They are facing multiple lawsuits from various people who donated millions to Madonna’s Kabbalah Center, as well as other members of the public, who were duped and strong-armed out of their fortunes by the greedy sect. A few days ago, Jena Scaccetti, a former student of the Kabbalah Center in Los Angeles that Madonna goes to, sued the pop singer’s married rabbi Yehuda Berg, for drugging and trying to sexually assault her. AFP - The founder of the Los Angeles-based Kabbalah Centre, whose celebrity devotees include Madonna and Demi Moore, has died aged 86, the center announced. Rabbi Philip Berg -- known as Rav to his followers -- had been ill since suffering a stroke in 2004, the Los Angeles Times reported.

The music industry is always trying to falsify something, to create hype for their artists, in attempting to make them look far more successful than they really are in real life. There's payola, where disc jockeys and radio stations are unlawfully paid money to play artists records more, as each time the song airs, it contributes to the single's chart position on Billboard.

There are payments issued to stations that specialize in music videos and pop culture, as inducements to play video clips and conduct interviews with artists to promote their albums. There's the Soundscan scam artists like Jay-Z employed via bribing select retailers to run each unit of their CDs through the register multiple times to inflate sales.

The latest scandal broke yesterday, regarding artists and their record labels employing hackers to artificially inflate the number of You Tube views they receive, which is used as a gauge for popularity. You ever wonder why some of the crappiest videos on You Tube have an enormous view count - well wonder no more. You Tube has come down on Universal and Sony for this practice of using hackers to fraudulently inflate their artists view count.

The sad part about this fraudulent conduct at radio, retail, television and online is it has so tainted the record books. The music charts and Guinness World Book of Records has become so tainted and inaccurate because of certain artists greed for glory and fame that is undeserved.

At the end of the day, I cannot understand how anyone could do any of the aforementioned deeds and feel any pride about said false achievements. It's all hype and fraud. Their careers are lies. After using smoke a mirrors to cheat her way into an unearned number one on the Billboard charts several days ago, via giving away copies of her new failed CD entitled MDNA, thieving Madonna's album took a massive, history making nose dive down the charts, with an unprecedented 87% sales decline during its second week of release. That's what she gets for cheating.

The units of MDNA given away during the first week of release technically do not count, as they were not purchased, but given away with concert tickets that were done at the same time and whose numbers were illegally inflated as well to save face. The album also bombed in Britain with her worst sales to date and two flopped singles from MDNA.

When one has to rig sales, employ buying teams and give away albums, going to such extremes to fake having a entertainment career, it's time to call it a day. As the phrase goes, stick a fork in her she's done. Thanks to all that participated in the boycott.

Never one to do anything honestly, Madonna gave away copies of her new CD "MDNA" in order to get the number one spot on Billboard's album charts last week, which should not have counted. She knew people have not been buying her products and the first two singles from "MDNA" were publicly pronounced the biggest flops of her career. Her music is being wholly rejected by the public, hence the terrible sales.

In a desperate attempt to save face, Madonna gave away the "MDNA" album to those that allegedly bought tickets to her upcoming concert tour, which is also flopping, forcing cancellations, due to lack of interest. What a farce! The problem is concert ticket sales can be faked as well, in fraudulent conduct she has been caught red-handed doing for several tours.

Furthermore, many concert tickets are given away as promotional items. What she has done is discredit the Billboard charts, casting aspersions on its accuracy. She has also tainted the history books, as she did not earn or deserve the number one spot.

Madonna's pathetic conduct also created a disgraceful historic record - the biggest second week sales drop in Billboard history. The bulk of the concern tickets were put through in one week to coincide with the release of the "MDNA" CD that was given away. She now has to live with the dubious distinction. That's what she gets for being such a cheat and a fraud.

This means any idiot could give away millions of copies of a CD and proclaim themselves the best selling artist of all time without having sold a single album. I ask, is that right, fair or accurate in any measure. No, it's a scam.

It is not fair to other artists, who are actually popular and sell albums that such a scam took place, depriving them of the top slots, over a criminal copyright infringing CD, "MDNA" packed with other entertainers' music Madonna unlawfully stole and butchered. There should be a rule against such conduct on the charts and on CDs. The woman is a complete fake.

However, I was told by a very credible source it is burning her to know how few CDs she actually sold (in the five digits), as Madonna and Interscope know the real numbers and much like her, it is not pretty (LOL). She is very upset about it.

