Too Big To Fail Or Go To Jail - Part 2

Too Big To Fail Or Go To Jail
The term "too big to fail" is often employed regarding major corporations that are experiencing financial loss. However, too big to fail or go to jail, should be added to the term, as the Obama Administration, much like the presidency of Bush before him, have given a pass to financial criminals that have cost America and the world so much. Not exactly a deterrent from committing crime. This is corrupt and needs to be changed.

U.S. Economy Adds Fewer Jobs Than Expected In A Significant Slowdown
Barack Obama
The U.S. economy added 120,000 jobs last month, falling short of the projected 205,000 that was expected. The economy has slowed once again and in a very noticeable manner. This is another indicator there has been no financial recovery and changes are needed to get the nation back on solid footing. A record high number of Americans are no longer in the work force, which is not a good milestone to hit in any regard.

Even With A Black President Not Much Has Changed This Martin Luther King Day
Martin Luther King Jr.
Today is Martin Luther King Jr. Day, named in honor of the pioneering civil rights advocate that changed America through non-violence and words of equality and peace. America now has its first black president, Barack Obama, but King's dream of equality still has not been achieved. Obama has helped rich corporate entities more than the everyday American, the latter includes minorities.
Socioeconomic disparities have created a significant divide between the haves and the have nots, the latter mostly minorities. Blacks and Hispanics are still racially profiled. The corporate sector has become greedier than ever, targeting minorities to greater degrees. It's time for reflection and readjustment, as the nation has a far way to go to achieve the dream.

American Protests Against The Corporate Sector Begin To Spread Around The Nation
Protests against Wall Street and the general corporate sector, for bringing the worst financial crisis on the nation since the Great Depression, have been spreading from New York to other American states. People have camped out to continue their protests, regarding the poor state of the U.S. economy, which has hit a number of historic lows over the past few years.
Democrats, President Obama and Senator Nancy Pelosi, are trying to reach out to protestors expressing empathy, which is ironic, as both had a great hand in the financial crisis becoming what it has turned into on America. Pelosi and Obama, when he was a senator, during the presidency of George W. Bush, rubber stamped dangerous items in Congress and looked the other way to serious corruption in the corporate sector, which has mushroomed into a financial nightmare (with worse to come).
On the opposite side of the aisle, Republican presidential candidate, Herman Cain told protestors this week to "blame yourself" for the state of the economy, not the banks and Wall Street, which was unfair. Cain needs to remember, America has tens of thousands of people who have been the victims of ponzi schemers and fraudsters, who stole their life savings, costing them their homes, investments and other assets. He also needs to remember, banks on Wall Street colluded to raise interest rates on mortgages, making payments unaffordable, costing many their homes.
Let's face it - the government has failed. They need to own up to that and stop blaming the everyday citizen for what has transpired. The government sided with the rich and famous, allowing them to do the unthinkable in the corporate sector and that greed has destroyed the prosperity the nation once enjoyed. Full stop. It was an illegal redistribution of wealth, presided over by the White House and Congress and all involved deserved to be voted out on their backsides for it. You have failed the nation.

Obama Sends U.S. Debt To All Time High
Barack Obama
For the first time in history, U.S. debt has topped $10 trillion dollars, up 59% under President Obama. In the midst of all Washington's spending, based on the reasoning President Obama set forth over two years ago, calculated expenditures would (allegedly) stimulate and boost the economy, spurring job growth. However, it has not and to terrible results. For the first time since 1945, U.S. job growth is at 0%, which is breathtakingly bad.
The government has also dipped into Social Security funds, which is not a good thing. According to CNS News, "The 'intragovernmental' debt is money the Treasury has borrowed out of government trust funds—including the Social Security trust fund—to use on federal expenses other than those the trust funds were set up to cover." This is a disaster in the making. Why is this being allowed.

