FBI Director James Comey was ordered into the U.S. Congress yesterday for a hearing on the Federal Bureau of Investigation's corrupt conduct in their investigation into Hillary Clinton recklessly mishandling classified information, placing American national secrets in peril. Clinton was hacked by the communist bloc, who now have top secret information gleaned from her emails she housed on an unprotected server in criminal violation of government protocols and procedures (no anti-virus, anti-spyware or firewall and unencrypted).

The FBI caused outrage in America this week when they officially recommended Clinton not be criminally charged for wanton violations of U.S. law in the email scandal, which occurred during her tenure as Secretary of State in the Obama administration. Americans all over social networking sites are actively slamming the FBI, labeling the law enforcement agency "corrupt" and stating "the system is rigged." The FBI's name went up in smoke this week and all because of Hillary Clinton. The agency's name is now mud.

Comey was asked about Clinton lying to the FBI, which is a federal crime under 18 USC 1001. However, as President Barack Obama forced him to drop the case against "crooked Hillary" as she is called online, Comey humiliated the FBI even more stating when they interviewed Clinton this past Saturday, they did not have her under oath, took no notes and did not record it. How convenient (sarcasm).

That's very odd. My experience with the FBI when I filed a complaint regarding illegal wiretapping (and was later proven right via arrests in America and Britain) and they called me to come into the agency's office in Miami twice, regarding Hillary's private investigator, Anthony Pellicano, both FBI agents who questioned me a few days apart, had pen and notebook. They asked me a long series of questions and took notes during both interviews. I was called there as a victim of crime and they used my words, excerpts from my articles online and legal documents I gave them, which was mysteriously referenced in the prosecutors case against Pellicano, who was convicted and sentenced to 15-years in prison.

I wasn't placed under oath during the interviews, but you don't have to be, because if you lie to law enforcement in any professional setting as it relates to their job, it is a crime. Therefore, Clinton didn't need to be placed under oath. Clinton is a lawyer. She knew. Lawyers are trained regarding the consequences of lying to law enforcement, under oath or not.

Comey was also asked about Clinton lying to Congress, as she made a series of deceitful denials under oath in the legislature about the scandal, which the FBI Director later unintentionally contradicted in his press conference this week, while revealing some of the agency's findings from their investigation into the known liar. Lying to Congress is also a crime.

I am no Hillary Clinton fan. She is an evil, ruthless human being, who should be in prison for Benghazi and criminal acts against women her husband had sex with...repeatedly. I saw firsthand the level of damage Clinton's private investigator Pellicano did to innocent people and their families (he is also suspected of murder). Clinton was the first to hire him, a made member of the Italian-American mafia, specifically the Colombo family.

Clinton claims she is a feminist and cares about women's rights and children (see her fake political commercials for further reference). Yet she hired that deranged, raging psychopath Pellicano, who would wait outside the kindergarten and middle schools of the children of the targets of his surveillance, take the kids pictures from the vantage point of his car, then send the photos to their parents with death threats written in red marker, on behalf of people like Clinton and her Hollywood cronies such as Madonna, who hired him on her recommendation. They paid him large sums of money, well above what standard private investigators make, because he would wiretap, hack, stalk, threaten and abuse people on their behalf. Anyone who hired him is a bully and a coward.

Pellicano also sent death threats to women Clinton paid him to target cause Bill couldn't keep his pants zipped. Pellicano was also paid to break into the homes of Gennifer Flowers and Kathleen Wiley, among others, install illegal hidden surveillance items and vandalize their property. Pellicano even stole Paula Jones' dog out of spite, when Clinton paid him to target her. Women and their families were being brutally threatened on Clinton's behalf and she knew. Clinton doesn't give a darn about kids or women or anyone else for that matter. She only cares about herself and would make one crappy president.

And then there's the matter of her health. Hillary coughs more than a chimney. I'm not aware of her being a smoker. However, Clinton had a life threatening blood clot on her brain, which could be apart of the reason she is coughing so much and on a regular basis. Some blood clotting issues negatively impact the respiratory system, causing issues with respiration. It can produce chronic coughing, choking and gasping for air.

