In response to her mini scandal, where she was caught kissing woman beater Chris Brown at club, entertainer and "X-Factor' talent show judge Nicole Scherzinger this week stated, "Chris Brown is like a little brother to me." Really now. Do you kiss your little brother full on the mouth and whisper in his ear (oh wait, that's Angelina Jolie). But you get the point. Who is she fooling.

Seriously Scherzinger, you got caught kissing Brown, whose main girlfriend at the time was model Karrueche Tran and jump-off Rihanna. Now the order has reversed and yet Tran is still winning, while Rihanna is left looking foolish to the public over a man that thought so little of her he nearly choked her to death after a terrible beating.

I was informed by someone very familiar with the situation that it was that incident which made Rihanna demand Brown go public with her again, as she believed Scherzinger's actions made it acceptable for her to be seen with him again (rather than sneaking around) and she grew jealous that another famous woman wanted him. Not smart.

Oprah Winfrey's interview with the late Whitney Houston's family aired yesterday and while it was touching and confirmed a few details regarding the singer's death, it was not particularly revealing. Items that were confirmed include the Judiciary Report's contentions on February 13, 2012, February 16, 2012 and March 10, 2012 that Houston, 48 and Ray J, 31 were romantically involved and that it was a bad idea (even though he now claims they were just friends).

Houston's sister-in-law and manager, Pat Houston, stated to Winfrey, she saw the singer dangerously "chasing a dream" of a "young man" that likes to be "out and about" and an "older woman" that likes to "stay home." This was indeed a reference to Ray J and Houston's tumultuous relationship and 17-year age difference.

I think Houston took a liking to Ray J because he is a bad boy and looks like her ex-husband Bobby Brown (they are both male singers with goatees, similar complexions and physical builds). I don't particularly think she liked being a "cougar" which is slang for an older woman dating a younger man, but she transferred her feelings for bad boy Brown to Ray J.

However, Ray J, like Brown, is promiscuous and broke her heart. But with Ray J, Houston had to deal with the age difference making her feel old and one of his irate girlfriends, Stacy Francis, 41, from Fox/Sony's "X-Factor" stalking her to the club and repeatedly confronting her in an unpleasant manner, two days before her death. Pat Houston spoke of Francis following them all over the club in a manner they deemed uncomfortable and confrontational (is everyone on or affiliated with Sony a stalker - do they give them stalking classes or something).

The incident regarding Ray J and Stacy Francis definitely depressed Houston and made her feel old, adding to her worries about her vocal woes and forthcoming album. You could see it on her face in pictures, as she exited the club that she was sad and upset.

It was just another reminder that Ray J, who she was enamored with, was not going to be faithful to her and had his iron in several fires. Unfaithful people like Ray J need to realize their promiscuity hurts others and sometimes in ways they could not imagine. If you are not serious about someone nor do you intend to be faithful, don't lead the person on.

The week Houston died, she was contemplating getting plastic surgery, but failed the physical, due to damage to her system from years of heavy smoking, drinking and drug use. She was a prime candidate for cardiac arrest on the operating table during plastic surgery.

However, she really didn't need plastic surgery, just some gentle detox to reduce toxins in her system (from smoking, drinking and drugs), skin rejuvenation and Pilates, to be back to her best, as she had aged very well. She had no wrinkles or crows feet and her face still looked tight.

But when you date a man nearly two decades your junior, it will convince you that you need plastic surgery, even when you do not. It will convince you that you need a face lift, lip injections, botox, breast implants, butt tightening and butt silicone injections.

Before long you'll look like Frankenstein. Being in Hollywood makes it worse, where even women in their twenties like Megan Fox and Heidi Montag are damaging their looks with excessive plastic surgery. Hollywood destroys people's self-image into a look that is not often better than what they had before.

Another interesting point of the interview was that Houston daughter, Bobbi Kristina Brown, showed is trying to persevere through grief. However, talking to a deceased loved one is not a great idea, as the Bible says people are not to communicate with the dead. Emotionally, it also delays achieving closure.

