Lindsay Lohan's physically abusive relationship with millionaire Egor Tarabasov has left her with brain damage and emotional issues. Lohan picked fist fights with Tarabasov and suffered blows to the head in the process. She was also choked to the point of almost blacking out during a fight, which is not good for the brain. Lohan was high during the fights and did not feel the extent of the pain until the drugs began wearing off each time, which only led to more drug use, as has been her habit for many years (even prior to Tarabasov). Excessive drug use in the manner Lohan practices also leads to brain damage. 

Lohan's mother encouraged the toxic relationship because Tarabasov is a millionaire and they want his money, but they are not good for each other. Lohan's career has dried up and she and her mother are heavily in debt. They saw him as the answer to their problems, but the two broke up after a series of fights and Lohan stealing his personal belongings. Lohan has repeatedly provoked him with violence, but that is no reason for him to hit her back. When a man is in a relationship with a woman who hits him, it is best to leave before losing one's temper and trouble striking.

Hillary Clintonwas clearly not in a good place after the announcement the FBI reopened a criminal investigation into her mishandling of classified files. The probe stemmed from Clinton's time as Secretary of State, under U.S. President, Barack Obama. Last week, Clinton flew back to Miami again to campaign for votes and was seen in a bar drinking alcohol on a Sunday morning, which is frowned upon in the South (because it's Sunday morning).

Clinton is very fond of alcohol. Clinton has been pictured many times with an alcoholic drink in her hand. When she lost the presidential primaries to Barack Obama in 2008, Clinton was photographed drinking in public and drunk. Clinton was out of it and swaying with a smirk on her face. Things have not gone well for Clinton in Miami, Florida. Hitting the bar on Sunday morning was not the only thing. Singer/actress Jennifer Lopez held a concert in Miami in a bid at assisting Clinton with the election, but the show was rained out.

Fallen singer, Mariah Carey, is looking worse for wear again. The 46-year-old singer is struggling with two flopped albums in a row, a poor selling Las Vegas residency with several missed dates, a messy divorce from actor Nick Cannon and a challenging relationship with fiancé, James Packer. 

I saw the pictures posted above on Instagram and it wasn’t Carey’s best moment. Her face looks like it is retaining water from excessive alcohol consumption. Regardless of the context of the pictures, it is not a good look for her. Carey’s brother Morgan spoke out about the poorly kept secret that the singer is a massive alcoholic. She began hitting the bottle hard when she married former music mogul, Tommy Mottola. He introduced Carey to gourmet food and she fell into the liquor bottle face first.

Hollywood Illuminati actress, Angelina Jolie, recently made a series of serious allegations against husband, actor Brad Pitt, labeling him a drunken child abuser and drug addict. Jolie, who is also a drug addict, called authorities accusing Pitt of hitting their oldest child, Maddox, aged 15, during a flight on a private jet.

Department of Children and Families was contacted. The FBI were also called, as they have jurisdiction over air rage cases. Pitt denies the allegations. However, Jolie is standing by them and used it as ground for divorce. It was the last straw for the actress, who began her relationship with Pitt, via acts of adultery on a movie set, after making repeatedly requests to star in a film with him. Jolie knew he was married but targeted Pitt anyway.

Then she got him and didn't want him anymore, after he cheated with other actresses, an assistant and in a little known story, Pitt was secretly sexing one of the nannies, who had become obsessed with him. They were sneaking in sex behind Jolie's back. The incidents grew stranger and stranger in her quest to become Jolie. However, Pitt was never serious about her. He had sex with her as a convenience.

The whole thing was kept quiet while trying to portray this false image of a perfect family, but the Jolie Pitts are miserable and highly dysfunctional. They need to get away from that weird Hollywood way of life and come back to reality. Their children need a normal life and stability, not Hollywood weirdness, dysfunction and substance abuse. The family is in therapy attempting to work out their issues. For their children's sake I hope it is a success, because what I am hearing about Shiloh being a troubled child is sad.

Former basketball player Lamar Odom suffered a series of strokes after overdosing on a variety of illegal drugs at a Nevada brothel last year. Odom temporarily lost the ability to walk and talk among other things. He was admitted into an intensive in-patient treatment program at a Los Angeles hospital, where he was able to regain motor functions.