And then there is her mental state. Clinton's own personal assistant Huma Abedin stated in a private email that was made public in the FBI's investigation, that Hillary is very forgetful and confused. Yet this is who will know the nuclear codes to America. She might call for pizza one day and instead of reading out the credit card number, she'd read out the nuclear codes.

Director of National Intelligence James Clapper apologized to Congress for lying under oath on April 18, 2013 about his NSA spying on Americans. He was forced to do so, as weeks after his deceitful appearance in Congress, brave whistle blower Edward Snowden released hard evidence of the NSA illegally spying on millions of Americans. It also confirmed what I have been writing online for several years regarding the FBI and NSA secretly spying on Americans in criminal violation of the Constitution.

The spying has disrupted a number of lives. I was made aware of the unlawful conduct when they began illegally spying on me, most noticeably in 2005, after I went to the FBI and was interviewed by them twice, formally complaining about Madonna and her private eye Anthony Pellicano, a member of the mob, who was arrested four months later on the very things I complained of verbally and in writing.

After the first tips I gave the FBI worked out, they began illegally spying on me for tips in cases, without my consent, by secretly engaging unlawful wiretaps on my phone lines, later confirmed by three separate telephone technicians. They also began obtaining copies of all my private emails and unpublished columns containing exclusives they sought to use first.

The problem was compounded by the fact I have connections in political and entertainment industry circles. Items privately and lawfully discussed over the phone and or by email with them, were being illegally intercepted by the eavesdropping FBI and NSA and utilized to start cases against people, whose criminal activity we privately denounced.

When it happens over a dozen times (raids and arrests of those privately spoken about over the phone and via email) and telephone technicians confirm the government is wiretapping one’s phones, you pretty much figure out that’s what they’re doing – illegally turning you into an informant without your knowledge or consent. Congress never gave them the authority to do that.

Under the Constitution, as a private citizen, I am allowed to go public with claims of government wrongdoing, such as having my privacy invaded via unconstitutional spying, as I have experienced it. I don’t work for the government, never have. Therefore, in publishing on my sites the extent of their illegal spying, no contract, oath or trust was allegedly betrayed in any fashion, except them betraying my own as a victim of crime they decided to violate as well in trying to turn me into an informant/snitch without my knowledge or consent.

Imagine that, they tried to turn me into a snitch. As far as I’m concerned, I’m too cute for that. I have never worked for any world government, but if I ever do, it will be in a formal capacity, up front in a desk job. I’m not into that cloak and dagger crap the FBI so relishes.

Therefore, I'm thankful to Edward Snowden. He has via data and files, straight from the NSA, confirmed what I have stated online for years. The American people need to know what has happened to civil liberties in the nation at the hands of an overreaching, power grabbing administration that refuses to rein in its unconstitutional behavior. America is now a police state and innocent people are being treated like criminals in being spied on and classed as things they are not, terrorists or spies, in order for some in power to get away with this invasive spying illegality before Congress.

I only regret that Snowden didn’t pass the files to Wikileaks and remained anonymous, as he doesn’t deserve what the administration is trying to do to his life, all because they broke the law and didn’t want the public to find out. If he mysteriously dies or is outright killed, it is my hope every single one of you involved, from the bottom to the top in Washington, gets kicked out of office. And don’t think it can’t happen regarding Snowden. President Obama enacted a new rule that he can kill Americans on U.S. soil or in the international community and not face prosecution.

July 2, 2013 - Director of National Intelligence James Clapper testifying before the Senate Armed Services Committee April 18, 2013. Clapper has apologized for lying to the committee during testimony. The director of National Intelligence apologized in June to the chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee for lying during a hearing, according to a letter published on the DNI website on Tuesday.

Director James Clapper appeared before the committee in March, where Sen. Ron Wyden, D-Ore., asked him specifically if NSA spies on millions of Americans. Clapper answered, "No." Since then, Edward Snowden reportedly leaked government documents that unveiled a secretive government program that did precisely what Wyden suggested in collecting meta data for cell phone and internet records of hundreds of millions of Americans.

