U.S. President Barack Obama visited Miami this Thursday, October 20, 2016, to talk about his failed ObamaCare health care program. Recently, a number of insurance companies, such as United Health Group Inc, Aetna Inc and Humana Inc, have left the ObamaCare program citing costs, massive financial losses and lack of effectiveness. ObamaCare, initially touted as low priced health care, have steadily skyrocketed doubling and quadrupling what Americans were previously paying for healthcare. 

The Judiciary Report stated from the beginning that ObamaCare would not work and the site has been proven right. The Judiciary Report gave many suggestions on how to improve healthcare in America. Therefore, it was not empty criticism without cause, solutions or remedy. It was highly irresponsible for Obama, who is not a medical professional or scientist, to insanely ram through 10,000 pages of health care legislating that members of Congress and the Attorney General had not read. It was outrageous and undemocratic.

Obama got lost in arrogance, believing he is the president, albeit temporarily and can do what he wants. Well, as all people in the real world know, choices have consequences. It was all about narcissism and glory for Obama, to stage he was the first President of the United States to create a healthcare program, the cost to the American people be damned. And it has come at a very high cost. There's doing something...then there's doing something right. And ObamaCare was not done right. It is going from bad to worse. ObamaCare needs to be repealed. 

This month, former President Bill Clinton, referred to ObamaCare as "crazy." Clinton stated ObamaCare is, "A crazy system that doesn't make any sense." Clinton further stated this month, "And while he was slightly short-handed, it's clear to everyone, including President Obama, that improvements are need." The Judiciary Report stated that from the week ObamaCare became law (see below in "RELATED ARTICLES" section of this article, particularly Can ObamaCare Work). ObamaCare has negatively impacted the deficit in a significant way. ObamaCare has created massive problems for doctors, nurses and medical office workers.

Most medical professionals I have encountered hate ObamaCare. They complain it is ineffective, greatly adds to paperwork delaying appointments and does not properly or adequately reimburse them. Mainstream press reports revealed the American people have also been "revolting" from ObamaCare in droves. 

As stated previously on the site, I have been diligently working on patents regarding cancer, HIV and AIDS. The Obama administration has insanely harassed me no end over my intellectual property in conduct that is disgusting and illegal. However, I can state with all certainty, based on what I have seen and experienced in a number of alarming incidents, the Obama Administration does not care about your health.

The Obama Administration are in the pockets of the pharmaceutical industry in America, who have issued massive financial payments to Obama and members of his administration to keep things status quo. In a disturbing, distressing and deranged incident in Florida arranged by Obama's FBI, Miami senior paramedic Lieutenant Pierre told me in a rude manner regarding the American pharmaceutical industry and the government, "It's a 400 billion dollar a year business. They don't want anything cured." 

Therefore, it is the Obama Administration's position and that of the pharmaceutical industry in America that they do not want anyone curing disease, as it is more profitable for them that you be sick. The Obama Administration should hope God doesn't give them a dose of their own medicine. God is known for being ironic and making sure, "You reap what you sow." 

The heathen Obama Administration should be careful taking that disgusting stance with people's health care, fighting against cures in order to benefit the financial bottom-line of big pharma, who has paid them. They should hope God doesn't firmly place them in the same predicament they placed sick people. Because then, the Obama Administration would want cures.

During a speech at Miami Dade College, Obama blamed criticism of the Affordable Care Act largely on a misunderstanding of how the law works, before providing examples of how it could be improved. "For all the good that the Affordable Care Act is doing right now, for as big a step forward as it was, it's still just a first step," Obama said. "It's like building a starter home – or buying a starter home. It's a lot better than not having a home, but you hope that over time you make some improvements."...

Bill Clinton Trashes Obamacare At Event, Calls It ‘Crazy System’ [VIDEO]

5:46 PM 10/03/2016 - Former President Bill Clinton attacked President Barack Obama’s signature health care legislation Monday, calling it a “crazy system” that “doesn’t make any sense” during a Michigan campaign event for Hillary. 

“It doesn’t many any sense. The insurance model doesn’t work here,” Clinton said about the government-run marketplaces Obamacare set up. Clinton said that Obamacare “works fine” for people with “modest” incomes or who are eligible for government subsidies, or Medicare. But he added that, “the people that are getting killed in this deal are small business people and individuals who make just a little too much to get any of these subsidies.”...

Angelina Jolie And Brad Pitt's Sex Life Destroyed After Her Double Mastectomy And Oophorectomy Surgery

Hollywood actress, Angelina Jolie, developed sexual problems after she underwent an oophorectomy surgery to remove her reproductive organs, for fear of developing cancer, which is the disease that claimed the lives of her mother and grandmother. The early oophorectomy brought on early menopause, further complicating matters. 

Jolie's husband, Brad Pitt, was already cheating on her. The side effects of the oophorectomy made his cheating worse. Two years prior Jolie underwent a very traumatizing double mastectomy, removing both her breasts, for fear of developing breast cancer. Pitt was not happy about Jolie's choices regarding the surgeries, but went along with them. However, when you marry for love and not lust and more fame, as time goes on you still love the person regardless of physical changes.

