Jay Z Lies In New York Post Article About Samsung Paying Rihanna And Roc Nation $25,000,000 For Tour
Samsung agreed to $5,000,000 in tour sponsorship and some of the costs are recoupable against ticket sales. If the tour bombs, as past tours have done, leaving Rihanna in the red (at one point Rihanna only had $20,000 in her bank account) Samsung will see no return on their investment, which will anger shareholders.
Considering Samsung hit a sales decline in the past two years, as reported in various stock market news outlets, they do not have $25,000,000 to throw around. The shareholders would be livid. Previously, Samsung agreed to buy 1,000,000 copies of Jay Z's flopped "Holy Grail" album that contained many copyright infringing songs. Jay Z's Samsung deal was worth approximately $2,500,000, but had deductions and failed to give Samsung an earnings boost. After taxes and associated fees, the deal did not create much revenue for Jay Z and did nothing for Samsung.
Not to mention, Samsung also has to answer to shareholders, who will be none too pleased. Rihanna and Jay Z also need to be careful regarding fake figures, as financial records are often subpoenaed in copyright infringement lawsuits and the truth will come out in that manner.
Jay Z and Rihanna, who are in the so-called Hollywood "Illuminati" (Kabbalah) are mimicking the crazy conduct of the head of the cult, Madonna. She repeatedly leaked false endorsement figures to inflate her image and net worth. For example, Madonna publicly bragged in articles and press releases that Microsoft paid her "$10,000,000" for a sponsorship deal, which prompted the company to come forward and say not even close and they paid her nowhere near that figure.
It is a federal crime in America to falsify the worth of companies and financial endeavors, as it deceives and defrauds existing shareholders and will do the same regarding members of the public, who seek to potentially invest their money. Real business people do not conduct their financial dealings in such a disgraceful manner. Only con artists, ponzi schemers and scammers do such things.
Side Bar: another item of note is due to Rihanna's foul behavior, she could find herself in the same situation cyclist Lance Armstrong did, where sponsor, the U.S. Postal Service, sued via the U.S. Justice Department, to recover sponsorship money they gave him, when the truth came out about his illegal, cheating conduct (steroids). Rihanna, Jay Z and Madonna are the music industry's equivalent of Lance Armstrong (or the financial equivalent of Bernard Madoff) due to mass criminal copyright infringement and other commissioned crimes they have been committing sure to taint any brand they are associated with. Any company that inks a deal with the aforementioned criminal entertainers would do well to beware, as there will be far reaching, long lasting financial and social consequences for it.
The Rihanna deal follows seven months of talks and is the biggest music-marketing tie-up in recent memory. Hammering out the details took longer than expected in part because Rihanna made some last-minute tweaks to the album, sources said. Samsung couldn’t immediately be reached for comment, while Roc Nation declined to comment...
The company also cut a $5 million marketing deal with Jay Z’s Roc Nation in 2013, surrounding the release of the hip-hop star’s Magna Carta Holy Grail album, according to reports. In exchange for a $5 million check, Jay Z provided Samsung 1 million copies of the album to be downloaded on the company’s new Galaxy SIII and other devices...
The deal is bad news for marketers, said one source, noting that few have pockets deep enough to afford such multi-million dollar global tie-ups. “No-one wants to have $25 million deals in the market place,” said a source. But event sponsorship is a huge growth area. IEG notes that spending in the space will rise 5 percent in 2015 to $1.4 billion.

Madonna Steals More Copyrights Ripping Off The Works Of Artist Danny Quirk For Her Flopped 'Rebel Heart' CD
Madonna likes to claim she is the queen of reinvention and everything she releases contains new, fresh items she has come up with, which is a complete and utter lie. The songs Madonna stole from me for 2015's "Rebel Heart" CD have been registered with the Library of Congress for approximately 10-years and the CD cover she ripped off from Charlotte Church is from 2005. There's nothing new or inventive about Madonna. From the very first song she releases, it has all been other people's preexisting copyrighted works she stole. Madonna is the entertainment industry's Madoff.
Madonna is being slammed all over the internet for stealing preexisting photos from artist Danny Quirk for 2015's "Rebel Heart." When I did a search of my Twitter username online, listings for the Danny Quirk infringement also came up, so I decided to check it out. Quirk complained to her publicist Liz Rosenberg, who has a penchant for telling outright lies on her behalf, but nothing was done about it. Madonna continues to engage in copyright infringement. Some have brought up the "Fair Use" doctrine of the Copyright Act but are misapplying it in a severe manner.