"James Clapper Is Still Lying": That would be a more honest headline for yesterday’s big Washington Post article about the director of national intelligence’s letter to the U.S. Senate.

Clapper, you may recall, unequivocally said "no, sir" in response to Sen. Ron Wyden, D-Ore., asking him: "Does the NSA collect any type of data at all on millions or hundreds of millions of Americans?" Clapper’s response was shown to be a lie by Snowden’s disclosures, as well as by reports from the Guardian, the Washington Post, the Associated Press and Bloomberg News (among others). This is particularly significant, considering lying before Congress prevents the legislative branch from performing oversight and is therefore a felony.

FBI Director Robert S. Mueller Slammed Online Over His Comments In Congress On NSA Spying And IRS Harassment Scandals (Videos)

A Sickly And Displaced Looking Mueller Makes Appearance In Congress

An angry American public has been tearing FBI Director Robert S. Mueller to shreds online over his poor performance in the U.S. Congress, when questioned about the current IRS and NSA scandals dominating news headlines. Some members of Congress threw softball questions at Mueller.

However, others ripped him a new one in what constituted some of the most explosive exchanges between the disgraced director and the legislature. Mueller is being mocked and derided all over the internet.

Mueller came across as incompetent, inept, confused and bumbling during the hearing. For instance, he claimed he did not know a number of pertinent facts on various issues he is supposed to be abreast of as head of the FBI. One of his most derided claims was due to Mueller stating he did not know what "BOLO" meant. In law enforcement circles "BOLO" stands for "Be on the lookout."

Mueller also told Congress he does not know who is investigating the IRS scandal, regarding the International Revenue Service targeting and harassing conservatives, Christians and journalists. However, a number of press reports over the past few weeks have indicated, based on information from Congress, the FBI is supposed to be investigating the matter.

 

A few members of Congress also brought up the Boston Marathon terrorist attack, regarding the FBI ignoring a credible tip directly from the Russian government, warning that now deceased bomber Tamerlan Tsarnaev is a terrorist plotting jihad (he went on to commit the atrocity against innocent citizens of Boston).

It was revealed the FBI did no proper investigative work into the matter, because if they had done so, they would have discovered Tsarnaev's mosque was founded by a convicted terrorist, who is currently in prison on terrorism charges. The head of the FBI simply stated, "We visited the mosque."

Regarding NSA spying, which the FBI is apart of, Mueller stated any activities engaged in regarding national security is permissible, which is an outright lie, as illegal surveillance, among other things, is a violation of the Constitution. If the program was legal and in line with the Constitution, it would not have been a secret from the American people.

Mueller leaves the FBI in a few months and in disgrace. Beginning in 2006, I repeatedly warned online about this man and his crooked agenda, after being interviewed by the FBI in Miami in 2005 and seeing their practices. He is one of the worst things that ever happened to America and as the scandals continue to break, this fact will become undeniably evident.  

In closing, to bring home Mueller's warped view of justice, he stated in Congress yesterday, "There are many number of occasions where we have probable cause or facts that would purport to establish probable cause to charge someone with something and we do not." Corrupt!

An embarrassed and humiliated Attorney General, Eric Holder, is trying to backtrack on what amounts to criminal behavior, as he had illegally labeled Fox News journalist, James Rosen, a criminal spy, in order to gain court approval to spy on him. Holder was searching for anything he could find to destroy Rosen for engaging in his constitutional right to free press, via exposing government misconduct (particularly Holder’s and that of the administration). Self-interest was at play once again, as they’ve done this to a number of journalists who exposed crimes being committed by the government against the American people.

For years the Judiciary Report has stated the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and Department of Justice (DOJ) has been illegally spying on journalists and people in general with publicly outspoken views (usually for political reasons) by lying about them in official documents, labeling them criminals such as spies or terrorists. It is the only way the FBI/DOJ can legally get court clearance to spy on someone under such circumstances and it is a dirty political trick that needs to desist.

When the FBI/DOJ does such things they become the laughingstock of the intelligence community, as world governments and spy groups know they did not employ the individuals who have been defamatorily labeled spies, just so the FBI/DOJ can spy on them for political reasons. What is basically amounts to is this: you lawfully wrote something about me I didn’t like, so I’m going to waste taxpayer money and investigate you with the hope I can viciously harass you and your loved ones out of revenge, making you shut up.