Pitt former marriage to Jennifer Aniston also cast a shadow on their relationship. Jolie is insecure when it comes to Aniston. There was also a fling between Pitt and movie co-star Marion Cotillard. She has tried to deflect the claims in a roundabout way, but that's not what I'm hearing from my reliable source regarding the extent of her contact with Pitt, a known philanderer. Pitt, who is 52-years-old, made a career out of his looks as a pretty boy actor. However, he like everyone else who lives has aged. 

Pitt has been going through a mid-life crisis regarding his fading looks and has been trying to reassure himself with a string of women. He is not a good husband, especially to a wife struggling with cancer fears and the lasting impact of a double mastectomy and oophorectomy. 41-year-old Jolie's looks are changing as well, which a vain man like Pitt is not happy about. However, everybody ages. Some age better than others, but at the end of the day, you won't be 18 for the rest of your life. Some couples need to be more understanding and supportive of each other.

The Jolie-Pitt marriage also suffered from career issues. Jolie won an Oscar (Academy Award) and is more famous than Pitt, who suffered from insecurity issues due to this subject. Pitt has not won an Oscar and is not considered a serious thespian, but an actor known for being pretty. It too created tension in their marriage. The problems regarding their children's physical and mental health made things worse.

Six children being raised by two people with significant addiction issues, one of whom is a mother with serious mental health problems, also created damage to their family unit. The family needs extensive therapy with the hope of bringing some stability and normalcy to their lives. They've tried so hard to be different, unusual and to stand out in Hollywood that they have become flat out dysfunctional. This behavior is not to be emulated, as it is mentally unhealthy. They need to remove their family from the spotlight and work on their many problems.

Brad Pitt Changed Towards Angelina Jolie After Double Mastectomy And Is Under Investigation For Child Abuse At FBI And Child Services

The divorce of Hollywood stars Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt is getting uglier. The actress reported Pitt to the FBI and the Department of Children and Families (child services) alleging her philandering husband yelled at and struck their oldest child, Maddox, during an argument his parents were having on their private jet. Maddox is said to be a handful. However, erupting in a drunken rage at a child is not the answer. Jolie's PR team has been acting on her instructions, leaking information that Pitt is an alcoholic and drug user. Most people posting online do not expect the FBI to do anything in the matter, because the agency is, well, very corrupt.

Jolie also has her issues with drugs, anorexia and self-mutilation (cutting). Jolie was famously accused of incest when she took to the red carpet at the Academy Awards, kissed her brother on the mouth and stated "I'm so in love with him." She also carried around a veil of blood around her neck. Therefore, both Jolie and Pitt have their issues that has made for a very dysfunctional family.

Pitt has cheated on Jolie with a series of women. Jolie was deluded to think stealing a married man meant it was true love. Things got even worse in their relationship when she underwent a double mastectomy in 2013 and an oophorectomy in 2015, due to her mother and grandmother having died of ovarian cancer (her mother had breast cancer as well). Jolie was inconsolable when she lost her breasts. That's a very difficult thing for a woman to go through and it does not eliminate one's cancer risk. The oophorectomy brought on early menopause as well. Pitt changed somewhat after Jolie's surgery, having married a sex symbol whose body had drastically changed. However, their children kept insisting they get married and so the couple wed. Two years later they are divorcing.

Their family life has not been easy. As stated above, their oldest Maddox is a handful. The couple's preteen daughter Shiloh thinks she is a boy and is allowed to dress and behave as such, which top psychologists state is very harmful and promotes mental illness. Unverified rumors have repeatedly swirled in the industry that the couple's twins Knox and Vivienne are autistic. 

Jolie got Pitt away from his religious side, turning the Baptist into an atheist, which really isn't working out for him, as now he has forsaken praying and turning to drugs and alcohol as a crutch. They sure could use some prayers right now, because their children are in jeopardy. Being in that drug and alcohol environment is terrible for children (it wreaked havoc on the late Bobby Kristina Brown). The sad fact of the matter is many drug addicted Hollywood stars' kids are also on drugs as well. It's time for sobriety.

Lance Armstrong Slammed By The U.S. Government In $100 Million Dollar Lawsuit Over Doping Scandal And Endorsements

The U.S. government, via the Justice Department, has slapped cyclist and former Olympian Lance Armstrong with a massive lawsuit for $100,000,000. The 59-page lawsuit refers to the disgraced cyclist as a "dope" "dealer" and "liar." The government has sued on behalf of the U.S. Postal Service, who sponsored Armstrong and his cycling team from 1998-2005. During that time, Armstrong engaged in an elaborate, dishonest scheme of using steroids, then getting blood transfusions to flush out evidence of the banned substances that gave him an undue advantage at the Olympics and in many tournaments, such as the Tour de France.