Odom was spotted last week having three strong alcoholic drinks at a bar in Los Angeles. Papers by reputable medical organizations indicate stroke survivors should limit their drinking to one drink per day. Alcohol thins the blood and can promote another stroke if consumed to excess. Odom is playing with his life once again. He needs rehab.

Madonna's current infringing "Rebel Heart" album has flopped on the charts under terribly poor sales (Madonna To Be Dropped From Record Deal Due To Massive Flop ‘Rebel Heart’). Her tour of the same name is failing as well. Madonna's tour has been one disaster after another. The "Rebel Heart" tour has been bombing, suffering from poor ticket sales, before she even set out on the road. Several months ago, to make up for poor ticket sales, Madonna been charging more money for seats closer to the stage, realizing initial prices/sales would not meet the quota to cover costs for the empty seats.

Last spring the New York Post questioned Madonna's inability to sell out arenas, citing "Rebel Heart" concert sales are soft, as a number of her scheduled tour stops have copious amounts of unsold tickets. This made it more apparent than ever that people are not supporting her career as they once did in the past. People have lost interest in her and rightly so. She is a vile human being.

The Daily Mail reported Madonna performed in Australia to a "half empty" arena. Madonna is trying to blame it on being late for shows. However, the spate of bad publicity she has been experiencing for the past several months is killing off ticket sales, but this began happening well prior to her current troubles that began this past December. Madonna's nasty custody battle with ex-husband Guy Ritchie made her behave even worse. In February, she began showing up on stage drunk and high on drugs. Reports in the Daily Mail indicate Madonna has been slurring her words and stumbling around on stage and babbling about the late police putting her in jail for life.

Madonna has been paying journalists to post stories about her in newspapers, magazines and online. She and her secretary make up the stories for publicity (some of them copyright infringing), then send them to journalists for publication, providing the scribes with money and gifts. The stories often contain the names of newer stars whose popularity Madonna tries to leech off, hoping to attract their fans when they use search engines to find the latest news. However, none of it is working.

Following her extremely late arrival at Wednesday night’s concert in Brisbane, fans were offered refunds ahead of Thursday's show as Madonna was expected to be late on stage again. And it appears quite a few ticket-holders decided to take them up on the offer, with Madonna reportedly not performing to a packed stadium for her second show in the city. Fans took to their social media sites to poke fun at all the empty seats at the Entertainment Centre, with one sharing a picture alongside the words: 'Oh wow. She wasn't kidding. I've seen bigger crowds at a pub. #Madonna.'

This is a follow up to the December 16, 2015 Judiciary Report article "Madonna Is A Terrible Parent" regarding the criminally insane pop singer's horrendous parenting skills and her sick obsession with other people who want nothing to do with her, rather than taking care of her kids, who are on the brink. Today, Yahoo News published an article regarding Madonna's ex-husband, Guy Ritchie, who ran from her like the plague (as did Sean Penn), filing legal papers against her, regarding the custody of their troubled, alcoholic, drug addicted 15-year-old son.

Even Madonna's children don't want to be around her. Madonna's underage son is defying a court order refusing to return to America to spend Christmas with the evil pop star, determined to stay with his dad in London, England. In the article "Madonna’s Son Ordered Back to US to Spend Holidays With Her" Yahoo News stated, " Her son, Rocco, had wanted to stay in London for Christmas with his British dad, Guy Ritchie, but a judge ordered Wednesday that he return to the U.S. and granted the pop star’s legal request to be reunited with the 15-year-old teen. 'He has expressed very clearly that he does not want to return to New York,' Ritchie’s attorney Eric Buckley told Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Deborah Kaplan when she ordered him to come home to his mother."

It says a lot that Madonna has to force her own child via a court order to spend time with her. That's pathetic. No one wants to be around Madonna, as she is an evil, mean spirited, mentally deranged witch. The only people who semi-tolerate Madonna are those on her payroll, being paid with money from criminal copyright infringement. Madonna is vile for feeding the case to the press for attention and publicity, embarrassing her son to the world (like it's not embarrassing enough for him that she is his mother). She's too foolish to realize how bad it looks on her having to force her own child to spend time with her.