"Fair Use" is the for purpose of teachers, schools, journalists, bloggers and the general public to "discuss" and critique items deemed "current events" without fear of Copyright Infringement. You cannot hack people's computers, copy the data and then use it, as that constitutes criminal copyright infringement, theft of trade secrets, Computer Abuse, Fraud, Conversion, Racketeering and money laundering, all very serious felonies,, both domestically and internationally.
You cannot steal someone's album cover or art work, already in the public domain (or unreleased) and use it for your own publicity photos and or album pictures, as that constitutes copyright infringement, via the illegal commercial use of other people's property. Madonna, the labels she has recorded for and their respective lawyers all know this, but Madonna is a crazy, greedy Kleptomaniac with no respect of regard for other people's rights and property.
Quirk's lawyer claims, clearly in what came from Madonna's corrupt, bribe issuing lawyer, that his work is "transformative" so they are allowed to steal it, which is a load of crap. Copyright Law and the Berne Convention make no provisions for the illegal COMMERCIAL usage of another person's works. Madonna has been illegally using Quirk's photos for her album and on tour, which clearly falls under COMMERCIAL USE. She is criminally making money from Quirk's work and collecting credit for the stolen items as well, which is foul, pathetic and vile.
Madonna, the Kabbalah Center and its members (both famous and non-famous) insanely seem to think pretending they do not know the original source of the stolen copyrights is a legal or ethical excuse or defense. At the end of the day, you have no business using or putting your name on something you did not author, citing "Fair Use" where it does not apply. You are a foul, disgraceful, disgusting bunch of criminals with no morals or decency, behaving like you were raised in barns and caves by animals and savages. End of story.
Said songwriter in Kabbalah also threw it in my face that Madonna bribes someone at the Copyright Office to backdate her infringing rip offs of stolen copyrighted works, which all constitute a series of terrible financial crimes that are felonies (not to mention, backdating is easily unraveled in court due to a number of chronological and digital factors that cannot be changed, thus exposing the fraud).
It's disgusting that Madonna has corrupted and disgraced an entity, the Copyright Office, connected to the U.S. Congress and bearing its name. World history will not record it well. All you writers submitting works to the Copyright Office, beware. Madonna will steal your copyrights. It's disgraceful that Madonna has criminally stolen her way into history. However, it is all going to fall apart with an astonishing series of revocations and a reversal of fortune (for further reference see: Madoff).
He begins, “Back in January, it came to my attention that Madonna’s social media team had been using a series of 3 images in a campaign on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram with her head superimposed on my paintings to promote her new album, “Rebel Heart”. Tsk, tsk! Meanwhile, the 18-year-old daughter of the ‘Rebel Heart’ hit-maker was in the front row at mommy’s concert with a group of her friends when she was snapped opening a chilled can of beer and chugging it. Quite the risk taker indeed.
You can check out Ally's open letter to Taylor at the bottom of the article. Now, Madonna: She ripped off an artist called Danny Quirk by apparently using MS Paint to paste her face on one of his pieces, and did a similar thing to Jonas Jödicke, except that face-pasting was done with a tad more taste.
Last year, when someone stole her stuff, Madonna said that music piracy and stealing art is "artistic rape" and "a form of terrorism." Taylor on the other hand, was very vocal about how artists need to be paid and recognized. She penned an open letter to Apple Music about the whole matter, and pulled her catalog from Spotify.
And while it's obvious that there's a very strong chance that neither Madonna nor Taylor personally stole the stuff, and that it was their employees who fucked up, the whole thing makes the two ladies look quite hypocritical.
Danny claims that an artist called BessNYC4 [NSFW] pasted a photo of Maddona’s face on his drawing and that they were used in her social media. Any many young artists, Danny was first very happy for the fact that his art was so widely exposed. But then he realized that he was not getting any credit for his illustrations. Danny claims that he tried contacting Maddona’s agent and got no response.
Danny got even angrier when he discovered that those illustrations were also used in Madonna’s shows. Being annoyed he posted about it until his lawyer told him to take the post down as BessNYC4’s work was protected under the Fair Use doctrine for being transformative enough. Danny got annoyed enough that he shared his frustration on his page which got thousands of likes, shares and comments. I am attaching his letter after the jump.
