Floyd Mayweather Denied Visa To Australia Due To Criminal Domestic Violence Jail Record

Floyd Mayweather is scheduled to fight Manny Pacquiao on May 2, 2015 in America

Champion boxer, Floyd Mayweather, has been denied entry into Australia, due to his criminal record in the Josie Harris domestic violence case, where he was sent to jail for beating the mother of his children in the presence of their kids. Mayweather was scheduled to make two appearances in Australia concerning business ventures and attend a charity event to raise money. However, the Australian Immigration Department refused to grant Mayweather a visa.

Immigration Minister, Peter Dutton stated, "A visa has not been granted in this case. The government takes very seriously its role in protecting the Australian community from the risk of harm by non-citizens who engage in criminal conduct and or conduct that is of serious concern. Visa applicants must demonstrate they are of good character, as required under the character test in the Migration Act 1958, before they are granted a visa. I am aware of Mr. Mayweather’s background - both in terms of his professional success as well as his criminal history - as has been extensively reported in the United States and Australian media. In making character decisions, a range of factors are taken into account. This can include consideration of both a person’s criminal history as well as their general conduct over a continuum of time, to reach an assessment as to whether they are of good character.”

Recently, singer Chris Brown was denied entry into Canada twice, due to his criminal record in relation to the Rihanna domestic violence case. Rapper Snoop Dogg was denied entry into Britain due to his arrest record for murder (acquitted) as well as drug possession. Many countries of the world, including the United States, have stringent rules regarding visa applicants and the requirement they not be felons or convicted of violent or drug related crimes, even if the drug crimes are misdemeanors, as opposed to the more serious felonies.

Snoop Dogg's Son Slams Jay Z, Beyonce, Rihanna And Madonna For Being Greedy And Not Caring About The Public

Corde Broadus and Snoop Dogg

Corde Broadus, the reality star son of rapper, Snoop Dogg, slammed Jay Z, Beyonce, Rihanna and Madonna over the new Tidal music streaming service that was recently launched. Social networking comments and blog posts have been very unfavorable, labeling the aforementioned artists greedy and stating they will not pay to join the service. Corde was no different. He made posts on Instagram slamming the artists involved with Tidal.

Corde's posts on Instagram

Exzisting music streaming services such as Spotify have taken digs at Tidal via tweets on Twitter. They are not impressed with the venture that launched by insulting Spotify and payment rates. The irony is Jay Z and Madonna, among others involved in the promotion of Tidal, are the biggest thieves and fraudsters in the music industry, routinely stealing from other artists and ripping off producers, songwriters and musicians.

Usher, Rihanna, Nicki Minaj, Madonna, DeadAmu5, Kanye West, Jay Z and J Cole (also known as Hollywood's self-professed "Illuminati")

The aforementioned artists constantly defraud and shortchange others in questionable business deals. There are many lawsuits that attest to this fact. They are known in the industry for this financial fraud and avarice. Therefore, how can they be trusted to pay people what they are owed from Tidal, when court records reveal otherwise.

Snoop Dogg And Iggy Azalea Get Into Social Networking Fight Partly Due To Nicki Minaj (Video)

Iggy Azalea

Legendary rapper Snoop Dogg has gotten into a war of words with newbie female rapper Iggy Azalea. Snoop fired off a series of comedic, albeit insulting tweets and Instagram posts about Iggy. When Iggy responded he reminded her he is a rap legend and she is not, stating he had hit records when Iggy, 24, was in diapers. Iggy currently has one hit "Fancy" and a debut album struggling in the sales department.

Snoop Dogg's Instagram diss insulting Iggy

Snoop has since apologized, after putting out a clip online that was interpreted as a threat against Iggy. Snoop stated, "Tip called me, it’s over. Got a lot of love for cuz, so I let it go! Too much money on my mind to worry bout a biiiii**h ." Iggy accepted his so so apology.

Iggy Azalea's diss to Snoop Dogg

Snoop felt slighted by Iggy and is also a friend of rapper Nicki Minaj. It has been stated Minaj feels as though Iggy has ripped of her career in look and sound. Rapper TI set out to capitalize on the success of Minaj, by creating a white version of her, via Iggy and it worked.

Iggy and TI before the butt work

Similarities exist between the two female rappers. Iggy was given butt enhancement procedures to greatly enlarge her butt to look like Minaj's after it garnered more attention than her music. Minaj has also had butt work done. Their style of rap is also similar, at times leaving them sounding like each other.

Snoop Dogg called Nicki Minaj the only relevant female in rap

Nicki took a dig at Iggy when she received an award this year, stating she writes all of her raps, unlike a certain artist. The next day, social media and the blogosphere had a number of items stating it was an insult aimed directly at Iggy, who some state has ghostwriters (the same claim was made about Minaj as well). Some believe one of Iggy's alleged ghostwriters is mentor TI.

