Chris Brown Fired From Las Vegas Residency For Calling The Night Club Racist

R&B singer Chris Brown has been fired from his Las Vegas night club residency at Drai's. Previously, Brown announced a deal regarding performing approximately 50 shows at the night club over the course of at least one year. Midway into the deal things have fallen apart, as Brown accused the club's employees of being racist to him. Brown posted the claim on Instagram, which infuriated the owner of the night club. 

Brown did not specify exactly how the club was being racist to him, which could cause him problems. Brown should have been more specific regarding his claims, as now the club has terminated their deal with the singer, costing him several hundred thousand dollars, having taken offense at his statements. Drai's is disputing Brown's claims in trying to defend their name. If Brown is to sue for wrongful dismissal, he would have to prove his claims. Conversely, if Drai's sued for defamation, Brown would have to prove his claims to avoid being hit with a substantial financial judgment.

Since the Rihanna domestic violence case, which resulted in him being blacklisted by many sponsors, Brown's income has been largely derived from club appearances, concerts in select nations that have not banned him for being a convicted felony, merchandising, record sales, music publishing and guest appearances on many songs. Concerts are Brown's most lucrative source of income. If that begins to go, it will negatively impact his finances and financial commitments. Brown has bought multiple homes using mortgages and has several car notes that must be repaid.

While under the influence of drugs and alcohol, Brown has been making a number of incendiary accusations this year regarding a private jet pilot, his former manager, tour manager, publicist, a night club bouncer and now Drai's. Sadly, the drugs and alcohol have Brown engaging in dangerous behavior that is becoming very detrimental to his health and career. 

For Brown to have even bounced back after the Rihanna domestic violence case and earned millions of dollars from revenue sources in music and film, was completely out of the norm coming off such a scandal. In warring with his team and business associates, Brown risks the complete collapse of his career and millions of dollars in financial loss. 

Brown's drug problems have become more severe. Where his team would be able to get him sober for interviews and public appearances, he is now during all his waking hours. Due to this fact, Brown is getting into one disaster after another and releasing videos on Instagram that painfully illustrate his insobriety. In looking at the videos, it is easy to ascertain that Brown is sad, unhappy and lonely. He looks so lost. However, his family refuses to get him the medical help he needs regarding his raging drug problem, for fear he will financially cut them off.

The singer was 86'd from his Vegas residency at Drai's Nightclub for refusing to apologize to the club's owner after calling Drai's a racist venue ... according to a letter management fired off to CB's attorney and obtained by TMZ. 

Not too long ago ... Chris torched the club on Instagram, and that pissed off Drai's to the point it issued an ultimatum -- apologize or get out. But it wasn't just the IG post ... Drai's says Chris' recent behavior has "garnered negative public attention" causing concern among Drai's management...

Chris Brown's team is in complete disarray. First, Brown's manager quits after the singer beat him up so badly he landed in the hospital. Then, Brown's tour manager, Nancy Ghosh, fled as well after he screamed at her, threatening to beat her like Mike G. Now Brown's publicist, Nicole Perna, who hid her name for a long time (LOL) has quit as well, due to the singer calling her a "B***h."

Reports indicate the dispute revolves around Perna's inability to get fashion magazines such as Vogue and GQ interested in Brown's Black Pyramid fashion line (the clothes are not high fashion though). Brown became angry with Perna over the lack of interest in the line and it resulted in a heated series of text messages, where she told the singer the truth - people do not want to work with him. Most people do not want to work in a hostile environment and will avoid it. 

Brown's name is gone with most outlets, which would pose a serious problem for most publicists. Outlets don't want to work with him, believing he is erratic and violent, with a temper that could flare up on them at any moment, due to Brown's documented run-ins with the law and lawsuits against him for assault. Magazine editors are very pro-feminist and disapprove of Brown's image due to the Rihanna domestic case, publicly stalking and verbally degrading ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran online and slamming some of his female fans on social networking by insulting their looks.

Brown's exchange with Perna went like this:

Brown: I don’t want you texting me compliments with no results...get in the game. 