The U.S. government wrote in its lawsuit, "No sponsor who knew the truth about how Armstrong achieved his apparent Tour de France victories would have paid any amount of money to sponsor him or his team." The lawsuit's primary objective is to recover the tens of millions of dollars Armstrong was paid in endorsement money by the U.S. Postal Service. It is the Judiciary Report's solemn belief that Armstrong's doping and chronic blood transfusions, led to him developing cancer, as it so disrupted his body's natural functions and cell processes with foreign substances and blood, it damaged his body's entire cellular structure.

The stinging assessment was part of a 59-page document prepared by the U.S. Justice Department as part of an ongoing lawsuit worth nearly $100 million against the cyclist. 

‘No sponsor who knew the truth about how Armstrong achieved his apparent Tour de France victories would have paid any amount of money to sponsor him or his team,’ U.S. Justice Department attorneys wrote, the Detroit Free Press reports. The stinging assessment of Armstrong (pictured in 2011) was part of a 59-page document prepared by the U.S. Justice Department as part of an ongoing lawsuit against the cyclist worth nearly $100 million. 

The damning attack went on to accuse Armstrong of abusing his position for financial and personal gain, and was delivered as the government attempts to sue the disgraced athlete on behalf of the U.S. Postal Service. Armstrong rode for the U.S. Postal Team from 1998 to 2005, and received more than $40 million in sponsorship during his career. Government lawyers trashed the effort of Armstrong’s legal team to have the case dismissed, saying on Monday: ‘Armstrong’s motion for summary judgment should be denied in its entirety, and this Court should set a date for trial.’

Obama Supports Lawbreaking N-Word Using Madonna (Photos)


This photo will live in infamy in world history when it is revealed all the sick crimes Madonna has been committing with her cult the Kabbalah Center...that Obama knows about. Madonna's bad plastic surgery is showing up again. She looks like a muppet in the picture.
 
U.S. President, Barack Obama, took photos with lawbreaking, so-called singer Madonna, affirming his support for the abusive criminal. Madonna has gone around offending black people in using the n-word ("n*gger"), offensively ordering the n-word be emailed in a death threat, committed sexual assault on a minor on stage in criminal violation of the law, choked an 11-year-old boy in an act of assault in New York, fleeced cancer sufferers with Kabbalah water and commissioned a host of crimes against innocent people [Obama's FBI Is Engaging In A Vicious Criminal Pattern Of Abuse And Brutalization Against Innocent Jamaicans - Part 2 (MURDER)]. 

However, as stated on this site previously, due to massive campaign donations and bribes, Madonna has not been arrested for said felonious behavior (Madonna already been caught and outed for bribing judges in America and Malawi). For the right fee, Obama will let you get away with murder - literally - but God doesn't. Many people have stated to me that the government needs to throw Madonna in prison for the crimes she committed in this case. However, the U.S. justice system is completely corrupted (just look at the Brock Turner case). If there's one thing Obama is good at, it's covering for and standing with criminals - just ask Hillary Clinton.

Blake Lively Slammed As Racist Over Quoting Lyric To 'Baby Got Back' But Is She

Hollywood actress Blake Lively is being slammed over a photo and caption she posted on Instagram about her butt. The people complaining about her post on Instagram need to choose their battles more carefully. I don't see anything racist regarding what Lively stated. There are mentally disturbed racists wearing white sheets attacking people of color. Racist neighborhood watchman, George Zimmerman, murdered 17-year-old unarmed teen, Trayvon Martin, for being a black kid in his predominantly white neighborhood, confronting him and demanding to know, "what are you doing around here" before attacking and killing the innocent youth. 

Yet some of you are complaining about Lively. I've got news for you, since she had her baby, her butt got big. It is not a social or racial issue. It's a fat shifted to her butt issue. Leave it alone. There are more serious things to discuss and petition about regarding racial inequities than the size of someone's butt, citing it as racial appropriation. If that's the case white people would be picketing hair supply stores, a $5 billion dollar a year industry in America, regarding black women wearing European weaves. Shouldn't white people be crying "they've stolen our hair" like some of you are crying "they've stolen our butts!" 

If a white woman wants to have a big butt, let her have a big butt. If a black woman wants a European weave, let her have a European weave. There are more important things to discuss - like cancer, AIDS, Parkinsons, Alzheimers, poverty, war, nuclear disarmament, global pollution, real racism (George Zimmerman ect). Let all this other trivial stuff go.

The 28-year-old star shared a split of two images from the Cafe Society premiere last week with the caption 'L.A face with an Oakland booty'. Immediately the pregnant actress came under fire for being 'white and privileged' but using black women and culture 'as a punchline'. 

'Another day, another rich white woman using WOC's bodies as a punchline and commodity. As if Blake Lively wasn't the worst already,' read a post from @katbeee. User @mindamaureen wrote: 'So much privilege even GOOP feels uncomfortable.' While @HellaBootsy questioned if the star had ever visited Oakland at all. 

The blonde beauty was quoting lyrics from Sir Mix-a-Lot's 'Baby Got Back' but the defense did little to stem the tide of social media outrage. 'Unbelievably problematic, using women of color's bodies as a joke. I guess you just want people to know you're racist and you don't give a s--t', one follower wrote. 

