a week, they would have seen  it and been forced to immediately drain it . However, over the course of a week so much fluid had accumulated it killed the patient that was thrown out of Aventura Hospital after the insurance company, Molina, reversed their decision and refused to pay for a rehab facility/nursing home, due to the rules under ObamaCare.

The police investigator blamed Aventura Hospital and the insurance company, Molina, stating it never should have happened. Another medical professional referred to Aventura Hospital and Molina's conduct as "criminal." The surgery in question has a 98% recovery rate. Yet horrific patient care after surgery, due to rules and money issues under ObamaCare, led to death.

Insurance companies, hospitals and doctors fearing they will not get paid under ObamaCare are throwing people out to die in America. ObamaCare was rammed through Congress under a deceitful, dishonest premise. No member of Congress read the entire ObamaCare legislation. Some members of Congress didn't read it at all. Something so important and people voted in favor of it, not even reading it, buying Obama's rubbish.

Either the 10,000 pages of legislation that is ObamaCare is either too technical for politicians in Congress, requiring a background in medicine or science or it was simply too long and they couldn't be bothered to read the madness they unleashed on the medical system that has wreaked havoc. A healthcare plan is supposed to save lives, not kill people off.

Narcissistic Obama likes to play doctor and pushed through the ObamaCare legislation for bragging rights, fame and glory, to state he was the first U.S. president to create a healthcare program in America. The question is what have you created. In my opinion it is bar none the worst piece of medical legislation in the world. However, the President and Congress do not care, as they pay for better health insurance than what they have foisted on the rest of the country.

Thanks to ObamaCare I had to revive a dying person via CPR and chest compressions, then watched the person die in the emergency room as doctors were unable to restore normal heart functions, due to the criminal negligence that occurred because of the President's terrible healthcare plan.

I ask Obama, have you ever had to revive a dying person, then had to sit and watch as a full medical team worked feverishly in trying to restart the person's heart over and over again, only for them to die in front of your eyes, all because of your awful ObamaCare health plan and its rules that insurance companies and hospitals are balking at and finding every way to flout.

Aventura Hospital in Miami

If hospitals and insurance companies rendered the type of care to Obama's family and friends that his terrible ObamaCare is rendering to people all over the nation, who have died, where would they be. But hey, as long as Obama gets bragging rights to state he was the first president to create a healthcare plan...albeit one that's killing off many people. Take a bow (sarcasm).

I've also been reading terrible stories of what is happening to cancer patients under ObamaCare and it is appalling. Then again, Obama could care less about cancer patients, evidenced by the fact his administration has worked against the release of drugs to benefit disease sufferers, in favor of helping his cronies get rich and richer. World history is going to expose it and record it in a terrible way.

Side Bar: Last year I wrote about how a neurologist would not treat me regarding internal damage to my back, as there was some issue with ObamaCare (you can't tell just by looking at me, but I have back problems). The neurologist's nurse complained to me about the voluminous amount of paperwork under ObamaCare and how they won't get paid if certain paperwork is not done.

So there I am, after traveling a far way to the neurologist's medical office, with back damage my general practitioner states needs surgery and having to reschedule, because due to ObamaCare I'm getting nothing but the runaround. Just this month, an orthopedic surgeon I made an appointment with regarding my back, who checked the system regarding ObamaCare, later reversed their decision and cancelled the appointment they agreed to, the day before I was to arrive, due to some garbage with ObamaCare.

World Heavyweight Champ Wladimir Klitschko Sued By The Family Of Brain Damaged Boxer (Video)

Wladimir Klitschko

World heavyweight champ Wladimir Klitschko and his company K2 Promotions have been sued by the family of boxer Magomed Abdusalamov, over permanent brain damage he sustained in a fight on November 3, 2014 at the famed Madison Square Gardens in New York. Abdusalamov fought boxer Mike Perez in a 10 round bout and sustained extensive neurological damage due to repeated blows to the head. Abdusalamov suffered such a severe beating during the bout, he sustained strokes and required brain surgery. He can no longer walk or talk.

