Google Releases Information In Madonna/Kabbalah Center Death Threat Case

Madonna's Kabbalah Center has issued death threats, rape threat and stalked me into gated community I live

This is an update regarding the Aisha v. Google lawsuit I filed in reference to one of Madonna's Kabbalah Center hackers, who is a sick pedophile that sent me a death threat using a Google Gmail email account and published a defamatory, vile website called NatashaMusica.Blogspot.com in my name, using Google's Blogspot, lying to the public that it was one of my websites (Google has since taken the site down).

Google released two I.P. addresses of one of Madonna's Kabbalah Center hackers, who had sent me a death threat on February 14, 2012. However, the I.P. addresses released are from 2010, not the date in question (February 14, 201). Google did so after stating in writing that I am required to sign a confidentiality agreement to view the information. 

I did not want to sign the confidentiality agreement, but due to the fact Madonna's hacker criminally violated the law in sending me a graphic death threat and published the aforementioned illegal website NatashaMusica.Blogspot.com he lied to the public in stating it was mine, it became imperative that I ascertain the identity of this sick individual.

The I.P. addresses Google released revealed the hacker's Internet Service Providers (ISP) as AT&T and Verizon. I subpoenaed both companies for the information regarding the name and address of the user connected to the I.P. addresses Google released. I attached the paperwork from Google with the subpoenas, stating the lawbreaking user's I.P. addresses. Verizon responded to the subpoena recently stating "No records found" regarding the I.P. address attached to their company, which made Google look like they released false information to the Miami court and me. Someone is trying to cover for Madonna's pedophilic hacker. AT&T has not responded to the subpoena yet.  

As mentioned in the lawsuit, Google also owes me $25,000 in lost wages/ad revenue, due to Madonna's hacker having hacked my Ad Sense account and removed the Judiciary Report, my top website with the highest amount of traffic, as a site authorized to run ads on my account. Therefore, millions of ads were running on the Judiciary Report but due to the hack, Google collected money from advertisers for the ads that ran on the Judiciary Report, but I was not getting credited or paid for them. Google has made over $500,000 off my site and is being quite greedy in using Madonna's hacker's criminal conduct as a means to rip me off. I upheld my end of the contract. Google has not.

Google is stating through one of its lawyers that they want me to file the case in Santa Clara, California, (switching from Miami jurisdiction) as the "terms of service" I signed when I registered for Ad Sense and was approved, states all breach of contract cases must be brought in Santa Clara, California, the territory Google is headquartered. I contend, Google is the one that breached contract, not me, in essence rendering the California clause null and void (in my humble opinion). They expect me to honor terms of a contract they have violated. Either way, I'm going to stick with the case through every level of the court system. 

Another disturbing fact, Google doesn't lose court cases in America (they have lost court cases in Britain and Europe) even those involving people disseminating child porn from Google services and the company moving slowly in removing the illegal, sick content from the internet (and sometimes not at all). That alone warrants a congressional hearing. 

Recently, Google prevailed in a Gmail case somewhat similar to mine, called “The Media Intervenors” by beating a big consortium of media companies, who filed suit against Google, which includes Forbes magazine, National Public Radio, Inc., The New York Times Company and The New Yorker (among others). 

Congress needs to investigate what is transpiring with Google in the U.S. court system, as something very corrupt and disgraceful is going on that is going to turn into a massive scandal. I received a credible tip from someone responsible for many of my exclusives that later proved 100% true and correct, revealing judges are being corrupted by Google. A Madonna Kabbalah Center Member Aggressively Knocked On My Front Door For 10 Minutes Trying To Get Into My Home

Madonna and the Kabbalah Center's sick conduct towards me has grown worse again. The stalking, witnessed by several people, is out of control once again. A week ago, a Kabbalah Center member stalked me again. Under false pretenses said Kabbalah Center member illegally made his way into the gated community I live and aggressively knocked on the door for 10 minutes, refusing to leave. My life was in danger. When security for the gated community was called, Madonna's Kabbalah Center member fled (important mail and packages addressed to me are also being stolen and in other cases tampered with and defaced by members of the Kabbalah Center, who've stalked me home a number of times).