Rather than properly raise her own children, who have terribly gone astray, she spends her time in Kabbalah criminally spying on and harassing people like a brainless moron, via private investigators and repeatedly trying to make contact with individuals who do not want her in their lives (her first private investigator was sent to prison after I reported him to authorities and gave them statements regarding his horrible conduct).

Has Madonna stopped to ask herself why people are always trying to get away from her. From Sean Penn to Guy Ritchie to her own child, who fled to London, England. She should be ashamed. Truthfully, she's a sick, deranged lunatic that should not have custody of a child. However, due to bribery, the U.S. government allows that criminal to run loose.

There are kind, wonderful celebrities out there that people love to be around, but Madonna is not one of them. She is unequivocally the most evil, hateful, destructive celebrity in existence, with a dark, ugly heart that nothing good comes out of in any way. I'm not surprised no one wants to be around her. She is disgusting and toxic.

Madonna’s Son Ordered Back to US to Spend Holidays With Her 

December 24, 2015 -  Madonna won’t be home alone for the holidays, at least. Her son, Rocco, had wanted to stay in London for Christmas with his British dad, Guy Ritchie, but a judge ordered Wednesday that he return to the U.S. and granted the pop star’s legal request to be reunited with the 15-year-old teen. Madonna is currently embroiled in a custody battle with ex-husband Ritchie, who she was married to from 2000 to 2008, and with whom she co-parents Rocco and adopted son David, 10. The singer is also mother to daughter Lourdes (now 19) from another relationship and adopted daughter, Mercy.

Rocco is said to be tired of traveling with the Grammy-winning singer on her Rebel Heart tour, according to the New York Post, and wants to settle down in the U.K. with his dad, who is now remarried with three children. The teen has reportedly refused to board a plane bound to the U.S. “He has expressed very clearly that he does not want to return to New York,” Ritchie’s attorney Eric Buckley told Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Deborah Kaplan when she ordered him to come home to his mother.

Rocco has his own lawyer in the U.K., but the judge said he must also have a court-appointed attorney in the New York custody case. Madonna has argued that the dispute belongs in New York, where she lives, and where the divorce agreement was registered in 2009. Neither Madonna nor Ritchie is allowed to discuss the case with their son, according to the legal ruling. However, the “Material Girl” singer was in court Wednesday, accompanied by an assistant.

Rihanna is seen with a straw and white substance resembling cocaine. After a few brief seconds of leaning forward over the white substance on the table, Rihanna is seen pinching her nose. These are all behaviors displayed by cocaine addicts.

Rihanna for her part is denying she uses cocaine, but the video certainly gives the impression she does snort the illegal narcotic. This is not the first time Rihanna has been caught doing cocaine. Previously, Rihanna snorted cocaine off her bodyguard's head at a music festival. Rihanna tried to publicly claim it was marijuana. However, it was a white powdery substance once again. The drugs, alcohol and hard partying are rapidly aging Rihanna, who looks much older than her 28-years.

In the July 12, 2014 article "Partying Your Career Away" the Judiciary Report wrote about U.S. football player, Johnny Manziel, before he turned pro, as the prospect had been indulging in destructive habits prior to his debut with the NFL team the Cleveland Browns. Six moths later, Manziel, who's nickname is "Johnny Football" missed an important team session, due to being absolutely drunk and hung-over. 

The next day, ESPN commentator Skip Bayless, labeled Manziel an "alcoholic" and he's right. All the signs are there Manziel needs help regarding alcohol addiction. The next day, Maziel did not listen and headed to Miami. Despite asking the public not to photograph him drinking and partying, people did and shots of Manziel taking shots of alcohol ended up online.

My dad, a former pro-athlete who coached for many years, emphasizes that athletes cannot drink and party during the season and be at their best in their sport. There is a scientific basis to this. Excessive alcohol consumption slows down your reaction time, pickles your organs, saps your energy and interferes with your focus. However, when athletes are young they believe they are invincible and can do anything. Then reality sets in. You can't do any negative thing and there not be consequences. The body does not work like that.

Make the most of the opportunities you are given in your career. Drinking, smoking, narcotics and partying will hamper your career. You have to discipline yourself if you want to be successful. Alcohol, drugs, smoking and partying is not worth your career. Not to mention, your health.