First and foremost … I just want to deliver an open, and honest “F**K YOU” to the “Fair Use Act”, and an ACTUAL “what the F*K!?!?” to those it protects. Almost a year ago to date (Jan 2015) I awoke to a barrage of texts stating my work was popping up on Madonna’s FB, IG, and Twitter, with tens of thousands of likes, shares, comments, etc. ! ! At first, I thought … “WHOAH! / COOL!“ but shortly there after, it sunk in. I contacted her agent, and received absolutely no response. In the meantime, I found out digital collage artist BessNYC4 was the one who ‘made’ the work, sending it to her, merging MY ART with her head, and reaping all the benefits.. Things petered out, and I more or less forgot about it; u n t i l … early Oct 2015. I found out (for all intents and purposes) my art was used in her concerts, despite my attempts at getting proper credit acknowledgment, etc. I made a post to build momentum / got a lawyer, and was hoping for justice. My lawyer said “PULL THE POST!” and it was determined the work was ‘transformative’ under the “Fair Use Act”, which protected them / her and the coinciding articles (which came from momentum of the post covering the ordeal) made ME out to be the bad guy. WHY? Anyone with eyes can see… anyhow, this is a rant how WE ARTISTS are taken advantage of, and how laws protect everyone except for who they should, as you can see in THREE of my pieces … anyhow, I’m not thrilled. Pass along if y’all agree (maybe we can build momentum?)
Thanks,
Danny #
Not being a copyright lawyer myself, I have no idea if the work is transformative or not, Danny posted some sample and you can take a look yourself. This is one of Maddona’s instagram posts:
September 30, 2015 - Time and time again we hear about singers and other types of celebrities getting sued over their use of other people’s art without permission or credit, and in many cases those pieces are used for commercial purposes. The latest allegation comes from artist Danny Quirk, whose art was taken without permission by none other than Madonna.
Back in January, it came to my attention that Madonna’s social media team had been using a series of 3 of images in a campaign on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram with her head superimposed on my paintings to promote her new album “Rebel Heart”. I didn’t want to make a big stink about things just because it was a high profile name, but despite my messages / emails to Liz Rosenburg (her agent) commenting on the said social media posts, and the MANY posts of people defending the work / calling her out on it, the messages were overlooked and ignored, and the work was never credited.
Doing the math, off of Instagram, the images got a collected 145,000 + likes, on Facebook, some 77,000+ likes, and Twitter, about 1,000+reposts. That’s some serious exposure that was leeched from me and my art, and used to promote her agenda.
Since the Rebel Heart tour kicked off, I found out the art is being used on her tour from a friend who recognized the work during the show. I’ve seen at least 4 YouTube videos that show it, as it’s part of a loop played during her song “Rebel Heart”. Granted it’s a SMALL part of the show, but I was never A.) asked, and B.) COMPLETELY ignored when I called her staff / team out on improper use of my creative property.
That’s awful coming from an artist worth like $800 million. The photoshop job is also awful, but let’s not get sidetracked here. Considering that singers know what is like to have their work used without permission, one would think they would relate and not pull this kind of antics, but it’s easy for them to claim the things they “borrow” as public domain.
The worst part is that many relatively unknown artists don’t fight back because they don’t have the means to hire a lawyer, and because many times the “your art is not copyrighted, so it’s public domain” phrase comes up into the conversation, making the original artists have doubts about their chances of winning a case against people or companies using and even selling their art.
To make matters worse, this is something that happens quite a often. After a quick Google search I came up with the following results:
Back in 2013 Lil’ Kim took a photograph of a makeup artist in zombie makeup (it was a photograph of the actual artist), slapped her logo on it, used it for her social media accounts, and even used the picture as album art. All of that without giving credit to the makeup artist.
In 2014 visual artist Maya Hayuk (left) sued Sara Bareilles and her record company for the use of her mural “Chem Trails NYC” as a backdrop for numerous promotional pictures and videos of the pop star without Hayuk’s knowledge or permission. They were used to promote Bareilles’ music and concert tour.
Also last year, the rapper known as Mase was sued for using a photograph from model Stephanie Delgado’s Instagram as artwork without her permission to promote his single, “Why Can’t We.”
Joseph Tierney, a street artist who goes by the name Rime, sued Italian fashion firm Moschino and designer Jeremy Scott for copyright infringement and misappropriation after they allegedly used his graffiti art on their expensive outfits, one of which was worn by singer Katy Perry at a high-profile event in New York City. Katy Perry was apparently paid to wear said dress.
Freelance photographer Giordano Cipriani filed the lawsuit against Kendrick Lamar for the use of his photo of a mother breastfeeding two children, which he shot in 2011 on a trip to Africa. Lamar used it as the artwork for his single, “The Blacker the Berry.”