Madonna's Kabbalah Center Members Stalking And Approaching Me In Miami

Less than a half an hour after the aforementioned incident regarding the Kabbalah Center member knocking on my door for 10 minutes and refusing to leave, another member of Kabbalah stalked me to a public library. Then two hours later, the same Kabbalah member stalked me to Best Buy and Whole Foods.

He kept asking me questions about my private laptop (one of two) that does not connect to the internet, to prevent Madonna's hackers from hacking and copying my newer copyrights (they'd hacked my previous computer and copied and used preexisting Library of Congress copyrights I'd registered that was also present on the unit, as verified by two independent computer companies, who ran diagnostic tests on the computer). He insanely kept demanding to know why the laptop was not going online (they can't hack it). This is the same laptop a member of the Kabbalah Center had tried to snatch out of my bag previously, but failed.

For example, one of the more recent infringements that was stolen from a copyright I did years ago, is the film "Lucy" by Madonna's business partner Luc Besson. However, they've twisted elements of it and made it quite sick.

Madonna's Kabbalah Center Member Sent Out Spam Under The Judiciary Report's Name

One of Madonna's Kabbalah Center hackers recently sent spam out to people under the Judiciary Report's name and then fraudulently complained in writing to the new hosting company I signed up with, about the Judiciary Report sending spam, doing so as an attempt to get the hosting revoked and the site removed from the internet. The hosting company contacted me about it. The fact of the matter is the Judiciary Report does not send out emails or newsletters and has not done so in the seven years it has been online.

Madonna's Kabbalah Center hackers have also been targeting my smart phone and separately my mothers. Madonna's hacker ran up over $4,000 between two mobile companies in what is known as "spoofing" on my mother's account and separately mine (the charges are being reversed by the mobile phone carriers). It's a nasty, illegal tactic hackers are now using to harass innocent people. 

Madonna's Kabbalah Center hackers have also been phone hacking my smart phone and separately my mom's triggering the phones to call each other as a form of harassment. There have been times the phones were on the dining table, not being used or even touched and a hacker from the Kabbalah Center will trigger the phones to call each other. The hacker is also repeatedly trying to destroy the music (MP3) library on  my phone and planting malware to stop it from connecting to my laptop (to retrieve pictures or add new music). Members of the Miami Kabbalah Center are also making harassing crank calls to my phone and separately my mother's.

Other sick behavior Madonna's Kabbalah Center have been engaging in includes approaching me and members of my family at our homes pretending to be law enforcement. It is a serious crime to impersonate a law enforcement officer or agent. Madonna's Kabbalah Center has been doing this in trying to intimidate and harass us and and extract personal and business information about me, which is quite desperate and sick.

Madonna's Kabbalah Center Death Threats, Rape Threats

The aforementioned Miami Kabbalah Center members are repeatedly following me around Miami in acts of criminal stalking and approaching me with harassing, unwanted messages disgusting Madonna wishes to communicate that I do not want to hear. They refuse to stop. The messages have ranged from a wide range of items, such as reciting glowing items about Madonna to telling me her twisted views regarding me. The items have also included more death threats, rape threats and threats of robbing me of my copyrights via grabbing my bag carrying the laptop.

Other items include Madonna's Kabbalah Center members behaving like fellow insane alien chasing Hollywood cult Scientology and telling me I am "not human" in a sick bid to justify their abhorrent human rights abuses against me. The Kabbalah Center is operating under the premise that I am "an alien" and they have the right to inflict any type of illegal abuses on me they see fit. It is so offensive and disgusting.

Madonna's Kabbalah Center Members Slurring Britons And Africans

Other insanity coming from Kabbalah include coming up to me insulting English and African men, demanding I should not date anyone of British and or African heritage and I must date and marry an Italian (Madonna is Italian). Bear in mind, my patriarchal family line was voluntarily started by a white English man who had immigrated to Jamaica and married a black African woman on the island (my great-great grandparents). The story is in my aunt's award winning book. Yet this sick cult is coming up to me insulting my very DNA. Ironically, Madonna had publicly made nasty, foul statements about Britain when she lived there. It made her look ignorant and full of ill will.

In another incident, a Kabbalah Center member, who approached me several times at disparate public places with sick speech on behalf of Madonna and in the presence of witnesses, was complaining into his mobile phone within earshot, while looking at me walking from a distance, "I don't want to go up to her again. She is going to call the police." He did not know I could hear him, but he was whining and complaining so loudly into the phone, I heard every word.