Perna: Anna Wintour doesn’t want to f*** with you. These editors don’t want to f*** with you. The majority of my time is spent on damage control. I am constantly cleaning s*** up and having your back. 

Brown: NICOLE, you texting me as if I will give a f*** if u dont work for me or not … Do whatever makes u feel better. Me personally, I DONT GIVE A F***!!!

Brown then ordered his then manager, Mike G, to fire Perna, "Mike, this b***h got all the balls in the world talking to me but can’t talk to the editors or anyone for that matter when they release bulls*** in the press … Send this b**ch her termination.” Brown beat up Mike G shortly after, leading to the manager's hospitalization.

The fact of the matter is Chris Brown stalked Karrueche Tran to Playhouse nightclub in Los Angeles and rushed out behind her when she left to get away from him. Tran was suppressing tears as she went to find the vehicle she ordered to leave.

Brown forced his way into her vehicle despite the fact Tran and her friend told him he cannot board. Hours later Brown stalked her to her West Hollywood house at 3AM, loudly banging on the door and yelling for her to open it, prompting neighbors to call police. A couple hours later Brown stalked Tran once again, this time to Norm’s diner and engaged in a shouting match with her. That’s stalking. Brown needs to recognize it for what it is and not engage in it any more. That’s the first step to getting well. See things for what they are and modify negative behavior. Carey is expected to lose her record deal with Def Jam, who poured money into "Elusive Chanteuse" only to see it bomb (under a boycott). Had the album been successful Def Jam would have renewed Carey's recording contract.

Carey's publicist, Cindi Berger, unable to cope with the singer's first real career failure or increasingly erratic behavior, dropped her as a client, then got into a war of words with her. Berger maintains she quit. However, Carey is making a scene taking the Hollywood approach by stating she dropped Berger via a missive that stated, "I think it's time for us to take a break Cindi." Carey really was dropped by Berger. Carey's career has imploded. So has her personal life. A top publicist does not want the job of explaining that to the media on a weekly basis.

The publicist of actor Leonardo Dicaprio has come forward to slam rumors the star is dating singer music model, Rihanna. Dicaprio's publicist stated to the Los Angeles Times he is, "Single and has been for sometime now." Once again, Rihanna has been denied, kept like a side chick and given no credit.

It's not like Dicaprio is dating someone prestigious like Lupita Nyong'o, whom he was seen flirting with (but she was already taken). Dicaprio is sexing Rihanna, a known industry mattress, in exchange for career advancement on her end. When I was a kid "The Cosby Show" was the top rated sitcom in America. I still watch the reruns on cable. So it saddens me to hear of the serious rape allegations against the show's star Bill Cosby. 16 women have come forward alleging he drugged and raped them. In light of the new rape allegations against Cosby, the NBC television network and the Netflix television subscriber service, have cancelled their planned programs with the comedic actor.

During an Associated Press interview, Cosby demanded questions about the rape allegations be buried. When asked about the rape claims Cosby stated, "We don't answer that." When someone accuses a person of something so serious, answers should be forthcoming. Issuing a "no comment" gives an air of guilt.

The most recent rape allegations against Cosby come from 1980s supermodel, Janice Dickinson, famous 1970s "One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest" actress Louisa Moritz and publicist, Joan Tarshis. Dickinson and Tarshis allege Cosby drugged them, via pills with wine and when they later woke up, found evidence they had been raped and penetrated. Moritz alleges Cosby showed up in her dressing room, unzipped his pants and pushed her face to crotch with his hands, forcing her to perform oral sex. Moritz stated Cosby threatened, "Now you don't want to upset me and the plans for your future, do you?"

Many of the women accusing Cosby of rape exhibited the fear the superstar would destroy their careers if they did not accept the rapes and sexual assaults. There are other men in the industry, who engage in this thoroughly unethical behavior that is patently illegal. There are men and women in Hollywood, who arrogantly threaten and attempt to destroy the careers and lives of those who sexually rebuff them. Hollywood is a crazy, sexually deviant and largely unregulated place, where anything goes, even at innocent people's expense.