Another added: 'Used to like you Blake … turns out you appropriate black culture #unfollowed'. The lyric refers to Oakland - an area of California considered traditionally black - compared to L.A. The actress, who made her name in the hit TV show Gossip Girl, isn't the first star to use the lyric to describe a selfie online.

Obama's FBI Is Engaging In A Vicious Criminal Pattern Of Abuse And Brutalization Against Innocent Jamaicans

…And Other Immigrant Minorities

 The Judiciary Report has written and published many exclusives on this site that later proved true, confirmed by mainstream events and articles. An item was published online this month on another site revealing the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has been threatening Muslims in America, who have not broken the law, telling them if they do not spy for the FBI, they will be deported (see article below in the STORY SOURCE section). This a disgraceful criminal abuse of the system. Previously, on April 25, 2012, the Judiciary Report published a similar article Report: The FBI Has Been Beating, Torturing And Threatening To Kill American Citizens If They Will Not Become Snitches (Informants).

I can also confirm this is a sick criminal pattern of abuse by the FBI. I was interviewed by the FBI twice in November 2005, regarding a formal complaint I filed regarding degenerate pop singer, Madonna, her Kabbalah Center cult and others in Hollywood, engaging in commissioned acts of illegal wiretapping, computer and email hacking, criminal copyright infringement, racketeering, assault and death threats, via private investigator Anthony Pellicano. Madonna’s main private investigator at the time was Anthony Pellicano, a member of the Italian-American mafia (the Colombo family). Madonna also has other ties to the Italian-American mafia and has engaged in money laundering for them.

The FBI asked for and received documents from me regarding the case, as well as my accurate account of what Madonna, Pellicano and others in Hollywood illegally engaged in against innocent people. 4-months later the FBI arrested Pellicano, he was tried and convicted on charges of illegal wiretapping, computer hacking, identity theft and racketeering.

However, following the FBI’s questionable, longstanding policy of not arresting famous people, the celebrities in Hollywood who knowingly paid for and received illegal wiretap transcripts and audio tapes, hacked computer contents and other perverse surveillance data from Pellicano, were not arrested in a decision that is unquestionably corrupt and disgraceful. These celebrities were also not arrested for hiring Pellicano to physically attack innocent people they insanely deemed rivals and enemies.

Madonna issued a bribe at the FBI, who then began to look the other way as she and her cohorts in Hollywood criminally stole massive amounts of my preexisting copyrights. The FBI are quite partial to bribes: FBI Agent Arrested For Accepting A $200,000 Bribe To Derail A Criminal Case The FBI Was Supposed To Be Investigating and Another FBI Agent Caught Taking Bribes To Derail Serious Cases (Video).

The head of the FBI at the time the case began was racist Robert Mueller, who repeatedly targeted and discriminated against minorities, many of whom filed lawsuits against him and the agency. Some minorities left the FBI due to Mueller's corrupt, racist policies (The FBI And Racism and The FBI Sued By Former Agent For Racism). Mueller is a white supremacist who never should have been given the job (he was appointed by former President and warlord George W. Bush). The current head of the FBI, James Comey, is Mueller’s pupil, who has maintained a senior post at the agency throughout the sick human rights abuses.

My Copyrighted Catalog is worth billions of dollars and the U.S. government began supporting the criminal thefts of my preexisting, Library of Congress registered catalog of works that took me over 25-years to author. My Copyrighted Catalog contains over 15,000 songs, 1000 movie scripts, movie treatments and short stories, 30 book manuscripts, 300 music video treatments, 500 photographs, 100 photo treatments, perfume, clothing lines, nano-technology, a solar cell phone, car line and thousands of other items.
 
In support of the FBI and Madonna/Kabbalah's unlawful, vile, thieving conduct, they began contacting my Jamaican family and friends in America and Britain, demanding they engage in acts of abuse against me, in criminal attempts at forcing me to relinquish all rights to my copyrights that trash in Hollywood had begun stealing (they've also been demanding I turn over newer copyrights I have authored and hidden). The FBI are still using the notorious COINTELPRO program the world has condemned. The FBI and Madonna/Kabbalah even threatened to destroy their children's lives if they did not comply with the sick requests against me.

My Jamaican family and friends who opposed the sick requests were criminally threatened and brutalized by the FBI and Madonna/Kabbalah. All of a sudden, all my Jamaican friends began getting fired from their jobs that they’d had for many years. Law abiding Jamaican immigrants who worked and paid their taxes to the U.S. Treasury for many years, were all fired from different jobs at different companies under mysterious circumstances. Cases that went to employment tribunals found they had done nothing wrong to be fired. The FBI and Madonna/Kabbalah was behind the whole thing, demanding employers fire them, in acts that criminally violated the Civil Rights Act and constitutes hate crimes.