Ironically, rap legend Lil Kim complained Minaj ripped off her look and sound. Lil Kim released comparative items to illustrate this belief. Once again, there are many similarities between the two. New Police Theory On Who Killed Biggy And Tupac

Tupac, Snoop Dogg and Suge Knight

The show "Celebrity Crime Files" on TV One, recently explored a new theory regarding the murders of rappers the Notorious B.I.G. and Tupac Shakur, who were gunned down in separate incidents. For years it has been stated in print and on film that Nation of Islam member Amir Mohamed, in conjunction with Los Angles Police Department officer, David Mack, a known, corrupt associate of former Death Row Records CEO, Suge Knight, who signed Tupac to a record deal, had B.I.G. murdered. Mack went to prison for armed robbery.

"Celebrity Crime Files" going on an investigation conducted by LAPD officer Greg Kading, now claims the South Side Compton Crips murdered B.I.G. over an uncollected debt. Kading stated he had a sit-down with one of the gang's leaders, Keithy D, who stated he was present when both Tupac and B.I.G. were murdered six months apart, in Las Vegas and New York respectively.

A woman named Theresa Swan also informed Kading that she is raising Knight's child and that he is the one who commissioned B.I.G.'s murder in retaliation for Tupac's death, though there is no published proof the former had anything to do with the latter's murder. Swan stated she visited Knight in prison after Tupac's murder and he instructed her to contact a gang member named Pucci, who would handle the hit on B.I.G.

The Notorious B.I.G. and Diddy in the 1990s

Previously, a bodyguard for Diddy, CEO of Badboy Entertainment, the record label B.I.G. was signed to as a recording artist, shot and killed Knight's bodyguard during an altercation outside of an Atlanta, Georgia night club. Knight read a lot into the incident and had it in for Diddy ever since. Knight also demanded the address of Diddy's mother, Janice Coombs, allegedly beating an industry executive for the information.

At the end of the day, some believe Knight was behind Tupac's murder, as the rapper was about to leave Death Row Records, over unpaid royalties totaling $20,000,000. Knight refused to pay Tupac all that was owed and it created significant tension and arguments.

After his murder, the rapper's mother, Afeni Shakur sued Death Row Records to obtain the back royalties her son unsuccessfully fought for during his life. She settled for a fraction of what was owed, as Death Row's assets were seized by the government and others. Knight also despised Diddy and his label, deeming them rivals. This made B.I.G., Badboy's most profitable star, a prime target.

Now That Justin Bieber Has Apologized For Smoking Marijuana Will He Drop Lil Twist Who Encouraged His Behavior

Justin Bieber looking like he gave himself a home perm

18-year-old teen pop star, Justin Bieber, recently apologized to his fans on the show "Saturday Night Live" for smoking marijuana, which was secretly captured on film by a money seeking individual and sold to TMZ. However, the question remains, has Bieber dropped his weed carrier, rapper, Lil Twist, whose girlfriend, Milyn Jensen, also sexually serviced the teen pop star.

Justin Bieber and Lil Twist

Until Twist changes his ways, Bieber needs to end the friendship, as it has brought the worst of celebrity excess to his life - sex, drugs and rock n' roll (well, pop n' roll). Had Bieber not apologized to his worried fans for smoking marijuana, who began complaining on Twitter that bloggers were lying about him, I was going to summon expert legal witnesses - Bob Marley's family and Snoop Dogg, to give their opinion on whether little man was smoking a spliff in the pictures (LOL).

Blaque Member Natina Reed Dies In Car Accident Like Her Mentor Lisa Lopes

Natina Reed

32-year-old Natina Reed of the 1990s R&B/rap group Blaque, discovered by the late Lisa Left Eye Lopes and known for the hit song "808" was killed yesterday in a accident in Atlanta, Georgia, much like her mentor was years prior. Reed, who had also appeared in the movies "Bring It On" and "Honey" with her R&B persona based on mentor, Lopes in the girl group TLC, was hit by a vehicle as she attempted to cross the road.

Natina Reed and Kurupt

Reed was pronounced dead at the hospital a half an hour later, two days shy of her 33rd birthday. She leaves behind a 10-year-old son, Tren Brown, fathered by Snoop Dogg protégé and rapper Kurupt, real name Ricardo Emmanuel Brown.

Blaque

Reed was engaged to Kurupt for a short period of time. Blaque's career was short lived. In 2010, Reed was arrested for disorderly conduct. Initial reports claimed her arrest was for prostitution and cocaine possession. Death claims another star early.

Justin Bieber Spotted Engaging In Underage Drinking And Second Hand Weed Smoking

Justin Bieber

The website Opposing Views is reporting, 18-year-old pop star Justin Bieber was spotted breaking the law in Toronto this past weekend, by engaging in underage drinking and inhaling the second hand smoke from rapper Snoop Dogg's weed smoking.

The legal drinking age in Toronto is 19. Girlfriend Selena Gomez was seen in his company. Bieber has certainly been getting himself into compromising situations, from physically assaulting a paparazzo to dangerously speeding down a California highway. This is how it began for other child stars that ended up in trouble. Bieber needs to take stock.

Ganja Granny Arrested At Age 73 For Selling Pounds Of Marijuana To The Public (Video)

Snoop Dogg Needs To Come Get His Grandma!