In Sports Focus Can Make The Difference Between Winning And Losing (Tips)

In sports it is important to focus. Some athletes are easily distracted and it negatively impacts their play. It varies case by case, due to how each person’s brain works. It’s not negative, but each person's brain functions different in that their are slight to drastic variations on thought, thought process, memory, recollection and electrical activity.

If you are easily distracted it can lead to a loss while you’re out performing in play. You could lose the ball if 

you’re a basketball player or get knocked out if you’re a boxer, due to distractions. I’ve seen athletes get distracted at key moments during their sporting performance and it led to them making mistakes. There are ways to keep that to a minimum and even eliminate such thinking errors altogether. Distractions come from a number of sources.

Much of it falls under sports psychology. Training the brain to react correctly and to keep your nerves calm. When the adrenalin is pumping and you’re in the zone, don’t start thinking about things going on in your business or personal life. If you catch yourself doing that while in play, snap out of it immediately and focus on the task at hand. Focus on one thing, winning.

Learn to tune out everything and everyone else except your opponent and your goal of scoring a victory. Keep the issues in your personal life to a minimum and under control. A pro-athlete has a lawyer, accountant, manager, agent and publicist for a reason. Supervise them and have the final say in everything regarding your career, but at the same time, let them handle your business to free up your time and mind to focus on winning. A clear, calm mind is a great asset in winning.

TIPS

In your spare time, do brain training exercises. There are fun books for grown ups with puzzles and memory exercises to complete using a pen or pencil. It may seem trivial, but it trains the brain to focus and it also helps with memory/recollection. A sharp memory improves focus. Improving your memory and recollection abilities is also useful while in competitive play, as it aides in recalling what you learned in training.

Don't lose focus. When you find your mind drifting off in a daydream or worrying about your problems during training and in actual competitive play regarding your sport, immediately snap out of it. Do not let your mind wander. Do not start thinking about your finances, problems in your personal life or anything else other than defeating your opponent in front of you. Tune out all the distractions. 

Train your brain to visualize the win. When you can see something in your mind clearly, it becomes that much easier to achieve the goal. It gives you motivation in something to strive for. In your mind, see your opponent as defeated and make it happen.

In the face of a plethora of stories speculating on what triggered the sensational fight between disgraced rapper, Jay Z and his sister-in-law Solange Knowles, while her sister, Beyonce, stood by and approvingly watched with a smile, the couple's brand has taken a massive hit. Their publicists have been scrambling planting stories in the mainstream press and blogosphere in trying to clean up a PR disaster.

Beyonce and Jay Z's publicists floated a story that Solange and the rapper were spotted jewelry shopping at the store, Mr. Flawless, but shortly after the claims were slammed when it was revealed undefeated boxer Floyd Mayweather, was the one at the jeweler (Mayweather needs to sign Solange and her feet and fists of fury to his boxing company Mayweather Promotions). 

When Beyonce and Jay Z made an appearance at the Heat vs. Nets game on Monday night, with their best plastered on frozen smiles, the public did not buy it, with social network stating they are just saving face and keeping up appearances. 

Posts on Instagram by Beyonce, done on the instruction of her record label and publicist, released online to show a united front, have failed to convince the public all is well with Solange, Beyonce, Jay Z and the rapper's mistress Rihanna, after the elevator fight. Posts their publicists made to blog feedback sections did nothing to quell public speculation that Beyonce and Jay Z's marriage is in trouble due to his cheating with women like Rihanna. 

 

This scandal has caused Jay Z's stock to plummet and damaged Beyonce's brand as well. Men with a similar cheating mindset would laud Jay Z online for adulterously having sex with Rihanna, in addition to his wife. Now these men have gone quiet on social networking, due to the fact their immoral role model has spectacularly fallen. 

Decent men and women who've watched Jay Z embarrass his wife chasing after other women, have expressed no sympathy for him online over Solange's physical attack and his punk like reaction to it. He wasn't a punk for not hitting a woman back (for once). 