It didn't cost very much to pull off the scam. They pressed up about $30,000 in CDs, most of which are sitting in a warehouse. The big costs came courtesy of the promotional campaign for "MDNA" via buying advertising and bribing journalists and bloggers to write glowing reviews.

Ironically, some of the people that were paid to promote the CD online, could not stomach even listening to it and slammed it to people offline. Well, you could put the free "MDNA" CD to good use by using it to prop up any wobbly desks in your office.

She is so over. When you go to such extremes to fake sales, you should not be allowed to call yourself a star. Nothing about her is real. She steals other people's copyrighted work she tries to pass off as her own, she fakes her concert and music sales, she pays her young boyfriends and girlfriends for sex and dates and she's had enough plastic surgery for 50 people (yet manages to look older than her age). Can you say fail.

Stanford's corrupt bank sold the domestic and international public certificates of deposit (CDs) with a high rate of return, not supported by any discernible profits. It was all a ponzi scheme to fleece the public and fund Stanford's very lavish lifestyle that included mansions around the world, wives and mistresses.

Due to the Stanford's ties to President Bush and the $5,000,000 in donations he gave Congress, the FBI, headed up by Robert S. Mueller, covered up his crimes for over a decade, which caused the damages in the case to grow to over $7 billion dollars. This represents the public's money unwittingly invested in Stanford's scam, much of which is forever lost to the ponzi scheme and his extravagant spending.

Stanford's remaining stolen, ill-gotten assets were no where near enough to even approach the amount of money the public lost, to make any type of decent financial restitution to victims (FBI has only found peanuts in missing funds).

One would think he would be sad and dejected after he and his wife, actress Demi Moore, 49, announced this week that they are divorcing, but apparently not. Kutcher never seemed happier.

So desperate to keep the thoughtless young man with a wandering eye, Moore unwisely agreed to an open marriage of sexual threesomes with young women but then Kutcher started bringing women home and leaving Moore out, which she found humiliating.

According to the public, who have voiced their opinions online, Moore tried to take Kutcher's youth from him. He's the Hollywood type and was not ready for something like that, after being pampered and spoiled by a hedonistic industry that made him and others feel entitled and devoid of responsibility.

This "oh look at me, I'm almost 50, with three kids and a young husband all because of Kabbalah" was all a lie. Moore didn't bother to tell prospective Kabbalah members that she was degrading and humiliating herself by allowing Kutcher to sleep with a host of young women, then he cut her out of the picture altogether, he was getting touchy feely with one of her young daughters, she has spent over $250,000 on plastic surgery, frantically exercises everyday and doesn't eat most of the time.

The mortgage crisis in America has become worse than when the problem first exploded in 2008. Banks are forging ahead with what amounts to the repossession of America, with some foreclosures initiated under fraudulent circumstances. Stock prices and revenues have become more important than seeking the truth. Sadly, many people will be turned out of their homes, due to the mess the government let transpire.

A few years ago, many Americans were deceptively drawn in by the refinance craze, advertised day and night on television, radio, in the newspapers and on the internet. The deceitfully worded ads flooded airwaves and print, promising to improve Americans' financial problems, by giving mortgage holders a better interest rate. They even promised to put a little money in homeowners' pockets to pay off bills, such as credit card balances and car notes, whilst consolidating all debts under one home loans at a low price.

These claims turned out to be a pack of lies for millions of unsuspecting people, as interest rates shot up and mortgages ballooned, breaking their budgets, as their month payments reached an untenable dollar amount. Americans were expected to mysteriously find the money from somewhere, to meet the monthly mortgage extortion sum and when they couldn't, foreclosure proceedings were instituted.

Many attempting to save their homes have been met with terrible mortgage scams, such as signing over one's deed, allegedly on a temporary basis, to allow a third party with good credit and great income to obtain a low interest rate loan. Then, they would allegedly surrender the property back to the owner, for a small fee, with a new, lower mortgage payment. Only for homeowners to find out their properties were sold out from under them, when they "temporarily" turned over the deed to a third party.

Others sought lawyers and refinance firms, promising to fix their financial woes, for a monthly fee, only to place them in greater debt with no tangible results. Congress failed the American people in a terrible way, as some members of the legislature, were in bed with the banks, receiving favorable loans with rock bottom interest rates (very low payments), to secure their votes in the House and Senate.

Thus, the corrupt financial practices were waived through by unscrupulous members of Congress, some of whom seem like they've been in there forever and were there when the Declaration of Independence was signed. If you can remember when you used to ride to Congress on your horse, it's time for you to retire, as you are clearly apart of the problem, having failed to remedy the nation's problems.
