R. Allen Stanford's Guilty Conviction Brings An End To A Terrible Chapter In Banking History
R. Allen Stanford
Financial fraudster R. Allen Stanford, who was arrested and remanded into custody in 2009, over a $7 billion dollar ponzi scheme the FBI knew of for over a decade, but let continue to the detriment of the public, was found guilty on a host of criminal charges, during March 6, 2012 court proceedings.
Stanford's corrupt bank sold the domestic and international public certificates of deposit (CDs) with a high rate of return, not supported by any discernible profits. It was all a ponzi scheme to fleece the public and fund Stanford's very lavish lifestyle that included mansions around the world, wives and mistresses.
Due to the Stanford's ties to President Bush and the $5,000,000 in donations he gave Congress, the FBI, headed up by Robert S. Mueller, covered up his crimes for over a decade, which caused the damages in the case to grow to over $7 billion dollars. This represents the public's money unwittingly invested in Stanford's scam, much of which is forever lost to the ponzi scheme and his extravagant spending.
Stanford's remaining stolen, ill-gotten assets were no where near enough to even approach the amount of money the public lost, to make any type of decent financial restitution to victims (FBI has only found peanuts in missing funds).

Florida Courts Have Gone Bankrupt Requiring An Emergency $46,000,000 Bailout Loan From Governor Rick Scott
Miami, Florida federal courthouse is a den of corruption
The Florida court system went bankrupt this month, requiring Governor Rick Scott to issue an emergency $46,000,000 loan to keep the courts open. A few years ago, I warned this would happen if the corruption in the court system continued, which I witnessed and wrote about online firsthand, regarding the Madonna and FBI cases in Florida.
I did state if the public lost faith in the integrity of the judicial system, revenues would go down, as people would stop wasting their money filing cases, choosing other non-court services to resolve disputes, due to the corrupt decisions they saw emanate from certain judges.
Revenues did go down and all they court were relying on to stay afloat is foreclosure filings by banks, which is corrupt, as some of it is due to illegal robo-signings. But when foreclosure filings began slowing down over the past several months, court revenues took a second hit it could not sustain. What a way to make money - putting people out of their homes they worked hard for over the course of many years.
Regarding the Madonna (2005) and FBI (2009) cases (Aisha v. FBI), nobody wants to see that corrupt mess coming from the courts. Have you any idea of how repugnant you look to the nation and the watching world as judges when you engage in corruption. People aren't stupid. People all over the world know what you've done. No one is impressed by that insidiousness. Do you really think people respect you for that garbage.
Rick Scott: you better pay me that money back!
Congress did not give you the authority to criminally strip people of their property and assets, to benefit stocks and other incentives you criminally accepted from defendants breaking the law, who stole from hardworking people. All of you that have done this are a disgrace. You deserved to be named and shamed.
Once again, you won the battle, but lost the war. You can't fight the internet (because now millions know and have shunned you). It will get you every time. If the courts would act with integrity, giving everyone a fair shake in accordance with the law, with certain judges refraining from taking bribes from the corporate sector, the U.S. financial crisis of 2008 would not have taken root as it did and revenues would be healthy all around.
The courts, particularly the federal section, shot down key lawsuits warning and complaining of grand scale theft and fraud from certain corporate entities, which allowed the criminal conduct to continue unimpeded, destroying the economy. Key lawsuits, in unrelated legal actions, by different people, were filed against lawbreaking banks, financial institutions, thieving entertainment companies and ponzi schemers like Bernie Madoff and R. Allen Standford (over a decade before they were arrested) for defrauding, robbing and gouging the public, but corrupt judges dismissed the cases, allowing said lawbreakers to go on and wreak worse havoc in America, costing the nation trillions of dollars.
At the end of the day, you have to accept the fact, thieves and frauds do not create and contribute to society, they only take from and destroy it. These judges and the FBI/DOJ were the nation's first line of defense against this criminality and they failed spectacularly.

Supreme Court Throws Out Walmart Sex Bias Lawsuit
As the Judiciary Report expected, the U.S. Supreme Court, has thrown out a sexual discrimination lawsuit against retailer Walmart, brought by its female employees, who are struggling to make the same promotions and pay as male counterparts.