Abdusalamov's wife contends the fight should have been stopped and her husband given immediate medical attention. Instead, Abdusalamov, injured and in pain, took a cab to the hospital, where the full extent of his injuries were discovered. Klitschko has forwarded the case to K2 Production's insurance company, but they are refusing to pay. The insurance company states the policy does not cover injuries sustained in the ring.

Mike Perez (left) vs. Magomed Abdusalamov (right)

The Judiciary Report has repeatedly written about head injuries and separately as it relates to boxers. To make it to the top as a boxer requires a significant amount of hard work. It is physically and mentally grueling, day in and day out. Only the toughest and mentally strongest boxers make it to the top. It is not easy and requires hours of physically taxing training and conditioning at least 5 days a week.

Boxers have to be dedicated and careful regarding how they plot, plan and perform in their careers. You have to take the right fights at the right time in your career, following a slow and steady progression to gain experience and develop to your full potential. Taking the wrong fight at the wrong time can end a career in more ways than one.

Some want boxers to draw out fights to show their abilities as pugilists. However, it is dangerous. I grew up watching Tyson fight. He was the fighter of my generation and we all full well knew the fight could end in seconds due to a knock out (you bought the ticket, you knew, get over it LOL).

It should always be get in the ring and get out as soon as possible, especially when you're a heavyweight boxer, as they hit the hardest and can inflict the most damage. Hit and don't get hit (within reason) should be the goal, wrapping it up as soon as possible. The human brain is very delicate and not meant to withstand physical punishment especially of a sustained and forceful nature.

Boxers such as Muhammad Ali paid a price with their long term health for taking too many blows to the head in putting on a good show. Back then the risks were not fully understood, but now they are and must be minimized. American football players are also at risk, due to the significant hits they take on the gridiron, greatly increasing their risk of Alzheimer and Parkinsons.

Chris Brown Sued For $3,000,000 By Man In Washington Case That Revoked His Probation In Los Angeles

Chris Brown and lawyer Mark Geragos

Yesterday, R&B singer Chris Brown, 24, was sued by Parker Adams, the 20-year-old man the crooner accused of trying to trespass on his tour bus in Washington, DC, which resulted in a altercation. Adams, who had followed Brown from a night club venue, photobombed the singer, while he was taking a picture with two female fans.

Reports indicate, initially, Adams stated to police that Brown did not hit him. However, according to Brown's attorney Mark Geragos, the police report was changed to state the singer hit Adams. TMZ stated a secret service agent who heard Adams complain to police, did state Brown did not hit him. This still has not stopped Adams from suing Brown and his bodyguard, Chris Hollosy, for $3,000,000.

Adams followed Brown from the club to start trouble and he got his wish. Four days ago, before this current case was filed, the Judiciary Report stated Brown needs lawsuit insurance, as mounting legal fees could bankrupt him [Chris Brown's Laywer Says Man Suing Over Basketball Court Fight Admitted The Singer Never Touched Him (Does Brown Need Insurance)]. This new lawsuit, the biggest one yet, is more proof of that.

1.1 Million People Sign Up For Obamacare (But Website Still Malfunctioning)

Barack Obama

According to published reports, 1.1 million people have signed up for Obamacare. This is 2 million people shy of U.S. President Barack Obama's goal. The Affordable Care Act, dubbed Obamacare, has been plagued with problems from doctors to insurers and even the very website bearing the government approved insurance exchange.

Even the president had trouble signing up for health insurance on the website. The Judiciary Report is of the belief the site was hacked and one day later experts testified in Congress stating the same. Programmers need to break up into teams and go over every line of the code for illegally inserted malware and errors. A website that costly, created by many programmers, should not be malfunctioning in this manner.

Congress Gives Americans A One Year Extension To Keep Health Insurance After Being Dropped Because Of Obamacare

...But Will It Be Enough

Barack Obama

The US Congress has voted to give Americans a one year extension to keep their current health insurance plans, after millions were dropped due to Obamacare. Previously, President Barack Obama told Americans anyone who wanted to keep their health insurance plan would be able to do so, in spite of Obamacare becoming law. However, the exact opposite happened and many are upset. People are now accusing Obama of not being truthful regarding his previous statements.