Keyshia Cole Is Sentenced To 30-Days In Jail

R&B singer Keyshia Cole is in trouble with the law. Not only was she arrested in September for beating up a woman, Sabrina Mercadel, whom she thought was cheating with her boyfriend, rapper Birdman, she has also been hit with a lawsuit in civil court for the same. Mercadel, through her attorney, stated in the lawsuit that she is an employee of Birdman and their relationship was "plutonic." Yes, that's right, "plutonic." What her lawyer meant was the relationship was "platonic" as in they were not having sex.

Mercadel has sued Cole for an undisclosed sum for scratching up and punching her in the face, beating and throwing things at her, as well as pulling out some of her hair. Mercadel's neck, back and finger were damaged during the attack at Birdman's condo in West Los Angeles. Cole also called Mercadel a prostitute, which she denies. Cole has a history of stalking men. Previously, rapper Jeezy accused her of stalking him when their relationship went sour. By the way, Cole is still married to NBA basketball player, Daniel Gibson, but the pair are separated, due to his cheating.

If that wasn't bad enough, a judge has pulled up one of Cole's older cases and sentenced her to 30-days in jail for a 2004 DUI conviction. Cole failed to comply with the terms of her probation by not attending alcohol education classes, as instructed by the court. This violation has resulted in Cole being ordered to spent a month in jail.

Carey, who is very distressed by the collapse of her 6-year marriage and the fact her voice is going, has been drinking to forget her sorrows. Carey has been known to smoke weed as well. Sometimes bad things happen in life, but getting drunk and high is not the answer. It's one thing to have a drink, but getting drunk damages the body and mind. Carey needs to admit to herself she and her family need help to get through this crisis, lest something terrible happens in a moment of insanity.

Pop singer Rihanna is tired of being used for sex, passed around by the Kabbalah Center, in exchange for career favors in the industry from Hollywood's self-proclaimed "Illuminati." Back in 2010, Dwyane Wade sent a Happy Mother's Day wish to Aja Metoyer, the longtime friend he ended up impregnating in 2013. She gave birth to his baby Xavier Wade on November 10. 2013. The Twitter name Wade sent the the 2010 Mother's Day wish to is www.twitter.com/ajametoyer.  Well, yesterday that same Twitter account slammed Wade and his fiancée, Gabrielle Union. The tweets have since been deleted but have been screencapped below by the Rhymes With Snitch blog.

TMZ uncovered the fact Wade's sexual fling with Metoyer overlapped his relationship with Union, revealing he cheated on her. Since that time, people have been calling Metoyer a gold digger, groupie, side chick and baby mama (well, technically she is a "baby mama").

Metoyer has taken offense to the labels she is being tagged with online by bloggers and internet readers and fired off tweets slamming Wade and Union. Metoyer stated when they began a sexual relationship, Wade told her he had broken up with Union, over her "drinking" and his "cheating."

Metoyer is also implying Wade had proposed to her with the same ring he gave Union two weeks ago, as she referred to it as "recycled" stating he's "going green." That's going to hurt Union, who was so excited to receive the ring. Metoyer also slammed claims she is a gold digger by stating she has several businesses and investments. Still, some will state she is not wealthy like Wade, who is a millionaire many times over. A gold digger does not have to be broke. Therefore, some will not accept that argument. 

Metoyer also stated she has a degree from NYU. The question is why the unplanned pregnancy. Certainly a business woman with a degree would be on top of something like that, pardon the pun, opting to use birth control. It gives the impression it was a planned pregnancy on Metoyer's end, but an unplanned one for Wade, who was still dating Union.

Rihanna Kicked Out Of Mosque In Abu Dhabi For Being Disrespectful

Music model Rihanna was kicked out of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi for being
disrespectful and trying to conduct a photo-shoot at the location without permission. Rihanna even posted an offensive item to Facebook regarding being at the mosque, mocking the Muslim women there posting, "B***h stole my look." That was wrong. I’m not a Muslim, I’m a Christian, but I wouldn’t go to their religious sites and disrespect them. Why do that. Rihanna needs rehab.

The mosque released a statement regarding a "recent incident, involving a singer" which stated, "In the event of behaviour that violates the moral codes of access to the mosque, or other visit regulations – such as taking inappropriate pictures, posing in ways that are improper in the context of sacred place, talking loudly, or eating – the violators are directed in a polite manner that reflects the civilisational and tolerant attributes of Islam."

