Undercover NYPD Police Officer Arrested And Charged In Motorcycle Road Rage Case (Video & Photos)

32-year-old undercover cop Wojciech Braszczok was arrested and charged with "gang assault" and "criminal mischief" in the New York Motorcycle Road Rage case. A large group of motorcyclist surrounded, taunted then beat up SUV driver, Alexian Lien, for running over one of their members, in trying to get away from them.

In fleeing from the large group of motorcyclists, motorist Lien accidentally hit three people in the convoy, running over one of the men on a bike, 32-year-old audio engineer, Edwin Mieses, crushing his spine. Mieses is now paralyzed, as Lien's Range Rover ran over the lower portion of his body. Mieses' family wants Lien charged for this conduct.

According to reports, undercover police officer Braszczok, was seen on video repeatedly kicking the back door of Lien’s SUV, where the driver’s 2-year-old daughter was located. Prosecutors are stating he was an "active participant" in the gang assault on Lien. Fellow police officers have questions his conduct, stating their disapproval of his deeds. Braszczok's attorney states he is innocent. The district attorney disagrees.

While the Judiciary Report is sorry anyone was injured in this incident, at the end of the day, the motorcyclists should not have surrounded anyone’s car, doing dangerous tricks and slowing down in front of the vehicle, creating panic and fear in the Lien family. They were out of line. Most people would find said conduct intimidating and fear for their safety. To make matters worse, the vehicle had a toddler present.

Think about it, if you were driving and an aggressive motorbike convoy suddenly surrounded your vehicle, slowing down in front of you, doing reckless stunts and refusing to depart from your space while encasing you with your spouse and small child present, what would you do? How would it make you feel?

The hit and run case against singer Chris Brown has begun to unravel, as two of the charges have been dropped. Brown’s probation was violated by the district attorney and a judge when he rear-ended a Mercedes Benz with his Range Rover, in an accident that created no damage. However, the motorist in the Mercedes demanded his insurance information and licenses, then called police to inform them she was given bogus information. Brown denied the claim, stating he did what he was supposed to do under the circumstances.

His lawyer, Mark Geragos, has since stated the charge of driving on a invalid license was incorrect and has been dropped. Brown’s license is from the state of Virginia, where he maintains a residence, in addition to a home in Los Angles, where the accident occurred. It is clear the motorist was looking for compensation for the accident, via money, though there was no visible damage to her car, as illustrated by photographs.

According to reports, Olga Gure-Kovalenko, the woman at the center of the R&B singer Chris Brown's hit and run criminal case, is stating he cursed at her. Gure-Kovalenko stated to authorities Brown referred to  her a "b**ch" when she asked for his license and insurance information. Brown's Range Rover rear ended Gure-Kovalenko Mercedes Benz, leaving no visible damage in a minor fender bender. Gure-Kovalenko is also sensationally claiming Brown stated, Do you think I am just a black n***er."

She contends he left her false insurance information, became hostile and tried to grab her phone as she took his picture, prompting girlfriend Karrueche Tran to say to him "Don't touch her! Don't touch her!" Video tape of the incident shot by paparazzi does not reveal the aforementioned incident. How did the paparazzi miss this, after having filmed Brown pulling over to speak to her. Why would they hold on to such footage, which would command a good price from outlets such as TMZ and The Insider.

As stated yesterday, the prosecutor's office has filed charges against Brown over the incident and may move to revoke his probation. This could result in 4-years incarceration for Brown. There's another item in the indictment that is clearer - Brown being charged with driving without a valid license. Today, Brown's lawyer Mark Geragos clarified the charge, stating the singer's license is from his home state Virginia, not California where he mainly resides and where the accident occurred.

Years ago, Britney Spears was accused of a similar legal infraction, but it did not result in jail time. However, she was a first time offender and Brown has other items looming at a probation hearing on July 15, 2013. Therefore, this could go either way, due to all the other alleged probation violations prosecutors have proposed Brown committed.

Geragos says Chris has 2 cars, and the Fireman's Insurance card he forked over was for his Lamborghini -- not the Range Rover he was driving. Geragos acknowledges Chris didn't have a California DL, but says it's ridiculous to charge him with hit-and-run given that he turned over sufficient identifying info.

Chris Brown is having a rough week. Yesterday a woman accused him of shoving her at a Anaheim night club, causing ligament tearing in her leg, which he denies, as does the venue. Today, Brown received news from the district attorney's office in Los Angeles that he is being charged with hit and run and driving without a valid license.

Brown met in a minor road accident last month, his Range Rover colliding with a Mercedes Benz. His girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, took pictures of the Benz and Brown provided his insurance information, despite the fact he maintains no damage was done to the other vehicle as the photos indicate. However, the motorist stated Brown provided false information, leading her to report him to the authorities.

After yesterday's scandal at the night club, prosecutors decided to file charges against Brown in the hit and run case. The main way to successfully prove that Brown deliberately provided false information, would be having the note analyzed and matching it to his handwriting. Otherwise anyone can claim he or anyone else did anything. There must be a standard of proof, especially if one is to revoke another person's probation (the Rihanna domestic violence case) and send an individual to jail for an estimated 4-years (according to TMZ).

Brown took to Twitter to vent in tweets he deleted shortly after, ""It's not a hit and run if u get out the car, exchange information (who has NO DAMAGE to either cars). This is really ridiculous. I have a valid drivers license and I gave the woman the right info. She saw cameras and wanted to make a scene. I've made mistakes in the past and have worked hard to be a better person. I don't have all the answers and you can't show me a person that age who has it figured out. We live and grow. Let me live."

Last week singer Chris Brown met in a car incident, rear ending a Mercedes Benz, whilst driving his Range Rover. Brown exchanged information with the other driver, while his girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, took photos of the vehicle. However, it is now being claimed Brown provided incorrect insurance information to the other motorist, which according to website TMZ, is a violation of his probation that could send him to jail.

Brown denies the allegation. He also contends, there was no damage to the Mercedes, as photos Tran took reveal. Therefore, under the circumstances, an insurance claim would not be necessary. One thing's for sure, hitting a Mercedes will drive up one's insurance premium. In closing, if the Frank Ocean fight didn't revoke Brown's probation, it would be odd for a minor incident such as this to do so. They would have to definitively prove Brown deliberately provided inaccurate insurance information.

Arenas stated, he gives Govan $20,000 per month in child support, but she is angry he has broken up with her, pursuing a relationship with someone else. This may be due to rumors of Govan cheating on Arenas last year, with another basketball player, mentioned further in this article (keeping reading, because you can't make this stuff up).

Govan should have taken the matter to the courts, rather than taking things into her own hands and illegally taking him to the cleaners, via stealing Gilbert's possessions. Her actions in this regard were not correct.

Arenas also accused Govan of and killing his pet sharks. Yes, really. It is alleged Govan placed pennies in Arenas' shark tank, which costs him $5,000 per month to maintain, in acts said to be deadly to the water loving creatures, due to the copper. Didn't I tell you this thing got ugly.

Govan has been featured on the VH-1 reality show "Basketball Wives," as a woman that engaged in an adulterous affair with NBA player, Shaquille O'Neal, for which then wife, Shaunie O'Neal, wanted to rip her a new one.

Last year, the YBF website released a copy of explicit text messages purportedly between the two, illustrating infidelity, just in time for the O'Neal's divorce, where Shaunie was accused of cheating on the NBA star with her trainer in Miami.