Fine art photographer Laura Ferreira from Trinidad and Tobago found out that one of her photos of a woman in a carnival costume was being used by rapper T.I. to promote a big party that he was throwing. When he was called out on it he threw a tantrum, insulted the photographer, and still used giant-size versions of the artwork on the walls on his party.
Rapper “The Game” is being sued by rapper and designer Ariza Obey over the artwork for “Ryda,” his single with Dej Loaf. The Game allegedly took this photograph and repurposed the artwork in a brown tone.
And as a change of pace, the time the so called “artist” known as Richard Prince used other people’s Instagram photo posts in an exhibition without their permission, and then sold the prints for $90,000 a piece.
I never understood why Instagram let him off without a fight, but I guess it comes down to a phrase I read some time ago; “If you aren’t paying for service you’re not the customer, you’re the product.”
In general it would be nice and wise if celebrities and companies stopped stealing artwork for commercial uses. I’m almost certain that it’s pretty infuriating to the original artists to have their pieces get so much recognition under other people’s name and without a single mention, so at least ask beforehand.
Stop stealing other people’s work and passing it as your own.

FBI Director Mum On Hillary Clinton Criminal Investigation As The Agency Sits On Evidence That She Committed Serious Crimes (Video)
As the 2016 presidential election is underway regarding each political party's nomination process, the FBI should make their full report public regarding Clinton's behavior in this scandal. The American people have a right to know what has transpired and all the evidence, to aid in choosing the next President of the United States. Clinton is not a good choice, due to her unlawful conduct. The FBI is also sitting on evidence that Clinton has willfully engaged in illegal, commissioned wiretapping, phone hacking and computer/email hacking, prior to, during and after her time as Secretary of State. Clinton is a criminal. Her hands are dirty. There exists clear cut, compelling evidence/proof of her using illegally obtained surveillance items in criminal violation of U.S. law. Someone with such gross lack of character and a flagrant unwillingness to obey the law, should not be running for president.
For example, the FBI and SEC knew of Bernard Madoff and Robert Sanford's financial crimes well before they were arrested. However, the FBI allowed these brazen ponzi scheming fraudsters to remain free and they did an extraordinary amount of damage during that time, when they could have been behind bars, which would have mitigated much of the damage.
I am of the belief that Congress will enact legislation in reference to how the FBI handles cases and the dissemination of information in the agency's possession. As it stands, the FBI has active, unrelated cases containing compelling evidence they are hiding and sitting on regarding dangerous pedophiles, murderers, serial killers, kidnappers, ponzi schemers, drug dealers and thieves engaging in criminal copyright infringement and hate crimes endangering innocent lives. Due to corruption in the form of bribery and an unwillingness to arrest and prosecute the rich and or famous, dangerous criminals are roaming among the innocent public, doing an extraordinary amount of permanent damage America will not recover from. This is wholly wrong and unethical.

Why Do Rihanna Fans Call Chris Brown's Girlfriend Karrueche Tran Broke When She Has More Money Than They Do
A group of fans of singer Rihanna, who is the on and off again girlfriend of singer, Chris Brown, have escalated their online bullying and attacks on his girlfriend, Karrueche Tran. They continue to call the model broke and basic, among other things. Not only are they insulting her online in unprovoked written attacks on social networking, they are sending these cruel statements to her pages on Twitter and Instagram.
What's ironic is Tran has made more money than the average Rihanna fan calling her "broke." Tran has made a number of paid appearances, done modeling assignments and been compensated for a role in a film. Tran has made roughly $200,000 for the aforementioned work, which exceeds the average household income in America.
Anyone who criticizes Rihanna's debauched and unethical behavior is attacked online by a select group of her fans insanely known as the "Rihanna navy." If Mother Teresa were still alive and offered constructive criticism regarding Rihanna's destructive behavior, such as her illegal drug use, alcoholism, nude pics, softcore porn music videos and chronic copyright theft, the "Rihanna navy" would have slammed Mother Teresa calling her a "broke bi*ch" who is "basic" and "she's just mad she can't twerk like Rihanna" and is "jealous Rihanna can have Chris Brown and he won't give her none."
Ironically, Rihanna's money, which her "Rihanna navy" fans tout, comes from criminal copyright infringement, which is a federal and international crime. To tout a thief stealing the property of others for undue financial enrichment, you may as well praise Madoff for stealing from many people including charities or Hitler for stealing the property and money of Holocaust victims. To steal the property of others is not an accomplishment, but a criminal disgrace.