Bobbi Kristina Brown also confirmed items the Judiciary Report wrote about her intent to pursue a singing and acting career. She stated in the interview with Winfrey that she seeks to carry on her mother's legacy. Just so long as she does not put too much pressure on herself or tries to become her mother, which is what some in the industry expect of her. God made everyone unique. At the beginning of last year, talent show judge Simon Cowell, was cocky after he left "American Idol." He stated his new show on Fox entitled "X-Factor" would surpass the ratings of "American Idol" which was also experiencing a dip in viewership. The show debuted last year and consistently pulled half the ratings of "American Idol" leaving Cowell red-faced at his previous, proud proclamations.

To save his own skin, he has fired the entire cast, save for L.A. Reid. Talent judges Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger, along with host Steve Jones, have been kicked off the show. These people were allegedly Cowell's friends and he fired them. That says it all.

Side Bar: This past Saturday, while I was at a mall in Miami, not really frequented by wealthy people, Simon Cowell's multimillionaire partner from the British version of "X-Factor" began nervously walking towards me, biting the nail of his index finger. When he began looking in my face, I glared at him for doing so, because I thought I recognized his face as that of an adversary in the phone hacking/hacking/copyright case, which I broke first via police complaint in 2005.

When I did that Walsh quickly walked up the escalator with his male friend with them staring at me. They could have picked any time to be at that mall. Of all the times to be at that mall and to be walking right up towards me and staring in my face, knowing what he's done, is out of order. That's called stalking. I'm friendly to people that approach me, but frankly, I don't want anything to do with the people from the phone hacking and copyright infringement case, as they are unbalanced. They have done some terrible things behind the scenes to innocent people.

Walsh has ties to Sony Music, whose artist, Chris Brown twice tried to approach me, much to my annoyance. Walsh also has ties to Cheryl Cole, who he launched to stardom and managed in Girls Aloud. Cole is also a Simon Cowell affiliate that hosted "X-Factor" about a year ago. Cole like Cowell, committed criminal copyright infringement in stealing the song "Fight For This Love" from my preexisting Copyrighted Catalog, among other items.

Former "American Idol" talent judge and current resident chief grump on "X-Factor" is exploiting children for ratings on the show. Nowhere was it more apparent than the breakdown of 12-year-old Rachel Crow on air, when she was eliminated from his contrived show that is completely rigged.

It's clear Crow sustained emotional trauma from the games being played on the show. She is not the only minor that experienced this all in the name of ratings (that show is lacking it). Dangling that carrot of fame before children's faces so Cowell can increase his unlawfully enriched bank accounts.

In spite of the fact "American Idol" ratings have been steadily declining since 2008, former talent judge Simon Cowell's new show, "X-Factor" fared even worse in its U.S. debut, with half the ratings of its predecessor. Slimy talent show judge, Simon Cowell, has humiliated co-judge, Cheryl Cole, who he brought to America last month, to star on his new karaoke show "X-Factor."? Cowell, who has spent way too much time in the Botox chair, in preparation for his new talent show, to comedic results, promised to make Cole a star in America.

After all, ruthless and treacherous Cowell, who has worked for and is solely affiliated with Sony, gave her a spot on the British version of "X-Factor" and furnished her with stolen songs for her debut album that he has absolutely no rights to under the law. Cole knowingly accepted, in exchange for having sex with him.

However, Cowell screwed her over by booting Cole from the show, before it properly began filming in America. He blamed it all on Fox and its invasive chairman, Rupert Murdoch. Cole's is from Newcastle, England and her thick Geordie accent was blamed.

The Geordie accent is not that difficult to understand. However, Cole gobbles up the end of her sentences and her voice tends to trail off, leaving some guessing the words she speaks. It was feared Americans would not understand her speaking voice, which would be made more difficult by the fact she is an unknown in the States.