The Economy Has Become A Free For All For Corporate Criminals
Barack Obama
The U.S. economy has become a free for all for corporate criminals robbing and ripping off the people of America. Food and gas prices continue to escalate in the midst of an unyielding financial crisis, fraudulent foreclosures abound and banks continue to horde a trillion dollars they were given by former President, George W. Bush and current Commander-in-Chief, Barack Obama.
You would think the massive bailouts would make banks and other financial institutions more eager to lend and invest in the national community, but it has done the exact opposite. A number of banks are hording bailout funds that came directly from taxpayer money, while engaging in egregious financial crimes against people in America.
The FBI and SEC continue to fail in policing and prosecuting criminals in corporate America, which is greatly hindering any possible recovery. Only an unwise person would believe, the very people that caused the financial crisis, can be trusted to police themselves.

Until he is able to tame and correct the aforementioned problems plaguing the economy, the nation will continue its downward slide.

The Corporate Sector Destroyed The Middle Class
President Barack Obama looking in the mirror
This year a number of mainstream articles have lamented regarding the erosion of the middle class, wondering how it happened, when the answer is right under their noses. The mass corruption and fraud in the corporate sector destroyed the middle class.
Unethical schemes and underhanded tricks have been used to exploit middle class businesspeople in America, destroying and gobbling up their businesses in favor of conglomerates. Faceless, soulless corporations, then buckled and fell under the sheer magnitude of the corruption and crooked business practices.
It is not easy starting and maintaining a business in America anymore. In the 1980s and 1990s it was much easier. There were many rags to riches stories. Now there are too many fees, too few loans and too much corruption one has to wade through, rendering it an unfavorable and unprofitable proposition for many.
I speak from experience. I have been trying to start a new business and you would not believe the hurdles I have experienced... and I didn't even apply for a business loan, which would have complicated it that much more.
In attempting to license the business and lease space, I've had different business people try to hustle me and talk me out of it, providing every negative reason they could think of, as to why I should not start the business, though it is a good, lawful one. Obama wants to know what happened to the middle class and small business sector...there you go!
Former President George W. Bush
I've never seen anything like it in my life. I grew up around so many business owners as a kid and teen, but now it is a different story. To those that make it through the ridiculous obstacle course that has become the corporate sector, there is some unethical corporate giant waiting to illegally profit from and disassemble all you've worked for, while the FBI, FTC, SEC and court system turn a blind eye.
Then, the corporate giants fall (as did Lehman, Countrywide, Washington Mutual, Wachovia, Merrill Lynch, MGM, ect...) leaving the government scratching its head wondering what happened to the economy. Look in the mirror.
The government needs to take a good, hard look at itself, what it has become and what it has allowed to happen to the working class, under the auspices that corporate giants are too big to fail and can do whatever they please, as it has brought America to the brink.
The mortgage lenders conspired and reset the interest rates on millions of mortgages a couple years ago, costing many their homes, the gas companies gouged the populace, usurping billions of dollars during the recent price hike ($3-$5 per gallon), food prices went up, due to added transportation costs (gas again) and ponzi schemers' fraudulent conduct began to unravel, when people started demanding their funds during hard times, not realizing their money was gone. It was the perfect storm, as the phrase goes.
It never used to be this hard to make it in America. Many people used to thrive. So many people that lived financially comfortable lives are now struggling to make ends meet. Now only the very rich are prospering, some through fraud and it is dragging the majority of the nation down.
How can it be good that so many people are suffering, under the aforementioned, illegal redistribution of wealth that transpired at the expense of the fleeced working class. Who will restore the American dream. The government needs to change or the people will change you.