Honest, hard working people, who came to America as immigrants decades ago and worked hard to support their families, began experiencing a sick wave of criminal abuse from the FBI and and Madonna/Kabbalah when they had done nothing wrong. Hard working people with mortgages and utility bills to pay, who need to put food on their families' tables, were unjustly fired due to the FBI and and Madonna/Kabbalah's sick harassment campaign targeting Jamaicans. What an evil, ugly face to show the immigrant community. And make no mistake, Obama knows and approves of this terrible criminal misconduct by his federal agencies. He has sanctioned it.

In a 2007 complaint I described how I was nearly killed when someone deliberately tried to run over me with a car in Miami, Florida. A year after I copyrighted and published the aforementioned article, U.S. prosecutors revealed during the Anthony Pellicano criminal trial that one of the disgraced private investigator’s sick methods of abuse on behalf of deranged Hollywood stars, was to hire thugs to run over innocent people celebrities paid him to target (Hollywood Wiretap And Harassment Trial Reveals Pattern Of Abusing Innocent People). It confirmed my previous claims that someone tried to deliberately run me over and that it is connected to Madonna and the Kabbalah Center’s criminal conduct in hiring people to criminally rob, harass, threaten and assault others. They tried to run me over two more times after the 2007 incident (in 2008 and another in 2015).

Here’s where it particularly gets nasty. One of my friends that the FBI and the Madonna/Kabbalah began harassing, demanding she state abusive things to me, in demanding she and others order me to cooperate with the criminal thefts of my copyrights by Hollywood, experienced an incident where someone in Miami driving a car knocked her son off his bike on the sidewalk. This was similar to what happened to me previously in Miami, Florida (however, I was walking on those occasions and got out of the way in time during each incident).

My friend received a call from emergency services and heard her son screaming in agony in the background. Someone in a car knocked him off his bike and in doing so broke his leg in a terrible way. It ended his budding track and field career. He now has a metal rod in his leg. This decent young man, studying at university, was subjected to something so evil via the aforementioned gruesome incident. It also reminded me of another incident where Madonna’s private investigator, Pellicano, paid thugs to run over a journalist/filmmaker, Rod Lurie, in Los Angeles, who was riding his bike, because they did not like lawful, truthful items he had written about them. This, ladies and gentlemen, is Hollywood, a den of dirty thieves and animals.

Another friend's son was mysteriously arrested for drunk driving in Florida and he wasn't even drunk. The case was so fake and trumped up the cop didn't even show up to court to explain or answer for the false arrest of an intelligent, decent young man with a master's degree, who had never been in trouble. The case cost his and my mom money. Prior to it happening, his mom had called me on two occasions crying and worried, due to the unlawful threats and harassment pouring from the corrupt FBI and Madonna/Kabbalah.

 The sick conduct didn’t stop there. Hollywood and the FBI, with the help of the CIA who specializes in international matters (and according to the Associated Press breaks international law 100,000 times per year) illegally spread the criminal acts to Britain. In 2012 while staying with a relative in London, England, after I had gone out for the day, I returned to her home to find my physically unwell, elderly family member looking quite shaken and distressed. She told me a man had come to her house and he was a government agent.

She could have had a heart attack and died due to what the U.S. government did and it is despicable. They are a bunch of foul, low class, inbred trash to be targeting a little retired, sick old lady in her 80s struggling with a serious physical ailment. They are scum and an absolute embarrassment and disgrace to the United States government. 

I found out that the FBI, in tandem with the CIA, who acts on international matters, criminally went into Britain and began approaching people I am related to and others I know, demanding they assist them in stealing my preexisting copyrighted catalog of works, valued at billions of dollars. They began demanding they state certain abusive things to me or they would destroy their lives and that of their children.

What was the U.S. government doing operating in Britain, terrorizing Jamaican-British citizens? The U.S. government had and have no right to be there in said criminal capacity. Yet, when the U.S. government gets slapped with the frequently used international tag of imperialists, they get upset and wonder why. Furthermore, why is the U.S. government also illegally wiretapping people and companies in Jamaica and Britain for undue financial gain, engaging in criminal acts of intellectual property theft and corporate theft in support of corporate America. I've seen this with my own eyes and written about it (May 20, 2009 article "Spying To Steal") and former NSA contractor, Edward Snowden, later confirmed it (Edward Snowden: NSA Conducts Economic Spying).

The U.S. Congress, clearly needs to answer some serious questions regarding why the ugly, foul, vile Frankenstein agencies they have created in the FBI and CIA, are wasting American taxpayer money and criminally violating domestic and international law brutalizing Christian Jamaicans in America and abroad. I cannot begin to tell you how ugly and disgusting it looks. They are a horrible reflection of the U.S. government. What kind of animals and savages brutalize young and also physically unwell, old Jamaican people in America and foreign nations, in support of an illegal theft initiative aimed at stealing copyrights and patents, for undue and criminal enrichment, in acts universally condemned by law (that they are insidiously breaking). What breed of racism, hatred and absolute malice is that. They are the most evil people in existence.

People work hard all their lives, pay their taxes and provide for their families, only to have evil, despicable, subhuman scum representing two lawbreaking federal agencies on their doorstep, demanding they engage in illegal, abusive acts against an innocent relative and friend.