Madonna's Kabbalah Center hackers have been trying to slow down the forthcoming pharmaceutical drug patent work by repeatedly hacking into my second laptop, which has no copyrights on it and connects to the internet, via involuntarily and maliciously shutting the computer down several times a day while I work. I'm working on patents to improve people's health and this is what that sick cult is doing. It is one of the most evil things I have ever seen. They are the sickest people in existence. Google asks judge to keep Gmail privacy case docs secret, because only Google is entitled to privacy

On July 29, 2014 - Back in May, Google settled a giant class action suit over its mining of Gmail user data. Now it faces another fight: Major media outlets fighting to convince the judge to keep public the documents generated during the case.

Google’s attorneys argue that there is no reason to make the documents public, given that the court refused to certify the class and the case didn’t proceed. Meanwhile representatives for a ragtag band of media companies — referred to in court docs as “The Media Intervenors,” which is a great name for a band — argue that the public has a right to know details of the case: “Under the First Amendment and the federal common law, the press and the public have a presumptive right of access to court proceedings and documents.”

In a case management conference scheduled for tomorrow, Judge Lucy Koh (who Pando readers will remember as the judge presiding over the Techtopus wage fixing suit) will decided whether to seal the documents. Report: Missing Malaysian Airlines MH370 Airplane Was Deliberately Sabotaged And Taken Down By Jacob Rothschild Over Passengers Involved In Multi-Billion Dollar Patent Business Deal With Him (Video)

 

Billionaire Jacob Rothschild is being accused by many websites and hacker group Anonymous, as having a role in the disappearance of Malaysian Airlines MH370 airplane, for projected billions of dollars in financial gain. Onboard the missing flight were senior executives and engineers from the company Freescale Semiconductor (Austin, Texas) have a semi-conduct patent worth a fortune. Anonymous states Rothschild co-owns the patent with Freescale Semiconductor. 

Jacob Rothschild referred to as an "Illuminati member" by the hacker group Anonymous. "Illuminati members"are notorious for trying to destroy people over their intellectual property such as patents, copyrights and trademarks.

Anonymous accused Rothschild of being an “intellectual property stealing Illuminati member” who has profited from the deaths of the employees of Freescale Semiconductor, as he is now the sole owner of the patent with 20 of Freescale senior employees now gone due to the missing plane. Freescale Semiconductor, “Had just launched a new electronic warfare gadget for military radar systems the day before the plane went missing” Anonymous also states of the 273 people on the plane, 70 were engineers. 

The semi-conduct patent was approved four days after the plane’s disappearance. Freescale and four of its Chinese employees owned the pending patent that was approved four days after the plane went missing. Now Freescale and Rothschild own the entire multi-billion dollar patent. The four Chinese employees are Peid Ong Wang, Zhijun Chen, Zhihong Cheng and Li Ying. The video states, “As all four Chinese members of the patent were passengers on the missing plane, patent owners can alter the proceeds legally by passing wealth to their heirs. However, they cannot do so until the patent is approved .So when the plane went missing, the patent was not approved.” 

The video goes on to state, “If the patent holder dies the other owners share equally in dividends from the deceased. If four of the five patentees dies then the patentee left alive gets 100 percent of the patent. That remaining patent holder is Freescale Semiconductor.” Rothschild owns Freescale Semiconductor (Rothschild’s Blackstone owns Freescale Semiconductor). The video further states, “Rothschild is hiding evidence to gain the rights to this semiconductor. He wants power and he wants his money. It may have taken 239 deaths to do it, but to him that’s just apart of population control.” 

 

Reports online indicate Peid Ong Wang, Zhijun Chen, Zhihong Cheng and Li Ying were killed in a plane crash, over ownership of their intellectual property, in events being blamed on "Illuminati member" Jacob Rothschild 

In life, people should be careful how they make their money. There are families in world history who did awful things for money and ended up suffering for it very badly. The Kennedys are a prime example. Their grandfather, Joe Kennedy, did very cruel and unethical things to people for money, to the point religious and non-religious people state his family has been cursed ever since as a result, due to the things that keep happening to them.