I Have No Words For This

You know, you wouldn't suspect an adorable 73-year-old granny of selling weed by the pound, but you'd be wrong. Darlene Mayes was arrested in Oklahoma after an undercover officer busted her with $276,000 in cash and 4 pounds of weed (rappers and rastas reading this, stop salivating and or preparing Mayes legal fund to the shouts of "Free Granny").

Darlene Mayes

Apparently, Granny had the block on lock, supplying 40% of the area with weed. I know granny could roll a spliff (joint) with her dentures (now there's a commercial Polygrip didn't see coming). Are you guys sure this isn't Bob Marley or Snoop Dogg's granny, because then this story would make sense. Seriously, someone needs to get grandma into rehab, because I know she was using her product.

Justin Bieber Marijuana Surfaces To The Singer's Anger

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez (Photo Credit: Wire Image)

17-year-old pop star, Justin Bieber, is reportedly angry to find out, a group of drug dealing criminals have named their marijuana after him, in his native Canada. It's understandable Bieber would be upset, as he tries to promote a positive, drug free image, especially where his young, impressionable audience is concerned.

After U.S. President Barack Obama was elected, criminals in New York named their marijuana after him as well, selling it with his name on the white paper packaging. None of this conduct is very respectful and the aforementioned individuals' names are protected by trademark law. Now, had the drug dealers named the weed Jimi Hendrix, Bob Marley or Snoop Dogg, nobody would have said a word.

Producer: Beyonce Stole Credit For "Bootylicious"

Beyonce

Producer Rob Fusari has accused screaming singer Beyonce of stealing writer's credit for the 2001 song she sang entitled "Bootylicious." Not that Mr. Fusari is a beacon of integrity himself, as Lady Gaga's "Paparazzi" is not an original work.

As with Rich Harrison, the producer and writer of the Beyonce performed song, "Crazy In Love" (2003), Fusari insists the song lyrics, music sample and backing music were his idea, but her dad, Matthew Knowles, strong-armed him out of credit and some of his publishing royalties for the track.

The song's title "Bootylicious" is a made up word that was stolen from a copyrighted, preexisting 1994 Snoop Dogg song entitled, "What's My Name."

Yet it is another item Beyonce has taken credit for, overcompensating in repeatedly stating in interviews that she came up with the word "Bootylicious" when it was on one of the most famous rap albums in music history almost a decade prior to her taking it for a song title.

One has to wonder if Beyonce is severely mentally ill, to keep insisting preexisting copyrights she has stolen from a number of people, are her original creations, when the Copyright Office in Washington DC and court cases state otherwise.

To go to such sick extremes in interviews, repeatedly insisting you wrote something that there is a clear, time stamped history of having existed before you claim wrote it, is patently psychotic.

Beyonce and her dad have repeatedly strong-armed and bullied established producers and writers into giving up their songwriting credits and publishing royalties, or they cannot work with her, while flat-out criminally stealing and infringing preexisting copyrights from lesser known and unknown independent writers they prey on.

The fact of the matter is Beyonce is unintelligent to the point it borders on illiteracy, yet consistently takes writer's credit, hefty royalty payments and awards for writing songs she did not author in any manner whatsoever. These acts constitute criminal violations of the U.S. Code. Another musical Madoff, if you will.

Every major hit she has ever had and taken writer's credit for, was either strong-armed away from an established writer/producer or criminally infringed works of indie artists and writers she and her dad ripped off, believing they could buy out court cases if need be, as fledgling composers will not have the money to fight their financial crimes.

However, in my case, much more has been at stake, as the proceeds from my copyrights were to go towards producing cures to cancer and AIDS, via scientific and medical research and helping disease sufferers live longer, healthier lives.

You have blood on your hands and God will punish you for that. You can count on it.

Beyonce Knowles - Producer Upset Over Beyonce Writing Snub

25 February 2010 12:24 - Producer ROB FUSARI was devastated when BEYONCE took credit for composing BOOTYLICIOUS, alleging it was his idea to use a STEVIE NICKS' riff in the DESTINY'S CHILD hit.

Fusari insists it was a "bittersweet" experience working with the R&B trio on the 2001 track - the catchy song went on to top the charts but Beyonce's dad and manager Mathew allegedly forced him to compromise his ideas for the project. And he was further offended after the frontwoman claimed she was responsible for sampling Nicks' 1981 guitar part.

Fusari tells Billboard magazine, "I came up with the idea to build a track using the guitar riff from Stevie Nicks' Edge of Seventeen...

"I remember watching Barbara Walters interview Beyonce about Bootylicious, and she told Barbara about how she came up with the idea for the track."

Fusari, who went on to help Lady Gaga launch her pop career, insists he was brushed off when he complained about the interview, adding, "I called Mathew - which was a big mistake; I got emotional, and I apologised after - but I called Mathew and said, 'Mathew, like, why?' He explained to me, in a nice way, he said, 'People don't want to hear about Rob Fusari, producer from Livingston, N.J. No offence, but that's not what sells records. What sells records is people believing that the artist is everything.' And I'm like, 'Yeah, I know, Mathew. I understand the game. But come on, I'm trying too. I'm a squirrel trying to get a nut, too.'"