The statement further read Rihanna, "Left without entering the mosque, after being asked to do so, due to the fact that she had taken some pictures that do not conform with the conditions and regulations put in place by the Centre’s management to regulate visits in a way that takes the status and sanctity of the mosque into consideration."

Chris Brown's newly released verse for the DJ Khaled song "I'm Still" slamming Rihanna is the talk of the blogosphere. Rihanna is well known for having full on sex with or performing fellatio on industry men for favors, such as Jay-Z, Kanye West, The Dream, L.A. Reid, Ashton Kutcher, Shia LaBeouf, T.I., Justin Timberlake, Meek Mill and Drake, among others. Some of these men have openly bragged about it in the industry. Some have mocked Brown to his face. No man (or woman) wants to deal with such situations and many would rather walk away than do so.

As stated in the column earlier this week, Brown's verse states, "I'm 24, yea a n****'s getting older/I don't give a f*** - my heart's getting colder/Now every n***a in the industry done f*** my b****/All my n****a said I told ya/ Now all these rap n***** wanna be political/Nah f*** that I'm a real lyrical killer."

Is Brown right for feeling a certain way about so many industry men (and women) having had sex with on and off girlfriend Rihanna, even during the time they dated. Well, yes. If you are dating someone, you don't want them having sex with others, as it is disloyal and disrespectful.

You especially don't want them having sex with others for business favors, as it resembles prostitution. Yet, Rihanna demanded loyalty and faithfulness from Brown, the man she loves and became enraged when other women tried to get with him. They were not on the same page in that relationship.

It must have been difficult and annoying for Brown to go to industry events with Rihanna and look around the room knowing many of the males in there have had sex with her (no exaggeration). Yet Rihanna wanted Brown to marry her so badly, she kept pressuring him to do so (until he had an outburst on the subject) but clearly felt he was supposed to buy a cow that everyone else got the milk for free from and it bothered him. Some men don't care about those things, but many do.

Relationships should have exclusivity and loyalty. Bringing excessive amounts of baggage to a relationship or creating it during dating will lead to hang-ups, roadblocks and possible abandonment. It can lessen the love the other person has for you and become a turn off, as it did with Brown.

I'm not trying to be judgmental, as I know everyone's not a virgin, but nailing so many men (and women) for career favors is not admirable. It's not cute and she needs to stop. That's not love. That's pimping one's self out for money and fame and she refuses to stop (STDs and all). Then she gets high and drunk to numb the pain from having prostituted herself, rather than changing her behavior. No one is perfect, but the key is to become better and that's something she's not trying to do.

Whatever happened to working hard and making it on merit. Social shortcuts in life usually end in disaster. Be humble. Be mindful of other people's feelings. Do things the right way. History discounts those who do not and time adjusts itself to reflect the truth.

This week it is being reported Rihanna pushed a fan who wanted a picture with her, claiming she is too drunk and doesn't want to take any photos.

Rihanna seems to have a problem with keeping her hands to herself, previously smashing her brother in the face with a glass. As stated previously, I was informed she is the one that started the infamous fight with Chris Brown in 2009, when she began hitting him. As Rihanna continues to stumble through her "Diamonds" world tour, suffering from sales declines and cancelled dates, the music model took her poor behavior to new lows, as she sloppily stumbled out of a King Of Leon concert in Poland, escorted out of the venue by security due to her drunken state.

It was an embarrassing spectacle, as the singer, still left reeling from her break-up with singer Chris Brown, who has found happiness with model Karrueche Tran, was put out of the concert looking like a zombie. That's no way to live one's life. Rihanna's setting a terrible example for impressionable fans, who all too often mimic entertainers.

Rihanna has turned up to shows late due to being drunk and high and made other public appearances under the influence. At what point does she ask herself how much further from grace she intends to fall and in clear sight of the public. Isn't she scared of overdosing and dying. Isn't she scared of alcohol poisoning, which killed an actual singer with talent, Amy Winehouse.

It's stunning that Rihanna has refused rehab across the board. The contempt she has for it is something else. Some entertainers try to go to rehab and those that take it seriously, you have to give them credit for their efforts. However, Rihanna just shuns it like it is something negative.