As published here three months ago (Walmart Sex Discrimination Lawsuit At Unsympathetic Supreme Court), the Judiciary Report did not like Justice Scalia’s sarcastic and unsympathetic comments about the case, leading the site to believe, he was going to spearhead the charge to shoot down the legal petition.
This week it was announced, the lawsuit has been thrown out. Scalia is once again, defying the purpose of having checks and balances in a nation, when he sways court cases among the justices and even installed a president, as he did with Bush in 2000 (look it up, he is credited with pushing the other members of the court to rule the presidency belonged to Bush, not Gore).
Once again, the Judiciary Report’s statements regarding the Supreme Court and Federal Courts, routinely siding against everyday people, many of whom have been terribly victimized, in favor of large corporations, has been proven correct.
It’s a pity, because if the Supreme Court and Federal Courts as a whole, had shown some integrity and backbone over the past few years, the 2008 financial crisis would not have unfolded as it did, having been halted in the court system. Instead, what the nation and the world saw, was the aforementioned courts waving through outrageous and egregious conduct by wealthy criminals robbing and defrauding the public.
There is well-documented evidence illustrating that a number of credible cases went through the courts, alleging serious financial misconduct by Wall Street corporations and ponzi schemers, such as Madoff and Stanford, but were corruptly thrown out, in favor of rich criminals that lined their bank accounts, at the expense of the middle class and lower income people.
However, they did this to their own detriment, because when financial calamity strikes a nation, the court system inevitably suffers as well, due to loss revenues and after a while, diminished importance, lighter case loads and layoffs. When people lose faith in the court system, they also turn to alternative legal services to arbitrate their grievances.

Movie Review: The Social Network
Title: The Social Network
Year Of Release: 2010
Review Date: February 28, 2011
Rating: PG-13
Running Time: 110 minutes
Box Office Gross: $261,924,837
Site Rating: 5 out of 10 stars
Note: this review contains spoiler alerts. Warning: This film contains sexual situations, semi-nudity, lesbian scene, bad language and gambling.
"The Social Network" is the story of the Facebook website and how Mark Zuckerberg stole it from four people. The Oscar winning film, traces the site back to its roots in American universities. The idea began with an attempt to capitalize on university "facebooks" which are college websites containing the photos of students.
Zuckerberg hacked several prominent universities' sites, while he was a student at Harvard, in order to create a mean composite of the copyrighted data, know as "Facemash" which cruelly compared women to animals. The site was full of insults that offended many. So much so, Zuckerberg got into trouble at Harvard for this misconduct, but nothing substantial came of it.
Wealthy paternal twins, Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss and their friend, Divya Narendra, read about Zuckerberg's computer abilities, which were exaggerated, as the basis for his coding and scripting work, came from his roommate, Brazilian, Eduardo Saverin.
The Winklevoss' and Narendra, met with Zuckerberg and pitched an idea to him of creating a website called "Harvard Connect" to contain photos, bios, blurbs and basic biographical data of university students. They all communicated by email, which later sunk Zuckerberg in legal proceedings, as it revealed a criminal line of intellectual property theft.
Zuckerberg agreed to design a site based on their idea and concept, also known as a webmaster. However, Zuckerberg later gave them the run around, stole their site idea and concept and used Saverin's computer code to create it.
Mark Zuckerberg and Priscilla Chan
According to the film, Zuckerberg, who asked Saverin to borrow his mathematical code, did not tell him that he had stolen the idea and concept for the website. Zuckerberg had indeed stole Vinklevoss' and Narendra's site, changed the name to "Harvard Connect" and renamed it "TheFacebook."
It wasn't long before Zuckerberg stabbed Saverin in the back as well, cutting him out of Facebook, a site that is based on his algorithm and would not have been able to go online without him or his $28,000 investment.
Eventually, Saverin, Zuckerberg's only friend, sued him over this criminal betrayal, as did the Winklevoss' and Narendra. They all settled, but the Winklevoss' and Narendra, sued Zuckerberg again, for lying about profits.
Another thief and destroyer of other people's wealth, Napster's racketeering founder, the mentally unstable, Shawn Parker, also makes an appearance in this film, played by Justin Timberlake.