The worst part is when their unconstitutional investigations into the aforementioned law abiding targets gets nasty and personal out of nothing but revenge, as it so often does at the low brow agency. The FBI then begins contacting friends and family members of the innocent target(s), approaching their loved ones and friends with outrageous, defamatory lies, in bids at turning them against them.

They will state it is "a matter of national security" or "life and death" requesting the target’s loved ones and friends assist the FBI in trying to demoralize, harass and abandon the target they will deceitfully make out to be the most horrible person alive, all because some big wig in Washington didn’t like a piece they wrote for a blog, website or newspaper, exposing some truth they did not want uncovered.

It's called an abuse of power and they deserve to go to prison for it. "Your tax dollars hard at work" … violating the constitution. That’s called an abuse of power and they deserve to go to prison for it.
Holder now states of his disgraceful behavior, "I'm a little concerned that things have gotten a little out of whack. I think we can do a better job than we have. We can reform those regulations, reform those guidelines to better reflect that balance. I don't like that, because it means me as official who has great respect for the press, is in essence saying a reporter doing his or her job and doing that important job is somehow branded a criminal. I'm just not comfortable with that, we're going to change that."

A number of politicians from both political parties want Holder to resign, due to the mounting scandals that have thoroughly discredited him. However, law-breaking Holder states he has no intention of resigning. It is going to come back to haunt him, as more scandals loom regarding his behavior in office that was not in line with the law.

Learn from FBI Director Robert Mueller’s downfall, after strong-arming his way into an unprecedented and unwise term extension the Judiciary Report warned against (Failed FBI Director Robert S. Then, two years later, Mueller was caught on the job during the Boston Marathon bombings, as having been the negligent fool that ignored a vital tip from the Russian government that would have saved innocent lives and spared nearly 300 people terrible injury. The police are closing in on Rupert Murdoch's circle of business associates and friends. First Rebekah Brooks was arrested twice, then charged. Now former News International/News Corp executive, Andy Coulson, who was another of Rupert Murdoch's key employees before resigning, has been arrested for a second time in the phone hacking case and charged with perjury. 

Coulson was arrested at his luxury South London home and taken to a "high security" police station in Scotland. Rupert Murdoch thinks he's so hot. He's so wrong.

This latest arrest stems from Coulson lying in court, regarding British politician Tommy Sheridan, in a case that directly involves the current phone hacking scandal. It is clear the Metropolitan Police are not amused by the damage the case has caused them. Coulson and Brooks need to start cooperating and maybe the police and prosecution will go easier on them.

Once again, Murdoch is not worth this grief and the prospect of prison and financial loss. It's time to speak up and stop covering for him.The Judiciary Report knows Murdoch and others in his clandestine Kabbalah cult, are the ringleaders behind the phone hacking scandal, having learned these criminal ways from convicted private investigator and Mafioso, Anthony Pellicano. However, Brooks and Coulson, among others, never should have trusted Murdoch and co. and went along with it.

The disgraceful "Fast and Furious" scandal involves Eric Holder illegally trafficking guns to the drug cartels in Mexico and the weapons being used to murder innocent Mexican civilians and two U.S. Border Patrol agents, due to the Attorney General's willful criminal negligence and violations of domestic and international law.

The FBI has been helping its parent agency the DOJ to cover up pertinent evidence, as alleged in the book "Fast and Furious: Barack Obama’s Bloodiest Scandal and Its Shameless Cover-up." Congressional House Speaker, John Boehner, sent a letter to the Obama Administration yesterday, via the DOJ demanding answers. Boehner further stated he is "troubled" by the cover-up and stonewalling of Congress in the matter.

Apart of the letter reads, "The American people deserve to know how such a fundamentally flawed operation could have continued for so long and have a full accounting of who knew of and approved an operation that placed weapons in the hands of drug cartels. If necessary, the House will act to fulfill our constitutional obligations in the coming week...It is our hope that, with your cooperation, this sad chapter in the history of American law enforcement can be put behind us."
