The Two Women That Submitted Letters In Support Of Rapist Brock Turner Rescind Their Statements In Stanford Case

Brock Turner

Kelly Owens and Leslie Rasmussen sent character letters of support to court in favor of brutal rapist, Brock Turner, who was given a lenient 6-months in jail, rather than 6-years, causing public outrage in America. Rasmussen callously stated turner "is not a monster" and "there is absolutely no way Brock went out that night with rape on his mind."

Beware of what you defend in life, as it could become a very poor reflection on you that destroys your name. People will define you buy it. Defending the indefensible never looks good on anyone. No one should be asking you to make excuses for the inexcusable. I don't care how much you are friends with someone or if you are a relative. Don't defend wrongdoing. People have to take responsibility for their actions.

To put the cruelty and severity of Turner's crimes in perspective, he raped and had sex with a woman who was unconscious, after dragging her behind a dumpster. Turner penetrated her with his fingers and penis. The medical examiner revealed the rape victim had terrible internal vaginal bruising from Turner's fingers. Medical staff also found pine needles and debris from the dumpster inside the victim's vagina. The victim also had scratches, scrapes and bruises on her body. Her head and skin were rubbing against the ground causing damage as Turner raped her. The victim's hair was full of pine needles, which left scratches all over the back of her neck.

'I made a mistake': Two women apologize for letters supporting Stanford rapist Brock Turner

Two women who penned letters defending former Stanford University swimmer Brock Turner in court have rescinded their support, saying they didn’t realize the severity of his actions. Kelly Owens, a high school guidance counselor in Ohio, and Leslie Rasmussen, a friend of Turner’s, issued apologies Wednesday for making statements that they said have caused outrage.

Rasmussen, a member of the band Good English, said she was one of at least 39 people who submitted character statements to Santa Clara County Superior Court Judge Aaron Persky in support of Turner, who was convicted in March of sexually assaulting an unconscious woman behind a dumpster on campus.

“I had no right to make any assumptions about the situation,” she wrote on Facebook. “Most importantly, I did not acknowledge strongly enough the severity of Brock’s crime and the suffering and pain that his victim endured, and for that lack of acknowledgement, I am deeply sorry.”In her letter, Rasmussen said Turner was not “a monster,” writing that “there is absolutely no way Brock went out that night with rape on his mind.”

Rasmussen said she understood the outrage over her statement and Turner’s sentencing. “I can only say that I am committed to learning from this mistake,” she said. “I am 20 years old, and it has never been more clear to me that I still have much to learn.” In her letter to Persky, Owens described Turner as “truly an exceptional person/student,” who was “never boastful or arrogant,” but rather a favorite among his teachers and peers. Owens, who works at Oakwood High School in Ohio, said the verdict broke her heart, saying that Turner was “absolutely undeserving of the outcome.” ...

Michael Jackson's Mother Accused Of Homophobic Slur Calling Him A 'Damn Fa***t' Over Molestation Claims In Letters Seized In A Civil Case

Katherine Jackson and Michael Jackson

An article on the New York Post website, written by longtime Jackson Family friend, Stacy Brown, described letters allegedly written by Katherine Jackson to her son, the late singer, Michael Jackson where she repeatedly refers to him by a homophobic slur. The letters from an angry Katherine Jackson refer to Michael Jackson as a "damn fa***t" issuing payoffs to the families of little boys he is accused of molesting.

The Jacksons lost a civil court case brought by a promoter and as apart of the judgment they seized a storage locker containing the family's possessions, such as gold records, costumes and other memorabilia. In the unit were also the letters in question. Katherine Jackson is said to have stated to son Jermaine Jackson, "They got all of our things. They got the letters, too and those canceled checks."

Katherine Jackson is also accused of making a racial comment about Jewish people, after complaining her son is surrounded by "little white boys." She is accused of stating, "Why is it he's always got to have those little white boys around? Why doesn't he ever have little back boys with him?"

When told Jackson had young African-American actor Emanuel Lewis with him for a time, Katherine Jackson allegedly stated, "That was just for show, for the cameras. Those boys he flies around with ain't nothing but little Jews."