In a fair and just judicial system, the Winklevoss' and Narendra would be the major shareholders and CEOs of Facebook and Zuckerberg the webmaster on staff, head of the IT department. However, the justice system is too corrupt and full of bribery to right said wrong and to the government's embarrassment.
"The Social Network" made Zuckerberg look very crazy, mentally ill, weird, detached, devious and arrogant. Make no mistake, this film shows him as a complete and total villain, who has serious mental problems.
Zuckerberg is a criminal. There's no way around it. While watching this film, even my mother, who is usually sympathetic to people stated, "He should be in jail." And she is right. Not only did Zuckerberg brazenly steal other people's place in world history, he robbed them of their money as well.
He committed a laundry list of crimes, such as hacking, copyright infringement, criminal copyright infringement, invasion of privacy, the illegal distribution of digitized images and willful violations of the RICO statutes. That is conduct worthy of at least 30 years in prison.
President Obama (center) Mark Zuckerberg (right)
There is nothing legal about what Zuckerberg did and yet he is free, which says a lot about the government. Zuckerberg even met with fellow Harvard graduate, the President of the United States recently, which says a lot about Obama's attitude on corporate governance and crime.
Even the Harvard dean in the film, Larry Summers, was arrogantly and corruptly dismissive of the criminal conduct, which says a lot, as he was a high ranking U.S. government official (must be something in the water in Washington).
One cannot hold this madness up as the new business model or attempt to shine a light on it as an example of how to do business. The proof is in the pudding, as all this stealing that has been going on in the corporate sector, has all but destroyed the U.S. economy. Millions of people are suffering because of this corrupt business model and America is poorer than ever, due to this illegal redistribution of wealth. That is not success. It is not genuine. It is criminal.
Zuckerberg has the mentality of some in the corporate sector, such as Bernie Madoff, R. Allen Stanford and a number of thieving Hollywood stars and studios, such as Warner Bros., Sony, Madonna, Simon Cowell, Simon Fuller, Jay-Z, Beyonce, Rihanna, Nicolas Cage and Will Smith, to name a few, who believe they are to criminally steal their way into a lavish lifestyle, fame and glory.
They live by the credo of stealing and stepping on others, believing it will make them rich and famous, with no consequences. Never mind it hurts people and nations. It destroys them as well. A nation cannot function in this manner, as it is only a short matter of time before it will implode.
Months ago, on December 8, 2010, the Judiciary Report warned America is heading towards revolts, protests and uprisings and this was before the recent turmoil in nations such as Egypt, Bahrain and Libya this year (December 8, 2010: Ben Bernake Didn't See The Financial Crisis Coming).
America is currently on an unsustainable path, which will lead to mass poverty and complete financial ruin. This is due to the corrupt policies in Washington, allowing the corporate sector to commit any egregious financial and social crime they feel like, with impunity, to the detriment of the nation. This needs to stop. People are not going to continue tolerating it and the government is headed for an unprecedented disaster.Saturday, January 1, 2011
Are You Raising A Madoff Or Stanford
Ponzi schemer Bernard Madoff, his brother Peter Madoff and sons Andrew and Mark in 1995
As the New Year begins, after a tumultuous 24 months of ponzi schemers and fraudsters being exposed, with more to come, businesspeople need to take stock and a long look at what has happened to the economy. Ask yourselves, are you raising the next fraudsters. When you teach your kids to be ruthless, heartless and greedy, putting self before all else, what kind of example are you giving them and will it bring them down in the future.
Ponzi schemer R. Allen Stanford
Most families do not start out that way, but wrong turns are made and kids go on to do the unthinkable, damaging many in the process. In an age of greed, it is an easy message to foster, but not the right one. Teach your children the value of hard work, respect, human decency and integrity. Teach them to respect others property and their own and what it takes to lawfully acquire it.

FBI Gets Defensive Over Joran Van Der Sloot Case
The FBI is throwing a hissy fit over people blaming them for Joran Van Der Sloot's murder of 21-year-old, Stephany Flores, in Peru. So much so, they've sent an emissary to slam said claims on a website. They have disavowed all liability in the case.
But let's look at the evidence, shall we. The FBI set up a sting and gave a stone cold murderer, Van Der Sloot, $25,000, with which he flew to Peru to go gambling. He met Flores at a gambling junket, drugged, brutally beat, suffocated, then raped her, after life had left her body. The FBI entrapped Van Der Sloot in the aforementioned sting, but didn't close the cage door, allowing a man, behaving like a dangerous animal to escape with five figures.