Jay Z, who brags he is a hardcore rapper, looked like a punk in the shaken, female-like expression he had on his face after Solange beat him up. The Judiciary Report does not encourage or espouse violence, but the site has no sympathy for Jay Z in this matter. Right is right and wrong is wrong. It's high time certain stars like Jay Z stop setting a bad example for the public regarding cheating.

Now he’s going to be an inmate. Famous publicist, Max Clifford, has been sentenced to 8-years in prison for having sex with underage girls, as young as 12-years of age. Compelling testimony from victims put the millionaire behind bars in a case that was well prosecuted.

It is alleged in some instances, females were told sex with Clifford was the only way he would make the famous in the entertainment industry. Clifford brings to mind Lou Pearlman, the former manager behind then teen music stars the Backstreet Boys, NSYNC, O-Town and Aaron Carter. There were allegations of sexual abuse of underage teen boys, who were allegedly told they had to have sex with Pearlman if they wanted to be stars. One young hopeful was aghast when he asked Pearlman what he would have to do to become a star and Pearlman allegedly responded by opening his robe, revealing his penis and informed the underage teen boy he would have to perform oral sex on him.

The FBI never nabbed Pearlman for these crimes, though it was widely alleged he molested Aaron Carter and two of the Backstreet Boys when they were underage. However, Florida police were able to arrest Pearlman for financial fraud via a type of ponzi scheme he was running from his Orlando, Florida office. Pearlman was sentenced to 15-years in prison and is currently behind bars.

Chris Brown Rep Confirms Site Claims That Emotional Trauma Triggered The Singer’s Seizure

In the August 11, 2013 article Chris Brown Had A Seizure But Refused To Go To The Hospital For Treatment the Judiciary Report wrote of the stresses overwhelming the singer and damaging his health. A few hours after the article, Brown's publicist spoke out stating his seizure was induced by "stress" and "negativity" coming at him. Stress can induce seizures. Someone very close to me (not Chris Brown) has seizures. They can have a drink and be okay. Engage in rigorous exercise with no problems. But the minute serious stress enters the picture, it will trigger a seizure. Said loved one didn’t have a seizure for years, but a traumatic even where someone financially exploited them that nearly led to legal proceedings, triggered a seizure.

People should not underestimate the role stress plays in triggering seizures. There is scientific evidence to support it. In a recent study, 9 out of 10 seizure sufferers stated stress brought on seizures. Hospital emergency rooms also attest stress related issues have brought in seizure sufferers. It’s not a joke. It's disappointing to see some think it is funny in relation to Chris Brown, as kids and adults have died during seizures, which are terrible and traumatic.

Aug. 10 8:52 PM EDT - LOS ANGELES (AP) — Grammy-winner Chris Brown has suffered a seizure brought on by intense fatigue and extreme emotional stress, his publicist said Saturday. The "Look At Me Now" singer suffered a non-epileptic seizure early Friday morning while he was working in a Los Angeles studio, Nicole Perna said via email.

Perna said Brown's doctor attributes the episode to "intense fatigue and extreme emotional stress, both due to the continued onslaught of unfounded legal matters and the nonstop negativity." The doctor examined the 24-year-old but he wasn't hospitalized...

According to new reports, Beyonce's Super Bowl halftime show suffered a ratings decline. This will not sit well with the spotlight hogger, who demands attention at every turn. The bad news doesn't end there. After Knowles over the top, strange "Illuminati" performance, the singer had a nervous breakdown looking at the pictures of herself from the event.

Beyonce instructed her publicists to contact big blog site Buzzfeed, demanding they remove specific "unflattering" photos. Thankfully I downloaded all the Cruella Deville looking pictures (grin). However, they are all unflattering, as Beyonce was making strange and crazy faces throughout the performance that came out bad on camera. She is looking all sorts of crazy in the pictures.

