Stephany Flores Parents Fault The FBI In Her Death

The parents of Stephany Flores, the 21-year-old woman that was murdered by serial killer, Joran Van Der Sloot, blame the FBI's poor handling of the case and their unwillingness to arrest him, as the reason for her death.

They cited the Peruvian government's swift action in the case after her murder, which included detaining and interrogating Van Der Sloot, effectively obtaining a confession, as proof the FBI could have done so as well, the minute the suspect accepted the extortion money.

The FBI's case was cut and dry and considering Van Der Sloot's muddy past that severely compromised his name, after a video tape surfaced revealing him bragging about Natalee Holloway's death, the legal risk to the agency was next to none. Under international law, they could have had him arrested within hours, but decided to let the case languish, as they have done with so many others, costing people their lives or health.

The attorney of murderer, Joran Van Der Sloot, has quit as his legal representation, due to the fact he confessed to killing, 21-year-old, Stephany Flores and has agreed to tell authorities, where he buried 18-year-old, Natalee Holloway, after sexually assaulting and killing the young women in separate incidents.

It's ironic that Van Der Sloot is complaining of the Peru prison system, stating he will most likely be sexually assaulted and killed, when that is exactly what he has done to innocent women that did him no harm.

Van Der Sloot needs to seek treatment and God's forgiveness, because as it stands, he is a danger to the public. People need to stop, think and restrain themselves, before they commit such crimes that devastates families.

The FBI is throwing a hissy fit over people blaming them for Joran Van Der Sloot's murder of 21-year-old, Stephany Flores, in Peru. So much so, they've sent an emissary to slam said claims on a website. They have disavowed all liability in the case.

But let's look at the evidence, shall we. The FBI set up a sting and gave a stone cold murderer, Van Der Sloot, $25,000, with which he flew to Peru to go gambling. He met Flores at a gambling junket, drugged, brutally beat, suffocated, then raped her, after life had left her body. The FBI entrapped Van Der Sloot in the aforementioned sting, but didn't close the cage door, allowing a man, behaving like a dangerous animal to escape with five figures.

The Failure Brigade, er, I mean, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, claims they are not psychic and could not have foreseen this deadly trouble, but once again, let's look at the evidence shall we. One does not need to see the future, when one uses common sense.

For example, the FBI was warned about 9/11 in advance, but blocked their own agent, Harry Sammit, from investigating a man, Zacharias Mousawi, who knew of the plot. They also stonewalled an FBI informant that infiltrated a Miami mosque, Elie Assaad, who wanted to investigate a suspicious man he'd met, Mohamed Atta, who later went on to be one of the 9/11 terrorist hijackers.

They also knew about the London terrorist bombings in advance, as well as the U.S. financial crisis, having been aware of the criminal conduct of Bernard Madoff and R. Allen Stanford, among others, years in advance and receiving warnings from their own employees that FBI HQ ignored.

As the evidence illustrates, the FBI consistently receives clear warnings of trouble in advance, but often ignores them, in favor of their own, poorly thought out folly, deeming deaths of civilians collateral damage. The FBI is a publicity seeking agency with severe corruption issues and therein lies the problem.

Though the FBI stated they did not provide $25,000 in extortion funds to murderer, Joran Van Der Sloot, who took the money and used it to travel to Peru and kill 21-year-old, Stephany Flores, the above posted video and a number of other credible sources, have gone on record stating they did indeed furnish him with the funds he used to make that deadly trip.

Many outlets insist, the FBI could have acted within their authority and arrested Van Der Sloot after he accepted the extortion funds, but in not doing so, another innocent woman was murdered and two others have gone missing in the same vicinity.

In a very disappointing move, Yale University, in the state of Connecticut, located in the North Eastern part of the United States, is in unlawful possession of items from the nation of Peru's famed Machu Picchu site and is refusing to give back the priceless pieces. The government of Peru sued and Yale has requested the judge dismiss the lawsuit.

Yale is citing the three year statute of limitations that exists under U.S. law, as an excuse to steal Peru's national artifacts. However, the University is acting in violation of Peruvian law and U.N. law. Therefore, this is in effect stealing, not to mention raping another nation of its heritage and culture. Not a good look domestically or worldwide.

Monday, January 11, 2010 - Added 1h ago - NEW HAVEN, Connecticut — Yale University asked a court to dismiss a lawsuit by Peru seeking the return of thousands of artifacts from the famed Machu Picchu site, saying the claims were filed years too late.

Peru rejects the argument, saying Yale never owned the Incan artifacts that were taken from the South American nation nearly a century ago.

Yale filed court papers Friday arguing that the Peru’s lawsuit, filed in December 2008, should be dismissed because of a three-year statute of limitations under Connecticut law. Peru argues that under its own law, its claims are not subject to a statute of limitations.

The artifacts were gathered by a Yale scholar, Hiram Bingham III, between 1911 and 1915. Yale says it returned dozens of boxes of artifacts in 1921 and that Peru knew it would retain other artifacts.

"In the twenty-first century, long after everyone with any personal memory of the expeditions had died, Peru claimed that Yale had not returned enough of the artifacts," Yale’s attorneys wrote.

But Peru says objects of "immense cultural and historical importance" were never returned and says the trove included human remains, objects in bronze and gold, utensils, ceramics and art objects. Yale describes the artifacts as "primarily fragments of ceramic, metal and bone."...