At the end of the day, there's nothing wrong with being rich or poor, but there is something wrong with insulting and bullying people for not having material things and big bank accounts. If money is earned honestly, it is a blessing. If it is stolen, becomes the opposite to the thief. You reap what you sow.

Rihanna Booed Again By Her Fans This Time In Paris (Video)
Rihanna's Diamonds tour continues to be plagued with problems. Several tour stops were canceled due to alleged illness, but coincidentally reports surfaced that tickets were selling poorly, therefore said dates would have cost her money.
Rihanna was booed in Boston and received a cold reception in New York. Now it is being reported she was loudly booed in Paris, France as she went to a Chanel fashion show. Chanel, the same brand who denounced her trying to claim she is their new model/spokeswoman, running to Vogue to distance their fashion house from her. Rihanna also showed up 2-hours late for her show in Cologne, Germany, angering her fans who were left waiting, as she had gone out drinking and smoking weed. How unprofessional.

Movie Review: Across the Line: The Exodus of Charlie Wright
Title: Across the Line: The Exodus of Charlie Wright
Year Of Release: 2010
Review Date: October 31, 2011
Rating: R
Running time: 110 minutes
Box Office Gross: $227,817, 248
Site Rating: 3 out of 10 stars
Family Warning: contains violence and bad language
A ponzi schemer named Charlie Wright flees to Mexico (why didn't Madoff think of that) with billions of dollars in clients' money (Madoff didn't think of that either) to hide from the law in America, regarding his dirty financial dealings. He goes on a wild goose chase in Tijuana along the way, with the authorities following him seeking to make an arrest.
Wright is an obsessive man, who looks like an alcoholic (hey, who better to manage your money than a drunk, after all, what could go wrong). While the cast of this film was strong, this movie was too dark and sad to be enjoyable, with a resolution that doesn't exactly scream justice. I am not a fan of such films.

Florida Courts Have Gone Bankrupt Requiring An Emergency $46,000,000 Bailout Loan From Governor Rick Scott
Miami, Florida federal courthouse is a den of corruption
The Florida court system went bankrupt this month, requiring Governor Rick Scott to issue an emergency $46,000,000 loan to keep the courts open. A few years ago, I warned this would happen if the corruption in the court system continued, which I witnessed and wrote about online firsthand, regarding the Madonna and FBI cases in Florida.
I did state if the public lost faith in the integrity of the judicial system, revenues would go down, as people would stop wasting their money filing cases, choosing other non-court services to resolve disputes, due to the corrupt decisions they saw emanate from certain judges.
Revenues did go down and all they court were relying on to stay afloat is foreclosure filings by banks, which is corrupt, as some of it is due to illegal robo-signings. But when foreclosure filings began slowing down over the past several months, court revenues took a second hit it could not sustain. What a way to make money - putting people out of their homes they worked hard for over the course of many years.
Regarding the Madonna (2005) and FBI (2009) cases (Aisha v. FBI), nobody wants to see that corrupt mess coming from the courts. Have you any idea of how repugnant you look to the nation and the watching world as judges when you engage in corruption. People aren't stupid. People all over the world know what you've done. No one is impressed by that insidiousness. Do you really think people respect you for that garbage.
Rick Scott: you better pay me that money back!
Congress did not give you the authority to criminally strip people of their property and assets, to benefit stocks and other incentives you criminally accepted from defendants breaking the law, who stole from hardworking people. All of you that have done this are a disgrace. You deserved to be named and shamed.
Once again, you won the battle, but lost the war. You can't fight the internet (because now millions know and have shunned you). It will get you every time. If the courts would act with integrity, giving everyone a fair shake in accordance with the law, with certain judges refraining from taking bribes from the corporate sector, the U.S. financial crisis of 2008 would not have taken root as it did and revenues would be healthy all around.
The courts, particularly the federal section, shot down key lawsuits warning and complaining of grand scale theft and fraud from certain corporate entities, which allowed the criminal conduct to continue unimpeded, destroying the economy. Key lawsuits, in unrelated legal actions, by different people, were filed against lawbreaking banks, financial institutions, thieving entertainment companies and ponzi schemers like Bernie Madoff and R. Allen Standford (over a decade before they were arrested) for defrauding, robbing and gouging the public, but corrupt judges dismissed the cases, allowing said lawbreakers to go on and wreak worse havoc in America, costing the nation trillions of dollars.
At the end of the day, you have to accept the fact, thieves and frauds do not create and contribute to society, they only take from and destroy it. These judges and the FBI/DOJ were the nation's first line of defense against this criminality and they failed spectacularly.