Beyonce, who is also lying about her age according to Media Take Out, who obtained state birth records from Texas revealing that she is now 38, not 31 as she claims, is looking older than both ages in the pictures, after years of drinking, weed smoking (first and secondhand), heavy make-up, long stressful performances full of hollering and rolling around on the floor and late night industry parties.

Knowles looks weathered and haggard in the Super Bowl pictures, far older than her years (both the real and fake age she is claiming). There are actresses in Hollywood such as Halle Berry, 46 and models like Cynthia Bailey, 45, who are older than Beyonce, but look younger and fresher, like they are actually 31 (as Beyonce continues to claim she is now). 

This marks another PR fiasco for Beyonce who is having a disastrous year plagued by scandal and criticism. You know what's ironic. You know how they say after a while married people start to look like each other. Well, Beyonce is starting to look like Jay-Z. The Judiciary Report for the win...

Singer Christina Milian just delivered an embarrassing blow to Rihanna's claims Chris Brown is her "baby." Milian, a friend of Brown's other woman stated, as far as she knows, her pal Karrueche Tran is his girlfriend, not Rihanna (uh oh). It does confirm what the public constantly sees, via Tran and Brown together, while Rihanna rages online like she has no publicist. 

Speaking of that, Chris Brown's Twitter page is being updated in the third person indicating his publicist has shut him down, after his sexist online fight with comedy writer, Jenny Johnson. If I had been Brown's manager, I'd have gone Joe Jackson on him and sent him outside for a "switch" to kick his butt, you know, like in the Jackson 5 movie. He'd never flip out on Twitter again (LOL). But I digress... 

How can one, Rihanna, publicly fawn over a man, Chris Brown, calling him her "baby" when he is in a relationship with another woman, Karrueche Tran, whom he is taking care of, while you spend your time cutting her down trying to convince the world she is inconsequential.  

Meanwhile, some blogs are reporting Brown nixed Tran's planned fashion line "The Kill" because it upset Rihanna that her nemesis was about to get a career. However, based on what I can tell, the clothes simply didn't look right and as such the line has been delayed. I'm not gonna lie, the pre-release items featuring hats, shirts and caps with the logo "The Kill" emblazoned on them are underwhelming. It is not a fashionline. More like a merchandising one labels and studios use to promote projects or their companies.

Troubled court prone singer, Chris Brown, couldn't resist reopening his Twitter account after comedian Jenny Johnson ran him off the site. Brown has posted a new message stating, "Time to start fresh." However, he also released photos of himself getting high, smoking not one or two, but three marijuana blunts at the same time, looking extremely out of it.

Any damage control consultant would tell Brown to stop, which leads me to ask again, where is his publicist. This is not how you rebuild a badly damaged image. Brown posting marijuana photos to his impressionable audience is not going to resonate with parents.

Word in the industry this week is Rihanna's minders are worried she is going to have a nervous breakdown when convicted felon, Chris Brown again goes back to his other girlfriend Karrueche Tran. They've been nudging her in the direction of staying away from him, as they too know that Brown is sleeping around with different women.

However, Rihanna is not listening, telling industry people she loves him, while obsessing over a relationship that is bad news. Some of those people are laughing at her behind her back and they have seen him in action approaching famous and non-famous women for sex.

Not only is she helping and promoting a terrible relationship with a man that terribly beat her for hitting him, she is sabotaging her own career, as many in the public have lost all respect for her, due to the poor choices she is making. She is damaging herself over a guy who is cheating on her.

Jenny Johnson, the Texas comedic writer and soccer mom of two, who heckled R&B womanbeater Chris Brown off Twitter three days ago, in a ugly exchange many watched online, has beaten the singer on two counts. The online brawl that was like a train wreck you couldn't turn away from, has helped the comedienne.

Johnson won the battle against Brown, forcing him to flee the site and now she has a parting gift - 100,000 new followers on Twitter. So to recap: Johnson 2, Brown 0. Word of warning to Johnson, you have annihilated Brown's street cred (see: getting run off Twitter by a soccer mom LOL) and he is not happy. Brown, as you know, has a temper, but he is also a stalker (see articles below).