Katherine Jackson called son Michael a homophobic slur

By Stacy Brown October 13, 2013 | 4:56am - After a chance meeting as a young fan, Stacy Brown became friends with Jermaine Jackson — and later the rest of the Jackson family, including Michael. He helped write some of their memoirs, traveled on their tours, and even gave them loans (never to be repaid). Here, for the first time, Stacy explain what it’s like to be friends with the strangest family in America.

Katherine would defend Michael constantly — to a point.

Watching a news report that showed Michael boarding an airplane with a young boy, Katherine murmured: "Why is it that he’s always got to have those little white boys around? Why doesn’t he ever have little black boys with him?"

I said, "Well, there was a time that he had little Emmanuel Lewis, who played Webster."

"That was just for show, for the cameras," Katherine said. "Those boys he flies around with ain’t nothing but little Jews."

The question I desperately wanted to ask but did not was, "Well, would you rather him molest little black boys?"

KATHERINE’S LETTERS

And they certainly weren’t surprised by it.

Way back in 1993, when the first public allegations of child molestation surfaced against Michael, sister La?Toya accused the rest of her family of being "silent collaborators."

She said Katherine had written letters to Michael in which she called him a "damn f – - – - t" and knew about payoffs, for as much as $1 million, made out to the parents of one of Michael’s victims.

Katherine and several of her children held a press conference outside Hayvenhurst to denounce La?Toya. "She’s trying to sell her brother down the river," Katherine said.

A decade later, Jermaine and I were hanging out at Hayvenhurst in the courtyard near the swimming pool. Katherine emerged from inside the house.

"Jermaine, they got all of our things," she said. The family had lost a civil judgment over a failed concert tour, and creditors took a storage locker full of memorabilia, including gold records.

"They got the letters, too, and those canceled checks," Katherine said.

Normally I didn’t ask questions, but I had to ask what she was talking about. "The letters," she said, as if I were supposed to know.

Jermaine completed the sentence for her, "Those letters in which mother called Michael a f – - – - t."
I was stunned. Ten years later, I realized that La?Toya really did tell the truth.

"You tell a lie long enough, people will believe it’s true," Michael once said.

It could be the Jackson motto.

Family Slams President Obama Over Ignoring Three Letters Regarding Their Murdered Loved Ones

Barack Obama

Family and friends of Britons, James Kouzaris, 24 and James Cooper, 25, have slammed U.S. President Barack Obama, for not responding to their three letters demanding justice for their slain loved ones. The two friends were on vacation in Florida, when they were murdered by 17-year-old Shawn Tyson.

James Kouzaris and James Cooper

Many people have complained of Obama ignoring serious correspondences, which is a dereliction of duty as President of the United States ( I know that has been my experience). Other presidents have responded to the public's correspondences. Why Obama is so woefully negligent in this regard is a mystery, as it is apart of his job and he does have a sizable staff to assist him in these matters. It's not a good look and will cost you votes.

Shawn Tyson

As the Judiciary Report has maintained, Obama is aloof and out of touch with reality and the people. The only way to get action out of Obama on justice matters or hardship issues is stuffing a massive campaign donation check in the envelope. For the serious and terrible matters he has ignored, he richly deserves that comment.

The Obama Administration Is Vindictive

Barack Obama

The Judiciary Report is getting the impression, the Obama Administration is petty and vindictive. It was announced today that Velma Hart, the intelligent, well spoken, university educated woman who told Obama on national television that she is getting tired of defending him, has been mysteriously dismissed from her job.

In June of this year, Caroline Jamieson, wrote to President Obama at the White House, seeking help for her hardworking, foreign born husband, who wants to remain in America with her. Shortly after, Obama's White House called immigration on the man and deportation orders were drafted up.

A few months ago, President Obama visited a Miami restaurant in seeking support for his political party in the now ill-fated midterm elections. A week later, the Obama Administration called the Health Department on them and they were cited.

I too wrote to the White House, believing Obama's bull he spouted on TV, in the hope he would do something to move the FBI to do its job and get that lunatic Madonna and her nutty cult off my back, regarding the stalking, harassment and thefts of copyright. A few months after, I nearly got sexually assaulted on a public street outside the courthouse in Downtown Miami, by a vile member of Madonna's Kabbalah cult. Thanks for your help, Obama (sarcasm).

And the moral of the story is don't write to or contact Obama unless you want your situation to get infinitely worse. Looking forward to 2012, much like I did November 2, 2010.
