Man Charged With Murdering Adrian Peterson's Son Free On Bail Angering The Public

Joseph Patterson, 27, the man arrested for murdering the 2-year-old son of NFL football star Adrian Peterson, has been set free on $750,000 bond. Too be fair, the judge set the bail fairly high in the case, but the child killer, who should not be free, as he is a danger to the public, was able to meet it. Many have taken to the internet to post their anger at Patterson's release.

Peterson's son, Tyrese, was a beautiful little boy. He was laid to rest in a private funeral this month. Peterson has expressed his sorrow over not having known his son, who he just found out about weeks before he died. He stated he apologized to his dying boy at the hospital stating "Daddy is sorry" he was not there for him. What a tragedy it is to have to bury a child. Most do not anticipate something so sad happening, but it has to many.

Last week NFL football player, Adrian Peterson lost his beautiful 2-year-old son, Tyrese, whom he had never met, after the poor child was beaten to death by Joseph Patterson. Peterson's ex-girlfriend, Ann Ashley Doohen left Tyrese with her new boyfriend Peterson, while she went shopping. Joseph Patterson has been arrested and new murder charges are pending.

Another man has come forward, Bobby Ruffin, stating he was a father to Tyrese and only recently found out he was not the biological dad. He ranted, "So tired of this poor Adrian Peterson s***. Let me blow all your minds. The boy who died was my son. Yes A.P. he was the biological father but I raised him and he carried my name. Tyrese Robert Ruffin."

"I don’t blame AP for not really caring cuz him and I both found out recently who the biological father was. AP met my son for the first time yest when my son was already in coma. I was here today when we pulled the plug, not him. He was happily practicing and has no problem playing on Sunday. So yea this isn’t all out yet but I’m sick of the poor AP s***. He didn’t know or even meet my son. Sorry for the outburst but put yourself in my place."

This week it was revealed Peterson has another secret child, a 3-month-old girl by a waitress he met in Minnesota. The baby lives with her mother and Peterson has acknowledge paternity and does pay child support. The infant's mother posted on Facebook, "Today has been a long day finding out my [daughter's] brother passed away and knowing that she never even got to meet him."

Bobby Ruffin is understandably upset, but Tyrese is Adrian Peterson's biological child. Both men have a right to grieve.

While the Judiciary Report sends its sincerest condolences to all the loved ones of the victim in this tragedy, the site would be remiss if it did not state, premarital, unprotected sex can lead to a plethora of STDS, including HIV. Peterson's trysts have resulted in unplanned pregnancies (on his part) and he needs to protect his health.

The Two Ashleys In Adrian Peterson's Life

NFL football player Adrian Peterson met his two-year-old son Ty Doohen for the first time this week, after he was viciously beaten and lay dying in a Sioux Falls, South Dakota hospital. The child was beaten by Joseph Patterson, the new boyfriend of the boy's mother, 29-year-old, Ann "Ashley" Doohen.

Whilst babysitting the boy, Patterson repeatedly struck Ty in the head with a metal rod, creating a traumatic brain injury. On Friday, Ty was pronounced brain dead by medical staff and the family asked that life support be turned off. The toddler succumb to his injuries shortly after. Patterson is being held on $750,000 bond.

Many are calling for Joseph Patterson to be given the death penalty, stating this murderous crime against a defenseless child is cruel and horrific. The U.S. state of South Dakota observes the death penalty and has done so for over 30-years. On the whole, crimes against children are not met with leniency.

Patterson had a fling with Doohen, resulting in the birth of their child that he did not know about until recently. Prior to Peterson meeting Doohen he's had a long term relationship with high school sweetheart Ashley Brown. The two have a daughter, Adeja, who is 4-years-old. Peterson also has another son, Adrian Peterson, aged 2. The toddler is also said to live with Peterson as well.

Ty Doohen, the 2-year-old son of NFL football player, Adrian Peterson, who plays for the Minnesota Vikings, was beaten to death by Joseph Patterson, the boyfriend of Ann "Ashley" Doohen, the mother of the deceased toddler. The story has made headlines in several countries.

Doohen and Peterson briefly dated and she fell pregnant. She did not inform Peterson of the pregnancy, believing the child to be the son of another man. However, when Doohen filed a paternity case regarding Ty, she discovered the man in question was not the father of the tot and that Peterson had sired her child.

Peterson met Ty for the first time as he lay dying in the hospital on Thursday. Patterson initially phoned emergency services reporting Ty had choked on candy. However, medical staff at the hospital inspected the child and formally stated he has injuries "consistent with abuse." Patterson was arrested on assault charges. However, on Friday, little Ty died and the charges are expected to be upgraded to murder.

Doohen left Ty with Patterson while she went shopping, when the deadly incident occurred. The death of Ty Doohen is another example of this. There are some great, decent people out there, but there are unethical ones as well. Sometimes you don't know who you're dealing with until something bad happens.

It has since emerged, Patterson was accused of violently beating the child of an ex-girlfriend to the point the mother stated she had to use ice to bring down the swelling and welts on the child’s buttocks. The unnamed woman obtained a restraining order against Patterson to protect herself and her child. Patterson was also accused of domestic violence in another case.
