Chris Brown Fired From Las Vegas Residency For Calling The Night Club Racist

Chris Brown

R&B singer Chris Brown has been fired from his Las Vegas night club residency at Drai's. Previously, Brown announced a deal regarding performing approximately 50 shows at the night club over the course of at least one year. Midway into the deal things have fallen apart, as Brown accused the club's employees of being racist to him. Brown posted the claim on Instagram, which infuriated the owner of the night club.

Brown did not specify exactly how the club was being racist to him, which could cause him problems. Brown should have been more specific regarding his claims, as now the club has terminated their deal with the singer, costing him several hundred thousand dollars, having taken offense at his statements. Drai's is disputing Brown's claims in trying to defend their name. If Brown is to sue for wrongful dismissal, he would have to prove his claims. Conversely, if Drai's sued for defamation, Brown would have to prove his claims to avoid being hit with a substantial financial judgment.

Since the Rihanna domestic violence case, which resulted in him being blacklisted by many sponsors, Brown's income has been largely derived from club appearances, concerts in select nations that have not banned him for being a convicted felony, merchandising, record sales, music publishing and guest appearances on many songs. Concerts are Brown's most lucrative source of income. If that begins to go, it will negatively impact his finances and financial commitments. Brown has bought multiple homes using mortgages and has several car notes that must be repaid.

While under the influence of drugs and alcohol, Brown has been making a number of incendiary accusations this year regarding a private jet pilot, his former manager, tour manager, publicist, a night club bouncer and now Drai's. Sadly, the drugs and alcohol have Brown engaging in dangerous behavior that is becoming very detrimental to his health and career.

For Brown to have even bounced back after the Rihanna domestic violence case and earned millions of dollars from revenue sources in music and film, was completely out of the norm coming off such a scandal. In warring with his team and business associates, Brown risks the complete collapse of his career and millions of dollars in financial loss.

Brown's drug problems have become more severe. Where his team would be able to get him sober for interviews and public appearances, he is now during all his waking hours. Due to this fact, Brown is getting into one disaster after another and releasing videos on Instagram that painfully illustrate his insobriety. In looking at the videos, it is easy to ascertain that Brown is sad, unhappy and lonely. He looks so lost. However, his family refuses to get him the medical help he needs regarding his raging drug problem, for fear he will financially cut them off.

Chris Brown Beat Up Manager And Threatened To Assault And Batter Tour Manager And Production Manager During Drug Fuelled Rages

Brown Has Been Threatening Tour Staff That If They Get Out Of Line He Will Beat Them Like He Did Manager "Mike G"

R&B singer, Chris Brown, is in trouble again. Brown’s drug use, which the Judiciary Report has written about as flaring up again, has resulted in the singer engaging in acts of violence. He has been sued by his manager, Mike G, for assault. Mike G was hired to help Brown rehabilitate his image after the Rihanna domestic violence case. For a while, it worked, but things have hit another downward spiral, this time worse than ever.

TMZ reported, “Things allegedly turned bad last month, but Mike G claims without provocation, Brown took him in a room, brutally attacked him with repeated punches to the face and neck, which landed him in the ER.” Brown’s tour manager, Nancy Ghosh, who worked with Jennifer Lopez, Justin Bieber and Kanye West, stated last Friday that she quit, as the singer threatened to beat her. Ghosh ran off the tour bus in fear after Brown threatened to beat her up like he did his manager Mike G. TMZ stated, “Ghosh also claimed Brown referenced ‘what he did to Mike G’... and threatened to do the same to her.”

TMZ also reported, “We're told a production manager on the tour also complained, through his lawyer ... claiming Brown has been verbally abusive and threatening.” In a separate recent incident, Brown forcefully stomped on a man’s head in Cannes, France, in an incident caught on video. Brown’s bodyguards held the man down while the singer stomped on his head, which could have killed him.

