Hulk Hogan Takes The Stand In $100,000,000 Leaked Sextape Lawsuit Against Gawker Website

WWE and WWF wrestler, Hulk Hogan, real name Terry Bollea, took the stand today in his $100,000,000 lawsuit against the website Gawker, owned by Nick Denton. Hogan was conducting an extramarital affair with the wife of his then best friend, radio host, Bubba The Love Sponge Clem, with his knowledge and permission, in what is an unwise and unethical open marriage. Hogan states he was unaware Bubba The Love Sponge Clem was using a hidden camera to make a sex tape of Hogan and his wife. Bubba The Love Sponge Clem then leaked the video to Gawker.

Hogan stated in court, "I was embarrassed by what it did to me as a person, but it was even embarrassing as a character. Hulk Hogan was embarrassed." Denton argued his parents saw during the Holocaust "First hand what happens when free speech is suppressed." Firstly, this is exactly why Denton should have more respect for the human rights of others and not criminally aide in the violation of their privacy. The Jews were treated very badly, denied all privacy and human rights in general. Secondly, don't invoke the horrible Holocaust, something so serious that is a terrible human atrocity where people were murdered, as a legal defense for violating the rights of others. It is insulting. Thirdly, leaked a secretly made sex tape has nothing to do with free speech. You criminally violated Hogan's human rights.

So, Denton, following your illogical, defective defense, another blogger would have the right to secretly install a hidden camera in your bedroom and bathroom, then unbeknownst to you record you in states of undress and engaging in sexual activity, then publish it to their blog? You would sue them into poverty if you were disgustingly violated in that manner, so stop pretending.

As a writer and blogger, who has respect for the law and people's rights, I am of the belief, Gawker had absolutely no right to post the secretly made sex tape of Hogan. What Gawker did was unkind, cruel and criminal. There is a depravity that exists today among some in society, emanating from Hollywood, where select people think they have the right to secretly spy on others in their homes and hotel rooms. It is perverted, sick and demonic. It is a sign of serious mental illness that is a threat to society.

They keep pushing the envelope with this vile behavior, moving the goalpost each time in trying to get the public to accept the unacceptable as normal behavior and next thing you know, they will are going to try to excuse secretly spying on underage children in their homes and bathrooms in states of undress. Some are already engaging in this abominable conduct and deserve to be locked up for a long stretch of time over it, as they are a danger to society. Some are already under indictment and in prison for the aforementioned behavior. 

Congress has not done enough to protect the public from mentally deranged voyeurs. Psychiatry lists voyeurism as a mental disorder. It is nasty. They are also sexual predators. It is not something to be celebrated or encouraged. Many U.S. states have criminal laws against it, but serious, sweeping federal legislation that would cover the entire country needs to be passed to protect the public.

The former neo-nazi music group, Prussian Blue, comprised of then preteens, Lamb and Lynx Gaede, have renounced their racists ways, foisted on them by their mother, April Gaede. They made their debut singing racists songs, conducting interviews with racial slurs against blacks, Hispanics and Jews - even denying the holocaust.

The name of their band reportedly came from the color of the gas in concentration camp chambers, where many Jewish people were killed by Hitler. Many people took offense at this and the profile of the group, in using children to spread hatred.

The former "white supremacists" were hit by a barrage of hate and death threats, creating stressful situations, where they became seriously ill. The group disbanded and the girls found employment in their local areas and are now medical marijuana advocates. Today, the 19-year-old twins say they have turned their backs on the hate movement and state they are glad there is diversity in America. The documentary "The Colour Of War" examined Adolf Hitler's bloody reign, where he wreaked havoc on humanity, during the second World War.

The documentary chillingly starts with the words, "For 12 years Hitler dominated the German people and led them to the brink of a new world order. Hitler started a world war that cost the lives of 50 million people."

Beware of any man or woman seeking to bring about a "new world order." Such speech is usually associated with those immersed in madness, treachery, the occult and greed.

The documentary goes on to quote inhumane lines from Hitler's diary, "This war will not come to an end the way the Jews imagine, with the extermination of the Aryan people. Instead it will see the complete annihilation of the Jews."

Hitler wickedly and psychotically mirrored his own conduct on his victims, defamatorily accusing the Jews of what he was actually doing to them - extermination. One of the cardinal marks of a sick mind is to accuse innocent victims of the terrible things one inflicts on them.

Nazis were characterized as socialists in the documentary. Hitler played on a nation's patriotism and destroyed many with it. He worshipped what he was not - blonde hair and blue eyes.

Old footage of kids heiling Hitler and crimson Nazi flags, the color of blood, were very jarring to watch in modern times. Kids were given "racial education classes" that promoted hatred, bigotry and stereotypes.

Such examples include a boy and girl in school, stating untruths they were indoctrinated with, "You can most easily tell a Jew by his nose. It looks like the number 6. You can tell by his eyes that he is deceitful" and "Jews often have an unpleasant odor. If you have a good nose, you can smell the Jews." Children were taught these terrible lies.

Such human rights abuses and social snubs, damaged the Jewish psyche. To add insult to injury, in September 1935, "Hitler announced new laws that turned Germany's Jews into second class citizens."

It's ironic that Hitler and his Nazis believed the Jews were inferior, yet certainly did not think the Jewish people's property was inferior. Hitler robbed Jewish people of their property, seizing it all and imprisoning them, when they had committed no crime.

Hitler and co. stole money, businesses, intangible assets, gold, jewelry, art and cars from the Jewish people. That's called hypocrisy. At the end of the day, Hitler and his Nazis, were common thieves and murderers.

The documentary also featured Hitler's girlfriend, Eva Braun. The 25-year-old was so taken with Hitler, she irrationally twice tried to commit suicide, which is wrong, because he would not marry her.

Braun's dad, a Catholic, did not wish for her to have her own flat (apartment), which was provided by the fuehrer. He demanded Hitler send her home, as opposed to being his sex partner.

Hitler, who was no oil painting, thought quite a lot of himself, arrogantly proclaiming, "A highly intelligent man should take a primitive and stupid woman" for fear she would interfere with his work.

He went on to write, "I could never marry. It's the same with a movie actor. When he marries, he loses a certain something for the women, who adore him. He is no longer their idol." Dude was so deluded, believing he was a stud with movie star looks. Narcissism can play terrible tricks on the mind.

Images of mass graves and trucks carrying hundreds of bodies of Jewish victims that were sent to concentration camps, is horrible to look at in the film. In the end, 6 million Jewish people died, murdered on Hitler's orders.