One year is not going to be enough time to sort out the confusion and mountains of paperwork associated with this switch. Furthermore, many Americans cannot afford the health care plans under Obamacare, as it is simply too costly. This is going to create financial problems in America. This is also occurring during a time the nation is already economically weakened from the effects of the 2008 financial crisis.

Obamacare website crashed weeks ago upon launch and the government is struggling to get it fixed. One has to wonder if it was hacked or sabotaged as similar government sites and those belonging to health insurance companies have not experienced such sweeping problems indicative of foul play.

The Judiciary Report has been skeptical of Obamacare from the start, primarily due to its hasty passage, sketchy details and clauses. The site was not in favor of the manner in which Obamacare was rammed through the legislature, with no real forethought to what the true impact would be on the American people once implemented. No one in Congress read all 10,000 pages of the bill before it was passed - a piece of important legislation, which could have said anything.

The site has offered time stamped suggestions, such as medical equipment tax, which was later picked up and put into Obamacare several months later (Can ObamaCare Work). However, there are other aspects of Obamacare that need to be changed. You can’t charge the middle class high insurance rates to cover the poor. It’s not going to work. It will economically weaken the middle class that already took a terrible financial battering in the 2008 crisis. Many still have not recovered from it.

People without preexisting conditions should have lower rates, as their health histories indicate it will cost less money to treat them. Rich people with preexisting conditions should be required to pay more, within reason, as they can afford it. A new pharma drug tax on pharmaceutical companies could be enacted and implemented as well, to help pay for the poor with preexisting medical conditions which places them at high risk. It would offset some of the costs.

If you make a certain amount of money, in a higher tax bracket than average, there should be no tax rebates or subsidies granted under Obamacare. Tax rebates and subsidies on Obamacare should only be for lower and middle income people.

Obamacare vs. The Insurance Companies

Who Will Win

Barack Obama

Insurance companies dropped millions of customers due to President Barack Obama's health care plan Obamacare. The president had previously informed the American people that each person would be able to keep their insurance if they so desired. Turned out that was not the case and many are angry over being dropped.

Others who have tried to sign up for health insurance under Obamacare, reported their premiums went from $50 to over $500 per month. They are no longer being charged by health history. What appears to be happening is people are being charged based on income, rather than actual needs. I heard one report of a couple going from $700 to $2,200 per month under Obamacare.

Just because an individual's income reflects a certain figure, does not mean they do not have monthly debts that account for most of that sum. To have their insurance rates skyrocket can lead to bankruptcy. For example, say one earns $5,000 per month and one's bills and other cost of living expenses amount to $4,500 per month. Then one gets hit with a new insurance premium under Obamacare for $700 per month, you will run a monthly deficit.

Regardless of income, people should face lower premiums based on their medical histories. The government faces a challenge in getting the middle class to pay for the healthcare of the poor. In short, people should have been able to keep their insurance plans they were happy with, as was promised. Insurance companies are not going to want to lower their rates to accommodate Obamacare, as it will mean decreased corporate revenues. The president is going to have a real fight on his hands in this regard.

Bill Clinton States President Obama Needs To Work On Obamacare To Help Millions Who've Lost Health Insurance Because Of It

Obama: "What you talking about" Bill!

Former President Bill Clinton stated current Commander-in-Chief, Barack Obama, needs to work on serious deficiencies within his Obamacare health care program, as millions of Americans have been dropped from their current plans, creating significant stress. President Obama previously promised this would not happened, but had to apologize when it did within weeks of the Obamacare website launch that became a fiasco. The site still is not fixed at this time.

Bill Clinton: honor your commitment Obama!

Many Americans are complaining of losing reasonably priced health insurance and being saddled with Obamacare policies with far higher monthly premiums they simply cannot afford. If the program is to work Obamacare prices will have to come down to levels attainable by the average American, especially in a tough financial climate. If the insurance offered under Obamacare is not affordable, this could potentially bankrupt Americans, adding to the current financial crisis. In attempting to solve one problem, one must not create another.