You wanna know what I think (like you didn't know that was coming). I think the problem was more Cole lost her looks over the past several months, which is odd, as she is 29. She showed up to Hollywood with sky high 80's hair, strange, ill fitting clothes from the 70s (the pants look painful) and skin that looked like it was experiencing a personal crisis.

However, I'm not crying for Cole. She is a arrogant, racist, racial slur issuing, liar and thief, willing to do any unscrupulous thing for fame...including Simon Cowell.

These are questions you will have to answer in court, Cheryl. I was wondering which jurisdiction to sue you in, what with your criminal record and all, for viciously punching a black toilet attendant in the face and calling her the racial slur "a Caribbean Jigaboo" and "black bit*h" when she told her she had to pay for a lollipop she stole in a nightclub. Before last week's allegations that Ashley sent racy photo messages to a glamour girl, Cheryl spoke to Hello! magazine about her marriage to the Chelsea footballer.

"If it's worth fighting for, then fight,' Cheryl confessed. "You don't have to just give up when two people who love each other have a few problems."

Cheryl made it clear she has never defended Ashley in relation to his previous alleged infidelity, but through all the hardships they still love each other: "You've got to work on your relationship. Sometimes one of you makes a mistake, sometimes the other. Nevertheless, anyone who throws in the towel ends up achieving nothing."

Said story now makes even less sense than before, leading the Judiciary Report to believe Cole is lying. A multi-millionaire celebrity, who drives sports cars and lives in a $7,000,000 home using a "Pay As You Go" phone, rather than the ubiquitous Blackberry or iPhone, is not a believable story.

This will ensure a difficult time for 29-year-old Cole at home, where he will be spending more time than usual after breaking his ankle on Wednesday.

The £82,000-a-week footballer has admitted taking the pictures of himself on a mobile while staying with the England squad at a hotel in Watford.

But he denies sending them to Miss Wild, claiming he passed on the unregistered pay-as-you-go phone to close friend Jay Wynters, who in turn gave it to another friend. That friend is said to have found the images and sent them to the model.

Another theft has emerged from the "American Idol" (Sony) camp. As stated previously on this site, the television show American Idol was stolen from a Texas man, that pitched the show to its executives Simon Fuller and Simon Cowell, who is also a co-host.

Last year, the Judiciary Report also covered how "American Idol" host, Ryan Seacrest, stole a very popular show in Europe, violated the U.S. Copyright Act and international Berne Treaty, bringing a rip-off version of the program to America, without permission or payment to the copyright holder.

Fast forward four years later: ABDC premieres on MTV ... and McGhee is pi**ed, claiming he and MTV struck an "implied" contract when he pitched his concept...

This week, crooked, scheming, thieving "American Idol" and "X-Factor" TV judge, Simon Cowell, is being called a fraud in Britain. Thousands of viewers are accusing him of rigging his latest ridiculous talent show "X-Factor."

Cowell, a bisexual, has been pushing for a musically talent-challenge set of twins, John and Edward Grimes, who he has a thing for, to win the program, deeming them a merchandising moneymaker, rather than opting for real talent. Lucie Jones, a female vocalist, with the ability to sing according to reports, was mysteriously voted off the show, though it appeared the public was heavily rooting for her.

Audiences flooded OfCom, a British standards agency, with thousands of complaints, claiming the show is "rigged" and "fixed." Many viewers have sworn the show off, labeling it a fraud.

Cowell is notorious for rigging programs, which is illegal. He and the other Simon (Fuller) rigged "American Idol" to give Carrie Underwood the victory, deeming her more photogenic. He did the same regarding the dance troop that beat Susan Boyle.

The public needs to stop wasting its hard earn money supporting Cowell and Fuller's fraud schemes, as their shows are stolen, beginning with "American Idol" that was pilfered from a Texas writer that pitched it to them in their office. Then "X-Factor" was created on that infringing model.