Has Obama Failed
Barack Obama
Obama's beleaguered presidency received a terrible wake up call this month, via a pronounced flogging in the U.S. mid-term elections, where his fellow Democrats, were swept out of office and into the unemployment line. The American people rejected his political policies and those in league with him.
President Obama had another agenda from day one. He tried to turn America into a socialist state and it failed something awful. A significant amount of damage has been done, via his socialist goal of printing up an endless supply of money, clearly not keeping in mind the nation has to pay for it.
Constant cash infusions of borrowed money on borrowed time, as added a ridiculous amount of debt to the national deficit. This was done in under two years, but it will take much longer than that to repair the damage. Two years will run off before you know it and then what.
Obama has been acting like it is the America of old, with a balanced budget, surpluses and relatively low unemployment, but he did not assume office after Clinton. Regrettably, Obama has made a bigger mess of the tsunami of debt former president, George W. Bush left behind.
Obama needs to cut the rhetoric and repetitive speeches. People are suffering and some difficult choices need to be made if America is to get back on track. He must stop trying to buy success and acceptance with taxpayer money, because it does not work. Only creates more debt.
Banks and other businesses are hoarding taxpayer bailout money that truly does not belong to them, as it was meant to be injected into the national economy. While there are others in the corporate sector that continue to criminally steal from others in conduct the Obama Administration has failed to stop. Once again, has Obama failed?

The Absence Of Conscience
Friend of the rich, enemy of the poor and middle class
The economic depression of 2008 was caused by a gross absence of conscience. Arrogance led the corporate sector and complicit government to believe, robbing and gouging the middle class and poor, was appropriate conduct, when anyone with an ounce of decency knows better. High grade theft, massive borrowing, profligate spending and no accountability, led to the financial collapse of the U.S. economy, damaging other nations as well.
Most of the nation's economic problems have been cased by greed and the inability of some to accept the fact, the only true way to prosperity is hard work. Not stealing what others worked hard for in their lives.
The corporate sector has engaged in egregious acts of financial fraud, which came back to haunt the entire nation. The oil and gas companies, banks, mortgage companies and Hollywood, gouged the American people, with some engaging in flat out thievery.
Rather than moderation and fairness being the order of the day, theft became the corporate goal and it has destroyed many innocent people. The collateral damage and mess that has been created is astonishing on every level. How can one claim to care about one's country and do that.
These same individuals that gouged and abused the populace, destroying the nation's financial heath, are the biggest tax evaders in the country, constantly seeking tax breaks and not contributing anything constructive to America, primarily taking from it.
Oh, the things people do for money. Look what greed has caused - a juggernaut of suffering most did not see coming. What has been accomplished via this orgy of greed? What was the sense of all this thievery from the corporate sector, only for America to lose its dominance and place in the world as the premier superpower. It is merely a technicality at this point regarding America, but China now holds the crown.

United States Of China?
Barack Obama
A very sobering article was published yesterday by mainstream outlet CNBC, stating China essentially owns America, due to the massive amount of debt the nation has accumulated and the interest that is steadily being accrued. However, U.S. President, Barack Obama, is still spending very large sums of taxpayer money on fruitless endeavors, while America owes China $1 trillion dollars and counting.
No disrespect intended to China, as they work hard for their money, producing goods and services the world enjoys, but Bush and Obama's financial imprudence is threatening America's sovereignty, as any nation that accumulates too much debt and cannot pay its bills, is at risk of going under and collapsing.
If the Obama Administration continues this massive spending campaign, the nation will no longer be able to afford a federal government, with everything being handled on a state level.
The Obama spending spree and money printing run needs to stop. Furthermore, devaluing the U.S. dollar is not going to fix the financial crisis. Once again, the U.S. government is spending too much money and to very poor results. The government should have concentrated on cost cutting and paying down the national debt, as now the nation's sovereignty is in jeopardy.
I predicted the 2008 financial crisis two years before it happened and the Judiciary Report has been publishing a message of government thrift, debt reduction and corporate production for over three years, but the so-called powers that be in Washington, still don't get it and probably won't, until the damage is so extensive, the American way of life is completely gone.

Obama Appoints New Economic Watchdog
Treasury Secretary, Timothy Geithner (left), Barack Obama (center) and Elizabeth Warren (right)
U.S. President Barack Obama has appointed, Elizabeth Warren, as an economic watchdog, to act as a financial czar, monitoring the corporate abuse of consumers. Warren will act as an assistant to President Obama in the newly established Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection. The concept is a good one. Time will tell if it works and it certainly needs to, as there is rampant fraud in the corporate sector.