Rolex Watch Stolen From The Dead Body Of Sopranos Actor James Gandolfini

The Sopranos

A thief stole a $3,000 Rolex watch off the body of "Sopranos" actor James Gandolfini, who died while vacationing in Italy last month. Gandolfini collapsed in the bathroom of his suite at the Boscolo Exedra Hotel in Rome, suffering from a massive heart attack. Doctors pronounced him dead at a local hospital.

The New Jersey native's body was flown to New York for his funeral, held in Manhattan. Police currently have no solid leads regarding the individual responsible for pilfering the watch. Insurance documents revealed the watch was stolen during the frenzy that occurred in his hotel room when he died.

The Ex-Wife Of Miami Heat Star Dywane Wade Lied About Her Financial Situation

Dwyane Wade and Siohvaughn

Last week, Siohvaughn Wade, the ex-wife of Miami Heat star, Dwyane Wade, claimed to be homeless on the streets, thanks to the basketball player financially cutting her off. But it turns out, he has been paying the mortgage on her luxury home, the taxes, insurance as well as the payments on her not one, two or three, but FOUR cars. Wade’s lawyer issued a statement to refute his ex-wife’s claims (see below).

Gabrielle Union

Siohvaughn clearly flipped when Wade went on an awards show recently and referred to girlfriend/homewrecker Gabrielle Union as his "black queen." That’s where this is coming from. But according to the Miami Herald Wade has another girlfriend in addition to Union, so he was trying to smooth things over with the actress and it inadvertently ticked off his already unstable ex-wife.

A Siohvaughn Wade pretending to be homeless in conduct that will show the average judge she is unstable

A statement from Dwyane Wade’s lawyer read: "Dwyane Wade and his ex-wife Siohvaughn Funches have reached a financial settlement. The agreement was submitted in court last Tuesday, July 16 prior to Ms. Funches’ recent unfounded and erratic public display outside the courthouse this past Friday. Dwyane Wade has made several requests over the years to settle this matter, despite Ms. Funches having 16 different attorneys and 2 arrests throughout this process.

Mr. Wade has provided a very generous settlement to Ms. Funches to continue to live a wonderful lifestyle for the rest of her life. Despite false allegations by Ms. Funches claiming to be "homeless" and "destitute," Dwyane Wade has maintained over the years financial support to his ex-wife by providing her with income over $25,000 on a monthly basis, timely paid for her home mortgage, maintenance and security at the house, 4 cars, insurance, taxes and all of her attorney fees throughout this process. Ms. Funches has made a mockery of homelessness which is a serious and personal issue for Mr. Wade as his mother was homeless for a period of time when he was a child.

Dwyane Wade was awarded sole custody of their sons by the court in 2011. The safety and wellbeing of his children are his main priority. Due to Ms. Funches’ current unstable mental state, her visitation will be determined by the court. Mr. Wade continues to hope that one day he will have a civil relationship with his ex-wife for the sake of their sons."

Chris Brown Charged With Hit And Run In Case That Could Send Him To Jail For 4-Years

Chris Brown

Chris Brown is having a rough week. Yesterday a woman accused him of shoving her at a Anaheim night club, causing ligament tearing in her leg, which he denies, as does the venue. Today, Brown received news from the district attorney's office in Los Angeles that he is being charged with hit and run and driving without a valid license.

Brown met in a minor road accident last month, his Range Rover colliding with a Mercedes Benz. His girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, took pictures of the Benz and Brown provided his insurance information, despite the fact he maintains no damage was done to the other vehicle as the photos indicate. However, the motorist stated Brown provided false information, leading her to report him to the authorities.

Karrueche Tran, Chris Brown and motorist

After yesterday's scandal at the night club, prosecutors decided to file charges against Brown in the hit and run case. The main way to successfully prove that Brown deliberately provided false information, would be having the note analyzed and matching it to his handwriting. Otherwise anyone can claim he or anyone else did anything. There must be a standard of proof, especially if one is to revoke another person's probation (the Rihanna domestic violence case) and send an individual to jail for an estimated 4-years (according to TMZ).