Furthermore, they actively continue to engage in brazen criminal copyright infringement, pilfering years old, preexisting copyrights for their manufactured, fake artists - protected intellectual property that was meant to benefit AIDS and Cancer sufferers, not dirty music executives and vile pop stars, with no social conscience or appreciation for the law.

The two Simons and their partners at Sony, in conjunction with ringleader Madonna, have devalued and desecrated the copyrights, for undue, unlawful financial gain. It wasn't a mistake, misunderstanding or accident. They did it deliberately.

Boycott them. Do not support this deplorable thievery.

X Factor: TV watchdog set to investigate fix claims after Cowell's decision not to save Lucie Jones

Cowell, who has openly blasted John and Edward Grimes every week, had the chance to save talented singer Lucie, but he opted for the controversial decision to go to 'deadlock' and have the outcome decided by the public vote.

Simon Cowell, who according to site stats, reads my websites and has for quite sometime, is mentioned in the Aisha v. FBI lawsuit. Cowell’s company is called Syco and it is a Sony subsidiary.

Recently, I slammed his thieving conduct on this website and in the Aisha v. FBI lawsuit, as he is knowingly and flagrantly breaking domestic and international law at Sony, in violating my Copyrighted Catalog.

It is not an accident or misunderstanding. It is deliberate, concerted acts of criminal copyright infringement, criminal theft, conspiracy, racketeering and money laundering, as they are dealing in stolen goods.

As an incentive, he even criminally passed a digital copy of my Copyrighted Catalog to the co-host on the show he owns, X-Factor, Cheryl Cole, who unlawfully used items from it as well, knowing it is criminally stolen.

She used it to launch her solo career and the rip-offs of preexisting copyrights apart of my Copyrighted Catalog that’s been in the Library of Congress for years, are very blatant.

For example, her debut single, “Fight For This Love” is criminally stolen from a years old song in my Copyrighted Catalog called “Fight” and the hook of my song contains the main lyric line “Fight For This Love.”

There are other lyrics stolen from my preexisting, years old copyrighted song “Fight” as well. Cole just used the main lyric line “Fight For This Love” as the title, where I had shortened it years ago to “Fight.”

Once again, the FBI is free to check the copyrights and the dates to verify.

As mentioned previously, some of the proceeds from my Copyrighted Catalog were to go to AIDS and cancer patients.

Mr. Cowell has since rushed to donate 100,000 pounds to a cancer patient yesterday, which he will get back in his taxes anyway. Nothing lost, but AIDS and cancer patients have lost so much because of Cowell and his cohorts like Sony and Madonna who criminally spearheaded this madness.

Cowell is such a media whore and a fraud.

Criminally stealing SEVERAL HUNDRED MILLION DOLLARS IN COPYRIGHTS for undue, unlawful enrichment, then when called out on said vile behavior, giving a measly 100,000 pounds away to a cancer sufferer, in essence, using a dying child for publicity, is insulting, offensive, dishonorable and abhorrent (especially in light of the other half of the story regarding the copyrights that shall soon be told).

For what you’ve cost disease sufferers through these copyright thefts, not to mention, trying to have me murdered Anthony Pellicano style, I shall not rest until every single one of you involved is imprisoned and penniless, no exceptions and no settlements will be accepted. FBI Lawsuit Update Part 1

In light of what happened last time in the Aisha v. Madonna case, the great incivility I was met with and the manner in which my human rights and Constitutional rights were vilely trampled, in violation of the law, I am going to disclose all items concerning the case on this website to let you the public view and decide, with the hope it leads to greater government accountability and transparency (as Obama promised the world). The following are a list of updates thus far, since the filing of the case on August 31, 2009.

The case number for the Aisha v. FBI lawsuit is 09-22674. The clerk forgot to stamp the case number on the lawsuit the day it was filed.