I pray for justice for the passengers of Malaysian Airlines flight MH370, as there is clearly a cover up going on. It’s odd that none of the passengers on the flight called their loved ones before the plane disappeared (during the September 11th terrorist attacks, passengers called their loved ones to say goodbye). There were also men onboard flight MH370 who used fake identities to board. The plane also flew undetected for 6-hours, indicating it was deliberately taken off the radar.

MH370: How Fatal is the Chip That Rothschild Reportedly ‘Acquired’?

On March 25, IntellihubNews reported that with the MH370 now missing or 'took down,' Lord Jacob Rothschild acquired a patent for a potent chip created by 20 employees of Freescale Semiconductor Ltd. aboard MH370. On March 24, Freescale Semiconductor Ltd. confirmed that it has 20 employees among the 239 passengers aboard the MH370 - 12 from Malaysia and 8 from China. 

"Out of respect for the families' privacy during this difficult time, we will not be releasing the names of the employees who were on board the flight at this time," Freescale spokeswoman Jacey Zuniga said. "These were people with a lot of experience and technical background and they were very important people. It's definitely a loss for the company," Mitch Haws, said Freescale's vice president. 

How destructible could this chip be? In a detailed report from Malaysia Chronicle dated April 8, it said that Freescale launched what could be the world's smallest microcontroller in Feb 2013 called the Kinesis KL02. KL02 measures 1.9 mm by 2mm and contains RAM, ROM and a clock. Even with its minute size, KL02 might be the most potent next-generation war weaponry. 

Whether remotely controlled or automatically programmed, KLO2 can be utilised to employ drones smaller than flies. Such small-sized drones were allegedly being used to deliver lab-cloned viruses or toxic drugs instrumental for spreading plague, virus and disease; track spy satellites or large scale and hidden weaponries. KL02 could also be injected to devices like Google glass to render the device obsolete or have the device controlled from 'someone' aside from its owner. 

The chip is also significant in making plausible Pentagon's ultimate dream of human-controlled robotic warrior. It can be injected to bionic prosthetics to control robotic nerves and limbs. 'Killing' the creators of this chip will prevent any leakage or selling of the technology to the Chinese and outside the Malaysian government. It is widely known that China is in its way of advancing its military-applications technology for warfare.

The Malaysian government, on the other hand, is rumoured to have acquired rights to a powerful chip which can alter barcode tags in retail goods and can be inserted into human body to by-pass identity verifications. Rothschild family reportedly owns the Malaysian Central Bank which has significant investments in Malaysian government and Malaysian Airlines.

Sony Playstations Seized Over Patent Theft Lawsuit

Chronic copyright and patent thieves, Sony, have been slapped with a court order, which allows LG, to have authorities seize all shipments of Playstation 3 headed for Europe. Sony, engaging in its infamous thievery, decided to criminally violate the patents of LG to make the Playstation 3.

Home Depot Loses Invention Theft Case

Nationwide U.S. hardware chain, Home Depot, lost a very avoidable lawsuit in court this month, regarding stealing an invention from a man named Michael Powell. He pitched his "Safe Hands" invention to Home Depot, for a saw guard, which prevents employees of their stores, from cutting off their fingers, when slicing wood and other materials for customers. Brilliant idea.

Powell made an offer of $2,000 per device, which would have been pocket money for hardware giant, Home Depot, even allowing them to test said invention. Instead, he was later told his invention had been rejected by the company, only for executives at Home Depot to go behind his back and steal the idea, implementing it in all their stores in America.

Powell sued and won $3 million in damages, as ordered by U.S. District Judge Daniel Hurley, who labeled Home Depot's actions "callous and arrogant."

A jury determined Home Depot should pay Powell $15 million in damages for their misconduct. The company plans to appeal the ruling. The Judiciary Report is of the belief the verdict should stand, as too much of this unlawful theft is transpiring in the corporate sector and it needs to desist.

Constantly stealing patents and copyrights from independent inventors, writers, small and mid-sized companies, will also shut the Copyright Office and separately the Patent And Trademark Office, as millions of people will see no need to pay product protection fees to them anymore, if corporate giants, keep stealing and wiping out the inventions, patents and copyrights of smaller companies.

It should also be noted, corporate giants cannot solely keep said federal registration offices open based on the sums they pay for product protection, in comparison to the millions of independent inventors and writers that remit payment for their products on a regular basis.

