Some companies in the corporate sector think they are "too big to fail." However no company is "too big to fail." Looking back through corporate history there are on companies that have collapsed and closed, such as Enron, WorldCom and Washington Mutual, to name a few, who were once thought to be invincible.

Those were all big companies that failed, collapsed and are now gone. A memory. No company is too big to fail, but it is a lesson the corporate sector has not truly learned, taking dangerous risks on financial instruments that devastate economies. Some corporations have become too corrupt to stay in business, but their haughty way of thinking they are "too big to fail" or go to jail, will be their downfall.

Critics are stating it is damaging the already battered consumer, as food prices have also risen. Foreclosures and bankruptcies are high as well.

The Gallup polling company revealed, unemployment in America sits at an uncomfortable 9%, three years into Obama's tumultuous term as President of the United States. These circumstances are working against Obama's reelection bid, with the presidential election fast approaching in November.

Gas prices in America have soared so high, not even millionaire pop star, Justin Bieber, can afford gas. A fantasy car he was driving in Los Angeles, California, broke down like it was nobody's business, forcing the Bieber to call for assistance. Hopefully this will open Congress' collective eyes to the financial problems facing the nation.

Yes, the Biebster's ride did breakdown, but of course, he can afford gas. However, I am using this article to sarcastically shame politicians over the current ridiculous gas prices courtesy of Big Oil, who are holding the public hostage. I find it hard to believe the legislature can't set anti-gouging guidelines, as the oil companies seem to think the sky is the limit, regarding how much they can charge.

U.S. President Barack Obama has appointed, Elizabeth Warren, as an economic watchdog, to act as a financial czar, monitoring the corporate abuse of consumers. Warren will act as an assistant to President Obama in the newly established Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection. The concept is a good one. Time will tell if it works and it certainly needs to, as there is rampant fraud in the corporate sector.