Once again, Brown needs rehab. As his violent behavior has dramatically escalated, Brown needs to be placed under a conservatorship for his safety and that of the public. This cannot continue. It will not end well. The narcotics Brown is taking, coupled with the influence of lawbreaking friends in his entourage, is bringing out violent schizophrenia.

I’m sorry to have to state this, but he cannot be around his daughter if this continues, as people who are bipolar and schizophrenic that are also high on drugs, have flown into rages, unintentionally hurting family and friends, while in that erratic state. His family needs to reassess the situation, as does the court, before something terrible happens.

Chris Brown Manager Sues ... Chris Beat Me to a Pulp

6/23/2016 9:40 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF - Chris Brown has more legal woes ... the guy he hired to rehabilitate his image after the Rihanna beating is now suing Chris for allegedly doing the same to him. Mike G claims he was hired in 2012 not only to change Brown's image but to get him out of debt and off drugs.

Mike G says he did well by Chris, who had a resurgence in popularity. Things allegedly turned bad last month, but Mike G claims without provocation, Brown took him in a room, brutally attacked him with repeated punches to the face and neck, which landed him in the ER. The lawsuit claims Brown, rather than being remorseful, began mocking Mike G on social media and bragging to friends about the beating. Mike G says Brown had the audacity to tell people working on his tour, if they got out of line he'd beat them just like he beat Mike G.

Mike G says Brown's rage was drug-fueled and the suit mention concern for retaliation from Brown's "gang member friends." Mike G's attorney, Patty Glaser, tells TMZ, "We did everything we could to resolve this in a non-public way to avoid damage to Chris Brown. Regrettably, as outlined in our complaint, Chris Brown has proven to be his own worst enemy." 11:00 AM PT: Chris just responded to the lawsuit in an Instagram video, claiming he fired Mike G for stealing money from him. Mike G's lawyer says that's not true and they will be adding a defamation claim to the lawsuit.

Chris Brown Threatening and 'High on Drugs' ... Claims Ex-Tour Mgr.

6/27/2016 1:00 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF - Chris Brown allegedly cornered a female tour manager and went on a threatening, drug-fueled tirade so intense, she jumped off the tour bus and quit on the spot. Sources connected to Chris' tour tell us the incident went down May 23 during Chris' European tour. Nancy Ghosh -- who's worked with the likes of J Lo, Kanye West and Justin Bieber -- claims Brown cursed her out in a dispute over her employment terms.

The day after the incident she fired off an email to Brown's team ... in which she explained she felt unsafe because Chris has been "irrational and high on drugs." Ghosh also claimed Brown referenced "what he did to Mike G" ... and threatened to do the same to her. TMZ broke the story ... Chris' ex-manager, Mike G, sued him for an alleged beatdown. Ghosh said she refused to stay on the bus after the argument out of fear for her safety. We're told a production manager on the tour also complained, through his lawyer ... claiming Brown has been verbally abusive and threatening. We've reached out to Chris' camp ... so far no word back.

Rihanna Concerts In Britain, Ireland And America Are Half Empty Leaving Her Crying On Stage

Rihanna crying on stage over flopped tour

Months ago the Judiciary Report stated Rihanna’s then planned world tour would suffer from low ticket sales, due to the fact she suffered 4 flopped singles in a row and very low album sales, over people being tired of her chronic acts of copyright infringement, which led to lawsuits (Rihanna's Tour In Support Of 'Anti' Album Flopping With Poor Sales Prompting Free Ticket Giveaway).

All the signs were there that her music career had crashed under public disfavor. Rihanna’s label and management began employing heavier levels of payola to secure radio airplay and falsifying streaming reports via Jay Z’s failing Tidal, to gain undeserved chart placement for extremely low selling music singles.

Since the time the Judiciary Report stated Rihanna’s tour would flop, it has gone on to do just that (Rihanna ‘Anti’ Tour Opens To Half Empty Arena Due To Massive Sales Decline). There are a number of long standing management rules in the entertainment industry that smart managers know and one of them is you do not book big venues when your career is in decline. Delusional, egotistical artists do that and go on to suffer for it. Only a foolish recording artist would believe the hype their own label and management pay for and put out in the press and online.