Given the nasty history of slavery, as it pertains to Jamaica and other nations, such as Africa, regarding blacks being forced to work for free, abused in many horrible ways and sometimes nearly killed or killed, the U.S. government is wrong to be engaging in such abhorrent conduct in modern times, in support of lazy, degenerate, hateful stars in Hollywood, who have been sued so many times by so many people from America and all over the world for stealing valuable copyrights.

It is a nasty and ugly throwback to behavior from slavery times. I have authored a fortune in copyrights and not seen any money or credit from it, as it is been criminally stolen by Hollywood and the U.S. government, who is backing this sick initiative. How can black people be asked to move on from slavery days, when you're still engaging in it.

The times I have tried to leave America, the U.S. government in tandem with Madonna/Kabbalah, criminally stole large amounts of my money and property in unlawful, fraudulent ways, in trying to bar me from escaping the horrible human rights abuses and to save face. They have twice gone into Britain and confronted me (in 2012 and 2015) abusively and threateningly demanding I return to America at once, like they were there to retrieve a runaway slave, as if their human property had escaped. Once again, it is a nasty throwback to slavery on their part. I’ve already been called “slave” and “nigger” by members of  Madonna's Kabbalah Center. Another nasty throwback to slavery.

The U.S. government has been criminally targeting Jamaicans in America and Britain in this highly illegal initiative rooted in racism, hatred and malice towards blacks. The FBI is also illegally wiretapping Jamaicans in America, Jamaica and Britain, to engage in intellectual property theft, in support of Hollywood and corporate America, as mentioned above.

Under American law, when you target a group of people in this manner, it is a hate crime. The FBI is committing hate crimes against minorities in America.

I am writing about this subject because it is sick, disgusting and evil…and they refuse to stop this savage conduct. They are psychotic and laboring under serious levels of mental derangement. The U.S. government is viciously and hatefully abusing innocent immigrants in America and the international community, where they have no mandate. What kind of face is this for the U.S. government to show the immigrant community. What kind of face is this for the U.S. government to show the world.

I have been diligently working on forthcoming pharmaceutical patents regarding cancer and AIDS that will greatly benefit disease sufferers. Cancer and AIDS are two subjects I have written exclusives articles on that later proved true. However, to keep the illegal money train rolling, Hollywood, with the full backing, support and assistance of the U.S. government, has repeatedly engaged in unlawful conduct via stealing money and property belonging to me, in attempts at blocking the release of the drug patents.

They are doing their level best to delay my scientific patents that could have helped millions of sick people already. Through fraud they have stolen two homes from me and over $250,000 for fear I would liquidate my assets to put out the patents (which was what I was trying to do) in what they deem would bring an end to their acts of criminal copyright infringement that has netted Hollywood billions in undue profits and many undeserved awards. Hollywood and the U.S. government made that foul and disgusting decision for disease sufferers all over the world.

There are many talented people in America capable of writing songs, movies and television shows. There was no necessity for Hollywood, with the backing of the U.S. government, to resort to such evil and appalling conduct. They are engaging in deplorable human rights abuses that willfully break domestic and international law in what is the sickest thing I have ever seen. However, I have come to the conclusion, this is just who and what they are - pure evil.

What kind of sub-human scum do such things. Then again, I am expecting far too much in the way of legality, civility and decency from a law enforcement agency, the FBI, who saw it fit to become the world’s biggest distributor of child porn (Human Rights Activists Slam The FBI After It Is Discovered They Became The World's Top Distributor Of Child Porn). They are mentally deranged and a threat to the health and safety of America and the world. 

I have written about this matter not to stir anger or violence (keep the peace), but because it needs to be exposed. Innocent immigrants are being brutalized in America and other nations by the U.S. government (and Hollywood), in sick human rights abuses that are contemptible and condemnable. They are not to be trusted.

FBI to Muslim Immigrants: Snoop for Us or Get Deported

Jan. 29, 2016 11:50 am - The need for information about possible internal threats creates some predictably twisted incentives. They've sure got some strange names over there in the Congo.Those who have followed the frustrating stories about the secretive operations of the federally controlled "no-fly" lists may have read about the accusations that some individuals who were on the list were told they would be removed if they served the government as informants.

Those who followed the scandal over the New York Police Department secretly snooping on Muslim schools and mosques (not just in New York but in New Jersey) may also have read about their reliance on paid informants who sometimes tried to actually bait people into saying inflammatory things. And those who have closely followed cases where the FBi has busted up potential terror plots here within the United States have noticed that these often seem to be rather not-very-smart (or even mentally troubled) individuals who were being fed plans, ideas, and even being provided fake bombs and weapons by undercover FBI agents.

The post–September 11 need to track down potential terrorist threats within the United States has created incentives where the determinant of "success" is that terror plots are actually stopped. This has created some pretty twisted mentalities among officials to find those successes even if they aren't out there (and can cause them to miss the ones that actually are). And the victims of these twisted incentives can be anybody a federal official thinks might possibly be able to help them find these plots, even if these people don't know any (or if there aren't even any plots). It is dangerous to be the reason why a government official can't sit in front of a congressional hearing to say that their agency has stopped X terrorist attacks on U.S. soil.