Brown took to Twitter to vent in tweets he deleted shortly after, ""It's not a hit and run if u get out the car, exchange information (who has NO DAMAGE to either cars). This is really ridiculous. I have a valid drivers license and I gave the woman the right info. She saw cameras and wanted to make a scene. I've made mistakes in the past and have worked hard to be a better person. I don't have all the answers and you can't show me a person that age who has it figured out. We live and grow. Let me live."

Bad Lawyer Alert: Sarah Steinbaum Of The Jacoby And Meyers Law Firm (Broadspire And Turnberry Associates)

Buyer Beware

Sarah Steinbaum

I found out about attorney Sarah Steinbaum of the law firm of Jacoby and Meyers located at 2541 S.W. 27th Avenue # 300, Miami, Florida 33133, as someone I know retained her to pursue a legal matter where an old lady was seriously injured and could have died.

Kooky Steinbaum took the case...then proceeded to sit on it for almost 2-years, barely lifting a finger, in conduct that has curiously benefited the opposing side (Broadspire Insurance Company representing Aventura Mall and their management Turnberry Associates in Miami, whose negligent and careless conduct directly caused the serious injury of the old lady).

What kind of lawyer sends a "demand letter" that is basically ignored, then several months later, Steinbaum hasn't filed suit in court. There is no offer on the table by Aventura Mall or Turnberry to pay the mounting medical bills or provide compensation to the injured old lady, who can't even have elective surgery to repair the painful damage (broken bone in the leg and extensive ligament tearing in the arm and leg) lest she has a fatal heart attack, due to her age and the fact she is now on nitroglycerin after the incident.

Aventura Mall and Turnberry tried to cover up the incident, initially refusing to call 911 after the injury they caused the old lady, who was in excruciating pain, They stated the old lady was fine. Doctors later confirmed otherwise. As stated above, doctors confirmed the old lady sustained a broken bone in her leg and extensive ligament tearing in the arm and leg due to the incident, which is very painful. No apology was ever given.

Steinbaum has breached accepted legal standards and protocol in how said case has been handled. She has even admitted to dropping the ball in following through on items she promised to regarding the client, which the Bar Association says one must keep in order to maintain their standard of professionalism.

Steinbaum failed to take the proper and necessary legal action to produce an amicable outcome in the case in conduct that is bizarre and troubling. Her conduct has been unorthodox and unprofessional. She routinely fails to return calls and on the few occasions she does, it's a slew of broken promises and bull.

Steinbaum routinely fails to keep the client abreast of the case and tries to manipulate and play mind games with the injured old lady, which is a disgusting thing to do. She also routinely fails to send the required legal documents to the client, repeatedly promising to do so and failing to keep her word for months on end. What kind of lawyer does that. Certainly not a good and professional one according to the Florida Bar.

When an old person is seriously injured and suffering in pain through no fault of their own, while THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN MEDICAL BILLS are mounting that said injured party is liable for, as Medicare has refused to cover it blaming Broadspire, Aventura Mall and Turnberry Associates, one would think that would be incentive for Steinbaum to move her backside.

When reputable physical therapists working with the injured old lady are complaining that items related to her treatment and therapy are not covered, flat out blaming "Broadspire" and their unconscionable conduct, then informing the patient she is liable for the medical bills, what does that say about Steinbaum.

But Steinbaum strangely has no worries or sense of urgency while the injured old lady suffers. Steinbaum is just breezing along like she has all the time in the world and not a care, while an injured old lady's health deteriorates and medical bills pile up, through no fault of her own. How is that justice?

One also has to wonder, why Steinbaum is so casual about it all, while Broadspire's opposing counsel, who based on Steinbaum's words, apparently thinks he is God and no one can threaten to sue or sue him, could care less about the well being of the injured elderly. It doesn't look right on either of you. It also gives a certain impression.

I’ve seen other law firms in Florida and California, of various firm sizes and ethnic backgrounds, pursue similar cases for other victims and successfully achieve a positive outcome via the proper legal channels (and in a timely fashion). So for the life of me, looking at these legal docs and what I have been told about the case, I don’t know what Sarah Steinbaum is doing, as it has deviated from established legal standards. Two years and no movement on a case is inexcusable and pure bull. Meanwhile the statute of limitations is running out...