The Failure Brigade, er, I mean, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, claims they are not psychic and could not have foreseen this deadly trouble, but once again, let's look at the evidence shall we. One does not need to see the future, when one uses common sense.
For example, the FBI was warned about 9/11 in advance, but blocked their own agent, Harry Sammit, from investigating a man, Zacharias Mousawi, who knew of the plot. They also stonewalled an FBI informant that infiltrated a Miami mosque, Elie Assaad, who wanted to investigate a suspicious man he'd met, Mohamed Atta, who later went on to be one of the 9/11 terrorist hijackers.
They also knew about the London terrorist bombings in advance, as well as the U.S. financial crisis, having been aware of the criminal conduct of Bernard Madoff and R. Allen Stanford, among others, years in advance and receiving warnings from their own employees that FBI HQ ignored.
As the evidence illustrates, the FBI consistently receives clear warnings of trouble in advance, but often ignores them, in favor of their own, poorly thought out folly, deeming deaths of civilians collateral damage. The FBI is a publicity seeking agency with severe corruption issues and therein lies the problem.

FBI Knew McGuire Took Steroids But Hid Truth From The Public
Mark McGuire has now done the right thing by telling the truth
The corrupt FBI knew Mark McGuire was taking steroids, which is unlawful, but hid what they discovered. By law, McGuire should have been prosecuted, but once again, the FBI illustrated to the nation and the world, there is a corrupt, appalling double standard, a two tiered justice system that exempts the rich and famous from legal accountability.
It's the same double standard that allowed criminals such as Bernard Madoff and R. Allen Stanford, among others, to flourish whilst engaging in serious criminal wrong doing defrauding others. The only problem with doing that is it can wreck economies. No one respects such deceit, hypocrisy and treachery. The FBI needs to be shutdown.
FBI knew of McGwire's steroid use
Updated: January 11, 2010, 10:17 PM ET - Greg Stejskal didn't need Mark McGwire coming clean Monday about his nearly decade-long steroid usage to know the real story. Stejskal, a retired FBI agent, uncovered the details of McGwire's doping regimen from informants almost two decades ago and, in retrospect, Big Mac is fortunate he wasn't nabbed back then in the federal investigation.
Stejskal, who helped lead the first major federal investigation into illegal steroid distribution called Operation Equine, confirmed that McGwire and his then-Oakland A's teammate, Jose Canseco, were among those identified as steroid users during the probe. The investigation ran from 1989-1993 and led to more than 70 steroid-related convictions, though authorities targeted only suppliers and not users like pumped-up ballplayers.
Federal authorities never considered bringing charges against McGwire, though Stejskal laments that nabbing a big-name athlete might have brought earlier focus to the issue of illegal steroids...

Congress Barks At SEC And FBI Over Economy
The U.S. Congress barked at the FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation) and the SEC (Securities Exchange Commission) in a hearing yesterday, regarding the snail pace of their investigations and gross lack of prosecutions, for the financial crimes plaguing America.
I for one am not amused at the rate in which the government is addressing the fraud in Wall Street and Corporate America as a whole. Business people such as myself and also investors, who have been damaged by the white collar crime permeating the business sector, defrauding us out of very valuable assets and money, at the hands of thieves, have a right to be angry, as it is our livelihood and finances going up in smoke, due to government failures and treachery from agencies such as the FBI.
At the heart of the problem in the FBI and SEC's corrupt belief that certain criminals are too connected to be arrested and it is massively hampering any financial recovery America could make domestically and in the world. As such, the whole nation is paying for the crimes of politically and socially connected thieves.
Had Bernard Madoff's family not turned him in to spare themselves, due to investors circling him, suspecting their money was gone, he'd still be running the ponzi scheme today, as it was publicly proven after the scandal hit at the end of last year, the FBI and SEC knew of his misconduct a decade ago and let it continue, due to Madoff's connections and him being too rich to be brought down. Never mind he wasn't really rich, as he was stealing thousands of people's assets and money. This same treachery repeated itself in the R. Allen Stanford ponzi scheme. Stanford is connected to George W. Bush, as was Enron.