As such, BuzzFeed reporters Talal Ansari and Siraj Datoo have a new lengthy investigation that shows how the FBI is interfering and threatening the immigration efforts of Muslims who want to remain as residents in the United States unless they serve as informants. If they don't have any useful information, the message is clear: They better go find some.

When he got the last call to come meet with the FBI agents, A.M. allowed himself an uncharacteristic bit of optimism. An immigrant from Pakistan, he had spent the last seven years trying to get a green card, a process that had so far included a series of interviews, three encounters with the FBI, and unexplained bureaucratic delays. Maybe this meeting would bring some resolution?

But when the 37-year-old software programmer arrived at the Homeland Security offices in Dallas that day in August 2014, the conversation quickly swerved. One of the two agents placed a piece of paper on the table and told him to write down the names of all the people he knew who he thought were terrorists. Bewildered, he said he didn't know any terrorists. He said he didn't know about any suspicious activity at all. "We think you do," the agents replied.

A.M. was quickly becoming alarmed. (Like almost all other immigrants interviewed for this story, he said he did not feel safe allowing his name to be published. A.M. are his initials.) He was a family man, with a highly skilled 9-to-5 job. He had lived in America for nearly two decades. He went to college in America. Why would the FBI see him as a link to terrorism? And weren't they supposed to be discussing his green card application?

As it turned out, that's precisely what they were discussing. "We know about your immigration problems," he recalls one of the agents telling him. "And we can help you with that." If, they said, he agreed to start making secret reports on his community, his friends, even his family.

The FBI is not supposed to be doing this, BuzzFeed notes. Former Attorney General Alberto Gonzales forbid the practice of FBI agents offering immigration assistance in exchange for cooperation, and those policies are still officially in place. But in practice, immigration officials are dragging their feet on green cards, and then FBI is swooping in and using the situation to browbeat people into becoming informants.

A.M. kept insisting that he didn't know anybody. They wanted him to wear a wire, go to his mosque, and try to get folks to talk about jihad. He refused. His work visa was revoked. He and his family were kicked out of the country after living here for 17 years.

Former FBI agent Michael German told BuzzFeed that this outcome is a result of the push for agents to develop any Muslim sources they could get their hands on: "Rather than use all their energy to focus on the very small number of terrorists, they try to find anybody that they have a lever over to compel them to be an informants." And they don't seem to care what happens to them if they prove to not be useful.

Flint, Michigan Residents Paying $200 Per Month For Lead Polluted Toxic Drinking Water

Imagine you were being forced to drink suspiciously brown colored water every day that bears a foul smell. Imagine you had to bathe in it daily as well for years. Imagine you were charged $300 per month for this offensive, toxic water and if you didn't like it, you were forced to shell out hundreds of dollars per month in bottled water.

Well, that's what the 99,000 low income residents of Flint, Michigan have endured since 2011. They've been forced to pay for poison water that has killed some residents in Flint, while making others quite ill. Despite their protests, nothing has been done. Recent bad publicity is forcing the government's hand in addressing the problem.

However, cancer rates are going to soar in Flint, Michigan. In ingesting the lead polluted water, where other toxins are also present as contaminants, particles attach to the cells damage the cellular structure (of the human body).

Copyright Infringing Show 'Empire' Experiences Massive Ratings Decline Losing 4,000,000 Viewers Since Lawsuit

The copyright infringing show "Empire" mentioned in my lawsuit Aisha v. Madonna/Kabbalah Center, as being criminally stolen from my vast, PREEXISTING copyrighted catalog, has experienced a massive ratings decline since the site went public with the case. The show has lost 4,000,000 viewers (17.6 million  to 13.7 million viewers).

The "Empire" copyright was illegally sold to Rupert Murdoch's Fox (and criminally credited to that vile, insidious man Lee Daniels), a man whose company I reported to the Metropolitan Police, in what turned into the phone hacking scandal and many arrests. Murdoch has been knowingly buying stolen goods from Madonna, who illegally gained access to my copyrighted catalog via hacking and bribing workers at the copyright office (a fact the sick Kabbalah Center cult had a songwriter throw in my face over the telephone in an unwanted call).

I have no sympathy for them regarding the massive ratings decline and advertisers complaining. What kind of scumbucket trash steals things then sells said things she doesn't own. What kind of loser does something like that.

Hollywood is an industry of thieves run by criminals with ties to organized crime, such as the Italian-American mafia, whom Madonna has laundered money for in financial transactions with mafiosos. Madonna is nothing but an untalented, scumbucket thief and criminal, who should not be famous or free to roam the public, as everything she has ever put out is stolen from many writers, songwriters, producers, artists, photographers and directors. 

Recently, Madonna sent someone to threaten me over my forthcoming pharmaceutical patents to help cancer and AIDS patients. Madonna and company are threatening to destroy the company saying, "You're not going to make any money from them." Imagine that. I work on my patents day and night to help sick people and all that foul, vile demon Madonna can think about is money it will make and not the true goal of the patents which is saving lives. What an evil, ugly human being.

