Michael Jackson’s Artist In Singing Trio Brownstone Dies In Freak Accident

Charmayne Maxwell, a member of the R&B female trio, Brownstone, who were recording artists signed to the late Michael Jackson’s record label MJJ Music and famous for the hit “If You Love Me” and the Eagles remake “I Can’t Tell You Why” died this past Friday in a freak accident.

According to TMZ, Maxwell fell in her home and cut her neck on glass after her son’s soccer game. Maxwell’s husband, music producer, Carsten Soulshock, who was a judge on Simon Cowell’s “X-Factor” and produced songs for Madonna, found the gruesome scene of his wife in the process of exsanguination. Maxwell died in the ambulance on the way to the hospital. Maxwell leaves behind her husband and a son.

Is the writing on the wall for Simon Cowell’s X-Factor talent show. The current season of the show has experienced an all time ratings low, jeopardizing any potential fourth season. Ratings for the new season of X-Factor have dropped by almost 40% which is significant. Networks dislike pumping money into shows with dramatically falling ratings.

During a performance this past Saturday in New Orleans, Louisiana, before launching into his song "Cry Me A River" about a cheating girlfriend (see: Britney Spears) Justin Timberlake told his audience, "Sometimes in life, you think you found the one. But then one day you find out that she is just some b**ch."

Immediately everyone that knew the background on the song felt Timberlake was calling his ex-girlfriend, whom he wrote the song about and cast a look-alike to play her in the video, Britney Spears, a "b***h." Can't you just feel the love in the room. Timberlake is desperate to sell his new project, as his comeback single "Suit And Tie" featuring Jay-Z has flopped on the charts and in the sales department. The PR stunt is a way of getting attention for the project.

Spears is experiencing a rough year (and it's only January) having been dumped by her fiance/manager Jason Trawick and kicked off the show "X-Factor" for poor ratings. It didn't help matters when she watched Timberlake go down the ailse with the love of his life, whom he found after dropping Britney, actress Jessica Biel. Keep it up Timberlake, you saw what Britney did to that parked car using that umbrella. She will slap the curls out of your head.

Seriously Scherzinger, you got caught kissing Brown, whose main girlfriend at the time was model Karrueche Tran and jump-off Rihanna. Now the order has reversed and yet Tran is still winning, while Rihanna is left looking foolish to the public over a man that thought so little of her he nearly choked her to death after a terrible beating.

I was informed by someone very familiar with the situation that it was that incident which made Rihanna demand Brown go public with her again, as she believed Scherzinger's actions made it acceptable for her to be seen with him again (rather than sneaking around) and she grew jealous that another famous woman wanted him. Not smart.

The ratings for the TV talent show "X-Factor" continue to plunge down the toilet, with people pointing the finger at Britney Spears and reality star Khloe Kardashian, to name a few. In the processes many millions of dollars are being lost by companies involved with the show.

Network ad revenues are declining with the numbers and as many know, advertisements are the reasons networks air shows, as that is how they pay their bills and show a profit. The public is tired of Simon Cowell and co. Their time has passed and people are moving on.

It appears former "American Idol" host and current "X-Factor" ahem, talent judge is taking his seriously slipping ratings seriously. It looks like his face is slipping as well, after spending to much time in the Botox chair and at his plastic surgeon. The results are not pretty. His face is uneven, lumpy, puffy and fake looking. You can tell he's had work done - bad plastic surgery (must have the same surgeon as Madonna).

Cowell's look is not a good endorsement for plastic surgery. When one gets work done, it should make one look better, not worse than ever. It shouldn't scare little children either. The mainstream entertainment industry lives in a bubble where they lose track of reality, as they are surrounded by yes men and women, who only care about staying on the payroll. When people in the real world get work done, they have family and friends quick to tell them how good or not so good it turned out. It's better to have wrinkles than an elastic band face.