And rather than getting her backside off a case, which she has shown via her conduct, she has no intention of properly pursuing, Steinbaum has been digging in creating even more damage. If it were up to the Judiciary Report, Steinbaum would be investigated and disbarred, prohibited from practicing law ever again. It's a mystery why Jacoby and Meyers employs such a loose cannon, who is going to end up costing them revenues. One can only deduce they agree with her poor standards. She's a slick bull talker, who can't be trusted and isn't worth injured litigants' time. Avoid her like the plague, lest she screw up your case and life waiting on empty promises that do not materialize.

Formal questions need to be asked about Broadspire as well. Clients such as Aventura and Turnberry Associates, pay them insurance premiums, yet Broadspire refuses to pay medical bills and compensation when one of their clients engages in gross and wanton negligence that could have left an old lady dead, saddling her with painful injuries, which are well documented by three medical offices. Explain that to me. What is the purpose of insurance then. What kind of game are you playing. The State of Florida needs to look into Broadspire, because something is not right there.

I would advise corporations to think twice about hiring Broadspire. They'll end up getting you sued in a court of law and generate more bad publicity for your company and brand than 10 public relations firms can fix.
I've seen different insurance companies in action on various cases. Many of them drag their feet to try to avoid paying claims, but for the most part they come around after a while and honor their commitments. But not Broadspire. I've never seen anything like it, based on the few letters I've read between Steinbaum and their company and what I was informed they arrogantly stated. I've seen insurance companies in a variety of legal cases stall for up to 6-months, then honor their policies and commitments - BUT NEVER 2-YEARS AS BROADSPIRE HAS DONE.

For Steinbaum of Jacoby and Meyers, Broadspire and Turnberry’s lack of professionalism, conscience and compassion for a sick, injured old lady, they deserve to be exposed to the Judiciary Report’s millions of readers domestically and worldwide. Buyer beware.

There will be a follow up to this article and the contents thereof will be determined by the conduct of the aforementioned individuals and companies in the case from this moment forward…

Could Chris Brown Be Going To Jail For A Probation Violation

Chris Brown (Photo Credit: X17)

Last week singer Chris Brown met in a car incident, rear ending a Mercedes Benz, whilst driving his Range Rover. Brown exchanged information with the other driver, while his girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, took photos of the vehicle. However, it is now being claimed Brown provided incorrect insurance information to the other motorist, which according to website TMZ, is a violation of his probation that could send him to jail.

Brown denies the allegation. He also contends, there was no damage to the Mercedes, as photos Tran took reveal. Therefore, under the circumstances, an insurance claim would not be necessary. One thing's for sure, hitting a Mercedes will drive up one's insurance premium. In closing, if the Frank Ocean fight didn't revoke Brown's probation, it would be odd for a minor incident such as this to do so. They would have to definitively prove Brown deliberately provided inaccurate insurance information.

Lil Twist Wrecks Justin Bieber’s $100,000 Fisker Sports Car

Lil Twist and Justin Bieber

Rapper and leech, Lil Twist, has been driving around California in Justin Bieber's sports cars, exploiting their friendship to the maximum, in exchange for trying to give the teen pop star street cred with urban audiences. Twist, who's career has been struggling, is using Bieber for his fame and assets.

Twist has been pulled over by police three times for legal infractions while behind the wheel of Bieber's vehicles. Yesterday, Twist crashed Bieber's $100,000 Fisker Karma sports car at a liquor store, causing damage to the vehicle and the parking lot. Clearly one for doing the manly thing, Twist fled the scene (sarcasm).

Once Again Hiring Lindsay Lohan Comes Back To Burn Filmmaker As Liz & Dick Producers Sued

Lindsay Lohan (Photo Credit: Xposure Photos)

It's bad enough Lindsay Lohan damaged the late Elizabeth Taylor's film legacy, with a terrible take on the actress' life in the Lifetime network biopic "Liz & Dick" (still think Megan Fox should have done the film - at least she would have shown up on time and not looked like the aged versions of Benjamin Button and Dorian Gray).