Side Bar: "Blackish"which is another infringing show stolen from my preexisting copyrighted catalog, that was criminally sold by Madonna, lost 33% of its viewers since I went public with the lawsuit.

Jay Z's Lawyer Throws Madonna Under The Bus

After an August 11, 2015 court hearing in the Aisha v. Madonna/Kabbalah Center case, a lawyer for Jay Z, represented by the Greenberg Traurig law firm threw Madonna under the bus asking me "I know you have a problem with Madonna, but what did Jay Z do." Jay Z's lawyer basically admitted Madonna is culpable in the case, as her behavior has been so brazen, outrageous and outright criminal, believing there would be no lawsuit or FBI intervention to stop her, she did whatever flagrantly cruel and wicked thing she wanted and got very sloppy to the point there is so much evidence inextricably linking her to criminal behavior towards me. It was his attempt at distancing his client, Jay Z, from Madonna's criminal conduct. However, Jay Z's misconduct is plainly listed in the lawsuit.

Jay Z illegally used preexisting copyrights belonging to me for songs he unlawfully released, some of which were on my former website (Aisha.TV and AishaMusic.com) while other songs that were unpublished were illegally obtained by one of Madonna's hackers, Randy Vaughn, via the criminal computer hacking of my laptops and computers, which was confirmed by computer security companies. Jay Z's also used private, unpublished business plans that contain proprietary data, also obtained via criminal hacking by Madonna's hackers.

My copyrights were copyrighted with the Library Of Congress YEARS prior to Jay Z (and his co-defendants) infringing them for undue financial enrichment and awards. Some of the items include my business plans for a sports team, a sports management company (for discovering and developing unknown talent, not poaching established talent from other managers and agents as Jay Z has been doing), an artist management company and a chicken wing restaurant - all preexisting items Jay Z illegally used, after obtaining them from Madonna's hackers.

Jay Z's lawyer also filed a "notice of removal" transferring the case from state court to Federal court, which I did not want (it is easier for litigants to access the state court wherever they go in the world via the online eFile case system, which the federal courts do not permit). Jay Z's lawyer also took it upon himself to plan my life out for the next year, giving me a lengthy print out of court hearings he chose dates for without asking me. The defendants in the case knew I was going abroad and did this in a bid to try to block me leaving, as it has proven very difficult for Madonna and company to harass, terrorize and threaten me (among other things) in the international community, especially to the sick and appalling degrees they did in America. I am abroad on business, to see doctors about alternative back surgery and torn rotator cuff surgery, as well as to help a relative who is physically unwell.

After the hearing Jay Z's lawyer broached the subject of settlement. The paperwork he gave me indicates a possibility of settlement, though not likely and they would inform the judge if one is reached. However, I asked for no money in the lawsuit and have no intention of settling something that contains a horrific criminal component (I will sue them internationally at a later date regarding the copyright infringement and I do not intend on settling that case either, as those infringing works I find very offensive never should have been made). These people really should be in prison for what they have been doing. I filed the current lawsuit seeking "injunctive relief" to stop the terrible criminal behavior that includes, but is not limited to computer hacking, stalking and confrontations, as well as acts of violence. I did not ask for money in this lawsuit and left that to the discretion of any potential jury, as a means of punitive damages.

I need to finish my pharmaceutical patents to help sick people, which I made mention of in the lawsuit. How am I supposed to finish the patents with those Kabbalah lunatics constantly stealing my copyrights, criminally sabotaging businesses I've started in trying to destroy my income, sending Miami Kabbalah Center members to break into my home whenever they feel like looking for offline copyrighted DVD-ROMs containing my preexisting copyrighted work they wish to steal, vandalizing and damaging my computer and electronic equipment during break-ins, stalking me everywhere I go including to libraries in America, while I'm trying to peacefully work on my patents (they developed a habit of stalking me to public libraries and then openly harassing me while I work). No one should have to work or live under such human rights abuses. It's absolutely sick.  

Additionally, this month I received a letter from the Department Of Justice, the parent agency of the FBI, stating they will look into the allegations in the lawsuit. As I stated in the lawsuit "FBI COMPLAINT - As a federal formality, this lawsuit has been sent to the FBI with a formal complaint of civil rights and human rights abuses."

I did not file the complaint with the FBI because I have any faith in them. I don't. They are corrupt. After they interviewed me when I made the complaint about Madonna's private investigator Anthony Pellicano and they only arrested and imprisoned him months later, while according to what one of my sources told me, accepting a big bribe from Madonna to remain free, I pretty much lost all faith in the U.S. government, no longer believing they are a force for good.

In the mean time my main focus is getting my pharmaceutical patents out to help sick people and mark my words, everyone of you involved in this sick copyright theft and harassment spree, trying to block my pharmaceutical patents from coming out via engaging in sabotage and theft of funds, so you can continue to steal my copyrights for illegal financial enrichment, will answer for it within the scope of the law in world forums and it will not be pretty.