This form of thievery also damages economies to far greater degrees than the government estimates. When patents and copyrights are criminally stolen and improperly duplicated for financial gain, it destroys revenues for smaller companies, whose other forthcoming inventions and products, are usually wiped out, due to lack of funding after being robbed.

This takes billions out of the economy, when smaller and mid-sized companies other products do not come to fruition, due to initial items being stolen by corporate giants, erasing revenues.

Small and mid-sized company's revenues that are being destroyed via corporate giants stealing their products, means the other items they have in the works, will not be made, wiping out the next wave of hit products, costing the economy billions.

So instead of two successful companies, you now have one, because the corporate giant stole from and as a result, dismantled the smaller company, to steal ideas and products they do not truly understand, as they did not create them and will poorly replicate in the marketplace. As the unsavory pattern repeats itself, thousands of smaller companies are senselessly destroyed, costing the economy billions. It is the equivalent of a dangerous food chain, where wiping out companies in the middle and or at the bottom, through theft, causes the entire financial hierarchy to collapse, as there is nothing to support the economical framework. Nokia Sues Apple For Stealing iPhone

Sony and Sony Ericsson continue to suffer massive sales losses, in a terrible financial decline that refuses to abate. Sony's image in the world is so ugly now, people are not inspired to buy from them, due to their dirty corporate practices, such as copyright, patent and trademark infringement.

They've suffered a fresh string of embarrassing losses and defeats recently, posting huge sales declines and having to withdraw some of their product lines, due to the fact people are not buying them.

Sony Ericsson Reshuffles Leadership, Looks to Tighten Product Line

08/17/09 2:27 PM PT - Executives at both Sony and Ericsson will take new leadership positions at Sony Ericsson, the duo's joint venture in the mobile handheld space. Ericsson's Bert Nordberg will become Sony Ericsson's president upon the retirement of current prez Hideki Komiyama. Meanwhile, Sony Chairman and CEO Howard Stringer will also serve as Sony Ericsson's chairman.

Bert Nordberg, a 14-year veteran of telecom system provider Ericsson (Nasdaq: ERICY) More about Ericsson, has been named president of Sony Ericsson, the firm's joint cellphone venture with the Japanese consumer electronics giant. He'll be succeeding Hideki "Dick" Komiyama, a Sony (NYSE: SNE) More about Sony executive who has led Sony Ericsson More about Sony Ericsson since 2007 and is now headed for retirement.

Nordberg will be co-president of Sony Ericsson -- a new position for the firm -- beginning Sept. 1 and will assume full responsibility on Oct. 15.

In another executive reshuffle, Sony Ericsson has also tapped Sir Howard Stringer, Sony's chairman and chief executive, to take over the chairmanship of the Sony Ericsson board. The role is currently held by Carl-Hendric Svanberg, the Ericsson chief executive, who is in line to become chairman of BP in the United Kingdom.

Although prompted by outside circumstance -- Komiyama's retirement -- the moves may be necessary for the venture to right itself in the face of sharply declining revenues.

Dwindling Commitment?

Sony Ericsson, now in its eighth year, has lost at least US$1 billion in the past 12 months. Sony Pulls The Plugs On OLED Due To Losses & Production Problems

18/08/2009 - Bleeding cash and TV market share, Sony has now said that they will not deliver a new OLED TV this year because of costs and production problems. New research has also revealed that 4 out of 10 Sony OLED TV panels made are dumped because of production problems.

Hailed 18 months ago as the breakthrough TV technology that would catapult Sony into a dominant position in the TV display market, OLED TV is now turning into a lemon for the Japanese TV maker who in Australia has seen their TV display market share savaged by Samsung.

Also in Australia Sony is struggling with several other products with the Company recently admitting that they have had to replace faulty Sony Walkman and Vaio Notebooks that are prone to melting.

In an admission to the Wall Street Journal Sony has said that they are set to delay the launch of its next organic light emitting diode, or OLED, television because mass producing the new ultrathin displays would exacerbate losses at its TV division.

In Australia the Company is trying to sell a tiny 11" OLED TV for $6,999 which is $2,000 more than some vendors are selling a 55" Full HD TV for, complete with a free Nintendo Wii gaming console...

In previous ChannelNews stories we reported that Sony Chief Executive Howard Stringer had said in May 2008 that Sony would have a 27-inch OLED television available within 12 months.