The judge is Jose Martinez. The magistrate judge is Steven Brown (the same magistrate judge from the 2005 Aisha v. Madonna case).

On September 1, 2009, the day after the case was filed, the judge issued a nine page order stating he wants a "Scheduling Conference" meeting between both parties click here

In the aforementioned judicial order regarding the "Scheduling Conference" the judge also requested a "Certificate of Interest" be filed by each side. I filed my "Certificate of Interest" a few weeks ago click here

I sent a copy of the 11 page "Scheduling Conference" order, in compliance with the judge's aforementioned request, along with a cover letter, to the FBI's lawyer click here

The three defendants Robert Mueller, The FBI and DOJ were served on September 15, 2009 and as they are a government agency, they have 60 days to respond, as opposed to the standard 20 click here

I did not wish to write to Obama about this subject, but Robert Mueller and the FBI's severe criminal negligence, left me no choice, as my life has been placed in danger. Repeated incidents of severe harassment that began increasing in frequency and becoming more hostile, clearly illustrates Madonna and co. are escalating their criminal and violent commissioned misconduct towards me, building up to something very bad.

Enough is enough. I haven't done anything to these people, don't know them and want nothing to do with them. I do not wish to end up dead like Michael Jackson and Sam Cooke, because a certain set of people are trying to steal my Copyrighted Catalog. What a disgrace those thieves are, going to such sick, evil extremes to steal from innocent people.

I recently filed a formal complaint with the DOJ Inspector General, regarding Mueller and co.'s misconduct in my case, as the Department of Justice's website, states one is to do so under said circumstances.

Regarding the ongoing infringements, Sony still leads the pack with the most instances of criminal copyright infringement.

Recent incidents of criminal copyright infringement include "Happy" by Leona Lewis via Syco(Simon Cowell)/Sony Music.

The video for "Bad Boys" by Alexandra Burke via Syco(Simon Cowell)/Sony Music, with Bryan Barber criminally taking credit and payment for my preexisting copyright, Syco passed to him.

"Fight For This Love" by Simon Cowell's "X-Factor" co-host Cheryl Cole, with Steve Kipner, Andre Merritt and Wayne Wilkins criminally taking credit and payment for my preexisting copyright, Syco and co. passed to them.

And other new infringing items by Chris Brown (Sony) and his girlfriend Rihanna, who continue to steal from the Copyrighted Catalog.

Madonna's latest single "Celebration" is also a criminal copyright infringement of a preexisting song in my Copyrighted Catalog, of the same name, which has been copyrighted for years.

Hacking

The illegal hacking into my computers by Madonna's hackers at Digilink that is also of a very malicious nature, to not only snoop on the contents of my computers, but to damage and destroy the local copy of my websites in bids at blocking them from being updated six days a week, continues unabated.

This is amazingly occurring in spite of the aforementioned FBI lawsuit and the agency's alleged pledge on their website regarding "preventing crime." Apparently the sick Hollywood stars in the case, can say whatever garbage pops out of their illiterate, thieving mouths and onto their vile websites, but the Constitution and international human rights charters do not apply to me, via the right to having free speech and freed press.

Harassment

There was also a vile, unlawful incident of harassment and terrorization geared towards my mother by a Kabbalah affiliate (Madonna's cult) as retaliation for me filing the FBI lawsuit. I am going to enter it into the case and post it to the site. When you read about what transpired, it is going to disgust and appall you. My mother nearly had a heart attack due to it and ended up in the hospital on September 30, 2009. She has since been released. She has since been released from the hospital.

As previously mentioned, on August 31, 2009, there was an incident at the Federal courthouse, via a red string bracelet wearing Kabbalah member and felon, named Alexis A. Palme, who followed me into said courthouse (his photo ID is on file, as one must show it to enter the building), after being sent to intimidate and browbeat me, on federal property (a felonious no-no), into not filing the FBI lawsuit, disclosing Madonna and Kabbalah's sick misconduct (which I filed anyway).