Rihanna's tour keeps suffering from half empty venues

It’s simple mathematics. It costs more money to rent and insure bigger venues (greater expenditures) and if you fail to sell a sufficient amount of tickets, the show will be in the red, costing rather than making money. The excessive number of empty seats also bring home the fact to the public and critics that your career is in the toilet.

Since the time of the Judiciary Report’s article stating her tour would flop due to poor record sales, they saw it for themselves, as Rihanna’s management had to cancel select concert dates in America due to low ticket sales (meaning it would cost more to actually put on the show in said cities, due to ticket sales being that low in several markets). However, the tour dates she did actually go forward with, did not sell out, struggling in the sales department as well.

Rihanna should have called her concerts "the half empty seats" tour

Both Rihanna and tour sponsor Samsung got burned. And once again, Samsung did not give Rihanna $25,000,000 to underwrite the tour, as Jay Z again lied to the press in trying to create hype for his failed projects (Jay Z Lies In New York Post Article About Samsung Paying Rihanna And Roc Nation $25,000,000 For Tour).

Samsung are not idiots in business to lose money, as a $25,000,000 deal would only be appropriate for big sellers like Taylor Swift, Adele or Justin Bieber, who have bigger record sales to back up tour expenditures against potential profits from significant ticket sales. Rihanna received closer to $5,000,000 and that was to cover staff, set construction, trucks and airfare, which has been wiped out via heavy expenses and poor ticket sales.

Twitter feedback exposed the fact Rihanna's album and now the subsequent tour has flopped

The biggest humiliation came last week when Rihanna’s tour of Britain and Ireland did not do well, which is embarrassing for a mainstream artist. Mainstream newspapers reported that Rihanna played concert dates in Britain to half empty venues. Rihanna, looking out at the lack of a crowd during one particular tour stop, began crying. Other international and British artists had sold out shows in Britain and Ireland recently, so this was square due to Rihanna’s falling career. Fans again took to Twitter to tweet the British venue was “half empty” and “embarrassingly empty” much like they wrote for her tour stops in America.

Yea, but keep stealing people’s copyrighted music, videos and photos and showing off about messing with people’s husbands and boyfriends Rihanna (Jay Z, Lebron James and Future, among others) and see how far your career is gonna fall (sarcasm). I’ve stated it before on this site and I will state it again, history has shown the public doesn’t like supporting people who go around doing mean-spirited, vile things to others (cc: Rita Ora - Rita Ora Bragging About Cheating With Jay Z Is A Dumb Move).

Rihanna sparked concern among her fans after she broke down in tears during an emotional performance in Ireland on Tuesday night. The Umbrella hitmaker's concert in Dublin got off to a rocky start as she turned up 30 minutes late for her concert at the city's Aviva Stadium.

But that wasn't the evening's most shocking element - the 28-year-old singer stunned fans as she began crying during a rendition of her hit track 'Love the Way you Lie'. Chris Brown A No Show In India At Massive IPL Cricket Concert

Chris Brown

Beleaguered singer, Chris Brown, continues to have trouble regarding the logistics surrounding his concerts dates. Brown has repeatedly been denied visas to several world nations, over his felony conviction, in reference to the Rihanna domestic violence case that occurred 7-years ago. This forced the cancellation of a number of planned international concerts.

The most recently cancellation is shrouded in mystery. Brown was scheduled to perform at the IPL cricket concert in India, with a number of other recording stars, but was a no show, with no explanation given. IPL cricket is massive all over the world and would have provided exposure for Brown to many people. The concert's promoter, Big Up Ferriswheel Entertainment, stated they will release a statement on Brown's absence.

Chris Brown’s no show at IPL opening ceremony

April 10, 2016 11:43 AM - American rapper Chris Brown, whose name was listed as one of the performers on the IPL opening ceremony ticket, was surprisingly a no show at the event. The organisers Big up Ferriswheel Entertainment and Shubhra Bharadwaj had earlier sent out a release stating that the 26-year-old “Loyal” singer would perform in India for the first time at the ceremony.