The FBI and SEC can testify in Congress two million times regarding what they plan to do, but until the public sees any real action, it will be filed under "hypocrisy" and "talk is cheap." The nation's name in the financial world is severely damaged, yet the two agencies responsible for addressing the matter are ineffective, incompetent, corrupt and simply do not care. They, in tandem with former President George W. Bush, are why the crisis happened and due to the standing policies he left behind, will happen again.
Lawmakers Pursue Financial Crisis Prosecutions
December 9, 2009, 7:39 pm - Members of the Senate Judiciary Committee questioned three of Wall Street’s top cops on Wednesday, including Robert Khuzami, the enforcement director of the Securities and Exchange Commission, in an effort to examine why they had not done more to prosecute individuals and securities firms that may have played a part in creating the financial crisis.
Several senators said they were frustrated by the lack of prosecutions of high-level officials, bankers and corporate board members, who they believe acted improperly during the crisis.
Mr. Khuzami, along with Lanny Breuer, the assistant attorney general of the criminal division at the Justice Department, and Kevin Perkins, the F.B.I.’s assistant director in charge of its criminal investigative division, told lawmakers that they had stepped up their enforcement efforts amid the fallout from the crisis and pleaded for more time in establishing cases against individuals and corporations that may have acted improperly during the crisis.
“Why aren’t we seeing more board room prosecutions?” Senator Ted Kaufman, the Democrat from Delaware, who headed the hearing, asked the three men.
“Senator these are complicated cases — don’t for a moment think that they are not being pursued and investigated,” Mr. Breuer responded. “The folks that perpetrated these crimes took a long time in hatching and developing — and bringing the cases will take a long time, but they will be brought.” ...
Mr. Perkins from the F.B.I. said a new interagency financial fraud enforcement task force created last month would help in speeding up the process and could lead to more prosecutions down the road.
“We have a good bit of liaison already between the groups,” Mr. Perkins said, but the task force “will force us to come together, share that information and employ that sense of urgency” when it comes to issues of financial fraud...

SEC's Khuzami: Enforcement Unit Undergoing 'Self-Assessment'
* DECEMBER 9, 2009, 2:00 P.M. ET - WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)--The Securities and Exchange Commission Enforcement Division, embarrassed by its failure to spot the multibillion dollar Ponzi scheme perpetrated by Bernard L. Madoff, is undergoing a "top-to-bottom" self-assessment, the division's director is expected to testify Wednesday.
Robert S. Khuzami, in prepared remarks before the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee, outlined a number of steps the agency is taking to reorganize itself...
The Justice Department currently has mortgage fraud charges against roughly 500 defendants and the FBI is working on 2,700 additional cases, U.S. Assistant Attorney General Lanny A. Breuer is to testify.
Meanwhile, the FBI has more than 2,100 pending Corporate and Securities Fraud investigations across the country, Assistant Director for the FBI's Criminal Investigation Division Kevin L. Perkins plans to say.
Since the fall of 2007, "the FBI has effectively combated significant frauds on various fronts," Perkins plans to argue...

Stanford Caught A Beatdown In Prison
$7 billion dollar ponzi schemer, R. Allen Stanford, caught a beatdown in prison, when he got into a fight with another inmate. Smooth.
R. Allen Stanford
He was taken to the hospital for a second time since his incarceration and remains there, as doctors wish to give him an MRI. Good times (Ok, no).

R. Allen Stanford Hospitalized
R. Allen Stanford
It seems the news that his chief financial officer, James M. Davis, flipped and took a plea deal from the government, was too much for fraudulent financier R. Allen Stanford to take and he was hospitalized with an irregular heartbeat and elevated pulse.
I'm sure some of his fleeced investors developed an irregular heartbeat and elevated pulse as well, when they learned he stole their life savings, squandering it on living lavishly.
Accused financier Stanford hospitalized
HOUSTON — Texas financier R. Allen Stanford, jailed on charges of bilking investors out of $7 billion, was hospitalized Thursday with an irregular heartbeat and high pulse, just hours before his ex-finance chief became the first person to plead guilty in the case.