I don't get it. Some plastic surgeons in Los Angeles do such great work. The person that did Megan Fox's original surgery, mainly her nose, did an excellent job and made her career (she's had too much other work done since that time to her nose, cheeks and lips), as did the surgeon that did work on actress Jennifer Grey and television personality Sharon Osbourne. However, some surgeons suck and leave their patients looking worse off.

 

This woman broke Photoshop. She made Photoshop need Photoshop the damage was so bad the software couldn't fix it. She made Photoshop need CGI.

Another scary looking one, Cowell's partner in crime Madonna, pictured above, who manages to looks worse with each surgery. Clearly Frankenstein is their plastic surgeon, because this kind of scary doesn't happen on its own.

So-called music mogul, Simon Cowell, has experienced a massive fall from grace. The Kabbalah cult member suffered a terrible psychotic break, where he began seeing demons and vampires. In fact, it has been stated Cowell thinks he is a vampire.

 

"X-Factor" cast struggling with falling ratings (L.A. Reid, Britney Spears, Demi Lovato and Simon Cowell). It's ironic that both Lovato and Spears are schizophrenics. Cowell is also working with two other known mentally ill stars, Mariah Carey and Nikki Minaj who admits she has serious mental problems like schizophrenia and multiple personality disorder.

 

His troubles don't end there. Cowell's shows 'X-Factor' and 'American Idol' have been and continue to suffer serious ratings declines. His associated projects have been hit by significant sales declines. Cowell was also kicked off the Forbes magazine rich list.

As stated previously, Cowell and partner Simon Fuller, stole the show American Idol from a man in Texas that pitched it to them. He's also stolen copious amount of copyrights from people like me. He is a complete and utter fraud that has become rich and famous from being a disgraceful thief.

The ratings for the Fox talent show "American Idol" have plunged 26%, as the season opener brought in significantly lower numbers. Its illegal spin off "X-Factor" by former "American Idol" talent judge, Simon Cowell, hasn't fared any better, with half the ratings of its predecessor. It's time for these fake shows to go.

They have spawned dysfunctional felons and thieving karaoke singers ripping off other people's preexisting copyrights. That is not an accomplishment, but a disgraceful travesty. Mark my words, it is going to go down in history in a bad way, especially when all the scandals start pouring out.

The ratings for Fox's "X-Factor" talent show, starring greedy Simon Cowell, who bragged that it would beat his former show "American Idol" have plunged again. Ratings are down by an additional 10% proving Cowell's boasts wrong.

The show has been plagued by scandal and controversy which turned viewers off, rather than boosting ratings, which are half "American Idol" numbers, but that too is on the decline. This talent show genre is worn out and too much. Enough already.

99% of the judges know nothing about talent, are being paid to be controversial and start fake disputes and rivalries. At the end of the day, this erodes the quality of music being released, as a number of the songs springing from these shows are hit with copyright infringement lawsuits or claims of the same.

Simon Cowell is so crooked. This man is always rigging talent shows, which is illegal. It's bad enough for him his ratings are falling, he persists in unlawful conduct as well. A controversy has arisen over 42-year-old "X-Factor" contestant Stacy Francis, who claims she is a newbie, but truthfully she is not.

Some are claiming she did background vocals for famous artists, which disqualifies her as an amateur. However, I remember her from when I was a kid. She was in a popular R&B quartet called X-Girlfriend. Their debut song was called "Why Can't You Come Home." They played them on BET all the time. As a matter of fact, I looked up something to do with them well over a year ago on my frequently hacked business computer that Cowell's partners Sony refuse to stay out of. They are insane to claim Cowell discovered her.

In spite of the fact "American Idol" ratings have been steadily declining since 2008, former talent judge Simon Cowell's new show, "X-Factor" fared even worse in its U.S. debut, with half the ratings of its predecessor. Even in light of all the publicity stunts Cowell engaged in to launch "X-Factor" coupled with a tremendous amount of costly advertising and a new plastic surgery issued face (which looks painful, might I add) it has greatly underperformed (both the show and his face). The byproducts of these shows inevitably end up being soulless, derivative music the public can do without.