It's bad enough that Lohan stole one of Tayhlor's expensive jewels used in the making of the film and trashed the star's historic dressing room. It's bad enough "Liz & Dick" flopped and was panned by critics and viewers alike. But now the producers of the film have been sued for $110,000 over insurance problems associated with the "uninsurable" Lohan.

Lindsay Lohan in "Liz & Dick"

A man named Michael Braun was approached by, Rick Schwartz, one of the producers of "Liz & Dick" and now says he was scammed out of his money. Schwartz told Braun he needed $110,000 to insured "high risk" actress Lohan, who has a terrible track record for showing up late, not showing up at all or turning up on sets drunk and high out of her mind.

Braun's lawsuit reveals he was only reimbursed $36,313.67 of the $110,000 and wants his money back, plus interest and punitive damages for the violation of their loan agreement. The fact of the matter is "Liz & Dick" was not very profitable and became a massive laughingstock of the film world. If you're going to invest in a film, make sure it's a good one with reliable talent, who take their work seriously (see: not Lindsay Lohan).

Lindsay Lohan's Acting Career Hits The Skids And Her Job As An Escort Is In Trouble As Well

Lindsay Lohan

Lindsay Lohan's life on Cokeback Mountain continues to worsen, as her addictions cause her to make poor choices. She is frantically searching for a movie to act in, but the entertainment industry is so against her, due to the trouble she has caused on numerous film sets, creating budget overruns and time consuming delays, people don't want to hire her.

Even the prospect of a nude Lohan sex scene featuring her having sex with three other people, failed to garner interest from film distributors and buyers. Lohan has basically resorted to doing porn and it failed. The slippery slope continues as Lohan has not stomped pimping herself out as an escort. Thus far, there have not been many takers, as rumors of her rampant drug problems and STD issues have sent some men and women running.

Kris Jenner Wants Kanye West To Take Out $10,000,000 Life Insurance Policy

Are They Planning On Bumping Off Kanye (Not That I Would Complain - Kidding)

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West

According to the Radar website, Kris Jenner, the stage mother of pregnant reality star, Kim Kardashian, wants the father of her unborn baby, Kanye West, to take out a $10,000,000 life insurance policy on himself. As always Jenner is putting money first, which is sad, because her  daughter doesn't seen happy. When you're bawling on TV over the state of your life, that pretty much gives away that fact.

Following her mom's advice, Kim has made choices in her life solely based on money, such as marrying basketball player, Kris Humphries, for a $20,000,000 check from the E! network and it made her so unhappy. The whole thing ended in disaster and made the family very unpopular. The Kardashians' need to learn that love is priceless. It is better to have love and happiness than to be rich and miserable.

Insurance Company Will Not Pay Long Term Bills To Keep Usher's Stepson On Life Support Beyond Two Months

Usher Raymond (far left) with Tameka Raymond and three of her children

On July 11, 2012 in the article "New Information Regarding Usher's Stepson Being Pronounced Brain Dead After Tragic Incident" the Judiciary Report stated, "Foster is now faced with the tough decision of leaving her son on life support as long as the hospital and courts will allow or pulling the plug." One week later on July 16, 2012, TMZ stated a source informed them, Usher Raymond's 11-year-old stepson, Kyle Glover, is in peril of being removed from life support, as his mother's health insurance will only cover him for two months.

Tameka Foster Raymond

Foster would have to devote all her alimony and child support checks to keeping the boy on life support, leaving nothing for herself and her other children and it still would not be enough. TMZ stated she does not view Usher as a viable "financial option." For years, Usher has been supporting Foster's very lavish lifestyle in a $3,000,000 Georgia mansion, with luxury cars, a staff and expensive trips. This is in addition to Foster's many spending sprees on credit cards, in stores such as Saks Fifth Avenue, Louis Vuitton and Chanel.

Kyle Glover

If Raymond denies Foster the money to keep her child on life support, she is going to hate him for that. She's resorted to violence against Usher for far less. With her back against the wall, she may do a six figure tell-all and paid interviews, as a means of paying her son's medical bills and once again, even that would not be enough to keep him on life support for long.