Artistes are generally forthcoming about their tours and country visits in their social media accounts. But Brown surprisingly did not mention anything about his so-called India visit or a subsequent cancellation of his gig at the mega cricket event. The night saw performances from Bollywood stars like Katrina Kaif, Ranveer Singh, Honey Singh, Jacqueline Fernandez alongside West Indian cricketer Dwayne Bravo. The concluding performance was by American dancehall reggae group Major Lazer. When the organisers were contacted they said they would come out with a statement later.

Chris Brown's Concert Promoter Hit With $3,600,000 Lawsuit Over Cancelled Australia And New Zealand Concerts

Chris Brown

Chris Brown's promoter, Castor and Ford Agency Pty Ltd, has been hit with a $3,600,000 (2,700,000 U.S. Dollars) lawsuit in Australia, filed by Westgate Entertainment Pty Ltd, over his cancelled concert series. Brown announced tour dates in Australia and New Zealand and began selling tickets, but unadvisedly did so before obtaining a visa.

This was a significant financial risk, as Brown is a felon from the Rihanna domestic violence case. Protesters demanded the governments block Brown's entry into Australia and New Zealand, rendering him unable to obtain visas. Brown filed an appeal, which was also denied. Brown and another concert promoter have been sued in the Philippines for cancelling a New Years eve show and keeping the $1,000,000 a church group paid as a deposit.

Brown's business is not being handled correctly. The concert cancellations will make it far more difficult for Brown to obtain the necessary touring insurance. It will also increase Brown's insurance premiums. There is also the risk it will make other concert promoters less inclined to work with him, costing him millions of dollars in revenue.

Chris Brown Australian tour cancellation sparks $3.6m lawsuit

6:02 pm March 31, 2016 - Legal action against US singer Chris Brown's Australian concert promoter has begun in Melbourne over last year's cancelled tour. The 26-year-old singer cancelled both his Australian and New Zealand tours after he was refused a visa to enter Australia in late 2015 on character grounds.

There was a groundswell of support for a petition that called on the government to block the R&B star from visiting the country because he was convicted in 2009 of assaulting his then-girlfriend Rihanna. A writ filed in the Victorian Supreme Court on Wednesday by Westgate Entertainment Pty Ltd against Castor and Ford Agency Pty Ltd (CAFA)claims it is owed more than $3.6 million...

Court documents say an agreement between Westgate and CAFA was reached in June 2015, which would see Westgate contribute 50 per cent of all expenses and costs associated with the tour. Under that deal Westgate would be repaid that money in full and also receive 50 per cent of tour profits. More than $2.6 million was paid by Westgate before the December concerts were cancelled, the writ says...

The Mother Of Chris Brown’s Daughter Targeting The Millions He Has Made From Touring And Appearances Over The Past Year

Chris Brown

R&B singer Chris Brown has been quietly earning a few million dollars over the past year touring and from club shows and appearances. Nia Guzman, the mother of his 1-year-old daughter, Royalty Brown, is now targeting that money in court. She seeks the maximum amount in child support, trying to impress upon the court her daughter should live in the same standard of luxury as her dad.

Royalty Brown

After TMZ revealed that Brown earned $50,000 from a single club appearance, was given $1,000,000 for a concert in the Philippines he did not show up to due to passport issues in America (as a felon) and embarked on two tours, Guzman has been attempting to calculate just how much money Brown has earned. She wants what she deems is her cut for being the mother of his child.

Nia Guzman

My concern is that Royalty is properly supervised when she is with both parents. Brown has a history of drug use and alcoholism and so does Guzman. Their homes need to be child proofed and any pools fitted with a proper, locked fences to prevent accidental drowning. Kids need proper supervision. It is a must or something very bad could happen. Please take it very seriously for the sake of your child.