Stanford was set to appear in a Houston federal courtroom for a hearing on whether he can get a new attorney. His current lawyer, Dick DeGuerin, has asked for permission to quit the case because he doesn't have assurances he will be paid. DeGuerin said he didn't know what Stanford's medical condition was.
In the same courtroom, Stanford's former chief financial officer, James M. Davis, pleaded guilty Thursday to three counts: conspiracy to commit mail, wire and securities fraud; mail fraud; and conspiracy to obstruct a Securities and Exchange Commission investigation.
"I did wrong. I'm sorry. I apologize. I take responsibility for my actions," Davis, 60, said as he left the federal courthouse after his hearing.
Davis' attorney David Finn said his client has been cooperating with prosecutors for the last six months and the guilty plea is part of a deal with the Justice Department in exchange for a possible reduced sentence.
Davis faces up to 30 years in prison when he is sentenced. While a sentencing date of Nov. 20 was set, Finn said he believes that will be delayed.
As part of his plea agreement, Davis was also ordered to forfeit $1 billion in proceeds he made from his illegal actions...

Open Defiance
FBI Director Robert Mueller
FBI Director Mueller was recently, aggressively questioned in Congress, regarding indiscriminately spying on mosques throughout America. He claimed he does not instruct FBI agents to spy on places, but people, which is an outright lie.
The FBI routinely spies on and investigates businesses, organizations and associations all the time, staking out their properties as well. Often, one case leads to another and so on.
What was rather stunning about the congressional hearing last week is his arrogant attitude, which constituted open defiance. He basically told Congress he is "going to continue" doing what he wants at the FBI.
Congress told him one thing and he sat there, openly defiant, insisting that he shall do another. The D.O.J. tells him one thing and openly defiant, he continues to do another.
It is clear he believes in his sick, twisted, racist mind that he is the President of the United States, when he is not. In fact, he is one of the, if not the, worst thing that has ever happened to this country, as the nation and world shall soon find out.
His hatred of blacks,
Amazingly, he often closes his speeches with the words "God bless." However, what does God have to do with a man that has caused so much damage to the cause of Christ, with his openly corrupt, cruel, caustic and contemptible deeds that has harmed many. A man that indulged in financial misappropriation regarding taxpayer money , bribery and severe criminal negligence that resulted in the deaths of many.
What was the sense of corruptly looking the other way to the known criminal conduct of the Madoffs, Stanfords and Madonnas, criminally stealing billions in other people's assets and devaluing them with their incompetence, only for the U.S. economy to collapse, fall into the ground, in an unprecedented manner, because you allowed criminals to continue breaking the law for years.
Mueller patronizing Congress
The worst part is, you don't have the money to restore all that has been criminally lost. Compared to the aforementioned assets that have been devalued, you are as broke as a joke and with so little class and integrity, you constantly misused a $20 million taxpayer bought private jet, meant for anti-terrorism emergencies, so you could fly around in luxury and style to deliver social speeches.
I was told by an informed source, you acted out of misplaced nationalism, believing covering these terrible financial crimes, would help and protect America's name in the world.
Let me ask you a question, did you not think ahead to the time when the financial schemes and shams would fall apart, rendering the fraud bare. Did it not cross your crooked mind that billions of dollars in people's assets,
You have to be insane to act as you did, in thinking it brings prestige to America, to cover the crimes of rich and famous people, whilst the U.S. economy pancaked in ruins, due to the fraud.
There are citizens of countries all over the world that misbehave all the time. This is nothing new. The key is for government to nip the corruption in the bud, minimizing the damage. However, when a nation's main law enforcement agency is seen deliberately looking the other way to serious financial crimes, it destroys consumer confidence domestically and around the globe...and that is what you have done at the FBI.
People all over the world know there are criminals in their countries, as no nation is perfect. However, when they see individuals in government, such as yourself assisting them, via looking the other way, then they write said government off as well
What you did is the equivalent of watching a small front yard fire envelope an entire house, when you could have extinguished it with minimal damage done.
Another question I'd like to ask is, when you give corrupt, illegal instructions to FBI agents, does it cross your depraved mind that these agents could get into very serious legal trouble, requiring them to hire defense attorneys to fight off criminal charges, imprisonment and massive asset forfeitures. Then again, some of these agents can't tell right from wrong anymore under your leadership, increasing their chances of imprisonment.
